Palma de Mallorca

Palma is a resort city and capital of the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca), in the western Mediterranean. The massive Santa María cathedral, a Gothic landmark begun in the 13th century, overlooks the Bay of Palma. The adjacent Almudaina is a Moorish-style Arab fortress converted to a royal residence. West of the city, hilltop Bellver Castle is a medieval fortress with a distinctive circular shape.

The Royal Palace of La Almudaina, a stunning blend of history and architecture, is located in Palma, right next to the iconic cathedral. Originally an Arabian fort, it was transformed into a royal residence by King Jaume after the Christian conquest in 1229. This magnificent palace serves as one of the official residences for the Spanish royal family and showcases various areas open to visitors.
Absolutely stunning place! The Royal Palace of La Almudaina is full of medieval charm and history. The architecture is impressive, with beautiful stone halls, grand rooms, and amazing views of the sea from the upper levels. It feels like stepping back in time. Everything is well preserved and the atmosphere is truly majestic. A must-visit in Palma for history and architecture lovers!

The building itself and architecture is of course stunning, but the rooms are pretty much empty with only a few tapestries and cabinets on display and no information provided about them. We weren't aware until after our visit that an audio guide is available so perhaps this information is in that guide. The star I deducted was for the attitude of the staff. I felt like it was a chore for the girl at the desk to even sell us the tickets and the 2 security men that put our belongings through the xray machine looked like they were sucking lemons and couldn't care less.
Huulipunasissi — Google review
I was happy to go through the palace on my own, no need to prebook tickets. The audio guide was good and explained things with not too much and not too little detail (they had a choice of a half hour or one hour tour). The rooms were rather bare but there were some gorgeous old tapestries which were mind-boggling!

Beautiful blend of history and architecture 🏰 La Almudaina is a stunning royal palace in Palma with rich history and impressive architecture. The mix of Moorish and Gothic styles is fascinating, and the sea views are breathtaking. A must-visit when in Mallorca!
Maria A — Google review
If it was free (it IS free on certain days if you are part of the EU) then it's worth going in for a look. Very beautiful building, no doubt about it. I personally have no interest in the HIStory which mostly amounted to broken pots and tapestry, so we were in and out relatively quickly. Each to their own but I don't think it's worth paying for and I wasn't a fan of the airport security vibe just to get inside.
Sam B — Google review
This palace is quite plain, with only a few paintings, mats, and furniture. But the best part is the stunning sea view from the terrace. If you’ve visited many other palaces in Europe, it might not be as impressive.
Pavan W — Google review
It is worth of your visit when you come to Palma. Ideal to visit on a weekday. Not too much tourist inside. We came on a Wednesday. And was able to enjoy our tour inside.
Joy S — Google review
It was worth a visit, if you go therr i recommend using an audio guide because it definitely makes the visit better, we didn’t take it but if i would go again i would. If you are an EU citizen you can also go there between some hours that are listed at the entrance to get a free ticket. I suggest you look into it before you go, so you don’t have to pay for the ticket. Otherwise it was very pretty the view is amazing and the palace is really interesting. We just walked around the place and we needed 45 minutes so i think it would take longer if we had an audio guide.

Aquarium
Nature & Parks
Palma Aquarium, located near the airport and opened in 2007, boasts the largest live coral collection in Europe. The aquarium features over 700 types of creatures, including impressive sand tiger sharks in the 'Big Blue' tank with three million liters of water. With more than 55 aquariums and 8000 fish from around the world, it offers an ideal family day out.
Wow, what an amazing visit we had! I was expecting this to be a short 45-minute visit with just enough to see. It turned out to be a full experience lasting a few hours! The whole story is developing nicely, and there are plenty of species to see and learn about. I enjoyed the Jungle the most, as it was an outside adventure and looked amazing! I recommend this as a must-see in Palma!
Boris B — Google review
I recommend to get here early we were there at 09H45 and got straight in. When we left there were huge queues. It's a very good aquarium, lots to look at and do. I only rated it 4 stars as we missed the Mediterranean gardens and went straight to the jungle, the staff were ushering families that way but not us. The shark tank is good but its sad to see theese beautiful animals in captivity. All accessible for wheelchair users its a great place to visit for a few hours. I recommend going early on a rainy day to kill a few hours
Anthony M — Google review
On Monday, we visited the Palma Aquarium on the coach which is included in the price (we booked through Jet2, who are based in the hotel) and had an absolutely fantastic day! There’s so much to see and do — and we even did one of the extras: the bottom glass boat ride in the shark tank. It was €12 each and definitely worth it! I believe under 3s go free (but double check just in case). My little one had a fantastic day. It is one of the best aquariums I have been to there is so much to do for all ages! Staff were lovely and helpful throughout the day!
Hannah S — Google review
We visited Palma Aquarium in Mallorca for the first time, and overall, it was a nice experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the place is well organized. The highlight for us was definitely the shark tank – it was fascinating to see them up close! The ticket also included a 3D cinema with a short film about whales that lasts around 10–15 minutes, which was interesting and enjoyable, especially for kids. I would recommend visiting with young children, as there are many different species of fish and sea creatures to see. The only downside is the ticket price, which I find quite expensive considering you can go through the entire aquarium in less than an hour.
Petar P — Google review
Beautiful Aquarium. Its nice place to spend time with family and children. Clean easy to navigate in areal. A plenty of beautiful and colorful fish and corals from different seas. Plus is as well rainforest garden and medittarean garden. There are options for snack and food in reasonable prices. Clean and tidy toilets. We booked tickets online and went around 11.00 on weekday so there wasn t mmy people . Ticket price its worth it . Thank you for nice spend day.
Dalibor D — Google review
30 Euros for adults but there are some package deals on their website that include some of the 'extras' like a shark boat or 3D cinema etc. We opted for straight entry for 3 adult tickets and received ten Euros off. It's a quality aquarium kept spotlessly clean and tidy. There are lots and lots of small to medium sized viewing tanks as you wander an obvious route. The glass magnifies them so you get to appreciate the colours and detail and they have a superb selection. Initially its very dark. So much so that you can easily bump into people but then your eyes eventually adjust. The more popular tanks have a bit of a wait to get to the front as you would expect but totally worth it. Even the souvenir shop at the end has some really good stuff!
Tommi R — Google review
Enjoyed the aquarium but it's way too expensive for the time I spent walking around everything (90 mins). No turtles on display but the two big tanks were amazing, the informative information was very good. More aimed at children in general and trying to upsell photographs, gifts from the shop which is disappointing.
Jon H — Google review
Very well preserved Aquarium with a lot to explore, extra activities and plenty of fun to have for the kids. Offering varied themes even a jungle and generous outside space to wonder around or to just take a break and have a bite to eat. It is a bit expensive but give the experience worth it and if you come in the afternoon you can benefit from a online ticketing discount.

Museums
Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma is a must-visit museum in Palma, housed in 16th- and 21st-century buildings. It features over 800 works with connections to the island, showcasing contemporary art pieces from artists like Cezanne, Gauguin, Picasso, Miro, Magritte, Polke, Barcelo and Schnabel.
Although I am not really a fan of contemporary art, this museum stole my heart with its exhibitions. Everyone will find something to enjoy and truly admire within the pieces displayed. The descriptions of displays are catching and interesting as well. They make you want to see and explore the artworks even more, rather than make you feel bored. Great organization of the gallery adds to the experiance. A must visit in Palma de Mallorca.
Gosia K — Google review
Museum in a bunker. Admission price is voluntary on Fridays. There is a small café on the terrace. The location is cozy. However, we had to wait an extremely long time for our drinks. So make sure you allow plenty of time. Palma was very crowded in October. Finding a parking space is a matter of luck.
Sabine S — Google review
On a rainy Sunday visiting this museum was the highlight of the day. Of course, there were also a lot of people (because of the weather), but the staff were very friendly and I can imagine this place being very peaceful on a normal day. The admission is less than you’d expect! We went as a group and everyone have found something they liked. I personally was the most interested in a little collection of Miro, a permanent exhibition about the museum’s collection with a curated number of art displayed and NACHLEBEN. EVERY IMAGE IS A POTENTIAL PAINTING. We didn’t find some of the curators texts to the exhibitions very well written but appreciated there was always an English translation. Because of the rain we were asked to leave our umbrellas at the entrance, which is understandable. But when we found out about an open area on the terrace we couldn’t go as to not get wet which was a pity, so we missed a very nice part of the museum. The architecture is great but we expected to see a bit more. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Yana K — Google review
We enjoyed our visit. The building itself is stunning — modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It was pleasantly cool inside thanks to great air conditioning, which made it a comfortable escape from the summer heat. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the rooftop terrace offers a truly spectacular view of the marina and Palma’s iconic cathedral — a perfect spot for a short break or photo opportunity. The current exhibition was interesting and well-curated. The entrance fee felt very reasonable. We’re glad we made the time to visit, and we would recommend it to anyone with an interest in modern art or architecture. Don’t miss it if you’re in Palma.
Tomáš R — Google review
Brilliant space, bright & accessible galleries and rooftop for views across Palma. Really good exhibition of various modern artists work including Miró.
Nicola L — Google review
The architecture and restaurant/bar terrace are absolutely stunning, mixing contemporary modern with a medieval touch. Both exhibitions, permanent and temporary were quite disappointing and boring - one of them looking quite cheap and amateurish. There are only three very small floors but least the entry was affordable.
Nini — Google review
Lovely grounds to walk on, and I’d recommend coming around sunset as it has a great vantage point. There’s quite a few Miro pieces inside and some other amazing artists such as Marina Abramović and Elisa Braem.
Tiffany K — Google review
I highly recommend coming here at sunset. The best thing about the museum is the architectural solution that fits the concrete building into the ancient fortifications. It really stands out in the evening lighting.

Artist
Nestled in the charming Old Town of Palma de Mallorca, Old Town Tattoos is a must-visit for anyone looking to enhance their body art collection. This hygienic and beautifully designed studio boasts talented artists like Christian Otto and Stephen, who are not only skilled but also incredibly personable. Visitors rave about their experiences, whether it's getting a new tattoo or touching up an existing one. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to strike up conversations while you get inked.
Stephen is an amazing artist that makes you feel at home with his great stories. The music in the studio is like nowhere else in Palma. I am definitely Coming back to get more tattoos. 100% recommend!!

Highly recommend! Stephen nailed the raccoon design exactly how I imagined it – super cool guy & awesome studio! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Mallorca 🫶🏻♥️
Hannah L — Google review
Old Town Tattoos was nothing short of excellent. From the cleanliness and comfort of the studio to the skill and professionalism of the artist Stephen, every aspect of my visit was top-notch. Whether you're a local or a visitor to Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend Old Town Tattoo for its talented artists, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication to quality. My experience here was truly five-star, and I look forward to returning for future tattoos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Raime J — Google review
I was in Palma for a few days visiting a friend and decided to get one of my tattoos touched up. I know it was a relatively small job, but Stephen welcomed me anyways. He offered alternatives and suggestions and in the end, my tattoo was touched up and looking like new again. Might I say that he even made the experience fun. I recommend Old Town Tatoos for anyone who is looking to add a piece while visiting Palma. Use your Google Map to find them in old town. Highly recommended!!
Peter C — Google review
Best shop on the island hands down. I came from Texas to visit and had to get a tattoo for my travels. Stephen is great at making you feel like you’re long time friends while Christian will make you feel comfortable and at ease. When you walk in it feels like an actual tattoo shop. If you’ve been to a lot of shops you’ll know what I mean right when you walk in the door. TLDR: go get tattooed at Old Town Tattoos!
Brandon S — Google review
Christian was awesome! He did my tattoo back in mid-July. I am extremely happy with the work he did. If I visit Palma in the future I will definitely visit his shop again for more work. The shop had a nice laid back vibe with good music playing. I'll add a photo of the tattoo once I have good internet. Thanks again Christian! Cheers mate!

Great shop! Christian and Stephen were both super helpful and kind. I ended up setting up an appointment with Christian and he did an amazing job on my new tattoo! I’ll definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in Palma.

Fine dining restaurant
Nestled in a charming, buttery-hued mansion surrounded by lush palm trees, Fera Palma Restaurant is a hidden gem that artfully blends Mediterranean and Asian flavors. This stylish venue invites diners to indulge in the creative culinary masterpieces of Austrian chef Simon Petutschnig. Among the standout dishes is the breathtaking Sea in a Shell, featuring oysters paired with Japanese yuzu and island plankton that releases steam reminiscent of ocean mist when hot water is poured over it.
My husband and I had a lovely dinner here. From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. We loved the wine pairing with local wines. We opted for the 4 course tasting and loved every bite. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to anyone coming to Palma
Caroline E — Google review
This place had so many recommendations so I decided to try it out but left with huge disappointment. To start off, my table seating was out of place. Near the service area, waiters rushing in/out near me. It was unbelievably hot. And I am general on the cool side feeling always cold. I asked for table change but there weren’t any. To give you an idea about how hot it was, ice melted in my glass within minutes. One of the waitresses was kind enough to open nearby window so some breeze can come in.. The restaurant has several dining areas, one of them is the picture perfect courtyard, the rest do not have the same ambiance. I was disappointed about seating choice but nevertheless decided to go ahead and try the menu .. I’m genuinely shocked to read all the reviews here ! Wondering if my day was a fluke and just bad day for the kitchen. As it was really busy. I went with the 4 course tasting menu: To start off, the presentation is actually lovely and superb but the taste was not there.. The appetizers were too salty with nothing special to remember. You can’t taste the various elements in a dish. The bread was something you can easily make at home..I actually wanted to leave at that point… Now the main course, seabass was actually good and I really enjoyed the dish, but I generally think sea bass is a good fish to cook with, you can never go wrong with it. It also goes well with a lot of elements .. The wagyu beef was poorly done. I did like the idea of truffle churros and sides. The sauces are actually poorly made. Too salty and at beginners level. I do believe the pastry chef saved the day, the dessert was really good, hence the three star. I am not a dessert person so if something wows me then it’s legit.. People in comments wondering about Michelin star. The restaurant needs to be consistent to receive any form of designation. It was a busy night, I get it. But if staff feel overwhelmed to serve a large number maybe cut down on the number of tables to serve better quality. Overall I wish the owner all the best but there are several key factors to be attended to. This is not what I expected considering the prices and reviews ..
Dalal — Google review
We loved our experience here! The food was beautifully crafted and every course on the Chef’s menu (€149) was delicious and thoughtfully presented. Just a heads-up: wine pairing isn’t included in the course menu. It’s available for an additional €106. You also have the option to upgrade your experience by adding extras like caviar, Wagyu beef, or additional desserts. A refined dining experience overall, perfect for a special occasion or a memorable night out.
Kwang S — Google review
What a magical place. As we arrived we had such a wonderful welcome and walk to our table. They were so personal in their attention and we felt really special. We loved our table in the beautiful courtyard. I didn't know what to expect of the food, but it was really some of the best I've had anywhere in the world. Doing many tasting menus there are many very good that get lost. But I ate things I won't forget. The stand out was the basil risotto. It was perfect. It defied risotto with the intensity and freshness of green basil. The confit tomatoes with 'bonsai' burrata were awesome. It really sang. A close second was the beetroot and and goats cheese, this was superb, intense, tangy, rich, creamy, it burst with flavour. The bread and butter were also intangible umami. The wagyu was divine, but didn't need the also delicious perigeaux sauce. That was sublime with the venison. Dessert of honey miso sang with a salty note. The canele were intense with vanilla. The chef is performing on another level. Everything was beautiful... apart from maybe the Manchego cheese course, which felt out of place. It could either of been cheese or a chef cheese course, it was a hybrid, clunky compared to the rest. Hard to explain, but again not an insult, a sign of the calibre of everything else we had. Finally, the wine, hugely important to us and half our bill. We really enjoyed our interactions with the head somm but he disappeared and was running back and forth with a celebrity table at the back. We had to order our second wine twice. From a different somm, very nice guy too. But the handover affected us. Plus I ordered a top wine by the glass and although I liked it, because I didn't love it I twice (from each somm) got challenged on what old wine should taste like. It wasn't comfortable. They meant well but it did change the tone. We had very pleasant chat throughout the night though and my score reflects this. The food and atmosphere were the big winners. The service started super special and we got dropped, or so it felt. A different night might be different, but it took this from one of life's best experiences to a really very very good one.
Caroline T — Google review
Wow.. the chef’s tasting menu was absolutely remarkable! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really taste the creativity and passion behind each course. The service was attentive, the drinks paired perfectly, and the ambience made the whole evening feel special. I loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

Restaurant of choice for our last night in Mallorca. We opted for the normal chef menu but mine was made without alcohol. Overall food was pretty good but price was a little on the high. Loved the bread and dessert was the highlight of our meal!

We went to Palma looking for a standout dining experience and Fera absolutely delivered. Tucked away in a beautiful old palace, the space is a perfect mix of elegance and charm, with modern art on the walls and a peaceful garden to dine in. Blends Mediterranean and Asian flavors in ways that feel fresh and exciting. We tried the tasting menu, and every dish, from the Sóller prawns to the sea bass with dashi. Even the vegetarian options were next-level. Service was warm and attentive, and the whole evening felt thoughtfully curated.

DINS Santi Taura is an upscale, adults-only restaurant in Palma that prides itself on using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and offering an extensive selection of wines. The chef, Santi Taura, brings a modern twist to traditional Balearic Island cuisine, taking guests on a culinary journey with his tasting menu.
A really nice experience. The menu included eleven courses, mostly made with local ingredients. All were tasty and thoughtfully prepared. I sat at the Chef's Table, where chef Santi Taura explained the story behind each dish and the origin of the ingredients. The visit was absolutely worth it, and the Michelin star is well deserved. The only thing I missed was having the course list available on the website in advance.

I definitely recommend it. A very interesting and delicious way to present the local cuisine. We had the chance to sit at the chef’s table and watch the exquisite dishes being prepared. The chef himself charmed us with his personality—an artistic nature with many talents. The plates in which the food was served were also handmade by him. The only thing I didn’t like was the narrow space between the table and the wall behind me, as the waiters often passed through and kept bumping my chair. I recommend this place.

Vandal Palma is a trendy dining spot located in the stylish Santa Catalina neighborhood. Despite its edgy graffiti-covered exterior, it offers a sophisticated fine dining experience led by Chef Bernabe Caravotta, who brings his diverse culinary expertise from renowned restaurants around the world. The restaurant surprises guests with an eclectic menu of bold dishes expertly paired with cocktails and wines. The interior features minimalistic yet fun architectural decor, including brick tiles and an open plan kitchen.
The food was incredible, small, beautifully flavorful tapas and dishes. Cocktails are delicious too! Everything is worth a try. The service is excellent, we were attended by Julieta who was a wonderful host! I’d add more photos of the food, but we admittedly ate some dishes before it occurred to me to snap a picture!

Interesting, not common menu. For people who are looking for new culinary experience. Surprising dishes and foodpairing as pulled pork with grilled banana or creamy 'puree' with macadamia. Steak served on cacao nibs. You can choose apetizers (around 7 euro for very little portion), main dishes (start from 20 euro, also small, not normal portion), desserts (5 different, 12 euro each). Additionally complimentary drinks, nicely looking cocktails. Nice interior, hovewer, very small and you can feel a bit overwhelmed by neighbours who are super closed to you. Nice to try, however overpriced for such small portion. We took suggested 1 appetizer and 1 main dish for person and left a bit hungry. Minus was slow serving dishes, we waited for the first one at least 30 minutes. It was very crowded that time (early weekday evening).

Friendly staff! Good service! Food: Fish Taco - tortilla texture and taste was bad, fish was not seasoned, sauces were ok Croquetas - very good! Chicken stroganoff - very good! Pulled Pork & Banana - good but a bit ketchupy. I liked the texture of the fried banana Octopus - good but meat not seasoned well. Potato pure was just regular taste. Scallops - Godlike!! Absolutely amazing! Best dish! Chocolate mouse - very good! Childhood dream desert - the show was nice but icecream did not taste like popcorn(as promised) it tasted like vanilla. Worth to try it once but wouldn't order again Overall good experience, thank you! Worth to try it once but didn't have an element that would make me come back

Loved it. Whoever has created the marketing, ambiance, attention to detail of the decoration, staff uniform, individual quotation plates, knows exactly what they are doing. 👌🏼Stunning Colombian female waitress. 💜Could have done with having all the overhead ceiling fans on. 🥵 Food was well presenting and had interesting signature dishes, bravo kitchen. Expensive but worth the visit. 💶 Keep up the great work. 👏🏼

We just had one of our best dinners in the last 10 years at this place, went there for the ladies birthday and couldn’t have been at a better place to celebrate, awesome service that was always helpful to answer all our questions because we got more wowed by every course, and kept the glasses full. beautiful cocktails from the bar and the food just wow, every course we had was a beautiful play of great ingredients, known types of preparations and a we’re gonna do what we love attitude by the chefs! The house was full, smiles everywhere and when we asked the crew if they have michelin stars already (we didn’t do the full research beforehand) they were just saying we want to do our own thing and thats it, beautiful beautiful place, amazing food you guys are in our top 3 all time! Thank you chef and crew 🫶🏻

Very fun spot with a beautiful, cool, and creative atmosphere. Definitely stop by here if youre looking for something unique as the kitchen put so much thought and attention into creating a very unique experience from the dishes to the drinks! Standouts for us was my basil cocktail (very unique flavor profile!), the fish taco, and the steak tartar. My partner absolutely loved his steak as well, said it was cooked exactly how he loves it. I got the duck, which was an incredible blend of unqiue flavors. Would definitely return!

Super fun spot. Creative, in both food and cocktails, great wine list. We came for a 10pm seating as a party of four. Very enjoyable across all fronts. The beef was delicious.

This restaurant is definitely in our top 10 worldwide. I cannot say enough good things about the service, cocktails, food, and atmosphere. Michael was amazing! We will come to Palma just to eat here. It is extremely unique but not over the top. We especially loved the desserts. I added a picture of the childhood memories - the pic doesn’t do it justice.

Adrian Quetglas Restaurant in Palma is a favorite among the city's chic food enthusiasts. Owned by Michelin-starred chef Adrian Quetglas, this Mediterranean dining room offers an intimate atmosphere and innovative flavors in its modern dishes. The restaurant features a lunchtime tasting menu and evening options that include unique dishes like Iberian ham with marinated papaya, orzo with squid and yuzu, and Mallorquin ensaimada with matcha tea and chocolate for dessert.
The place is lovely and the service is excellent. We went for dinner for the eight course menu. I would say my favorite are the first four courses and then the last two. The Caesar tacos were amazing, probably my favorite. The mushroom consome was delicious as well! The last two courses were the dessert offerings and they were absolutely delicious. I didn't care for the two main courses in the middle of the meal but overall it was a great experience!

The restaurant is outside of the more touristy part of Palma. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing which was great value. We had a late lunch and were the last serving; it felt a little bit rushed but the staff were charming and helpful and the food was delicious.

It was our last night in Palma and we decided to go for a fine dining experience - this one was definitely up there with the best. We had the 8 course tasting menu and it’s super affordable and absolutely delicious!! The creativity of the dishes and the complex flavours was truly superb - we enjoyed every course we had although for anyone wanting to do it please please don’t eat a late lunch. We were stuffed by our own fault!! Service was super attentive and kind and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Mallorca

A true culinary gem in Palma Adrián Quetglas offers a truly memorable fine dining experience that balances creativity, flavor, and presentation. Each course feels like a journey, with unexpected textures and aromas that delight the senses. Our menu highlights were the mahi mahi, paired with summer truffle and a delicate seaweed cracker that adds both crunch and depth. The tasting menu ends on a high note with the refreshing yuzu dessert, beautifully accompanied by tiny bergamot spheres and a decadent chocolate truffle. Service is attentive, the atmosphere elegant yet relaxed.

We are currently here, and it is simply incredible. The food is made of the freshest ingredients, and it is clear why the place has Michelin star awards, as each dish is one of a kind and so carefully, uniquely crafted. We are in awe. As for the staff, there is one server for the entire area, and he is doing a literal perfect job. He spends a plethora of time with every table, swiftly explained the menu page by page, which made everything so clear and easy to order. He is very pleasant, has amazing recommendations, and explains cultural backgrounds between dishes. The atmosphere is also unmatched: soft seats with pillows for the back, achieving maximum comfort for their guests. The tables are beautifully served, and the music and decorations add such an incredible atmosphere. The prices are also highly affordable. All in all, a 10/10 restaurant, we are very happy and will return every time we are back in Mallorca.

The tasting menu was a nice surprise - creative, well prepared, and also beautifully presented And all at a yery reasonable price. Service was kind and responsive. Inside and outside seating available.

Had the tasting menu, while the service was excellent and the dishes looked very pretty, they lack in taste. Most of the dishes were not that tasty (except for the rabbit dish, which was excellent)

We had dinner at this nice restaurant and had the full 8 course menu with the premium wine menu to go with it. The ambience at night was actually very nice - the picture on their website does not give it justice (taken at daytime). Service was friendly and relaxed with smiling waiters - there was a bit of confusion among them to start with and we were offerede the menu a couple of times and the same with ordering. We were not bothered by it and the waiters excused themselved. Food were coming in a good pace. Flavours were good but sometimes a bit too subtle for my taste, but I guess that is common for a Spanish restaurant. Overall, I think the food was nice but I just needed a few more "WOW!" experiences to give a full 5 star. The price for the menu and wine was however a good deal, so based on that I will give my full recommendation for this place.

Aromata is a charming rustic restaurant located in Palma, Mallorca. The eatery offers a creative local menu and an extensive wine selection. Housed in an atmospheric historic building with ancient stone arches and a light-filled atrium, the restaurant provides a relaxing ambience with contemporary wood furniture and original stone floors.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Every dish was executed perfectly. The Porc Negre was one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten. The grilled turbot was the best fish dish I’ve ever had. The added caviar was a superb touch. The way the whole menu flowed together was a testament to the chefs knowledge and skill. Impeccable service too. Deserving of a Michelin star.

It was unforgettable experience of michelin star restaurant. We tried lunch for 38 euro per person and it was perfect.

Food and presentation were great - definitely worth trying. Service staff made couple of mistakes, seemed they didn’t communicate with each other which is a shame. Even though there were 2 waiters for 4 tables - not busy.

Aromata, located in an alluring glass-roofed internal courtyard, left a lasting impression with its attentive accommodation of my vegetarian preferences, as I had mentioned it prior to my visit. The dishes not only catered to my dietary needs but also showcased a remarkable presentation that pleased both the eyes and the palate. The flavors were a delightful medley, offering a superb variety that tantalized my taste buds. The staff's kindness and attentiveness added to the overall experience, creating a truly memorable dining experience. Although the portions were slightly small, the exceptional quality and aesthetic appeal of the cuisine more than compensated for it.

Visited a few times on special occasions for lunch set menu and always had a very pleasant experience. Beautiful setting in a picturesque courtyard, great service and very good value high quality food. We found the dishes were good enough portions and not only beautifully presented but also very delicious. Always good variety and seasonally changing menu. Looking forward returning back.

Lunch was a very valuable and delightful experience at this Michelin listed restaurant. Only 2 set menus to choose between refer to pictures. The real bargain is the most extensive one. The one dining room is decorated in a simple characteristic way. Service is slow but this is good as it will give you the time to make space for all the courses. Restroom outside in a dedicated modern area of a foundation.
