at check in they saw my birthday was the next day. so on my birthday, all the staff were informed and wished me a happy birthday and at breakfast they sang to me and gave me a little birthday cake! they also remembered small details we previously shared. like the fact that my brother was studying abroad in madrid and I was going to see him after mallorca. great hotel! they really go the extra mile! will definitely stay here again!

Sant Francesc is a beautiful former private mansion and now an ultra-modern, luxurious boutique hotel. We did a wedding there, our bride chose the typical Majorcan courtyard of Sant Francesc, as it combines the mansion's original architecture and olive trees with its ultra-modern new design. The staff is absolutely brilliant and kind. We love this place! We absolutely recommend it as a base for your destination wedding.

Sant Francesc Hotel is my favourite hotel in Mallorca. The building is architecturally beautiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfectly central. The rooms are modern, artistic and the beds are very comfortable. The rooftop is fantastic for sunbathing, lunch or a glass of wine / cocktail, or two. We stayed at the hotel for the second time recently and we will return again next year for part of our honeymoon…we love the hotel that much.

Leo the Legend! Service from all staff was excellent and really made the trip for us. Leo in particular was very attentive and went the extra mile for us and made our trip that extra bit special. He gave us lots of advice to explore the beautiful area and will definitely be back!

The public areas of the hotel are very well maintained and that’s where it ends. The rooms are very shabby, it’s pretty dated, the pool area is quite run down, scruffy old beds, no umbrellas and no shower facilities. The gym isn’t a gym, it’s a broom cupboard with a treadmill. Similarly the spa isn’t a “spa”, a couple of small treatment rooms, no showers, pool, etc. Completely agree with other reviews that state it’s not 5 star, particularly for the price. Those giving it 5/5 must not have experienced very many 5 star hotels before, because this certainly isn’t. The grandeur in the lobby isn’t matched anywhere else, and the service wasn’t elevated. Just want you’d expect from any normal hotel. There are much nicer in palma where you get better VFM.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Palma. We booked it for the fantastic location, beautiful property, and generously spacious rooms—and it truly lived up to our expectations. The staff made our experience even more memorable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They also gave us great local recommendations for dining and things to do. A special thank you to Giulia, who was especially kind and helpful during our departure—she even helped us book a taxi, which we really appreciated. One helpful note for future guests: if you're arriving by car or renting a car, be aware that parking is not directly onsite (which is common in central Palma). The closest parking lot is about a 10-minute walk away. We were able to drop off our luggage first and the staff kindly assisted with directions and bags, but understanding this in advance would have helped us plan better. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a charming city, and we’d happily return!

Very few complaints…really nice, quiet spot out of the mayhem of the city. The staff were friendly, the food (including the breakfast) was good and the drinks well made. The finishes were high end and we were very happy with both the shared spaces and our room (the main suite, room 3). Of the complaints…they spray a weird small in the rooms, maybe supposed to smell like an old building / furniture / castle, but it just made us feel a bit ill. And, the carpet is wicker, which sounds fun but actually isn’t very comfortable to walk on barefoot, so make sure you grab the free slippers.

We have recently had the chance to stay in this mesmerizing renovated old mansion, let me say it was pleasantly amazing. The staff the room the lobby was an amazing treat. The only thing you have to consider is the parking as it is a 10 min walking distance and it was a bit expensive. Other than that i would say it was perfect with a great location within the heart of Palma city.

Memories for a lifetime. We loved everything about our stay at Can Cera. The staff was extremely detail oriented and knew all their guests which made every errand so simple to handle. It is a quiet and refined retreat just a step away from the hustle and bustle of Palma. We loved everything from the refined furniture and art of our room (which was btw absolutely spotless), to the concierge service and the cocktail bar. Truly amazing.

Staying at Can Cera Hotel was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the warm atmosphere and stunning decor—every detail of the property feels thoughtful, elegant, and true to the charm of Mallorca. Benjamin walked us through the map of Palma and Mallorca, recommended restaurants and day trips, and even made us our dinner reservations for us while we relaxed and enjoyed our welcome drink. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and instantly felt like a private sanctuary. What really stood out, though, was the staff’s remarkable attention to detail. Even if we stepped out for just 20 minutes, we’d return to find the room perfectly refreshed. Their attentiveness was unmatched—always present when you needed something, but never intrusive. One day we weren’t feeling our best and couldn’t explore the town, but we didn’t mind at all—the hotel was so comfortable and the staff so kind that it felt like the perfect place to simply rest and recharge. Booking a massage is a MUST - one of the best we’ve ever had. We also took advantage of the spa that had a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and reserved it twice during our stay. One thing to note is that there isn’t parking onsite and it’s about a 7min walk from the hotel and the roads to get to the hotel are very narrow and not for a nervous driver. Not a deal breaker for us but something to note! The entire experience was seamless and elevated, making us feel cared for in the most genuine way. Can Cera is the kind of place you don’t just stay at—you remember. Without a doubt, a five-star experience. We will be back!!

LOVE this place. Boutique hotel where every detail is so carefully thought out; from design features, layout, super helpful staff, great food including really excellent breakfasts. Pool area is gorgeous with comfy beds overlooking infinity pool out to the sea. Lovely bathroom has a great layout; beautiful products too. Location is just minutes from the cathedral, 10 minutes into central Palma and only a 25 minute walk by the coast to the lovely village of Portixol.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to the best parts of Palma. The hotel rooms are stunning and stocked with le labo products, but seriously the service at the hotel is so good. Anytime we needed a cab, they had one for us in less than 5 minutes, they had tips for amazing food spots and day trips, and helped with little things like breaking bills etc. Personally, I needed their help after checking out due to forgetting some items in the hotel and at a local spot. They coordinated the delivery of the items to the hotel and set me up with a shipping process to seamlessly get my items back to me. They have been so incredibly helpful, and I can’t wait to come stay again!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was amazing—probably the best hotel we’ve ever been to. Everything is impeccably maintained (it’s nine years old but looks no more than two). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and we always felt pampered and well cared for. The location is perfect: super close to the center yet secluded enough to be peaceful, and right next to the cathedral.

My husband and I spent a great 2 nights in this gorgeous, adults only boutique hotel well located close to everything in Palma. Delicious, varied breakfasts and really friendly, helpful staff. Lovely little touches like complimentary water by the pool and le Labo bathroom products. Fab rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. Full use of the facilities and the spa to freshen up after check out and ahead of a late flight, which is really appreciated. Only complaint is that the hotel doesn’t have enough sunbeds for all guests - mostly fine in the morning but by lunchtime/early afternoon you’ll easily end up being disappointed - which is frustrating when you’re paying £400/£500 per night… Otherwise, gorgeous!

Was here for six nights in May. Wonderful stay. Well designed and nicely decorated hotel close to the Cathedral in Palma. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop area. Good food. Gym is small but functional. Great base from which to explore the incredibly beautiful island. Staff were very helpful in providing feedback on our sightseeing options and in helping to arrange dinning. Very happy.

Perfectly located in central old town Palma on Plaça de Cort. High class hotel with ultra-comfy beds and large rooms for a city-centre hotel. The rooftop pool and loungers offer a perfect retreat after a morning’s wandering around the sights. Only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, so perfect for a couple of nights away in a gastronomic city.

We only had food and drinks in the lower area but the building is beautiful, so is the food and the service. I would definitely recommend coming here due to it’s very centric location. Also beautiful decor.

Great hotel. Quiet but centrally located. Rooms aren’t sounds proof but are nice. The service was above average. Offering a yoga class, welcome drinks, valet, and finding us a taxi at 4am. They went above and beyond making us feel at home and important. Food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The pool and the service at it were exactly what was needed on a July day.

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, rooftop Bar has an amazing view, the gym is little, but functional, location is somewhat far from city center, but still ok. The only problem was the noise level during nighttime. Our room, facing towards the sea, all three nights we were woken up by trash collection trucks at different times in the middle of the night and by people partying nearby in the park.

We have spent 5 days at the Gloria de Sant Jaume hotel and everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is really charming, all the details are incredibly well treated, I rarely saw such a level of perfection (the spa is lovely). There is a feeling of exclusivity in the hotel thanks to its limited number of rooms. The duplex suite was perfect for us with 2 kids and all the attentions we got have been greatly appreciated. But the cherry on top of the cake is truly the service. Everyone in the hotel, from the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the cleaning people, everyone brings the notion of service to a level I have never seen before and always with a smile and in a peaceful way. Despite our 2 very active kids, we truly managed to get some rest and it's also thanks to this amazing level of service. Special mention to Joaquim and Daniella, it was a pleasure meeting you. We wish we could have stayed more, for sure we will come back!

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is located on quiet street in the centre of old town - it's spotless, with a lovely breakfast each morning, a stunning spa/pool area, and beautiful features like mosaic floors and high, wood-beamed ceilings. The bar and restaurant are super. However, it's the staff who made this one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. They can't do enough to help you - from the introductory tour, the daily recommendations on places to visit and eat, the little biscuirs left in the room each evening. They go out of their way to give each guest their undivided attention. You won't regret staying here, five star luxury.

A long weekend to recharge the batteries and this was an excellent choice. Perfectly located this beautiful hotel has been artfully remodelled. The roof terrace is a perfect, tranquil place to unwind - you would never know you were in the middle of the city. The food is excellent and the house special cocktails are well worth sampling. What truly sets it apart though is the staff; from front of house to the pool guy, they are welcoming, genuinely friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much and they all go the extra mile to make your stay special. Their recommendations were spot on, finding places set apart from the tourista herd. I normally have a rule of never going back anywhere - GSJ is an exception.

Great location in the heart of the old town. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a large spacious old building, yet with only a small number of rooms so you feel the personal touch. The facilities are all excellent - rooftop pool, underground spa, bar and restaurant. The staff are what made our stay truly wonderful though - frequently going above and beyond whether it be unloading the car of all our stuff; the free welcome cocktail at the bar; helping us book restaurant recommendations and calling the restaurant to explain when we were late; booking taxis; sorting out the wifi connection so we could connect our baby monitor; the little teddy bear gift for our son; and just generally being so friendly and super attentive the whole time.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were offered welcome drinks as the reception manager arranged table bookings for us in the hotel restaurant, in Palma, and in Port de Soller. The dinner, breakfasts, and snacks were delicious and freshly prepared. The food was a high standard. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, we were given tea, and there was a lovely Nespresso coffee machine. On our second day, we came back to the room to find a complementary bottle of wine on ice waiting. All of the staff, from the cleaners, the bar , restaurant, and front desk staff were exceptional. I'm so disappointed and upset by the way I was just treated by your hotel staff. I stayed with you a month ago and was about to book an event and a number of rooms with you. Your receptionists were exceptionally rude. After waiting for a week to hear back on the below I rang to check in on what had happened and I couldn't have been treated more poorly. I'll be booking my event with Puro now, and having been ready to spend a great deal of time and money recommending you to my friends I will now be doing the opposite. What a shame.

Very nice location. Owners appear to only respond to positive reviews which is easy and lazy. Just been chased from our outdoor table with better view to inside to be replaced by other guests! Yet to materialise. Disappointing and a case of emperors new clothes. Adequate.

We spent five days in this charming 4-star hotel: always friendly service, tasty food, idyllic location. Overall, very good value for money and therefore highly recommended. A personal note for potential guests: like almost all hotels in Spain, the hotel is very child-friendly, which should be borne in mind by anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Furthermore: If you arrive by car, you should expect delays at peak times due to a lack of free parking spaces ...

My trip to Mallorca started off a little bumpy due to strikes at Palma Airport and changes to my British Airways flights, which meant I had to cancel my original booking at Hotel Portixol and move it to the end of my holiday. I was worried about losing those first three days, but when I submitted an online request to adjust my stay from three nights to two, Sofía accommodated me within minutes. That swift, thoughtful response immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent stay, despite the shortened trip. I’ve also stayed at the group’s Espléndido Hotel, which offers the same high level of boutique service and quality but with a more refined, flagship feel. Portixol, by contrast, feels much more intimate — less polished in some areas and perhaps due an update in places (my Port House Suite was lovely, though the terrace could use a refresh). That said, what truly defines the Portixol experience are its people. Two individuals stood out above all: Sofía at reception, who is endlessly accommodating, warm, and attentive — a true “yes” person who makes every interaction feel effortless; and Christian in the restaurant, one of the most polite, intelligent, and personable waiters I have ever encountered. He strikes the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overbearing, offers excellent recommendations, and always radiates positivity and a can-do attitude. Both of them embody the spirit of hospitality and are a true credit to the group. Not every staff interaction matched that same standard — breakfast service was a little hit-and-miss, with one staff member eventually warming to us wonderfully but others feeling somewhat dismissive at times. Similarly, one interaction around my children using the pool felt unnecessarily stern, though I appreciate that the hotel is primarily geared toward adults rather than families. On the facilities side, the pool area is lovely and relaxed (no issues with loungers being reserved), and while the restaurant service around the pool felt a touch impersonal, the overall experience was still very good. Noise outside the suite from early deliveries was noticeable but not disruptive for us, as we were usually up early to enjoy the beautiful running routes along the marina. All in all, I would absolutely return — likely as a couple rather than a family — and I want to extend a special thank you to Sofía and Christian, who truly elevated our stay. With new luxury brands arriving on the island soon, the group is fortunate to have such exceptional talent, and they are the reason our time at Portixol was so enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful location. But really lacking that personal touch and attention to detail it used to have. Waiting & bar staff friendly & attentive but front desk staff lack warmth & welcoming feel & professionalism that this hotel used to enjoy & should be par for the course for a hotel of this calibre. Left feeling more than a bit disappointed & less eager to visit again despite it being a regular favourite of my family for over a decade. Mallorca still utterly beautiful It’s worth noting I’d normally advocate booking direct with the hotel - but not here - look for special deals on aggregator sites as their full rack rates not deserving given competitor offer in Palma. My sense of ambivalence might have been tempered if front desk service levels were professional & warm - a real shame. My rate was €250 per night (6/7 Oct) for a windowless room - single occupancy. (I was travelling solo on business and just needed a single night and not a bigger suite) - it feels steep given my overall experience as I would have done better in Palma eg Hotel Cappuccino (which I highly recommend)

My wife and I really enjoyed staying there. The rooms are perfect. But what impressed us the most are the employees. Many of them work there already for many years and we felt the love they have for their work and each other. The food was also so delicious. If you have the chance try the ravioli

Impeccable hotel in all facets. Great location (so central), beautiful old building with loads of character. Great styled big rooms, amazing beds. Great service from all staff, they go the extra mile. Very good and very fresh breakfast with loads of options. Best restaurant we found in Mallorca (De Tokia a Lima) in the hotel, amazing food. Nice little plunge pool on the roof with very comfy big sun beds.

Perfect location in the heart of old town Palma, walk right out the door to wonderful restaurants, bars and the marina. Loved breakfast on the terrace overlooking the street. Lovely pool and rooftop views of the whole city. Our room was huge and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful (although I'd skip most of the hotel's restaurant recommendations -- pretty touristy and average). My one recommendation would be to validate some of all cost of parking -- the public garage is close by but it'a 30 euro ($35) per day, and for $650 a night per room, validation would be nice.

Can Alomar is always my number one choice in Palma. Every time I return, I’m impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Lucas, Daniel, and Lisa always make each visit special with their professionalism and kindness. The terraces are simply beautiful, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere of Paseo del Borne over a drink or a delicious meal. The waiters are always friendly and attentive, making sure every detail is perfect. I’m a returning guest, and I’ll definitely keep coming back, it’s a place that never disappoints!

Everything is wonderful about Can Alomar. The wonderful location and building, terrific rooms and open spaces, delicious food and drink and of course the amazing staff, professional and friendly, who always go beyond to make your stay so special. We look forward to returning again soon!

Hotel Review: Can Alomar Luxury Retreat My wife and I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at the beautiful Can Alomar retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. All the staff members went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The staff were extremely friendly, always asking how our day had been and what we’d been up to. They offered numerous recommendations for restaurants and activities that we might enjoy. Our room was lovely and very comfortable - stylishly decorated with thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of both buffet and à la carte options. The Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The pool area was quiet, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Overall, I’d say the standout strength of this hotel is its staff. I would highly recommend Can Alomar for anyone planning a weekend stay in Palma. One final point to mention — the location is superb, right on the Passeig de Born, with views of the cathedral.

The property is spectacular with every detail taken care of and located in the center of the city in walking distance to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. The staff really made our experience extra special, Daniel made us feel at home with activity/restaurant recommendations and reservations tending to all our needs. Sofia supported us when we had travel delays going above and beyond in coordinating with the airlines and accommodating our extra nights. We also got to explore the sister property spa which helped us relax after our travel delay. I plan to continue to come back anytime I’m in Palma.

Since I was not asked how my stay was, when I just paid 1600 euros for two nights, I can give my feedback here: the room was one of the worst I ever had in this price category with the only window going to a public(!) terrace, where I could also hear the staff work and slam doors from 6:15 am until midnight. At breakfast they forgot my order. Unfortunately, nobody asked me about the stay when I paid, so here we are.

Second stay at the hotel in August for 5 days. Luxurious and effortlessly cool place to stay. Without doubt the number 1 breakfast offering of any 5* hotel I have been to. So much choice with local delicacies and al a carte on top. Plus I will never forget when chatting with the hotel manager on arrival that if there was something we wanted that wasn’t on the menu he would ask chef to find it for us - I work with food for a living and there was ‘nothing’ more anyone could have wanted. The rooms are large and lovely. You book the spa and gym and have exclusive access. Location is right in the middle of everything but tucked into a quiet street. If I had to find one very small gripe, get rid of the rooms with a step in bath with the open shower - stepping in and out was a little tricky, having a walk in shower would make everything perfect. It’s not cheap but if you can you should.

Our stay here was magical! The room was gorgeous and quiet and all the Palma destinations we were excited about were a short walk away. But the true highlight was the staff; truly exceptional service all the way through. Edgar, Federico, and Veselka made our stay above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a few nights in May over the span of our wedding and were absolutely blown away by the standard of the room, service and the courtesy of the staff. The staff could not do more for me, my bridesmaids and my family on the morning of our wedding (including constant coffees to our room, turning the room over 3 times in one day to make sure was ready for my girls and for our arrival as a married couple and the staff clapping and singing as I walked out the door in my dress!) To be treated so well as a young couple on the most special day of our lives was just wonderful, this hotel will always hold a special place in our heart and we can’t wait to visit again already. The wonderful girl (who I didn’t catch the name of) at the front desk deserves a special mention as she really fussed over us and calmed my nerves.Thank you so much once again!

I don't know how anyone could give this hotel less than 5*. The location is perfect. Central but quiet. The hotel is gorgeous, authentic and quiet. The food is fantastic. The amenities like breakfast, pool and spa are superb. But the staff are unbelievable. I must give mention to Johan who looked after us but all of the team are amazing. If you are looking to stay in Palma, stay here, it's amazing. We loved every second and couldn't recommend it more.

Nestled in the heart of Palma, this adults-only gem felt like stepping into a beautifully restored sanctuary of peace and pure indulgence. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The wonderful receptionist, Christina, greeted us like old friends, with that perfect mix of warm hospitality and five-star professionalism where check-in is done in the stunning bar lounge with drink in hand. Nothing was ever too much trouble - they genuinely seemed delighted to make our stay unforgettable (and they succeeded!). The facilities? Absolutely top-tier. Our room was a calming blend of modern luxury and historic charm, with every detail thoughtfully designed. But the crown jewel was the rooftop terrace - beautiful! Picture this: panoramic views over Palma's rooftops, plush sun loungers, a sparkling pool to cool off in, and a vino rosado in hand. We spent hours up there soaking in the sunshine and the serenity. It honestly felt like a private slice of heaven. Every corner of this hotel whispers elegance. And as birthday celebrations go, this one was right up there with the best - magical, exquisite, and full of those little "pinch me" moments. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and already plotting our return. Hotel Convent de la Missio - you've officially set the bar for birthday getaways!

This stunning boutique hotel is the ideal place to stay in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. An old convent, rooms are large and the whole venue has a historical, gracious vibe. The rooftop pool is a highlight-such a gorgeous location to chill and have afternoon siestas. I loved my junior suite with stand alone bath, huge bed, luxe Gurlain beauty products and a full length as well as makeup mirror for dressing. More than enough room for two. The in-house restaurant Marc Fosh is extraordinary. Fosh is the only British chef to have won a Michelin star, and the food is absolutely gorgeous. Dining here is an experience to be savoured (but book ahead). The cocktails are out of this world, and staff are super kind and professional. What a fabulous stay.

From the moment I booked, everything about this hotel was flawless. The team was incredibly responsive to my emails, sending me detailed suggestions and recommendations for my trip even before I arrived. When I landed in Palma early in the morning after a long flight, I reached the hotel around 7 am, exhausted. Joan went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in so I could rest right away. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for the entire stay. The moment you walk in, the hotel feels like a luxurious, peaceful monastery. The lobby bar is fantastic, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. The front desk team was exceptional – Joan, Xavi, and two other ladies whose names I sadly don’t recall, all made our stay seamless. Our Junior Suite was fabulous, beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel also has parking and valet service, which is a big plus in Palma. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to the center. What stood out most were the thoughtful touches: they provided beach bags with towels, even offering to pack picnic beach bags for us to take to the beach. They happily helped us plan our daily itineraries and made sure every detail was taken care of. We also visited their sister property, Fontsantana Spa near Es Trenc, before heading to the beach – and it was absolutely outstanding. Finally, after I returned home, I realized I had forgotten a few clothing items at the hotel. To my surprise, they emailed me right away and promptly shipped them internationally. That level of service is rare. This hotel is truly fantastic – I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palma!

We loved our stay at Can Bordoy. The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. The garden and rooftop pool choices were both amazing. The garden is so beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend to get the breakfast option as the selection is great and to eat in the garden is very special. Only one small negative was the Spa was overpriced and not very good. I’d go again but not to the spa.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Can Bordoy! The staff were incredibly friendly at all times, the room was spotless, and both pools were absolutely amazing. The restaurant served excellent food that I thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend this little oasis in the heart of Palma!

Fabulous hotel, the team were amazing and the lovely welcome set the tone of the visit right from the very start. The beds were very comfortable, lots of attention to detail as there were some nice little surprises in the room. Looking forward to visiting again! I came away with my wife for our anniversary, would highly recommend this as a couples escape.

An excellent hotel. It's clear they poured money and love into this hotel and it's renovation. The rooms and public spaces are opulent and interesting. It's located in a great walkable part of the city. You're close to all the major sights and shopping etc. Swimming Pool and Restaurant are exceptional additions to a winning product!

Definitely more of a splurge depending on your budget, but for me it was a 20/10 experience—from the room, to the food, to the service. The hospitality was unmatched, and I loved that you can text all your needs through WhatsApp. Breakfast on the rooftop, a garden pool, and walking distance to the main shopping street, restaurants, and morethe location could not be better. I even got a massage while staying here and it was amazing

We had a wonderful experience - The hotel itself is beautiful and its entry is impressive. However, you quickly overlook it all with the exemplary service throughout your whole stay. Each member of the staff went out of their way to be helpful, from suggestions to being incredibly accommodating to our late flight post checkout. We truly felt like they cared. The location and walkability was perfect, often times walking would take the same or less amount of time than attempting to drive to our destinations. With excellent food choices, within, and nearby. Rooms were clean and welcoming with attentive room service.

HOTEL POSADA TERRA SANTA was wonderful in every possible way! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was quiet and dark, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Room 103 had this amazing hot tub on a private terrace which was outstanding. The service and friendliness of all the staff was wonderful, especially MARCOS GIL DUBUISSON who took care of us at 3:30am having breakfast read and waiting for us after the wake up call and getting us checked out and into the private car to the airport. He went above and beyond to be helpful and super polite and attentive. Thank you Marcos! The rooftop pool with the “honesty bar” to take what you want and write it down on the book was amazing. The views were beautiful and had such a vibe. The chill music, the lounge chairs, and little tables and everything was picture perfect. Oh, and the breakfast - wow! Delicious made to order eggs, and a lovely buffet. Highly recommend! We are already looking forward to another visit.

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel in the heart of old town Palma. The plunge pool on the roof was nice to come back to after a hot day walking around. The breakfast omelettes were also nice in the morning. Overall the service was excellent and the concierge service downstairs was very helpful. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience at Posada Terra Santa. Everything was so delightful and the staff was beyond incredible, super helpful and kind. The location was perfect in a quiet part of the town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Mallorca!

Very rustic and beautiful hotel. Modern interior and accommodations. Breakfast is 8-11am with buffet style of various fruits, pastries, meats, cheese and eggs. Rooms are clean, quiet with comfortable beds; stayed in a "preferential" room booking. Free wifi. Rooms cleaned daily. Hotel staff were the highlight, they were extremely helpful with booking reservations, car rentals, tours etc.

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel — truly the best one of our entire trip. One staff member in particular (a kind gentleman whose name, unfortunately, we didn’t get) went above and beyond to help us. As the hotel is located in the old town, driving there was a bit tricky for us. We initially parked on the roadside and walked in. Even though the hotel’s parking was already full, this staff member immediately assisted us by guiding us to a nearby parking lot, helping us purchase the ticket, and even carrying our luggage all the way back to the hotel. He then thoughtfully introduced us to local dining spots and attractions nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Later, he even reported our license plate number to the office and explained our situation, just to ensure we wouldn’t get a parking fine. His level of care was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel itself is just as impressive as its staff — spotless, comfortable, and full of character. This was by far our favorite stay of the journey.

Great hotel for the price. Location is awesome in a quieter street but still central Palma. The rooms are slightly small but very clean and modern. What stands out is the service, we were welcomed with a drink and given a concise but informative tour by Danny. He also gave us a list of restaurants and the staff helped us get a reservation for that night. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the island.

Can’t really top this hotel for exceptional service, location and quality. Ideally located in quiet cobbled street, close to shops, markets, bars and restaurants. All pointed out to us by super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!!

Just completed a two night stay at the Sant Jaume Design Hotel. We received the most warm welcome of all the hotels we visited on our Euro trip. Staff explained everything about the hotel while providing a nice cold glass of prosecco. Room was spacious with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Only thing we wish for was a little more sitting area, like a small couch. Breakfast itself was excellent as was the breakfast staff. Shoutout to the blond lady working in the restaurant (apologies but cannot remember her name), she was on top of everything and very pleasant. Overall a very nice stay here and would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Palma.

Staff and hotel were generally good. We did have an odd incident in our room where my belongings were gone through post room-service (very obviously) and an item of small value was taken. It did make me feel incredibly uncomfortable after the fact, not because of the item that was taken but the fact that my things were rummaged through, A CLEANING ITEM LEFT IN MY BAG (cleaning spray and rag), and very little accountability to make me feel better - aside from apologetic words (and reimbursement for the one item missing). I truly don’t care about what was missing, but the discomfort of knowing my belongings were gone through put me off.

Friendly, thoughtful, and always anticipating our needs, they made each morning a real pleasure, serving high-quality food with impeccable care and attention. We travel often and have stayed in many beautiful places, but Summum continues to be one of our all-time favorite hotels. We can’t wait to return

The team, fronted by Diego and Alicia welcomed us, made sure we had hot drinks and gave us a place to rest when we arrived from the early morning ferry. I can't praise this hotel enough. It is centrally located within Palma, yet far enough from the noisy areas to ensure a peaceful stay. It offers surprisingly affordable valet parking, with quick and efficient service that works within just a few minutes. The interior is breathtakingly beautiful, and our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The front desk and concierge services could not have been better. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. We were profoundly impressed, especially by Ms. Antonia Roca Ribas, who combined exceptional competence with true hospitality in a most remarkable way.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday last week and we can say we already miss it so much! Beautiful hotel, convenient location and very exceptional service. We loved the spa area that can only be booked privately per room, so you can enjoy the whole place to yourself! We came here as the last stop on our honeymoon. This is a wonderful luxury hotel steps away from palma. It was very clean, modern and felt like home away from home. Recently booked my mother and son into this hotel , very last minute as there was an issue with the cruise they were scheduled to go on. The hotel were amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough to help. They knew I was in England trying to sort it for my mum and son who were making their way there and they were so accommodating. My mother and son said that all the staff are lovely, it is immaculate, and the food is lovely too, the breakfast particularly was given very high praise. We had a wonderful stay at Antigua Palma Hotel. From the very first moment, the warm welcome and elegant decoration set the tone for a perfect holiday. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always making sure guests felt comfortable. The spa is private when reserved—45 minutes just for you with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The only challenge was finding the hotel parking on the first day, even though they provide a video guide. Once settled in, the overall service and care truly enhanced our holiday experience. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at the Antigua Hotel in Palma was a mixed experience. While the hotel has a few strong points, it doesn't quite live up to its 5 star rating or the price tag that comes with it. The good parts are undeniable: the location is excellent, the design is lovely, the rooms are large, and the rooftop is a nice feature. The staff were professional and agreeable, but that's what I expect from any hotel. However, the hotel lacks the key details that justify a five-star price. The breakfast was a letdown—minimal options, tiny omelets, and the only "fresh" fruit was from pre-packaged miniature cups. In the room, basic amenities like an amenities kit were missing, and we were only given a single roll of toilet paper. The comfort level was also disappointing for a high-end hotel. The soundproofing is poor; I could clearly hear people walking in the room above. Additionally, the staff should be more mindful of guests' sleep by reminding those checking out at 5 a.m. to be quiet. Ultimately, this is a nice hotel, but the lack of true 5 star comfort and service means it doesn't warrant the high cost. It feels more like a 4 star property.

Lovely hotel! Clean rooms, with great service all around. The rooftop is a great way to spend some time, eat great food, and enjoy delicious cocktails. And a special thank you to Robert, the rooftop bartender/server. He made the best mojitos I’ve ever had and was extremely efficient and personable.

The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view. The rooms were cute, good and clean, But there's limited storage. We made it work. They had a safe & refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was 12€ pp. They had drinking water available whenever you wanted it downstairs. The location was fabulous! We love being so close the The historic area, palace, cathedral etc. Very close to some great restaurants like Bar Dia. There is no parking, so if you rent a car you will have to find separate parking. There is a parking garage nearby.

I spent my birthday here and it was wonderful ❤️ the hotel is small but beautiful and in a historical building. The food is delicious, and the staff are wonderful! All the Antigua family made me feel very special but I wanna thank Chantal and Victoria specifically for their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend staying here, especially for special occasions 🥰

We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful hotel and we did not want to leave!!! The architecture and interior of this hotel is exceptional. It’s a perfect location, tucked away but a small walk to lots of restaurants, bars and the Basilica. We frequently visited the rooftop, for a relax by the small pool, drinks and food - a real stand out of the hotel. I would recommend the live music on Friday & booking the yoga! The breakfast was also great, with options to get a fresh breakfast cooked (omelettes, eggs Benedict) which was a nice touch. But also a special mention to the staff, who were incredibly helpful but also warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Vincent who gave us lots of restaurant recommendations. We stayed here based on a recommendation from a friend & we will be recommending to everyone too! The only thing to be mindful of is being in close proximity to the church bells which chime every hour & half hour - however we got used to this by the first night & appreciated the traditional reasons behind this! Thankyou so so much for an incredible stay

I am just increasing the overall score a bit for one reason only is the staff of the hotel primarily, concierge team, Bell men very respectful and helpful, Resturant at breakfast very nice and friendly teams at least that were serving us during our stay, housekeeping team and the lady who answers every morning at the operator. This team made it special. But the awkward part of this customer experience journey which is the reception and their management Which are the front liners of any hotel which needs to ensure a smooth journey were not friendly, very abrupt and their management got have solved the issue in a very nice way yet they mad it a very negative experience yet since I am coming for a vacation so didn’t let their negative energy impact my stay. Yet I know that I am not going to stay at this property again or recommend it to others.

I have stayed at this hotel on Mallorca several times, attracted by its location near Palma and its golf facilities. However, this stay was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and completely inattentive. No information about the hotel or my loyalty benefits was provided. Instead, I was given a room without a view, even though better rooms were clearly available on the hotel’s own website. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for returning guests. Breakfast was another unpleasant experience – chaotic, disorganized, and painfully slow. It felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a five-star property. Overall, what could have been another enjoyable stay was ruined by poor service and unprofessional staff. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium destination, such treatment is simply inexcusable.

Beautiful hotel situated in the hills above Palma and with great views over the city. Conveniently situated for three world class golf courses but you don't need to play golf to enjoy staying here. The hotel has a lovely pool and the restaurants are excellent.

This is a good option if you want to stay away of the crowded city Center. Pool is amazing, but pool service lacks quality. They close the pool at 7pm during summer which is a bummer if you want to enjoy the hotel after a day at the beach. The main reason we decided to stay there was because of the pool, but we were always late for the pool schedule. Restaurants are ok and breakfast is good. It’s a historical hotel with beautiful decor and luxurious vibes. Great price point if you want some luxury in Mallorca but do not have the budget to stay closer to the beach. A part from the pool staff, overall service is very attentive and kind. They went above and beyond to help us figure out how to charge the rental car. Recommend drinks by bar before or after dinner.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked one room for 3 people. Normally, the hotel does not allow three guests in one room, but since we asked in advance and the hotel agreed, we made the reservation. On the first night, however, we were given a small room that was not suitable for three people, which was very disappointing. Fortunately, the next day we met Mr. Ferran, a staff member who handled the situation very professionally. He kindly arranged for us to move to a larger room. Although there was an extra charge, we were happy to pay because his service was excellent. He was patient, professional, and understood the customers’ needs, which made our stay enjoyable again. We truly appreciated his effort. 🏨 Hotel Atmosphere – Quiet location, not far from the airport – Beautiful mountain and sea view – Clean rooms – Friendly reception staff 🍴 Breakfast & Service Breakfast was quite limited compared to other 4–5 star hotels. Some staff members in the restaurant and by the pool seemed inattentive. For example, we ordered drinks three times and never received them. Even though there were many staff around, the service was slow, and some even showed unfriendly facial expressions toward guests. This could be one reason why the food & beverage sales might be lower than expected. 💆 Spa The spa was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, the treatment rooms were clean, and the therapists were knowledgeable about health and wellness. This part of the hotel truly lived up to the 5-star standard. 📌 Overall: The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and some outstanding staff members like Mr. Ferran who deserve praise. However, certain aspects of service should be improved to fully match the expectations of a five-star hotel.

Traditionally beautiful hotel, excellent staff who make you feel good and special, and are always helpful. Great breakfast with breathtaking views! You can see the mountains, city and the sea at the same time.

The hotel is lovely but I was disappointed in the spa customer service. After getting a facial they pushed a few products for me to buy. I did but when I got back to the room I found that the amount of products actually in the bottle were minimal. I didn't use any of it and asked about a return and they declined and were not very nice. I felt very mislead and disappointed. The other members of the staff have been very nice.

Not worth the room upgrade to a jacuzzi. The room was SO tiny and the toilet opened up literally onto the bed. Breakfast was average buffet View was nice. Location nice. And the pool was nice. Sauna was broken We were told it was very likely we could get an early check in( we arrived so early like 6am) and our room wasn’t ready until exactly 3pm. Unfortunate because we wanted to love it but not at all worth the price.

We’ve been five days here ; first st a superior room and than the suite. The suite is great totally 5 stars with a nice hot tub The superior rooms even they have a bath in the middle of the room are very modern and designed but super small for superior rooms. The service was outstanding and the breakfast worth , the location is perfect if you wanna stay by the old city centre. There is a nice lobby on the first floor that closes at 20:00 to avoid noise in the lower floors. We will consider coming back to the suite, depands the price.

If you're planning on spending your Mallorca vacation in Palma, hotels don't get better than Nakar. The location is in the heart of the city, with all the restaurants and bars you can ask for nearby. The hotel is so chic and clean, the spa facilities were relaxing and luxurious, breakfast is good, and the atmosphere of the rooftop pool area is wonderful. The gym is also very nice. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to use all the hotel services (even the spa area that needed to be reserved) long after our check-out time while we waited for our flight. Overall, one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had.

Small and modern hotel located right in the center of Palma. It has a rooftop pool and bar with a great atmosphere, a pleasant crowd, and exceptionally friendly service. The breakfast buffet (which I personally don’t consider that important) is perfectly fine. The restaurant offers excellent quality at very fair prices. The spa is also quite small, but the treatments are really good. In short: we will definitely return to the Nakar.

If I could leave 10 stars I would!! The staff here is incredible. I was celebrating my 30th birthday, and my family asked the front staff if they could decorate my room ahead of time. Well, they went above and beyond! They decorated the room so beautifully and even bought me a custom delicious cake from a bakery in town. They were so accommodating, and I truly had the best time! Would highly recommend staying here. Also, the beds are super comfy and the rooftop breakfast is delicious. My only regret is not checking out the pool.

Room with balcony was good and ample space. Standard double was tiny with no space for opening suitcase other than in the bathroom. Reception was always really busy especially if you wanted to ask a quick question you have to wait very long time. Some reception staff were great whilst others were not so friendly. Breakfast was fine. You can order eggs as extra however cannot comment on these as I ordered but they did not turn up. Breakfast staff were not the friendliest. Rooftop pool is great and no problem getting a bed. Just note there are no umbrellas/shade. Location great!

We didn't stay at the Nakar Hotel but we did try the restaurant and rented out the meeting rooms for a company event. We were a group of 47 people from London looking for a big meeting room to host a team building meeting. Candice who help co ordinate everything was just AMAZING! She took her time to take me through everything and help with our catering/drinks needs. She hosted 2 sets of meeting hires for us and everyone really complimented the service and how beautiful and modern the hotel was! Fully recommend. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel also!

My family and I went to the outdoor restaurant of Hotel Court. We ordered the duck croquettes, parmesan croquettes, potatas bravas, and the club sandwich. All of the food was delicious especially the potato dish. It was perfectly seasoned and a feast for the eyes. My mom loved her melon and tomato salad. She says, “It was perfectly ripe and the feta was standout”. If ever you are hungry in Mallorca and are craving a standout meal, I 100% recommend the Hotel Court.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Old Town Palma. The staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay and could not have done more to make sure all our needs were catered for. The room was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the square, comfy beds and a big shower. Breakfast was lovely and the staff engaging and always remembered our drinks order. Would highly recommend, and look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to return.

A great location for visiting the city - friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and tasteful comfortable rooms. More a couples place than for a family with young children. The hourly bell from the Town Hall (?) can be annoying during the night! But would recommend.Had a most enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed a week stay at Hotel Cort in July. Great location right in the center of town, the historic city hall is right across the street! Once you get your bearings you realize everything you want to see is within 1 to 15 minute walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Do sign up for the daily breakfast, it is made to order and you and enjoy it outside on their patio. Our room, The Placa Suite, was great for our family of three with double doors separating the living room and sofa bed from the main bedroom. The view was excellent (See photo attached). I would stay here again.

LOVE Hotel Cort. Our room was terrific. The terrace, incredible pillows, unique finishings, and the lovely staff made our stay memorable. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Palma.

If you’re driving, be prepared…parking is far and getting here is a real hassle. They claim it’s just a 5-minute walk, but that’s not accurate. No assistance is offered with luggage upon arrival either. When I reached out, instead of an apology I was given an excuse. I’ll update this review as my stay continues.

Recently, my wife and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. We spent 6 days there and can say without hesitation that it was the highlight of our trip. From the perfect location (about a 2-minute walk to the cathedral and roughly 500 meters from the parking lot) to the quality of the room — everything was very clean and well organized every day. Since we were on our honeymoon, we asked for recommendations for good restaurants and beaches, and every staff member, without exception, was eager to help us. A special mention goes to the breakfast service, where we were treated wonderfully by Chef André and Sabrina. They did everything they could to make us feel at home, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful meal while always paying attention to the smallest details — like the honey we requested on our first day, which they made sure we had every day after that. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that lives up to all the charm surrounding it, and we will certainly return to celebrate our wedding anniversaries

Stayed here at the beginning of May. Absolutely fantastic! Handy for central Palma and the sea. You can easily walk to a lot of the sights and the bus service is also very good. The hotel, spa and roof top terrace are wonderful. The customer service provided by the WHOLE team is wonderful but I can't help but single out Andreas, the Chef with his beautifully creative fruit platters, the lovely, kind Sabrina and the very informative Pedro😉 Nothing was too much trouble including finding a charging lead for my Kindle. If you like non corporate, family, friendly quality service then this small hotel is for you. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much and keep up the good work.

Had better service at 2 star hotels. Great art does not make up for bad service and lack of communication from management. At check-in it was like a conveyer belt. Then when an extremely awkward misunderstanding occurred the receptionist raised his voice to apologize making my medical issue obvious to others guests. I asked to speak to management that night. The receptionist told me she was not available. I was promised that I could speak with her in the morning, but because the courtyard windows are so thin I could overhear the conversation between the two. I reached out requesting information about the spa during my 2 night stay. I never heard back. The room itself was dirty. There was broken plaster under the sink and a dead fly in the bath tub. House keeping cleans it up The second night, but I wasn’t jumping to use it at that point. The hotel is beautiful. But that doesn’t outweigh how they treat their guests or guests or the state of cleanliness of the rooms themselves. I was planning to use the spa, but I was quickly made aware it wasn’t available. When I reached out to management about this gap they never responded throughout my stay.

Truly amazing place in the best location in the city. Staff is amazing and very friendly, rooftop terrace with amazing views. The only little thing is the fact that the hotel was renovated 20 years ago and while everything is in very decent condition it is a bit outdated. Still - great place and we enjoyed it very very much

Absolutely amazing interiors. I have never experienced such beautiful hotel. Great cocktail bar, and food also. Although, you could think about towels in a bathroom on the ground floor, not the paper ones just like other 5 star hotels do, and the hand lotion next to the soap, but this are details.

A wonderful and exquisite hotel in a great location in Palma. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave, the service is incredible and personal. 5 star service. It is such a treat and full experience stay. They truly value your stay and the experience that you have as a customer. The rooms are so cool and unique. There are more amenities in the room than we knew what to do with. The beds are so comfortable. The bar is great and offers cool cocktails as well. Breakfast is superb and delicious, offered in the atrium for a fun and unique atmosphere.

We loved this hotel, it was both a customised and unique experience with lots of memorable details. We were rebooked here from Hotel Nakar Palma last minute due to a system error and we felt so lucky to be here. The hotel pays a tribute to the Marrakesh architectural design and includes the Arab culture in the room facilities as well. Service was extraordinarily good and accommodating. We habe spent one night at Palma Riad and got an upgrade to the Penthouse Suite, which was amazing. The location of the hotel is very central, but still in a quiet little street. From the welcome to the check-out, the staff was highly professional, friendly and welcoming. The bed was amazing - truly comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. We loved the design and the clear concept it had through all aspects of the hotel. We would book the hotel again for sure.

Elegant hotel on a nice quiet street, moments from shopping and bustling old town streets. The courtyard is a beautiful space in which to enjoy a delightful and extensive breakfast. Our room was perfect- spacious, beautiful decor, large bathroom with a fantastic soaking tub (we loved it!). We stayed in a room with a day bed which was a perfect place for a siesta in the afternoon. The air conditioning was epically good- such a rarity in the Mediterranean in general. Staff was wonderful. Would come back again anytime we visit Mallorca.

I could not recommend this hotel enough. Not only was it one of the most beautiful hotels that we have stayed at, but the service was incredible. Meriem was amazing and helped us with recommendations and even made us a reservation for dinner at Merchants. We wanted to be best friends with her, she was so cool. Ivan/Mati were incredibly helpful and kind as well. They helped us with our luggage, gave us incredible recommendations, and booked our taxis for us. We truly did not have to worry about a thing here, and we will absolutely be back!

Recently refurbished in a minimalist style, this hotel maintains a very stylish atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and practical with an excellent bathroom. The room was air-conditioned and also had windows that opened. There is a small but very sunny splash pool and a tower on the roof with wonderful rooftop views and a perfect view of Palma Cathedral. Breakfast is excellent and Reception is staffed 24 hours daily. The location is very good with only a short walk into the city centre, under ten minutes gentle walk to the cathedral. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and reception will gladly make suggestions and help with bookings. Si far, so good, but the thing that really makes Palau Sa Font five star is the staff. All the staff that we encountered were, quite simply, wonderful. Kind, helpful and engaging. And that really makes a difference. Well done.

Great location in the old town, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are basic but comfortable, with a great shower. The sun-catching pool terrace is lovely, with a mix of sunny areas and shady spots to relax. Breakfast is plentiful, and the service is friendly and welcoming.

What a fantastic boutique hotel in a lovely part of the city. I read the previous review which said the rooms had no towels etc and were noisy....this was definitely not our experience....our room had everything you would expect (including lots of towels!) and was extremely quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the general ambience of the hotel really added to what was a lovely break in Palma.....we will be returning.

Nice hotel in the city center. Access through a very narrow street. Rooms still have traditional keys and windows that fully open. Room doors are covered in art. Hotel, including rooms, have AC and there is a lift. Beware that even with closed windows, you hear the street below, which can get loud with tourists. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is a true gem – beautifully designed, boutique, and wonderfully intimate. The interiors are absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a refined yet cozy atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax in style. The service was excellent, and we’d especially like to highlight Marianna, who took care of our table during dinner. She was not only highly professional but also warm, funny, and genuinely attentive – she truly deserves special recognition. The food was delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the selection of drinks was top-notch.

Hotel is beautiful and location is great but the rooms have a lot to be desired. The bathroom is split in two and the shower opens on to the bed. To make matters worse the drain was blocked and there was a leak in the ceiling. Room is noisy and you can hear sounds from all sides from an early hour. Service outside the restaurant was poor - we gave a dress in to be pressed and it took 24 hours to return despite 3 reminders. By no means 5 star hotel and definitely not worth 450 + Euros a night.

If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel with good service, this might seem like a great choice — but if cleanliness and bed comfort matter to you, I would strongly reconsider. The hotel is indeed very beautiful and the staff’s service is good, but the cleanliness is extremely disappointing. Dust was visible floating in the air of the room, there was mold and rust in the showers, toilets were not properly cleaned, and there was hair on the floor. This is far below the standard I expect from a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, the beds were very uncomfortable. Although the bed frame is high and looks like it supports a plush mattress, the mattress itself was only about 5 cm thick and not comfortable at all. On our last day, since we checked out early, we were asked if we wanted a “breakfast to go” (which we paid for) to take with us. We requested coffee and a pastry to be ready by 5:30 AM. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was neither coffee nor pastry. It would have been better if they hadn’t asked us at all than to promise something that was never prepared. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel if cleanliness and comfort are important to you.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful and centrally located. The staff always happy to help with anything you need and always provided the best of service. Now the part that desperately needs improvement, The beds are as awful as they can get. No thickness to the mattress makes for restless nights. You can also hear everything from the room above you and every time someone flushes a toilet. If you care about good quality sleep unfortunately this hotel is not it.

This was the most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The manager gave us a tour upon check in and we were blown away by the castle remnants and how classily it was converted into a hotel. We traveled Spain for 3 weeks and this hotel was such a reprieve from the exhaustion. I never wanted to leave! The bar is to die for, breakfast was phenomenal (mimosas included) and everyone was just so incredibly nice.

Great location, just a few streets over from the super busy areas of Palma. The quiet streets are so nice to roam about and keep noise levels at a minimum from inside. Super clean, dental and shaving kits were a plus. Very nice staff and our room was ready early. I'm also pretty sure we got a complimentary upgrade because we booked the most basic room but ended up with a slightly bigger room. I would definitely come back!

I was attracted by the rooftop-bar of hotel and it was truly our good choice as a final destination of Mallorca. Great location, it is on the quiet street with walking distance to A1 bus stop, nice cafés, restaurant, cathedral and other attractions. Friendly staffs and delighted rooftop-bar, we liked the stylish designs of lobby and room, but one of the downside was ditch smell from our toilet.

Catalina greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel most welcome. Our junior suite was incredible! It had a beautiful view and plenty of space for a family of three adults. It was special to be staying in a former 17th-century palace of Mallorcan nobility, imagining all the stories that must have happened within those stone walls. Its location in the old town is perfect for exploring the narrow streets. You can easily get to the Palma Cathedral (a must-see!) and the Arab Baths. Make sure to spend some time on the hotel’s terrace. The only thing we wish we could have done is stayed longer!

We have booked for about 5 nights and one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, is that they do have a rented parking spots near to it, unfortunately when we arrived we met the night shift male receptionist and he wasn’t cooperating at all. First, we asked him if someone can help us with the luggage, he said no there’s only me and i’m taking over the reception 😅 then we asked him about the parking immediately said the parking is full without checking. The next day, we asked about the parking again to check if there are available spots but with another male receptionist, he said we don’t have parking and there’s a public one near by but with fees. We got surprised but thanked him anyways and decided to change to hotel. The big surprise, the day we were checking out, the manger asked us if there’s a reason that made us shorten the stay and when we told her the whole thing she got very disappointed and apologized and got really upset with the experience we had because the parking wasn’t full and they rent them for their guests🙂 Long story short, the hotel is very nice, the manager is amazing, the rooms are huge but unfortunately they have a bad receptionists.

What a great hotel. An old building that has been completely refurbished onto beautiful rooms and a lovely rooftop deck. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the old part of Palma. On a quiet street with no party restaurants but close enough to any type of cuisine you could wish for. We booked for 4 nights early Nov 2022 and decided to head for Sóller for a few night then back to Palma for a night before flying out. There was only one room available for the Saturday night we needed and they gave us a very good deal for the night even though it could have been sold for much more. They even stored most of our luggage while we were away. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and good quality products. All in all an excellent stay.

Fabulous small hotel in the beautiful old quarters of the city just minutes from the Cathedral. Great places to eat nearby offering tapas and local cuisine. Super friendly staff, fabulous breakfast and the spa is very quiet. No need for a car - jump on the No.1 bus from the airport get off at the 3rd stop and the hotel is a 5 minute walk. Our 5th visit to this wonderful little hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Basilica in Palma. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved our room - the bed and pillows were wonderfully soft, and it was such a nice touch to find welcome champagne and chocolates waiting for us. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the views from the top of the hotel were absolutely stunning. Everything about our stay made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

Good choice of hotel in a handy location for the main beach and the old town. Beds were comfortable, although husband and I were in a much smaller room than our friend who'd booked the same type of room (her bed was bigger too). Toiletries are Molton Brown but it's a minimalist selection, there's no extras in the bathroom (not even Kleenex) so if you're bringing carry-on luggage pack wisely. The rooftop pool is very small (typical in central Palma) but it's refreshing, and it's a lovely view across the city from up there. Service from everyone here was attentive and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Amazing experience, delighted to stay here. Very very friendly staff. The pool area and the views from there were super amazing. I absolutely enjoyed. The location can’t be any better. If you are looking for a luxurious experience in the middle of old city this is it. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast as well. The patio was really cool.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at this fantastic hotel and were completely enchanted. The staff went above and beyond, and a special thank you to Havier for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A bottle of fizz in our room and the effortless help with arranging tickets to Sóller were just a few of the details that made our trip so memorable. The decor is stunning and the view from our room was simply divine. We're already looking forward to our next visit. The hotel is in a fantastic location next to the Basilica, so central for dining out in the Old Town.

Convenient location, rooms are a decent size for the price. What sells me on this hotel, and the reason I give it a 5 star overall is the impeccable service - the staff/front desk/ etc treat you like family. They are pleasant, patient and kind and have a wealth of information about the area. A big thanks to Tania, Christian, Celeste and the others. Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. I had the single room that was small but well organized with big windows overlooking the courtyard. The morning breakfast was great. The staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the relaxing space on the rooftop terrace. By booking directly on their website it included a free day access to their beach club about 15 minute drive away.

Beautiful hotel with top notch service. I stayed 4 nights and got welcomed by both Luciano and Lauren who were both so kind and fun to talk to. Everyone is available for you 24/7! Apart from the hotel having a great staff, they have an amazing breakfast selection so I do think it’s worth it to eat inside for breakfast if you can. Then, location wise, it’s pretty walkable;however you definitely need to rent a car if you want to explore the other side of the island but that’s nothing the front desk can’t help with. Again, shout out to Luciano and Lauren for making my stay in Palma so memorable.

This Hotel ticks all the boxes and more. Nothing is too much trouble all the staff are friendly and professional and have a brilliant attitude. A huge congratulations to management what an achievement! I will definitely return and the rooms are sublime, fully equipped and tastefully designed. I am currently staying at Puro Hotel Palma (with two nights left) and overall, it has been a very pleasant experience. We had a few small miscommunications at the start of our stay, but I was happy with how the team listened to my concerns and made sure everything was resolved. The staff has been amazing overall, and the hotel is truly lucky to have so many wonderful employees. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous - served until 11:30am, which is wonderful if you like to sleep in. The spread offers many great options, and the atmosphere is relaxed enough that you can enjoy a long coffee while catching up on emails, which I really appreciated despite breakfast hours being over. The rooftop is another highlight, with a small pool, plenty of sun for tanning, and where you can order drinks. It’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon. I think this hotel is especially well-suited for couples - the location couldn’t be better, with shopping, restaurants, and Palma’s Old Town right at your doorstep. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the Puro beach clubs, which we used and thoroughly enjoyed. As a guest traveling with my assistance dog, I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a dog bed and bowl in the room on arrival. All in all, this has been a very nice stay, and I’d happily recommend Puro Hotel Palma for anyone looking for a stylish, central, and relaxing base in Palma. I would also happily stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in Palma The staff is very kindly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding and also the lunches. This hotel I can recommend. No questions asked.

The hotel is in a great location, very central and close to everything (attractions and sea). Breakfast was really nice with a lot of choice particularly for a sweet tooth like me! The room was disappointing, I would not think it’s from a 4* hotel, rather a 3*, as it was dark and tiny. So I would recommend to get a room that is at least one level up from the standard, as all the standard rooms overlook a very tiny and narrow and dark patio. They have a nice little sauna on the terrace which has a great view on the cathedral. Staff was very kind and helpful.

I’m leaving this hotel extremely upset. They charged me $366 for 2 bags of laundry (the second one was barely halfway full!!) This is straight robbery. And the guy at the front desk never said for me not to do laundry due to the insane cost. I’m aware the rates were there but you don’t realize how much it adds up, plus I added items that did not have a cost next to it. If I worked there i’d be discouraging guest from that laundry service and telling them about other affordable options, but they just smile and say sure we have laundry. Not to mention- the laundry service burned holes in all of my underwear!! Just left such a bad taste in my mouth. Also, there’s a kid who works there who’s super rude and unfriendly with attitude. I told him he seemed stressed and he said it’s because he’s sick then he proceeded to cough and sneeze, not wash his hands, then hand me a water bottle. After this, I noticed he was working in the kitchen every morning continuing to sneeze and cough without covering his mouth or washing his hands after. Don’t have employees come to work just to get the guests sick and then they’re also in a bad mood because of it. That’s not how you operate in hospitality. By the way, i’ve never left a bad review for a hotel but I had to say something. The hotel is beautiful, in the perfect location, and most of the service was great, but unfortunately these few things ruined my overall experience at this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tres. The location is hard to beat just minutes from the cathedral, the harbor, and great food / drink. Both the rooftop pool with views of the cathedral and water and the courtyard are very pleasant areas to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful getting us checked in and providing recommendations. The complimentary breakfast was great and a nice addition to our accomodations. The one knock is that the beds aren't super comfortable and the rooms are fairly small. However, the bathrooms are in good shape and large relative to the room. This wasn't an issue as we were more interested in exploring than spending time in our room. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, in a great location, and reasonably priced for the quality of stay. Would recommend.

Smack in the middle of downtown Palma. This hotel is a refurbished old house. Sits in the middle of a narrow pedestrian street full of tapas bars, cafes and restaurants. The interior is 9f modern design, smooth, clean lines and a pastele color pallete. Nice on the eyes. Rooms are spacious with a curtain separating the room from the bathroom. So not ideal if you're staying with a colleague in the same room. Although the noise level on the street is palpable, the windows are grada A. As soon as they are shut you hear nothing. Air-conditioning works although it isn't officially summer season. Which is great. My only qualm is the bed. As I got on I sunk all the way in. The I removed the mattress (quite old and worn out and very thin) to find the mattress box suffers the same problem. Sunken in the middle due to usage. Get new bedding guys. You're making enough money and the hotel otherwise is fabulous. Don't spoil the experience for people. Breakfast is good. I'm quite traditional. So I found scrambled eggs and Crispy bacon in ample quantities. Lots of assorted cured meats, iberico etc and good cheese. Overall a great experience. I had to put pillows underneath me to sleep though

What a fantastic stay at Petit Palace Hotel Tres! The location is unbeatable, but what truly stood out was the amazing team. Gualina greeted us with a big smile and kindly helped with our luggage all by herself, while Alaan took the time to help us plan and explore Palma with great local tips, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They made our stay truly special!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The pool area is the perfect place to relax after a stroll through busy Palma, as it’s very calm and not crowded. The location is amazing, right in the center but in a quiet street. We also loved the breakfast which offered lots of variety. The best about the hotel were the staff members - friendly, accommodating, flexible, helpful. You can really tell that they enjoy their work!

We stayed at Nobis Concepció Palma for almost a week. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but considering the price, I would probably not stay here again. Next time, I’d rather choose the real Nobis located next door — the small extra cost is definitely worth it. Nobis Concepció is a good hotel, but absolutely not worth the high rates. There are only about 30 rooms, and the plunge pool area has just a few sunbeds, which were always occupied. We stayed in the entry-level room, and it was far too cramped for two people to stay comfortably. On the positive side, the front desk and staff are wonderful — genuinely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also fantastic, with food good enough to visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The biggest downside was the breakfast setup. You enter an area with a “please wait to be seated” sign, which is meant for the restaurant’s evening service, so guests end up waiting unnecessarily. There aren’t enough tables for everyone, and even when a table opens up, there are often dirty dishes left behind. Staff are doing their best, but it’s obvious they are understaffed. Overall, a disappointing stay for over 500 USD per night — not a five-star experience

We loved our stay! The service and attention to guests was incredible - we got there a little earlier than expected and they took care of our bags and kept us up to date on room availability. Our house keeping was also fantastic. The hotel has everything and anything you need for a comfy stay - from an amazing breakfast spread, sauna, pool and gym to a speaker system in your room to connect via bluetooth and jam out. Not to mention that the location was also central to everything in city center. We will def visit again!! 💙

Had a nice stay but not sure the room was worth €480 a night. Pros: Staff are all lovely and welcoming. Especially the gentleman at breakfast. We did get early check in and late check out Breakfast spread offers a large selection and everything is high quality The hotel has a boutique feel and is beautiful Cons: Our superior room was very small—so much so that there was only space for a single chair. There was no desk or dedicated area to sit and do makeup. The bathroom was also quite compact, which made it feel even more cramped. The room comes with a small outdoor space shared with the neighboring room. Because the door is right by the bed, privacy can be an issue if the other guests choose to sit outside. We were lucky that neither we nor our neighbors used it, but if they had, it could have been uncomfortable, especially late in the evening.

I recently stayed two nights at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a so-called five-star property. On the first night, we were placed on the first floor, and the noise was unbearable we could hear every guest coming and going, and the room literally shook from hallway and street noise. Sleeping was impossible. The next day, we were moved to a smaller room, but despite having paid for a larger one, we received no compensation for the downgrade. The pool was equally unacceptable it was unusable due to pigeons constantly bathing and drinking from it. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. Definitely not five-star standards. The worst part, however, was at checkout: we were presented with charges for a dinner and coffee we never had. Someone else had signed receipts in my name (with my room number clearly listed), and the hotel’s system allowed it. This is a blatant failure in security and privacy, potentially even a GDPR violation. When we questioned it, the receptionist suggested we might actually have consumed the items, which was insulting and highly unprofessional. Between the noise, the downgrade, the unhygienic pool, and fraudulent billing, this hotel is nowhere near five-star quality.

This is the hotel in my travel list, I come to try their restaurant and to decide to move here next days. However, the cocktail experience is terrible. The cocktail is totally nothing like in their web page, staff said that every 6 months they change the drink menu, but see the photo below, it’s not just change the menu, the design and work are totally different level, only the price remain the same. Also we specially asked for fresh pressed orange juice, not bottled one, we’d pay more for fresh high quality product. The staff promised that it’s gonna be fresh pressed orange juice, but IT IS NOT!!!! In Spain fresh orange juice is a common thing, the taste is definitely not like that. At beginning they still insist, finally they admitted that they bought bottled orange juice from supplier, it’s not fresh pressed, but they call it “fresh made by house”. I think people who chose this style of designed hotel are the people who pursuit quality, taste and high level service. Unfortunately I had too high expectation. If I want this quality of cocktail and juice, it’s everywhere in Palma street cantine level(not even cocktail bar level). The detail is always important, especially for a high-end designed hotel. If they use the same “one-time-tourist-business” attitude, I don’t think it’s the hotel I’d stay or recommend for anyone. Meanwhile, we’ve lived in Palma some other high end hotels who has very elegant and detailed service as well as real good cocktail bars.

Great hotel - pool area seems small but really relaxing. The food is great, especially the pool menu. One thing I would recommend to the hotel is to let guests order by phone. I needed to go to the front desk to ask them to send someone to the pool to take our order. The rooms were great, super neat and I loved that they gave us a bar of soap from a local soap maker as a souvenir. I actually met the soap maker at the market when I later went to Soller and bought more because I liked it so much!

Stay here - full stop. Old converted mansion. So much charm. Lovely staff. Amazing rooms and linens and pillows. Beautiful breakfast. The rooftop swimming pool is award winning. You can work in the shade until around noon. The space is cool and the cushions etc. are comfy. It's all just right. Book a reservation at C'an Toni down the block. Top 3 restaurants in the city. Important on your time of stay is on the AC. Some rooms DO NOT have AC. The walls are also a meter thick so it barely matters... but if you are a delicate flower... ask about the situation. Enjoy-

Super cute small hotel in the city center of Palma. Everybody was very courteous, helpful and friendly. If you are on the top floors, don't worry about carrying your luggage, we were pleasantly surprised by a small cable crane that brings your luggage all the way to the top. The pool area is small but nice and quiet. Breakfast was also great for this small hotel. Overall would come back again

We stayed here one night in June before catching our flight home to the UK. I'd already booked a hotel near the Intermodal Station when I saw this boutique hotel, which was £50 cheaper than the modern, corporate hotel, and looked much nicer. It's in an old mansion in the narrow streets of Palma's old town, with quirky rooms, a lovely (small) rooftop pool surrounded by bougainvillea and a pleasant breakfast. Freshly cooked eggs are available on request. We had a large room on the first floor with our own shady terrace with sun loungers. There was a sitting room with doors out to the terrace, and a large bedroom, plus bathroom with bath and shower. It felt like staying in a hidden oasis, very quiet even though there are bars and restaurants just a few steps away. The bus to the airport stops nearby (about a 7 minute walk) and there are plenty of attractions close by too. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Just completed a week’s stay in this great little hotel. We were lucky enough to use one of the junior suites with its own private terrace and couldn’t ask for more. The small staff were always friendly and professional, served great breakfasts and made us always welcome. It is located on a quiet street in the old part of town but only steps away from all the key places in Palma - you won’t run out of restaurants, museums, galleries and monuments to visit. A friend recommend the hotel to us based on her previous stays and we’d now heartily recommend it too for a couples/adults stay in Palma.

I'm surprise by other reviews or maybe we were just unlucky. To start on a positive note the breakfast is very good and the lady cooking and serving it could not have been more helpful. The hotel is well located in the old district of the city. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious but dark and hot with an inefficient air conditioning, even though the outside temperature was less than 20c. There was no toiletries except for hand wash. It was equipped with a coffee pod machine with just 2 pods provided , no milk, no sugar. No facility to make tea, had to ask for a kettle. TV absolutely useless, only a couple of channels in Spanish. The hotel is old with no lift, the stairs are tricky if you are old or not too mobile. The reception is only manned at random times and not very often. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel I think this is generous and 3 would be more appropriate

Excellent rooms overlooking the palace and cathedral. Picture is from room 502 (top floor). Tip, get room on floor 3 or 4 and have floor to ceiling balconett. There is a roof terrace also with great views, but no shade.

We visited Villa Damunt this month to celebrate my partners Birthday and had the most enjoyable stay. The accommodation itself is. spacious, chic and spotlessly clean. The location is directly opposite the cathedral and really is just an amazing spot to stay. You almost feel privileged to have such a fantastic view! There is also a roof terrace, we went and took a glass of wine up there in the evening before heading out for dinner to enjoy the views. It also has Sun beds but can get very hot with no shade but wasn't a problem for me. Should you have any issues during the stay, the staff although not located onsite all the time are on hand to assist you promptly. We spent three nights here and certainly wouldn't hesitate to coming here again should we visit Palma. A very special and unique residence. Thank you.

After spending way too much time trying to pin down the perfect hotel for our visit to Palma in late July, my wife and I finally settled on Vila Damunt. Saying we made the right choice would be an extreme understatement. Our apartment was perfectly described by Annie upon checkin, as a cross between a hotel and an AirBnb. There are only seven apartments in this building (which has a great history btw) and even the photos posted online don't fully do our space justice. The space was beautifully designed, clean and spacious, ideally located, and just felt like home for the few days that we were there. The apartments have immediate and spectacular views of the cathedral to the left, the palace to the right and the sea in between. Anything you would want to see or visit in Palma is within a short walking distance, and even though the Vila is in such a prime, touristy location, it was still very quiet and peaceful (except for a brief few hours when the Royal Family arrived for their holiday, but we had the best viewpoint to witness that event). There is also a very nice rooftop area that was a fabulous spot to watch the sunset! When you stay here, please don't miss out on this unique opportunity. Even though there isn't a traditional lobby or 24/7 front desk attendants, the staff went above and beyond to not only make our stay amazing, but to help us get a taxi to the airport in the middle of Royal Family pomp and circumstance. They genuinely cared, and that is such a big deal when traveling. If or when we visit Palma again, we won't even consider looking at any location to stay. Vila Damunt is absolutely the best!

Vila Damunt is a beautiful place to stay. Conveniently located immediately next to Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca makes for a stunning location. Beautiful rooftop views. Clean accommodations. Dobromira and Aneliya at the Vila are super helpful, with terrific restaurant recommendations. I left garments behind and they went out of their way to return them to my next hotel location. Very professional! Thank You Dobromira and Aneliya!

Fantastic location, probably the best in Palma. Beautifull suites right beside the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Midday Saturday we got to take Photographs of the changing of the guard from our balcony. The views are breathtaking. Good value if you want to stay in Palma old town center. Large rooms with excellent decor, comfort and spotlessly clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to return and hope we do.

Had my birthday stay at Vila Damunt and can recommend to everyone, who appreciates good service, cleanliness and design interiors. The view is also very nice. Small problem is that in the old house you can hear your neighbor steps above. So it can be a problem with sensitive hearing.

Proper 5 star hotel. Excellent service from just about every staff member you encounter. Very nice rooms with gorgeous views from the Red Levels. My wife and I would definitely be staying here again next year with our newborn!

Excellent stay! The hotel truly deserves its 5 stars – outstanding service, spectacular views, and a perfect location. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the outdoor terrace is simply beautiful – sunny in the morning with a perfect view of the port. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Palma!

Ignore the negative reviews. They almost put me off staying in this wonderful hotel. Book a Cathedral Sea view room! You will not be disappointed! Our balcony was the icing on the cake. From the sunrises every morning to sitting of an evening after a busy day exploring & watching the activity in the port & in the skies. People watching the comings & goings on the super yachts & mega yachts was fascinating. We discovered a beautiful cathedral city, with a fabulous food scene, roof top bars & a glamorous harbour filled with super yachts & mega yachts giving a glimpse to a totally different world. Palma is a shopaholic’s delight (if thats your thing). We uncovered a slower Mallorca, as if you have stepped back in time, full of culture & history with picture perfect mountain scenery, dreamy villages with quant stone houses, cobbled streets & squares filled with interesting shops, bakeries, grocery stores & eateries: Valldemossa💚 Deia💚 Sóller & Port De Sóller🩵 PALMA… Our hotel was an easy 25 minute walk along the prom to the city & cathedral. Palma has a very extensive & efficient city bus service which we took advantage of often - we still clocked up 29 walking miles!!! Using google maps we could easily see which buses would be passing our hotel. There were a bus stops at the back of the hotel & also on the prom side, so we had at least 5 routes that passed by regularly. TAKE sushi 50yards from hotel is fab As is BarDia tapas in the city. TIB operate a well connected bus service throughout Mallorca, we found it efficient & easy to use. We used it for day trips to Valldemossa & Deia. Then to return back from Port de Sóller (we went via the 100 year old train). Again used google maps to find bus stops, routes & timetables. As foodies, discovering an interesting & diverse food scene has guaranteed this wont be our last trip to Mallorca. We have enjoyed some fantastic meals & already craving the tapas we had at Port De Sóller - El Sabor 💚Valldemossa💚 OMG where to start….. This place was so dreamy💚 Famous for its quaint stone houses, we found the architecture mesmerising, the craftsmanship with the dry stone walling was very impressive as were the stunning views. We loved exploring the shady cobbled alley ways, the houses are so cute & beautiful, & people watching from a sunny terrace. Valldemossa exudes an irresistible romantic allure💚💚💚 However the boutique shops (that I could of spent a day wandering around) quant cobbled squares, abundance of floral displays that garnish alleyways & the charming cafe culture means its oozing ‘girl trip’ vibes too 🛍️🛍️☕️💐 A truly captivating, picturesque mountain village, surrounded by Olive and Almond groves, nestled in the Tramuntana mountain range that is a UNESCO World Heritage site. We also visited Deia - 15 minutes further on the 203 bus, however as we arrived an epic thunder storm started so we spent the 2 hours in a lovely cafe eating our way through their tapas menu. So we would love to go back. Sóller 🍊- Charming town in the Tramuntana mountains that sits in the heart of the ‘valley of oranges’ 🍊🧡🍊Known for its 16th-century church, Sant Bartomeu, and this iconic vintage train & trams. Gorgeous cobbled alleyways to explore along with lovely shops & boutiques aswell. We left Palma city on the 1912 historic train, traveling through the picturesque countryside & farm land with citrus fruits & trees filled with almonds, figs & olives. The hour-long journey takes you to another time and another Mallorca as it cuts straight through the mountain via tunnels giving way to stunning mountain scenery. Port de Sóller 🧡- reached by its famous trams, it sits in a picture perfect horseshoe bay surrounded by mountains. This picturesque little seaside village & fishing harbour with its horseshoe prom is lined with hotels, shops & eateries & is as idillic as it sounds. We had a fabulous day exploring, they are both utterly stunning, we would love to come back & maybe stay in the port next time 🍊🍊🍊

A really nice hotel in a great location on Paseo Marítimo. Breakfast is served in an amazing spot with beautiful views over the harbor. The service is excellent across the board. Get a room with sea view to enjoy the harbour.

First impressions are so important and the Hotel Victoria Gran Victoria was superb from walking into reception until we left. Wonderful old style Spanish hotel luxury. Everything about this hotel is perfect. All of the staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble. Good food and bars and lovely pool area with views overlooking the harbour.

On arrival fabulous welcoming service , rooms were amazing and housekeeping were thorough and professional, soni and her team room 904 thank you Angels , Brenda and Tomas the restaurant / pool service so accommodating , great menu selection and food was fresh and well presented. I wish all the hotels were like this one! Besides having great rooms, great service (the staff is amazing!) and great food, the hotel is very very generous in several aspects. The amenities are really good and after checkout, if you have a late flight and want to enjoy the day, they allow you to use the spa’s restroom to shower. The location is also very good because you have a nice nearby beach and you can also walk to the city center. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Palma! Congrats to the whole team!

Really nice hotel. Good location as long as you have a car as it is not super central. Staff were lovely. Cheap toilet paper though even in their premium rooms. Look was stunning and The Level upgrade is well worth it for the food included all day

Great location right beside the conference centre, with beautiful views of the beachfront — just cross the road and you’re at the sea for a swim. The room was a reasonable size with an excellent view. I had access to The Level executive club, which offered great food and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, especially Alberto, who was exceptionally attentive. The reception team was also very helpful — special thanks to Marcus, who made sure I was completely satisfied with my room. Highly recommend!

Good hotel with an amazing spa. The room was modern, spacious, and came with some snacks in the mini fridge (you do need to pay for them however). Shower and AC both worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Only downsides — the pool doesn’t open until 10am, which feels quite late, and there are very few beds or seats around it. The restaurant is only open for a short time and the rooftop bar shuts at 8pm, which is earlier than we expected. We asked for a late checkout but were told to ask on the day — when we did, we were told no, which was disappointing. Great location as taxi service is very good, the bus stop is outside and it is a 15/20min walk to the centre of palma. Overall though, a good experience and I’d still recommend it!

This is a magnificent hotel with a modern look. The rooms are very minimalistic, which the whole hotel is and the facilities are nice and clean. The ’rooftop pool’ is on the small side with a maximum depth of 1,1 meters. There are not that many loungers or other seating arrangements, but the breakfast was very nice with a continental style and some Spanish touches. All in all this hotel exceeded my expectations and I sincerely recommend it!

The room and the bathroom was massive and awesome. I loved the bathtub and the fact that you can see it from the bedroom and vice versa. They upgraded me from city view to sea view without me even asking for it. I felt very welcomed and cuddled just for that. The hotel was right in front of the bus stop from the airport and 5 minutes walk from one of the beaches. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. They gave me a room on the same floor of the swimming pool, so it was easy access for me. The swimming pool opens at 9am, and went there right after breakfast, and the view was unbelievable, the patio was clean and well-maintained, with a bar that serves drinks and food. The restaurant for the breakfast in the morning is in pure morning sunlight, and I loved it. The food was fresh and varied. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night, but I would like to come back and stay longer to enjoy the hotel more, maybe even with my partner and/or friends, and definitely use the spa and/or the gym. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. They also offered me to use the swimming pool after my check out, which I though it was very thoughtful. 5 stars and more well deserved them.

What a wonderful hotel! Perfect location in the heart of Palma. Very friendly and attentive staff. Three beautiful pools invite you to relax, especially the rooftop pool with its breathtaking view of the cathedral and the harbor. The dinner can also be highly recommended. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma – right in the center, yet with quiet and modern rooms. Very nice rooftop pool with bar and beautiful pool area in the patio. Friendly service and fair prices for drinks and food – great breakfast. Very nice policy on sun loungers – towels left on "reserved" loungers are removed in a friendly but consistent manner, so that all guests looking for a lounger can find a spot. Amazing! Such a wonderful stay we had at Saratoga. The rooms are clean, simple but very accommodating. The hotel has plenty of amenities and the staff was always super nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here while in Palma.

Location is fantastic to everything you need. Shopping, bars, restaurants, sights, buses, ocean. Its a sleek hotel with nice large rooms, very popular place and extremely clean, great attention to detail. We will recommend to family and friends 100% 🧡

Very nice hotel and well run and managed. For a city hotel they have a decent outside space even so for a week stay it will be very claustrophobic I guess. The only thing I do not like are the glass doors to the bathroom where you have no noise cancellation. But that is a minor detail in the overall good experience.

Great hotel in a perfect location near Santa Catalina. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The food is outstanding, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight. However, the rooms are extremely noisy – tiled floors, thin walls and doors. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Just don’t expect peace and quiet if you have loud neighbors.

I have been staying in this Hotel a few times now. The location in the middle of the center is perfect, staff is very friendly. Make sure to book on the official hotel site and not the first on the algorythm, I have unfortunatley paid way too much!

Very enjoyable stay. The front of the hotel and surrounding area can give a false impression at first - could appear a little run down. Step into the hotel and go to the back and it could not be more different. Service is good at restaurants. Front desk can be a little rude, especially the woman. Rooms are good although a little dated. Sun beds need to be reserved early in the morning. The beach is not owned by the hotel and beds on beach must be paid for. I would be a return guest.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Nixe Palace for 5 nights and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We traveled with 7 adults and 1 toddler. The rooms and property are clean, modern and well kept. The view is spectacular. Location-wise, the hotel is in walking distance to great restaurants and cafes in Cala Major and it is quick 10 min drive to downtown Palma. The service and staff are really exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and kind, especially to our toddler. We had a medical emergency while visiting and they made the scary experience very smooth and acted professionally and with compassion. We’re so grateful!

We had an incredible stay at the Nixe Palace. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the turquoise water and coastline. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of variety and a beautiful ocean backdrop that made every morning special. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities excellent, and the overall atmosphere relaxing and elegant. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious beachfront stay in Mallorca. Just 10 mins in Uber to Palma as well.

Great location on Calle Major Beach! Our rooms were large enough for 2 people and luggage for our 3 week trip. We had lunch at the pool restaurant everyday. The prawns and the cypress salad was that good. Within walking distance of shops and lots of restaurant selections. Good recommendation!

We had high hopes for Nixe Palace and booked a room here for the last 2 nights of our 7 night stay in Mallorca. There were a lot of great things about the hotel, but it fell short in a few areas for the price we paid - or if we had paid even more, we likely would've chosen somewhere else. The staff was amazing - most notably, Fidel, and Chris. From the moment we arrived they were attentive, kind, helpful, and friendly. Chris helped us with our luggage to our room and showed us around, and Fidel was outstanding - he was so kind and provided us with exceptional service at the restaurant and bar. Thank you - Fidel! The property itself is beautiful - with great views, a nice pool and lounge area, bar, and beachfront property that was spacious enough to go visit. The location was also great - we took taxis into Palma which were no longer than 10 minutes, we found parking easily, and it was nearby a lot of restaurants and areas to visit. We purchased a room without a sea view and we regretted this decision - we should have upgraded it early on, or we would've stayed somewhere else. We did get an email to upgrade it but the window to upgrade was less than a day and we missed it. There were no rooms left to upgrade to when we arrived, and we were put in maybe one of the worst rooms - all the way in the back corner, with a balcony that overlooked another apartment complex, a chain-link fence, and the sewage piping from the bathroom. The inside of the room was fine - the bathroom however didn't really drain and the shower head flow was off. The other part of our stay that was frustrating was that our room keys didn't work. We spent about 30+ minutes and several trips from our room back to the front desk, inclusive of engineers coming by to fix the situation. I came back from the pool one night and it wasn't working - then I went back to the front desk, they gave me a new key - and it still didn't work... so I had to go back another time. There's something wrong with the room keys and the room but it was super inconvenient and the staff didn't seem to believe us that it didn't work? Overall, beautiful property, great staff and nice rooms - but for the price, there are better places to stay.

A truly exceptional experience as the staff treat guests like Kings, Maru,Jorge and Fidel were fantastic and I had to mention in person to the manager that his team were amazing. We have already rebooked to return. Thank you to The Nixe Palace for a fabulous holiday.

Just returned from a spectacular 5 night stay/holiday with my 18 year old daughter for her special birthday and it did not disappoint! If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would!! The hotel it self is gorgeous, very clean and all modern rooms with touch screen controls. Cleaned each day and fresh towels if we needed. Our hot tub was on point after our late flight. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us on any request and very pleasant at all times. The breakfast was plentiful and the hot food was hot! Definitely worth the 14 euros. The roof top pool bar and food was excellent and plenty of beds. We loved the Poke bowls! We had the holistic experience in the spa and it was amazing. Didn’t use the spa but looked relaxing. Fantastic location, a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Lots of lovely spots around the hotel - sushi restaurant opposite was beautiful and Italian up the road. I cannot praise this hotel enough it’s the best I’ve stayed in for a long time and will be returning hopefully next year. Hats off to the team and mangers. Thanks Claire & Kitty x

We have just returned home after 5 nights at your wonderful hotel. On checking in we were met by Patricia who was so friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay all of the staff treated us in exactly the same way. Our room 310 was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool area was not large but there was enough beds etc to enjoy the sunshine. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the shops and bars. The 1A service bus taking you to / from the airport is a 5 minute walk away. A really lovely hotel in a central location. Perfect in every way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I will be returning without any doubt. Thank you to everyone.

Great stay for 3 nights at a lovely hotel. Rooms were lovely. Roof top pool was very nice, good place to sit for a pre-drink in the sun. It’s right in the middle of Palma. Around 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Perfect location for exploring a great city. Not too far from the bus and train stations. Very comfortable beds, great shower. We did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast looked good. Would return and recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by basic questions. The room itself was not properly cleaned—there was dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The linens didn’t appear fresh, and overall the room felt neglected. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway made it difficult to sleep. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, no solution was offered. Considering the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, comfortable room and professional service. Sadly, I received neither. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Had a fabulous week long stay at this top class hotel. Staff all friendly & welcoming, must mention Patricia on reception who gave us a wealth of information on check in which was super helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean & stylish. Lovely full length window with window seat. Room bright & spacious. Roof top terrace was excellent, hired Bali beds for our days at the pool, €25 per day which was great value. Price of food & drinks at pool bar reasonable. Would not hesitate to return or recommend this wonderful hotel 😊

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, 10 min walk to the old town and close to a great area with lots of good bars and restaurants. Spacious, clean room with comfy bed. Greet breakfast choice. Nice pool on the roof and indoor pool and spa. We will 100% stay here again when we are next in Palma.

Just amazing. Per, front desk without any education and respect charge the room second time … just in case! I booked with booking for 79€, paid the 79€ arriving yesterday @ 7 pm and … what the surprise this morning @ 8.25 when this gentleman charge 99€ for the already paid room. I took 20 minutes to get back the payment! Believe me… double check your visa before leaving. A petty because the room is amazing and the relation price/quality is very good.

This hotel is beautifully decorated particularly in the lobby and restaurant. It is near the port, it has great views from the rooftop. Their professionalism is not at all what I expect.from a hotel of this category. The reception manager reacted very nonchalant about the sauna. It was broken for well over a month. They did not make it a priority to have it fixed. That was my motivation and why I had so many nights reserved. The rooms are small and the bathrooms basic. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning is decent

Thank you for the warm welcome and the great service. Everyone in this house genuinely cares about making sure you have a good time. We started each day with a wonderful breakfast and fresh tropical fruits. Sometimes we enjoyed drinks and snacks by the pool. At night, it’s quiet, the rooms are air-conditioned and clean. We would come back anytime.

The girl who assisted me during check-in on the afternoon of April 27th was very kind, and the gentleman on the following night was also very kind. The room is small, but I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness, and it has everything you need. They also provide a complimentary bottle of water. The hotel is nice, very cozy. The only thing that I wish I had in the room was a kettle. Unfortunately they don’t provide it. :(

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff utmost friendly. Breakfast is made with love and you have all the choices. Fresh pressed OJ and so many fruits 😍 As a coffee nerd: I like the espresso 🙂🙂 And in the evening the espresso martinis are delicious, too. The view from the rooftop is beautiful! We have to come back 🙂 Parking next door in the garage possible and for Palma affordable as well. (~30€/day)

Loved my stay at Hotel Feliz. Nice room with a beautiful view of the port and a nice sun terrace, very good breakfast and everyone is super welcoming. Nicely located, you can walk to Santa Catalina in about 15 minutes and to the center in about 30 minutes. 100% recommend staying there :)

Our stay at the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella was perfect from start to finish. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and had not one but two balconies! We had a lovely view of the pool and the perfectly manicured grounds, which made it feel like a true escape. The hotel itself is upscale and elegant, with every detail thoughtfully cared for. The location was convenient, and parking was plentiful and easy, a big plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, style, and great service in Mallorca. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A wonderful Marriott property. We had a lovely stay thanks to Tamar that welcomed us with a smile after a late flight. The check in experience was 5 stars, she is an absolute asset to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, great view and atmosphere and rooms are spacious and modern. The entire property is amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room were a bit dated, but comfortable and had everything you could need. The pool and grounds were clean and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. What lowers the score was the spa. I had a pedicure which was over twice the cost of a pedicure at a good salon. She said she didn't have time for a gell pedicure so I went with the regular one. The end result looked like something I would do myself (bad) and she filed the nails so low and rough that 2 nails tore that week. The same spa receptionist who did my nails also massaged my partner. He said it was very average, and that she would not give up on getting knots released, which means he was sore for two days after. Not great for your holiday relaxation and comfort. So, in conclusion, lovely hotel, just don't use the spa.

Such a beautiful hotel and perfect for families of all ages but also couples as the kids swimming pool and kids room are in seperated areas. Our kids had a wonderful time: kids club with lots of activities managed by such a nice and competent lady, slides in the kids pool, kids room with table tennis, table football and airhockey (although the air-con was not working properly at the time, so it was getting a bit hot). Lifeguards on duty at swimming pools, very reassuring. Breakfast was very nice with a station to make your own fresh fruit juices (never seen that!), local products etc. The restaurant was very good too and prices reasonable. Staff always very friendly. We discovered an amazing cocktail that we drank near the swimming pool always: Yuzu spritz: delicious, with a kind of jam with pieces of yuzu at the bottom, the best ever ! They had an amazing club sandwich with fries at the pool, very generous portion. Convenient distance to Palma too by taxi. We did not try the spa as it was under renovation but had access to the spa of the Castillo hotel Son Vida with a free shuttle service (also bringing you to the different golf fields). Nice gym with indoor and outdoor area. To sum'up: perfect stay, just too short, so we will be back!

Great for Golf, but Service and Rooms Need Work I stayed at Sheraton Mallorca primarily for the golf, and for that purpose it’s excellent—beautiful course and easy access for players. The property is quite far from the beaches if you don’t have a car, which wasn’t an issue for me but could be for others. As a Titanium member who checks into many Marriott properties, I found the check-in process below standard. The staff were friendly but clearly new and not well trained, and English should be spoken more comprehensively at a five-star resort. The guest rooms themselves also feel dated: showers and toilets could use renovation, and overall the hotel has more of a four-star, feel despite the Sheraton name. Great choice for golfers, but there’s room for improvement in checkin-staff training and room updates.

A nice hotel in a relaxed neighbourhood with beautiful golf courses around. The staff were overall great. It was a shame that the indoor spa/pool was being renovated. Some of this construction work was happening right next to the outdoor pool of the hotel, so some days it did not make a relaxing experience. The hotel can be improved with the following: - the menu prices at the pool are extortionate. €6.50 for water, €22 for any lunch main. It was impossible for a couple to order a snack or lunch without spending €60. - Quite a lot of flies by the pool area. You could see guests constantly swiping at flies landing on them. - at breakfast often drinks orders would be forgotten or done incorrectly, eg. No milk when requested with tea Overall a good relaxing experience, I also recommend the tennis coaching if you like tennis.

A Sheraton, don’t expect too much! The restaurant in the hotel has some great pasta dishes, would highly recommend for dinner. Beautiful golf course too.

Hotel Born’s location is fantastic, and the old building has a lot of charm. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room was a letdown for the price—nice enough but with only a tiny window near the ceiling facing a yard and another just 0.5 meters facing a wall. We expected a better room for the money, but the location and service still made it a decent stay.

If you are sensitive to constant noise, this is not the place for you. From noisey appliances, to overheard conversations in the room next door, there is always something. But the absolute worst was one night when we needed an early night after a long journey, and they had hired the courtyard out to a wedding party. The noise was so loud we had to shout to talk in our own room. We had paid extra for a upgraded room next to the courtyard (do not do this!). The noise calmed down by 11, but if I was travelling with my child there is absolutely no way they could have slept. The hotel did not inform us about this party, as we could have stayed out or planned our holiday day differently. On the other nights the courtyard is a bar with people talking loudly and music well past 11. This is no place for bringing kids and I am not sure the owners understand that hotels should be a quiet refuge, a place to recharge after a busy day. Perhaps that is not the way in Spain, but I did not feel comfortable or safe in this hotel. Positives include the usually friendly (and apologetic!) staff, sitting in the courtyard for breakfast, the old palace type atmosphere, and the very good location the centre of Palma. The breakfast was almost OK but if you go down when it starts at 8, the 'hot' breakfast has not warmed up (cold beans anyone?). I really wanted to like this hotel but I am really not sure that you can classify it a hotel given the lack of attention to ensuring that the comfort of the guests comes before quick money in the form of a very disruptive wedding party and a loud bar operating until late at night in the echoing courtyard.

Hotel Born was definitely one of the highlight of our honeymoon trip to Spain. Everything about this place was amazing. The workers made us feel at home. Never complained about any of our asks or request. They were quick to assist with regular requests of items such as water (no matter how frequent we asked). Breakfast that came with the place was also delicious and had a good supply. The vibe of the hotel was also cozy and peaceful.

The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful city of Palma. The building is 600 years old but has been beautifully restored to this elegant hotel with many of the old features retained. The lobby & courtyard are particularly impressive.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in August. We both thought the hotel was great. Firstly the location was great for everything. Right in the centre of Palma. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room we had was spacious and kept very clean. We found the breakfasts to be of a good quality and choice. The only slight downside is noise from the courtyard. However this would not stop us from coming back.

Thank you for a very memorable stay. All the staff were always friendly and very eager to help at all times. The courtyard was beautiful, available for breakfast (which was gorgeous) and evening meals. The music played was considerate and finished at a reasonable time. Those who stayed here who struggled with this need to remind themselves they are in a hotel in a very central location and there is no noise from outside the hotel. The hotel is central so don’t expect car parking (why would you so centrally??) and is located on a traditional narrow lane (2nd reminder, you are in central Palma in the narrow streets, so expect narrow streets!!). The room was perfect, the older reviews suggest the hotel has had a large investment because the interior is spotless, clean and well looked after, the windows are double glazed and well sealed, air conditioning was like a fridge 👌. Thank you to concierge, thank you cleaning staff, thank you restaurant and bar teams, you were all friendly and helpful. We stayed 15th-18th September and so look forward to staying again and for longer.

This hotel has got to be one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. The staff on reception are fantastic there is nothing they will try and do to help you, the rooms are very good ,lots of room and very very clean, and for location you are center stop for everything you need to see and do.... the only downside to this hotel that some might find a little off putting is that there is no life so for anyone that finds it hard to walk or disabled will have trouble and there is definitely no wheelchair access, but that to me didn't bother me and as none of you know I've travelled alot and this hotel is probably in my top 5 I've stayed in. They have a restaurant on site that is delicious and beautiful, definitely worth a visit.

Stay Duration: - February 18th – 25th Positives: - Central location with a unique apartment concept - Stylish interior design - Exceptionally friendly staff - Nice rooftop to read and chill Room & Workspace Issues: - Prior email request for a spacious apartment with a dedicated workspace was not met - The assigned apartment (209) offered only a kitchen table in an open-plan layout - The apartment was very dark during the hole day - No private or additional work desk available, making it unsuitable for video calls or focused work Cleanliness & Facility Concerns: - Floor was found dirty upon arrival and again after a cleaning request (especially if you walk with white socks through the apartment) - The Bathroom is directly next to the bed which leads to early morning/night light disturbances for anyone who is sleeping - Unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom, likely due to a ventilation system that only works when the light is on Noise Considerations: - Direct exposure to busy street noise, especially if you have a room in the second floor. A room higher up or further from the street would be more suitable for work Overall Impression: Despite the hotel’s appealing design and service, the apartment is not ideal for guests needing a quiet, functional workspace. It didn’t fulfill my expectations for a price of 1.600 euros for a week. Communication: I sent my feedback via mail before this review and I got a nice response and that they will forward it to the right departments but they didn’t offer something to make it good.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at one of the suites. It was beautifully furnished, the rooftop was a great space for relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is listed located in a quiet area but still very convenient for the city sights. I really appreciated the reception staff too who were very helpful. This is our second time at staying at Palma Suites. We hope to return there again!

Where to start? We had accidentally booked for next year so had not actually got a booking when we arrived. The lady on reception was amazing and we were give a standard suite for one evening and then a premium suite for 6 nights. Although the suite was tasteful, it was dark with very little natural light. There were two flights of stairs which were wooden and difficult to see at times. The main room was actually too big, and lacked any atmosphere at all. It was expensive and the standard suite is so much nicer. The location is perfect for restaurant and sight seeing but again the noise in our room was horrendous till about 12 midnight and then start again at 4 am. It was difficult to sleep at times. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace is lovely but very small. I would not return for the reasons stated but we still had a lovely stay, if that makes sense!

We stayed for a night on NYE. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was delicious, bar had a great selection of drinks, and rooftop has a great view of Palma. We wanted to celebrate low-key NYE and this hotel was perfect for that. We bought two glasses of cava at the hotel bar and watched fireworks on the rooftop with other hotel guests. Our perfect NYE!

This place is amazing, with great people and a fantastic location. I’ll definitely be back. The only downside was that the walls in my bedroom weren’t soundproof. I could hear the toilet flush from the next room.

This hotel is delightful and in a wonderful location. The interiors are nobeautifully and tastefully decorated and the staff a very friendly and welcoming . The rooms a lovely. Only complaints are that our room on the street was a little noisy ( people in the street late into the night) and our room wasn't serviced well on our last night (towels still strewn and room not fully reset and cleaned). The body moisturizer provided is gorgeous but unfortunately it wasn't replenished during our four night stay . Ok gym for a light work out and a roof top terrace with plunge pool. A solid 4 star hotel, very reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at AH Art Hotel in Palma. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the historic center, shops, and restaurants on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or a warm smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The hotel itself has a stylish, artistic touch that gives it a unique charm. I’d highly recommend AH Art Hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

We stayed here for one night on 20th June 2025 and we were really impressed. Our room was fabulous in every way and considering the hotel's great location, right in the centre of Palma, our room was really quiet. You could almost hear a pin drop! Amazing shower too! The staff were outstandingly polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing too. Overall, everything was fabulous!

Comfortable beds, very clean, glass of cava when you arrive, and very good location! Parking 1 minute away that you can reserve in advance via the hotel. They have a steamer in the room, which is great! Good looking, big rooms with views of the city.

Boutique hotel in central Palma within minutes of cafes shops and restaurants. Great position, very helpful staff who gave helpful suggestions for eating out and places to visit. Stayed there with friends and we would all return there when revisiting Palma

My sister and I stayed at Can Cirera in September of 2024. First of all the hotel is a beautiful work of art. Every corner is gorgeous! And the rooms are so comfortable. We landed from the USA into Mallorca and Can Cirera was our first stay - the beds were so comfortable that we got the best night of sleep after a long, jet-lagged travel day. But more than the pretty location and the quality furnishings is the people! We were greeted by the most friendly Mariana at the front desk- she is the hotel manager and such a warm and caring person. Mariana + team cares about their guests and they go above and beyond. There is a way where their team feels like family to all that stay there and it's quite magical. We enjoyed chatting with the team as we would come and go from the hotel, learning about the culture of the island, hearing great recommendations for things to do, and more. Can Cirera is a very special place!!!

I really have nothing bad to say. The receptionist was always available and was always so sweet. The location was amazing. Walking distance from everywhere and please use the opportunity to ask for recommendations from the reception they gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was also beautiful and very traditional. Our air conditioning broke and we told the reception and they immediately told us that it would not be a problem and if they can’t fix it while we were at dinner they will change our room. It really showed they’re willingness to help their guests and make them feel welcome.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel – could not recommend it strongly enough! Totally stunning – location is incredible (literally steps from the cathedral and palace), steeped in history (an old Gothic palace), with super stylish rooms that seamlessly integrate old and new. The balcony from the lounge overlooking the street to the cathedral was a total highlight. But, most of all, we have to mention the amazing service from the manager, Marianna, who was absolutely INCREDIBLE in giving us a last-minute room when our family got stranded by another hotel – made everything possible; nothing too difficult. It was a sublime experience. Other staff were just as friendly – especially Venri, who welcomed us so beautifully. It felt like staying with family at the heart of Palma. We will be back for sure!!

"Wow" is the only word I have for our experience at Puro Grand Hotel. We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer, and are grateful to have experienced this lovely property. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff treated us with consistent attention and care. The property itself is beautiful - stunning indoor decor, beautiful restaurant and terrace spaces for meals/drinks, and a beautiful bar in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and decor was beautiful. The hotel had little touches like notes, concierge, and even the hotel room key holders were fancy. Besides the staff, the location & breakfast were our favorite parts of our stay. The location is right in the center of town, a couple of blocks from the marina, and allowed us to go anywhere we liked easily. The breakfast stuck out as one of the best moments of our trip - made to order along with a buffet. It was a lovely experience, and we will definitely stay again when we visit Palma next. I never leave reviews for anything, truly, but for this I absolutely had to. My entire stay was wonderful, from the minute I arrived to the minute I left, everything and everyone I interacted with was nothing less than amazing! The room, the ambiance, the food, the drinks, the staff… the level of attention to detail, and even to predict any need I had was incredible; and the location couldn’t have been more centric. I have stayed at other high end hotels, but nothing compares to the service at received at Puro Grand. I wish I had stayed there during my entire visit to Mallorca, that is my only regret. Thank you all for a perfect experience!

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. The lobby is gorgeous with beautiful decor. The breakfast buffet in the courtyard was great with a lot of variety, some of which changed daily so you do not get bored. The room was quiet, huge and beautifully decorated. It was better in person than even the photos showed. I appreciated the AC, which was quiet and worked well. And it had a ceiling fan! The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens. The bathroom and shower were spacious and well appointed. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. I made a terrible mistake and left something very valuable in the room. They were quick to notify me before I even realized and helped return this to me. The shuttle to their beach club is a really nice perk; just be sure to book early. I cannot wait to return!

We had a really amazing time for the four days we stayed in Puro Grand Hotel. The staff are amazing, food delicious, we sampled breakfast lunch and dinner, and the room was absolutely incredible - I can highly recommend room 28 which had its own little Balcony and the biggest bathroom I've ever seen! I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic location, great rooms, lovely lobby and 1st floor. Loved the little touches in the room. Attention to detail with service from the moment we arrived. Access for concierge through WhatsApp was super helpful. Had access to the private spa around the corner for an hour which was nice offering. Would definitely stay here again, we loved our time. Hotel restaurant was good, not great but that’s expected.

Our stay at the Puro Grand Hotel in Palma was nothing short of exceptional - an experience that blended luxury, warmth, and thoughtful design in one of the best locations the city has to offer. First, the location is unbeatable. Nestled right in the heart of Palma’s Old Town, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring charming streets, local shops, historic landmarks, and top-tier restaurants - all just steps from the front door. Whether you're strolling through the nearby alleys or heading to the marina, everything feels incredibly accessible. The culinary experience was another highlight. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a standout pastry and fruit selection that was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The hotel shares two breakfast buffets with the adjoining Puro Hotel Palma, allowing for a wider selection while maintaining an intimate, boutique feel. Every morning felt fresh, indulgent, and relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was thoughtful and attentive. We were welcomed with chilled cava in our suite and a handwritten note - an elegant, personal touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Staff were consistently accommodating, including extending flexibility around our check-out time so we could fully enjoy a Hammam experience without feeling rushed. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about their guests' comfort and overall experience. The aesthetic of the hotel is stunning - tastefully curated with an eye for detail that elevates every space. Our suite was especially romantic, with a plush, comfortable bed and all the small luxuries you’d expect from a five-star boutique hotel. Everything from lighting to materials to layout was clearly designed to create a sense of calm, elegance, and intimacy. Without hesitation, if we find ourselves back in Palma, we will absolutely return to the Puro Grand Hotel. It’s rare to find a property that strikes such a perfect balance between style, substance, and service - and this one does it beautifully.

I am writing this review based on the professionalism and thoughtfulness of one specific member of the Puro Grand Hotel named Annie De Beleyr. A family member of mine recently underwent significant emergency surgery to where I had to cancel/modify my reservation. Annie was extremely responsive and caring in my situation. She worked with me to help me through the process of changing the date of my trip to May 2026. We are very excited to come to Mallorca and even more excited now that we've gotten a taste of the magnificent customer service and hospitality. Thank you, Annie!

The Location is absolutely Perfect, down town with amazing Restaurants, Bars and Shops Close by. The stuff is super friendly and there is a very relaxed Atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Alam the Night Porter was also super friendly and made me a nice coffee at 6am with my checkout. I would definitely bone back. One star less for the room because it was at the back without view and the rooftop / pool was closed at that time.

My family and I are really enjoying our stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to most of the iconic places in the town center. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and quiet, and our baby slept well throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a light and refreshing breakfast.

Our stay at Hotel ICON Rosetó Mallorca was an amazing experience from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent, the spaces were comfortable and beautifully maintained, but the real highlight was the exceptional service from the staff. A special mention to Alan at reception, who I was lucky to meet — he was always ready to help us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and kindness truly made our stay at ICON Rosetó a memorable one. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Palma! Impeccable service, extremely friendly staff, spotless and quiet rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect central location. Felt very comfortable throughout my stay – highly recommended!

Expensive for what you get. The rooms were small and not very well cleaned. Our shower was very mouldy and our twin beds were pushed together and there was no space to separate them. There is no roof terrace or pool, so don’t believe the google images. It’s in the centre so easy access to sights in the city, but the alley where the entrance is smells of wee. Staff were nice.

Very disappointing stay. – We booked a room with windows, but were first given a basement/no-window room. – The bathroom had a large cockroach, and later we saw another one in the corridor. In 8 days on the island, staying in 5 different hotels, this was the only place where we saw cockroaches. – Room cleanliness was poor (dust under the bed, dirty corners). – Hotel staff refused a refund, claiming “cockroaches are normal in Majorca.” For a 4-star hotel in Palma, this is simply unacceptable. – City tax was refunded only after I personally insisted. We checked out immediately and moved to another hotel. Not recommended – hygiene and service do not match the 4-star rating!

We had the tasting breakfast at Hospes Maricel and it was incredible. Fantastic service from Juanpe and his colleagues, incredible food and an unbeatable location with gorgeous sea views. I don’t usually take photos of my food but the dishes looked (and tasted!) so good that I took a photo of every course.

Amazing hotel! You could just stay at the hotel and have a wonderful time. The pool is great or jump right into the ocean from the dock. If you want to venture into central Palma, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel gates and it comes every 20 minutes. Reception will also happily call you a taxi and provide recommendations for sightseeing. They are responsive to whatever you need. There are jet ski rentals within a few minutes' walk. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. The breakfast is worth the added price.

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed by the baggage handler that the hotel was closed until 12pm due to a private function and were advised to wait offsite at a nearby bar—hardly a welcoming start especially at 5-Star hotel. To make matters worse, the hotel couldn’t locate our booking for that year and claimed our travel agent had made an error, despite us providing a valid booking reference. While the exterior and pool area are undeniably beautiful, the rooms themselves felt outdated, lacked any sense of luxury, and didn’t reflect the style or charm of the reception area or the building’s heritage. The restaurant was also disappointing—overpriced and lacking in service. Our waiter didn’t even top up our glasses throughout the meal. The gym was far too small, outdated, and poorly equipped for a hotel of this size—a missed opportunity to create something truly impressive.

The Conceirge here and staff are incredible. This is a true 5 star hotel that goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable and you come back. Even if you cannot stay here the dining here is spectacular. We stayed for our honeymoon and the service was out of this world.

Absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking hotel the service was fantastic and the hotel was extremely clean. However, the lighting situation in each room is terribly confusing. You basically have to walk around the whole room testing lights to see what comes on and off and The shower in our room created a river of water every time we turned it on outside of the enclosed shower, having to use multiple towels to clean up. The food here breakfast served was extremely excellent. also, we had a small pool in our room, which was ice cold and was basically unusable, but it was great to look at. Also annoying that they provide no wash clothes . No Loofa. Never seen that in a five star resort . Inquired 2 times but no response.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The price-value relationship is absurd. The hotel exterior and the pool area is very nice, but that’s it. Coming from other real 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed. The interiors is very disappointing. We stayed in the main building, the room was tiny and the interior design overall is terrible. The room layout was very odd. The view to the sea was beautiful but our room was located right above the restaurant and the noise was not ideal. That brings me to the next point, noise is an issue in the hotel. Inside the room, you hear everything happening in the cramped and dark hallway, and even other rooms, I could hear other guests’ alarms in the morning. There seems to be a lack of staff and signage, so overall you feel quite lost in the hotel. When we arrived there was no one to greet us or explain how to enter the hotel in our car, and we had to take our suitcases out ourselves. Only once we made it all the way to the entrance did a staff member offer to take our bags up. Not even in a 3 star hotel have we had to take our own bags out of the car ourselves, unheard of. I think it boils down to lack of staff. The elevator and areas have no signs indicating what is on each floor or how to access the pool, how to get to the spa, so with no staff around to direct you, you’re lost. We went to see the spa and, unsurprisingly at this point, no one was there to receive us or give us a tour of the few amenities available. There was a couple seemingly having intercourse inside the spa pool, and of course no staff around to diffuse that situation. Clearly, the crowd here is not what you’d see in a real 5 star hotel. The spa itself seems to have only 2 therapists, which seems absurd in this time of the year (end of May, beginning of high season). One of the therapists was very helpful in trying to accommodate a massage for my husband and myself, but was not successful since they had very limited time slots, and the kicker is she isn’t even full time staff of the hotel, which explains why she was so helpful. This seems to be a european issue, but the bed was not 1 bed but two twin mattresses placed next to each other. Not ideal if you sleep with someone since one of you ends up in the middle of the two beds, very uncomfortable. As we checked out, no one offered help with our bags, and no one was even able to open the door for us. I have never in my life experienced this in any hotel before. Honestly I was looking forward to a much better experience in a supposed 5 star hotel for my honeymoon, my advice: stay somewhere else because here is not worth the money. The area where the hotel is in is also not very nice, I recommend you stay in other areas of Mallorca.

Experienced the best breakfast in the world. It lives up to its reputation. The food and views are truly amazing supported by Marco and Roberto who make the experience memorable.
