Youth hostel
Lodge
Serviced accommodation
We Hostel Palma is a laid-back accommodation option that offers both shared dorms and private rooms. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a guest kitchen, free breakfast, a terrace, and an on-site bar and dining options. Situated in the historic neighborhood of El Terreno in Palma de Mallorca, it's conveniently located near the city center's nightlife and tourist attractions.
I had a pleasant stay at this hostel. It’s super clean and well located, next to a bus station and a small supermarket! There is also a kitchenette and lots of fridges. There is also a small space to hang and dry your clothes! The showers are not the best tho, but it kinda works. There is also a lot of place to chill out or work, the WiFi connection was perfect everywhere. It was very easy to make friends :) My bed was wet when I arrived (cleaning supplies I guess) and the room was ready only 1h later but personally I didn’t mind at all. I just think that it’s a bit overpriced for what you get, especially since you have to do your bedsheets yourself and there is no locker. You also have to pay, if you want to leave your luggage locked before leaving. The girls at the reception were all friendly as well!

I had booked several nights at We Hostel Palma, but unfortunately, I had to cancel at the last minute due to an unexpected situation beyond my control. I contacted the hostel the day before my arrival, hoping for at least a partial refund from the 160€ I had already paid. Despite calling and explaining my situation in good faith, I received no understanding, no response, and no goodwill gesture whatsoever. I’m really disappointed by the complete lack of empathy and customer care, especially from a place that seems to care about its public image. I hope this review encourages the management to reconsider their cancellation and customer service policies. Even a simple follow-up would have made a difference.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. On the negative side: for females it wouldn’t be advisable to be in a mixed room. The bunk beds have holes as a latter so people can see you from inside your bed. Second, showers have automatic light, so they will turn off, which I felt uncomfortable with. It’s dangerous if you can’t see anything and you slip.
Amivio — Google review
We ended up checking out early because of how bad it was. The room had a horrible stench. In the morning, the water in the sink in the girls bathroom was black. There were bed bugs, and we had to put our own sheets on the bed. My friend and I booked together to be in the same bunk but another person took it so we were separated. There was no soap in the bathroom. The location was far from the center. Do not stay here if you value cleanliness and convenience.
Kira — Google review
BED BUGS! That could be a 5⭐ review, but in result it gets 1. We stayed in a quadruple room for 2 nights and I was bitten by bed bugs. So, my vacation started with itching, allergic reaction and scratching. I had to visit a doctor and re-plan my stay. I reported to the reception after the first night and since they were fully booked and couldn't change the room, they assured us that they cleaned everything with a special spray. However, I got bitten again, immediately came to the reception and reported again. On the next day I asked about a refund, as I had to visit a doctor and change my plans. Today I got a reply, they didn't find any bed bugs and I must been bitten somewhere else. It's just miserable. We were supposed to stay there for one more night at the end of our vacation, of course we will not. So now, we have to find a new place for stay and to pay extra, since I booked this hostel in July (for September). And now it's impossible to find something good for the same money. Don't stay here if you don't want to be bitten by bed bugs. Must say, the reseptionist were nice. But in result it doesn't change anything.
Olesia R — Google review
BED BUGS We booked one night because we had an early flight and wanted to sleep for 3 hours. We found bed bugs in the room and the receptionist told us he cannot give us a refund and when we asked to wait in the reception for the few hours, he played the music very loudly because “it is prohibited to sleep in the lobby” although we were just trying to rest on the dining table and weren’t sleeping. They seem to be used to that kind of problem and do nothing about it. He told us we will never get a refund because “from experience they never give refunds for bedbugs problems”. He didn’t give us the manager’s email or contacts and gave us a generic email. Not only did we have a hygiene problem but also the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.
Hagar S — Google review
We stayed here for 2–3 days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the location is undeniably convenient, the sleeping arrangements were a major letdown. The so-called beds were incredibly uncomfortable—definitely not what you’d want to come back to after a long, tiring day. Comfort was virtually nonexistent. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our stay!!!!!!!!
Sakina L — Google review
BED BUGS! Be careful, you shouldn’t go for this hostel. We found bed bugs in the 4 beds dorms. It didn’t seem like an issue to the personnel, he offered us another room as if he was used to hearing it often. We wanted to spend a couple of hours before our flight, he said it’s not allowed to stay in the reception but he let us stay at the end without sleeping. Service and rooms might seem good but this is not the reality.

With amenities like a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi throughout the property, it provides convenience for travelers. We are a group of 6 and lived in a 2 bedroom suite. Everything is clean and there were 2 showroom n 2 sinks, very group friendly. 12 mins drive from the airport n 15 mins walk from malls, very accessible. We couldn’t make international phone calls to order a taxi but the staff Danielle was very helpful. He helped us make a reservation and even come check us to ensure we didn’t missed the taxi. Overall it’s a 10/10!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The beds offered excellent privacy, which made the nights very comfortable. The reception team was always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank the staff member who welcomed me at night for being so kind, and the lady at the reception in the morning who helped me find a taxi. Their attention and care made my stay even better.

I was a guest at the hostel for one and 3/4 weeks and it was amazing. For such a long stay, I never felt as if the place got dirty nor crowded, it is amazing experience. Good vibes, and there is never a dull moment, I do recommend to anyone going to Palma de Mallorca to stay at Y-Hostel, you would not be disappointed in the slitest.
Johannes M — Google review
Wonderful experience, especially thanks to the great tips from Victor at the reception. Cozy hostel with great prices and friendly, helpful staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are large and spacious. You sleep well in a quiet area, yet just a short walk away you can find pubs, boat trips, and many other must-do activities! Highly recommended
Giorgia R — Google review
I stayed for three nights and the hostel is very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are big and also clean. Every guest gets a towel, which can be easily replaced if staying for multiple nights. The beds are comfy, with curtains that block the light really well. Under each bed there’s a locker with a code. The temperature in the rooms is just right. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, plus a fridge, freezer, and oven. There’s even some free food you can use. The common area is really nice too (full of books, games, instruments,…) The staff is very friendly and willing to help. All in all, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
Magdalena P — Google review
I had a great stay, Veronica made sure I knew exactly how to get there and explained all my options, which really helped me feel at ease. Daniel was absolutely incredible—he helped with my itinerary , went out of his way to meet every need, and kept the vibes amazing the whole time. Truly made my stay unforgettable!
Hamza H — Google review
Unfortunately a terrible customer service experience. There was a booking mix up but the staff stopped responding to my emails, and didn't in any way offer to discuss the booking with me. I was hoping to rearrange or work on a solution but the team at the hostel offered no help at all..

I had a great time at Y Hostel. The staff were very friendly—Veronica 😍 and Jane Pierre were especially helpful (I tested that a few times 🤭). I can recommend this place to everyone!

Hostel Fleming is a budget-friendly accommodation option in Palma de Mallorca. Rooms are spacious and bright, with marble or tile floors. There is also a chill out area at the back, as well as common areas for socialising. Staff are polite and helpful, and there is easy access to the city centre as well as attractions such as the beach.
Super good… Details/Description of this Review are still under consideration - subject to change but unlikely to much. This is a safe, friendly and very well organised Hostel catering for a varied clientele. I arrived in a state of some personal exhaustion thus requiring some extra assistance, translation (the staff have excellent English, Castellano and Catalan) and compassion. Great atmosphere…

Staying at the hostel was a delightful experience, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The shared spaces were well-maintained, fostering a sense of community among guests. The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, offering valuable insights about the area. Overall, it was an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a pleasant stay. We would gladly return to the hostel in the future. In the special thanks to Cati for her wonderful help😄.
Daksh R — Google review
We had a great stay in Palma! The hostel is in a fantastic, quiet, local neighborhood. Cati at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind in assisting us throughout our stay. I very much appreciated all of the recommendations she gave us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a great benefit as well. I hope to return to Palma soon!
Benning J — Google review
This hotel was amazing! Everything was super clean and cozy, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were great, but I have to give a special shoutout to Catalina at the front desk — she’s incredibly professional, super kind, and always ready to help with anything. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly during my stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone!
Mariela B — Google review
This hostel exceeded all my expectations! Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the shared areas, and the whole place had such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for solo travelers or anyone wanting to make new friends. The staff were all fantastic — especially Martin at reception, who was super friendly and gave us awesome local recommendations. Thanks to him, we discovered great food spots and hidden gems around the island. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in!
Hana N — Google review
The location was good for me but the hostel was lacking in comparison to many others I have stayed with. My booking was not acknowledged correctly which led to me having 1 hour at the desk at 1am to finally get in. Over 3 days i had the same problem over and over. They took my towel and shopping bags as they assumed I checked out. Cancelled my room card every day despite 3 day booking. Every morning and every evening was a surprise issue with my booking. The games area was under construction and not accessible. The air conditioning was insufficient despite what the website says. The kitchen area, although ok, seemed to be consistently used as a break/living/social area for the cleaning staff. This was off putting to use as it was already a crowded kitchen with just 2 people present let alone 4-5 housekeepers socializing and cooking which was very odd. The toilets and showers are tiny! Good luck if you are more than the size of a child. Despite noise/time suggestions, the residents seem to enjoy sitting on the provided couches outside every room and talking loudly at night. Combine that with the furniture movement and excessive banging from 6am I got no sleep over the 3 days. Although the price was very fair I don’t want to stay here again.
Anonymous C — Google review
Excellent experience. The hostel is brand new, super clean, and really well organised. From the moment you arrive, you can tell they’ve put thought into every detail. The service was top-notch – both Martín and Cata were incredibly friendly, always helpful and welcoming. Honestly, staying in a place like this makes all the difference. I’d 100% recommend it and will definitely come back on my next trip. Thanks for everything!

Great experience, staff was friendly, particularly Cati who helped us throughout our stay and was very kind, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Location is near many quality amenities and stores, and within walking distance from the beach.

Youth hostel
Urban Hostel Palma is a former convent turned youth hostel located in Palma de Mallorca, just a 3-minute walk from the seafront promenade. The hostel offers modest dorms and rooms with shared kitchen facilities, lounges, and breakfast. Its convenient location allows easy access to the coast and popular attractions within walking distance. The hostel also provides free WiFi and an educational project called 'Mallorca experience'. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff.
Good hostel with fair services and prices and a good breakfast. Also, staff is nice and very helpful. It’s not in the heart of city center, but is possible to go everywhere by walk or take a bus near to the hostel, and there are bars with a night life going down the street.
Darkio L — Google review
Terrible experience – avoid this place. The location might be attractive, but the owners clearly rely on it to compensate for extremely poor service. The organization is chaotic — truly the worst I’ve encountered. When issues arise, the staff don’t offer any real support; they simply say there was a problem and there’s nothing they can do. I was abruptly moved out of my room at 10 PM, and my friend was completely expelled. The reason was a bad organization and overbooking. Of course there wasn’t any assistance, forcing her to find another hotel at the last minute. Facilities are just as bad: the bathrooms are moldy, and the toilets are consistently dirty due to there being only two for an entire floor of around 50 people. This level of neglect and disorganization is unacceptable. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
Voyager P — Google review
Urban Hostel Palma The good, bad and ugly So it’s well situated, really near to the marina and 5 mins walk from the old town. Staff are friendly and there’s parking right out front for your scooter (free too). Really nice gelato place next to the park out the front too Breakfast is basic but nice and started me off for the day. The dining area is kept clean and tidy and bedrooms seemed clean enough. Now for the not so good…… There’s parts that REALLY badly need repair, e.g there’s screws missing from various parts of the beds (on mine from the safety rail, so nothing stopping you rolling out the top bunk at night). Upstairs there’s a door that looks like it’s about been kicked in, but isn’t repaired. For some reason no one of the bathrooms seem to be cleaned on any level, from the disabled toilet downstairs to the toilets on the top floor either, so they loook naaaasty. The sinks have got grime and hair all over them on every floor and the showers have looooads of empty shampoo bottles all over the place. Also out of our window on the roof was strewn with rubbish that looks to have been thrown out the windows. Would I stay there again ?, yes as it’s cheap and central, and I don’t mind a bit of grime, but it’s a hard pass for any clean freaks. It’s bizarre as I saw staff cleaning the dining area at night, but why they don’t also clean at least the disabled toilet downstairs too I have no clue. @ shortbreakscheapescapes

The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and they even provide free breakfast. Checking in and checking out is a breeze, and you can lock up your luggage for free if you arrive early. It’s a great perk that you won’t want to miss! There’s also a vending machine where you can grab some snacks or a cold drink.
Pavan W — Google review
Place looks good, but the staff was very unfriendly, the toilets and bathrooms are NOT clean, and the toilet paper was missing. Staffs T-Shirts printed with - May I help you? - is hilarious, because they didn’t help at all, the opposite, they looked like they wanna kick u in the face. I recommend visiting We hostel, where the atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly without having it written on their T- shirts.
E G — Google review
Great stay for one night in Palma. The position is very convenient, just 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The staff of the hostel was very friendly and welcoming, waiting for us until almost midnight since we were coming with a late flight. Only the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the comfort of the mattresses can be improved in my opinion. Overall, recommended stay also for the price (72€ for 4 people), including a free breakfast.
Leonardo D — Google review
Very poor service from some members of staff who openly mock you in front of you, thinking that you don't understand. This makes your stay less enjoyable. Apart from that, the facilities and bed are fine. Be aware that the bed and pillow are made of plastic, which makes noise every time you move. Not very pleasant at night.
Meïmei' ́ — Google review
I was afraid when I saw the comments before reservation but I decided to ignore it, at the end I did well! The hostel is very well situated (the Basilic and the royal palace by walk, 1 min away from the municipal market, 2 min away from the bus station), many restaurant and supermarket around... The hostel is clean when it comes to rooms and commun areas as well, staff is very kind and helpful (Thank you Andreas for ur kindness 😊), the only thing I can advise is making breakfast little better!

Hostel
El Josemari Youth Hostel is situated in the historic El Terreno neighborhood, close to Palma's city center. The hostel caters to young backpackers and offers free Wi-Fi, modern decor, and a unique box/pod concept for privacy. Guests can enjoy comfortable beds with personal space and well-equipped facilities. The location provides easy access to the city's nightlife, tourist attractions like Bellver Castle, and scenic walks along Paseo Maritimo.
It's in a central location. You can reach it from the airport with a single bus plus a 6–7 minute walk. The beds are in a tube-style concept and are much more spacious and comfortable compared to other hostels I’ve stayed in around Europe. The common area includes a kitchen, piano and couches everything was more than sufficient. Behind the reception, there are paid lockers where you can leave your bag or a free storage area if you prefer. The fact that the showers and toilets are not inside the rooms helps keep the rooms quiet and clean. There are enough facilities on every floor.
Eyüp K — Google review
Location was great. Reception was helpful and nice. No complains on those points. But, really this place is the worst. I’ve been to many hostels/bunkbed across Europe/Asia, this one is really bad. Your capsule is purely designed. Only thin curtain as a “door”. I stayed for two nights and couldnt sleep on both days due to noise from neighboring bed. At least try to build it soundproof. Everything was just dirty. The bedroom, the toilet, the shower area. Wet and smelly. Really people, spend more money on some more expensive hotel rather than sacrificing your nice holiday.

I stayed for one night the bed was okay I slept good 👍 and the service was very professional and very Nice from Gabo thanks very much . They have a kitchen with equipements anything u need fridge,coffee,machine,oven,pan.. and the location is good it’s in the center the beach is very close like 15min walking, and u can also leave ur clothes in a logagge eventhought u checked-out. Put in Mind : it was a bit warm when I was trying to sleep and in the early morning I woke up from the noise that someone was making when he was about to leave further my stay was okay 👌

Everything was great, except that we booked mixed dorms instead of female-only, but it’s fine. Overall, everything was cool! I want to give a big shoutout and lots of support to Victor he was so helpful and kind 🥰 He truly deserves a promotion!!!

As a longtime budget traveler, this place nearly made me get a hotel. We stayed here for two nights in the largest room (I believe about 20 people) and just didn't have a great time. The bottom bunk is just the floor. This is advertised as a youth hostel yet nearly everyone we saw was NOT a youth which was concerning. The showers are not clean and not great. The common area was fine enough. The man in the front was unwilling to speak spanish to me despite the fact that I am a fluent native speaker. It wasn't really worth the price we paid for it and I just cannot tell people to not go here enough.
Diana M — Google review
Great hostel, very clean with neat rooms. Just the main area wasn't relaxing as they play very loud music. But otherwise a great place and also central.
Gustav F — Google review
Amazing location in the heart of old town part of Palma. Easy check in process. Lovely people behind the desk and coming in and out of the hostel. 🥰 It’s shame that the locals are very apparent about their dislike for soo many tourists.😔 Maybe the hostels/ hotels/ airbnbs + local council + Palmas rare born and bred can come up with solutions to such frustrations that tourists bring such as; incorrect parking 🅿️ littering 🚮 and playing loud foreign, so mainly English but, also German music way late into the night.. 🎶 perhaps it’s in the tourism industry’s best interest to put ideas forward such as 1) pin up a notice board about parking laws and regulations in multiple languages. 2) a community litter pick that gives backpackers a way to find out more about the area (in a sense, a free guided tour) and if they fill a garbage bin bag full they get a 10% discount on their room for 1 person of their choosing 3) again similar to suggestion 1). Additionally, Spain has some of the best music genres ever. Tourists into music should be offered a chance to get to know more about the music of the places they visit and I reckon collaboration with local artist can bring Sunday jamming sessions on the beach, lessons with local pros who can teach us about the culture and etiquette as well as chords, rhythms, melodies and rhymes + a map in the hallway &/or online (hostel/ hotel website) designated music hotspots where everyone plays loud music so nobody’s bothered 🇪🇸 I.e on Palma Beach heading towards Portixol, all of that beach has loadsa Latinos dinging beats, what a buzzing atmosphere 🎼🥁🏆 Twas amazing to see a grand piano in the guest lounge! 😆 Can’t wait to be back 😁

AVOID! Be extremely careful if you stay here. I stayed one night and my bag — including id , laptop, keys, etc. — was stolen, apparently by another guest. I tracked my laptop: within 45 minutes it was taken to the outskirts of Palma and the signal was cut. This felt like organised crime, not a random incident. The lack of support from hostel staff was shocking — I was left completely alone, and the manager never even showed up despite the emergency. Three days later they messaged to say CCTV showed nothing suspicious. This place is NOT safe. AVOID! Update regarding owner’s response: I was the victim of a crime on your premises, yet all you focus on is shifting responsibility. Your cold, dismissive reply is very upsetting and shows how little you care about your guests. If guest safety were truly a priority, you would have noticed that the electronic locker in my bed area was broken, something basic that you failed to maintain.

Hostel
Palma Port Hostel is a laid-back accommodation with straightforward dorms, a shared kitchen, and a garden. It's located in the small town of Esporles amidst the scenic Serra de Tramuntana mountains, offering traditional Spanish architecture. While not close to beaches or downtown Palma, it's ideal for nature enthusiasts and hikers. The hostel provides a home-like atmosphere with kind and helpful staff who keep the place clean.
The lady with blonde hair in the front desk was so nice and amazing host! I don’t know how I felt about the guy who was working the front desk or the lady with the brown hair who I thinks works there also. The rooms were very clean just was annoying that they kept turning off the AC whenever it was very hot especially when we were sleeping. We made a friend that was amazing also and made the trip even better!!! Be careful with the refrigerator because someone drank my brand new Powerade even with my name on it!!!

Very nice hostel altogether. The rooms/beds were clean and smelled fresh. There were plug sockets/usb with a lamp in the bunks. Bunks also had curtains for privacy which is very nice! Bathrooms were always clean and the showers had hot water. Lockers under the beds were big enough to hold all my luggage/bags. It was an extra charge to rent towels/hairdryers/locks for the lockers but that’s very typical for a hostel. Location is alright, as it about a 40 minute walk into the main centre of town or 20 minute by bus. The hostel is right on several bus routes so that is convenient. The restaurants/bars within a 15-20 minute walk are great, lots of variety and a nice walk along the port! The staff even kept my luggage in storage after I checked out so I could still go out and explore, which was very nice. All in all, I would gladly stay here again and definitively recommend.

I spent only one night and did not find anything special about it either good or bad. What was disappointing was that in the city centre there is the best hostel for the same price and you would enjoy the stay there much more. Some bad points: - Poor quality of beds (charging station did not work on mine) - The lockers are for both beds under the lower one and to lock it you have to spend 4€ to buy a locker - Towel is also not included, thats another 4€ - The location is far from the old town (would not be that bad if there was not for the great hostel based in the middle of the old town for the same price)
Jakub L — Google review
It’s pretty close to the water and bars but pretty far from the main city area. The rooms were good, curtains, charging ports, and lights for each bed. Staff was nice and helpful, one gave up recommendations for clubs and bars in the area. There was a kitchen with utensils and plates. There were a decent number of stalls for the bathrooms and showers, but not really anywhere to put anything inside the showers unless you’re ok with everything getting wet. I just didn’t like how you had to rent a towel for showers for €4. The walls were also so thin, you could hear everything in the rooms next door.
Rylee E — Google review
The price was fair enough. The location was a bit far away from the city center 40 minutes walking. But there are buses to go! About the rooms. The pillows were kind of dirty with some brown stamps... And the bed sheet was cutted as a whole. One of the worst things: They have been hacked, and I was receiving a lot of messages in the booking app, in the conversation of the hostel, to pay the money in a link, but I already had paid before. So pay a lot of attention when booking to them, they have sensitive software probably.

Title: Extremely Disappointing – Not Suitable for Mature Travellers I booked this hostel through Booking.com during a financially difficult time, needing a short stay in Palma until I could join a friend. The photos and descriptions of the 4- and 8-bed dorms looked promising – clean, spacious, and manageable for a two-night stay. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. The first issue began with my booking: due to my name, the hostel staff mistakenly placed me in a male dormitory. Despite me clearly stating in writing that I am female, they failed to understand until I called and explained. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The 8-bed female dorm was extremely cramped and nothing like the photos. The beds were small and the ladders to the top bunks were poorly designed. The air circulation was terrible – a weak air conditioner, no open window, cigarette smoke from the garden, and unpleasant odours made the room feel like a prison cell. As someone who is mildly claustrophobic, I found it extremely uncomfortable. I requested a transfer to a 4-bed room, but it was male-only. I spent one uneasy night there, but had to move back when another man arrived – I didn’t feel comfortable sharing the space. Cleanliness was also poor. Sheets had stains, towels and lockers cost extra, and guests had to make their own beds. Climbing to the top bunk was difficult, and as a diabetic, I had a frightening moment when I lost balance and my glucose monitor detached. Thankfully, I had a spare device, but I ended up spending the night in the garden rather than sleeping in the room. Most of the staff were passive – just saying “sorry” without any real effort to help. It felt like guest wellbeing was not a priority for management. However, I would like to mention that one staff member, Antonieta, was genuinely kind and helpful. She made a real effort to support me and make my stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I truly appreciated her care and professionalism. Overall, this experience was very unpleasant. I now know that this kind of hostel is not suitable for mature travellers. While it might suit younger backpackers, it lacks the comfort, cleanliness, and basic respect that adults need. I will not be booking a hostel again after this.
Yasar T — Google review
I arrived and turned on my heels to leave. I went to reception to cancel my stay immediately and, in fairness, they did refund my money. It appeared dirty and smelled really bad. There were lots of flies and no Aircon in use when I got there. Hopefully, I just arrived at an awkward time but it wasn't for me.

New Art Hostel is a laid-back accommodation with vibrant murals and a shared kitchen. It's an ideal base for backpackers looking to explore the nightlife, as it offers affordable beds and is conveniently located downtown near bars and clubs. The hostel features modern shared or private rooms with free WiFi, lockers, and access to shared bathrooms. Additionally, it's situated just 500 meters from Portixol Beach and a short walk from Palma's Old Town.
This place is wonderful. We had a private room and it was nicer than most hotels we’ve been to. Staff is helpful. It’s in a very nice residential part of town across from a park. It’s not in the touristy (Central) or bougie (West) parts of town which we appreciated. I had great coffee next door (Bar Cafeteria S'Alcover ||) and South of the park (Cafetería D'or) and spent an evening BSing with people at Bar Sa Gerreria.

BEWARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are bugs in their rooms. I have a picture which will be uploaded soon. This place is a Hazzard to those who stay there. I was bitten many times while I stayed there. Never again will I ever go back. The management promise to take care of my bill or offer some relief and they have yet to do so. They also avoid my phone calls they avoid my emails so everyone who is looking for a great place, do not go here. You've been warned.
John B — Google review
The accommodation is average. It’s not quiet and feels overcrowded. The location isn’t bad — there’s a park next door and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff is friendly. The facilities are fine, but the shared rooms are overcrowded, with very little space between the beds. Access to the private rooms is through the shared rooms, which means people are constantly walking by and making noise. The cleaning staff does their job well, but they are quite noisy when they start cleaning. I understand that prices go up during the season, but the problem is that the quality doesn’t match the high price. It’s an option to consider only if there’s nothing else available.
Buho E — Google review
This hostel is a disaster. Ten girls crammed into a shared room with barely any space to move between the beds. The showers are located in a room facing a large window, and the shower glass is see-through—so anyone in the front room can watch you shower. Completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. It’s extremely loud at night. The rule about "maintaining silence and respecting other guests" doesn’t apply here. Until 1:30 AM, girls were constantly showering, with loud voices and the sound of running water. One guest even returned from the city at 3:40 AM and started showering, then left the lights on in the room—like pretty much everyone else. It’s impossible to get any proper sleep. Adding to the discomfort, the room fills with cigarette smoke because windows have to stay open due to the summer heat. The smell is disgusting and really disturbing. I stayed just one night and left with a terrible headache. For €65 per night without breakfast, this place is seriously overpriced. Would not recommend.

I stayed for 7 days on vacation and everything was great. The place is clean, comfortable, and really well located to explore the city. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff were super friendly. Perfect to unwind and enjoy. I’d definitely come back!

I am writing on my behalf of my partner to highlight New Art Hostel's poor hygiene and management. During her stay on 21 January 2025, she encountered a bed bug infestation in the bed provided by the property. This was an extremely distressing experience, causing discomfort and concern for her health and hygiene. She initially attempted to resolve this matter through your support channels, but was have not received a satisfactory response - instead repeatedly ignored. I urge those to have a second thought about booking this location, unless of course... you want bedbugs. Best regards, Isaac S

Urban Singular Hostel By Eurotels is a laid-back accommodation option with a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. Visitors have praised its convenient location, being within walking distance of Pilar and Joan Miro Foundation in Mallorca Museum. The hostel offers modern and clean facilities, with the added privacy of curtains around each bed. Guests appreciate the friendly staff who provide helpful recommendations for nearby dining options.
Great new hostel. It feels clean and comfortable. I loved the bunk beds in compartments with curtain for privacy. The staff was extremely helpful and the location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main city area but central location for catching buses, getting to beaches, and the big grocery store.

Amazing hostel! Small but very comfortable and clean. The room is huge but quiet. The beds are equiped with everything you need: locker, reading lights, socket and curtain. The kitchen is not equiped for cooking but is enough to have some breakfast or light dinner. I hope to come back soon! :)

Bad service on check in, staff did not seem interested after we had travelled a long way. I was shown a bed without a pillow and was provided three towels as a replacement, which is atrocious. The rooms smell awful, the other users are extremely noisy and staff refrain from maintaining suitable noise levels. Overall a terrible experience.

Really great budget hostel, a bit far from the. Cuts center. About 25€ for taxi from the airport. Supermarket next door and a convenient bus ride to the awesome beaches on the west. Private bunks and air conditioned rooms. Clean bathrooms, Would go again.

Horrible! Dirt everywhere, several showers out of order, stinky toilets, overbooked - so people sleeping on matresses on the floor, bins permanently full, not enough blankets, thermostat in the room didnt work properly and sometimes it was really cold even it showers 25 deegres, there is no kitchen at all, Just a microwave, q kettle and a toaster. Spent three nights there and nothing was solved. Very uneficient staff. An absolute disaster!
Laura H — Google review
The hostel is quite new but the soundproof of the wall is not that good, I couldn’t sleep coz there were other guests talking loudly at public area (I can hear clearly in the bedroom) and even staffs talked loudly during late night ( around 1:00-2:30 am). I stayed two nights, and I already notified staffs to ask people to respect others while most of people are sleeping, but still not change much. I forgot to bring my charger and asked them if can help me to send it back I’m willing to pay , but they just skipped and not answer at all which is very frustrating.
Loye H — Google review
It was noisy and the lights were on until very late. The showers were out of soap. It was very hot in there. The curtain and lights in the bed were nice. The showers and bathroom could be bigger because there was no where to change.

This place is amazing! I only stayed for a one night but I had a great experience. The lounge area was very comfy with some thoughtful touches and unique decor. I met other international travelers over the big table during simple breakfast. And we had planned a day together. Ot is in the heart of the city, close to touristic attractions, the sea and it has just the perfect location to feel the vibe of the city. There's an easy contact with the staff over WhatsApp. Rooms were good (beautiful mosaics on the wall) with lockers provided. Shower room was a bit small but the kitchen was accessible all day.

Somehow it all turns to be a very homely place. Mainly because of the size, I believe. In the morning we all were sitting around one big table, having a breakfast and chatting. Actually I have made very easily quite a few nice friendships within the stay. And of course nice staff. Just one thing to warn you... Because of the size they're not open during the night so better communicate with them that you arrive after 11pm. They can leave the keys in the deposit box. In general amazing place in amazing location on amazing island.
Kriss K — Google review
Great location, localized literally in the city center of Palma. The hostel didn’t advice us about the fact that there’s no lift, I had to go 3 floors by stairs with my luggage. The beds were humid and smelling bad cause it didn’t dry well. They offered me no towels and had none to offer, I insisted and the lady kept telling me she was gonna give me but I got no towels. I went up with my friend for 2 seconds to leave his passport on my locker and they almost kicked us out, even though he was not even using the common space, he has just standing at the door. Breakfast is not worth at all, I paid for it and didn’t had the courage to eat it. They putted the most cheap things found on the supermarket and very scarce. The kitchen was in front of the room and they fry eggs early morning, which smelled horrible in the room, plus the rooms are like a sauna, and there’s not even air conditioning or any fresh air.
Eduarda U — Google review
Very friendly owners/managers that project a relaxed family atmosphere, nice breakfast, liked the decorations and loved the rooftop terrace. Not too many guests at once due to small size, which makes for a calm vibe and time for a personalized approach towards guests. Keep up the great work guys!

Cozy, nice, GREAT AMBIENT, fantastic view. Rooms are nice with an historical feeling. There is a great terrace on the last floor. It is in the middle of the town and just meters away from the cathedral, in just some steps away you find a grocerie's, a cafe, a restaurant, an atm... Just amazing. Just try it out you won't be disappointed. And be sure to check out the panoramic terrace on the top floor, it has tables and seats and you can just sit there amd enjoy the view over the town. It has been an amazing experience for me and for sure next time i'll be in town i'll visit again. Word.
Carlo S — Google review
Really good hostel. My boyfriend and I got the 2person bedroom. The bed was just like my bed at home. Slept amazing. It's in the city centre, but there wasn't a lot of noise. Breakfast was simple, but ok. Everything was clean. Only 'negative' point was that it's on the 3th floor and there isn't an elevator. The bedrooms for more persons also looked amazing and really clean.
Anke H — Google review
Like they say in spanish: BUENA ONDA! The hostel is bright, colorful, well decorated and super clean. The owners live on site and go above and beyond for the guests. A big shoutout to the breakfast included that is made by them and by that I mean fresh omelette with tomatoes, coffee, toast, spreads, juice and so many other things you’d be surprised! Everyone having breakfast together in the morning felt really like home. Good vibes! Location is amazing, near the cathedral and Palma’s historic center but still really quiet at night. It’s a little gem in Palma and I will definitely stay there again when I’m back!

Hostal - Apartamentos Bonany is a modest yet charming budget accommodation with bright rooms and Wi-Fi. The property, set in attractive gardens not far from Castell de Bellver, offers simple but clean rooms with balconies and refrigerators. Guests can make use of the microwave for meals and enjoy the convenience of a nearby supermarket. The small bar serves refreshing drinks, while the outdoor pool and garden provide a relaxing atmosphere with seating and sun loungers.
Great location,, amiable staff. There was some construction work going on but that didn't bother us. Location was great. On Sundays there are some loud church bells but they stop at 9pm. Might be something to keep in mind if you are thinking of getting some zees on that day. A bummer that there is no communal kitchen. I suppose there was some confusion, a Hostal is something different from a hostel. The breakfast is well worth the €5!

Reposted review from 6 years ago as had to edit. Amazing hostal! Rooms are good sized and the balcony is lovely ! Rooms are clean and well decorated and there is TV ! Bathroom is modern and spotless ! We even had complimentary bottle of water and toothbrushes ! Staff are so friendly and efficient ! Haven't had breakfast but it is cheap and looks like good selection ! The hotel has a pool and lively garden and bar ! Only downside, the booking website said there was 24/7 reception when actually a receptionist is there from just before 8am till midnight , however there is an emergency out of hrs number ! The hotel is situated near Palma seafront near many 4 and 5 star hotels !

I left early morning for the airport and they made me a bag with a picnic breakfast inside which was very sweet! ( I had breakfast included in my stay) Suitable for solo travellers too.

We love this hotel it’s our second time of staying in 18 months. The hotel is perfectly located only a 10 minute walk to the outskirts of the old town, but away from the busy tourist area so nice and quiet. The rooms are fab we’ve stayed above the spa and in the main hotel with a terrace room. The facilities are excellent with a gym and spa and two outside pool areas. We didn’t do bed and breakfast, but are around the pool area and the food was excellent and well priced. The staff are lovely and accommodating and very friendly. We have booked directly with the hotel and communication before hand was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised when 2hrs after a check in there was a knock at the door and we were given a complimentary bottle of fizz for staying a second time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying again!

Great location, not to far too walk into town. Pool and bar area were really nice. Staff were excellent. We had complimentary spa passes which was nice and we booked early so had the whole spa to ourselves, unfortunately many of the jets and showers didn't work. The room was really nice for the price, however the plumbing was really loud at all times of the day and night even when r weren't using it. I think the main drain for the building passed through our wall. (Room 2) Otherwise, highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again.

Straight forward a 10/10 stay at Isla Mallorca urban&spa Hotel. Starting from a warm welcome, answering all our questions and fantastic recommendations by Alberto, Luis and Nino, we got the perfect holiday feeling. The room was small, but very clean, comfy beds and a view you haven’t seen before. Not to forget every day starts with a breakfast and this is here in the hotel very good. Not even the food is delicious, fresh and always filled up, the service by the team was georgus (especially the manager of the breakfast who thought us some Spanish sentences ). Thank you so much and we will definitely be back next year.

I had booked this hotel for my vacation, but unfortunately, the day before my arrival I had to undergo emergency surgery and was hospitalized. On the same day after waking up from the operation, I contacted the hotel to kindly request a change of dates. I was not asking for a refund, nor did I expect one — I simply asked to move my booking to any other available date or even a cheaper room, allowing the hotel to keep the difference. Unfortunately, my request was refused. This experience left me with the impression that the hotel shows no empathy or understanding towards its guests, even in unforeseen medical emergencies. I cannot recommend staying here, as compassion and basic humanity should be a part of hospitality.

We stayed there for 3 nights, and were disappointed with our stay for the price we paid. Our room was just above the reception (and breakfast area) and was very noisy (running chairs early morning). Also the windows are not soundproof and we could hear the traffic all night. We had to buy earplugs for the remaining nights. The bathroom is very tiny and not convenient. For a four star hotel, we would also have expected at least a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. A lot of fittings in the room were not properly finished (cables, paint over the sink etc), which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the location of the hotel is not ideal (a bit far from the city centre). On the positive side, the hotel and our room were very clean. The decoration is modern. And the bed and pillows were very comfy. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast, so cannot comment on it.

At first glance, HM Balanguera presents itself with a chic, contemporary design that suggests a boutique hotel experience. The interiors are styled with intention, and the aesthetic is one of the property’s strongest qualities. However, beneath the visual appeal lies a significant flaw: a pervasive odor that lingers throughout the building. Initially I wondered if it was simply a matter of personal sensitivity, but when my travel companion independently remarked on the same unpleasant scent—something between worn carpeting and overused cleaning agents—it confirmed that this was more than a passing detail. Service, while courteous, falls short of true four-star standards. Staff are friendly when approached, but the level of attentiveness is closer to that of a busy airport hotel, where efficiency takes precedence over personalized care. In a hotel of this caliber, guests should expect to be greeted at the door, assisted with luggage without hesitation, and guided through a seamless arrival experience. Here, those touches were absent. Location, while somewhat secondary to the guest experience, would be far less concerning if the fundamentals were in place. Replacing old rugs, addressing cleanliness issues, and raising the service standard would significantly elevate the property. A hotel aspiring to four-star distinction cannot overlook the essentials: pristine interiors, an inviting atmosphere free of odors, and staff who anticipate needs rather than simply respond. Until these core concerns are addressed, HM Balanguera remains a property of style over substance—pleasing to the eye, but ultimately disappointing in execution.

Had a fantastic time at HM Balanguera. I stayed for 4 nights as a solo traveller and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Not only is the decor and the hotel itself beautiful, it’s super clean, the food was always delicious, it’s in the perfect location to explore all of Palma, and the staff were great! Sebas in particular, who worked the evening shift, was always so welcoming and friendly when you came in from a busy day - plus great with advice on Palma and Mallorca. I’ll definitely be back to this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.

We had the absolute best experience here! The hotel was sparkling clean and the room had one of the most comfortable beds/pillows I have ever slept in. The decor was really nice and there were great amenities. Rooftop terrace was great and the sun loungers were so comfy! The breakfast buffet was also really nice and fresh with tasty coffee and food. Most of all, the staff were SO lovely and accommodating, special mention to Sebas who was the BEST! He made sure our stay was perfect and was so helpful with anything we needed. 10/10 recommended.

We were on holiday in Alcudia but took this hotel from Palma for one night. It was very suitable for this purpose. A bit of a walk to the old town but doable. Roof terrace with a small swimming pool (large enough for hanging out, not swimming) a very nice place to sit when visiting the hotel, example with a beer. The room and hotel are of a good basic standard. Clean and everything worked. Breakfast has everything you need.

Short 3 night stay at HM Balanguera and can't recommend it enough. Very aesthetically pleasing decor through with clean minimalist boho vibes. Rooftop terrace and pool is cosy but pleasant and ideal in the height of summer. The breakfast was surprisingly good and a perfect way to start the day. Location the only minor negative - approx. 20 mins into the centre, but otherwise, extremely happy with our stay and would recommend!

The Boc Hostels - Beach is a top-notch hostel with 24-hour reception and a minimum age requirement for check-in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with large lockers and balconies. The kitchen is well-equipped for group cooking, and the lobby provides a great space to mingle with other guests. The staff is friendly and offers valuable recommendations on local attractions, cafes, and restaurants.
one of the best hostels I ever been! Really clean and nice atmosphere with extremely warm and welcoming receptionist. Ms. Maite - one the most professional and great person I’ve in whole Island. Great job. tips : Don’t forget to check rooftop - it’s the best for yoga morning practice or just chilling with cup of coffee. Also tip - if booking through their website they won’t charge you for luggage storage.

Stayed in The Boc Hostels - Beach for 4 nights. It was my first time in a hostel and, to be honest, it was a really nice experience. I loved the place, the building, the design. The common areas are very spacious. Given that outside was pretty hot, we had air conditioning inside and it felt very comfortable. Since the beginning and during my stay, Maite, from the reception, was very helpful and kind. She answered to all my questions and had the patience to talk to me about the hostel, the beach and everything I needed. Thanks, by the way. Felt good to try new things and this hostel was exactly what I needed.

I stayed at Boc Hostels Beach twice on my trip and had such a great experience. The location is super close to the airport, the hostel is super clean, and the staff are amazing. A special shoutout to Oscar, who went above and beyond both times I stayed. On my first night, he kindly moved me to another room in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep because of snoring — he was so thoughtful that I ended up canceling another booking just so I could stay here again. The second time, I had a total disaster: I left my passport in a taxi on the way to the airport. Oscar immediately jumped in to help, contacted the taxi, and worked with the team to get it back to me. Thanks to him (and the rest of the staff who kept it safe and communicated so well), I got my passport back. Honestly, the service was exceptional. I’m so grateful and will 100% stay here again. Huge thanks to Oscar and the whole team!

Amazing place to stay especially if you're travelling solo or with friends. The place actually looks as cool as the pictures and the dorms are also very clean and well maintained. Cherry on top, Oscar is so helpful and friendly, you don't even feel you're in a place you've never been!!

This hostel was so nice!! Amazing value, comfy beds, restful vibe but still had options to party outside the hostel. There’s a gorgeous sunroof with a pool and it’s minutes from the beach. Cata on reception was so welcoming and sweet. We had the best time, and will definitely be back soon!

I totally loved staying here!! The hostel itself is a great blend of Art Deco and Modernist aesthetics, with all the amenities/facilities you could want. Great location, super clean, and the staff were a wealth of knowledge for local spots to check out. Maite in particular was incredibly lovely and so so helpful when I had queries, which I really appreciated as someone with a hospo background ☺️
Jessica E — Google review
First solo travel experience for me and it was sooo worth it. I can’t compare any hostel but this one is outstanding. Everything was really modern and clean. There is a lot of space. I could sleep very well although they should work on the light sensor and make it less responsive. It goes on and off every few seconds at night although nobody is moving and behind curtains. The bed was comfy and spacey. The curtains are thick. The locker could have been better in the sense that there is just 2 compartments 1 of which is probably made for the luggage. For me personally it would have been better to be able to sort some clothes in there. The staff was extremely friendly and really responsive with every answer. The showers are clean but some people leave their personal stuff in there and I guess the cleaners can’t really do anything about it because they are scared to throw personal stuff away. I think there should be rules that nobody should leave their stuff in the shower. The bag drop is really convenient although 5€ is to much for it be just an open shelves where strangers could basically touch your personal stuff. I felt a little bit uneasy leaving it there but nothing happened so I am all good. There are identifiers clipped around your stuff one for you to take with you and one for the luggage it self. I can really recommend to attend the pub crawl but here also I felt that the price was way to much. You only get beer from plastic bottles at the first destination and then only one shot for each pub. From all the pubs we attended i could only manage to get one shot in total because I was busy talking and getting to now the people. There needs to be a better system to make it more fair for everybody. At the end it was still worth it because i met a ton of people I was having the greatest time of my life with the following days. So in that sense it was I small price to pay to get to know people. The beach is really close and there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes all around. All in all 5 stars i can recommend. Make sure to book over their website over mobile phone. You can get lower prices that way then booking over big websites.

Puerto Palma, located in Portopi, is a bustling port that serves as a gateway to the city center and other island destinations. The cruise terminal offers convenience with amenities like moving sidewalks and covered stairs for easy access. Visitors can explore the fascinating blend of modern European, ancient Moorish, and Mediterranean cultures while enjoying shopping districts and delicious street food nearby. Additionally, shuttle services are available for convenient transportation to popular attractions such as the cathedral and the beach.
The western section of Port de Palma is the primary docking area for large cruise ships, welcoming thousands of tourists each year. This area also features a marina and yacht club, accommodating luxury yachts and leisure boats.

The city centre and its sights are easy to access by foot (although it's a trek along the harbour esplanade) or by shuttle bus from the cruise terminal (20 -30 mins depending on the traffic). The cathedral is beautiful with market stalls on the left hand side of it in the plaza area. If you cross the main road opposite the gardens, there are some lovely independent cafes and shops. Palma is very busy though and feels quite claustrophobic with the amount of people visiting it.

Airport
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a bustling international airport with convenient public buses connecting to Palma and local resorts within 15 minutes. As the only major city in the Balearic Islands, Palma offers more than just glitzy boutiques and tourist hotspots. The city boasts a stunning old cathedral that dates back to the 13th century, adding dignity and character to its vibrant atmosphere.
The airport is spacious and pleasantly cool, which is especially nice in hot weather. Everything is clean, with plenty of well-maintained restrooms. For travelers with gadgets, there are many convenient charging spots. The airport has a wide variety of shops offering everything from souvenirs to useful travel items. There are also many car rental companies available right on site, making it easy to rent a vehicle upon arrival. Overall, it’s comfortable, convenient, and pleasant to be here.

This is the Parma Major airport. We used it for a few hours. We ate in there. We had a layover for a few hours. As you can see, it’s very clean very nice quite large in airport I as you can see from the photos it’s got a lot of shops where you can eat areas where you can sit if you look at the photos and their descriptions, you will see that there’s a lot to do and it can pass a couple of hours while grabbing a coffee, some food there’s many places waiting grab cakes, pastries, etc. etc.
Travel L — Google review
This beautiful airport is the 3rd biggest in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona. It’s located about 9 km from Palma centre. It has got a lot of facilities like cafés, restaurants, bars and a lot of duty free shopping. One must be little careful on arrival because it has two different sections for baggages. One must see the screen and then move forward.
Balkrishna S — Google review
The restrooms could definitely be cleaned more frequently, and passengers themselves should also be more considerate and avoid leaving the toilet seats dirty. When I went to use the restroom, 2 out of 2 stalls were splashed with urine. On the positive side, in Terminal C transit area we found a smoking room, which is a good point – some European airports don’t even offer that. Overall, there are certainly better airports, but also worse ones. With the recent renovations and a bit more attention to cleanliness, it could improve a lot. For now, it’s 3 stars from me.

Nice airport! Spend some time here waiting for a connecting flight. The airport is always very crowded but seems to be handling all the tourists extremely well. The airport is in great shape, lots of amentities and things to do including bars, shops and restaurants. A big plus is that it is very close to the beach, so tourists can almost walk to the ocean! Enjoy your stay!

Very clean airport but is so busy, was quick going though the passport control and your bags did not take very long to come out, there are a lot of food and gifts shops inside the airport but it is not cheap to buy food here as it a lot more then the UK prices

Good airport, big. Lots of places to shop. Be warned, unlike some airports you cannot buy duty free when you arrive. Also don't bother prebooking a taxi, you will pay alot for that. There is a taxi rank outside with an orderly queue, which goes down quick and your taxi will be half the price.
Anthony M — Google review
After reading other people's reviews, I expected the worst. We arrived 3 hours earlier. The airport is large and many people, but it's easy to navigate and everything goes quickly. The staff is friendly. All check-in counters were open for Rainer's landing. Passport control was completed in 2 minutes. Lots of restaurants and shops. Large duty free.

Catalonia Majórica is a stylish seaside hotel located in Palma de Mallorca, offering contemporary rooms with views of the harbor. The hotel features three pools, including an outdoor pool overlooking Palma Bay, as well as a hot tub and a small gym. Guests can enjoy international cuisine at the Gastrobar while taking in the ocean view or make use of room service.
I decided to upgrade to a sea view room, the view made it well worth it, and by joining the rewards scheme, which was free of charge, it paid for itself by more than double. The breakfast selections were superb, with a lovely atmosphere. Eating outside in the evening was also a nice experience, lovely view over the harbour, along with a good menu. The location, is a 40 minute walk to the centre of Palma, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel, at €2 each. The buses tend to be very full at popular times. All in all, a fantastic hotel, that I would visit again, and recommend to anyone, especially couples looking for a peaceful break.

Perfect hotel for intensive tourism Perfect breakfasts, comparable with 4/5-stars resorts. Restaurant and bar working until 12am, so there was no problem to get a good meal to work for a couple of hours while my family is sleeping in the apartment. Beautiful view and comfortable balcony to get lunch with family. Supper kind and supportive staff. Good location near to a shopping center with excellent restaurants and activities for kids. Special thanks to Anielka for helping us with thousands of questions. This is a hotel, not a resort, so facilities are somewhat limited. If you plan a long stay with many days solely in the hotel, this might be not a best choice. If you mostly travel and spend only mornings, evenings and maybe lunch time in the hotel - this is 100% perfect choice.

With a picturesque oceanside view, our stay was relaxing, thanks to the amazing customer service and comfortable rooms. The suites easily accommodated our large group. 🌟 Review for Ms. Cristina – Hotel Catalonia Majorica, Palma de Mallorca 🌟 We had a wonderful experience thanks to Ms. Cristina at the reception! She was extremely helpful, cordial, and welcoming right from the moment we arrived. On request, she kindly arranged for our rooms well before check-in time and went out of her way to suggest great places to eat and explore around Palma. Every question was answered with patience and a warm smile. Cristina truly represents the spirit of hospitality — she’s the kind of person who should be the face of Catalonia Hotels! Her professionalism and kindness made our stay all the more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for the excellent service we received from her.

Only visited for one night with a friend. The check-in process was easy with a very friendly member of staff on reception. The room (at the front of the hotel) was spacious, I would recommend paying extra for a rear facing room (over the harbour) if you're staying for a longer period of time. The aircon worked well enough, in combination with the ceiling fan atleast (18th Aug). The shower was great with the large rainfall head, loads of pressure. The window in the shower opened inwards meaning that people in buildings opposite would be able to see in..bit strange. The pool was large enough for the size of the hotel, only went in last afternoon when the sun was starting to duck behind the hotel, but it's still warm enough. Whilst I didn't use the indoor pool I did change there. There's 1 male and 1 female changing area, each has a toilet and a shower though there is no lock for the main door and the toilet door also had a broken lock. A bit of a strange setup.

Terrible Experience – Definitely Not 4 Stars My stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was extremely disappointing. Check-in took over an hour due to painfully slow staff (it was 12 am). Breakfast bread tasted really bad, as if it was a week old. Cockroaches were seen on the floors, chips littered the elevator, and tissues were nowhere to be found in the entire hotel — we had to buy our own. Shower caused flooding in the bathroom. My friends’ room was in the basement, but with the elevator out of order, they had to carry their luggage themselves. The rooms were far from comfortable. Cherry on top: on the last day, we returned at 3 pm to find our room uncleaned and with no fresh towels — we had to go to the lobby to get them. Before going to dinner, I had left my expensive Chanel sunglasses and a gold ring in a case on the table in the room. Later that evening, the cleaning staff entered our room to clean it at night, claiming they were “busy in the morning,” and the sunglasses along with the ring were gone. The reception denied any wrongdoing and, instead of opening an investigation, one staff member rudely said: “What do you want me to do, buy you new sunglasses?” Overall: uncomfortable rooms, dirty hotel, terrible service, and rude, unprofessional staff. Do not book this hotel — it’s nowhere near 4-star quality and will ruin your stay in Mallorca.

Stayed here 4 nights during October for the 10k running event. The room for one person was large, with a king size double bed and a spacious bathroom with great shower. The outlook wasn't anything special, but they do have sea facing rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices, hot and cold. Nice outside pool and terrace, and a separate terrace with bar service with views over the port, and in the distance the cathedral. Depending on your requirements, hotel is excellently located for the cruise port, but it's about 1.75 miles from the cathedral/central area. Taxi costs are about €10 euro to the cathedral, or take the number 4 bus, which stops close by, and thats €2. Note that Ubers are more expensive than taxis here. Shopping centre with food outlets 5 minutes walk away. We were checked in by Diana, who was very polite and professional, and spoke excellent English.

We stayed here for 5 nights and could not fault the hotel whatsoever. The hotel is lovely and clean at all times. The rooms are brilliant and have everything you could want. From the shower, to the comfy bed and the large smart tv, it was well worth the money. I’d like to especially mention the staff, they would always greet us with a smile and were incredibly helpful at all times. The pools are brilliant too, and we never struggled to find an unoccupied sunbed. I’d highly recommend including breakfast in your stay as it was delicious everyday, with so many different options. The only thing that could be improved was the gym, there isn’t much equipment in there. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma – right in the center, yet with quiet and modern rooms. Very nice rooftop pool with bar and beautiful pool area in the patio. Friendly service and fair prices for drinks and food – great breakfast. Very nice policy on sun loungers – towels left on "reserved" loungers are removed in a friendly but consistent manner, so that all guests looking for a lounger can find a spot. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay & see you next time.

Very nice hotel and well run and managed. For a city hotel they have a decent outside space even so for a week stay it will be very claustrophobic I guess. The only thing I do not like are the glass doors to the bathroom where you have no noise cancellation. But that is a minor detail in the overall good experience.

Great hotel in a perfect location near Santa Catalina. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The food is outstanding, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight. However, the rooms are extremely noisy – tiled floors, thin walls and doors. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Just don’t expect peace and quiet if you have loud neighbors.

Hotel Nixe Palace is a luxurious beachfront hotel located in Cala Major, Mallorca. Once a popular spot for Hollywood celebrities in the 1950s, it still exudes old-school glamour. The hotel offers an outdoor pool with a bar, spa facilities, and a gym. Its privileged location provides stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Palma and the open sea. Guests can enjoy marble bathrooms with Bvlgari toiletries and excellent sea-view restaurants.
As a tough critic of hotels, I can say confidently that this hotel is 5 stars all around. Fantastic service and professionalism and a special thanks to Jorge. Excellent location—both for its beach front location and views but also for proximity to old town palma ~ within 10 minutes driving or by bus. The water is crystal clear, and relatively shallow. Breakfast was also great, as was the room and housekeeping. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in or near Palma.

Very enjoyable stay. The front of the hotel and surrounding area can give a false impression at first - could appear a little run down. Step into the hotel and go to the back and it could not be more different. Service is good at restaurants. Front desk can be a little rude, especially the woman. Rooms are good although a little dated. Sun beds need to be reserved early in the morning. The beach is not owned by the hotel and beds on beach must be paid for. I would be a return guest.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Nixe Palace for 5 nights and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We traveled with 7 adults and 1 toddler. The rooms and property are clean, modern and well kept. The view is spectacular. Location-wise, the hotel is in walking distance to great restaurants and cafes in Cala Major and it is quick 10 min drive to downtown Palma. The service and staff are really exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and kind, especially to our toddler. We had high hopes for Nixe Palace and booked a room here for the last 2 nights of our 7 night stay in Mallorca. There were a lot of great things about the hotel, but it fell short in a few areas for the price we paid - or if we had paid even more, we likely would've chosen somewhere else. The staff was amazing - most notably, Fidel, and Chris. From the moment we arrived they were attentive, kind, helpful, and friendly. Chris helped us with our luggage to our room and showed us around, and Fidel was outstanding - he was so kind and provided us with exceptional service at the restaurant and bar. Thank you - Fidel! The property itself is beautiful - with great views, a nice pool and lounge area, bar, and beachfront property that was spacious enough to go visit. The location was also great - we took taxis into Palma which were no longer than 10 minutes, we found parking easily, and it was nearby a lot of restaurants and areas to visit. We purchased a room without a sea view and we regretted this decision - we should have upgraded it early on, or we would've stayed somewhere else. We did get an email to upgrade it but the window to upgrade was less than a day and we missed it. There were no rooms left to upgrade to when we arrived, and we were put in maybe one of the worst rooms - all the way in the back corner, with a balcony that overlooked another apartment complex, a chain-link fence, and the sewage piping from the bathroom. The inside of the room was fine - the bathroom however didn't really drain and the shower head flow was off. The other part of our stay that was frustrating was that our room keys didn't work. We spent about 30+ minutes and several trips from our room back to the front desk, inclusive of engineers coming by to fix the situation. I came back from the pool one night and it wasn't working - then I went back to the front desk, they gave me a new key - and it still didn't work... so I had to go back another time. There's something wrong with the room keys and the room but it was super inconvenient and the staff didn't seem to believe us that it didn't work? Overall, beautiful property, great staff and nice rooms - but for the price, there are better places to stay.

A truly exceptional experience as the staff treat guests like Kings, Maru,Jorge and Fidel were fantastic and I had to mention in person to the manager that his team were amazing. We have already rebooked to return. Thank you to The Nixe Palace for a fabulous holiday.

Hotel Joan Miró Museum in Palma de Mallorca offers comfortable rooms with balconies, dining options, a bar, and an outdoor pool with sun loungers. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Cala Mayor Beach and Porto Pi Centro Comercial. Guests can enjoy various recreational activities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, and bike rentals. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi access, concierge services, and an arcade/game room.
It was a really lovely hotel with very helpful people working there . The breakfast was also good. The only thing is we had loud neighbors with dogs also smoking on the balcony. As I'm not smoking it was a bit annoying because u can't open the balcony door otherwise the room smells like cigarettes. Maybe they should have some non-smoking rooms. The location was 20min from the city center with the bus not too bad. The room was cleaned every day fresh towels also provided. Also prepare yourself for walking up the hill every day.

Overall this was a great, affordable place to stay. There is a bus stop down the street that will get you into Palma and it’s really close to the beach and some good bars/restaurants. The staff were very kind and attentive and could be considered a highlight of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were stocked with basic toiletries, with other items available upon request. That being said, I find it hard to call this a 4-star hotel. The main complaints I have with this hotel lie in its construction. The elevator is tiny and showing its age (not a problem for me as a single person, but something to note for those in large wheelchairs). The walls are paper thin; I could easily hear conversations in the room next to mine, and when you’re in the hallway you can hear them halfway down the hall. The air conditioning (at least in my room) doesn’t seem like it was capable of producing cold air; it kept the room at an acceptable temperature, but I still found myself having to sleep with blankets off. On my first night, my room door’s card reader battery died and the attendant on call was having a hard time fixing it; this wouldn’t have been a huge deal if it weren’t midnight and took until 1am to get the door open (though he was dealing with checking in customers at the time, so I knew he was a bit overwhelmed). I understand that I just got really unlucky with the battery running out during my stay and the attendant was very apologetic for taking so long to fix it, so I don’t really blame the hotel for this, but some sort of compensation would have been nice. Hopefully it is part of their maintenance list to replace the batteries every so often before they die and inconvenience a customer. Also, I would highly recommend for the hotel to put in peepholes in the doors of every room as a safety measure, that should be a standard. Hopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism and can be used to improve certain aspects of the hotel, as I do not think it is one of the bad ones, it could just use a bit of sprucing up.

This is a very nice hotel. The team is really attentive and patient (shout out to Samuel, the breakfasts show cooker, always a smile on his face and overall a sunshining person). The breakfast was one of the best I was given to try, very good omelets and quite a big variety of products to choose from. The AC in the room is a really good point, and you can change the temperature as you please. We did rent a car through the hotels service and it all went great. Overall a really nice experience, even though we do have to say that the house keeping was not always at its best (we did have to ask them to vacuum because they had not done it for the entire stay), but nothing horrible really.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to this year! Everyone working in the hotel was very kind, welcoming and helpful, as this was my first trip alone, they gave me excellent advice and recommendations for my days in Mallorca. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of food. The pool is big and the place is super relaxing. Definitely will come back with my family!!!
Stephanie M — Google review
The hotel is in a good area, the breakfast is particularly rich, and the service from the reception staff is very good. However, the rooms are not in the best condition, especially the bathroom. To begin with, the rooms are quite small, and there are no places where you can hang a towel or anything else to dry. Nevertheless, on the balcony door there is a sign saying that nothing should be hung outside. But where are we supposed to dry our clothes when we return from the beach? Mallorca is a summer destination. Also, overpriced for 200+ euros per night.
Mihalis G — Google review
The hotel is wonderful. Not the newest or fanciest but the amazing staff more than make up for this. 100% of the interactions were friendly and helpful. Will definitely repeat my stay when I have a chance to return to the city. Location ok to visit the city.

Hotel Joan has been a pleasant stay for a group of four girls ( in our late 20s). We stayed in 2 double bedrooms for 4 nights. Rooms were clean, air conned and a good size. They provided slippers and clean towels each day. There was also shampoo and body wash. The beds were clean and comfy and we were also provided with TVs in each room. There is a mini bar which charges at a fair price ( €2.80 euro for Fanta/ coke ETC). Breakfast was excellent !! A great mixture of continental ( yogurt, fruit, veg, bread, cakes, pastries) and cooked ( pancakes, fresh omelette, sausages, bacon etc). There was also a coffee machine and lots of alternative milk options which was great. There is also a bar and restaurant available throughout the day. We got the club sandwich on one of the days which was delicious and a good price. Sadly, there was a strong smell of sewage that came in waves throughout the day / night coming from a vent. The rest of the hotel was fresh and did not appear a problem. We asked the staff if they could help with this which they said they would take a look at however it did not seem to go. We were able to continue staying , however the smell was quite off putting. Despite this staff were amazing and kind, and the pool and gym were kept in excellent condition. Despite it being summer holidays there was plenty of space to sunbathe and the pool never felt too busy. The hotel is located about 10 minute walk from the centre of Cala major and 2 minutes from a local corner shop and bus stop ( just a reminder that the buses only accept cash or getting a special bus card). The staff were really helpful in ordering us a taxi for our 5am morning flight. We enjoyed our stay and feel it was a good deal for the price ( £280 per person for a 4 night stay - breakfast included).
Holly F — Google review
This hotel is run-down and we didn't get what we paid for. There were many problems with the place, for example: 1. Instead of a double room, we had two single beds. There wasn't even a mattress topper to join them together (see pic). 2. The air conditioning in the room was almost non-existant. Even with it on 24/7, the room probably stayed around 26 degrees. 3. The curtains in the room were not big enough for the windows, meaning loads of light came in early in the morning (see pic for them closed as much as possible). 4. The hairdryer in the room was broken, as was the bathroom sink which had a crack running through it and was sharp to touch (see pic). 5. We found someone's old hat at the back of a shelf in the wardrobe, so it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. 6. We didn't trust eating much of the breakfast other than pastry things. On the first day, we ate around 9am and the hot food was barely warm. There weren't many guests, and it was clear the food was cooked in such big batches that they never refreshed things. This also meant we didn't trust the huge vats of yoghurt etc as they weren't kept very cold. 7. There were several power cuts on the final night meaning that our phones wouldn't charge properly for travelling the next day. There were a couple of positives of the hotel: the swimming pool was good, and because the hotel was so quiet we were able to get loungers at any time of day. The location of the hotel was also convenient for both the beach (10min walk) and a regular bus into Palma. A free shuttle bus was also put on by the hotel once a day to get to Palma.

With 101 functional rooms offering fantastic views over the city, some featuring balconies and seating areas, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Perfect location to discover the city. Just hop on a taxi for the day at the beach. The room was nice and the team was super friendly and reliable. Just maybe a negative point at the rooftop bar where we had to wait quite a bit before being served. The rooftop pool is small but really enjoyable to start or end the day! The privatized spa was stunning!

Average Service in an average hotel. It’s pretty good to stay in the center of the city but we had a terrible smell in our room which completely ruined our experience. Furthermore some of the staff were very friendly and also some were quite impolite. I would not recommend it and will not stay again. BTW: the roof top is nice but to get a sun chair is almost impossible.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooftop bar with a pool is incredible, and the room was spotlessly clean – seriously one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff was beyond nice and super professional. Thanks for a fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back.👌🙂

My overall stay was quite pleasant. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The rooms were perfectlly cleaned everyday. The reception staff were great. Special shout out to Javier who was the 1st person me and my partner dealt with. We had some difficulties with a waiter at the restaurant; however, I appreciate how stressful it can be when you have a large group wanting to sit together. I believe the incident could have been handled better from day one instead of being resolved a few days after when we were leaving the hotel. We do appreciate how it was handled, albeit delayed.

Exceptional service from Staff and comfortable rooms. Thank you for the team at Reception desk especially Sanae. I kept needing to extend my stay with short notice and Sanae made this simple and convenient each time. Great location close to lots of restaurants and main Bus Terminal. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Breakfast has lots of choice and is managed very well. Will look forward to coming back.

Overall a nice hotel in the city with good service, calm and clean rooms and the breakfast is totally fine with a variation of intentional and local foods. There is a pool at the roof top. Also the city center is few minutes (approx 10min) away.
Hafid H — Google review
1.Location is the top seller for this hotel. 2.Pool on the top floor would have been a good idea if the steps were not incredibly slippery and the pools sides werent straight glass like walls. There are 3 beach chairs so good luck. There is a bar so you could stay at the bar, so you had to buy a drink to be able to have a place to stay while at the pool. 3.Breakfast was ok, reffiling was decently fast but the variation was very small. 3 types of fruits, literally 3 bottles of natural juice, small glasses of course so you had to get up 100 times for a pint equivalent of water.. 4.Service varied, front desk was great, hotel personel ok, polite, smilling but had a habbit to turn the AC on max and the lowest temperature. Let me explain why it is not ok. Everytime you go out even for a short walk you swear or heat up, then at the hotel it was freezing, i had to go always ahead change the temp, go down and wait with my wife and kids to not have everyone catch a cold. 5. Room was so awkward that the extra bed was almost blocking the door entrance. I have a height of 187 cm and in the normal, not extra bed of the room my feet were hanging out from the ankles, i had to sleep on a transversal to even fit. Next to our window was a storage outside area for the bars drinks etc. Every night i was kept awakeat least till 1 AM by bottles being thrown into the cases or hitting eachother, besides the fact that we had to always keep the curtains closed so we had some privacy. Horrible room design, you can see the desire to fit as many rooms as possible. Overall, i do NOT recommend this hotel unless you want just a place to crash after staying out all day, eating out, and literally you dont care where you sleep or how.

Hostel
The Boc Hostels - City is a trendy accommodation option that offers an exercise room, lounge, bar, and a rooftop terrace with a pool. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast, which also serves as an opportunity to meet fellow travelers and plan the day ahead. The hostel provides well-organized spaces with private lockers and a big kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. Additionally, there are various seating areas for socializing or enjoying some alone time.
I stayed at the hostel with my friend and we both fell in love with this hostel. The building, rooms and spots to hang out and meet new people were amazing and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Martin at the reception. We got so many useful tips on what to do on the island and where to go eat. I would definitely recommend this hostel to everyone, especially if you want to meet new people. For this joining Pub crawl is the best choice! I´ve met so many kind and amazing people!
Hana N — Google review
There are so many great things about this hostel, but equally so many things that are not so great. The pros, my partner and I had a private room, it was very clean, towels and body wash provided. The rooftop pool is lovely, lots of lounging space and a bar with affordable prices. The downstairs commons area and kitchen were also very clean and sociable. The cons, the thermostat in our room did not work so we couldn’t control the temperature. It took around 2 hours for the staff to turn the AC on, but it was quite difficult to get them to adjust the temperature as it had to be done by someone who could control it through a computer or something. So we were freezing throughout the night. The room and windows are not sound proof at all. The windows open up into the court yard where people are up all night talking. Our windows would not fully close so we couldn’t even try to block out the sound. So we were freezing and the noise kept us up! The last night however we asked for an actually blanket which they gave to us but the person who brought it up, opened the door with their key rather than knocking! It’s a great place if youre wanting to meet people and what not, but I wouldn’t stay again.

the best hostel I’ve ever been to in my entire life! clean, organized, with a very dedicated, friendly and professional team. the spaces are really well thought out, there’s comfort everywhere and even a little sofa wherever you go! furthermore, the showers are better than the one i have at home 😂🫶🏽✨ I recommend it a thousand times over, especially if you want to make friends from all around the world. the atmosphere is really stunning & energizing. a special hug to all the staff, from housekeeping to reception, who make the stay a 5-star experience! I hope to come back one day to enjoy this incredible vibe again! I spent 6 wonderful days there. ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

I recently stayed at this hostel with some friends, and we were very impressed. Much better than your traditional hostel, and the facilities didn't disappoint. The rooftop pool was the place to relax once we had come back from a busy day out. The pool also featured a bar with a decent selection of drinks to suit all tastes. All the other guests were friendly and inviting, making everyone feel welcome. The only thing I would say that is a down on this place is in the bed area, it gets very hot when sleeping, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and really good staff who were very accommodating.

Expansive (maybe because is high season... so everything in Mallorca is expansive now), but very nice hostel. Different areas, a lot going on, young and friendly environment! The guests have are nice and have a vibe. Finding a spot to park nearby is very though tho.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was very clean and well-kept. The beds were in individual pods, which made sleeping private and comfortable. Whole hostel is very modern, clean and has a rooftop pool! The staff were friendly – Fran in particular was very welcoming and made the stay even nicer. Highly recommend!

The room was fresh, clean and really comfortable. Everything felt well thought out and made you really relax. What impressed me the most was the staff. Her name was Guada. She was incredibly nice, helpful and professional – always with a smile and a genuine desire to make the stay as good as possible. Check-in was smooth, and I received quick answers to any questions I had.
Yafet T — Google review
Good well equipped hostel, has a great kitchen area for all your cooking needs, many of social and chill areas, snooker and ice hockey tables, a fitness room and a roof top pool with bar. Reason for my 3 star rating on the overall room and service is because 1- there are cockroaches in the hostel, and 2- majority of the sun bed loungers on the roof top are reserved, some staff are very rude and arrogant with this and like to control saying they are reserved for the staff, I do not think that this should be permitted as we are paying guests so should be allowed use of the sun bed loungers.

Overall hotel room was nice and central. Only complaint is the Air Conditioning did not work! It was very very warm in the rooms. This was never indicated in the booking information.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and booked two rooms for the duration. The rooms were great, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows in one of the rooms that filled the space with natural light and offered stunning views. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot weather, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the convenience of wireless charging on the bedside table. The location is perfect—close to the city center, with a bus stop right across the street, and many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink and a bottle of water on the day of check-in, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful rooms, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities.

Stayed here for a few nights - was fine but not the best experience. Pros: - fairly economical - within walking distance to shops and restaurants - close to a few underground garages so convenient if you drive Cons: - for two out of four days, we put up the “please make up room” sign after we left for the day, and they didn’t do that, so we weren’t able to come back to a cleaned room after a day out - i asked the staff if they can help me move luggage up to the room and they said “no we don’t do that here” - no lotion or hair conditioner - the AC was working blowing cold air, but it was still quite humid in the room

Rooms are ok. Hair dryer , sockets, bathroom has shampoo and body wash. Towels are a little old. 2 nights for €350 ish is not cheap. So why are there no coffee supplies in the room? There is a kettle but no tea/ coffee or milk. Bought some coffee from nearby shop so asked reception for some milk and was referred to the woman at the bar and was charged nearly €2 for some milk to make coffee. This is poor service.
Martin B — Google review
We stayed here for 2 nights, location is great and walking distance to all the main attractions of Palma and felt extremely safe. The staff were kind and always greeted us with a genuine smile on their face. There were also a lot of great food options close by and accessibility to supermarkets. The room was mostly clean, however the shower had mould in it leading us to shower with sandals on. There was a kettle and a fridge which was great however only paper cups in the room. There was a large glass bottle of water promoting reusability which seemed to contradict that there were no mugs in the room and only single use paper cups. The blanket was sandwiched between two sheets instead of a using a doona cover. This hotel was the most expensive we paid in our 9 week Europe trip however the price did not match the amenities. Breakfast was not included in the price and was an additional €15 p/p which we decided not to take up due to other reviews from guests. There is also no parking available which is understandable due to it being so central and parking is limited, however the hotel suggested a parking lot that was around €35 a day which is extremely expensive. We found a carpark ourselves after dropping the bags off that was about a 10min walk from the accommodation that was €5 per day, and was safe to leave there over 2 nights. Location for Google maps: Aparcament Santa Pagesa - SMAP (39.5822523, 2.6492812)

The room was clean but a bit small to be called a "suite" was more on par with a standard double. Breakfast wasn't great for €15 I would advise going to one of the cafes nearby instead. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

we stayed at the BO hotel in Palma de Mallorca for three nights. Absolutely fantastic!!! Room was specious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. A nice little hotel in a great location with pleasant helpful staff, comfortable beds, and great shower pressure. Rooms on the B Level (B1-B3) are directly above a restaurant and share a corridor with housekeeping and restaurant storage making them extremely loud and very difficult to sleep. The rooms are also poorly insulated from noise above and on the busy late night streets outside. This hotel would be appropriate for a short budget stay, but not much more.

Such lovely hotel representatives working at the check in reception. Lovely boutique hotel Rooms smell great, location is amazing and the staff are so generous with their time. I think the lovely lady was Alameda and the gentleman from Argentina was Marko. Really not sure of names but truly exceptional. One suggestion is to provide creamers with the espresso and larger cups. Other than that shower was great, magnifying mirror and corner room had great fresh air and large. Location was perfect.
