Technology museum
Museum
Located in Santa Clara, California, the Intel Museum is a unique destination that celebrates the profound impact of microchips on society. Visitors can explore educational exhibits showcasing technological milestones and Intel's history, including the making of the silicon chip. The museum offers behind-the-scenes tours of an ultra-clean, highly automated silicon chip factory and features self-paced exhibits on semiconductor chip technology. Additionally, visitors can see a fully functional 130x scale replica of the Intel 4004 CPU.
Very well thought out museum highlighting the history of Intel and the leaps and bounds they have come from. The organization and layout is very intuitive to follow, the path is all chronologically ordered and details for each and every item on exhibit. The staff are very kind, patient, and pumped up to get visitors started experiencing the location. The whole exhibit can be experienced in an hour. The entrance is to the side of the main lobby. There is a gift shop as well with unique small crafts and outfits and accessories. There is a visitors area parking area and the crowd fluctuates depending on time of day and any large tours that are making a stop. This is a free museum and you can do a self guided tour or a guided tour by the staff. There are some neat interactive screens to play with too. Overall, a nice place to spend some time if you're in the general San Jose Silicon Valley area.

I brought my wife and kids and they had more fun than we expected. This free museum shares the history of Intel, its founders, and the process of manufacturing the microchip and how it has evolved over the years. Lots of interactive things for kids to enjoy while parents read and interact as well. The employees are very friendly. There's a gift shop inside.

The Intel Museum in Santa Clara is an excellent stop for anyone interested in technology or Silicon Valley history. It’s free to visit, well-organized, and surprisingly interactive. You can see how microchips are made, walk through a model clean room, and trace Intel’s evolution from its early days to modern processors. The exhibits are clear and hands-on, making it fun for both adults and kids. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole space is spotless and easy to navigate. It’s not a large museum — you can explore everything in about an hour — but the quality of information and presentation makes it absolutely worth the visit. A perfect quick stop to understand how the tech world we live in actually works.

Nicely done free museum. The intel advertising and logo change over the years is particularly interesting. There is a fun AR video experience you can get texted to yourself. The bus goes straight there so it’s easy to get to. Highly recommend for any age if you’re in the area.

Catholic church
Sights & Landmarks
Mission Santa Clara de Asís, originally consecrated in 1777 by the Franciscan Order, is a Catholic church located on the campus of Santa Clara University. The area surrounding the mission used to be an orchard and is now known for its treelined landscape. The city of Santa Clara was founded in 1777 with the establishment of this mission, which was later incorporated in 1852.
We can to see the mission for 4th grade. I had my son and nephew. This mission has a little less history element than the other mission we went to see. But it's absolutely beautiful and the Santa Clara University was wonderful. I highly recommend that you go over to the museum because the bottom floor has a permanent mission display there where you can read some about the history.

Beautiful and historic Santa Clara Mission Church located on the campus of SCU. Peaceful relaxing walk with my dog on the open campus before the school starts.
Kenneth C — Google review
Beautiful mission parish and campus. Sunday mass was very nice. Loved the tile floor and artwork. If I had one negative it would be I wish parishioners that are sick would not come to mass. There was one person behind us that was clearly sick coughing, sneezing and blowing nose. I understand being a good Catholic, but sometimes you have to think about others.
Tom C — Google review
A beautiful mission, the church still holds mass, so be respectful. We loved the grounds and gardens, but our favorite was the art in the church. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or if your kid has this mission for their 4th grade mission project!
Rachel M — Google review
Very beautiful. Hard to find parking. Church is located in side the University campus.
Sean R — Google review
Stunning setting on the Santa Clara University campus. More than one rose garden and excellent landscape and greenery. The Mission itself was rebuilt in 1928, but is nonetheless a stunning building in its own right. Nearby walls, lovingly preserved, are from the 1800s. No signage or pretense. Just wander over to them from the Mission Church.
Laura — Google review
It was beautiful but under construction. We got to see the Santa Clara college campus. It was gorgeous with some of the most beautiful rose bushes I have ever seen.
Meridith B — Google review
The Mission is part of Santa Clara University which is a beautiful campus to stroll through or even have a picnic. The mission is open to the public and also an event venue. In December we love attending the winter choir inside the Church, great experience! Parking is easy and free.

Amusement park
Water & Amusement Parks
California's Great America is an expansive and thrilling amusement park located in Santa Clara, just a short drive from San Jose. The park offers a wide variety of attractions suitable for visitors of all ages, including heart-pounding roller coasters like the iconic Gold Striker and family-friendly rides. Additionally, the park features Boomerang Bay, a refreshing water park perfect for cooling off on hot days.
We had a fantastic day at California’s Great America! The park has a great mix of rides, entertainment, and water fun. My daughter especially loved the water slides—she couldn’t get enough of them. The South Bay Shores water park was clean, well-organized, and perfect for cooling off. Plenty of shaded spots for parents to relax too. Overall, a fun family outing with something for everyone. Highly recommend, especially if you have kids who enjoy water play!
Abhijeet S — Google review
This was my first time entering and experiencing the park. I’ve passed by several times in the past few years and I always wanted to experience the rides especially after I hear news on closure. Luckily my friend had a seasonal pass and we got discounts on daily tickets. A good place to bring kids and spend a day here. We went in all the big rides as we were adults. It was thrilling and our adrenaline was pumped. Parking was a bit expensive and I suggest you to take light rail or park in Santa Clara convention center as you might get free parking. Avoid going here on days when Levi’s stadium has events as it will be packed. Overall we had a great one day experience which rejuvenated the kid inside me.
Jagadeesh R — Google review
California’s Great America in Santa Clara is a fun and well-rounded theme park that offers something for just about everyone. Whether you’re into high-speed thrills or laid-back family rides, the park’s lineup delivers — especially with coasters like Gold Striker, RailBlazer, and Flight Deck. If you visit on a weekday or arrive early, you’ll beat the crowds and get more ride time without long waits. The layout is easy to navigate, and there’s plenty of shaded seating to take breaks between attractions. Food options are surprisingly diverse for a theme park. You’ll find everything from funnel cakes and burgers to sushi rolls and boba tea, with most meals priced between $10 and $20. Seasonal food festivals like Taste of Orleans add extra flavor with Cajun-inspired dishes and live music. Dining plans are available and can be a good value if you’re planning to stay all day — just keep in mind that some locations may have limited menus or longer lines during peak hours. Overall, the park is clean, well-staffed, and packed with entertainment throughout the year. Events like WinterFest and Red, White & Brews bring extra charm, and Planet Snoopy keeps younger guests happy with gentle rides and character meet-and-greets. While occasional ride closures and crowding can be a downside, the overall experience is memorable and worth the visit.
Jonathan P — Google review
It was a marvelous experience, Loved all the rides and the atmosphere. Enjoyed very bit of it. A hidden gem I would say. Hoping staff could smile more but regardless, A never forgotten moment. Couldn’t go on all the rides so will have to come back for water park. But make sure your whole day is reserved for California’s Great America.
Simran A — Google review
We got the annual pass, and it has been totally worth it! It pays for itself in just a few visits and gives us the freedom to come and go without feeling rushed — especially helpful during busy summer days or holidays when lines can get really long (sometimes over an hour for popular rides). California’s Great America is great for all ages — there are thrilling coasters for teens and adults, gentle rides and splash areas for younger kids, and a full water park (South Bay Shores) that everyone can enjoy. If you’re planning to visit the water park, it’s best to arrive early — lounge chairs fill up quickly, especially on hot or crowded days. Going early also means shorter lines for the water slides and more time to relax. The park is clean, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of food options. Parking is easy, and the annual pass comes with great perks like discounts and early entry on select days. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for families and anyone looking for a full day (or season!) of fun. Highly recommended!
Iris Z — Google review
This is such a cute and amazing amusement park. I went two weeks ago when I was visiting the Bay Area, and I had a great experience. It was very clean, well-maintained, and I got to ride all the roller coasters in the park in a couple of hours. The coaster line up is pretty solid as well. The Gold Striker, RailBlazer, and Flight Deck were my absolute favorites. The Demon, the Patriot, and the Grizzly are really fun classics as well. This park is totally worth the trip. I’m really sad to hear they’re going to close in a few years, but I will definitely come back for another visit before that happens!
Abraham S — Google review
Enjoy it while it lasts, people. This place is set to close in two years.😔 I’ve been coming to Great America with my siblings for 31 years. Now, we have our kids and they’re enjoying their time at the park. The rides are amazing. The children’s spot is Snoopy Themed. They’ve upgraded the water park within GA. It will be greatly missed!🥹
Francisco C — Google review
We had a great time at Great America. The park was very clean, lots of fresh paint on the rides and buildings. Restrooms were nice and clean. I would recommend this park to others. Not much has changed over the years, which makes this place very nostalgic in my opinion. Plenty of shade, grass, and places to sit. The landscaping was very well groomed and beautiful. Parking is close, no need for a long trolley ride, like other parks. Pizza and bread sticks were good. soda fountains were placed throughout the park. Fun for all ages, that's for sure.

This open-air stadium features a natural grass field and can be expanded to accommodate approximately 75,000 people for major events like the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup. I’ve enjoyed taking my Mom to Levi’s Stadium for years! The best part is the BNY Mellon Club West!! It is beyond prestigious and first class with delectable dishes. There is something for every palate. The bar service is nonstop and quick! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Everything is top notch and immaculate. The staff members are extremely friendly, hospitable, and engaging! Go Niners!
Janey M — Google review
It could be that I'm a southern girl, Falcons fan, and season ticketholder to the Benz, with great food options, but the food looked good at Levi's stadium but was pretty awful. Chicken nuggets tasted like sawdust from organic chicken. The tater tots were soggy and old. Stick with adult beverages!
Gwen D — Google review
Levi’s Stadium is a modern, spacious, and impressive venue the home of the San Francisco 49ers and host to many great events. The design is sleek, with comfortable seating, great visibility, and an excellent sound system. The atmosphere during games and concerts is energetic and exciting, and the large screens make it easy to follow all the action. The stadium is very clean and well maintained, with good food and drink options throughout. Parking and entry are well organized, though traffic after events can be slow, as expected for big venues. Overall, Levi’s Stadium is a top-notch sports and entertainment arena that offers a fantastic fan experience modern, comfortable, and full of energy. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Bay Area!

Great stadium. Access to get in was easy and pretty quick. The app did a good job telling you what you can and cannot bring. The stadium was clean and plenty of friendly security staff. The food on the other hand hlwas not so! The chicken tenders were okay but the fries were like cold cardboard. I would have asked for new ones but when you order for 4 and it piled on, didn't notice till seated! Over priced. The staff taking orders were cool but the staff serving food were a bit not friendly, but not unfriendly.... just meh?. We had. Great time at the 9ers game though! Will go again. Just find better places to eat I guess. Oh ya paid $70 for 2 whiskey mules from Joe Montana's Whiskey! What? I guess if they dont list the price, be prepared to pay!
Denny S — Google review
Second time being there. So much fun and excitement. The food was great but I'd give a 4.5 star because they don't give drink lids. So when I put my cup in the holder on the back of the chair in front of me, the lady's hair was falling into it. It went down more than half way down my cup. 🤢 I'm glad that was after I was done with it. Other than that, it was a blast!
Jeremiah H — Google review
Levi stadium is always a lot of fun. Especially when the Niners win!!! The food is very high price it was $18 for a little brisket sandwich and $20 for one tall can of beer. I suggest to pregame it before you even enter the gates. Security is all around so it is pretty chill. It is a nice stadium. In fact one of the nicer ones I've ever been to.
Robin C — Google review
Levi Stadium is nicely built. We went for a 49ers game and I loved the layout and that their sound system is so great. Usually in stadiums, you can’t understand what they’re saying but glad it was different here. Such a cool place for the game with a nice variety of food & drinks! Can’t wait to go back!
Karina A — Google review
We went to see Morgan Wallen and it was AMAZING!! I had nose bleed seats but I could see very well and the sound was excellent. After the concert so many people were trying to exit the stadium and even though it looked intimidating it wasn't bad at all. I'm looking forward to my next event at Levis stadium whether it be a concert or a football game.

Italian restaurant
Pizza restaurant
Mio Vicino is a charming Italian restaurant located in Santa Clara's old town, offering a variety of traditional Italian dishes such as pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and a selection of wines. The casual space provides outdoor seating and indoor dining options.
This is *EXACTLY* what a dining experience should look like. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were welcomed with warmth and smiles, as if we were stepping into the home of a dear friend or even family. We were seated promptly, attended to quickly and graciously by the warm, friendly, and jovial staff members. Not only did the food come quickly, but the portion sizes were on point, and had the taste of authentic Italian fare. All in all, a wonderful experience ~ would not hesitate to visit again and recommend to anybody who would like to experience true Italian hospitality. BRAVISSIMO!

Tried for the first time with my colleagues for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Classic dishes you would expect from any Italian restaurant, but not find them available as easily. Good value for money and family owned restaurant vibe. Will try lasagna next time. My colleagues commented how their seafood pasta’s shrimps have a stronger fishy taste than expected; however, my prawns in my pasta were fine.
Saveana S — Google review
The AC was freezing when we first sat down 🥶, even though it was around 60°F outside. Thankfully, our server was kind enough to turn it off, which we really appreciated. We ordered the shellfish pasta and the meat lover pizza. - The pasta was flavorful and well-seasoned, though the noodles themselves weren’t great, I’m quite picky about pasta texture. - The pizza, however, was below average compared to other Italian restaurants I’ve tried. The crust was thick, and the dough, cheese, and toppings (sausage, mushroom, etc.) felt like separate components rather than a cohesive dish. Overall, I’d recommend coming here for the pasta, but I’d skip the pizza next time.
Betty W — Google review
This is the place to be if you're looking for homey Italian food. Good variety of Italian dishes on the menu, and reasonable wine from different regions. I wish they offered more wine from Italy. 🇮🇹 Clam chowder has good amount of clam meat, but was on the salty side I asked to have very light breading on the fried artichoke heart, and they delivered! Linguini with clams comes with scallions and tomatoes, which is an interesting twist to the white wine sauce I'm used to I love the tiramisu - it's rich but not sweet Overall, we enjoyed our time there, and will go back again
Opinion T — Google review
a local known for its homemade pasta and pizza I tried the Chicken Cannelloni, and it was a standout. The fresh pasta was filled with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, quattro formaggi, and oregano, then baked in a rich provolone and marsala cream sauce, topped with toasted pine nuts. The sauce is so rich and velvety I also tried the Shrimp Pie. It came with prawns, rock shrimp, pesto, pine nuts, and plenty of melty cheese. The shrimp was fresh and well-seasoned, and the combination worked beautifully. Their tiramisu is a must try and it did not disappoint. Classic Italian style — bold coffee flavor, not too sweet, and perfectly creamy.
Elaine C — Google review
Came here because I was craving tiramisu and this place was heavily recommended on Reddit. The tiramisu was delicious. Very wet and not too sweet. Just how I like it. The seafood pasta was also good but nothing that stands out from other Italian restaurants.
JJ L — Google review
We ordered fired calamari and artichoke as starters, they were both good We also ordered margarita pizza and chicken Parmesan, the margarita pizza had fresh tomato cubes on it and the crust was very thick as for pastry dough, which was really weird, and it wasn’t good, the chicken Parmesan was very dry and had no flavor, even after all the parmesan cheese we added to it.

The grill Holder's Mission City Grill offers a daily changing menu with takeout available from 9am-8pm. The restaurant is clean and the waitstaff check in with customers often. The food is served correctly and the customer service is on point. This place would be a great place to breakfast or lunch.
Food was very good. We ordered steak and avocado eggs Benedict and California eggs Benedict with sub Canadian bacon for regular bacon both coming with a side of hash browns (the eggs were cook perfectly) and sure coffee ☕️. Portions are normal for a Benedict and price is competitive with similar restaurants. Our waitress Magdalena C was very friendly, attentive and professional and gave to us a few tips about when it’s a good time to go in weekend and weeks days. For a dinner style restaurant it’s very nice decor and ambiance. Definitely I’ll be back to try other dishes, because they have lunch, dinner and breakfast all day Thank you very much, was a pleasant experience.

I ordered the Country Fried Steak with hash browns and over easy eggs, it comes with your choice of pancakes or toast. I went with the pancakes, they were massive! It was freshly made, surprisingly it was crispy on the outside (was expecting soft) and fluffy on the inside. Very delicious, highly recommend trying it while it is still crispy, after a few mins the pancakes becomes soft on the outside, and the batter starts to stick to the mouth. So enjoy while its fresh! The fried steak was a bit on the salty side but delicious, there was so much food, I could not finish it. We also ordered the fruit crepe, without powdered sugar. Fruits were fresh, crepe was soft and not too sweet, it paired perfectly with the whipped cream and fruits.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Clara - or anywhere. The food and service are excellent! It’s obvious the staff are happy to be here, as they’re all smiles and they are very attentive. I’ve never had a substandard experience. The menu is expansive and includes an exhaustive selection of lunch and brunch favorites. There are also many daily specials. You really can’t go wrong. One could say at here a couple times a day for a couple weeks and not run out of new offerings. I travel for work, and this is the without a doubt one of the most enjoyable places I’ve been anywhere in the country.

Chinese restaurant
Restaurant
China Stix is a family-owned Chinese restaurant offering standard Chinese dishes, including vegetarian options and lunch specials. The portions are generous, and the menu features a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is ideal for large gatherings with its circular table setup. While some find the red wine overpriced and the service lacking in friendliness, others praise it as a top dim sum destination with delicious food and friendly staff.
I've been coming to this restaurant since the late 90's, and there has never been a time that I can remember, when I've had a bad meal here. The siblings Frank and Lilly, who started the restaurant with a vision of bringing authentic Chinese cusine to Santa Clara, have withheld it's commitment, prestige, and status in the community. The service is always consistent and the wait staff is like family, especially Hugo, he has seen me and my brother grow up since teenagers. I'm so proud of this establishment, keeping a float, as all the smaller mom and pop shops around them in the Plaza have all gone away. If you are from Santa Clara, and don't know about China Stix, you live under a rock.
Nerissa W — Google review
Unlike ordinary Chinese restaurants in the United States, I was so satisfied because the scent of the dish was strong or not too salty. Especially, appitaizer and the soft tofu dish was really delicious, but orange chicken tasted a little unexpected. We were a little worried about ordering too many dishes, but we finished our plates. When we went, we were relatively free and they looked pretty kind. I have a revisit intention, and I recommend you to visit.
M P — Google review
Have been going to China Stix for years and they have always been consistent for quality. Portion sizes are reasonable and they have many dishes to try from. I have fond memories of their minced fried fish in lettuce cups, walnut prawns, tofu, and other dishes. Occasionally they host parties and weddings at the restaurant. Conveniently located in middle of Santa Clara and although they are located in a strip mall, parking does get a little hectic and spots are small.
A S — Google review
Probably my favorite restaurant in San Jose, and I was born here, raised here, and lived here for 21 years. China Stix is a consistently amazing restaurant with massive portions of authentic food. I usually get the combination plate and it’s a huge quantity of food. The family dinners are also amazing value. The honey walnut prawns in particular are absolutely delicious. I also love the sweet and sour chicken, pot stickers, wonton soup and chow mein. On top of the food, the staff here are all lovely and extremely attentive. They greet us personally like we are family, are super quick with drink refills and are sure to check on us several times during our meal. The service is also very fast. My parents are regulars here and I make sure to come with them at least once whenever I visit the area. My mom was given some cookies today by the manager after I told him that it was her birthday. He made our visit memorable!
Marc W — Google review
The place looks a bit too authentic, but the food was great. We especially loved the minced chicken on lettuce cups, they came as 4 cups, and were refreshing. I would say a reasonable couple could easily just order the combination plate and be full. We ordered way too much. There was also complimentary tea which was fun.

This used to be a great place to go for Chinese food. I brought my family here for Mother's Day and was disappointed to say the least. The food was bland, with little flavor. We got the chow mein, won ton soup, garlic chicken, Mongolian beef and sweet and sour chicken. The place wasn't too busy at 6 pm, so there is no excuse for the poor service. Not once did our waiter check on us! We were not given ANY water and I was very thirsty, as was my daughter. Once, my waiter was right behind me giving the check to the table next to us and I thought for sure he would ask if everything was ok, but he rushed off before I could even flag him down! He had looked right at me and still not acknowledged our table. Well, $150.00 for dinner plus an undeserved tip later, and we left. I shouldn't have tipped well, but I won't be back for more. There are two new Chinese restaurants in the area and I intend on trying them. Time to move on and find a new place to enjoy. I cannot afford to waste money on bland food and poor service. 0 stars for service! 2 stars for food.

We got a family dinner (for 2) and had PLENTY of food for a reasonable price. The quality of the meat was great and had an amazing taste. Pictures is the fried rice, kung pao chicken, and beef and broccoli

Definitely 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ overall. Best weekend dim sum place to go to. We ordered mixed vegetable with tofu, mushroom with vegetable. And of course, variety of dim sum dishes. Staffs are super friendly, environment is clean as expected. Most importantly, food are delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone 😊🤗

Sara's Kitchen is a classic American diner that offers a cozy and nostalgic dining experience. The breakfast menu features American favorites, while the lunch menu includes various cheesesteak options. Customers appreciate the reasonable portion sizes, ensuring they don't leave feeling overwhelmed or wasteful. The friendly staff and quick service contribute to the overall positive experience. Despite limited parking, visitors enjoy the delicious brunch offerings and recommend this charming spot for a taste of traditional diner fare.
The quintessential diner experience. Fast comfy food, quick friendly service, and that slightly burnt coffee taste that only exists in diners. Perfection. Ordered the linguica omelette

This is a classic family run restaurant! The no frills old school vibe is fantastic. We stopped in for Easter Sunday brunch and we had a great experience.

The food was delicious! Felt so homey and was such a cute little diner. Our waiter was extremely kind and worked very hard serving the entire diner. However, the host was not very friendly to us. Hoping it was just an off day, other than that it was such a cute little diner.

We came to this spot as part of a regular get together with friends, and our friend chose it because it is her birthday month. First, the table service was attentive and friendly. We got multiple coffee and water refills, and our food came out relatively quickly. The restaurant was smallish and a typical diner/cafe. My wife and I shared the "hangover" breakfast, which had 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and a short stack. The savory items were tasty, and they had a variety of sauces. The pancakes could have used a bit more flavor, though. We also shared the biscuits and gravy. As a native Texan, I consider myself to be an experienced B&G reviewer, and I often order it as a benchmark in a restaurant that's new to me. This order was not bad, but did not meet my B&G ideal. The serving size was good, with two biscuits. However, the biscuits were a little tough, and the gravy was a little thin and less flavorful than I cherish. My wife and another friend (who also ordered a gravy item) agreed with me. At the end of the meal, we went up to the counter to pay. The cashier interrupted my multiple efforts to explain how we wanted to pay. As a result, we were unable to treat our friend to her birthday meal. This was especially confusing because we were the only ones in line to pay at the time and there didn't seem to be a need to rush us. If a friend wanted to return here, I would consider it. But it wouldn't be my first choice.

Typical diner atmosphere but with not so tasty food. The hype around this place doesn't live up to its expectations. Service was not that great. Our kid stroller was almost forced between the tables. Food tasted just okay, not anything great. Overpriced. I wish I never visited there.

What a unique hidden gem in Sunnyvale. I thankfully stumbled upon this delightful café. My breakfast was terrific. Amazing and attentive service made my Friday morning.

Last week, I had the pleasure of eating at Sara's Kitchen, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a genuinely friendly staff that made me feel right at home. They were attentive and welcoming, which really set the tone for the meal. As for the food, it was truly delicious. I ordered the hash and over easy eggs, and it was cooked to perfection. The eggs had that perfectly runny yolk I was craving, and the hash was incredibly flavorful. My favorite part, though, was the extra crispy hashbrowns—they were exactly as I requested, golden brown and crunchy, the perfect complement to the rest of the plate. I can't recommend Sara's Kitchen enough. If you're looking for a spot with great food and even better service, this is the place to go. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

Italian restaurant
Il Fornaio Santa Clara is an upscale Italian restaurant known for its freshly made pasta and bread from an in-house bakery. The beautifully designed restaurant offers a fine dining experience, with options for vegetarians. The cuisine is delicious, with flavorful sauces and good vegetarian choices. While the service is decent, there's room for improvement in terms of speed.
Good ambiance, friendly workers, overall good experience without breaking the bank. Thanks to Sergio for being a friendly server. Parking can get a little tough as you get closer to dinner. I recommend booking a little earlier than regular dinner time. Say 6pm so you can find parking easily. I recommend the Linguine Mare Chiaro. It's a spaghetti with scallops, clams, shrimp, etc. There is a 3% surcharge. The food was a-ok, but the comfortable environment at an affordable price made me give this place a 5-star. Would repeat. Thank you.

They have this restaurant in a couple of cities in the Bay area. Nice restaurant for large groups. I made a reservation and one day before and food thing I called again because I needed to make changes. To my surprise, the person who took the reservation didn't mention that for parties larger than 4 there would be a pre-set menu for $60 per person. The second person mentioned it and after I mentioned my hesitation, he agreed to have a regular menu. We arrived on time and our table was ready. The service is good and the food I ordered was delicious. I recommend their Linguine. It is good and it come with red sauce or I believe wine or white sauce The calamari appetizer is so-so. Service is good. I don't understand why they charge 3% service fee. They didn't make granularity % mandatory even for our group of 12 which I like. Will come back again later. Now one one restaurant left for me to try at that complex.

We celebrated today our wedding anniversary with the family of 5! We love this place, but today was even special thanks for a wonderful care from Mr. Argent, who was very attentive to all our needs, including the baby. It was fantastic to get a sweat treat due to special occasion. Mr. Larry, the manager, even made the dinner more special by offering kids to make their own pizza! It was so much fun to play with the dough! Thank you, I’m Fornaio team! We will come back 💖

We stopped by Il Fornaio since we were all craving Italian food and wanted to give this place a try. It was packed and ambiance seemed like it would be great. Unfortunately looks were deceiving. Food was just so-so. Their desserts were good though. We ordered various items to give it a try but were disappointed. We won’t be back.

Everything was nice except the pasta :( The dish was mildly warm, very dry pasta, and it turned cold within 8 mins of serving. Has to request for a reheat. Also, they added raw tomatoes on my pasta which is extremely surprisingly, and after taking efforts to remove them, when I gave my dish for reheating, they added it again :(. Food was really average! Next day the pesto pasta was gone bad and inedible. Nice gesture for serving a on-the-house desert for anniversary celebration.

We had today special. The steak is very good, while the fish is very crunchy outside but a bit dry inside.

Came for early dinner, Lauren, the hostess was very friendly and seated us right away. We had our service dog and we got an outside patio table. They have nice heaters and she said that it's warmer outside than inside. the patio was nice and quiet, closer to dinner time the indoor was bustling and nice atmosphere. We both ordered the seafood fettuccine and it was excellent, very fresh. Service very good. They have a 3% service charge which does not go to the servers, I asked to have that taken off the bill and tipped extra to the server. 5 stars⭐ We'll be back.
