We ate in the Paddick Restaurant something for everyone on the menu. The food was wholesome presented well and was very good. All the staff we encountered were very friendly professional and helpful. The racing was fantastic the dogs were looked after by the handlers. All in all a great evening value for money fun great atmosphere. If you haven't been to the dogs before please give it a go you will be pleasantly surprised
Love it! Great fun. Great night out. Easy to make bets once you understand how to do it (the pamphlet you get on entry has a brilliant how to!). The only downside is that there aren’t enough people on the desks on busy race days (Friday and Saturday nights) so the queues to place or settle bets could take a long time. You don’t have to bet though and just enjoy the festivities!
Visited with my son's. We hadn't been for years. Parked easily in there free car park. There is free entry on a Wednesday, but they offered a pack online for £10 each (Only for 18+) which includes a racecard, drink & quick bites meal (Cheeseburger / Hotdog & Fries) Plus re-entry with a racecard on a Friday/Saturday in the next 3months. It's a really good deal, (burger on it's own was £4). It's a shame they don't offer a deal for under 18's without the racecard though. The 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed it, despite it being very quiet and very wet later on. We had a few small bets, won a few but lost more🤣 Very enjoyable night. We will look forward to coming again. For those that live outside of the M25 as we are, remember that Romford is in the ULEZ.
Did afternoon meal with a group, had a great time with great staff who looked after our group. Only had 1 problem with four people who sat on one of our tables and refused to move. Not the venue or staffs fault, just a group of selfish people who hopefully didn't get any winners.
Had a work night out here at the Paddock restaurant. Was a brilliant night. The staff were attentive the food was really good. Could have 3 courses. Our tables were just above the finish line too. Was helpful with the guy coming round to take our bets. First time going to the dog races and would certainly do it again. Parking is limited but we knew that going.
Free parking for customers if you get there before gates open. Smooth entrance and God seating areas. Bar prices are excellent, less than £30 for 6 drinks. Good service at the tote desks Well recommended for a great night of entertainment
Lovelly 3 course meal very friendly and helpful staff plus exciting afternoon watching and trying to win on the races . Tote staff where very helpful and friendly. All in a great afternoon.
Excellent evening with good friends. Value was amazing on the summer deal. Staff were attentive and facilities great. Particular shout out for Kyle on the desk- so helpful and personable. Thanks and we will be back!

Great park to go relax and have a walk around with a combination of water, woodland and open field space to break up your day. Perfect place for a nice day out with the family or some quiet time alone. There is free parking available across the road (but you have to register your stay via Ringo or the machine available or you will get a ticket) The walk around the exterior of the park would take roughly 30 minutes. The children’s park is located in the opposite corner to the lake. There are also tennis courts available for free booking with information available in and around the courts on how to book them out. There is a large green area for anyone looking to have a picnic or do outdoor sports. If you forgot your picnic or don’t want to bring your own food there is a lovely cafe located near the lake which you can visit with indoor and outdoor seating. From what I remember they are dog friendly also. Overall a great park for use by all and well maintained by the grounds team.
Raphael Park is a true local gem! The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful greenery, and well-maintained paths make it a perfect place for a relaxing walk or family outing. The tennis courts are a real highlight—clean, spacious, and a joy to play on. Whether you're a seasoned player or just having fun, the courts at Raphael Park are fantastic. A lovely community space that truly shines!
Very pretty park, part of the "Green lung"a series of linked parks stretching between Romford and Havering Atte Bower. This is the best park with its lovely lake. I was there for the park run, which was great. Couple of cafes at either end of the park!
Beautiful. Real little oasis in the midst of london!! Car parking 'paynents' bit confusing but cheap!! Well.worth a visit!
Beautiful walk.. long Branch trees, gloomy flowers.. wak along the water aside with big fountain, you can get a lil shower depending on the wind .. some shades and picnic areas as well.. and with a road cross again play ground for kids, which is these days under renovation and they are adding more activities for kids in the playground.. my kids love being there..
Really nice park that you get a nice view from CREM Kitchen. The 'canal' is really nice and calming and has lots of ducks that children would also enjoy looking at.
It is one of my favourite parks in London . Beautiful lake view park
One of the finest parks in East London, this gem is easily accessible and offers a wonderful experience for visitors. The park is exceptionally clean, and its well-maintained pathways provide an inviting atmosphere for leisurely strolls. Whether you're looking to relax in nature or enjoy a leisurely walk, this park is a fantastic choice.

Watched Disney2 great atmosphere songs and money well spent. A lovely theatre second time being here and enjoyed it. Great seats and recommendations to all to see a show here.
Went to see Beauty and the beast at the Brookside theatre this week. What a great show, we loved seeing a panto at Easter. Dame Fanny flapjack was amazing and her many , many dress changes impressed us greatly. I wish I was going to the adult version this weekend as I imagine it will be hilarious.
Went to the opening night of The Addams Family at The Brookside Theatre in Romford, what a night! the production far out weighed our expections. The cast portrayed the charactors perfectly and was hilariously funny and had some brilliant scenes. The production was worthy of any West End theatre without West End prices. Would highly recommend.
I visited for the first time with my family recently, and it's okay. The shows are affordable, and the drinks and snacks aren't too overpriced here. It is great to have something like this in the area. However, there were some cons for us. The sound quality wasn't great. We saw School of Rock so being a musical, it was heavily reliant on the sound being good. The acoustics aren't great, which is forgivable for a small theatre, but the whole show, the vocals were quieter than the music, so it made it hard to hear most of the lyrics which was a shame. And the worst con of them all was the chairs. My goodness, they are one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. All of us were complaining of back ache and numb bottoms even just by the intermission. I personally found myself distracted by the discomfort I was experiencing and not being able to pay attention some of the time. It is a shame, and unfortunately for me, it has probably turned me off of the idea of returning unless there is something I desperately want to see that's worth the pain because it spoils the experience. Other than that, all the staff were really lovely, it's clearly well looked after and it is a very sweet theatre, but it seems like it's going to be a one off for us. I will update if I ever go again and they've got new chairs 🤣
We traveled from SE London watch DSUK the Dire Straits tribute band. On arriving I thought the venue was small but it was perfect. The sound quality was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. There was a mix up with our seats and Jean sorted it out for us with charm and a smile. We will definitely return. A lovely venue.
This theatre truly is a gem in the middle of Romford. I have been to a few shows here over the past few years including Elf, Peter Rabbit, Frozen, Disney School of Rock, Beauty and the Beast and I have just come back from The Twits. The quality of the shows are just amazing and I always leave with a big smile on my face and I can't wait to return. The theatre itself is lovely and very clean and has all you need with a car park right next door. This theatre holds a special place in my heart.
Nice theatre, small from the outside, TARDIS on the inside. Sits large crowds quite comfortably. Large reduced pixel pitch LED tiled SMD backlight independent driven display wall adding to the enjoyment experience. Good stage lighting arrangement. Helpful staff, and good onsite facilities. The room was a little cold. Great show.
This is a community theatre in the heart of Romford. I've been there a number of times mainly to see tribute acts and have always found it to have a very good sound and friendly staff.

It was nice, maybe little known passage of the Liberty shopping centre, connecting its central hall with the Market Place. Nice, charming caffes, suitable for romantic rendezvous, also big shoe shop with really low prices for branded shoes, flight centre, health and beauty salons, several toys for children, etc. I was really surprised to find all that and hope to come here again. Yes, Romford and its shops are worth exploring!
Nice market place right next to The Liberty shopping centre. There is plenty of parking and it is spacious too. You can go to the local shops there and find a lot of finds for cheap as well. The only downside is that it has really weird parking times/ restrictions. It is also I believe a little more expensive than parking at the brewery.
A wide variety of African and Asian goods. You can negotiate a price with the seller. Nice people too.
This market opens on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. It's a nice place to get your groceries fresh and cheap from the vendors. You can also get affordable clothing, like socks, gloves, hats, warmers, toys, plates, pots etc. it's really a nice place to visit and shop. You need to have cash as most sellers don't take card payments. There are food vendors and snacks available for your enjoyment. Make sure you go with bags as well.
Absolutely love Romford market. It’s part of a clean, safe large shopping centre, which has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment eg cinema, bowling, ice skating, swimming, laser tag, boulder wall climbing, indoor soft play
Went thrrr on market day a good few stalls out fruit And veg , Clothing, Asian perfumes nice variety of eating options kitchen equipment on the whole a good selection of stalls
Romford market is sadly seen it's day, it definitely is outdated with only one third of stall spaces being occupied with a low attendance of customers. Money is hard to come by for alot of people so when shopping people are looking for a guarantee when shopping. There is no guarantee that the person on that stall selling goods will be there the next market day. There are now shops offering goods at the same price or even lower, but with a difference, you have a receipt giving you a guarantee, and shops as the likes of Primark possibly has taken away alot of market shoppers. Times have changed as have the customer demands. It will not go backwards only forwards. Havering Council needs to decide whether to keep Romford market. Whilst I'm aware there were plans some years ago to change the use if the current space this was staunchly opposed with thousands of signatures against the idea of losing the market. It would be very interesting to know if those thousands of signatures actually go to this market and spend their money.
This historic market started from the year 1245. The local market comes every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It has all kinds of amenities for daily use like Bedcover, sheets, towels, toys, utensils, all kitchen supplies, cleaning materials, craft items, fastfood stalls, bags, dresses, winter/summer clothes, eggs, jewellery, plants etc. It has ATMs nearby.

Amazing place to go to for a nice walk, and also if you or your kids love deers. You can feed the deers some carrots. Very beautiful hidden gem near Harold wood. You can even see the London skyline, and the sunset is amazing.
Overall great place to go with family. Deers are a great entertainment, and to walk around is actually really nice. Park/play area isn't anything amazing for kids but still good to have something. The dog owners need to clean up after their dogs, so much poo around.
Nice place for kids. You can feed deers, ducks and park also there. Kids will enjoy.
Very nice and good place for walk and if you aant to go at calm nature place this is the best choice also there are deers or others u can enjoy with it
A stunning hidden gem local to Romford / Havering area, lovely choice of park to pick if you're in the area! Beautiful view of the London skyline aswell as surrounding areas. Nice big playground if you have children and the deers are a great attraction for younger ones aswell, as well as if you have carrots lying around yourself!! Recommend!!
Great place for hiking with play area and lake further down.
Highly recommend this place. You can feed the deer carrots and it's very spacious. The toilets are clean and there is free parking. Only down side is there's lots of poo on the grass but I guess that's to be expected as not all dog owners pick it up, which they should.
A really nice Nature Discovery Centre next to a deer enclosure and adventure playground.

I love this local mall. It’s quiet and yet there are many stores. It’s a nice walk from home and everything you need without having to go all The way to the city. Nice mix of clothes food women beauty and more.
This place has lots of independent shops from book sellers to great coffee. I think some of the traders could be bit more welcoming.
Good choice of independent retail outlets nice place to eat and have a chat with friends .when I visited the restaurant was packed full
Very busy place lots of shops definitely get anything you need
A very friendly place where you can eat, drink good coffee, shop for fruit, and buy the latest women's and men's clothing. I recommend visiting this place.
Perfect all in one place for shopping, eating and fun.

Such a lovely little museum with incredibly kind and helpful staff! I visited to research historic photos of Romford for my geography NEA, and the staff went above and beyond, providing me with so much information and even a few little goodies. It truly feels like a hidden gem! If you ever find yourself in Romford and are looking for something to do, I highly recommend stopping by. It’s an underrated spot that gives you a real glimpse into Romford’s past. Thank you so much to everyone there!
Its a nice and neat little place you can go to if you want to learn about the history about romford as well as hornchurch and havering. Although the place is pretty small, they were kind enough to give me a mini tour and tell me what parts i was allowed to take photos of and what ones i wasnt. I liked the stuff they showed such as the miniature models and the different types of coins or shillings with facts of how people used them back then. There was some stuff you was allowed to interact with like the hand cuff/locks, the roman armour and shield, the puzzle of the old map of romford/kent etc. Nice place to check out if you're in romford
A little Museum with a big heart. Lots of interesting objects within the Museum, telling the history of the site (Old Ind Coope Brewery) and the local areas. Plus, add to that the wonderful talks they arrange, ranging from historical to pub beanos and hop picking. Friendly staff and a very clean venue.
The Museum is lucky to have very enthusiastic and informative volunteers. The Museum is laid out in a very creative way rather than just being a chronological record of the past.
A little gem of a Museum Well worth a visit Very friendly staff.
Well-manicured little museum documenting the history of the area. Exhibits, while not massive, were well laid out and provided detailed overviews of various facets of the borough's history. Well worth the price of admission. Will be visiting again when I'm back in London.
Lovely little local museum with lovely staff
Visited there yesterday. The volunteers are very knowledgeable about the area and really went out of their way to find out extra info. I wanted to know more about Rainham Hall, and one of the staff went and printed out a load of info for me to read about it. The museum is very informative on the different towns in Havering, and I would recommend others to visit.

I discovered this fantastic oasis by complete accident in Romford yesterday. Returned this morning and I was blown away by Andy's sporting collection , his knowledge and his welcome. Andy , an absolute gentleman with a warm smile and no pressure to purchase. Heading back to Ireland this afternoon but I will definitely be back. Thank you very much Andy for your time and for your kindness this morning. God bless.
Great experience visiting Worldwide Signings, met Andy there the owner who was very helpful and helped me in exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend visiting this shop.
Amazing service providing bespoke frame for West Ham Prague final memorabilia. Professional service, fair prices and quality craftsmanship. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant place if you want some authentic memorabilia, this is the place to go & the geezer who runs it is very friendly & helpful.

Excellent memorabilia store in Romford that also holds regular meet and greet events with boxing A listers and World champions with free photo opportunities. Well worth a visit to look at some of the museum calibre items in the shop. Owner is a top bloke and extremely knowledgable

Sapphire Ice & Leisure offer excellent swimming classes for children, from baby/parent classes all the way through primary. My two children have had a fantastic experience with Megan. She is patient, enthusiastic, and truly gifted at working with children. Megan is supportive and encouraging, my children (aged 4 and 6) look forward to every lesson. The lessons are fun, safe, and structured in a way that builds confidence and skills step by step. We’ve seen incredible progress and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Megan for any parent looking for a great swim teacher!
All three of my children have learnt to swim at Sapphire. Staff at the desk are always very helpful and kind. Our favourite swim teachers so far have been Megan, who’s patience and brilliant teaching strategies have got all my children swimming distance unaided. Rosie is amazing with the little ones and gets to know each child. These positive early experiences have ensured my children have no fear but confidence in the water. George is kind, patient and understanding with children who have trouble listening and are distracted easily. Harry made swift progress with a patient and kind teacher. Thank you to all of my children’s swimming teachers and the ones they are yet to have.
Came to the ice rink on 15/11/25 for the 20:30 slot and the music was outstanding, I’ve never been to another ice rink with such a great playlist. Whoever was on aux deserves a raise! Good vibes all around! 😊
It's good but could be better. Some door locks missing in swim changing area. More enforcement of wristbands and CLEAR signage on the health suite doors saying NO ENTRY without wearing a valid band required.. PLAUDIT Shout out to Kirsty who has brilliant customer service skills 10/10 for her.
Nice, way cleaner than most centers and has great swimming teachers, particularly a teacher named Charlotte, super nice to kids and very polite. Only issue is that the showers and VERY SMALL and super cramped so it’s quite wet, but overall best leisure centre by far
The gym is generally satisfactory, but it seems to be following a trend common among local borough gyms, where the pricing is becoming somewhat excessive. It is perplexing why a gym would charge £40 without offering a premium experience, similar to that of an Anytime Fitness. Furthermore, the quality of the restrooms and showers does not seem to justify the cost. The limited number of weight racks is also disappointing, and the lack of barbells, plates, and dumbbells is quite frustrating. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the gym. It seems these enhancements would be relatively straightforward to implement.
Booked on line . Took grandson who is 7 . Lady on reception nice and friendly . Changing rooms could have been cleaner ...floor was dirty, cubical had rubbish in it , toilets was clean . Not enough showers when getting out to wash .. grandson was going to party after swimming so wanted to wash his hair ,but in the end had to just have a quick shower as all cubicles with showers was taken with que of people waiting . Pool not to busy, but it is cold . Plenty of hairdryers .
My kids has been attending this club for 5–6 years and, although she swims very well (not perfect, but more than enough for the next level), has only advanced 2 levels in 5 years. Children do not learn anything new, receive no clear feedback, and coaches shout at them without patiently explaining what they need to do. Essentially, money is taken without the promised services being provided. This is extremely frustrating and discouraging for children!

Fenomenal place to visit with a whole family! The whole deer feeding experience is fantastic! Everyone loved it and everyone was extremely happy! We had so much fun, and the walk around the lake was also great! Such a beautiful place! We will definitely be back again!
There is a decent size car park near the children's play area. Lovely little cafe that has two entrances, one for people with dogs. Dog friendly so you can get out of the bad weather and warm up after your walk. There is a red deer enclosure and the deer come right up to the fence. There's a wild flower area, a lake and it is a nature reserve. It will probably be very popular if it snows as there are some great slopes for tabboganing. Family friendly, definitely worth a visit
We arrived about midday for our first visit to this Essex Wildlife Trust site. The car park was fairly full but we found a space easily. There is a small walk from the carpark to the cafe, passing the Red deer enclosure, a number of deer were close to the fence, being fed by families. The weather was still a bit chilly but the sun was out. We started at the café that serves hot food, teas and cakes. After a coffee to warm us up we wandered down hill to the cow pond where there was a verity of geese and ducks and a couple of bench seats. We then walked back up the rear side of the deer enclosure back to the car. In all we spent a good couple of hours here but will return later in the year.
A lovely place for a walk with some walking tracks and great views. The deer enclosure is nice to see (take some carrots if you want to feed them). There's a visitor centre with some typical gift shop merchandise and cafe. Really nice to visit, quite unexpected being so close to urban areas. Lots of free car park spaces when I visited too.
Spent an afternoon here and I can say this place is amazing ,only had to drive like 20 minutes from where I live but it was totally worth it. The staff in the cafe also amazing , always smiling and kind . One of my favourite places so far and can't wait to go again.
Great park. Probably the best in the area to be honest. Long walks, great views and a real sense of being away from it all... even though it’s only 5 minutes away from the outskirts of Romford. Oh, plus the deer compound and the secret walled garden. Just to add to the allure!!! Update... they now have some new play equipment near the main car park. Fantastic!
Lovely open grounds. Perfect for dog walks and families. Red deer sanctuary, feel free to bring carrots and apples. Tea and cake shop with beautiful vista. Free parking.
Great country park! Plenty of free parking, nice play area for the kids and huge park to walk around with lots of deer. Nice little cafe/gift shop where you can have a coffee and enjoy the views of the park.

Great place. Perfect for a nature lover inside the city. Muddy and horse droppings road. So better take your Water resistance boots. Loved walking there. Mainly went for American Redwood trees. Amazing views. Horses.
Beautiful nature with animals and breathtaking views in places. ❗️There is a good spot for TickTockers with amazing views over London city. Havering Park has a rich history rooted in its former role as part of the estate of the Royal Palace of Havering, dating back to the 11th century. The palace, initially established by Edward the Confessor as a hunting lodge, was abandoned in the 17th century, and the land was later acquired by the McIntosh family. The park was eventually opened to the public in 1976.
I loved walking here. It was almost empty. I saw not more than 4 people. Beautiful redwood trees 🌳. Well kept and close. More people should visit Havering Parks. I’m considering starting a tour of them.
Wr had a lovely walk through the forest to the orange tree pub. Wr stopped for a frink and made our way back. We met some lovely dog walkers and enjoyed the sunshine. Its very well kept and a large area to explore.
Beautiful giant redwoods and very well maintained, litter-free, and quiet walking paths.
Tranquil Forest Walks at Havering Country Park 🌲🐄 Havering Country Park is a great spot for peaceful forest walks and a refreshing escape into nature. It offers plenty of charm, with well-trodden woodland paths and open grassy areas that make it ideal for a calming stroll or a quiet break from city life. I find the benches overlooking the flatlands especially peaceful and quiet—they’re perfect for sitting and soaking in the scenery. Sometimes it can get a little busy, especially on weekends, but that’s understandable given how pleasant the park is. It’s particularly popular with dog walkers, with lots of open space and wooded trails where dogs can roam freely. The forest paths give you that immersive countryside feel, making it easy to forget you’re still in London. One of the park’s highlights is seeing the horses and cows that graze in the nearby fields. Watching them resting or wandering adds a rural charm that makes the place feel like a slice of countryside tucked within the city. Generally, the park stays quiet during weekdays, making it a great place to unwind, reflect, or simply stretch your legs. Whether you’re visiting solo or with a dog or friend, Havering Country Park is a lovely green escape well worth exploring.
A grove of majestic Redwood trees, incognito in an Essex country park. Imposing great trunks contrast hilariously with the little wiggly branches up at great height, like the 'arms of an octopus' - ground below covered in surprisingly small pinecones.
Beautiful countryside for walking, with good footpaths and only 10 mins walk from Collier Row centre.

Have used Mark many times over the years for framing not only art that I have bought but in addition works that I have brought from him. He gives great advice and solutions. I have always had a top notch service with a premium product outcome. Would definitely recommend.
Bought my first piece from this gallery and confirm it was a superb experience - timely and very friendly communication, beautiful framing, fast shipping and the item was packed impeccably. Will definitely be back. 5 stars!
Had such a a great experience with pfg. Came in with a poster that needed some love, Sam and his colleague were amazing and generous with their time. Sam gave me a lot of information relating to the poster and artist, gave me a few options and helped me decide what was best. Super welcoming and of course the end result is beyond any expectation I had. Can't recommend these guys enough. They also have some of the most interesting art inside the shop.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with The Picture Frame Gallery for many years. During that period they've looked after me and the service I've received has been first class. The quality of their framing is second to none. I would therefore highly recommend their business.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service and a good selection of frames. Good advice. Our picture was framed in a week.
Amazing gallery and wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend . To any art lovers. ❤️
The Picture Frame Gallery was recommended to me by a friend when I needed some pictures framing. Mark provided an excellent service and I was delighted by his work and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Perfect framing every time. I’ve been using The Picture Frame Gallery for years and they have consistently framed my artwork to the highest standards. I trust them above anyone else to handle precious artwork and Mark, the owner is one of the most helpful and personable people I’ve ever met.

The church is in modern style, well organised and simple. The playroom for babies and toddlers is decent big as well as the function room. People are friendly and the sermon is around 1 hour which I found good enough.
Attended a play session, ABC for toddlers with my grandson. Great venue, good session. Pleasant, friendly and professional staff. First time l attended, my grandson attends regularly with his Dad, but l was greeted as if l am a regular attendee. Wholly recommend.
Great service - singing, drama and talk all excellent and well put together. A welcoming church family, highly recommended.
Very friendly Church of England Church I first visited last Sunday 3rd Oct 2021. Has been extended over a very large area inside re a modern building dovetailed into the original. Unique layout not found anywhere else. Go take a look see! I visited with my freind David as transport driver, he comes here regularly I understand. He didn't have a clue I was a Google Reviewer mind, before this, hence this, enjoy. Well lit inside and a great foyer assembly area that as an estate agent would say has to be seen to be fully appreciated as they say. Lashings of teas and a cafe too. Nice. Very different than if you just drive straight past it as I've been doing for years now! Not just another church on the corner!
Very friendly, welcoming bible teaching, evangelical church
Private celebration. Good clean kitchen and toilets. Parking on road short walk away.
Very welcoming, lively church with high standard of Biblical teaching.
Family friendly, gospel based, warm and very accommodating house of worship. Diverse family of Christ and inclusive.

We were very happy with our sons party @ power league Romford. Jay our host was great with the kids made it a party to remember. The staff on the desk were also very helpful and polite. Would recommend 💯
Booked my sons birthday party at power league Romford it was such a fabulous party from start to finish the kids loved it and the staff and coach couldn’t do enough for us absolutely recommend this to everyone I know
We have had a few parties for our sons at Powerleague, the latest one for an 11th birthday party with 16 kids. All the staff are really helpful and organised and can’t do enough for you. Big shout out to Sam, what an amazing coach! The boys were focused and had fun! Powerleague even supplied the cake. All we had to do is turn up. Will be back x
my brother hired this venue for his baby shower and i must say jay, Elena and micheal were absolutely amazing they deserve a pay rise!!! will definitely be requesting them the next time we hire the venue, they make you feel extremely welcome and comfortable and definitely great at convincing the drunk to spend more money😂 got to love this venue, would recommend to everyone and anyone.
Had my son's birthday party here yesterday, and thanks to Coach Sam, he had an amazing time! She was fantastic—attentive, involved, and great with the kids. They absolutely loved her! We used to go to Fairlop Powerleague, but after some awful experiences there, we decided to try Romford—and what a difference! The Romford location is so much better in every way. Thanks again, Sam, for making my son's day so special!
My son had his 11th birthday party here today with his friends, they had a great time and the party host Jay made it a party to remember!
My son hac his football party here. Sam was an amazing coach and goes above and beyond, really got the kids involved and they had a lovely time. Even allowed the kids to have a bit of extra time on pitch. Everything went great and smoothly.Highly recommend 👌
We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience we had at our Linked Events gathering in March. We particularly want to commend the entire team, skilfully led by Anneka and Rob, the managers. From the outset of the event planning, we were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by your team. Anneka and Rob with the staff were always on hand to answer our questions and provide the support we needed at every stage of the planning process. On the day of the event, we were delighted to see how well everything was set up and coordinated. From the arrangement of the space to ensuring that all our requests were promptly met, your team executed everything with exceptional efficiency and friendliness. We truly felt well taken care of, and we greatly appreciate how Anneka and Rob & team made our event a memorable experience for all attendees. Big thank you for having us. Warm regards, LinkedEvents Team

Great venue. Great rink. Tonight? MK Lightning 4 - Romford Raiders 3 Winning goal 1'11" into overtime. Very exciting!
Went to last week's game two adults and a carer after weeks trying to hold of someone without any luck we turned up hoping to get a ticket. Had a great evening dropped my disabled son back and traveled back to Kent. After checking bank statement we have been charged £49 website shows £18.00 x 2 £36.00 carer free even looking at other prices can't get to a price of £49.00 tried yet again to contact by website and also social media as no contact number. Given email address and contact number so many times and still nothing. Really a big shame as my son wants to go again but if this is how fans get treated no thanks
Love the ice hockey but the Raiders on line shop is absolutely ridiculous.. placed an order in November and not heard anything since. Poor service
A great value entertaining night out right on our doorstep with an excellent atmosphere. Modern facility and family friendly. My 7 year old was made up to win the 'chuck a puck' challenge prize as well on his first attempt. People of Romford and Havering get to the Sapphire and support the Raiders, they deserve to succeed. Good luck to the boys in the play offs!
Don’t recommend for parents to join the membership. Today was at the swimming pool around 6 PM and were not allowed in due to the swimming lessons we ask at the ginger lady when we can come in with the baby and told us at 8 o’clock so we come and still, we weren’t allowed. We asked for a manager one came in named Zak young boy with no experience in managing customer services we were getting the wrong information and we just got 2 new membership. In conclusion, I cannot lie to my son about staff giving the wrong information. As a parent disappointed
Absolutely appalled witnessing one of their young players in full kit publicly physically abusing his girlfriend was a horrible thing to watch
An exhilarating spectacle full of twists and turns, cheers and boos! Wonderful to watch such skilled players in a local environment. Fun for all the family. We’ll definitely be back; would highly recommend!
Ice been taking lessons here now for about 2 months. Our teach harriot is super friendly and so encouraging. I thought I was too old to start but she has made me see that age is just a number. The public skate is also good fun with everyone being really friendly and approachable. Everyone is there having a good time.
