So far I've ruled out Polynesian, Chick-fil-A, and Honey Mustard. I love their Hash Browns. Maybe not as good as their golden arched competitor, but pretty dang close. My kids love the play place here. The parking lot can feel like a simulation of Frogger, so drive slow. Pro tip: if you need to head east on 12300 after leaving, I recommend exiting through the north end (McDonald's exit) and take a left at the light as opposed to the main south exit and risking life, limb, and your deductible to crank it four lanes for a Tokyo drift U-turn.

I'm giving three stars and it's only because of Josh. Otherwise it would be a one star for the atmosphere. Better to go through the drive through.

The greatest sandwich was the BBQ ranch chicken crunch, which was only around for a limited time. I would eat here more often if it became a regular on the menu. I came back a couple days later to pick up the order, it was ready to go and packed for transport. If there's an easy button for group lunches, this is it. Highly recommend. Jimmy John's - if you're reading this - and I'm sure you are, Ian truly deserves recognition for going out of his way to not only complete the order but to be a ray of sunshine in someone's day. I dont want to use a touchscreen to order my food. Get rid of the kiosks please. Dont come at me with "i still have the option to order food with a person." I know corporate is trying to cut back on personell costs and so they've placed pressure on the employees to encourage customers to use these and will be expecting to make their miney back. This brings the quality of the experience way down. Nothing is so impersonal or frustrating as removing the initial interaction between the customer and the employee and forcing the customer to habe to beg for service at the front counter. I understand that this change is proposed as a reduction in wait times, but this is a slipperly slope to take. Eventually it always goes the same. It actually takes about 3 times longer to order food using a kiosk than for a person to take my order. All this change does is benefit the bottom line, and hirts employees and customers in the process. Dont gaslight me.
