Upon concluding our meal three of us each attempted to pay with our visa cards however the host informed us that our payment had not gone through, and assured us that we would not be individually charged for the same meal. Luckily our Italian colleagues were with us at the time and they covered the meal. Since then all three of us still have charges for the same meal that we have been unable to remove despite reaching out to the restaurant and providing the original receipt that paid for the meal to the restaurant.
