We were served by the wonderful Mattias and his service was fantastic from start to finish. We stumbled across this place and it had only just opened but it filled up very quickly and Mattais was still attentive and gave great recommendations. The baja fish tacos were the stands out for us, the home made tortillas were so fresh and very authentic! Cannot recommend this place enough. If you can handle spice, their hot sauce is fab!

Clearly very popular as always had a line outside. Food was excellent - really tasty and portions excellent value for money. Recommend sharing nachos and pulled pork tacos. Service a little slow but not bad.

The food and atmosphere at Primo Taqueria are great no complaints there. But as I always say, if customer service is weak, sooner or later the ship will sink. I’ve worked as a bar chef, and I always told my team: customers don’t care about your problems; they just want good food, good drinks, and friendly service. If you can’t give 100%, it’s better to stay home it helps the team and the restaurant. Unfortunately, service was the big downside today. We waited outside the door, and the service girl walked past us without even a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you.” On top of that, she looked unhappy the kind of look that makes you want to leave right away. We decided to stay, and eventually another staff member served us. He was friendlier, but still not 100%. Overall: delicious food, but disappointing service. And even though the food was great, I wouldn’t come back because for me, staff attitude makes all the difference.

Honestly was very excited to try this place. Unfortunately not very impressed, had the nachos to start which were nice nothing to rave about. Had a cocktail and corona very reasonably priced. The mains - she got the chicken tacos, very flavourless, dry chicken the only flavour was from the sauce. I had the chicken burrito same problem just not a lot of flavour the chicken was less dry but just not amazing as I would have liked. I also asked for a coke with my main which never arrived. Then once we had finished I asked for the bill waited 15 minutes and had to ask again. The place was rather busy but just not what you expect a bit frustrating as we were really looking forward to this.

Food is very tasty, but for my opinion portions should be a bit bigger (reffering to tacos). But I would recommend it for sure. Staff is very polite and location is great wuth nice outside terrace.

This place was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend it to anybody. Even to somebody who is gluten intolerant because they were able to cater to my allergies perfectly. The tacos were naturally gluten free! I highly recommend the chicken taco and pulled pork😍 the atmosphere was very vibey!

We ate here on a Sunday - it was busy - great food and service - if you want a good value meal with plenty of choice and great service then this ticks the box. 5 of us and the bill was €115.15 - let a tip and name on the wall 5 out of 5 - thanks really enjoyed it.

I visited L’Informal Tacos for dinner once during my trip to Palma and the food was delicious. The restaurant is modern and industrial-style with digital menus that you can access through a QR code at the table. We were not informed when seated, instead we had to wave down a waiter and ask. The service was okay, but we absolutely adored the food. It’s perfect for a lighter dinner and I strongly recommend the vegetarian tacos with the sweet potatoes. I’m not a big fan of sweet potatoes but just had to order more of them. It would have been perfect with another vegetarian option for tacos. I would strongly recommend a visit based on the quality of the food.

This place absolutely lives up to the hype!! Do not think about it - just go! We got the beef brisket, pork belly and prawn tacos. I was blown away by the beef brisket. Other two also fab. Very reasonably priced too. Service also good - thank you!

The restaurant was truly one of the best Mexican places I’ve tried recently. The tacos were flavorful and well-prepared, especially the two different beef tacos we ordered. The guacamole was simply outstanding, fresh and perfectly seasoned, while the lemonades were so refreshing and balanced. The atmosphere was cozy and enjoyable, and the service was quick and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

The place is beautiful and the service is excellent! We started with ceviche and guacamole — both were delicious, especially the ceviche. For tacos, the crispy chicken was our favorite, but the beef and brisket were also really good. And the bar makes fantastic cocktails!

Absolutely incredible experience at L’informal Tacos! These are hands down the best tacos I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, the chefs are amazing. The service was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were also blown away by the cocktails, which were some of the best we’ve had anywhere in Europe. A must-visit spot if you love great food, amazing drinks, and a relaxed vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent food. We took a variety of starters and tacos, all really tasty, fresh and aromatic. The guac is next to perfection. Very friendly staff that was able to accommodate us on short notice. Really recommend!

We went there twice, that’s how much we loved it: one time without reservation (we were sat at the bar and given an hour to eat) and one time with reservation. At the bar we felt a bit pressured and rushed because it was packed. Fast service, amazing food which is decently priced, great modern atmosphere. Our favourite was the queso fondido, it was amazing. I tried the tres leches cake, which I also really loved.

One of the best meals of my life. Serving sizes surprisingly large but not lacking in flavour. Our Spanish wasn’t great but the staff were super lovely in letting us stumble through in Spanish and explaining in English when needed. Great experience

TLDR: If there was a 6th star I would add it - this place is amazing. Just go here for the best Mexican food in Europe. We are from the United States and have a house in Mexico. this is the best Mexican food I have had outside of Mexico/ United states ever! - I have not been back to either in 2 years - I am so happy. Margaritas- Perfect Flautas - insanely good Tacos el Pastor - so damn good I can not say anything more than this food is amazing. It’s so good there is a line outside waiting to get in. Pro tip: be there when they open the doors or get a reservation!

Absolute delight!! Just order nachos with guacamole 🥑 and enjoy the heavenly mexican food. I really liked the food here. Authentic and worth every cent. Advice: Just reserve a place before you go there as it is popular and you might not get a seat there.

This is an amazing little restaurant. The best Taco's that I have ever eaten. They deliver high quality food at very reasonable prices. Make sure to visit here and also try the Margarita. Staff are amazing also. Seafood tacos stole the show.

Amazing place for tacos, tostadas and other Mexican specialties. The restaurant is located on the border of the former fishing district of Palma and not far from the fish market also worth a trip. Cozy atmosphere inside, the outside seating is not too comfortable by a big street. Food was absolutely amazing especially the tuna tostada and the tacos. Would recommend to any fan of authentic Mexican tacos

2/10 The portions are small and the food isn’t very tasty. The staff were preparing the food with poor hygiene, and they were quite rude as well. Avoid this place at all costs. There’s another restaurant next door that’s much better, and there are plenty of other places that serve better Mexican food than this one.

Stopped by here for brunch as my partner and I wanted something 'fresh' for our first day in Mallorca. We had the guacmole with tortillas and four tacos: chicken, pork, shrimp, beef. The homemade tortilla and fresh guacamole let us now immediately that Aquanauta was serious in delivering great mexican food. My personal favourite taco was the chicken - slow, cooked, juciy and full of flavour, I've had nothing like it. My partner really enjoyed the pork. Prices are on the higher-side as four tacos and the guacamole set us back ~€35. Service was more than adequate, for a casual eatery. Waiter was friendly and let me practice my Spanish with him.

I love this place! Definitely my favorite Mexican in whole mallorca! The food is delicious and the vibe is just amazing. Living in California for 7 years and eating Mexican cuisine weekly - definitely brought me back to that authentic feeling. My go to order is the Baha California Tacos and the Dump Trump Quesadilla. Just a MUST!!!! One of my favorite restaurants on the island 🥰

We visited Mallorca last year and found this hidden gem accidentally, let me tell you the reason we went back this year, this restaurant was a big part of it. The food and service is unmatched. If I could I would eat here every single day! We are so so thankful for everything, we even drove across the whole island just to have dinner here again. We ate at this restaurant twice last year and this year sadly only once because we didn’t acknowledge that on Mondays it’s closed. Best food we ever ate, we will definently return in the future (again😉), thank you for making us the best food and being the best service ever. ❤️

This is one of my favourite meals in Europe. They nailed everything and the sangria was delicious. Recommend the salmon, octopus and miso cod. Actually everything we had I recommend! It’s hard to do everything well and they did. Every dish was as good or better than the next. Service was good as well and timely. Cannot fault.

We were recommended this place by a friend, and we’re so happy we stopped by. Everything we ordered was delicious! The food came out quickly with almost no wait, even though it was peak hours around 8pm. The dishes were a little on the pricier side, but the taste made up for it. Our favorite was the burrata. We ordered five dishes for two people, which turned out to be the perfect amount for us!😊

Same here with the family for a lovely dinner. We were in the first floor, which I think was the great fit as it wasn’t too loud. We ordered half of the menu and I highly recommend just to taste all of it. Here’s an extract of what we got price and quality ratio very high.

Truly best place we’ve visited during our 5 day Palma trip and I only wish I skipped on some other places and came back here. Start with cocktails, they r superb. Wine list nice and local, ask waiters for recommendation if not sure, they are great at finding best picks for you. Food is extraordinary. Beef tartare with foie gras we ordered as a starter and then again as a dessert. We had majority of the menu and everything was fingerlickingly superb. I highly recommend making a reservation (online system works great) and going there- if there is one place to visit, this is the one.

Amazing spot with various seating options right next to the cathedral. Booking online highly recommended - otherwise you may miss out. Food is very creative, well presented and very tasty. Cocktails are thoughtful and fresh. Service friendly and fast. Would def recommend.

Service and ambience: Make sure to book as it gets quite busy. Great service make Claudia was our server and she made sure we had a great time. Food: The food was amazing we had the burrata salad, the tuna con, chicken croquettes, beef & mushroom tacos and finally the duck gyoza. All highly recommended orders one of my best restaurant experiences.

A fab evening at a lively restaurant. We were indoors upstairs but it was lovely. Food was excellent. 5 dishes between two of us. The black cod and aubergine dishes the standout. Then there was the Golden Egg desert. Wow

Unbelievably flavorful authentic Mexican food at a fair price. I got the Cochinita Pibil and was blown away by the depth of flavor contained in the marinated pork. There was a slight spice, some sweetness, and endless complexity. Complemented well by the pickled onions and seasoned rice, it comes with a couple of warm tortillas to make your own burritos or tacos out of it. The staff is very friendly and if you are an English speaker expect to get the translator out. I have said that you’re always smiling in a Mexican restaurant, and you will have a huge smile on your face after eating here.

I went here twice (so far) on my 4 day trip to Mallorca and I'm going again tonight! This place is INCREDIBLE! Honestly, I am from California where the Mexican food is delicious but I was surprised by how much this place surpassed my expectations. Definitely and highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic, inspiring, and overall great tasting food with a fun vibe. I got the green enchiladas the first night, ceviche and tres leches cake the second night (pictured here), and tonight who knows?! All so good and satisfies my yearning for Mexican. I can't wait for tonight 😀

Best Mexican food outside of Mexico. I’m from California and haven’t eaten tons of Mexican food, and this ranks among some of the best. I’ve had mole enchiladas and the Tampiqueña and highly recommend those. We had the tres leches and it. was. perfect. It’s so good that I’ve been thinking about going back to get it again during lunch time. If you want authentic and delicious Mexican food you can’t go wrong picking here.

The card machine didn’t work or they don’t take card. So our meal was very limited. Everything tasted great.

Out of this world food, staff were friendly, inviting and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was so laid back and chilled….. During the evening we said that we got a special feeling being there……Literally like being invited to a friends house for food kinda feeling……. Definitely going come here if you like Mexican vibes. If we visit Palma again we’ll be looking forward to coming back to this restaurant.

Delicious nachos and home made Margaritas, as well as Golden Tacos. They have plenty of vegan options (fabulous dishes with vegan cheese, which is a great value added). They have internet connection and the employees are extremely nice and thoughtful. If I had to point out a weakness it would be the seats. Unfortunately they are very uncomfortable and small, which has been even a bigger issue for me as I am relatively tall. You can choose between a bench and a seat, both beginning to give some back pain if you decide to have a longer stay there or some family dinner. Overall it’s uncomfortable and the longer you sit the bigger this feeling gets. Other than that I was very satisfied with the service and food.

The place was full but the maitre d was very accommodating and assured us we didn’t have long to wait. The dishes were reasonably priced. We ordered tacos and they were finger licking good. The tacos de camarón were great! The azteca frozen mango was delicious. The staff was efficient and courteous. The place was cozy and clean. Worth the visit.

This is some innovative Mexican cuisine! Not your typical greasy Mexican. This chef put on next level dishes. All unique and perfectly curated. I had the sea bream ceviche and the tuna tartar with a couple delicious mezcal specialty cocktails. The fish was so incredibly fresh and the flavors were insane! They also have great vegan options which I typically seek out - while my partner enjoys all the meat dishes. It was a great option for both of us. One of the best meals I’ve had in the past month of traveling through Spain! Bravo, thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Look out! The pictures of good tacos and 5* reviews are of people confusing this restaurant with another. It is not this place they do not have slate plates and wooden tables! These were the poorest tasting tacos I have ever eaten. Stay away if you can until they improve food quality. All the meat for tacos is heated with a microwave and the tortilla is really not good. They don’t even have fresh salsas. They also served the tacos with tiny lemon pieces which is a big no no. I went to a different taco place „tiki tacos original“ afterwards called tko taco in Calle Arago where I could find classic tacos for 1€ to 2€ and they have fresh selfmade salsas with burnt vegetable bits in there like it should. Tiki tako really has to step up their food quality if they want to match other places in Palma. This visit was a complete disappointment and disgrace to Mexican cuisine.

Literally the BEST nachos and burrito I've ever had 😭😭😭 I really want to order another burrito but I'm way too full only after finishing this crazy big plate of nachos and half of the burrito. If I live in Palma I swear I come to this place everyday no kidding 🌯❤️

Berenice is AMAZING! She served drinks and prepared a wonderful gringa and tacos. Whomever was upset with this place needs an attitude adjustment or needs to go to a fancy restaurant. Food is great, at least by Berenice.

I like it because it is great for on the go and no waiting.. ( like the nearby unnamed burrito places). Wish it was open for the work lunch hour and not just in the evening...opens to late in the evening too. The price is cheap and the quality is acceptable, so really I am giving it more stars for the waiter, (Alberto) than for the food to be honest. Ha!

Nice place with true Mexican food. The habanero sauce really is a killer, only a bit is needed for a strong spicy flavour. Small selection of different Mexican beer to try. And with a very good relations quality/price. We'll repeat for sure 😉👍

Lovely food and atmosphere. It was a very busy evening when we were there with all seats full, and we got the feeling the staff were a bit stressed since the service was slow. Also, they should not let the street-salesmen selling rubbish enter the restaurant, that happened twice without the staff concerning. But because of the lovely taste of the food and the creative menu with amazing drinks the score stays high.

All the love for the Duke! Great vibes, friendly and helpful staff, and AMAZING food and drinks. There is something on the menu for everyone. I should know - we tried about 6 tapas plus an entree. The sweet patatas bravas were my favorite if I have to pick one. So simple but prepared so well. The guacamole was excellent and really nice with banana chips. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the menu and a lot of care and love into the preparation of the food. They play good music too so that was a plus! I will always come here when I’m in Mallorca!

Such an enjoyable experience at Duke’s which more than lived up to expectations. It was already buzzing when I arrived at 8 and the owner was engaging with everyone yet you felt like it was you that was getting the attention!. Nice touches likes the tapenade and chips starter and chocolate mousse dessert complimented the excellent recommendations of the ceviche, nachos with the amazing guacamole and the patatas bravas along with the lovely Majorcan Rosé (which probably was the most beautiful bottle & label I’d seen! 😂). Would come back in a heartbeat and thoroughly recommend here to anyone curious where is good to go in Palma. Muchas Gracias Duke’s.

I had a delightful dinner experience at Duke Restaurant! From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The menu was thoughtfully curated, offering a great balance of traditional and creative dishes. The restaurant is incredibly popular - fully booked even on a weekday. I managed to get a seat without a reservation after waiting about 45 minutes, and it was absolutely worth both the time and the money. The food was outstanding, truly one of the best meals of my life. Sitting at the bar gave me a front-row view of the kitchen, and I was amazed. The chefs moved like a perfectly choreographed team - focused, efficient, yet warm and approachable. Despite the pace, they still found moments to smile, joke, and chat, which made the experience even more special. This place delivers on every level: food, atmosphere, and service. Beyond that, it’s clear the people working here genuinely enjoy what they do, and that energy shines through. Thank you for such a memorable dinner, and congratulations on the wonderful work!

Most certainly make reservations for El Camino! This spot fills up quickly and for good reason - we loved everything we tried and even re-ordered a couple of them. The hospitality is first class and we loved the experience of sitting at the bar watching the talented chefs work their magic. This is a gem in Palma! Thank you for a great visit!

The food is amazing and the ambiance is nice! The service is quick. We were 4 people and tried our best to try as much food as we can :) only the paella was a dissapointment becuase the rice was so hard to chew other than that we were so happy and pleased what we ordered. Cheesecake is a MUST! Do not miss the chance to taste it! Highly reccommend restaurant !

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Such a fantastic experience. The staff were amazing, the vibe was great and the food/wine was delicious! We thought sitting at a bar would be uncomfortable and cramped but it was the opposite. It was really spacious! We ordered everything we wanted in one go and it came out dish by dish as if it was a tasting menu. We will definitely go again when visiting Palma.

Hands down one of the top 5 meals I ever had, everything was just impeccable! Highly recommend booking at least a week in advance, but the planning will be definitely worthy! Choosing the bar seating was the best option, as you can watch the chefs prepping the dishes and get a feel for the action. Everything was out-of-this world tasty and I can’t recommend it enough! Definitely get the zucchinni flower filled with ricotta, the croquettas & the pork, although I could have ordered the whole menu as it looked spectacular!

Had a great time here. Lovely atmosphere and vibe and excellent service. You only get an hour and 45 minutes or so, and we would have like to stay longer as we had a lovely time. Food was excellent and great wine choice reasonably priced. Will return next time we are here.

All the positive reviews did not dissapoint. Its a wonderful place, situated in a romantic garden. Nothing compares to eating great food in a fresh warm air of Palma. Due to a hidden garden it gives you very private atmosphere, which is an extra point from me. Food was really delicious, and service was great too. Its a must visit in Palma. Its in a neighborhood where local people go, very good to avoid the hustle of mass tourism. Prices are excellent too, very affordable. Also expect company of local cats 😍

This place really is a hidden gem! Amazing vegan food in a cute garden setting. I wanted to eat EVERYTHING! I dined with a non-vegan friend who was amazed at the variety and quality of food. We shared starters and I couldn’t pick what to have for main, so was recommended pasta carbonara and it didn’t disappoint! We were so full, but had to have dessert! So had peppermint infusion and chocolate brownie. Everything was so delicious! Owner and staff were friendly and also had local wine which was great. 100% recommended this wonderful place to everyone (not just vegans!).

This is a fantastic vegan restaurant! I sat outside in the garden, and it was absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The entire menu is vegan, and the food was amazing. I had the pasta, and it was so delicious that it was hard to believe it was fully plant-based. The vibe here is super relaxed. One of our culinary highlights in Palma! Savoury dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The nachos were the best starter we’ve had in the city. The service was also very, very nice and contributed to an overall 5-star experience.

The backyard/terrace is absolutely lovely and also the staff was very friendly. As appetizer we had delicious nachos and also the drinks were great. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the main dish. We are not vegan and of course did not expect that it taste like non-vegan (we have been to many vegan restaurants before which we loved), but the Carbonara and Schnitzel were far from good. Schnitzel was hard and almost not eatable while the Carbonara sauce was very bad as well (not even mentioning the „bacon“ which was neither crispy nor had any taste at all). We can’t recommend the mains, but the garden atmosphere was amazing.

Don’t be fooled by the looks of it from the outside. It had a beautiful open courtyard seating with fantastic food! I had the focaccia - never i had expected to be presented to me like a burger! The taste was outstanding! Superb!

We visited Siete Machos on a Friday evening with four people and got a table quickly. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the cool ambiance and design, which made it even more enjoyable. The service was incredibly attentive, and we tried a variety of dishes. The highlight was the Nutella crêpe, which were a delightful surprise! We also loved the variety of sauces on the table, especially the chipotle sauce they brought us upon request. There were four to five different chili sauces, all deliciously fruity and spicy. The nachos were also fantastic. The only slight downside was that the alitas (chicken wings) weren’t as spicy as described, but everything else was great. We’ll definitely be back!

If you don’t mind talking a little louder because the atmosphere is lively, this is a really nice place to eat. During dinner, even mariachis came by and people started dancing, it was lovely to see. Now, about the food: simple, quick, and very flavourful, so good that you’ll probably end up licking your messy fingers afterward. If you're open-minded, I’d suggest giving this place a try.

Truly one of the absolute best Mexican restaurants that I have tried. Great food and nice atmosphere. The guys working there were very kind and helpful! I would recommend them to make a Mocktail menu with lower prices as paying the same amount for a Mojito without alcohol as for one with alcohol doesn't seem fair.

This restaurant is a life saver. If you are tired at the end of the day and want a restaurant that is open until late after midnight, this is for you. The guy spoke English and was very nice and friendly. Even after we finished i gave him a hug for how good I was satisfied. There was a band singing and playing nice songs so the atmosphere was also perfect. Moreover, the pricing is spot on. We paid €40 for two people and we were completely full after we finished. Would recommend 1000%

It was an amazing experience for us. All the dishes were super delicious and their taste were so unique. I felt that I was eating a gastronomic restaurant. That was the favourite place to have lunch in during our holidays. Food tastes like home made and it’s in good prices. Once I asked how is one of the desserts made and I’ve been taken to their kitchen. Nice to eat in a restaurant where’s nothing to hide.

Lovely little gem serving fresh, tasty vegetarian food with a good menu of the day and lots of gluten-free options. Very reasonable. The portions weren't enormous but it worked out perfectly with the the menu of the day, plenty to eat. Service was good and they were very patient

Great little little restaurant serving a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes along with beers and wines. The service was good, staff were knowledgeable about the dishes, food arrived at the table in good time. A pleasing informal ambiance with tables up and downstairs, wverywhere was clean and tidy. . The food was exceptional. It is so refreshing to eat in a restaurant serving only veggie/vegan food which is tasty and imaginative rather than having to choose from a generic menu where dishes for those of us who do not eat meat or fish are very limited. Well done, we will certainly return as will our friends who are partial to a steak.

Great food, great service. We had tacos and quesadillas. A taco is about 4.9€ and a quesadilla is a little over 5€. Three of each was just enough for two people, filling and delicious. Plus points for the bathroom which was immaculate and very modern.

Unsure about the recent negative reviews but we enjoyed this place and would recommend. Not the absolute best Mexican food but very nice and the price I think is fine. I loved the fish taco and my wife liked the beef and chicken.

This place was quite a deception for the quality and quantity of food, and extremely expensive for what we got. Absolutely not worth at all - I guess the high score is due to high touristic affluence since it’s in the real center of Palma. But our experience was absolutely negative - prices for tacos are crazy and nachos were terrible.

It was my 2nd time visiting Manataco and I loved it just as much as the 1st. I’m a big fan of their quesadillas which are taco sized but on flour tortillas and all with melted cheese. The tacos are also very good. We tried the taquitos (flautas) as a starter and wow they were the best I’ve had. I’m from California but have lived in Europe for 9 years so I always seek out Mexican and Tex-mex food because I miss it so much. The meats are all very flavorful. The margaritas here are EXCELLENT 👌🏼 staff is friendly. It can be hard to get a table so reserving ahead is better. Dog friendly which is a plus 😄

Not great - wouldn’t go back. Overpriced. Ordered medium nachos and they were very plain with too much lime, no seasoning whatsoever. Tacos al Pastor - meat was well seasoned but pineapple was cold, very plain. Did not come with pico or guacamole like on the menu. Asked for pico and got one tiny guacamole for 3 orders of tacos. Quesadilla had carrots in it, very strange.

We ordered nachos and vegan tacos, and it was great to try local. 😋 They dont speak english, but we have no problem communicating. However, they opened late, around 11 a.m, not 9a.m as stated.

Location is very convenient right on the plaza. Order system and food varieties very comparable to US. Order processing however is very slow. Food delivery providers and regular customers are competing for their orders. You are in the middle of a food battle. Once you receive your order you will realize it is incomplete and not arranged as ordered… taste itself has a very European flavor and is not at all comparable with US. It’s a catch for tourists

I waited for my order of 2 crunchy wraps and 2 tacos 55 min are you our of your mind.... staff the restaurant acordingly to demand and stop excepting orders for glovo and other delivery services if you cant manage a in restaurant service ..... fast food is not suposed to be waited for 55 min!!!! Not to mention the manager and one worker found time to count the money in the meab time insted of puting all hands to deck and go help in the kitchen when waiting for 30 min only 6 orders came out of kitchen are you for real?

This was probably the saddest food I have ever seen in my life. It's the inside out of a quesarito. As you can see its technically rice with sauce in a tortilla. If you can spot the meet you have eagle eyes.

Not acceptable. Waited 1 hour. Automatic machines are not working and you must pay at the cash desk, one machine was not working at all and was not even collecting the order. Alll of this with the place packed of people with only one employee for the payments and the orders delivery. A nightmare. The food was great though

The food is delicious, but the service is quite slow — expect a wait time of around 15–20 minutes. It’s definitely not fast food. On the bright side, the air conditioning works well, which isn’t always the case in similar cafés.

I honestly don’t know how Taco Bell is still in business. The whole experience was a disaster. Hygiene? Questionable at best. Service? Even worse. We were left waiting for 30 minutes, only to be told in the end that our order “wasn’t in the system.” Funny thing is, the staff actually gave us an order number at the start, then pretended like nothing ever happened. To make matters worse, at the counter I was told my money would be refunded within one or two days. It’s been longer, and guess what? Still nothing. Where the hell are my 20€? Absolute joke.

Stunning food and super friendly, slick, efficient service. Loved the friendly, cool vibe here and the food was exceptional too. Crisp, zesty blue cheese salad, perfectly tender chicken and pork tacos with a little hint of perfectly judged spice. We tried the coconut/mango tapioca which was creamy and delectable. The chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream was velvety, rich and delicious too. The dry white wine was extremely good value and lovely too. Such a wonderful hour spent here before our flight home. Interior decor is calm, cool, fresh and modern too. We will definitely return and recommend to friends. Sorry I only took photos of the desserts as all of the meal was beautiful. Thank you so much. You have a restaurant to be truly proud of. ❤️

Wonderful evening with amazing food! The service and staff were very friendly and the dishes are wonderfully arranged on the plates/trays, plus the quality is fantastic, the taste of each dish was sooo good! You cannot stop eating. The Pisco Sour was nicely presented and tasty. And the atmosphere and decoration matches so well and underlines the whole concept. Everything is just great! Thank you! Very good restaurant. All dishes can be shared, which is very practical. The tapas-style starters are hearty and tasteful. The main course is equally copious and the pork was super tender. Finally, the tacos were original and quite spicy. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the desserts as I was no longer hungry. The cocktails were also super. The location, decoration and service are also great.

We have visited this restaurant on each of our two visits to Palma. The food, service, decor and cleanliness cannot be faulted. Can highly recommend. I am a vegan and I felt they took care over my meal.

Mestis is excellent! It’s our favorite restaurant to visit when we are in Palma. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is outstanding! We are always excited to taste the brilliant flavor combinations while enjoying the gorgeous table landscape. It’s clean, well run, and it always satisfies everyone in the group! Outrageously good food and nice cocktails. Had to thank the chef in person for some of the best mexican food I've had. The make your own pibil tacos were divine. The spicing was pure flavour not heat. The guacamole was fresh and amazing with salty feta.... will try at home! The most surprising thing however was the chicken in fried flutes... with tomatillo sauce and avocado. Such a fragrant tasty delicious, creamy crunchy dish. I am haunted! The ambience us lovely, service was good and enjoyed everything so much. I will need to return! Such sharp and fresh and tasty food. Highest recommendation from me fir anyone visiting Palma where there is a lot of good mexican food.

I love this place. I have been 3 or 4 times in the last 2 months and always the food and the service are perfect. I love their tacos and nachos, and the price is very cheap. Staff is very friendly and always help you with the food. Ah, and a special mention for the Michelada, it is incredible.

Excellent homemade traditional Mexican food! Absolutely delicious and full of flavours! The service is nice and caring, the ambience is very traditional, with Mexican hats on display that you can have to take a few pictures ...but once again "suadeiro" tacos and the house special Guarache are to die for!

Don't go there for the toilets or the interior decoration, go there for the food and the service, world class!

For me it's an institutional restaurant in Palma. From the first time I visited it 7 years ago it remains a must do when I visit Palma. The ambient will definitely charm you and you will not necessarily miss a restaurant with an outdoor seating. And even though my fish was not greatly cooked, I am willing to clarify this as an one off incident. The deserts definitely need an improvement (too sweet).

Honestly the food was good. I mean it’s kind of a fast food chain and for the price it’s more than good. But the staff was not really friendly at first but later they warmed up and were kind of friendly. All in all not a 10/10 experience. It’s quite loud in there and for some reason we couldn’t sit were we wanted to, so we had to squeeze us in the back of the restaurant. The tacos were fine I didn’t really like the taco shells themselves but the filling was quite delicious. I can only speak for the vegetarian options but my friends also liked the meat tacos. I can recommend the quesadillas, they were quite delicious (very cheesy). All in all not 5 stars but for a quick, cheap meal I can’t complain.

we waited an hour ( ONE HOUR ) for this. this was the driest food i've ever had. the staff was kinda rude and didn't care at all. large groups of people that came after us got their food in like 15 minutes? make it make sense. we didn't even order a lot so i don't know what took them so long? anyway, i do not recommend it at all unless you want to choke from the dryness of the food

It’s a place that does a pretty good job of representing Mexican food. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere are not the best. The value for money is fair—you get what you pay for. That said, make sure to go early, as the place gets overcrowded. There’s a lot of pushing, and you may end up eating squeezed in at small or insufficient tables.

If you are looking to have food quickly, it's the good option and just want to have snacks so cheap also but if you are really hungry, it's not filling because very small size tacos and if you order more than ultimately you will pay more. Nachos are really very simple and dish is expensive also, when we taste guacamole it was too much tangy. Not very much vegetarian option but atleast 2-3 they have.

The concept of this local Mexican restaurant is very cool. You order your drinks and food (Tacos, Quesadillas etc.) at the front desk and receive a check. The waitresses bring the food by calling your name 😄. The tacos are small, but very delicious and they have a lot of different one's you can try. The price is very cheap. I recommend the store to all people who would like to taste some delicious tacos for a smaller portemonnaie in a very authentic, warm and vibrant Mexican restaurant.

Unfortunately did not take full 5 stars only for the unlucky situation that we arrived and there was an electrical problem (can happen!) and no one at the resto. The atmosphere felt very intimate (great!) but it could have been nice with other people and music.

One of the best vegan restaurants you will find in Mallorca or anywhere else in the world. The food is well seasoned and tastes AMAZING! The owner Sandra is just as amazing and is the most welcoming chef I’ve ever met- humble and sweet. Truly made it feel like we ate a home cooked meal at your moms or grandmothers! She welcomed us (a group of 6 at 9:45- 15 mins before closing and although her helper had left, she welcomed us with open arms). A must visit in Mallorca.

We certainly did not “refuse to leave” in fact, we were on the terrace for less than a minute before being aggressively told to get out. To now see the owner publicly insult us as “rude and maladjusted” is, to me, further proof of the attitude we experienced.
