Overall it was overpriced for the quality of the food but still an enjoyable experience.

The view was incredible, the staff friendly, and the food- above all- excellent and fresh. I've eaten at this restaurant a few times over the years during different seasons. I had one of my best meals in Italy here last summer with excellent caprese, fresh fish and excellent sides and wine. Fast forward a few months to April 2018 and there's been a slight drop in quality. The caprese I remember with fresh tomatoes and amazing mozarella di bufula was simply refrigerated mozarella and maybe store bought cherry tomatoes. The fish was still good but the sides were a bit lackluster than I remembered. I believe that since San Felice Circeo is a beach town, it truly comes alive in the warmer months. Perhaps the same care and fresh ingredients aren't readily available. Who knows. Very fond memories of eating here before but coming in non summer months is a different experience. The service is always the highlight with very friendly staff, fast and attentive. Excellent location and fast wifi.
