I drove up to the drive thru on June 8th after 10 pm and specifically ordered chili cheese fries and told them to please make my fries fresh. I had to come back because they had my order wrong and gave me the loaded fries with ranch and bacon which I didn’t want and plus my fries weren’t fresh like I asked. One guy told me if I want fresh fries, I need to go and park. Which was fine but I didn’t like his tone when he said that. I waited about ten minutes before they brought my food. I checked it before leaving and I was DISGUSTED with how they made my fries. Mind you, this was supposed to be Chili cheese fries and the whole thing smelt and looked burnt and I did not see any chili, it looked like burnt old grease they just scraped on the cheese. I don’t know what this was but it was not safe to eat! I’m highly disappointed and that guy better had canceled my transaction or I will be calling.
