It was peaceful the entire time we were here. Quiet to moderate conversations amongst guest, no obnoxious screaming or loud running, and maintenance were well kept. We got the ability to feed the koi fish and so there are many locations including bridges and small delta to the pond where you can hand feed the koi if you preferred. I was so excited to come as it was for my bday and I truly love koi fish. Outside the garden there are Japanese lanterns, restrooms, information center, and a collection of bonsai trees. Easy to get there. I recommend you park across the entrance which is lot 4. You do need to pay as they do have the parking security check. It's $6 per hour. You will need make reservations on their website and create an account which totally free as well to go in. They do verify if you have reservations. Its well maintained. It took us about 30 minutes to see all of it but the remaining of the time we were admiring the garden, cute Koi fish and you can also feed them. You will need reservations to feed the Koi. Very peaceful and their staff is very polite. Definitely coming back.

I went for a Spotlight Session. So those sessions actually take place on the stage and they close the curtains so you dont see the theater seating. All of the representatives were pleasant. There's Garland EVERYWHERE, Christmas music is blasting, and the menu (including cocktails) are dripping with Holiday Cheer. Staff were attentive and present. The chocolate were delicious (I tried the Run Run reindeer and the Dancing Sugar plum and both were fabulous though the latter is more of a dessert drink). The Chicken Pot Pie Bites are ridiculously delicious, the flaky crust is messy and tasty and the sauce they come in almost had that southwest chipotle flavor.... Just amazing. I think whether they are doing a Pop-up event or not, you'd be pleased, but the extra decor sure made it fun!

It was also a busy spot with lots of families and people paddling around. Overall, it was a fun experience, but it would be so much better if they just wiped down the swans between rentals or at least at the start of each shift.
