I've wanted to visit this park for a long time, I've seen a lot of reviews on YouTube. And I finally came! The park itself is gorgeous, a huge area, a bunch of places with food and drinks, you can eat fast food, you can have salads, or you can find something interesting. It's also easy to choose from drinks, you can order lemonade, cola, beer, etc., there is ice cream. I advise you to buy an express ticket, we took it for 10 attractions, it was more than enough, otherwise you will stand in lines for 2 hours. We stood in line only for the slide from Ferrari, it took about 1 hour, but it was worth it!
Fantastic Day Out at the Water Park We had a fab day out—our kids absolutely loved it! We chose to go on a slightly cloudy day, which worked out perfectly for our youngest (age 5), as it made the heat more bearable. As expected during peak season, the queues were long—around 60 minutes for the popular attractions—but that’s to be expected in August. The park itself was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of facilities including toilets, lockers, and lots of food and drink options. For lunch, we spent €85 for our family of five. That included 3 junior meals (pizza, chips, pudding, and a drink) and 2 adult meals (fish & chips, and chicken & chips). Food was decent, and service was efficient. Overall, a great family day out. The kids had a blast and will definitely sleep well tonight.
Amazing amusement park! Would definitely go back sometime. The best advice is to buy express pass, as the waiting time for each attraction is between 40-60 minutes. We have visited the park on 16th October and it was so so crowded
PortAventura is full of variety and well worth the visit — but a little planning makes the day smoother with a tip. Bring a refillable bottle, as there are fountains around the park to top up. You’ll need at least 5–6 hours to cover the rides, especially with waiting times. The Express Pass really depends on when you go — we visited on a Tuesday at the end of September and rarely waited more than 30 minutes, though some rides did creep up to 50+ minutes at peak times. A good tip is to go for rides during or just after typical lunch hours, when queues are often much shorter.
Love this theme park . One of the best actual themed parks I've been too . The rides are all amazing. Although have to say was a bit disappointed with uncharted...it could have been so much better. The AR mine train was amazing with the serpents flying over your head. Not been here for 10 years and didn't see many changes or new rides since last time. But still great and my 5 time here
Fantastic Port Aventura World This park has incredible rides, we loved it with my son. Our favourite was Furious Baco ! It was the 1st of January this year, so was not too crowded and a FANTASTIC way for us to begin the year. We will back we loved this park!
Great place with many joyful experiences. There are thrills for all desires. Definitely advise to visit if you like rollercoasters and other exciting experiences. Best to go there in off-season when kids are back to school to avoid long queues. If attending during holiday breaks definitely think about express pass to enjoy there rides and not standing in wait.
Parking was 12 euros. Toilets aren't too far away from each other. Food is very expensive, 12 eur for a hotdog. Park is really big, it takes 20 minutes of walking to reach the opposite side of the park, loads of different themes which is very exciting to look at! Ferrari land has HUGE lines, highly recommend getting pass ticket for the main ride since we waited for almost 5 hours... Overall, the park is really nice and there's much to see x)

Wonderful water park, lots of different slides for both children and adults. You can have a snack or drink cold drinks. an important point for me personally, there are lockers, you can leave your phone, money, etc., but! remember the 3-digit locker number and the 6-digit code somehow or take a marker 😂 because you are given a paper receipt, my watch saved me, where I entered the code as a note. also, an important point for photo lovers, I carried my phone in a waterproof case, know that they will not let you on the slides with a chain, with a phone, etc., you need to take pictures! you can only take your phone to a slow river or to a pool
Place to be absolutely avoided Very dirty in common areas, toilets areas as well as attractions, with serious risks of getting skin irritation as happened to me ... I unfortunately visited this park this July and it was a carnage. Uncontrolled number of people made the situatuin very caothic. Queues of a minimum of over one hour for each attraction with several blockages and slowdowns due also to the poor preparation of the young and inexperienced staff. Dirty everywhere and unpleasent discussions with other visitors standing to grab your chair or sunbed as soon you get up or, simply because insufficient in numbers compared with the uncontrolled number of people admitted. All of this at the "cheapest " price of 47 Euro ,if you cannot book online in advance for chhosing a fix date, plus 15 Euros for parking and 8 Euros for a small locker.....More than adventure an unpleasent disadventure .....
If you are staying few days around, then you must visit it along with the 2 other parks (portaventura world and ferrari land). However, if you are visiting just for one day, I would suggest just going to Portaventura world instead. We stayed at one of the portavenrura hotels nearby for 3 days to be able to discover all 3 parks (portaventura world, portaventura aquatic park and ferrari land). We spent one day in this caribe aquatic park.
I’m visiting this park every year in the last 10 years. The kids love the place . I’ve decided to give the place minimum score because it doesn’t care about the guest . 2025 is almost 2015 , very little in places shadows . The sun is killing in Spain . And the place doesn’t care about his guests health . The food . I understand it should be expensive as they do the maximum to take any penny they can . Fat food, almost nothing healthy . So above fun , take care of your guests . Put many umbrellas so people can hide from the sun, and sell healthy food.
We were absolutely delighted with our visit to the water park! Since we only had one day, we decided to purchase VIP tickets — and it turned out to be the best choice. They were worth every penny: the VIP lines were minimal, while the regular ticket lines stretched far beyond the designated areas. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy more attractions without wasting time in queues and fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, everything was clean, and the staff was polite and well-organized. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially if your time is limited or if you want to spend the day in maximum comfort.
The worst aqua park I ever been, and I've been in all over the World, from Turkey, UAE to Australia... Not many slides and pools, but the worst of all is that it is too much crowded, there is 3 times more people than capacity! For every slide waiting is more than an hour, some even 2... If you want to eat, more than 1 hour waiting and count minimum 100€ for 4 persons with 1 drink. My advice, if you want to go anyway, buy extra pass and than there is 0 mins waiting.. If you enter at 11am, don't count you will get any sunbeds, it's completely full! Locker rooms also waiting time around 30 minutes and it is 8€ for small and 11€ for bigger bags! Better go once again to PortAventura World and Ferrari World.
Came to the park just with my two kids 12 and 10 in on a Thursday in the May school holiday. Being a single parent, I was quite concerned about the logistics of keeping valuables safe while also enjoying the park with the kids. However, the lockers are quite straightforward - once paid, you get a printout with a locker allocation and a six digit pin. I managed to remember this which meant I could put everything in the locker. I would say these are good for one medium sized rucksack and a few other extras. We got to the park from the Barcelona-Salou train, that gets in a 10 and had bought tickets in advance at the train station - would recommend this or alternatively on line as there are queues for on-site ticket purchasing. The park opened at 11, and there was only a short queue once we got through the bag check zone (that is for all three parks). The water park is great and, at this time of year, it was not very busy - we easily got a lounger under the shaded area and the weather was perfect for us. The slides are great and the queues were minimal throughout the day. The green and blue Barracudas are great (green one is better) and so is El Torrente, which is a big dinghy that can hold up to four each time. Many say the lifeguards blow whistles too much but as long as you know what to do it is fine. As my sunglasses are prescription, it was slightly annoying not being able to wear them on the lazy river or Bahama Beach but I coped. Didn't try the food but had a couple of beers and ice creams. Took a large bottle of water in. In all, would say this is a great time to visit this park. I suspect that in the summer this would not get 5 stars as I expect queues would be much larger and weather too hot!
We had fun at this water park, we got there at opening time on a Monday and it was already very busy and we had to queue for lockers (expensive!). If we were to go again we maybe wouldn't bother with a locker and would leave our things on a sunbed instead as most people seemed to be doing. We had to queue for some slides but we didn't think it was too bad. We spent all day there and went on all of the slides we wanted to and some twice. I do think there must be a more efficient system for the rings though, having to queue to get one then queue again for the slide wasn't ideal. The food was okay, they had veggie hotdogs which were good. You get a reusable cup if you buy a drink. There's no photographers so you won't get a souvenir photo.

beautiful clean sandy beach. the water is lovely. A few beach bars with lots of loungers for rent. Plenty of space for those who bring their own towels or chairs. Showers are dotted along the stretch with a platform and seperate tap if you just want to rinse your feet. Watersports available from beach to rent and waterslides. playgrounds with shade for little ones, walking distance to public toilets, shops and bars.
Platja de Llevant in Salou is a long, sandy beach with a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The golden sand stretches along the coastline, meeting clear, gentle waves perfect for a swim. Palm trees and promenade areas line the shore, giving it a pleasant, organized feel. While it can get busy during peak times, the beach offers plenty of space to relax, walk along the water, or enjoy a seaside snack. It’s an easy and enjoyable spot to spend a few hours soaking up the sun and the Mediterranean vibe.
The beach consists completely of sand, there are public facilities like toilets and showers to cleanse yourself from the sea water and sand. Water is scarce so you can only use it to rinse yourself. Sea is nice and shallow at the coast. it takes a lot of meters before it becomes deeper which is very child friendly. Depending on the weather, the sea tends to be wavy. Overall a nice beach with a large coastline.
had drinks in the early evening in one of the beach bars, good 80s music playing. plenty of people on the beach and water had a great time when it was dark all the fountains lit up different colours, and a light show to music was great
Wonderful beach with sunny sand and warm waters. Ideal for children to swim as not too deep and has variety of water activities to all the thrill seekers. Can hire the beach seating equipment for Euro 18 and has adjacent streets full of bars, restaurants and shops for tourists. Weekends get crowded due to the popularity of this beach in Salou.
Perfect beach experience. Warm clean water when visited in June. Gentle waves for young kids. Plenty of beach bars. Easy public parking. Public restrooms. Nice beach side walking.
Avoid avoid avoid. Horrendous in August, sea is packed, beach is packed, can't get anywhere near the front to sit. Can't let the kids (who are old enough) swim on their own because you can't see them. Can't go in altogether as Salou is bad for pickpockets and robberies so you absolutely cannot leave anything valuable on your sunbed/towel. There was turd floating round in the sea. Based on what we have seen here, we would never return to Salou for either a holiday or beach day. La Pineda beach right round the corner is AMAZING ❤️☀️
Nice beach, busy though so get there early e.g. 10am ish if you want sunbeds. We bought 3 beds and a parasol and it was 40€ which I thought was quite expensive. You do get a free small beer from the beach bar for each sunbed bought.

Due to the rocks it attracts lots of shoals of fish, fantastic to swim amongst. Beautiful water , nice beach close to amenities.
Great little cove tucked off the side of the big beach in Salou! Waves are docile and very family friendly, and it’s just a short walk around the corner from all the shops in Salou. Great for collecting shells, you just have to be careful not to get too close to the cliff side, as the current can make you bump into the wall, which is pretty rocky.
An amazing beach and sea, with lots of beautiful fish and jellyfish drifting through the water. A wonderful place for kids and family!
Beach is clear water is nice temp , it’s very nice to see the little fish swimming about, amazing view and lots of space to put your towel down to sun bathe
Not the biggest beach in Salou but we thoroughly enjoyed it here. Got a shaded area and 3 beach loungers for the day which cost only 28 Euro. Swimming in the ocean here is a pleasure. I walked in to where I could barely stand and didn't have to worry about being swept away. Lots of thrill rides and little peddle boat options you can hire on the beach. Iv never been a fan of beaches... until now.
Very nice beach, worth it even the access means to go down (later up) plenty of steps.
Nice little beach. There was a place to hire pedalo with slide and a shack selling refreshments.

The best beach for a family with kids! In summer it's not so crowded and has all the infrastructure: showers, cafe and shops (upstairs). Shallow and sandy sea shore with warm water - all you need for the joy of kids.
The beach is suits well for families with children. There is free parking if there are places- difficult after 5pm. The water is shallow and clean. Mostly local families without beachboys or many tourists. The views are not the most impressive, but are compensated by easy accessibility and a calm atmosphere.
Great beach. Very laid back atmosphere with easy parking and a shower to wash off the sand. The beach is also clean. The waves aren't rough and pretty shallow making it easy for kids to swim. There are a few bars lining the beach further down. Sand is also soft and not with alot of pebbles.
Amazing breach to explore and relaxation
Beautiful sandy beach, very clean, warm water and felt very safe. Showers available. No sunbed or parasol hire, nor anywhere to buy such equipment. Go prepared!
Pretty nice beach. Not very crowded. They also have a shower by the hotel if you need to clean up post bathing
Lovely beach, water calm and clear, minimal litter. Could be improved if toilet facilities were better. Not super busy when we were there in September.
A lovely beach, narrow but long. Great for running early in the morning before the crowds in the summer. The rest of the year you pretty much have it to yourself.

Don't listen to all the bad reviews! This hotel was amazing! Lovely rooms and amazing views! All the staff were funny and kind. Quiet pool area. Loads of food to choose from. Magnum ice cream and twisters on all inclusive loved it. 5 min walk from the beach chemist around the corner and shops.
Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. What I can't praise though are the snacks, where the burger was just a dry bun and meat and cheese, no sauce or veggies. The pool area needs reconstruction. Otherwise though I was very happy with everything.
Nice place most staff are friendly. Room always cleaned very well. Food for us was very salty but decent selection. Prices if none all inclusive reasonable. Entertainment was enjoyable.
Our first time in Spain with my family, the hotel's location was great, it was close to the beach and in a pretty good neighbourhood. The staff were kind, but they didnt really know english and the meals were 70% seafood, but we've never eaten better sweets/cakes/cookies. The biggest letdown we've experienced that they blasted music on max volume till midnight and it was really hard to sleep. Overall: It was a nice stay but they couldve turned the music down and learnt a bit more english!
Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly the place is clean. We stayed on the ground floor, we was really pleased with entertainment, the food and the drinks. The hotel is sat 2 mins walk to the beach and 2 mins walk to the strip. So very convenient, we also had the luxury of using both pools which made it even better. We will definitely be back again very soon.
This hotel is a two star (being generous), that has somehow managed to keep its four star rating. The room we were first assigned to (check video) in the 9th floor had not been occupied in a while and smelled of sewage, with a quite dirty bathroom. The whole 9th floor was old and in need of a renovation. There’s only a set of 2 elevators for a 10 floor building, most people end up taking the stairs. We were moved to another room in a lower floor (not because of the status of the initial one, but because we booked a triple room and we got a double) that was better taken care of, and I acknowledge the team for dealing positively with this change. The rooms have a phone but the line is deactivated so there is no chance to contact reception, despite the fact of including that possibility in their handed information. Verbally they told us they removed it for every room. So we had to walk down 9 floors to talk to reception. The restaurant buffet is more like a gas service station venue, the food quality is low. We only stayed one night and moved to another 4 star rating hotel that had nothing to do with this place. Their rating is a fraud and should be reviewed by the Catalan authorities.
I will write my review in English, so everyone can read. We have booked one week all-included in the hotel, we travelled, from Lisbon, Portugal. At the arrival in the hotel entrance, you are confronted with the carpet full of crap, which made me think that it wasn’t the cleanest hotel ever. At the reception, we were told the number of the room and we had to sort out by ourselves where the room was. During our stay, we were stolen 20€ from our wallet that was hidden in the room, one of the cleaning ladies stole it and put the wallet back where it was. In the same day, the customers from the floor above had their clothes hanging to dry and our balcony was getting “flooded”. For me it was the end, we spoke in the reception and they told us to call the police about the 20€ (which is ridiculous because they know exactly who cleaned the room and could have spoke to the person to try to understand what happened) and that they couldn’t do anything about the water falling on our balcony. On the following day, they made up the bed but didn’t clean the room or leave any more toilet paper, soap, or even replace the bathing towels. The day after we spent the whole day away from the hotel and nobody entered the room, not for cleaning, not to make up the beds or whatsoever. Overall, it’s a very dirty hotel, lacks in cleaning in the whole facility, the employees usually are not happy to see us and the food also lacks in variety and quality. The Jamon and cheese we were presented in the hotel is way worse quality than the cheap ones we can get in Portugal Mercadona. On the last day, we were told we didn’t have lunch and our flight was at 22h40, luckily our all included bracelets were still working and we could consume at the bar, but not even that we were told, we also had figure it out by ourselves. In a week stay we never used the swimming pool, as it’s always crowded and lacks in control, people jump to the pool, play with balls and nobody cares, so if you’re looking for a nice place to rest and have a good time, i don’t think this is it. For us as a couple, it was a terrible experience, never to repeat. PS: The entrance carpet remained dirty until we left, which made us believe that it just doesn’t get cleaned at all. You don’t get what you pay.
11 members of my family holidaying here for 7 day's. Over all very happy all round. Food was a good choice, but not always cooked that well, particularly the fish dishes...

Beautyfull beach. Everything was great. Felt uncomftable at First, but there are so many people, everyone is busy with themselves, so you can just enjoy yourself.
Beautiful beach.. lovely restaurants nice walk
Nice beach with palm trees. Sometimes parrots pick dates off these trees. In September, they have an air show in which jets and helicopters perform in the area. This beach is not as crowded, so it's a more relaxing experience
Great beach with fine sand
It's ok. I wish with order at table they asked if we wanted anything else. I prefer at the table as I'm disabled, walking wears me out. So having food and drink delivered and then walking practically to the counter for condiments, sauces and so on, seems counter productive.
Was staying at a wonderful Airbnb in salou and was absolutely blown away by playa de ponent. Its a clean, delightful beach.
Fab place, on the flat..local transport brilliant..buy a bus card it's much cheaper.. local drink cheep and very nice, food prices about same as home, weather and beaches beautiful

The very nice beach with a good infrastrucure (showers, garbage cans and one toilette). The way to the beach leads through marvelous stairs when you can find a nice beach overview. Unfortunalely on lef side of the stairs you can find a lot of trashes hidden among trees. Anyway it is a nice place to recommend for surfers and other water sport amateurs.
Beautiful, quiet cove with wild seas and big waves. Not commercialised so bring your own sumbrillo and snacks/ refreshments.
Lovely beach and lovely water. Only problem is overcrowding and peoples rubbish.
The beach is nice and secluded not as many people as the main beach area, the bar is great we were very well treated, very nice people, would recommend
(Translated by Google) It's great, at least this first week of September, it's not a beach that gets very crowded, although if you arrive before 11 you get some shade. Very clean although small. (Original) Está genial, al menos esta primera semana de septiembre, no es una playa que se llene mucho, aunque si llegas antes de las 11 coges algo de sombra. Muy limpia aunque pequeña.
(Translated by Google) A small but fine sandy beach with clear water and a long walk into the sea. It's not overcrowded even in high season, but you should bring a blanket, chair, and parasol, as there are no loungers here (at least, there weren't any where I was). There are restrooms, but there's no food or drink service, which is why it's not overcrowded and offers more peace and quiet for enjoying a day at the beach.

Cala Crancs in Cap de Salou offers a picturesque escape with its crystal-clear waters and rugged coastline. Nestled amidst cliffs, it provides a serene atmosphere for sunbathing and swimming. While the beach is relatively small, its secluded location adds to its charm, making it perfect for those seeking a quieter spot away from the bustling crowds. Accessible by a short walk from the main road, Cala Crancs is worth a visit for its natural beauty and tranquility.
Lovely place, it was quiet in April with very cold water. It was perfect for sunbathing and hiking. There is a clean toilet as well.
Beautiful beach with soft golden sand and clear water. It offers picturesque and relaxing escape from other busy beaches.
Beautiful Cala Cala Crancs is a beautiful Cala well worth visiting. It is super pitturesque and his nice to both swim in and view from higher ground. Not much around though.

What an amazing place to visit. So beautiful
Closed due to building works.
unfortunately it was closed due to restoration works. While we couldn’t go inside, it was still impressive to see from the outside — a beautiful structure with great historical charm. It’s a shame we missed the full experience, but it’s good to know it’s being preserved for the future. We hope to return one day when it’s open again!
I am an art lover , and I have visited this gallery twice . On the first visit, the gift shop was closed , and when I stood at the door of the gallery with my son we were ignored by the male attendant inside who saw us, but was walking around talking on his mobile , so we waited for a while outside and then left, assuming the gallery was closed too .On my next attempt to visit there were several people outside the gift shop which was, again, closed . I entered the gallery this time and felt very unwelcome . My every movement was watched by the male attendant and when I asked simple questions, for example I wanted to buy a postcard of the poster of the last exhibition which I 'd missed I was told ,"no". And when I asked if I could come back and take pictures as there were no postcards ,I was told ,"no" . There was no smile, or helpfulness at any time .There should also be signs directing visitors to the gallery, and opening hours clearly displayed for the gift shop ! What a bad visitor experience .I think that the male attendant does not want anyone to visit this gallery .
Beautiful architecture. Can only imagine what the inside of those houses looked like! The memories of past generations alive even today.
Today it is Thursday at 18:44 and it is closed. However, Torre Vella de Salou appears to be spectacular from the onside.
It was closed, but I don't think it something very special
Can't wait to go back

What beautiful architecture inside! These churches are always full of history, and if you are away from home and want to talk to god, what better place
As a Christian tourist who went with her boyfriend & didn’t want to miss Church; this church was my questioning to turn from protestantism to Catholicism & I don’t even speak Spanish (it is a Spanish service.)I now truly do believe all Protestants in their lifetimes should sit in a Catholic church and experience the true beauty of tradition. This felt eye opening. As a tourist, they do not interact with you & you just sit and contemplate on your faith in this beautiful church filled with amazing pictures and wall art. One of my favourite life experiences. 5/5 stars 💗
Such a lovely Church!!! I recommend to visit it. I adore its Catholic figures and paints which are remarkably Beautiful!!🙏❤
Beautiful local church offering services in Spanish and Catalan at 1000 and 1200

Best kids park I've found in Salou, lovely to Cafe while the kids play
A quiet, hidden playground behind the old train station. It is several years old now but still great from young ones and parents. The lovely cafes and bars near by are great for getting something to eat or getting out of the heat and hustle and bustle.
Lovely clean park in a shaded area. Lots for a nearly 2 year old to do. And right next to a coffee shop.
A place where you come and enjoy. Wile kids are playing you can just enjoy your self at the Caffè. Very lovely place to spend the time with kids.
A good play space for kids. In this time you can enjoy a coffe at one of the near pubs
Nice place for the kids. Parents can watch while having a coffee at the terace next by
