Super place for all kids-younger and older. Many slides , wave pool and lazy river. There is snack area where you can buy some food. Plenty of pool loungers. For hotel guests with all inclusive is for free, for guests from outside paid.
My boyfriend and I went here on Saturday 10th May after realising zante water village was closed until late May. However it did not disappoint! Although most reviews say it’s mostly for children, and there aren’t many rides - us 2 adults had a fantastic time! Tickets are bought on the door and come with a free snack (we chose a slice of pizza which was so lovely). And there are more than enough rides to have fun! There is a timetable of when specific rides are on and off (I assume due to staffing / safety issues). We went on all of them multiple times!!There was also a fantastic wave pool (staff announce when it’s on), played volleyball and so much choice for sunbeds. The cocktail/ drinks bar is extremely reasonably priced. The pina colada was great!! We spent nearly the entire day there (10:45-4pm). There is also great children’s and adult entertainment (including water Zumba, darts, arcade etc) Definitely recommend for a fun day out. Although a lot smaller than the Zante Water village, it was still a great day and fun rides (and not too busy)
Great water park with a good selection of slides, plenty of inflatables for all. A lazy river that goes around the outside of the splash park and a larger pool area and pool bar. Great day out. Was half price after 14:30 hrs.
Lots of fun but close to the end of season so slides were set to limited times. In the peak season I would imagine it would be great still has lots of fun
Well staffed, well maintained, kids entertainment dances in the pool, reasonable food, fair prices. Free burger/sandwich with entry price. Excellent day away from the villa.
We loved it here. We got here about 10.30 so paid full price but I think it is worth it as we stayed til 5pm and the entrance fee for the full day includes your meal . Choose from toasties/chips/hot dogs/burgers etc. There's also a restaurant inside. A fish spa is near the entrance but that costs extra. There's a wave pool, loads of kids slides and a splash park and 6 or 7 other slides. Good day out!
Had a fabulous time at the water park. Not all the slides were open at the same time due to staffing but every 1.5hrs they rotated which ones were open so we got a chance to try them all. The water is cold but once you're in it's OK. The swimming pool does not have a shallow end so bring arm bands/floatation aids for non swimmers. My son is 125cm so there were three slides he couldn't try but he still had a great time. Food and drink is OK at the snack bar. A good selection reasonably priced. We went a few times during our stay. Sunday was very busy (lots of locals aswell as tourists) Wednesday was very quiet. Hardly had to queue.
Nice place to visit for half a day or so, they offer half price tickets after 2.30 or discounts if you are in certain hotels. There is enough for all ages to keep you entertained.

Beautiful Location with Relaxing Vibes The hotel is located in a truly picturesque spot. Our sea view room offered absolutely stunning and breathtaking views. The pools were sufficient for the number of guests, and there’s easy access to the beach. The hotel has its own beach area, which is lovely — although sunbeds are payable, it felt great to be so close to the shallow, calm waters. It’s especially ideal for families with young kids, as the bay stays shallow for several meters before it gets deep, making it safe and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The only downside for us was the food — while it was okay, the menus lacked variety and creativity. Another small surprise was the lack of evening entertainment. Besides the kids' disco and a bingo night, there wasn't much going on, which is unusual for this type of hotel. That said, we ended up enjoying the peaceful, quiet evenings from our balcony. Highly recommended for a visit!
You get what you see in the pictures. The service was alright. The service was not on point in all parts of the hotel. The rooms Could have been cleaner and the bartender got real mad when my boyfriend accidentally dropped a glass. The bartenders service and politeness varied between those that worked the days.
Fab hotel, just returned back to UK after a wonderful week stay. Room was perfect location, friendly staff from booking in to leaving. Big thankyou to you all. Only disappointment, if you want a sunbed around the pool or terrace, you need to be up very early to beat the once a year visitors who just love to put towels out, leave them till afternoon before using them, 🤔
It’s a pretty good place over all. Sometimes food is hit or miss. All the staff are lovely but melt into the background. Little beige, boring. It could have that over the top service easy but doesn’t. Beach is great but don’t think you’re not gonna get away without paying 20€ a day for 2 lounges and a side table every day on the beach in front of the resort. There is way too few lounges by the pool but are free. Snack bar is very limited. Rooms are nice. Beach bar is closed until 6:00pm and open after the beach is closed. 🤦‍♀️Don’t let the pictures fool you. It’s closed all day but you can get a drink by the pool bar. It’s a little trek to get there. It just feels after spending 1000’s for the holiday, your hand is forced to spend more because of limited openings and choices. Staff nice, rooms nice and food decent.
Mixed bag. The entertainment was okay but nothing too exciting. Our room was fairly dirty and there were brown stains on the towels when we arrived. The bathroom door handle was nearly falling off and the door itself got stuck whenever we closed it; sometimes it could take five minutes and a lot of bashing the door to get out of the bathroom. Eventually we just left it open. The water to the room is extremely unreliable, temperature wise; turning the shower knob by a couple of degrees changes the water from scalding to icy, and it takes a long while to warm up at first. The electricity card slot was unreliable and electricity would flicker off and on multiple times when first entering the room. The travel cot we were provided was very clearly broken and it took until later the first night to get it changed for one that would be suitable for our 5-month-old baby to sleep in. I tried to call reception to report these things but the phone in our room didn’t work. I asked to be moved and was told there was no availability despite the hotel not seeming overly busy. The drinks selection is relatively poor and the (sometimes quite abrupt) staff don’t seem to know how to make them as sometimes there would be completely incorrect ingredients or you’d end up with half a cup of grenadine. If the beer isn’t watered down then it’s the most tasteless beer I’ve ever tried. Be careful here if you have food allergies. My daughter has a cow’s milk protein allergy and as a result we need to have a dairy-free diet and are also excluding eggs to be safe, but the allergen information here is nonexistent if not outright deceptive. There are signs proudly displaying various allergy icons which imply those icons might be present elsewhere on the food labels but no. Most of the time the food labels are handwritten and feature no icons; other times they’ll be printed and have some icons but clearly be missing icons for containing milk when it’s a dish in a cheese sauce; sometimes food will be unlabelled. On our last day they swapped to new labels for the food which had a checklist of allergens underneath the name of the dish, but at no point were any of the allergens actually ticked so again it’s completely useless. Credit to Angelo who was very helpful and knowledgeable about allergen information for the middle few days of our stay, but the rest of the staff were utterly clueless; I asked the chef at the (extremely limited) snack bar which items contained milk and his response was “I don’t know”. You’re given a form at check-in to tick the allergies you have, but showing this form with the Milk and Eggs boxes ticked just resulted in them asking about whether we can have Gluten and Mustard. 🤷‍♂️ I honestly don’t know if the staff understand that butter is also something we need to avoid or if they very literally just advised me whether things had actual milk in. I guarantee that we have eaten dairy at some point during our stay despite trying our best to avoid it. I won’t say the food itself was limited because it’s mostly our diet that restricted what we could eat. The quality of the food was mostly decent; nothing special but probably better than a lot of all-inclusive places I’ve been. I don’t think there was a single safe dessert during our stay; even the jelly had whipped cream all over it.
Hotel is good and reception staff helpful. The bar is sterile and lacking atmosphere. Had to make a complaint as at 11pm when the bar stops serving, they pulled down the shutters and turned off the lights when people were still drinking at tables. As you can imagine being on the beach front, there isn't much light so could have caused an accident.
Very nice hotel with hard working and very friendly staff! The location was perfect at the beach and close by the mainroad with little souvenir stores and restaurants and bars. The food was good and we had a great time! The only negative point was the very rude and angry taxi driver they worked with, we called for a cab and he told us it would be 20 minutes, so after waiting for almost 20 minutes we never saw a cab passing by and then a minute later the cab stopped right in front of us so we hopped in not thinking much about it. Turned out it was not the cab we called and just a random one who saw we were waiting of a cab. It was an honest mistake that could have happened to anyone..so when we arrived at the hotel the main taxi driver (i think maybe the boss of the company) was waiting for us just to be angry and yell at us while I already apologized on the phone to the driver. He was so angry we even told him we would pay for the taxi but then he said no, and kept going at us. Very unnecessary cause it was all about the money and we even offered to pay. He was incredibly rude and angry at us, never had something happen like that, very unprofessional. Other then that, i recommend the hotel, just not the taxi service they offer.
dont listen to the bad reviews! we have just come back from there and could not fault the place. staff were great and very friendly, everywhere was clean as were the rooms, nothing neede any repairs anywhere so we would definitely go there again-nice place to go and right on the beach too!

What an amazing beach location. We spent several full days on this beach with food and drinks served to our sunbeds. Sunbeds were always available and not expensive, the shallow water and clear warm sea, were perfect for the kids to swim in all day and all night. Sunsets here were picture perfect.
Some of the beach appears to be owned by hotels so the sunbeds aren't for public use. I went to an area (you have to walk along a wooden walkway for a little while) with no sunbeds and just sat on the sand with the wall behind me which offered some shade. The water was obviously super warm and once you're over the stones it's sandy and very shallow. I realised afterwards there is a cafe called Abra Cat Cafe with sunbeds on grass just above the beach that can be rented out. I think it was €10 a sunbed.
Little beach, not too much people, because everywhere hotels. Good place for snorkeling.
Bouka beach is rubbish - far too narrow strewn with seaweed and pebbly. However if you walk north for 5 mins you will get to a lovely little patch of sand just before the marina. The beach there is lovely with room to sunbathe and the sea is so clear you can see the fish. Lovely. Go up the road the side of the marina for some beautiful views as well.
Nice sand, a bit gravelly in places but was always a narrow strip as the sea seems to stay very close? Well liked by those that could get a place to sit etc. You could walk for miles if the sea went out further as the beach seems quite endless! Worth a visit
Beautiful small private beach belonging to the TUI Blue hotel where we are staying.
Disgusting beach. Broken sunbeds, full of seaweed and litter.
Nice beach that stretches the length of tsivili. Nice beach bars for drinks and sun loungers and space to buy your own towel down
