Disgusting reprehensible customer service by Sandif and I was told that my food was spit in. I was a loyal customer for years which makes this so much worse and as a previous restaurant owner so much more appalling! I always get the same thing, butter sauce and naan.
My 1st grievance after years of loyalty and Airbnb guest recommendations, no biggie, my container wasn't filled so I asked them to please fill it to the top as usual. They didn't come back until 15 minutes later and all they did was transfer it to a oval-shaped container. I knew right away that they just transferred it and worried they did something to my sauce bc of their disposition but nonetheless I was hoping for the best, said nothing, paid for my food and left. I knew exactly what happened all they did was transfer the same amount into a different container plus whatever bodily fluids they added to it because they thought my request was upsetting to them. I reluctantly paid and left even though I knew it was exactly the same amount and not full. I wasn't trying to be a Karen but I get the sauce because I know how many people it feeds and when it's not full it doesn't work for what I need.
Today one week later May 30th 2025 I ordered the same order. Guess what? Same container, they added rice that I didn't ask for along with the naan I get.
Obviously this all transpired because of what happened previously. However they didn't know that I had the same container from last week so when I went home I transferred everything that I knew what they did into the previous container and it fit perfectly and still not full! They totally thought I was stupid and thought because they gave me a rounder container that I would think it was filled as it was supposed to be, obviously it wasn't but I didn't say anything.
So today when I came in I was charged $3 extra given rice I didn't ask for and when I asked why that was? They said it was because I was getting more sauce! I said do me a favor, please bring me the previous container and right in front of them I transferred it into the other container and it was the same exact size! They are total liars, nobody was in the restaurant I am a total loyal customer but for them to do this kind of shady behavior is crazy especially when I send all my Airbnb customers to them!
Yes the food is good however due to their lies and the way they treat their customers I would stay away like the plague and I know they spit in your food so there's that!
And in response to your reply! How dare you tell me I can't post pictures when you have the gaul to tell me not to come back because I caught you in a lie? If you would've done the right thing & just tell me that you raised the price raised honestly, there would never have been an issue! The issue is that you lied! You told me it was because " you're getting more sauce..." , see folks after he blatantly lied in my face I told them to get the previous container and I poured it in right there and proved he was lying. That's the issue and I'm going to attach the video so you can see for yourself. You just changed the container like I'm some kind of idiot but who's the idiot you got caught! I'm going to attach the video as well so people can see the truth.
But that's fine, every time I was in your restaurant there's never anyone there, that's your karma due to your terrible customer service.
