La Villa Mahana was most certainly the culinary highlight of our Tahitian holiday. We were hosted like family one actually likes. Logistically, the concierge at our hotel made reservations and arranged return water taxi and shuttle service for &35 per person. We tryd the cru de poisson, this was amazing tasty and fresh. They take raw tuna mixed with carrot onion and coconut milk and served with little rice.
