Rodeo Drive, located in Beverly Hills, California, is a renowned 2-mile street known for its upscale shops and high-end products. The street spans three blocks within the Golden Triangle shopping district and features over 100 internationally-renowned boutiques and hotels. Visitors can explore flagship stores of luxury fashion and accessory retailers such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier.
It was such a lovely day to stroll down the if not the most famous shopping street in the USA. The Rodeo Drive is better than ever. Saw many beautiful people, stores and cars. So glad to be back and it was truly like going down memory lane again.

Clean, upscale, and beautiful to walk around. Luxury stores, palm trees, and a really nice Beverly Hills vibe. Even if you’re not shopping, it’s a great place to just stroll and enjoy the area.

Nature & Parks
Beverly Gardens Park is a sprawling green space filled with trees, fountains, and jogging paths. The park also boasts cacti and rose gardens, adding to its natural beauty. Visitors can explore an impressive collection of public art, including Roxy Paine's Erratic and Tony Smith's Playground. Additionally, the park features sculptures, arbors, and a decomposed granite path for walking and jogging.
This park is relatively small, but it’s definitely a must-visit if you’re touring the area. Besides taking a photo at the beautiful fountain with the Beverly Hills sign in the background, there’s almost always some kind of exhibition or display happening there. Oh, and did I mention how clean the park is? It’s also usually easy to find parking. If you don’t find a spot on one side of the block, you’ll likely find one on the other. It’s generally very chill—and you can often even find a spot in the shade.

Specifically visited Beverly Hills garden sign but Rodeo Drive is only a 10-minute walk from the garden. Right behind the Beverly Hills garden sign, you will find the iconic palm tree neighborhood for your iconic picture. There's also a very beautiful, huge tree right behind the sign and a garden of roses that are very well maintained. I got to the garden sign about 3:30 p.m during a week day and there were a lot of people waiting to take a picture but by 5:30 pm there was nobody there. So if you don't want to have a crowd go later on in the evening. Very nice neighborhood and homes. I believe there was a restroom down the way. Not very much to do besides taking in the scenery and tourist sites.

Greystone Mansion & Gardens, also known as the Doheny Estate, offers self-guided tours of its sprawling mansion and grounds, which have been featured in numerous films. The estate was constructed by Ned Doheny at a cost of over $3 million, with $1 million dedicated to the mansion alone. The architectural style is a blend of Gothic and Neo-Classical elements using high-quality materials like steel-reinforced concrete, Indiana limestone, and Welsh slate.
We've had the privilege of shooting several weddings as a husband-and-wife photo/video team here at Greystone Mansion & Gardens, and every experience there has been stellar! The main area for ceremony is absolutely beautiful. You'll be surrounded by magnificent greenery and flowers, and the view perfectly encapsulates the aisle. The cocktail hour and reception area is held against the backdrop of the mansion, so even if you decide to have minimal decoration, the venue itself will automatically make your wedding look stunning. Of course, there are many areas for photos and videos as well. From a long pond with a fountain, grand windows and tall, majestic trees, there is no shortage of locations to capture both intimate romantic moments and fun moments with guests. The staff is incredibly accommodating, and it seems like they have plenty of options for catering and bringing your own extras like a boba bar or dessert. We'd highly recommend this venue for your wedding!

Greystone Mansion is such a peaceful and beautiful place to visit. The gardens are well maintained, full of greenery and flowers, making it a perfect spot for a calm walk or quiet time. The historic architecture of the mansion adds a special charm, and it feels like stepping back in time. Entry is free, which makes it even better. Parking can sometimes be a little tricky, but once inside, the relaxing atmosphere and scenic views are totally worth it. ✨ A hidden gem in Beverly Hills — highly recommended for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a serene escape.

Nice gardens. wonderful scenery. parking is free but limited. we went there on weekdays so it wasn't busy. very instragamble backdrops. seen many couples taking wedding/pre-wedding pictures there. once can reserve the place to do it in advance and get to take pictures inside the Manson as well. there are many events and shows happening if interested. Nice visit if you have little extra time to spend.

Beautiful park and gardens on the Grounds of the historic mansion. I had fun exploring the grounds and staircases. Some areas were closed due to a wedding. I will have to return sometime soon to tour the inside of the mansion. Parking and admission are free.

Visiting Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills felt like stepping into another world. The Tudor-style estate is stunning, but it was the gardens that captivated me most. Walking along stone paths past fountains and lily ponds, with sweeping views of Los Angeles, was peaceful and inspiring. I didn’t go inside the mansion itself, but even from the outside its history and grandeur were obvious. What I loved most was how calm it felt—far removed from the bustle of the city. With free entry and parking, it’s a beautiful escape I’d gladly return to.

I am so glad this landmark is free, and easy to access. There are so many superior resources are only owned by human at the top of the social pyramid, even nature property. Us, as most ordinaries, we should live a life that does not have fears to complete its maximum possibility. People who were so lucky to be born in rich family naturally own lots of sources. I know this is not fair, but who told you the world is fair? Never. What we can do is do what we can do. Nature hears it, and heals you. The sun, the light, the breeze, the creek, the leaves, the wild flowers, and all the known or unknown living species besides human are truly alive. We just have to expand what we can be happy with, not just human world. I really loved to come here yesterday at a beautifully sunny afternoon with kinda harmony— no strong sun, no strong wind, not too hot, and not too cold. I loved that wall that is on the opposite of the fountain. The light, and the leaves reflected on the wall. All of those are just beautiful in silence. It did heal me for the part that I can not control in the human world—the capitalism, and its solidified class. God bless all of us! God give each of us a so unique, and different life. Why don’t we enjoy it heartily enough?

One of those beautiful historic homes with quite the Hollywood story to boot. Try to get tickets for one of the guided tours when they become available. But you can also enjoy the gardens if not. Amazing views from here and a serene spot in the city. Gorgeous details on the interiors and exteriors.

Virginia Robinson Gardens is a historic mansion and botanical garden located on 6 acres of picturesque grounds in Beverly Hills. Built in 1911, the estate was the private residence of Virginia and Harry Robinson, known for their extravagant parties attended by celebrities like Fred Astaire and Charlie Chaplin. Inspired by her travels, Virginia transformed the estate into a stunning oasis with exotic plants, pools, and fountains.
Been wanting to visit the Virginia Robinson Gardens and it was a sight to behold! The 90-min tour was so good, it almost made me want to become a docent! You learn the history of the estate and about the city of Beverly Hills. You also get to see the second largest palm forest in the world (the largest is in Queensland, AU. I would definitely want to revisit and take a different tour, one of the interior.

One of the "best kept secrets" in Beverly Hills! Stunning estate with 5 distinct gardens. Plants from all over the world. Breathtaking views. The estate home is pristine, with decor and artwork just as Mrs. Robinson left it.

What a spectacular find hidden on the middle of Beverly Hills. Gorgeous grounds, unique history, a really special day touring the grounds. You must have a reservation to go on the tour.

Virginia Robinson Gardens is a true oasis in the heart of Los Angeles. The gardens are stunningly beautiful, rich in history, and feature magnificent architecture. I was impressed by the variety of plants and flowers, which create a unique atmosphere and bring a sense of tranquility. Visiting the historic house was a special delight; it retains an authentic ambiance and the spirit of past eras. The tour was informative and interesting, with guides sharing many fascinating facts about Virginia Robinson and her contribution to creating this place. It's important to note that visits must be booked in advance through their official website, and ticket prices start at $15. I also had the chance to attend a sound meditation session for $35. Everything was great, but the meditation was held indoors, and the floor was cold. Unfortunately, the yoga mat didn't help with this issue. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Virginia Robinson Gardens to anyone looking to spend time outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature and historical landmarks.

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER RUINED MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!! APRIL WALTON THE MANAGER: If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, April was beyond rude and completely unprofessional. She does not own this place but acts like she does, with no respect or compassion for clients. On what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life, standing there in my wedding dress, she made me cry because of how dismissive and nasty she was. April ruined my day with her attitude and lack of care. She clearly only cares about herself and not the couples who are trusting this place with their special moments. No bride should ever have to go through what I went through. If you are planning a photoshoot or event here, save yourself the heartbreak and look elsewhere. No one deserves to have their memories tainted by someone as unkind and unprofessional as April. Honestly, she should not even be working here.

The Spadena House, also called The Witch's House, is a unique and captivating sight for those seeking extraordinary places. Built in the 1920s by Hollywood art director Harry Oliver, this whimsical building resembles a fairy-tale gingerbread house with its charming asymmetrical shape, pointy roof, and enchanting details.
Lovely little Witch house on the corner of one of Beverly Hills' streets. It belongs to an actual Real Stator who lives there and was allowed to Buy the house under the condition of keeping it the way it was, as a themed piece of art among the streets. Apparently there are some tours allowed into the property on weekends. I didnt go in, but just looking at it from outside You feel like filming a Hollywood movie. Don't miss it if You are around.

The house is smaller than I thought it would be. In its original life, it was the studio of the great-grandfather of a co-worker, so I wanted to visit. The current owner understood the potential and utilizes the historical significance of house. I'm glad I got to see it. It's on a corner, so easy to view. It's a private residence so you can't go in.

It once sat on a movie lot in Culver City, and then it was moved to Beverly Hills. This iconic house, also known as The Witch's House, is one of the top tourist attractions in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. Used in movies, TV shows, books, videos and on and on, the Spadena House is a must-see and a photo-op dream. Yes, it's a real house and it is THE place to be on Halloween. I love it. If you find yourself with out-of-town relatives interested in seeing some of the most unique and expensive homes in the world, this is definitely a stop. You cannot tour the house but you can walk around the fenced area. You could easily spend 45 minutes looking at cool details. Research the history gives you even more insight as to the uniqueness of this house
Ron E — Google review
I bet a lot locals don’t even know this place. The Spadena House, affectionately known as “The Witch’s House,” is a whimsical architectural gem nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills. Originally built in 1921 as a studio office and dressing room for Willat Studios in Culver City, it was relocated to its current location in 1926, where it was transformed into a private residence. Its storybook design, complete with intentionally uneven gables, tiny windows, and a charmingly dilapidated facade, makes it a standout attraction amidst the opulence of Beverly Hills. Visitors often find themselves enchanted by the house’s fairy-tale appearance. The exterior features a whimsical garden with a quaint bridge and a pond, enhancing its storybook charm. While the Spadena House remains a private residence and is not open for interior tours, the exterior alone offers ample opportunities for photography and admiration. Many appreciate the owner’s efforts in maintaining the property’s unique aesthetic, often decorating it seasonally, which adds to its allure. For those interested in unique architecture and a touch of whimsy, the Spadena House is a must-see landmark. Its proximity to other Beverly Hills attractions makes it a convenient and delightful addition to any sightseeing itinerary. Cute, and fun

The Witch's House, also known as the Spadena House, is an enchanting house in the heart of Beverly Hills. The house was built in 1921 for a silent film movie studio, Willat Studios in Culver City. When the studio closed, the Spadena family moved the home to its current location in Beverly Hills, where it has been since 1934. The Witch's House is a private residence owned by Beverly Hills realtor, Michael J. Libow. Tours are not offered. Please be respectful and don't make a lot of noise by viewing the home only from the street. You can park around for 2hrs for free, so cool out of the world.

This place looks like it is straight out of a Disney movie, although I believe it only makes an appearance in Clueless (that I’m aware of). Built as a silent film studio in the 1920’s and was considered part of the Disney inspiration for Walt Disney. A great stop if you’re in the area.

Spago, the renowned bistro by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, is a vibrant hub for those seeking innovative Californian cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant's history is as captivating as its menu; it famously birthed the legendary smoked salmon pizza when Puck creatively substituted pizza crust for brioche at the request of actress Joan Collins.
We love fine dining. We had a wonderful dining experience and the staff was fantastic. Possibly the best tomato soup we ever had!!We will definitely return when visiting Beverly Hills.

We had a great time at Spago! The pizza was legendary with a crust that was thin, crispy and unique. We had the tuna cones which has a crunchy umami cone. We had the wagyu, chicken and branzino entrees and they did not disappoint. The vibe was friendly and relaxed, not stuffy. Highly recommended.

2nd city of 3 cities in a row, I find myself in Beverly Hills again, and instead of eating hotel food, I decided to finally treat myself to Spago. Matt the maitre d' was wonderful greeting me, as I arrived a bit early, before opening. This was a great thing, as I got a glimpse of the man himself in the huddle as I sat at the bar! I didn't capture him in my pic. He walked through after I took it. The setting was relaxing and contemporary, with garden seating off the bar area and an enclosed area in the back. I sat in the open garden area as it was a lovely evening. The service was better than exceptional. 12/10 stars. Every server took care of every table, leaving no one passed by. Outstanding! The meal started with a chef's canapé of gruyere cheese mix in a choux served on a ceramic stump. One pop of absolute pleasure! I ordered the Jindori chicken and am so glad I went there instead of the gnocchi as I just wanted to jump into the potato puree and au jus and swim like Ann Margaret did in the beans in the movie Tommy! The crispy skin contrasting with the juicy chicken paired with the wild mushrooms... just WOW! I couldn't stop eating! Even though I was pretty full, I still couldn't pass up the Basque cheesecake. It was so soft and creamy in the middle you could schmere it! And you could see the millions of pure vanilla beans in the cream!! Yum! Topped with berries and whipped cream, this and a cappuccino were a perfect ending to my meal. Thanks to all the staff for a memorable meal and evening.

How much is still water? I learned a life lesson last night at Spago. This was my first time at Spago and the food was really quite good. We ordered a couple appetizers, our main courses and three desserts. The desserts were all excellent. So why the 3 stars? Well, that is where the life lesson comes in. We sat down and someone asked if we wanted still or sparkling water. We ordered still and they brought a bottle of Acqua Panna. Now this is not some obscure Austrian bottled water. This seems to be the new standard water at So Cal restaurants. However, unlike other restaurants I have been to Spago, has decided to charge $12 a bottle. Maybe after we ordered the third bottle someone might have offered they had tap water. But nope we ordered 5 bottles and were charged $70 for them. I mentioned to the waiter at the end that my daughter was irritated by the price of the bottles and he laughed it off. I was also irritated but felt that is what I got for not asking about the price but I brought it up to the waiter for him to know $12 is a ridiculous price to pay for water. He still charged us the $70 which was 12% of our total bill. The water, in total, was our second most expensive item on our bill. Back to the life lesson I learned, which is to always ask for tap water. I just figured it might be $6 per bottle but nope I guess that is how they pay their rent by charging as much for a bottle of water as a bottle of beer. I hope they train their staff to include tap water as a water option. Would I recommend Spago to a friend? Sure, but I will definitely warn them to not order the still or sparkling water. As Joey Swoll might say, Spago do better!
Greg M — Google review
The service was incredible. Wine and water were topped up without asking, service was discreet but efficient. Courses were timely and food was great. We sat on the patio, which was a decent size, but felt intimate. Decor was lovely. Allowed corkage, so the wine was fantastic ;) Stafford was accommodating when we had someone join for dessert - they just rolled with it to make room despite the restaurant being busy.

This location is an absolute gem and deserves high praise! From incredible service—thank you to Jonathon and the reception desk—to incredible food, we were pampered throughout the evening. That lox pizza and gem salad were wonderful starters! And that decadently rich gnocchi was beyond! (No regrets!) We followed with the lightly light and flavorful branzino, we were happy and full! (Somehow we also indulged in a little slice of creamy cheesecake.) Such a special place, with many celebrating blessings in their lives. Truly looking forward to returning soon. Thank you, all!

I expected more from the one and only wolfgang p. More props to the texture of fresh pastas than the flavors on them. I tried nearly every dish and am having a hard time picking my favorite because no single dish really stood out. However i have to acknowledge that my expectations were really high and Spago would have impressed me had I not come in with preconceptions. Service could only be excellent as my experience was in a private room. However the benefactor of the evening did later express some complaints working with our host. As an attendee this went unnoticed, but - food for thought.

Brunch restaurant
Crustacean in Beverly Hills, CA is a renowned restaurant known for its creative Vietnamese cuisine and chic ambiance. Since 1995, it has been offering modern Asian dishes with a focus on Vietnamese flavors. The menu, curated by Master Chef Helene An, features healthy Vietnamese herbs and sustainable ingredients that change seasonally. The restaurant is famous for its signature dishes like garlic noodles in secret sauce, seafood plates, and truffle Wagyu burger.
Came in without a reservation for a late lunch on Father's Day and we were able to be seated within a few minutes. There was a limited menu for father's day labeled as brunch but it had a wide variety of items. The ube pancake was really good and the sticky ribs were delicious as were the pastrami egg rolls. Pot stickers and noodles were good as well. I'd go back to try their more traditional menu items. The service was excellent and very attractive.

Fancy ambiance and location, and a good place to celebrate something, but be ready to pay up. We got some dim sum, the orange chicken, the garlic noodles and crab, as well as the tuna cigars. Everything was good, but not mind-blowing and you can definitely find as good for much cheaper. Drinks were fun and interesting. A lot of it was clearly for the show and social media Service was mostly on point, but we were sat down and promptly ignored for 15 minutes even though there weren't that many other parties

Little C at Crustacean is a fantastic pop-up specializing in Vietnamese street food. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. We were a party of 3, and all raved about our dishes. Together, we ordered the “Banh Hoi” Tiger Prawns, Chicken “Cha Gio” and Pho. I had the Chicken Pho while my dining partners had the Filet Mignon “Pho Xao Lan.” All agreed it was among the best pho we’ve had. The service was great, and the atmosphere for Little C was fun. I will absolutely be back to try Crustacean. I hope they bring back Little C more often.

I came here for the first time with my mother, and we had the best time ever. She was in town visiting for Mother’s Day, and I took her to Mother’s Day brunch here. Everything from the decor to the service to the food presentation and the taste was amazing. Even the bathrooms were awesome and super pretty. I couldn’t stop taking pictures with the full body mirror. Everything we tasted it was delicious. some things we ordered were very simple, but it packed a punch and it was well worth the money. my new favorite cocktail is a lychee martini because of them. And the DJ and the music was perfect for the day. We saw a few celebrities and the rest of the clientele were very nice and sweet. It was an overall wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back more often for brunch. we took a lot of photos and will cherish that day forever. My mother truly felt special and I’ve never seen that look on her face before until I took her there. thank you for that memory. As a girly girl, I loved coming to this pretty woman-owned place where they pay attention to detail like me :) there were even fish swimming in the floor, which was a wonderful touch!

As a Vietnamese person, I usually prioritize Vietnamese restaurants when I travel. That’s why I chose Chef An’s restaurant. But to be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beverly Hills. The space is beautiful, romantic, and luxurious. I was impressed by the restaurant’s fish pond and the way it’s decorated with Vietnamese souvenirs. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. I understand this is a fusion-style restaurant inspired by some Vietnamese dishes. Therefore, if you’re looking for an authentic, traditional Vietnamese dining experience, you might want to skip this place. Come here with the mindset of a global citizen. The presentation of the dishes is unique and visually appealing. However, the flavors need more research and refinement. I ordered a lychee cocktail. It was a bit too sweet for my taste. It could use a hint of light, refreshing tartness from the lychee. At the moment, the coconut flavor seems to overpower the lychee. I ordered “Bánh khọt” as an appetizer. The crust lacked the signature crispy texture that it should have. My main course was crab noodles. This dish was quite salty for me. Both the crab and noodles were over-seasoned. I hope the chef can tone down the seasoning to better highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. Note that you need to choose and order the noodles, protein, and vegetables separately from the menu. If not, you’ll end up with a simple Italian-style garlic noodle dish. The dessert, panna cotta, was decent. The prices are relatively expensive for the quality of the food.

Checked out Crustacean for the first time specifically for Little C Pop-Up by Chef John. Chef John’s thoughtful creativity; use of fresh ingredients; and exquisite plating were on point. Our only minor complaint was the oiliness of Banh Xeo, which Chef John immediately addressed and even offered to remake them for us. My husband & I had a lovely chat with Chef John and we were thoroughly impressed by him. Looking fwd to stalking his culinary career and what he gets up to next. Unfortunately, our lunch dining experience and interactions with Crustacean staff, including Chef Helene An, were subpar. 2 different servers asked what we thought but were taken aback by our less-than-glowing response. When I mentioned that the dipping sauce for DIY Goi Cuon was too oily for our liking, he said “that’s the first time we’ve heard that feedback”. Chef Helene An approached our table but immediately talked over me saying “thank you for visiting our restaurant”, while bowing slightly and walking backwards away from our table. My husband & I were left feeling confused by the dichotomy: asking us for our dining experience versus not being open to hearing our honest feedback. Having lived in LA for over 2 decades and knowing how lucky Angelenos are with this City’s diverse cuisine options, I don’t feel the need to spend our money here at Crustacean. My husband & I are in agreement. We will wait for Chef John’s restaurant and enjoy his delicious creations then.

As a Vietnamese guest, I was genuinely impressed by this restaurant’s ability to elevate our traditional street food into a refined, fine dining experience. Each dish was thoughtfully reimagined without losing the bold, authentic flavors I grew up with, especially the spring rolls, which were fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. The ambiance was just as memorable, elegant and serene, with koi fish swimming beneath the glass floor under the tables, adding a unique touch. The special cocktail our waiter recommended was also outstanding — beautifully balanced and a perfect complement to the meal. 💯 masterpiece, ty Chef

Here’s a NED-style review for Crustacean Restaurant – Beverly Hills: --- ✅ What Works Well - Stunning, elegant ambiance with a luxurious indoor koi stream and sleek decor. - Famed for its An’s Garlic Noodles and Roasted Crab—signature dishes that live up to the hype. - Creative Vietnamese-French fusion menu with premium ingredients. - Excellent service—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. - Great for upscale brunch, lunch meetings, or romantic dinners. --- 👎 What to Watch Out For - Very pricey; expect fine-dining level costs. - Limited vegan/vegetarian options. - Popular spot—reservations highly recommended. - Some dishes may lean more toward presentation than bold flavor. --- 🎯 Verdict Crustacean is a Beverly Hills staple for a reason. It blends glamor, unique Asian fusion flavors, and top-tier service into a memorable dining experience—especially for special occasions. Rating: 4.4 / 5 --- Need a brunch recommendation or a lighter dish pick from their menu?

Italian restaurant
Il Pastaio is an upscale Italian restaurant located near the iconic Beverly Hills sign, owned by the renowned chef Giacomino Drago. The menu boasts over 20 different varieties of pasta, all handmade on the premises. From classic ragu over spinach pappardelle to more unique options like spugnette don Lillo, there's something for every palate. The restaurant is a hotspot for A-list celebrities and paparazzi due to its delicious dishes and charming outdoor patio on Canon Drive.
Il Pastaio was an outstanding experience! The spaghetti Cacio E Pepe was perfectly prepared. The service was great. The menu and wine list were very impressive. Don't forget to order dessert too! If you want authentic Italian cuisine, this is the perfect destination. Dine inside or outside. 5 BIG Stars!

GO HERE!!! We went to several old school iconic places that were very disappointing like Frank and Musso. This place actually delivers: best calamari, meatballs, homemade pastas you will find anywhere on earth. Its easily accessible location has vibes reminiscent of a Little Italy eatery. Reasonable prices too esp for Beverly Hills! Highly recommended.

When you hear about an Italian restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills you are probably thinking overpriced and watered down but Il Pastaio will pleasantly surprise both your taste buds and your wallet. The place is always packed and for a good reason. It's not just because people want to show off but because the food is actually delicious and the outdoor seating is lovely on a wonderful warm California day. Pro tip - make reservations in advance to avoid the long wait! This landmark of Beverly Hills hasn't really lost its shine and luster over the years! Beyond the amazing atmosphere, the staff is exactly what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant- professional yet warm and overly friendly. If you give them that energy, you'll get it back in return and have a lovely time. The food is amazing. The home made pasta is al dente and the sauces are perfectly balanced for each dish. Sorry, if you are expecting Americanized slop, you might want to go elsewhere. It doesn't quite hit grandma's cooking level, but close enough for a mainstream establishment that pumps thousands of these a day. Prices have gone up in recent years but all things considered it's still definitely cheaper than what you'd expect to pay in this area. You are by no means getting the deal of the century but you aren't getting completely ripped off either. While this won't beat the Italian grandma's cooking and won't be the cheapest deal, Il Pastaio delivers on quality Italian food, relatively good value for the area, amazing service, and a lovely atmosphere in the heart of Beverly Hills. Rounding up to 4.5 stars.

Had high hopes but left a little disappointed. Like most, I came for the Justin Bieber pasta, it was okay, but nothing special. I actually preferred some of the other pasta dishes more. Service was very slow, and we had to ask multiple times for drinks and the cheque. That said, the atmosphere was lovely.

The meal was underwhelming , the calamari appetizer is okay - For the main course the chckn milanese was dry and completely lacking of flavor and the restaurant restroom needs a-lot of improvement.. a restaurant have reputation for being a good place to eat but not anymore!!

This place is truly a pasta gem. I’m very picky when it comes to pasta, but their handmade noodles were incredibly chewy and fresh. We ordered three pastas and a ravioli. Every dish was delicious, but the standout was the morel mushroom pasta with asparagus and spinach—it had a penne-like shape and was absolutely amazing. The crab spice linguine was also fantastic, and the cacio e pepe was pure heaven. The agnolotti was larger than the traditional style, more like a dumpling, but the juicy filling and chewy texture were out of this world. For appetizers, we had the zucchini blossoms and the beef carpaccio. The carpaccio was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the cheese wasn’t too salty. Paired with a basket of bread, tearing off the crispy sourdough ends made it absolutely perfect. Corkage is $30. Overall, it was an unforgettable, flawless meal.

Il Pastaio has always been one of my favorite restaurants ever! It is not just a place to eat, it's a landmark. A true Beverly Hills institution that somehow never loses its charm. This time, I went with a very close friend, and the night felt even more meaningful. One of the dishes is named after her uncle, David, who used to be well-known and loved here. We also ordered the Justin dish, and honestly? We couldn't decide which one was better, so we got both! No regrets. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces rich yet balanced, and the energy around us felt cinematic. If I could put a song to the moment, it would be: "This year... ever think I have been wanting, manifested." Because that's exactly what it felt like, something l'd been quietly hoping for, brought to life in the most delicious, elegant way. Service was professional and warm, and every detail, from the silverware to the table conversations, whispered Beverly Hills class. Tip: Try to get a table outside. The people-watching and golden light make everything taste even better. And yes, dessert is non-negotiable.

Sushi restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Matsuhisa is a renowned Japanese restaurant founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. Since its establishment in 1987, it has been celebrated for its fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors. The restaurant offers an array of exquisite seafood and tasting menus in a refined setting. Despite being one of the original upscale sushi destinations in the city, Matsuhisa continues to attract patrons with its exceptional dishes such as black cod, Kobe beef, and rock shrimp tempura.
Amazing experience. All of the dishes were top tier and great service.

The place where Nobu is born! Very good quality, much better than 95% of all nobu stores! Delicious! Highly recommended

Our concierge recommended this place as the "original Nobu". Everything we had was spectacular and picked by our waiter. The look and feel of the restaurant could use an update.

Amazing service paired with beautifully presented and delicious Japanese food. It was expensive, but every bite was absolutely worth it. This is a great place to stop by when you feel like treating yourself to some exceptional sushi.

Deeeeee-licious🤤! Took my friend out to an appreciation dinner and he said, "it was the BEST sushi I've EVER HAD" so looks like I showed the right amount of gratitude. Everything was soooo fresh! Service was friendly, helpful and advised us during our entire experience. The Yuzu Margaritas were suspiciously addicting...so good we stayed just a little past close. Matsuhisa won't let you down and best believe you will not leave with a frown ☹️.

Matsuhisa is so overrated. After hearing so much about this restaurant I finally decided to take my girlfriend here for Valentines Day. It was such a disappointment and I would never come back here again. I spent 400 dollars here for a party of 2. We ordered appetizers, sushi, dessert and sake as well. The food was incredibly overpriced and the quality of some of the dishes were questionable. The Scallop Kushiyaki was very dry even when it was drenched in teriyaki sauce. Initially I wanted to order the White Fish Tempura but the server suggested that I order the Tempura with their special sauce. Upon receiving the bill, I saw that adding the special sauce with red onions and jalapenos was an additional $20. The White Fish Tempura was already $14, so I ended up paying $34 for that dish. Not even for some special fish, Just plain fried white fish. The only thing I liked from this restaurant were the Golden Eye Snapper and the Akamutsu Sushi. I honestly can't recommend anything else. The ambiance of the restaurant is outdated and depressing. I felt a little crammed and there was nothing in the entire restaurant that I found unique or impressive. We sat inside, but I couldn't imagine sitting outside. Service was mediocre and the tip is automatically entered in your bill. Surely $70 is far too much for the service we received. Valet Parking is mandatory. Go somewhere else?

Sat on the bar ,we ordered lobster dinner and $201 omakase . Chefs were very friendly and they made delicious food for us , you can tell them what you like (for me is caviar 😋)so they make something related . Caviar taco and spring roll were amazing ! We spent $490 for two person include sakes and drinks .I think the price worth the food quality and experience , will come back .🙂

Steak house
Lawry's The Prime Rib is a classic fine-dining establishment known for its tableside carving and formal setting. While not exclusively a steakhouse, it embodies the essence of a bygone era with its legendary prime rib carved tableside in grand silver carts and servers dressed in 50s-inspired uniforms. The menu offers modern additions like vegan mushroom steak and shrimp-and-jalapeno fritters alongside classic choices.
Lawry’s, a restaurant that has been serving prime rib since 1938, has a reason for its longevity. The prime rib was absolutely delicious. To complement the main course, we opted for the Idaho potato puree, which was fluffy and bursting with flavor. The creamed corn and gravy added a touch of sweetness and richness to the dish. As a seafood option, I chose the North Atlantic lobster tail, which was cooked to perfection. It was neither chewy nor hard but soft and succulent. The key lime pie, which was added to the menu after a few years of hiatus, was also a delightful addition. Even the espresso, served in a heated cup with a thick crema, was a perfect end to our meal. Our server was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, we had a great night and highly recommend Lawry’s for a memorable dining experience.

My wife and I been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time, we were in the area one day and decided to dine there. The servers are very friendly they were nice enough to keep us informed about the score because the Dodgers played that day. The food was excellent but we expected more from such fine restaurant. We were one of the first ones when the restaurant opened that day, when we left, the restaurant was packed, which gives you an idea of how people are eager to be there to taste the food that made that restaurant famous.

Came here for a special occasion and was really looking forward to a great prime steak dinner. The food itself wasn’t bad but the service was terrible and far from attentive which was disappointing for a place like Lawry’s. We never received any bread, and not once did anyone check in to ask how everything was. When we were ready to leave, we had to wait quite a while just to get our check because no one came by. Honestly, we could’ve walked out and no one would’ve noticed. The staff felt disengaged almost like “zombie workers.” I noticed an elderly man, who I assumed was the manager, going around to ask every table how their meal was…except ours. To top it off, the restroom was filthy. The toilet had waste in it and there was no toilet paper. Absolutely disgusting for a place that claims to be upscale. Lawry’s has really gone downhill and feels more like a tourist trap now. They're totally riding on their name and reputation. Sadly, this will be our last visit. Would not come back even if the meal were free.

I came here for a solo dinner tonight for my birthday. Servers were very nice, but my busser Sergio was amazing! Best prime rive I’ve ever had, hands down. They brought me a little birthday cake in the house! Will absolutely be coming back, next time with friends! Thank you for a great experience!

My bf took me here for my birthday. The food was exceptional and loved the presentation. We had a bottle of the pessimist wine and we both ordered the prime rib dinner with creamed spinach and corn as it came with two sides as well as mashed potatoes and a house salad. The meat was so tender and flavorful. We also got the fried onions which were delicious and way more than expected. The servers were attentive and made sure we had an amazing meal. Definitely be back.

First, this review is based on comparing Lawry's with House of Prime Rib in San Francisco. The service at Lawry's was excellent - we had two waiters that were friendly and attentive, which made the dinner very enjoyable. The food was good but House or Prime Rib has them beat in almost every category. At the end of the day the Prime Rib is simply not as good, and I attribute it to focus - while Lawry's has more options (seafood, appetizers, entrees), all HOPR serves is Prime Rib, and the focus on this is easily seen in the meat. I would certainly come back to Lawry's but it's a solid B- compared to House of Prime Rib being a A+.

What can I say, it's Lawry's. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Enjoyed being able to order an espresso martini before our table was ready. If you haven't been there, it's a must. You won't be disappointed. Great place for a girls night out, celebration, holidays, etc.

The prime rib was good. I ordered the California cut but I feel like it was a larger cut as it was a bit too much. Wedge salad was good and the side Brussel sprouts and mushrooms were yummy.
