Beaches
Oceanfront Park, located in Boynton Beach, has a rich history dating back to the 1920s when it was acquired for park and recreation purposes. The park offers various amenities such as playgrounds, canopy-covered walkways, BBQ grills, and a cafe concession stand. Visitors can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas for a relaxing day by the ocean.
Safe, clean and my favorite place to watch sunrise. Horrible erosion is plaguing this beach too. Heartbreaking
Robin S — Google review
We didn’t find a parking space but the beach looks so beautiful and clean. I hope next time we get there earlier. *You have to pay for parking
La D — Google review
Beautiful location. There’s lots of parking (we arrived very early in the morning) and tons of beach space. It could certainly benefit from some more cleaning and maintenance, but for a public beach and park, it’s pretty good! There’s also washing stations to take the sand off
Esteban — Google review
The city used to have a gate attendant that charged for parking. Always plenty to be had. Now using a kiosk system. And you will NEVER find a space past noon on a weekend. In the last year, I've seen a park ranger a grand total of once checking license plates for payment. My guess is 90% of the cars are no longer paying and the word is out there's now a 'free parking' beach. So glad we paid for a beach pass that has been rendered completely useless.
Gregg S — Google review
Magnificent scenery, easy cheap parking, great wide beach.
Laby B — Google review
Allowing non permitted, non residents to park at the beach is a huge failure. Parking is atrocious, and the lots are frequently full. I'm glad our tax paying residents can enjoy the beach. There were at least 50 cars on line waiting to park, last time we were here. Make sure you remember this when you vote in next year's elections!
James K — Google review
It's absolutely gorgeous here! It's right along Boynton Beach with a nice accessible boardwalk from the parking lot to the beach. There are benches overlooking the ocean and the view is spectacular. Parking rates are reasonable, $1.50 an hour.

Omg this place is well kept and beautiful. The sunrise is amazing....come and watch for your self.....

Bodies of Water
Boynton Beach Inlet, also known as the South Lake Worth Inlet, is a man-made channel that connects the Lake Worth Lagoon with the Atlantic Ocean. It was created in the 19th century to provide access to the ocean from the freshwater lake. The inlet is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering opportunities for fishing, birdwatching, and relaxation. It provides direct access to beautiful coral and artificial reefs, making it a favorite spot for divers and anglers.
Great place for fishing or just hanging out at the beach. Parking is usually a little overcrowded, especially during holidays but it's to be expected since it's one of the only free areas around. Beautiful place for watching boats go in and out of the inlet.
Makena M — Google review
Really beautiful place! Parking is free. You can swim in the inlet, there’s a little sandy beach area to relax. Lots of picnic tables and shade. There’s also a crossover if you want to go to the beach. Plenty of space if you want to catch fish. Definitely recommend visiting!
Jenni A — Google review
I love coming here the water is very blue. The only downside is parking is free and fills up pretty quickly. There are steps from parking lot to a crosswalk and another set of stairs. There really isn’t any handicap access to the beach. I love watching the boats come in and out of the intercoastal. I see a lot of divers come to this location. I feel like a lot of snow birds are coming because usually there’s less than 6 people when I usually go there.
Scooter B — Google review
Very clean area to fish and have a relaxing time. It gets busy at night but during the day it's alot calmer. Had a great time fishing, and a variety of species can be caught here. Very strong current on occasions and heavy seaweed presence. Just make sure to bring a strong rod and reel. Bathrooms are clean, and they have a few picnic tables you can sit at as well as a decent amount of parking. And tables for you to clean your catch.
Jerry — Google review
Nice spot for both pier and ocean beach fishing. Has ample free parking, covered picnic areas with tables and grills. Clean bathrooms and vending machines. Nice to just view the boats coming thru the inlet or plenty of onshore fishing spots. They even have plenty of fish cleaning stations spread throughout. Some areas are under construction as they seem to be making constant improvements. Come for the day or just a few hours and relax.
Don M — Google review
My happy place to have coffee and breakfast wrap listing to the news. Then watching the boats coming and going. County workers keep clean. Also a great beach.😎
Joseph V — Google review
Great fishing spot on the Depending on the wind go to the Bayside if it’s windy if not fish on the ocean side all types of fish from snook to Tarpon If you get there early enough you’ll see a beautiful sunrise parking is free and a safe way to walk across the street It looks like they have a bunch of barbecues and places where are you can rent or get a pavilion but I think they’re first come first serve I saw people reserving them early by putting their stuff down you should do the same there are bathrooms at the location so if you wanna great place wake up early and get their check out my pictures you’ll see what I mean
Howard B — Google review
Great little beach. The inlet is nice. Has a playground for the kids. I wouldn’t recommend going in the inter coastal water side but it’s great for relaxing and having a get together. They have a few pavilions and cook out areas. The beach has a couple of jetties which are great for taking pictures. It’s fun to watch the boats come in and out of the inlet.

Boynton Harbor Marina is the perfect starting point for a diving adventure, with daily charters offering the chance to explore the vibrant underwater world of Boynton Beach. The Gulf Stream current brings an array of marine life, from colorful fish and coral to moray eels and turtles.
Friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. A pleasure to have a stopover here for this tired sailor. Even the bridge tender was friendly. Lots of bars & restaurants within walking distance. And I loved the massive air conditioner in the store!
Phil C — Google review
Staff is outstanding. Prices reasonable. Excellent location in no wake zone. Next door to several popular restaurants with live music and community festivals.
Marc K — Google review
The marina is the cheapest in the area, however it doesn't have shower facilities let alone laundry. The restrooms were even locked at night and we weren't being informed about this. The waterline was also locked, so we can't fill our water tank at night. If you stay overnight, make sure to know what's locked or can be left open.
Mari B — Google review
This Marina is nice.. well maintained with ample parking, fuel ,restrooms and even a restaurant. You can rent a boat, talk to fishing captains or book passage on a tiki-bar boat($10)..

Ate at Two George's restaurant. I've lived here 60 years and this was my first visit. Sunday afternoon and it was busy. Small parking area so plan to valet park, which I personally hate. Had a short wait of about 10 minutes with a waterside table. Weather was beautiful with a light breeze. Service was courteous, professional and efficient. Food was a bit pricey and justified but not crazy. I had the Lobster Melt sandwich and tried one of Mary's Conch Fritters, both were delicious and hot. Wasn't a fan of the frys, wish I had opted for one of the other sides. A friend had the Chicken Avocado Club sandwich and said it was very good. All in all a good dining experience.

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Seacrest Scrub Natural Area is a 54-acre wilderness oasis nestled within an urban landscape, offering a serene escape for nature enthusiasts. Visitors can explore the diverse trails, including the short and paved Gopher Tortoise Trail and the slightly longer Sand Pine Trail with sandy terrain. This natural haven is home to various wildlife, such as the protected gopher tortoise and green anole lizard.
It was a very quiet evening. Just a few persons were bird watching. If you want some peace and tranquility this is a good place to take a walk. I didn't see any seat and I stayed on the track as I didn't want to get lost It's quite beautiful but nothing else to do apart from bird watching. I did see a gopher tortoise and a couple iguanas The gate has to be kept locked to prevent the gopher from wandering out into traffic
Nat-Awurd A — Google review
Fun Fourth of July walk! Trails were well marked. The whole area is clean and maintain. Missed the gopher tortoise will catch him when things cool
Peter K — Google review
This was nice, I didn’t see any turtles. There was a ton of HUGE spiders all over going above you to the side of you so if you don’t like spiders do not come here! Also saw a baby snake idk what kind.
Tina M — Google review
Free park. Cute tortoise sanctuary! Its only a 1.15 mile walk but its very sandy[think the beach sandy] so its deeper, a bit harder to walk in[not handicap accessible] along the route if your not used to walking in sand. Saw alot of burrows but no tortoises that walk. It was around 11am so it was starting to get a bit warm. They have nice maps with info and wood trail markers with yellow dots to indicate the trail route.
Stacey B — Google review
Beautiful area that takes you off the urban setting and lands you in nature
Janyce F — Google review
It was exciting to see the small tortoises sun bathing. I didn’t see any birds maybe because I wasn’t out seeking birds. Here is definitely a quiet relaxing spot to go for a a brisk stroll
Andrew B — Google review
This is a small wilderness park in the middle of a busy area. We ended up walking 2 miles by walking all of the marked trails and also along the border of the park. It’s easy to make your walk as short as you want or a great 2 mile walk. It’s a Natural area so it’s not for dogs or ebikes. It’s an opportunity to walk through oldtime south Florida and get back to nature for a little while. The parking lot is small but there were two spaces available on a Wednesday in December. Most people are here for a short amount of time so if you don’t find parking, just wait for someone to leave.
Bill L — Google review
Lovely place. Very spacious, well marked trail. The paved loop is short and mostly shaded. The yellow trail is partially shaded. No bathrooms or trash in this natural area. Bring water with you. Lots of animals, great place to let the kids run.

Great spot with beautiful views. Our service was friendly and prompt. Prices were very reasonable and the food was out favorite of our trip. They also have a catfish are where for a quarter will dispense some feed that you can throw in the catfish area, was great fun to watch, everyone in our group wanted a try.

Came here for the view which is great. Parking not so much. They are pushing the Valet Parking and luckily we found a regular parking spot, or we would have left. Donovan our server was great. Steamed Shrimp appetizer was good. Dolphin Dinner was good. The Maryland Crab Cake sandwich was OK. Whomever voted these “Best in South Florida” needs to get on a plane and try a real one on the Chesapeake Bay. Maybe just call it a Florida Crab Cake and my expectations could have been less? Lovely evening there overall. Give them a try and skip the Crab Cake if you been to Maryland maybe. Thankfully Donovan was our Server. Give the place a try.

The potato skins were delicious. We also have the fish and chips and ribs also very good. It was a nice breeze on the water and even though smoking is allowed which was concerning I was very happy to not smell smoke at all even with mostly full restaurant.

The place is under construction so that is not good. Also ths steamed shrimp was terrible and very rubbery. Fried zucchini was ok, but coconut shrimp was the best choice.

Banana Boat is a lively waterfront restaurant in Boynton Beach, offering island-influenced seafood and a vibrant nightlife scene. Since 1978, this family-owned establishment has been a cornerstone of the area's dining and entertainment landscape. With over 3,000 glowing reviews on Google, it's a popular destination for both locals and visitors. Situated on the intracoastal, Banana Boat provides an inviting atmosphere with live music on select nights.
Beautiful place. Lovely food. Fair prices and gorgeous decor. Also, the view!!!! I totally recommend this place for special occasions and then a walk over the bridge. They have valet but they also have regular parking when it's not packed. They offer hot water and lemon for those who want a better digestion. As far as the food, every item looks delicious and the ones I have had have not disappointed. I don't love the soups but everything else is cool. There is a seafood Cobb salad that is to die for. It runs about $50 per person with tip included, so be ready for that. Also, the whole restaurant can feel like a mini museum, because it has beautiful artwork hung on the walls and right around the restaurant there can be found some sculptures, plus walking the bridge. Romantic, relaxing, even a great mood for a beach wedding lunch with friends and families. I will keep coming!

We always have such a great time at Banana Boat Restaurant! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. The bartenders are absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and they really know how to mix a perfect drink. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and they make you feel right at home. The food was just as impressive — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every bite was delicious, and the menu offers something for everyone. Whether you’re here for a casual bite, a few cocktails, or a full dining experience, Banana Boat delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends. Great drinks, great food, and great people — what more could you ask for?

A great place for dining You can't beat the ambiance at Banana Boat. With its prime location on the Intracoastal Waterway, it truly feels like you're dining right on the water. The views of boats cruising by and the stunning sunsets create a quintessential South Florida experience. Having visited numerous times, I can confidently say that the service is always exceptional. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant one. Beyond the great food, it's the combination of the welcoming staff and the fabulous waterfront ambiance that makes Banana Boat a standout spot in Boynton Beach.

Jordan our server was absolutely amazing, sweet and very sympathetic, understanding and accommodating. My friend whom I came to lunch with has a strict diet restrictions and Jordan made sure to go to the chef and ask if she can accommodate her food options and she went to the chef 4 times to ask the chef with a smile on her face each time. She came to check on us periodically and made sure we were good and filled our drinks each time. The food was amazing and fresh. Definitely recommend and make sure you ask for Jordan. You will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere and ambience were absolutely lovely—warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. The decor and lighting created a beautiful setting. As for the food, it was just okay. Nothing stood out flavor-wise, and it didn’t quite meet expectations for the price. Overall, I’d come back for the vibe, but not necessarily for the food.

I truly can say I could not find any negative things about this restaurant. From the greeter to our server, the service was exceptional and courteous. Our server Leslie was over the top. Her recommendations were spot on including the dessert. We both have the parmesan crusted Pompano fish (recommendation from Leslie) with the mushroom risotto topped topped with heritage tomatoes. For desert we had the banana coconut stacked creme pie. It had 3 layers of delicious, succulent, delightful, sinful (homemade on sight) pie. Atmosphere was delightful (please view the pics and video). This is our favorite place and will be back. Thanks for reading and be blessed today. 🙌 Shalom

Service- excellent. On top of everything, fresh drinks without having to ask. Food was delicious and the key lime pie is not to be missed. Waterfront lively atmosphere, nice seeing all the boats go by. Will be back for sure. Victoria was out server. Swordfish steak perfectly cooked. Just sublime.

Prime Catch is a delightful seafood restaurant located in Boynton Beach, offering stunning views of the Intracoastal. The menu, curated by Executive Chef John Bonk, features an array of delectable options such as crab crusted salmon and glazed mahi. Guests can indulge in a raw bar with offerings like oysters and chilled lobster. With its waterfront setting, Prime Catch provides an ideal location for special occasions or simply enjoying a gourmet meal while taking in the picturesque surroundings.
My fiancée and I enjoyed a casual dinner at this nice restaurant for 3 hours. The food was great, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was just delightful. We started with a nice white wine bottle and the calamari which was perfect. We also had 1 dozen fresh daily oysters that still tasted like the ocean 😋. The main course was delicious, fresh grouper with a vegetable medley and sweet potato mash. I would definitely recommend having a nice time at Prime Catch with family and friends.

Great atmosphere that had excellent service to go along with it. Parking at first seemed like it would be a challenge but came to find out that they have complimentary valet parking. For the food it was some of the best seafood dishes I’ve had in my life. Cocktails were good as well. Nothing negative to say about this place. Highly recommend going but plan on getting a reservation to help ensure that you can get a table.

I can't say enough about my recent dining experience here while on vacation... AMAZING!!! Service was on point and Chef Specials were incredible (3 of 4 at our table ordered them). This restaurant came highly recommended by a friend...and I hope to pass on the same recommendation to others. We drove from Pompano and it was definitely worth the trip!!

My husband and I had our 1 year anniversary dinner here and had such an amazing experience! The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is so kind, from the hostess to our waiter! We sat outside on the patio and got to see the sun set! My husband got a strawberry lemonade cocktail and the seafood prime grill and I got a key lime pie martini and a ceaser salad and we shared the crab cake appetizer! Everything was so delicious!

Great to visit. Got a great seat on the patio. Food and service was outstanding. Loved that we had a gift certificate celebrating our birthdays. Would go back for Specisl occasions.

This was just a perfectly lovely luncheon. We were celebrating my birthday. Jacques was a fabulous server. He was so informative and helpful. Great personality sweet smile. He was very attentive and checked on us but was not intrusive. Great. Both dishes ordered were delicious and we enjoyed them very much. The scenery of course over the intercoastal is wonderful. Cue the Yachts going by. It's one of my favorite places and I was happy to celebrate my birthday and they were so lovely to do a complimentary dessert. Definitely going back.

Me and my friends used to love prime catch we always celebrated our special occasions here we came here to celebrate my birthday the atmosphere is very nice the waitress’s and the hosts are always very friendly and nice. But the issue we had was the chef doesn’t allow you to change things on the menu so if you want mashed potatoes instead of rice you can’t do that unfortunately mashed potatoes are not good at all they are soupy runny not creamy and rich like they used to be we brought it to our waitress attention then we spoke with a manager but not sure if they will be willing to fix the issue also for you’re birthday they give you just whip cream with a candle like a pup cup at Starbucks after this experience definitely not coming back and I don’t recommend it to anyone there are way better places then this place. Least they could have done to make us happy is not charge me for a slice of key lime pie.

Lemongrass Asian Bistro is a lively establishment that offers a diverse selection of Asian-fusion dishes and sushi in a stylish and contemporary setting. It is an ideal venue for a romantic outing. The attentive and friendly staff ensure the satisfaction and safety of all patrons. The cuisine stands out with its exceptional quality, featuring unique options not commonly found in other Asian restaurants or bistros. Moreover, the prices are reasonable, making it accessible to various budgets.
Excellent Lunch at a Cozy Asian Restaurant We recently stopped by this restaurant for lunch and were absolutely delighted! It’s a very cozy place with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The weather was perfect, so we chose a table on the outdoor terrace—an ideal setting for a pleasant meal. The food was outstanding! The Peking duck was particularly impressive—we’ve tried it in many places, even in Florida, but this one is the best so far. All the rolls were delicious, and our daughter especially loved the spicy tuna rolls. The wontons were great, but the real highlight was the hand rolls with truffle and black caviar—highly recommended! If you’re looking for a place with excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. The price matches the quality perfectly! 😉 P/s I think there should be a loyalty program for their clients, but I didn’t find it, is there one?

The service was good and fast. Multiple waiters will ask if you need anything. The food came out hot and was very delicious. The bao buns were seared but juicy at the same time. I love the picked veg that comes on top of it. The crab fried rice was excellent! It was definitely large lumps of buttery hot crab in the rice. There is seating inside and outside and large parking lot.

Always a good experience. Food here is very tasty and they offer a varied menu of different Asian cuisines from Japanese, Thai and Chinese to choose from. I order from Lemongrass Asian Bistro in Boynton Beach all the time for lunch since my office is close by, and the service is always great — but today truly stood out. I had the pleasure of placing my order with Espy, and she was amazing. She asked if the tofu dish was for a dietary restriction (which I thought was such a thoughtful question, even though it wasn’t) and her energy was so kind, bubbly, and welcoming. It’s the little things that make a difference, and today’s service definitely deserved a shout-out. Thank you, Lemongrass and thank you Espy for making my day!

My wife and I consider ourselves experts at Thai food. Not only do we eat at a variety of Thai restaurants throughout Florida, my daughter lives in Thailand and we have visited her there and had real Thai food. Normally, we shy away from Asian fusion type restaurants. We decided to give this one a chance. WOW! We were very surprised. This place is fantastic. One owner is Japanese and the other is Thai. Lemongrass Asian Bistro keeps the quality and authenticity of both. The Tom Yum soup was the best I have ever had, very lemony, fresh vegetables, and a slightly sweet flavor. My wife had the miso soup, which was also among the most flavorful she has ever had. I ordered a sushi nigiri appetizer and the Thai red curry meal. Their sushi was wonderful, thinly sliced (as it should be) and very flavorful. The rice fell off the nigiri, which is a common issue, but the rolls should be wonderful. The red curry was about the best I have had. The beef had a great flavor and all the vegetables were equally tasty. I order Thai fool “Thai Hot.” They brought me a brown sauce to mix in that was amazing. It looked like Thai fish sauce, but it wasn’t fishy tasting at all, it was more like very hot sesame with other spices. I used more than half and my red curry was perfect. My wife is a vegetarian. They didn’t seem to have very many options on the menu, but our server gave us lots of options. She had the green curry tofu, which was the best either of us ever had. Very hot (we ordered it that way) and bursting with flavor. The service was fast, polite, professional, and very friendly. Also, the atmosphere is very up-scale. I highly recommend Lemongrass Asian Bistro.

Where do I start... I am from Colorado and visiting. Ordered the shumai, good. Spicy tuna cucumber roll, not spicy and weird texture but edible. I was recommended the two buddies sushi roll, it was absolutely awful with thick mayo all over it. My friend ordered the lunch menu fish and vegetables, she couldn't even eat it. She ordered the ginger salad and asked if it had romaine, waiter said no. Ginger salad is pretty much all romaine with some carrots. The waiter never came back. The hostess is very sweet, loved her! We caught the hostess walking by and she informed the manager. I would have paid full price since we ate the food. Fish didn't taste fresh. Poor entrees, poor service. Will not be back.

Nestled in Boynton Beach, Sweetwater is a trendy spot that beautifully marries New American cuisine with an impressive array of craft cocktails. This charming venue invites you to unwind in its rustic ambiance while indulging in delicious small plates and mains. The cocktail menu is particularly noteworthy, featuring innovative creations like the Oregon Trail and Pralinato, which showcase unique flavor combinations.
Probably my favorite restaurant in Boynton Beach! Everything on the menu is phenomenal. They always have rotating seasonal menus (drinks, food and dessert) and some staples that I always find myself ordering. We always love the Hand-Pulled Mozzarella, Korean Tacos, or any of their rotating flatbreads or pastas- the cocktails are always specially crafted and fun too. They have an awesome happy hour and a really cool atmosphere/speakeasy vibe- it almost makes you feel like you’ve left Florida. It’s always decorated seasonally too. Especially love coming here in the fall and winter as there’s no place quite like it around!

First time in here because for so long, we thought it was part of Sweetwater Brewery, lol. We weren't that hungry, but we still wanted to try a couple of things, and what we did try was simply delicious. It is not a place that is light on your pocketbook, though. Prepare to be spending your normal Duffy's or around the corner joint. The food is really good and the prices seem to vouch for that. My fiance had the Korean bbq tacos, which he loved, and I had the Singapore Street noodles with shrimp and pork. The only thing unfavorable, I would say, was that the street noodles were not cooked to perfection. The flavors and the combination of ingredients used in both dishes, though, were phenomenal. They have an amazing selection of bourbons, but be prepared to open your pocketbook! We just went with the simple IPA.

The atmosphere and staff are the reason I am a repeat customer, food is a bonus delicious add on. Fernando is the energy much needed at the bar and the music is a vibe. Ashley supports with spontaneous charisma and the drinks has us staying for more. Noelle smile and service is a great addition to everything. I bring someone new here any chance I get.

Great food, nice vibes, good drinks, friendly service. The prices are really good for the quality of the food too! Highlights were the Korean bbq tacos, the cauliflower hush puppies, and the bacon side. Seriously, don’t skip the bacon! The other dishes (Caesar salad, fries, chicken lollipops, empanadas, bread pudding) were also good but not as notable. Still would go back for those as well. There are also tons of funky, flavorful cocktails with options for everyone. This is a great neighborhood spot but is also worth a drive. It’s unique, creative, and quality food. It has good energy and upscale notes while staying genuine.

Let's start with the ambiance. A very speakeasy type of place with dark wood and rustic decor. Service was top notch, bar staff was on top of everything and provided suggestions as well.

As you know from the reviews, this is a speak easy that specializes in whiskey. It's dark inside and has an intimate ambiance. We don't drink so we are probably missing out on the real reason people love this place. We sat at the bar, as usual, and were immediately greeted by the bar tender. We ordered the cauliflower hush puppies - they sounded interesting and have been on the menu since the place opened. We were not impressed - they were bland and the sauce tasted like it was store bought. We also had the Ahi tuna salad and although the tuna was over cooked, the salad had a nice flavor. Next time - we are not sure we would go again but if we do, we might try the braised short rib or the BBQ Korean Tacos.

The place gives speakeasy vibes and the cocktails are great. Will definitely come back again to try more items off the food menu. The Sandy pelican off the spring menu is the best! I'll be a bit sad when it's gone. One thing with the charcuterie board is I wish the cheeses were a bit different, like swap the parm for a cheddar or something. The truffle honey goat cheese was amazing though!

Everything was FANTASTIC at this place !!! Our waitress was a adorable and the bread and mozzarella cheese platter was to die for ! Not one bite was disappointing, recommended by a friend who always goes there and she did not disappoint! Would live to come back also the truffle fries and max and cheese were bomb! It's was also spooky season in October, so the decorations was right up my alley! Halloween galore 💀
