Technology museum
Museum
Located in Santa Clara, California, the Intel Museum is a unique destination that celebrates the profound impact of microchips on society. Visitors can explore educational exhibits showcasing technological milestones and Intel's history, including the making of the silicon chip. The museum offers behind-the-scenes tours of an ultra-clean, highly automated silicon chip factory and features self-paced exhibits on semiconductor chip technology. Additionally, visitors can see a fully functional 130x scale replica of the Intel 4004 CPU.
Very well thought out museum highlighting the history of Intel and the leaps and bounds they have come from. The organization and layout is very intuitive to follow, the path is all chronologically ordered and details for each and every item on exhibit. The staff are very kind, patient, and pumped up to get visitors started experiencing the location. The whole exhibit can be experienced in an hour. The entrance is to the side of the main lobby. There is a gift shop as well with unique small crafts and outfits and accessories. There is a visitors area parking area and the crowd fluctuates depending on time of day and any large tours that are making a stop. This is a free museum and you can do a self guided tour or a guided tour by the staff. There are some neat interactive screens to play with too. Overall, a nice place to spend some time if you're in the general San Jose Silicon Valley area.
Kevin C — Google review
I brought my wife and kids and they had more fun than we expected. This free museum shares the history of Intel, its founders, and the process of manufacturing the microchip and how it has evolved over the years. Lots of interactive things for kids to enjoy while parents read and interact as well. The employees are very friendly. There's a gift shop inside.
Francisco L — Google review
The Intel Museum in Santa Clara is an excellent stop for anyone interested in technology or Silicon Valley history. It’s free to visit, well-organized, and surprisingly interactive. You can see how microchips are made, walk through a model clean room, and trace Intel’s evolution from its early days to modern processors. The exhibits are clear and hands-on, making it fun for both adults and kids. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole space is spotless and easy to navigate. It’s not a large museum — you can explore everything in about an hour — but the quality of information and presentation makes it absolutely worth the visit. A perfect quick stop to understand how the tech world we live in actually works.
Olga N — Google review
Nicely done free museum. The intel advertising and logo change over the years is particularly interesting. There is a fun AR video experience you can get texted to yourself. The bus goes straight there so it’s easy to get to. Highly recommend for any age if you’re in the area.
Monica S — Google review
Such a fun and educational visit! I really enjoyed learning how computer chips are made. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly and perfect for both kids and adults.

California's Great America is an expansive and thrilling amusement park located in Santa Clara, just a short drive from San Jose. The park offers a wide variety of attractions suitable for visitors of all ages, including heart-pounding roller coasters like the iconic Gold Striker and family-friendly rides. Additionally, the park features Boomerang Bay, a refreshing water park perfect for cooling off on hot days.
We had a fantastic day at California’s Great America! The park has a great mix of rides, entertainment, and water fun. My daughter especially loved the water slides—she couldn’t get enough of them. The South Bay Shores water park was clean, well-organized, and perfect for cooling off. Plenty of shaded spots for parents to relax too. Overall, a fun family outing with something for everyone. Highly recommend, especially if you have kids who enjoy water play!
Abhijeet S — Google review
This was my first time entering and experiencing the park. I’ve passed by several times in the past few years and I always wanted to experience the rides especially after I hear news on closure. Luckily my friend had a seasonal pass and we got discounts on daily tickets. A good place to bring kids and spend a day here. We went in all the big rides as we were adults. It was thrilling and our adrenaline was pumped. Parking was a bit expensive and I suggest you to take light rail or park in Santa Clara convention center as you might get free parking. Avoid going here on days when Levi’s stadium has events as it will be packed. Overall we had a great one day experience which rejuvenated the kid inside me.
Jagadeesh R — Google review
California’s Great America in Santa Clara is a fun and well-rounded theme park that offers something for just about everyone. Whether you’re into high-speed thrills or laid-back family rides, the park’s lineup delivers — especially with coasters like Gold Striker, RailBlazer, and Flight Deck. If you visit on a weekday or arrive early, you’ll beat the crowds and get more ride time without long waits. The layout is easy to navigate, and there’s plenty of shaded seating to take breaks between attractions. Food options are surprisingly diverse for a theme park. You’ll find everything from funnel cakes and burgers to sushi rolls and boba tea, with most meals priced between $10 and $20. Seasonal food festivals like Taste of Orleans add extra flavor with Cajun-inspired dishes and live music. Dining plans are available and can be a good value if you’re planning to stay all day — just keep in mind that some locations may have limited menus or longer lines during peak hours. Overall, the park is clean, well-staffed, and packed with entertainment throughout the year. Events like WinterFest and Red, White & Brews bring extra charm, and Planet Snoopy keeps younger guests happy with gentle rides and character meet-and-greets. While occasional ride closures and crowding can be a downside, the overall experience is memorable and worth the visit.
Jonathan P — Google review
It was a marvelous experience, Loved all the rides and the atmosphere. Enjoyed very bit of it. A hidden gem I would say. Hoping staff could smile more but regardless, A never forgotten moment. Couldn’t go on all the rides so will have to come back for water park. But make sure your whole day is reserved for California’s Great America.
Simran A — Google review
We got the annual pass, and it has been totally worth it! It pays for itself in just a few visits and gives us the freedom to come and go without feeling rushed — especially helpful during busy summer days or holidays when lines can get really long (sometimes over an hour for popular rides). California’s Great America is great for all ages — there are thrilling coasters for teens and adults, gentle rides and splash areas for younger kids, and a full water park (South Bay Shores) that everyone can enjoy. If you’re planning to visit the water park, it’s best to arrive early — lounge chairs fill up quickly, especially on hot or crowded days. Going early also means shorter lines for the water slides and more time to relax. The park is clean, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of food options. Parking is easy, and the annual pass comes with great perks like discounts and early entry on select days. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for families and anyone looking for a full day (or season!) of fun. Highly recommended!
Iris Z — Google review
This is such a cute and amazing amusement park. I went two weeks ago when I was visiting the Bay Area, and I had a great experience. It was very clean, well-maintained, and I got to ride all the roller coasters in the park in a couple of hours. The coaster line up is pretty solid as well. The Gold Striker, RailBlazer, and Flight Deck were my absolute favorites. The Demon, the Patriot, and the Grizzly are really fun classics as well. This park is totally worth the trip. I’m really sad to hear they’re going to close in a few years, but I will definitely come back for another visit before that happens!
Abraham S — Google review
Enjoy it while it lasts, people. This place is set to close in two years.😔 I’ve been coming to Great America with my siblings for 31 years. Now, we have our kids and they’re enjoying their time at the park. The rides are amazing. The children’s spot is Snoopy Themed. They’ve upgraded the water park within GA. It will be greatly missed!🥹
Francisco C — Google review
We had a great time at Great America. The park was very clean, lots of fresh paint on the rides and buildings. Restrooms were nice and clean. I would recommend this park to others. Not much has changed over the years, which makes this place very nostalgic in my opinion. Plenty of shade, grass, and places to sit. The landscaping was very well groomed and beautiful. Parking is close, no need for a long trolley ride, like other parks. Pizza and bread sticks were good. soda fountains were placed throughout the park. Fun for all ages, that's for sure.

Church
Historical landmark
Mission Santa Clara de Asís, originally consecrated in 1777 by the Franciscan Order, is a Catholic church located on the campus of Santa Clara University. The area surrounding the mission used to be an orchard and is now known for its treelined landscape. The city of Santa Clara was founded in 1777 with the establishment of this mission, which was later incorporated in 1852.
We can to see the mission for 4th grade. I had my son and nephew. This mission has a little less history element than the other mission we went to see. But it's absolutely beautiful and the Santa Clara University was wonderful. I highly recommend that you go over to the museum because the bottom floor has a permanent mission display there where you can read some about the history.

Beautiful and historic Santa Clara Mission Church located on the campus of SCU. Peaceful relaxing walk with my dog on the open campus before the school starts.
Kenneth C — Google review
Beautiful mission parish and campus. Sunday mass was very nice. Loved the tile floor and artwork. If I had one negative it would be I wish parishioners that are sick would not come to mass. There was one person behind us that was clearly sick coughing, sneezing and blowing nose. I understand being a good Catholic, but sometimes you have to think about others.
Tom C — Google review
A beautiful mission, the church still holds mass, so be respectful. We loved the grounds and gardens, but our favorite was the art in the church. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or if your kid has this mission for their 4th grade mission project!
Rachel M — Google review
Very beautiful. Hard to find parking. Church is located in side the University campus.
Sean R — Google review
Stunning setting on the Santa Clara University campus. More than one rose garden and excellent landscape and greenery. The Mission itself was rebuilt in 1928, but is nonetheless a stunning building in its own right. Nearby walls, lovingly preserved, are from the 1800s. No signage or pretense. Just wander over to them from the Mission Church.
Laura — Google review
It was beautiful but under construction. We got to see the Santa Clara college campus. It was gorgeous with some of the most beautiful rose bushes I have ever seen.
Meridith B — Google review
The Mission is part of Santa Clara University which is a beautiful campus to stroll through or even have a picnic. The mission is open to the public and also an event venue. In December we love attending the winter choir inside the Church, great experience! Parking is easy and free.

Levi's Stadium, located on Marie P. DeBartolo Way in Santa Clara, is a versatile facility with over 68,000 seats and serves as the home of the San Francisco 49ers. This open-air stadium features a natural grass field and can be expanded to accommodate approximately 75,000 people for major events like the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup. In addition to NFL games, Levi's Stadium hosts various annual events including concerts with renowned artists.
I’ve enjoyed taking my Mom to Levi’s Stadium for years! The best part is the BNY Mellon Club West!! It is beyond prestigious and first class with delectable dishes. There is something for every palate. The bar service is nonstop and quick! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Everything is top notch and immaculate. The staff members are extremely friendly, hospitable, and engaging! Go Niners!
Janey M — Google review
It could be that I'm a southern girl, Falcons fan, and season ticketholder to the Benz, with great food options, but the food looked good at Levi's stadium but was pretty awful. Chicken nuggets tasted like sawdust from organic chicken. The tater tots were soggy and old. Stick with adult beverages!
Gwen D — Google review
Levi’s Stadium is a modern, spacious, and impressive venue the home of the San Francisco 49ers and host to many great events. The design is sleek, with comfortable seating, great visibility, and an excellent sound system. The atmosphere during games and concerts is energetic and exciting, and the large screens make it easy to follow all the action. The stadium is very clean and well maintained, with good food and drink options throughout. Parking and entry are well organized, though traffic after events can be slow, as expected for big venues. Overall, Levi’s Stadium is a top-notch sports and entertainment arena that offers a fantastic fan experience modern, comfortable, and full of energy. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Bay Area!
Lg G — Google review
Great stadium. Access to get in was easy and pretty quick. The app did a good job telling you what you can and cannot bring. The stadium was clean and plenty of friendly security staff. The food on the other hand hlwas not so! The chicken tenders were okay but the fries were like cold cardboard. I would have asked for new ones but when you order for 4 and it piled on, didn't notice till seated! Over priced. The staff taking orders were cool but the staff serving food were a bit not friendly, but not unfriendly.... just meh?. We had. Great time at the 9ers game though! Will go again. Just find better places to eat I guess. Oh ya paid $70 for 2 whiskey mules from Joe Montana's Whiskey! What? I guess if they dont list the price, be prepared to pay!
Denny S — Google review
Second time being there. So much fun and excitement. The food was great but I'd give a 4.5 star because they don't give drink lids. So when I put my cup in the holder on the back of the chair in front of me, the lady's hair was falling into it. It went down more than half way down my cup. 🤢 I'm glad that was after I was done with it. Other than that, it was a blast!
Jeremiah H — Google review
Levi stadium is always a lot of fun. Especially when the Niners win!!! The food is very high price it was $18 for a little brisket sandwich and $20 for one tall can of beer. I suggest to pregame it before you even enter the gates. Security is all around so it is pretty chill. It is a nice stadium. In fact one of the nicer ones I've ever been to.
Robin C — Google review
Levi Stadium is nicely built. We went for a 49ers game and I loved the layout and that their sound system is so great. Usually in stadiums, you can’t understand what they’re saying but glad it was different here. Such a cool place for the game with a nice variety of food & drinks! Can’t wait to go back!
Karina A — Google review
We went to see Morgan Wallen and it was AMAZING!! I had nose bleed seats but I could see very well and the sound was excellent. After the concert so many people were trying to exit the stadium and even though it looked intimidating it wasn't bad at all. I'm looking forward to my next event at Levis stadium whether it be a concert or a football game.

Santana Row is an upscale outdoor mall in San Jose, designed to resemble the charm of European cobblestone streets with its fountains and palm trees. It features a variety of high-end shops, bars, and restaurants with outdoor seating and live music. The 42-acre Mediterranean-style district is not only a shopping destination but also a residential area where dogs are often seen strolling alongside their owners.
wonderful shopping and dining experience here. perfect for a date and meeting up with old friends. The place feels a bit European style, but the food options are very diverse.

One of my favorite spots in the Bay Area! Beautiful outdoor shopping and dining vibe, perfect for a stroll any time of the day. Great mix of restaurants, cafes, and boutiques, plus the ambiance is always lively and inviting
Sun S — Google review
One of my favorite spots in San Jose. Never disappoints. Nice street to walk down. Full of upscale shops and also a few places to eat. Would recommend for a nice stroll, seeing the shops and a few things on the street for good photo opportunities.
Ajitpal S — Google review
Santana Row is a great commcial complex of upscale clothing, dining, and events in an open air ambiance. Brand name international and domestic chains of clothing, sports equipment and more offer small accessible Venues. I had a hard time deciding between all the dining venues! The central areas and medians are decorated with twinkle lights on trees, with mostly accessible venues. The center is ringed with apartments on second and third floor The parking garage does not list parking prices and the exit signs are difficult to follow. Accessible restrooms in various areas and eateries in the commercial center. Check out the events calendars.
Toni T — Google review
Outdoor shopping area with high end luxury brands. Lovely walking area during the day and at night. Looks pretty in the evening because of the lights. There are several fountains to check out if your into that. Really like the tree lined streets, wide sidewalks and how much of the areas is pedestrian traffic only.

Santana Row is one of the most beautiful spots in San Jose — perfectly designed for a relaxed walk, great food, and people watching. The outdoor layout feels like a small European town with fountains, trees, and cozy patios everywhere. There’s an excellent mix of restaurants, cafés, and shops — from casual bakeries to upscale dining and fashion boutiques. Everything is clean, well-kept, and lively, especially in the evenings when the lights and atmosphere feel festive. Parking can get busy on weekends, but it’s absolutely worth visiting. Whether you’re here for coffee, dinner, or just to stroll, Santana Row always feels special.

Farmers' market
If you're on the hunt for a delightful local experience, look no further than the Santa Clara Farmers Market. Open year-round, this charming market is a treasure trove of seasonal produce, artisanal baked goods, and unique health products. Nestled on Jackson Street near downtown Santa Clara, it’s an inviting spot where you can mingle with locals while enjoying the pleasant weather. Each visit promises new finds—from fresh fruits and vegetables to gourmet treats crafted by local artisans.
Awesome small local market in Santa Clara on Benton. Highly recommended especially during summers. Great produce by friendly sellers, though little expensive than Walmart or other markets. There are samples available so that we can taste the fruits and then choose to buy. Good to hangout around post office fountain where lot of gatherings happen. Live music, hot popcorn, falafel, boba, Indian food and lots of other activities around keeping the environment lively. Plenty of parking available in Franklin Square parking lot. Overall a good place to hangout on Saturday mornings. Plenty of food options in and around Franklin Square too.
Nikhil — Google review
My husband and I really enjoy walking through this market early on Saturday mornings. Mix music , good food, snd great local farmers with wonderful fruits and vegetables. They even have a wonderful Seafood man to get beautiful Seafood for a wonderful weekend dinner.
Doreen W — Google review
They're open! Saturdays. Brisk, but many fresh vegetables, fruits, bakery, foods, coffee & more.
Tim M — Google review
Today I found an amazing variety of fresh produce — tender winter melons, fuzzy gourds, Middle Eastern zucchini, Indian bitter melon, and adorable baby eggplants. Everything looked super fresh, vibrant, and picked at just the right time. The prices were very fair too (like $2/lb for gourds), and the farmers were incredibly friendly and helpful — some even shared their cooking tips! The vibe is super laid-back and local. There’s a small-town feel to the place, with people chatting, sampling, and really enjoying the morning. There’s also fresh coffee and baked goods nearby if you’re in the mood for a snack. Parking is usually pretty easy too. Whether you’re shopping for the week or just want to stroll and explore, this market is a fantastic way to start your weekend.
Danny H — Google review
Nice place to buy some fresh fruits, veggies and flowers. Flowers were so pretty. Was happy to find an Indian stall which sells fresh homemade food at reasonable prices. Limited number of stalls. One stall had fresh made vegan milk and popsicles.
Sweta M — Google review
Really nice little farmer's market with reliably good produce and hot food. I always get the breakfast burrito with chorizo from the Mexican place (I think it's Tustacos from San Jose), as well as really good coffee from Cosmic Coffee. The Beckmann's pie stand is also a must. Live music is often really impressive. Plenty of parking.
William C — Google review
A nice place to visit on weekend morning to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. However, compared to other farmers markets this one has less number of fruits and vegetable stalls. The market has handmade cheese and butter stall, accessories stall, handmade soaps stall as well as few ready to eat stalls serving Indian, Mexican, pita bread and a few more.

Historical place
The Winchester Mystery House is a sprawling mansion in San Jose, California, known for its enigmatic design and architectural oddities. Built by Sarah Winchester, heiress to the Winchester rifle fortune, the mansion features over 160 rooms, peculiar staircases leading to nowhere, doors opening onto blank walls, and secret passages. Sarah's eccentricities and mysterious legacy continue to captivate visitors as they explore this labyrinthine landmark.
Winchester Mansion was such a beautiful and fascinating find. My husband had watched a documentary on it, and I had always heard about this house, so visiting in person was really exciting. We both appreciate vintage furniture and history, so this tour was right up our alley. Our tour guide was vibrant, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience even more engaging. I’m usually the one in the group asking a ton of questions, and I definitely gave her a run for her money with a few she hadn’t heard before. I actually loved that — it gave her something new to think about after all her years of doing these tours. If you enjoy architecture, history, or anything a little odd and mysterious, I highly recommend visiting. From windows in the floor to doors that don’t open, stairways to nowhere, and all the quirky details in between — it’s such an interesting and unique place to experience.

Winchester mystery house is a must for anyone into the paranormal. The energy is so surreal inside the house. My daughter and I could feel and hear sounds no others could while on tour. The price is very affordable. If you visit California this is definitely something to see. The gardens are beautiful with wonders at every turn. One of the great California mysteries lies within these walls.

I have been coming to the Winchester house off randomly since the 1970s. The tours have morphed over the decades and are great. This is the first time we did a basement tour though. It was not worth the cost. All you really see is lots of bricks, concrete and low hanging pipes. The only thing of interest down there is the old boiler. The staff were great. We got there a couple of hours before our scheduled tour, and they nicely got us in an earlier tour.

Know this famous house for long. Finally be there. A bit different with I thought. Have to join in a tour group (around 15-20 ppl) to get in the house. Sarah was a tiny lady, so I guess the house was designed to fit her needs. All rooms are so small. Feel really packed with the group. Not a lot to see. Not scary. Good to know the history. Wish could have seen more due to the ticket price.

After travelling from the UK to visit, we were disappointed in a rushed and poor tour experience. Half of the group had barely time to look around a space before the tour guide moved on, and leaving half the group behind. We were then chided for being slow, as well as missing out on the information given for the next spot. It would have been nicer having the chance to explore alone. Everywhere was signposted, so it wasn’t hard to follow a route. The building is beautiful though, and worth a visit - just a shame about the tour experience.
Rose U — Google review
The guided tours of the Winchester Mystery House are all fun and entertaining while you gain insight into the history of the house and the area. Our guides have always been fun! We went in early October when their Halloween themed night decorations were up which made it more spooky and fun. The "self guided" basement tour is a bit of a letdown now. Years ago we paid for a "guided tour" of the basement and stables. That was worth it. This year we added the extra $$ for the basement tour only to find it was self guided with a few plaques and some arrows on the ground. Take the tour but skip the basement add on and save some $$.

Saw the movie and didn’t know it was in SJ. Going to SJ every year and stayed about 10 blocks away. It’s amazed that it’s still standing and with an incredible story, especially ran by a woman. Really admired for what she had done for her staffs and the community. The house is very odd, weird and everything you can think off. But it had been keeping up well just like the stories behind it.

The Winchester Mystery House is absolutely fascinating! We had a wonderful time exploring all the strange features and learning the history. It was a great family outing - the kids were intrigued and enjoyed every unique detail of the house. Highly recommend it for a memorable experience!"

Santa Clara University, established in 1851, is a Jesuit institution located in downtown Santa Clara. The campus boasts scenic gardens and Mission Revival-style buildings. The university is situated in an area known for its historic homes and highly rated schools. The de Saisset Museum on the campus showcases the rich artistic and historical heritage of Santa Clara through its collections and exhibits.
During my visit to Santa Clara University, I was impressed by its blend of modern and historic architecture, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The sense of community and academic passion among students and faculty stood out, showcasing the university's commitment to both learning and social responsibility. The campus's well-equipped facilities and serene outdoor spaces left a lasting impression of Santa Clara University's holistic approach to education.

Santa Clara University A really nice campus. Beautiful buildings, well maintained and very clean. It has a historic feel with plenty of architectural buildings to appreciate. We didn’t go inside any of them just walked around campus. There is an old church that may be worth a look. You can walk-on campus but to visit the campus by car you have to get a visitor parking pass either by the entry or go to the security booth. The security were very nice and will give you a map of the campus. The campus exudes a sense of affluence, and it's evident that there's wealth here. While walking around, we came accross a teacher's meeting were all the teachers were very well dressed. They looked more like professionals in corporate attire than your typical brainy educators. The neighborhood around the campus is well-maintained and felt safe. The campus atmosphere felt friendly but also a bit preppy. Despite that, the campus is definitely worth a visit, as it's beautiful.

Walking the grounds was tranquil and serene. One of the most beautiful UC campuses. Many paths, statues and squirrels 🐿️! The Santa Clara mission is not far and a theater that has worth while events. Well kept grounds, even to have lunch at the bench! All of this and within city limits.

Gorgeous campus, I come walking here every day. Gardens and flower beds are immaculate. Love it. There’s bathrooms by the parking lot on Lafayette as well as next to the science building. They’ve been mostly locked over Covid and distance learning. Security guards on campus are usually patrolling around, it’s well lit with emergency phones. Don’t use the vending machine by the science building, it’s been faulty for years lol. There’s a Safeway close by but you can’t bring a picnic and linger if you’re not a student. You can walk around and use the benches etc and take photos. If you use a professional photographer they’ll ask for a permit. The art museum is free and worth a visit. It’s been closed with Covid though.

Beautiful and historic campus! New STEM and Innovation center almost finished. Should be ready for the fall. Buildings still closed for tours, but there are some students living on campus and it feels like life is returning! Hopefully will be back to normal for the fall, God willing!

The park is popular among families for picnics and leisurely walks while enjoying the scenic views of nature.
Wonderful Park with Great Amenities! This park is truly a gem in the area! There’s plenty of parking, making it super convenient to visit anytime. The location is easy to access, and the park is well-maintained with a variety of amenities for all ages. It’s especially great for kids — lots of open space and fun play areas. I’ve attended a few festive events here, and they’ve always been well-organized and full of positive energy. The addition of the Magical Bridge Playground has made the experience even better — it's inclusive, creative, and brings smiles to everyone who visits. Overall, a fantastic place to relax, play, and enjoy time with family and friends!

Decent sized park with lots of open spaces, two playgrounds, basketball court, war memorial, fountain, pond and more. Easy paved walk. Lots of grassy areas to hang out and relax and watching ducks and geese swimming in the pond. There’s a war memorial in a shaded area. Lovely spot to reflect on the lives sacrificed. We went on a Saturday and there was a pokeman event the day we went so the park was busy but not overly crowded.

Westfield Valley Fair is a premier shopping destination located in San Jose, California. It boasts an impressive selection of luxury and fast fashion brands, including big names like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Balenciaga. The mall also features popular department stores such as Macy's and Nordstrom. Visitors can enjoy a round of mini golf at Golfland USA or explore the nearby Santana Row for more shopping options like Lululemon and Sephora.
This mall is mostly geared towards food and high-end brands. There is a lot of walking. Also parking is pretty difficult so not only are there a couple of garages that you can park your vehicles in but you can also use valet parking and there are some areas where you can do like food pick up for the outlying restaurants. I would like to note that the mall closes really quickly when it is going to close.
M C — Google review
Westfield Valley Fair is a spacious and beautifully designed mall with a wide selection of stores — almost every major brand you can think of is here. The environment is clean and modern, and the food court offers a great variety of cuisines, perfect for spending an afternoon shopping and dining. Parking is convenient, and the first two hours are free, which is a nice bonus if you’re just making a quick visit. The only downside is the limited number of restrooms. In such a large and busy mall, it’s often hard to find one, and there’s usually a line every time I go. It would be great if they could add more restrooms in the future. Overall, it’s one of the best malls in the Bay Area — stylish, convenient, and full of options.

🛍️ Westfield Valley Fair: Silicon Valley’s Luxe Playground 👗 Shopping Scene: From Gucci to Zara, this mall is a fashion buffet 🍽️ for every budget. Whether you're chasing high-end glam 💎 or casual chic 👟, it’s got over 240 stores to tempt your wallet. 🍽️ Food Court & Dining: Craving sushi 🍣, burgers 🍔, or upscale bites? The dining terrace and food court serve up variety with a side of style. Just don’t expect peace—weekends can sound like a toddler rave 🎉👶. 🚗 Parking Drama: First 2 hours are free 🕑, then it’s $1/hour up to $10. But finding a spot? That’s a quest worthy of a sidekick and snacks 🧭🍫. Pro tip: arrive early or summon patience. 🎮 Entertainment: Arcades, escape rooms, and Build-A-Bear 🧸 for the kiddos. It’s not just a mall—it’s a choose-your-own-adventure zone. 🪑 Vibe & Layout: Sleek interiors, chill seating zones 🛋️, and a layout that’s mostly intuitive—unless you’re hangry and lost near Prada 😅. 🌟 Overall: Westfield Valley Fair is a retail rollercoaster 🎢—glamorous, chaotic, and undeniably fun. Come for the shopping, stay for the people-watching 👀 and maybe a soft pretzel 🥨.

i love this mall! its huge and has many designer stores in it. it's very big and i went back into a few stores more than once on multiple different days of my trip. it also has very good food options. i did go into balenciaga and they fixed stuff that i touched right after i touched it and followed us around the store so that was kinda weird but other than that this mall is really cool.

Westfield is an impressive shopping destination with a vast selection of luxury and mainstream stores. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of dining options. However, it can get quite crowded, especially during holidays, and parking may be challenging.
Ajitpal S — Google review
Westfield Valley Fair is one of the most impressive shopping destinations in the Bay Area, offering a mix of luxury brands, everyday favorites, and dining that can turn a quick stop into a full‑day outing. From high‑end stores like Louis Vuitton, YSL, and Louboutin to budget‑friendly apparel and tech shops, there’s something for every shopper. The size of the mall is huge, and you’ll want to set aside plenty of time. Whether you’re browsing the luxury wing or hunting for bargains, the variety is strong. Dining options are also excellent—with sit‑down restaurants, food courts, and outdoor terraces—you’re covered from casual lunch to a more refined dinner. Parking and access are good in theory, but expect busy garages and crowds, especially on weekends and during special events. Security and law enforcement are visible inside which gave us some peace of mind; however, more visible patrols in the outdoor lots and garages would be even better. If you arrive early you’ll have a better chance at smoother parking and fewer lines. We’ve visited more than once and no matter the time, there are always crowds and wait times at popular stores or restaurants—but that’s partly the trade‑off for being at a top‑tier mall. Overall, our family had a good experience—great selection, nice environment, and plenty to explore. If you’re searching for a premier shopping mall near San Jose or Santa Clara, Westfield Valley Fair hits the mark. Follow me and my reviews for honest feedback and helpful details that make your next outing easier.

Large mall with nice decor and high end luxury stores and a variety of food, drinks and restaurants. Love all the large orchid planters and other plants throughout the mall. We walked there so can’t comment on parking but I have read that it is difficult to find parking. The mall is located at one end of Santana Row so when you’re done exploring that, you can continue exploring at this mall. The hallways are spacious so it doesn’t feel crowded. We were there on a Friday evening. The line up for the two Japanese restaurants Ramen Nagi and Marugame Udon is nutso long. The restaurant closes at 9pm and at 8:40pm there was still a big line up. We ordered food from Shilin Taiwan Street Snacks and Venchi. Check out my reviews for this if interested. Good place for mall walking, shopping and eating 🧋🍱🥘🍜🥟🍦🍙🍫🍪

The Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, located within the tranquil Rosicrucian Park, offers a captivating journey into ancient Egyptian art and culture. The museum's architecture is reminiscent of the temples of Karnak and Luxor, providing an immersive experience for visitors. With over 4,000 exhibits spanning from pre-dynastic times to Egypt's early Islamic era, it boasts the largest collection of Egyptian artifacts in western North America.
This was a fun and inexpensive exhibit. I would say a must-see! I have been to a few, and I learned a bunch at this one. The alchemy area and the replica tomb area were super unique and neat. Kids and adults alike would love this. Unless I missed it, it didn't look like there was a gift shop! I would have supported this place if there was anything, my only recommendation
Louis V — Google review
Pretty good if you can get past where the money and artifacts came from for this place. The Rosecrucian ARORC order in the US has funded this place with old money, so the entry fee is quite modest for the artifact they have. The building itself is also a bit of a wonder, with a nice small garden around it. It takes a good couple of hours for a good look through all the wings. The faux temple is a bit cringy, especially with the over-the-top narration from the guides. I guess it makes there day a bit more fun. Great for the kids though.
Douglas A — Google review
If you’re even remotely interested in ancient Egypt, the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum is a hidden gem you shouldn’t miss. Tucked away in a serene part of San Jose, the museum offers one of the largest collections of authentic Egyptian artifacts on display in Western North America - from mummies and sarcophagi to everyday tools and religious relics. The standout feature? A walk-through replica of an ancient tomb that gives you a real sense of how the ancients honored their dead. The layout is thoughtful, the signage is educational without being overwhelming, and the architecture of the building itself, inspired by ancient Egyptian design, adds to the immersive feel. It’s not a huge museum, but that’s part of the charm. You can easily explore everything in 1.5 to 2 hours, making it perfect for a half-day visit. There’s also a peaceful garden outside that’s worth a quiet stroll. Tips: • Visit during weekdays to avoid school groups. • Great for families, history lovers, and photographers. • The gift shop has some surprisingly cool finds. Overall, it’s a quirky, well-curated museum with genuine passion behind it. A great way to time travel without leaving Silicon Valley.

Great museum about history from approximately 4000 years ago. They even have real mummified people. Be sure to go on the narrated tour through the tomb, you will learn a lot. FYI, there are no elevators and lots of stairs.

Free parking is around the back, they have free tours and sometimes workshops. They have a passport you can buy for $1 where you go around and collect stamps. No gift shop though- we wish they had one. The gardens are beautiful with a labyrinth! Full days worth if you actually read all the information in the museum.
HOLLY S — Google review
A solid small museum experience. Plenty of descriptions of the pieces that are in the museum. Ok for children, but better suited for older children/adults given there isn't really an interactive experience to it. It has been recognized as America's Best Rose Garden by the American Rose Society.
The Municipal Rose Garden is a lovely little park nestled in the city. Multiple varieties of colorful roses plus a central fountain, some shady spots for picnicing, an open green space, and restrooms! Loved wandering through and smelling the flowers. There's plenty of street parking around the perimeter of the garden. Be aware the garden does host events. During my Saturday visit around 1pm, some staff were walking around notifying those who were seated under the trees in the green space that event staff would be arriving in the next hour to start setting up for a wedding and that we would need to move.

I am strolling along sipping on my chocolate milkshake, and I smelled this sweet essence in the air while I wait at a traffic light to cross the street. To my surprise I happen to walk along a street with a rose garden. The bonus is it is free to visit. It was a beautiful Autumn day to stroll, meditate, people watch, and enjoy the blooms. How lovely!

A really lovely garden filled with beautiful roses! I visited just before summer, so some plants were already past their peak bloom, but it was still such a charming and peaceful place. It’s a great spot for a morning or afternoon stroll, with picnic areas where you can relax and enjoy the view.
BA — Google review
This is actually the second time I visit this garden. It splits into two sections where the first half is the rose garden and the second half is a picnic area. It was quiet today compared to my last visit, but I took plentiful of pictures. It’s also very hot since it’s Summer now, which is why I didn’t want to stay here for too long. You can also host events in this garden. During my last visit, someone held a graduation party or ceremony and it was really loud. I guess it gets quiet because either it’s not Saturday or no one held an event. There weren’t many people at the picnic area because most people came here for the garden. Also it’s really hot now. Of course people will go to the shade.

Conference & Convention Centers
The Santa Clara Convention Center is conveniently located near the Triton Museum of Art and offers modern facilities for various events. Connected to the Hyatt, it provides free parking and easy access to amenities. The spacious event halls have hosted a range of activities, from dance competitions to tech conferences. Visitors have praised its cleanliness and organization, although some have noted a lack of clear directions on parking and navigation.
The place is good for many events including conventions, exhibitions and the facilities are really good. It is closer to the Great America Parkway and Hyatt residency. There are some quality issues which require attention, especially the drinking water fountains.

Went to the auto show. Was disappointed because not that many car manufacturers showed up. Audi, BMW, Chevy, Ford, GMC, to name a few, did not show up. I enjoyed looking at the custom cars vs. the new cars. The amount of cars shown was much smaller in number than in the past. Really wasn't worth the admission price of $15/person.
Benjamin Y — Google review
Attended the Santa Clara Convention Center in my capacity as a medical assistant for a Sutter Health gathering titled The Power of One. A fitting name, perhaps, for a day where many gathered under one roof to reflect, to learn, and to occasionally glance at the coffee table for strength. The convention center did not boast; it functioned. Ventilation was steady—neither too cold nor a breath too warm. The air moved as it should, and so did we. Restrooms were plentiful, a quiet luxury one does not appreciate until urgently reminded. No long waits, no odd smells—truly, a silent triumph of logistics. The layout was orderly. Nothing grandiose, but not austere. It did not try to impress, and in that restraint, it succeeded. One could find water without a quest and seating without a squabble. Even the walls, though unremarkable, stood firm and indifferent, like stoic guardians of the day’s discussions. All in all, the convention center was what it needed to be: a reliable host, content to stay in the background while others took the stage. A structure of purpose, not pretense. And in today’s world, that is no small thing.
Amritpal B — Google review

This is a wonderful center. I was there today for my granddaughter‘s volleyball tournament. It is very clean and they keep the air conditioning pretty cool inside. You cannot bring in food or drink, except for water. And you’re not supposed to bring in your own chairs, but I did see some people with chairs. When you’re there for an all day tournament it’s nice to be able to have a chair in the hallway to sit on. Some of us older folks can’t sit on the floor.!!

We visited the Santa Clara Convention Center for Anime Impulse Bay Area 2025, and it was a fantastic experience! The venue is spacious, clean, and well-lit—perfect for a busy pop culture event. The layout made it easy to explore all the different sections, from the anime merchandise booths to the Itasha (anime car) displays. Even with the big crowd, it never felt too cramped. Parking was smooth and convenient with a multi-level garage just next to the building. Entry and check-in were quick, and the staff were organized and helpful throughout the day. The indoor space stayed comfortable, and the air conditioning was definitely appreciated with the warm weather outside. Overall, the Santa Clara Convention Center is a solid venue for events like this—well-maintained, easy to access, and flexible enough to handle large-scale gatherings. Looking forward to coming back for future conventions!

Anime Impulse Convention. Spacious, good parking and affordable event. The facilities look like late 90s Taco Bell, but they are so well taken care off that you don't care. Any even here fo'sho will be a good one.

Large convention center, located next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, directly across from Levi’s Stadium. Bathrooms are surprisingly small, and the carpeting needs to be updated. Large free parking lot in the back, but it always fills up quickly for the large events.

K1 Speed in Santa Clara is a popular indoor racing center that offers electric go-karting suitable for all skill levels. The European-style racecourse features 20-horsepower go-karts capable of reaching speeds up to 45 miles per hour, while younger racers can enjoy slower karts at 20mph. The well-maintained karts provide a challenging and technical racing experience, making it an exciting activity for motorsports enthusiasts.
Our son racing journey is starting at this location and while we have to commute to get there. We are very thankful for this facility and their staff members. We have so many questions and they kindly guide us through our process. They email us back with answer and have been very supportive so we can have our son doing something he loves. Recently he took a private class and it was great. He had plenty of time to get to know the track lines and learned a lot. This location has one of the best pizza we have tried. Service is fast. Atmosphere is friendly. It is a clean place and safety is important to them. If you are looking to start your kid in electric cars this is the place to go. We wish it was closer to our house. The manager is friendly and he is on top of every event to make sure it comes out as planned. You can follow my sons journey here : @lucastabib_11 Have a good race everyone

Place looks nice. They have an arcade area, lounge area and sell some pretty good food. They have a podium to take pictures of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. It’s quite fun riding the go karts. Only reason I have 4 starts instead of 5 is that the karts speed is capped and they control your brakes. But that’s all part of safety. These are electric. Other places are gas powered and the speed is up to your own digression either way we all had a blast.

Location and vibe • The facility resembles a warehouse that has been transformed into an indoor racetrack, giving it an urban, industrial feel. There are dedicated areas for sitting and hanging out, as well as rooms designed for birthday parties and group events. Check-in process • The check-in process can be confusing and time-consuming. Guests must register and create an account, sign a waiver, and check in at the front desk. After checking in, each participant is issued a head sock to be used later with the helmet. Lobby and wait time • While waiting for their race, guests can explore racing-themed video games in the lobby. For a 12th-birthday party, the kids waited about 30 minutes before the suit-up procedure began. The track and pre-race setup • The race track is situated on the opposite side of a wall, and most spectators watch from the sidelines while waiting for their turn. • After donning the head sock and helmet, participants go to their designated car for the pre-qualifying round. • Once seated in the car, there is typically a 10–15 minute wait for the group ahead to complete their session before it’s your turn. • When your group is called, each car rolls slowly onto the track, creating a visually cool arrival. Pre-qualifying and main race • The pre-qualifying round consists of a 12-lap session to determine initial placement. After completing these laps, the group returns to the preparation area. • Staff recalculate and confirm placements based on the pre-qualifying results, and the main race begins. Racing experience and impressions • Racing at K1 is a thrilling, adrenaline-pumping experience that can be physically demanding. It’s a lot of fun and can feel like a once-in-a-lifetime event, especially for younger participants in a birthday party setting. • Crashes and contact between cars or with the track barriers can feel startling and add to the realism, which can be exciting for some but intimidating for others. Recommendations • Highly recommended for competitive and adrenaline-seeking individuals or groups seeking a memorable birthday or special-event experience.

Signing in was pretty annoying, we tried about 7 times to check in, until finally go through. Race is well organized and fun, although it is quite expensive. We didn't see an explicit no video recording, but they requested we stop recording, but pictures allowed without flash.

Very fun group experience with my work office. Instruction word clear and the carts are well-maintained. Food was okay there are some arcade outside don't spend too much because they are not expensive. Carting is fun. They are electric, plenty fast enough for me, the race track is large enough but it is my first time so I cannot compare to other stores.
Matthew Y — Google review
Good place for indoor fun. The track isn't long but good for 12 laps. Also good for team events or corporate programs. They have some snacks and drinks too. Cars were in good condition and go reasonably fast.
Gaurav A — Google review
This place is the best. During the week the wait time is almond non-existent. LOVE the Arrive & Drive option for my 15-year-old. The staff here is friendly and helpful, making everyone, young and old, enjoy the thrill of driving fast or simply sit on the sideline and admire the skill. The electric option is great however it does not disappoint as far as speed nor sound!
Claudia P — Google review
Unfortunate that this is one of very few places to go go-karting in the bay area. Our first race was alright, but second race my friend and I confirmed that they tamper with your speed for “safety”. I understand the need to be safe but it doesn’t make sense to only slow down a *few* people instead of slowing *everyone* to the same speed. Really ruins the fun of the game. All those timings and placements essentially mean nothing. And it’s no fun to be pressing the gas at “max speed” in a straight line and have people pass you. The worst part was my friend’s car came to a sudden full stop at one point right in front of me and I ended up hitting it from the side. No one checked in on him, they just let the race continue. Afterwards he had a mild concussion and the next day both our necks were sore. Now, we’re both adults and realize there are risks, but we are both good drivers and it is pretty unreasonable to expect us to be able to drive safe when we have no idea when our karts will suddenly slow down or stop. On top of all that, the race ended at 10 laps instead of 12. They offered us a redo of that round (aka loaded it back onto our accounts) but I don’t know if I will go again. You really ruin the fun when you mess with only some people’s speeds, create an unsafe environment, and not even get your money’s worth of 12 laps. Disappointing.

Nestled along the banks of the Guadalupe River, Ulistac Natural Area is a serene 41-acre oasis in Santa Clara that offers a refreshing escape from urban life. This rustic riverside park showcases diverse habitats such as grasslands, coastal scrub, and wetlands, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts. Visitors can explore winding trails while enjoying bird-watching opportunities and spotting local wildlife like lizards, butterflies, gophers, and jackrabbits.
This is a wonderful hike in the evenings. Parking is limited. The nature walk offers different scenery as well as educational signs for the plants you are looking at. I really enjoyed seeing the wildlife, flowers, plants, and trees. As soon as the sun set, the mosquitoes attacked, so be sure to be prepared for the bites if you go in the evenings. Overall, 5 star nature walk.
Samantha A — Google review
This is a merely a patch of "natural area" in the middle of a developed suburban area in north Santa Clara. It's off Lick Mill Road so there is plenty of street parking. They specify on a board at the entrance that this is not a park so there are no restrooms or regular maintenance. It is au natural. The paths are relatively short. You can transverse it in 20 minutes if you don't stop to admire the lizards and birds. If you are into bird watching or photographing nature, there are people who do that here. But otherwise, I think you might be sorely disappointed with the place. It is connected to the Guadalupe River walk so you can always walk that narrow loop that many tech companies employees near Levi Stadiun take on their lunch exercise break if you didn't get your steps in.

Ulistac Natural Area is a wonderful spot for a relaxing walk in Santa Clara. We enjoyed wandering through the park, which felt like a peaceful retreat from the city. The trails are flat and easy, making it ideal for a leisurely stroll, whether alone or with company. You’ll see people with binoculars bird watching, and it’s no surprise, there’s a lively variety of birds, like sparrows and woodpeckers, flitting around, thanks to the park’s location along the Guadalupe River. The wildflowers, like California lilacs and orange poppies, add stunning bursts of color, especially in spring, making it a fantastic spot for photography. I loved taking pictures of the blooms and scenic views. The atmosphere is calm, with diverse habitats like oak woodlands and grasslands that keep the scenery interesting. It’s a well-maintained, community-driven space with native plants and a butterfly garden. Ulistac is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy a walk, spot birds, or snap great photos.
Eda — Google review
It was a fun and great afternoon walk. The weather of the day when I visited was warm around 21°C or 70F. A light breeze felt so nice , especially under the shade. The place itself is beautiful. The spring colors are clearly visible with multiple flowers and colorful trees. The natural open space is great for walking, jogging, strolling, bicycling and running. Bird watching, butterfly watching and bee watching are another things to dedicate time to while you are there. The place is abundant in the species of flora and fauna. It stimulates you with eye catching colors, serene views and calming sounds . Birds chirping, bees humming and winds rustling leaves make for a really nice getaway from the human society. The wild colorful flowers and shrubs add to the experience. Great place to just get a lunch sit under a shady tree and enjoy , or just bring over a nice book , sit and enjoy. Parking is street parking, but easy enough to find. It feels more a maze and a criss-cross of different kind of habitats in California. Definitely a nice place to visit if you are in the neighborhood or just looking for a casual walk in the nature.

We went in the middle of the day which probably wasn’t ideal. There’s a lot of nice things about this park if you can appreciate a natural setting. Lots of birds, butterflies, dragonflies and wildflowers. Most exciting thing I saw was a California thrasher which sat on a branch for a long time and sang a beautiful song and let me take pictures. Warning even though it was a hot day, we got swarmed by mosquitoes and bitten a lot.

Excellent model railroad club. Super nice people. Be sure to visit the open houses in the spring and fall for excellent deals at the Swap meet. Take the train to get there, totally worth it. We rode the capital Corridor Amtrak from auburn. Definitely definitely easier than struggling with Bay area traffic. Excellent collection of railroad artifacts inside the museum. They have layouts with ho and N scale. Really fun place to visit.

Fun place to bring kids interested in trains. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable answering all your questions about trains and their history. Water park
South Bay Shores is a thrilling water park located within the Great America theme park. It features over a dozen waterslides and attractions, including the exhilarating Pacific Surge and the kid-friendly Tide Pool. Pups Pier offers young visitors mini slides, geysers, and fountains, while thrill-seekers can enjoy four large water slides. Breakers Bay wave pool provides an exciting body-surfing experience for kids.
The waterpark is located within California’s Great America and is quite spacious—perfect for families with young children. Admission to the waterpark is included with your ticket to the main Great America park. The entire place is very family-friendly, catering to all ages from young kids to adults. The restrooms are well-maintained, and the park is kept clean. The GA app worka very well and give royolty rewards. One of the best values is purchasing the Great America Season Gold Pass, which allows unlimited visits not only to Great America but also to other parks like Gilroy Gardens, offering access to a wide range of attractions. It's an affordable and fun option for families and friends to enjoy year-round, including seasonal events such as Halloween Haunt, WinterFest, Easter Egg Hunts, New Year celebrations, and countless rides. The season pass is like the “all-you-can-eat buffet” of theme park fun in the Bay Area. However, it’s worth noting that the parent company, Six Flags, has plans to close Great America in the coming years. Hopefully, everyone will have a chance to enjoy this top-tier theme park and create lasting memories before it’s gone.

Avoid the deep end of Breakers Bay, unless you have a life jacket or can swim like a fish. Stay in shallow water or use the sprinklers and water rides/slides to be safe.
Sax S — Google review
It's fun for the kids... But like the rest of Great America, if there is a line, it's either at least a 20 minutes for a 40 second thrill. But the time you get to get the slide you're already dry and the water is pretty cold all over again.
Justin M — Google review
Had so much fun today with my husband and kids
Christine F — Google review
Well maintained and many options for all ages. Lines on slides can get long but the wave pool and lazy river are awesome. Little slide area for the smaller kids is perfect and lifeguards are very attentive
Celeste H — Google review
South Bay Shores, the new waterpark at Great America, is a fantastic addition! The park's design is impressive, featuring new slides, restaurants, and plenty of seating. The wave pool and lazy river are especially enjoyable, catering to those who prefer a more relaxed experience. They offer convenient amenities like lockers, including extra-large ones, and cabanas available for rent. The Sand Bar next to the wave pool serves beer on tap and delicious flatbread pizza. Additionally, there's a Dip 'n Dots cart for tasty treats. Changing rooms and bathrooms are readily available, ensuring no long waits in line. However, some visitors have experienced frustratingly long lines at the restaurants, and the quality and pricing at Pier 76 were disappointing. On the bright side, Shark Bites provided a great experience with delicious food.
Daniel F — Google review
South Bay Shores is one not to be missed summer fun destination. The water park at the California Great America has multiple slides, boating like experience at the rushing river where you can lie down on a big inflatable tube, the tide pool offering experience of the ocean waves, sprinkles and bucket splash for kiddies to do some rain dance. The height of the slides varies for all ages. Though some of the big ones were closed when we visited. The South Bay shores is open only until Sep 4 2023. The park opens intermittently on weekends. Do check the calendar if you plan to go. Saturdays are usually the best days when the CGA is open until 10 while the waterpark closes at 6. So you can combine it with some other activities after that. The waterpark has plenty of changing rooms. It has a shop in case you forgot to carry any of your swimwear and locker facility for those wanting to secure their items before hitting the water. Waterproof lanyard with touch is highly recommended to capture some memories and keep your phone safe during the activities. Life jackets are available for all ages. Gold America Seasons pass members enter free. This waterpark is comparable or may be bigger than the one at Legoland. Happy summers!!

Pruneridge Golf Club, situated on Saratoga Avenue, offers a delightful nine-hole course with excellent fairways and a double-deck driving range. It provides areas for short-game practice and is suitable for both beginner and advanced golfers. The club's pro shop provides great service, while the bar and restaurant offer a pleasant hangout spot.
It’s our home course. We live just down the street from it. I’m a total beginner but my Son and Husband have played for years yet it’s a great course for all of us. Great driving range and practice putting green. The pro shop is extremely helpful and they do have lessons. Matt Novach was recommended as an instructor. There’s a nice patio area with a fire pit to sit around and have a drink afterwards. There’s also a restaurant and a food truck but I’m not sure the hours of the food truck is available? But the food was good. Pruneridge has always been our go to place when we want to go golfing.

A Hidden Gem for Locals – Great Vibes, Cold Beer, and Affordable Buckets As a local trying to level up my golf game (and just my lifestyle in general), I gotta give Pruneridge Golf Club its well-deserved props. I recently pulled up to the driving range with a buddy, and even though we forgot our clubs at home (rookie move, I know), the staff had us covered. They had some clubs available for us to use free of charge, which was a huge relief and honestly just speaks to the chill, helpful vibe of the place. The range itself is super clean and laid-back. Buckets were reasonably priced, and they have a shaded area which is clutch on warm days. There aren’t chairs for every single stall, but there are enough if you’re planning to kick back for a bit. I grabbed a cold beer while I was there, and let me tell you—there’s something about swinging at balls with the sun out and a drink in hand that just hits different. It’s not a massive facility, but that’s what I like about it—it’s got that low-key local charm without the stress or pretentious energy. The location is convenient, especially if you’re from around the South Bay, and it feels like a great spot to escape for a bit, reset, and get a few swings in whether you’re solo or with a friend. If you’re looking for a solid, down-to-earth place to practice your swing, hang out for a bit, or even just get introduced to golf without spending a fortune, Pruneridge is the move. I’ll definitely be back, and next time, I’ll remember my own clubs… probably.

It's a great place to play a quick 9-hole round in the city. It's larger than other 9-hole courses in the area, and best of all, it requires three driver shots, which is a nice bonus. If you plan your time wisely, the price is reasonable, and the difficulty level is reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys 9-hole courses.
Owen S — Google review
Many people come here for the range, but I find the short 9 hole here is rather elegant. Course design is simple, but the route is a very enjoyable 2 hour walk, especially on a lovely Sunday afternoon. Only thing to beware of is that tee box of Hole 7 is facing west, means you need to swing against the 🌇 sunset, make sure your swing will not be interrupted by it.

Our company has been hosting a series of ladies' golf lessons and it has been an absolute hit! Each session starts with a warm welcome from their incredible event manager, Cindy. She greets us with coffee, pastries, and the kind of energy that instantly lifts the room. If you ever need a cheerleader, Cindy is your gal — a true ray of sunshine to kick off our mornings. The lessons themselves are fantastic. We’ve worked mostly with Mike and Steve, and they are phenomenal coaches. Each one of us gets individual attention and helpful tips tailored to our level, whether we’re swinging a club for the first time or hitting the course weekly. They have a gift for explaining golf in a way that just clicks. What really stands out is how fun and inclusive the whole experience is. We’re all learning something new and having a great time doing it. Pruneridge has been a dream partner, easy to work with, well-organized, and committed to making it enjoyable for everyone. Huge thanks to Cindy, Mike, and Steve for making these events so memorable. We’re already excited for the next round!

The driving range is a huge plus — it’s covered, lighted, and open late, so you can practice anytime. Staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s beginner-friendly while still offering enough challenge for experienced players. Super convenient location and fair prices. Definitely one of my go-to spots in the South Bay.

We recently organized a 9-hole scramble outing for a group of 20+ players, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The course was in pristine condition. Well-maintained greens and fairways that made play enjoyable for everyone, from beginners to seasoned golfers. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and helped make everything run smoothly. From check-in to post-round logistics, their support made a big difference. The food was great, and the relaxed, fun atmosphere led to some lasting memories for our group. A perfect venue for a casual, social round of golf. Highly recommend for group events—we’ll definitely be back!

The Santa Clara Players has a rich history dating back to the 1960s, offering a diverse range of performances from dramatic theater and mystery to satire and humor. The small, intimate community theater provides a relaxed and playful atmosphere with good production value. Audience members can enjoy being in close proximity to the stage, often meeting the actors after the play. The theater is known for its superb acting, friendly staff, and complimentary refreshments during intermission.
A very nice small theater. We saw an excellent show. Very enjoyable. Everything is relaxed and comfortable. Excellent actors

Small, intimate community theater with big ambitions. Seating is compact, very close to the performance. Very friendly local crowd. Feels relaxed and playful. Good production value. If you live in proximity, definitely worth checking out a few plays.
Stephan M — Google review
I have attended a number of Santa Clara Players plays over the years, and have come away each time in awe as to the fabulous acting job they have done and how much I completely enjoyed each play. I have to point out the exception was this last visit. On Friday night I attended Agatha Crusty and The Murder Mystery Dinner. I felt uncomfortable during the play and by the end I wasn't sure why I disliked the performance. I did speak to a couple other people there and they too felt it just wasn't "on course" as usual. I do feel all the Silicon Valley "techie" references made very little sense to the play. I also felt Tanya and Duncan over-acted and over-reacted their parts and could have very easily been left out completely. To me they were a distraction. I do believe it was their acting, along with the story adaptation, that left me with the "funny feeling." Because I bought a season ticket this year due to the fact that I have absolutely loved every past performance I attended, I just felt I needed to pass on my feelings about this play, especially the performance on Friday night. I am looking forward to the future plays. Gerri Nedley 360 No. Winchester Blvd.#8-A Santa Clara, CA 95050

We saw "The Golden Years" and it was spectacular. The theatre is small and a bit warm, but the play and players made up for it. If you have a chance to see this play, I recommend it.

Super intimate theater. Acting was superb, and staff were so friendly. Free cookies and lemonade during intermission. A local treasure!

Small local theater, you literally sit few steps from the stage and feel like you are in a play. Varied repertoire. I especially like how you could meet actors after the play and thank them.

Located in San Jose, California, The Tech Interactive is a family-friendly science and technology center that offers hands-on exhibits and immersive experiences for visitors of all ages. Formerly known as The Tech Museum of Innovation, it goes beyond the traditional museum experience to celebrate human ingenuity and creativity. With interactive displays covering various sectors such as robotics and cyber security, the museum aims to promote STEM learning in an engaging way. Its spacious facility also includes an IMAX theater for an enhanced experience.
It was good, not just for kids but also for adults. Don't expect the exhibition to be too technical as I guess it was catered to kids and those who are not too tech savvy. And also, don't expect too much for the value you paid. I wish there's more as I really enjoyed each exhibit. And, I love how the shop will give tantrums to kids after few NO's. 😂 Although, I myself couldn't refuse buying. I was hoping the chairs in the Imax dome are reclining cause it would've been a better user experience. Overall, good value for money.

We had great time here. The whole experience was very enjoyable and fun for both kids and adults. There are many cool exhibitions. My personal favorite was the new exhibit, Dream Garden, where we got to play with the animation with our whole body. The IMAX dome theater is also a must-visit even though you already get a free one-time admission when purchasing the tickets to the museum. We love the Blue Whale documentary. Very educational and entertaining!

Super fun place to explore if you're even a little bit curious about how things work. Tons of interactive exhibits, and the robotics and VR stuff really pull you in. Some parts felt a little dated, but it’s still one of those museums where kids and adults can both have a good time without it feeling too “educational.”

The Tech Interactive I've been here in high school during a field trip. Back then, it was called "The Tech Museum of Innovation." This place is great for Elementary students and above. The Ai was cool and the arcade was fun. Alot of learning about the environment. The Body Worlds exhibit are from Institute for Plastination. They preserved real humans here. It really isn't for the fainted heart. The bodies used are for science-based. Either way, it's crazy to see. All the staff's there are super friendly and helpful. I would go back just for that.

Best tech museum in Silicon Valley for kids. Probably the most well respected tech museum for kids with a sublime imax done theater which is one of a kind. Best to go during the week or early on weekends. It can get quite crowded. Parking is easy with plenty of massive parking lots nearby and the museum validates it so parking is almost free. A nice healthy cafe at the entrance. Plenty of clean toilets. A clean museum for kids with anti bacterial lotions spread throughout and wide clean spaces. The exhibits are very kid friendly and encourages them to play with it and experiment and engage their curiosity. The imax theater is to die for. A dome theater that’s massive and gets you deeply into the movie despite lots of excited noisy chatter from kids. The museum is spread across three floors and the body worlds exhibit is one of the special exhibits that my kids loved. A bit scary for the young ones but very informative and life like.

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph, located in downtown San Jose, is a stunning example of Romanesque Revival architecture. This historic landmark has been a center for worship and community gatherings for over a century. Visitors are captivated by its ornate decor, stained glass windows, and majestic spires that reach towards the sky. The church offers a tranquil space for reflection and spiritual nourishment amidst the bustling city streets.
I was in town for a few days, and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph was the first place I visited for some peace. The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. The stunning stained glass windows and intricate details in the architecture were mesmerizing. It’s a quiet, spiritual sanctuary in the middle of the city, perfect for reflection and admiring the beauty of historic craftsmanship. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or simply a beautiful space to take in, this basilica is a must-visit.

My now husband and I recently got married at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph and I cannot give enough praise to our music coordinator Oswaldo and his wife for making our day just feel so magical. The music during the ceremony was everything we had hoped for, thanks to his communication and collaboration. Along with my praises for him and his wife, I also wanted to thank the wedding coordinator Mary for all of her help and for Msgr. Fr. Francisco for coming back to preside over the nuptial mass. His words of encouragement during the mass touched us, and Mary’s guidance was a comfort. One thing I will comment on was that there were some times the mic on Msgr. Fr. Francisco would be hard to hear due to the echo/ reverb, so the sound system may need work. Overall, I adore this cathedral and our wedding was everything we hoped for thanks to them all ♡

The San Jose Museum of Art features rotating exhibitions showcasing works from the post-1980 era to older 20th-century pieces. Visitors can also enjoy a cafe and an education center on-site. The museum focuses on California artists, as well as those from the West Coast and the Pacific region, making it a must-see for culture enthusiasts visiting San Jose. The museum store offers art books, kits, jewelry, and children's items.
On my first visit to SJ, the exhibitions were excellent. Unfortunately, there was no bike rack outside, but you can leave your bike inside. I wish I had known in advance that it was the first Thursday of the month. I arrived half an hour early and it would have been nice if the staff had informed me. There's no discount for Bay Area residents.

Visited on a weekday for a retreat and it worked great. The central downtown location is super convenient, and there’s a nearby parking lot that made logistics manageable (parking can take a minute, but it’s doable). The space itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. It seems a nice calm hidden gem in the city. I didn’t have time to dive into the collection, but several others did and came away impressed.

For major museums this is quite small. Also I enjoyed the first exhibit that we walked into which had a lot of bright and vibrant art but after that I found much of it pretty forgettable. Also fairly challenging to park there as it's downtown San Jose and there are a variety of parking places however some of them are kind of pricey. Ended up parking on a meter and stayed for less than 3 hours. Shout out to the staff as my wife left a phone there and was able to retrieve it from the nice people there. Overall an enjoyable experience.

We had a great time here. It was Chinese New Year's weekend and was too much crowded. Also, there was a dragon dance show, which had a huge line. There is a small cafe inside. Prices are reasonable for all food items (not a lot of options available). It's a good place to bring young children and can spend approximately 2-3 hours here. Weekend entry is free to this museum. Lots of art collections here, attached pics. I will recommend visiting if you are nearby.

Plaza de Cesar Chavez, located in the heart of downtown San Jose, is a bustling open space that hosts a variety of events and concerts throughout the year. This two-acre park is surrounded by iconic landmarks such as the Tech Museum of Innovation and the San Jose Museum of Art. During Christmas, it transforms into a festive wonderland with animatronic elves and decorated trees, while in summer, free concerts are held every Thursday.
Don’t miss out on visiting after November 29 through December when they host Christmas in the Park. Walk by beautifully decorated Christmas trees. Parking is very convenient in City view Plaza: $11 for multiple hours we spent there on that day and just a very short walk to the park. For family with kids there is plenty to see. If you are in a company of 21+ and want to check out some Christmas pop up bars there are 3: Mini boss and Paper Planes opened after 5p and 55 South at 4p. There is also Hilton hotel nearby with its own fancy Christmas decor and Bijou cafe if you want an indoor sit down. Otherwise there is plenty of food stands around the park and public bathrooms are near Ferris wheel 🎡

This long plaza sits across the street from the San Jose Museum of Art. The central water works offer a splash pad for kids and adults alike. Several benches and tables with bright orange umbrellas ring the water fountains. Both ends of the plaza offer green areas with lots of shade and park benches. The toilet kiosk offers sign in Braille and free entry. The park is ringed by parking by app or coins or credit card, some spots are good for 2 hours and some for 30 minutes, I brought my lunch here and enjoyed the sunny area for awhile then relaxed in the shade Accessible entry with Ramps to access areas with steps.

Decided to walk on this trail, despite the mixed reviews of encampments and trash. While on the trail, around the northern section near Hedding St, an off-leash dog ran out from around a corner and attacked me! It bit my leg, unprovoked and broke the skin. The man who it belonged to (presumably homeless) came after the dog had already bit me twice and got the dog under control. I would consider this trail to be dangerous if you are running/walking, and would not recommend for anyone, unfortunately. Incredibly disappointing that there are no solutions for the hundreds (if not thousands) of people that live along this creek, as it poses a safety risk for community members.

This Guadalupe River Park can definitely use some maintenance!!!! This park is about 120 acre on the banks of the Guadalupe River that stretches along 2.5 miles in the downtown area. It is surrounded by many Tall buildings, various businesses, and many other Historical Shops/Restaurants. A short distance from the popular San Pedro Square Market, Sap Center, Heritage Rose Garden, Discovery Meadow, and Plaza De Cesar Chavez. There are walking Trails, Tennis Courts, bike paths, playgrounds, Shades, Bridges, Benches, Restrooms, and it’s a Dogs-Friendly Environments for the public. I’m sure glad I came here on a perfect peaceful evening where the views are radiants and beautiful!!! A Lovely day right before sunset!!!! I definitely wouldn’t want to be walking around here after dark. Too Creepy!!!!! September11, 2025

By most measures, it wasn’t a pleasant place for a walk. Sadly, there were homeless people on the other side of the road, and the park itself lacked any aesthetic appeal. It felt depressing rather than refreshing :( not pretty at all

A short while ago I tried the running trails at this riverside park and found the paths wellmaintained and clearly marked, which made my workout both efficient and enjoyable. The scenic views along the water added a pleasant backdrop, and the overall layout encouraged a steady pace without feeling crowded. Ill likely return for another run when my schedule permits

Very nice park and great little walk but as others have mentioned there is a bunch of trash and people (assumed to be homeless) lurking about. There are a few birds in the many beautiful trees and TONS of ground squirrels. I ran into a couple of Canadian geese and a type of duck I have never seen before with a long narrow beak.
Webvolutionary — Google review
So I walked the park from the SAP center to Coleman. The park is...It's rather depressing really. I saw: 1 - Numerous homeless/mentally ill people. Someone them ranting, screaming, and urinating in the river. 2 - People doing drugs. Though there were no needles on the ground at least. 3- Completely unkempt landscaping, overgrown all over the place. Trees fallen down everywhere (though it's been a rough winter). Little to no tree cover throughout most of the trail. 4- The trails are poorly connected, especially where they intersect with major roads. Having to trek through the tall grass or walk through questionable lots is not what I'd expect from a city park. Where they do have tunnels they are bleak looking. Overall, it's an adventurous park to trek through and photograph. It's almost interesting to see everything so overgrown and desolate. But, as a marquee park from a city as prominent as San Jose? It's shocking how neglected it is. And the homeless/mentally ill really add a lot of tension to what should be a nice park (it's large at least).
Juan P — Google review
One of the best bike trails in San Jose. The park itself is pretty and features lots of space and courts for tennis and futsal (soccer). Sure, you see homeless in some parts but where else can they go? Overall so much potential for beautification. Despite its issues, it's a truly nice park.

Alviso Marina County Park, spanning around 20 acres, is a nature haven in the Bay Area. It offers various activities such as hiking, biking, birdwatching, and wildlife sightings within a wildlife refuge. The park's location along the San Francisco Bay provides stunning views of wetlands and hills. Visitors can explore nature trails, observe marshland birds, and enjoy amenities like picnic areas and playgrounds. Additionally, the park features native wildflowers during springtime.
This is a great spot for a weekend walk. Highly recommend starting before 9 AM or after 5 PM, especially during the summer, as it gets pretty hot outside of those times. A full lap usually takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, but parts of the trail are currently under construction, so completing the full loop isn’t possible right now. Also, keep in mind that it is not allowed to walk into the salt pond, I still saw a lot of people do this despite the warning signs standing right in front of their face. This is to keep the land from damage and protect the wildlife and endangered species that inhibit the area.
W H — Google review
This is a beautiful place, very concurred for taking pictures, specially at sunset time. During the time of the year when the water is low, you won’t have the amazing pink/orange water but you’ll be able to capture the salt accumulated and it looks just stunning. The gate and free parking lot close at 6:30 pm, so you have to plan your time. Also, is NOT a pet friendly place, because is a protected area. So don’t take your dog with you.
Ana G — Google review
Not kid friendly and I came on a windy day. Definitely not my favorite park. I do like the street art outside the bathrooms on the wall. Many paths are closed and not much to see or do. I made the best of it an seen wildlife like the lizards and bugs. Basically impromptu photo shoot for my daughter. Minimal parking but it seemed to be just enough. I love how there were droves of bikers taking whatever path down by the red river.not going to lie I got some beautiful landscape photos as well. Worth getting out the house for but not to bring someone else.

I visited this park recently, and I can’t get over how the salt looked just like snow—totally perfect for snapping pics. The sunset was absolutely stunning, with this amazing orange glow spreading over the white salt that looked like snow. I’ve never seen anything like it before, and watching the colors change was honestly magical. Definitely one of those spots you just have to see in person (and photograph)!
K C — Google review
Great place to enjoy a peaceful walk. Sometimes I just enjoy the beautiful view and breeze, other times I take the longer route and have more of a workout. Oh and at some points of the year the water reduces and the salt solidifies — looks like bonneville salt flats!
Jonathan N — Google review
One of my favorite places to watch the sunset - numerous trails to bike/run/hike around. The salt pond is also so amazing! There is a parking lot, and also street parking outside the park entrance.
Danish — Google review
Nice place for a quick run or biking. Most of the time it's pretty windy and nice, however under the scorching sun it can become quite hot. The only issue is the smell you will occasionally get based on the wind.
Kazi A — Google review
Even though there was hardly any water, it was still very cool to see! There is a small parking lot and some stairs if you go to the side a bit. There is photo opportunities for sure, but only a few. To get down to the pond itself it’s a bit of a “hike” down. Not really a hike but it’s just like a hill you need to be careful going down! Please take caution going down! If there was railing (I understand perhaps not stairs there) but railing to help people at least have something to hold onto to get down. It’s also VERY SMELLY!!!!

Located on the Santa Clara University campus, the De Saisset Museum is a family-founded museum that offers a blend of art and history. It features diverse collections including decorative art, new media, and historical artifacts. The museum also houses the original Santa Clara Railroad Depot where visitors can explore model trains and historic railroad artifacts. Admission to the museum is free with nearby parking available. Donations are welcomed to support its operations.
The de Saisset Museum, nestled on the SCU campus, is a hidden gem that beckons with its rich history and enchanting exhibits. What struck me most upon my visit was the wealth of knowledge it holds, from its deep reverence for Native American culture to its captivating portrayal of the university's evolution through various stages. Exploring the museum, one is transported through time, witnessing how everyday objects have evolved and influenced our collective humanity. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit, particularly for families with children in K-12, as there is an abundance of learning and discovery awaiting them within the museum's walls. It's a truly enriching experience that promises to leave a lasting impression. To top it off, admission to the museum is free.

It’s a small museum. There are four exhibition rooms on the first floor showing some paintings. I found the exhibits in the basement more interesting where some Ohlone history was shown. It’s not a major museum but worth going if you are in the neighborhood. I spent about 20 minutes there. However, I enjoyed seeing the rest of the campus a lot. The church and mission garden were awesome. BTW, it’s free.

I had the pleasure of touring the home with the President of the Historic Preservation Society of Santa Clara, Bob Byrd. If anyone knows this home, it is Mr. Byrd, whose knowledge of it is nearly as extensive as those who resided in it. The tour through the home takes about 90 minutes, no photography is permitted within the house. Guests are permitted to take as many photos of the grounds as they wish as well as to visit the other buildings. The collection of period materials is one of the most extensive in the valley as the grand-daughter of Captain Lass, left nearly everything she had in the home when she departed. Her parting wish was to have the home preserved for future generations under the governance of the city. Thanks to her generous donation and the work of the preservation society, we may all show our appreciation.

Really enjoyed our tour here! Staff were super informative and made this a wonderful experience. If you’ve never been, please come by! Check their website and Facebook for hours. It’s so worth it! Two floors that are excellently decorated, with a barn and an adorable watchtower turned gift shop. Please come and support this historic and excellent glimpse into the past.

This is a great place to throw a party. The garden is perfect for an afternoon barbeque. We easily accommodated 75 people in the shade of the trees.

Korean barbecue restaurant
Barbecue restaurant
Korean Spring BBQ is a quick-service eatery that specializes in charcoal-grilled Korean BBQ, alongside delectable fish and noodle dishes. The standout dish at this spot is the pan-fried seafood pancake adorned with green onions, generously filled with shrimp, squid, bell peppers, and complemented by a light soy sauce for dipping.
Ever since we visited S. Korea last year, we've grown to appreciate charcoal grilled Kbbq. We used to come here just for their regular menu with soup but recently, we've been going for the kbbq. This is a kbbq restaurant where they cook the meat for you and the quality of the meat is going to be a premium compared to an ayce. I called in to make reservations for 3 people on a Saturday night and we were seated promptly. For the meat, B1 such bul kalbi, is the one to get. This is the marinated rolled short rib that we loved when Palace used to be open for kbbq. They also take the meat and tendon off the bone to cook and bring it back on the grill for you. High recommend getting this cut. We've tried their special US wagyu recently because of their promo. I thought it was ok cause it felt too dry from the way it was cooked. I think I would just stick to their regular meat cut off their menu. I can't get enough of their salad that they provide. Something about their salad sauce, tofu and sliced almonds makes it addicting. I could eat their salad everyday if I could. Their service is great and they're on top of cooking the meat for you. There's also a call button at the table. Parking can get tricky during certain times. If you're coming for dinner, there's more parking available if go before 6pm on a weekend.

I had an amazing experience at Spring BBQ! The grilling skill of the server was absolutely top-tier — every bite was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care and expertise. What truly set this place apart, though, was the thoughtful service. At one point, the sun started shining directly onto my face. Before I could even mention it, a staff member quietly noticed and adjusted the shades to make me more comfortable. This small gesture really warmed me. Thank you so much.

One of the yummiest KBBQ I’ve ever tried in the Bay Area! And it’s charcoal grilled! The restaurant is conveniently located in the same strip mall as Tobang and Boba Pup. Plenty of parkings! We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and there was no line. The staff greeted us upon entrance and led us to our table. The inside looked neat and clean with shiny and spacious metal tables. We were recommended by our server to pick 2 meats (minimum). We have our eyes on the specially priced Wagyu thus we ordered that one, plus Galbi and seafood pancake. Our side dishes came out first with refreshing salad (with soft tofu) and various types of regular Korean side dishes. We especially enjoyed the red bean side dish! It’s savory, salty and just simply delicious! One of the side dishes was a tofu soup in a stone bowl. Our meat came out raw and our server grilled and cut them into smaller pieces right there on top of the charcoal stove for us! I love the sizzling sounds of fat droplets hitting the burning charcoal! The meat smelled heavenly and we all drooled waiting for the meats 🤤! It’s a bit pricey but we understand why it’s pricey now! The meat quality is so top notch! We savored every bite and enjoyed our dinner so much! The seafood pancake didn’t disappoint either! It was flavorful and fresh with generous amount of seafood. Our server was attentive and refilled our water and side dishes without us asking, which is a plus for me! Overall, 12/10! Check it out!

Solid Korean bbq with the traditional banchan, sauces, kimchi, and soondubu sides. We got the galbi, Bulgolgi, and chicken. They cook it over a charcoal fire for you at your table which gives it a real smoky char flavor compared to many kbbq restaurants in area. Food, service was great but the price was expensive so probably more of a special occasion
Ken L — Google review
One of my favorite KBBQ spots in the Bay Area since they have the charcoal grill. We got the bulgogi and kalbi (both were delicious). The minimum order is 2 meats for the BBQ, so it can get pricey since the cost is about $70 each. The parking lot can get crowded during dinner time, so be prepared to wait or park across the street in the residential area.
Laura P — Google review
It was a chill Tuesday afternoon and my partner and I were looking for a nice simple lunch. I was originally feeling some kbbq but just wanted to order one meat and eat it with banchan, however this place had a minimum of 2 meats per table for bbq. Because of this, we had to pivot and look at their lunch menu instead. We ordered the lunch special LA Galbi and Mul Naengmyeon as well as the Seafood and Beef Soft Tofu Stew. The Galbi was great, the noodles were refreshing and really thin, and the tofu stew was rich and warming. Though, these items were not the highlight of the meal. The banchan and the service were the absolute best. They had one dish that was essentially a version of macaroni salad, but it wasn’t macaroni. I have no idea what it is, but that was the best version of macaroni salad I’ve had. They also had this super delicious seaweed and radish banchan. It was like umami encapsulated in one bite. I even asked for the name of the dish, but now trying to search it up I feel completely lost. Beyond the banchan, the service was also great as we were the last people in the restaurant. They were just chilling waiting for us but as the server saw us get low on banchan she would immediately refill it for us. One day I must go back to try the bbq cooked on the wood coals, but for now what we had was perfect. Update: tried the bbq and it was fire. We got the wagyu ribeye which is huge as well as the Kalbi which were both really good quality and cooked perfectly. However also learned that their banchan rotates regularly depending on what ingredients are available.

Tired Wagyu and Samgyulsal (pork belly) the wood fire grill. It was so good. The server grilled for us everything and he grilled it so skillfully and perfectly. Kimchi Jigae was good as well. Recommending for bbq experience.
Ja S — Google review
Star of the meal was the pan fried seafood pancake with green onions. It was loaded with shrimp, squid, bell peppers and a light soy sauce for dipping. Cold noodles were light and refreshing. Broth was a bit sweet but added a little vinegar for balance. Glass potato starch noodles were chewy and thin. Very generous with the side dishes when we asked for refills. Only 4 side dishes but they were all fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. 2 gender restrooms.

Rivermark Village is a sprawling and village-like contemporary shopping center that offers an abundance of restaurants, retailers, and services. Adjacent to Elan Village Apartment, it has gained popularity with the recent opening of Talab, an Indian restaurant, Mountain Mike's pizzeria, and 5 Spice Indian grocery store.
I have visited Rivermark Village multiple times, mostly during the evenings, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. The variety of retail shops, restaurants, and essential services all in one place is very convenient. One of the key highlights is the Safeway store located within the plaza. It’s well-stocked and offers everything from groceries to fresh bakery items, deli, and even a Starbucks café—making it an easy go-to for daily needs. The area is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming community vibe. Whether you're out for a quick errand, a casual dinner, or just a stroll, Rivermark Village offers a perfect setting. Highly recommended!

Rivermark Village is a shopping center that houses restaurants, groceries, and even a library, which is very unusual. It’s convenient for Hyatt customers to go to these places since they’re next door. I thought about coming here because it looks nice. I’m also planning to go to restaurants here in the future. I wanted to go to the library but it’s closed as of tonight.

So many stores and restaurant options here even a library. From Safeway to EggHead Sando Cafe to Wells Fargo to Dave’s Hot Chicken to Rise Wood fire Pizza to ATT to Chipotle to Cold Stone Creamery and let’s not forget our trusty dusty Milpitas Library. I live less than 10 minutes away and I tend to frequent this shopping center. Moving from this area so this will change but it was good while it lasted.

Good selection of restaurants, businesses, grocery (Safeway), library and Park at Rivermark. Only negative is the chaotic parking and careless drivers speeding through the lot or backing up without clearly checking they're clear. Use caution when driving around there.

Might be our new favorite coffee bar. Tried it three times before making this review. The Santiago, Manila and Bali are all fantastic. Pastries delicious and atmosphere lively. Might actually be a bit too busy. Highly recommend trying any of the drinks on the menu. Excellent

I've been to a couple Voyager locations, and I've never been blown away by it. Unfortunately, this location is about the same. It's decent. Coffee isn't bad, some food is pretty good, other food not so much, and the service is overall solid. I think I'd just hope for a bit more flavor in some of the food (like the breakfast burrito), and something a bit more from the lattes for the price. I got their seasonal pumpkin latte, but was disappointed when it didn't come with the cold foam from the picture. It tasted pretty good, so I didn't feel like it was worth raising a fuss over. Still a little disappointing.

Light decent ambience with sunlight giving it a golden hue. Lexington turned out to be a good bet!! Though bourbon flavor needed a bit stronger touch. The sad part was they didn’t serve any food after 3 pm on a Sunday and got the coffee in paper cup even for dine-in order😒. Was really hoping to get a beautiful latte art as shown in reviews.

Excellent coffee. Lot's of pretty college girls. Very busy so expect a 10 to 15 minute wait. I didn't ding them for the wait times because the people working there are all running around and doing their best to deliver a good product. Recommended!

We came here to have our merienda and ordered 2 Double Espresso And a slice of Pistachio cake Overall, it was an okay experience. We thought the service for our cake and espresso was pretty slow. They didn't even ask whether we wanted our cake heated, which was quite dry, making it difficult for us to slice. Lastly, everything was served to go, even though we had our coffee and cake dine-in. We had to ask for a small plate for our cake. The boldness and intensity of the coffee were more on the sour side, which wasn't our liking.

If you're visiting Great America with young children, make sure to head straight to Planet Snoopy! This vibrant area is specifically designed for little ones and features beloved Peanuts characters that kids adore. Previously themed around Nickelodeon, the rebranding has brought a fresh and delightful atmosphere. During special events like Winterfest, you can enjoy even more Snoopy-themed activities, including holiday shows featuring Charlie Brown's Christmas tree and unique merchandise like plaid Snoopy plush toys or festive gingerbread purses.
Yay an entire area dedicated to Snoopy, as they should. Of course, Winterfest has a lot more Snoopy-themed affairs because of Charlie Brown’s Christmas tree 🌲 and you can buy holiday themed Snoopy souvenirs, like a plaid Snoopy or a Loungefly gingerbread Snoopy purse. There is also a Snoopy Holiday show that involves the other characters like Sally and Linus and a fruitcake. The rides include a small roller coaster and things that bob up and down at a short height. They could use a little TLC and the wait times are atrocious. But all in all, a whimsical area with loads of photo ops.
Ally L — Google review
Even during the holidays, it didn’t seem too crowded. For popular rides for kids aged 8 and up, the lines are long, with at least a 1-hour wait. However, rides for children under 6 aren’t as busy, so there’s no need to purchase a Fast Lane ticket. There seems to be a lack of rides suitable for children under 6. Aside from the rides, there are impressive decorations and various events to enjoy.

Idk why Great America would leave in the next 10 years... Because it is simply amazing. This is my end of the year post for themm. We bought Gold Passes in June 2024 and made our money back in 2 trips. Rides were working great, the shows, the Oktoberfest event? They somehow made the place inviting to adults to just go and hang for a little. It's a mini Knott's Berry Farm. Good job GA. Look forward to renewing our pass this year. But .. please make more Vegan options for food 🙏

Planet Snoopy inside great america is made for little kids. Amazing atmosphere and great staff. Kids have bumper cars to drive my themselves, aeroplane, cars and even a skating ride. Park area with construction vehicles is genius too.
Avish S — Google review
When you bring your youngest to her first theme park as she is finally taller than the 36-inch height requirement, you expect the little kids area to have working rides. We visited on a Wednesday when the park was fully open, paying full price and expected the rides to be working but half of the rides in Planet Snoopy were closed. The working rides were old and dirty! Same story for older kids' rides: Many rides were closed with no sign posted on whether they would open later in the day. Also, most of their staff is rude and wouldn't even smile. It almost seemed like they were forced to work there. When you are here with your kids, you expect to be treated as customers/guests. I would not recommend this not-so-Great America! Don't waste your money and your time here!

The priests are all very caring and there are no parishioners like those I had to leave behind.I recieved my 1st communion and confirmation there. Loved how the church would get all of us to participate in the services. I pray for all my friends there still. One day I will visit again. So many people stand out in my mind..from Father Tad to Tom..the choir lead by Maria. All in my fondest memories. If you haven't been to St. Clare's Church please go and attention. Especially the family mass. It will all give you peace.

this ride is base off of the first movie " top gun"; the is base off when the tomcat f15 takes off a aircraft carrier. this is the closest to flying a plane in the military. it was rated the one of the best ride there in 2012 -2015.
Stacey ( — Google review
This is probably the best ride at Great America. The wait is actually not too long. We went on Labor Day weekend and it was only 30 minutes wait. The wait area is actually pretty cool. Lots of decorations, props, and pictures showing the carrier and the flight deck. This used to be Top Gun so it was kind of interesting coming back to the ride as a different ride. The ride itself was great and one of the smoothest ride in California. The drop is so good that makes you think you left your shoes behind. The rest of the ride was even better with the twists and turns that will leave you wanting more. It ended very quickly though. I would give this the same thrill level as Medusa at the six flags park.

Flight deck is the old top gun. It's the same roller coaster as when it was Paramount plus. Now it's California's Great America. It's still a good coaster
Toni C — Google review
It's really fun and really intense because the loop pulls a lot of gs and when you think the gs are over it throws you into a turn and by then I can't see anything. My favorite part is the zero g roll (twist) over the entrance because you go flying, but it's aggressive and you get thrown to the side and up pretty hard so it was jarring when I was just starting to get into roller coasters. I also like flying fast over the line. This is way better than Gold Striker it needs to be talks about more especially in its short time left. Get out and ride it, enthusiasts!
Statue L — Google review
Great inverted coaster! Although this is a shorter ride, the forces on this thing more than make up for it. It is definitely in the top 2 most intense rides in CGA. The vertical loop and following turnaround have very sustained positive g-forces and you will gray out. The zero g roll is very solid whip. The corkscrew has amazing whip and there are more sustained positives on the helix over the lake. This is a must ride at CGA!

There are no trails in the park to walk. Good for get together and parties. Nice to see a stream running from the lake in the park. Could see lots of birds.
Chandra H — Google review
Very peaceful park located close to 101, Morgan Hill, CA. About 30 minutes away from San Jose given the traffic is less. The dam gives way to an awesome sight, although the level of water in the reservoir was less today. Lovely green pastures to hike and spend the day.
Micro B — Google review
The one star is purely because the lake is mostly dried up. My entire childhood was spent at Anderson so to see that the boat dock goes into literal dirt, the day use lot and spot is all closed off and overgrown with paths that go nowhere, and the memorial of Marissa( RIP SWEET GIRL) is heartbreaking and shocking . It had some water, after you cross the " fancy bridge" and drive about 6 -8 minutes, THEN , you can see water wayyyyyy in the distance . We left sad and disappointed, after 30 mins of driving mountain roads , we saw literally nothing ... The city/ county should just close it ....
Erin Y — Google review
So nice to just head a few minutes down the road and hit some trails and put your feet in the water! Weekends are packed with people so keep that in mind. There is more parking spots for trucks and trailers then just cars. So may have to park in the lower lot and hike up...water and good shoes is that's the case.
N R — Google review
Its a pretty nice park. On the lower park area's they have picnic tables, bbq's, restrooms, a creek running through it. Nice combination of shade and sun in the park area. Good place to walk dogs or stop and have lunch.

This is one of San Jose CA finest keeper. A beautiful lake your first time will never be forgotten. Looking at a beautiful bathroom from a 40 years ago. Now days material is much more advanced. But learning how to use it is important.

Nature & Parks
Montague Park is a small recreational area in north Santa Clara with various amenities such as a playground, tennis courts, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and a recreation building. It also features a pleasant walking path and playground. The park offers an ideal spot to enjoy the sight of airplanes taking off from SJC airport. Although the restroom facilities are currently being constructed, temporary port-a-potties are available.
Area is clean and nice, and the facilities are good for both young children and older kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any shade in the playground area. But if you need a place to rest, there’s a covered seating area and clean restrooms.

❇️Montague Park in Santa Clara ✨Newly renovated 🛝playground! Swings, slides, 4way teeter-totter, sway fun glider and net climber 🌳 Spacious green field with beautiful trees. Serene surroundings by an elementary school—peaceful and safe. 🛴Paved loop around the park- perfect for kids to balance bike or scooter around. 🛫 Catch glimpses of airplanes from nearby San Jose airport while playing. 🧺Gazebo with picnic tables for a relaxing break. 🧢 Remember hats for summer, play structures don't have any shade. 🏀 Basketball court and 💪 exercise equipment for adults. 🚻 Restrooms onsite (as per parks n rec team, they will open next month. For now, Porta potties are onsite) 🅿️Street parking

It’s a wonderful park for family gatherings. It has some nice equipments for kids to play. It also has good fitness equipments in open area.

We went there on a December afternoon .. it was sunny with a fantastic addition of cloudy sky. One can clearly see the mountains, clear sky and Even Moon from this garden. There were a lot of places going over us, but a great place to spend a day out in the park. There are basketball and tennis courts nearby that you can use.

nice and clean local park, can be a good spotting point for airplanes taken off from SJC

A blissful quiet park in the middle of north Santa Clara. This park offers a great location to jog and play with your pets or do yoga and meditate. Generally you will find very few people here. It's very well maintained and is large in size. The terrain is very interesting and plenty of grass to play in. Must visit during sunsets.
Aditya C — Google review
Nice walking path and playground for kids, you can enjoy your morning or evening walk here best view of mountains and flying plans.

I have been coming to this park from the time my son was studying in Montague. We spent lot of time while he enjoyed the sand pit. Now, the new version of the park is awesome and attractive. The area is very quiet and calm. I love the green area with beautiful big trees. My kids love the new swings , slides and especially the gym. 👍

If you're looking for a unique and enjoyable night out, VinoArtist is definitely worth considering! This creative venue combines the joy of painting with the relaxation of wine, making it an ideal spot for couples or friends. Although there were some challenges in organizing a private event for 20 people, the experience turned out to be fantastic. The instructor, Mark, brought a delightful mix of kindness and humor to the evening. His teaching style made even complex paintings feel accessible and fun.
First time painting for me and my daughter. Such a great experience! Mark was a great instructor.
Marcy V — Google review
We did this as a couple activity. Its a great concept with paint n wine. Best and very relaxing experience. Would highly recommend to everyone. Very nice studio, very friendly instructor Mark. He instructed us so well that complicated painting looks very easy. We had a good time.
Mrudul M — Google review
I’ve been to many paint nights and have fallen in love with the concept… so every chance I get to bringing a newbie to branch out and paint I will. VinoArtist was not the most easiest to work with there were a few hiccups in trying to book a 20 person private event BUT in the end our night together was amazing. Mark our instructor was kind and funny, he wasn’t the loud artist that I’ve had through other companies but he was great for our group. We brought our own food and made it our own place The instruction to pain could have been better but again we had a great time! 4 stars and a 6/10 for this place
Selina G — Google review
If I could I would give NEGATIVE stars but that isn't an option. I put my faith that they have fixed the issue with the access to the building but guess what? 4 other people and I were severely wronged. We got a voucher through Groupon and used it on the website. We reached the place and the building of Central Computers (Saturday April 13, 2024) was closed. We kept looking for a code to access the building to GET TO THE THIRD FLOOR to GET TO THEIR BUSINESS. THERE WAS NO CODE ANYWHERE. I LOOKED IN THE WEBSITE, THE EMAIL OF CONFIRMATION, NOWHERE, CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WENT TO GOOGLE SUBSCRIBER, so DON'T TELL ME I MISSED SOMETHING. Unfortunately I will have to report this business as a big SCAM. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE. Only wish I took the reviews seriously 🤷🏻‍♀️
Sunita B — Google review
Idk why but for the longest time I’ve been getting calls on my account saying they want to buy tickets for painting, you guys are a business and you don’t care to change your number? I thought it was a technical problem for why I would sometimes get calls for it but I just checked the website because another customer said that my number is the same as the one on the website.
For D — Google review
I was shocked at what we painted at the our session today. The instructor painted a completely scribbled and loose version of the original painting we were supposed to paint. I was patiently waiting through the weird scribbly layers to see if there was going to be finer detail, but that was it! This was the worst I’ve ever got to paint, and a total disappointment. Not worth the price or time at all!
Sneha S — Google review
It was a great night! Location was hard to find, but Mark was nice with assisting us in! Fun night!
Ashley S — Google review
Scam Alert !! This place is a scam. They sell on Groupon but their website is not functional to enter Groupon code and no one picks the calls. Their is no way to reach out. I even went to the location to check myself and their was nothing. The computer store inside which they are located was closed while Google showed they are open. Also Groupon is very unhelpful resolving this issue. I went and checked during the time of their art class and guess what their wasn’t a single person on premises, the place was dead closed. It’s a non functional business and they are scamming people. Please report this business, the phone number mentioned is not functional too.

Stevens Stadium, a remarkable and versatile venue at Santa Clara University, hosts an array of events including soccer matches. This enduring multi-level stadium boasts a comfortable atmosphere that leaves visitors impressed. The stunning sunsets witnessed here are unparalleled. Santa Clara can take great pride in this stadium, making it an ideal location for hosting various gatherings. A visit to Stevens Stadium is highly recommended for those seeking an unforgettable experience.
Stephen Stadium, situated at Santa Clara University, is very nice. I've had the pleasure of attending soccer games and concerts at this venue. It offers plenty of seating with an excellent layout that ensures a great view from wherever you sit. Of course, it's adjacent to a lovely campus filled with beautiful flowers and trees. The campus is always well manicured and pristine. In fact, you won't see any liter around, pretty impressive. The scoreboards feature clear, easy-to-read digital screen. As an alum, I may be a bit biased, but I genuinely love this stadium and the scale makes of large enough to host a big event but not provoke an overwhelming cold vibe. Parking is abundant at the garage structure or nearby lots for a fee.

Huge stadium with lot of seating space available..well maintained stadium where I watched soccer matches from time to time.. love going to this arena. Crowd includes mix of all ages groups..and energetic kids

A really nice soccer stadium. Having more than one entrance/exit would be convenient. Loved the Bruins' victory over Santa Clara.
Faisal M — Google review
My first expirnce here was for Special Olympics Northern California. The Stadium was small but felt very comfortable. The sunsets here are hard to beat. Santa Clara has something to be proud of with Stevens Stadium. I highly recommend this location for hosting events. I will be back to this Stadium for sure.

This is a Very Cool Baseball Park. We love to watch the Broncos when they win. Note: Originally, the park was named after the beloved and very famous SCU coach, Buck Shaw… “They” say a tribute/statue of him is planned to be on display...someday? Still waiting… Really? We are still waiting…go Broncos!
Page L — Google review
Buck Shaw Stadium is a decent venue for soccer but it really shows both its age and providence. The pitch is always in great shape but the fan seating and amenities are definitely lacking. They have done a good job of making due with what they have and usually bring in food trucks and specialized vendors for food and drinks. Parking ranges in cost from $10-$20 and though you can take VTA down, it's not super convenient. It's obvious that it is a college field (and it's very nice for a collegiate field in the US), but compared to other dedicated soccer parks in the US it's obvious that the new field is going to be a major upgrade.
Dave B — Google review
Well after my first time when to the stadium watch a earthquake game , it certainly was the last time I go there. First of all the stadium look like something that is out of my high school football field with dirty bleacher seat. Also, I sat with three people that was literally crush me into a sandwich, and I literally can't breath at all in the first half, the second half was better, since those guy seem to left or going to the concession stand. But I tell you what, I certainly wish I can get a $40 refund for it. But The next time I go to a Earthquake game is when the play in that new stade of the arc stadium they build

The Jamison-Brown House, also known as the JB House, is a historical building that has been repurposed for various memorable events. Despite its secluded location at the back of the park, opposite the Triton Museum, it offers a picturesque setting for gatherings. The house itself serves as a food preparation area and offers one restroom while guests can enjoy picnic-style dining on the lawn. Moreover, this landmark provides ample opportunities for photogenic models to capture stunning shots.
Love photographing weddings here! The house is pretty and the space is intimate and gorgeous! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful!

As a child I played in this house when it was located on the "Brown Ranch", 200 acres of pears. I was the Sheriff and ran he place well.

It was my pleasure to be invited to a family reunion at Jamison Brown House aka JB House. I would never thought this historical building being used for many memorable events. It's located all in the way in the back of the park, opposite of Triton Museum. My GPS app took me around the block 3 times and I finally decided to walk. At this venue, the hostess used the lawn area for picnic-style dining while house being used for food preparation and one restroom. Just by walking around, Jamison Brown House has much more to offer to photogenic models. The website has a list of criteria for caterers, permits and discount for Santa Clara residents. It's a good idea to come out to check out Jamison Brown House for your next venue.

Agnews Historic Park has a superb structure and arrangement. The information is skillfully showcased, while the upkeep is remarkable. The park's past is captivating, providing an intriguing backdrop. It boasts a vast expanse that offers an incredible opportunity for leisurely strolls. Abundant shady foliage and scattered picnic spots enhance its allure, ensuring it remains uncrowded and imbued with tranquility. This peaceful sanctuary embodies serenity, perfect for those seeking solace amidst nature's embrace.
Such a beautiful peaceful place to take a nice stroll. Clean and not crowded. Well manicured lawn. Even more beautiful in the Spring when the flowers are in bloom. Lots of shady trees.

Friday, July 25, 2025: The park is beautiful. The one star is for the bathrooms being inconsistently locked or unlocked, sometimes they are open close to the park opening time, sometimes not until much later in the day, sometimes not at all. Today there were two trucks of workers parked by the bathrooms from around 6:30 to 7:00am, and after walking, I tried to use the bathroom at 7:00 (which they were parked next to), they were locked. I asked if they had a key and was told no. If the park is open at 6:00, and lists restrooms, why aren’t they unlocked at opening time? Maybe this is why the park is almost always empty of people? Who wants to take their family to have a picnic at a park where you never know if you can use the restrooms? Suggestion: advertise for a volunteer park host like the county parks do, if the city doesn’t have enough employees to unlock park restrooms.

This is a beautiful place to walk around! The place was formerly the Agnews Asylum. It collapsed during the 1906 earthquake and was rebuilt. The park is well-maintained with sidewalks throughout. It is part of the Oracle campus, but makes a nice short walk too. You can see the whole thing in half an hour or less.
Beth M — Google review
This is a hidden gem of the City of Santa Clara Park system. This is a public park and open to all during daylight hours. There are picnic tables, benches and lots of open grassy spaces. You can ignore the red "No Trespassing/No Parking" signs near the entrance as that only applies to the marked spaces at the back and the Oracle campus areas which are fenced off. Plenty of other open parking spaces along the main entrance avenue. Public bathrooms at visitor's center are currently closed due to Covid policy.

This park Is very nostalgic for me. I grew up around the corner from here and I have many memories of my dad bringing me here on Saturday mornings in the '80s. Although those are lovely memories, and I loved bringing my kids to the park I grew up at, I do think it's probably time for an upgrade.
Shelley M — Google review
This is a good neighborhood park, but there are some things that could be changed. There are four tennis courts and a baseball field in the park, which are really nice features. Although there is a playground, it is in need of a remodel, but on the up side there is a neat little train that is very enjoyable. Overall I would recommend coming here!

Warning: The playground is currently under construction and the majority of the playground is not available for children to play. Wanted to let people know so that if they were just looking at the pictures of the park that they needed to see recent ones. 10/2025

Bracher Park offers an open space with fitness equipment and a children's playground, as well as a picnic area equipped with BBQs. Although parking is limited in the late afternoon and early evening, it remains a popular destination for families and individuals alike. With basketball courts, workout equipment, and ample walking paths, Bracher Park presents an opportunity to exercise while enjoying the outdoors. The playground may not be extensive in size but provides entertainment for young visitors while others walk or run laps around the park.
Bracher Park has I will be nice playgrounds for the kids with a table chairs and grill. Have a basketball playground with the physical exercise equipment beside. Had a clean restroom, the first public restroom have a paper bag for tissue paper to put in Santa Clara. Nice and clean neighborhood.

My sister lived about a block away from this park in the Santa Clara neighborhood. Not much parking spots but you can park on the street and walk across. They got Basketball, Volleyball, Workout areas, kids playgrounds, BBQ Grills, Picnic spots, and convenience bathrooms for the public. We had a nice time celebrated my sister’s birthday here!!! I definitely enjoyed walking around the entire park and playing with the kids. A nice safe park for your family and friends, and it is pets friendly also!!!🙃

The playground is nice and there is outdoor exercise equipment. It can get very hot on warm days as there is not too much shade around lunch. The picnic area is very comfortable though and shady. There is also lots of grass and it's great for playing volleyball or Frisbee.

Bracher Park is awesome! I lived across the street as a kid, and I personally think this is the best neighborhood in Santa Clara for a kid to grow up in! The park is a decent park with a HUGE field and some workout equipment. there is a playground with some BBQ pits. there's a bridge and trees and a creek and train tracks to explore if you hop the fence. the area as a whole is what made this place awesome to grow up in though. the apartments are almost like a labyrinth and great for riding a bike or playing games. if you're reading this because you're considering moving here and have a kid, then definitely give it a look! the only real downside is the train that passes by often.
