Great for a roast dinner you you don't want to put an all day effort into doing it yourself. Good food, great selection and a really nice environment when going outside of peak times. Customer service was excellent. The bathrooms do need renovating though. UPDATE: I've now tried the breakfast as well. Think hotel breakfast buffet and you'd be on par with what's being offered. Totally worth it!

I have visited a few Toby, I thought I tried Romford. When I arrived I was seated. They had a weekday menu and had kid size menu. What it lacks is service at the serving stations took awhile for the chef to come out! The food looks half empty ! But overall if you want a quick English roast it’s reasonable.

I am a frequent visitor to the Toby (Romford Brewery) coming every weekend to indulge in their tasty breakfast. Not only is the food delicious, but I feel comfortable visiting on my own. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. It is almost like having breakfast with family! Special mention must be made to Joy who is such a happy soul and delights everyone with her presence! James is so welcoming and friendly and his professionalism is top notch. It is evident that customer service is a priority in this establishment which makes the whole dining experience a very pleasant and happy one!

I am sorry to say, but our visit was appalling from start to finish. The worst experience i have ever had at a restaurant. We were greeted by the front of house, which was pleasant. When we were told to follow a colleague to be shown to a table, the colleague asked the front of house person what table should i show them to and the response received was any table. When we were seated we were given a table for 2 when we booked a table for 3. So we had to pull a table closer so that we could seat our son. The cutlery was dirty and we had to swap cutlery with the table next to us. We visited the toilets and they were dirty, wet and without any tissue. The water in the taps was very hot and so it took twice as long to wash a toddlers hands that it should. When it came to ordering our waitress presumed we were all having the carvery, instead we had to correct the waitress and place our order. Food was slow to arrive. When the kids meal arrived the Mac & Cheese was dry, cold and inedible. I tried to request the bill and there were no staff on the restaurant floor to give us the bill. When one member of staff appeared he ignored me and it took 4 attempts to get his attention. When we finally received our bill we were told our waitress will be over to take payment. The waitress appeared 2-3 minutes later and proceeded to take payment from the table that was sat adjacent to us. After this she proceeded to walk off, put the card machine away and see to customers that needed seating, After seating them and taking a drinks order she proceeded to take our payment. Overall, staff are over worked, under motivated and the restaurant is a joke. We will not be returning..... I would give it 0 stars, but it wasn't and option.

We had a young lad serving at the carvery. His name was Owen and he was so polite, professional and even though he was new to working behind the carvery he kept everyone calm and reassured while he continued serving. He kept everyone happy. Then after we got our food we had a lady named Jill who took was very nice. This made our experience lovely with good food. We will be returning.

Popped in for lunch today, was pleasantly surprised. Ordered from the £8 menu and opted for a gammon steak and a chicken curry. Both were tasty. Also had a side of cheesy chips, wouldn’t recommend. Restaurant was mainly clean. Service was brilliant, could not fault it. Would recommend a visit.

Our server Bailey was amazing with our orders. We had an allergy and nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable of the menu and afters. Very funny and generally a nice person. Only criticism is our desert which was the bread pudding was warm and not hot. Also felt the menu picture wasnt true to image. However will happy to return especially with offers off this October.

This is my feedback for tonight: I had a bad experience with the staff tonight one of them said her name is Steff/Steph and if I want to complain thats her name. I experienced poor communication from your staff, unprofessional behaviour, rude and made me felt I was too much. To the blonde lady on a cream top tonight (staff) sorry that when I initially entered the pub, because you were on a counter stood up and you looked like you werent busy I thought I can approach you immediately. I apologize I did not read the sign to wait before being seated and I admit that was my wrong I have been used to beefeater staff being so approachable on my previous check ins so when your voice was a bit raised and dismissive asking me to go back in that space to wait though theres no other customers waiting I apologized to you but I admit I was taken a back/surprised. To you steph the other staff who was there serving, I misheared you and thought you were asking me to write my phone number on a piece of paper and my name after I had finished eating and after I told you I wanted to pay you just walked away so I just wanted to ask you what is that for , you came back after a few minutes and explained that you need to double check if I had indeed paid for my meal deal I told you I was happy to escort you to hotel reception to confirm but you said you did not have time because you are busy, sorry I misheared you and thought you were asking for my home phone number and when you realized I got it wrong and told me it was my room number you wanted you walked out with an annoyed look on your face which made me felt stupid and confused. I had to go to you and found you on the counter with the staff with blonde hair looking annoyedand it seems you were talking about what halppened. I followed because you just walked out and you have a look on your face that made me felt a certain way (I felt stupid because I misheared you) and you did not said anything though I apologized you just walked out. When I was approaching you Im sorry I had expressed that you both are acting rude which made you steff/Steph hostile towards me telling me without hearing me that if I want to complain your name is Steph/Steff then you walked out again. Lady with the blonde hair had me explained myself to her without you Steff coz you already walked out infront of the counter when there are guest on my back left corner who can see and listen to what I am saying and what you guys were telling me. I said I just wanted apologise to me not hearing you properly but you Steph you made me feel stupid and embarassed walking away without saying anything, looking annoyed. I think that was unprofessional and made me felt I am too much and stupid. I hope you do not treat other customers how you treat me. Please communicate clearly next time and Do not just walk out. It was a bad experience that I hope would never happen to me again. My company has a business account with Premier inn so me and my colleagues checks in here and eats in there a lot.

Had a lovely roast here last Sunday. Probably the best I've had out. The staff were superb and so friendly and made a fuss of our 2 dogs, bringing them a bowl of water too without us asking. Our dogs are like our children so it's so important they are made to feel welcome. And this pub didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back 👍🐶🐕

Had dinner here last night. Was served a lovely steak and chip which we enjoyed. Ordered some chicken as a side dish. My partner bit in to the chicken it was stone cold with ice inside! It wasn’t busy,staff seemed a bit in a daze and in no hurry to do much. We was served by Bailey who was amazing & apologised so many times for our raw chicken. It did put my partner off he’s dinner. Such a shame but dont think we will return here. But please appraise Bailey for amazing service & resolving the issue for its

The food is lovely. The service is great even though they have run out of roast turkey breast. There was only one lady serving and she was great smiling and happy even though she was run off her feet. The manger was lovely to and happy even though she was run off her feet.

Attended the place as a family of 5. Place was great as it was the last time we came. Soft music in the background. Well-lit. A combination of modern and Victorian decor. Service was great. Dee was brilliant, lady explained the menu patiently (as we had just missed the intended breakfast), checked allergies and kept returning to check on us. Food was generally good. Nice to be back.

Me and my girlfriend visited the moby dick for dinner this evening. We were greeted by Kacey who was nothing but extremely helpful. She showed us to a lovely quiet area and we then bought our food at the bar with Jane. The service was outstanding throughout. Czesiek the carver served us a generous portion of meat to which was accompanied by a wide variety of delicious vegetables made by Charlie. We ordered a dessert which was absolutely to die for made by Lucy. We were then shown out by the lovely Debbie. We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone!

Ellie was an outstanding host and waitress! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel completely welcome. She was attentive without being intrusive, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. We had a lovely breakfast at Toby Carvery Moby Dick this morning! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavour — especially the hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs. There was a great variety on offer, and everything was topped up regularly. The server Cherise and carver Czesiek were friendly, welcoming, and really added to the relaxed atmosphere. It’s such a nice place to start the day — cosy, family-friendly, and great value for money. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!😀

I was worried about eating out due to severe allergies but wanted to celebrate my daughter-in-law’s birthday with family. Dee, our server, immediately took care to ensure I could enjoy my meal safely. She was attentive, provided excellent service, and kept checking that everyone was happy. Absolutely loved our breakfast here at Toby Carvery Moby Dick! Everything tasted delicious and freshly made — you can tell the team take pride in what they do. The atmosphere was warm and lively, with a lovely buzz but still comfortable enough to relax over a coffee. The staff, Server Cherise and Carver Szesiek, were super friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt really easy and enjoyable. Perfect for a weekend treat or a lazy morning out. The food at Aksular Restaurant was absolutely amazing! Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service was incredible – Hatice herself was so attentive, friendly, and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable straight away and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Her openness and warmth really stood out and made the evening extra special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere.

I drove to Vadi in Enfield and was surprised to see it had shut down and was under new Management (Aksular), I then decided to visit Aksular as the 2nd option. Upon arriving staff are lovely, I ordered a Chicken Special to take away, this was my 1st visit to this restaurant. Once we arrived home we noticed that in the mixed grill the salad was very disappointing, to be honest it was more like a packet of leaves had been thrown into 2 small boxes from a tesco's mixed leaves salad, no cucumbers, no tomatoes, no onions no red vinegared cabbage, nothing to shout about, there seems to be a standard form looking at the reviews here. If you buy a take away you will be disappointed as there is no attention to detail and there is a lack of wanting customers to return for takeaways. I have regularly eaten in Vadi and bought takes aways. I bought the same meal, chicken special, used to get a big foil box with all the salads, dressed with olive oil and pomegranate dressing, in the meal you also got rice pudding, this cost me £42 but yesterday I got charged £55 for a takeaway and had to pay extra £5 for the rice pudding, not to complain as nothing is free but if I order a £55 chicken special I expect my salad to be fully loaded with all the different salad items not just some rabbit leaves with not dressings, I thought Aksular was an authentic Turkish restaurant, really disappointed with the items I was given to take away. For the money I spent it was daylight robbery. I have to advise, please Aksular treat your customers better than Vadi did in Enfield as they were amazing and currently you only got a star today because I cannot give you no stars, if you take over Ponders End Vadi please adjust your prices as they are out of reach in that area and you need to sort out your salads for take aways as its disgusting you charged me £55 for some chicken that had very little rice in the box with it and the salad, my 10 year old daughter could have made better. Apologies but will not be coming to your restaurant to buy Turkish again as 1st impressions count and I would not give 1 star if I knew I was going to be ripped off. please see the image of the salad I received as mentioned only leaves in a salad does not constitute to a Turkish salad, seems there was not effort made to give me a high standard of service, I was going to book a table to eat in one day but even that is a higher price. I feen the takeaway was a total rip off so what would you get in house. Who ever is in charge of this organisation need to quality control it take aways as it was extremely disappointing. You will have a lot to live up to in ponders End as Vadi was amazing and well priced, your menu prices are untouchable and your salads are more like food for rabbits and not humans. The salad is a day old and already rotting and looks out of date, this was fresh from yesterday, looks inedible.

Terrible experience. I ordered delivery and the wings came with hair on them—absolutely disgusting. As for the sides, they tossed in just two sad-looking pieces of vegetables that looked like they were scraped from the bottom of a trash bin. Not only was it unappetizing, it felt like a complete afterthought. I couldn’t eat any of it and ended up throwing the whole order away. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Not the friendliest spoons out of the three I visited on a Sunday afternoon during Feb'25. Quick service at the bar and a good ale for £1.99. I couldn't see a sign for the toilet, so I asked a staff member who didn't seem very happy. Not too bad inside, with an impressive beer garden.

Absolutely appalled by the service we received today. What should have been a special, memorable afternoon celebrating my son's 21st birthday turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. We chose to spend the day on the rooftop, enjoying the sunshine with my 67-year-old disabled mother, my son (the birthday boy), his girlfriend, their 1-year-old daughter, and his best friend. However, we were shocked when the bar staff refused to serve my son — after he had already been served one beer — claiming they needed to "query his age" under instruction from the manager. Despite it being abundantly clear that we were there to celebrate his 21st (with a balloon, cake, and gifts all saying "21st"), and despite showing his digital passport and driving licence stored on my phone, the staff still refused to accept it as valid. The manager was rude, refused to even provide his name or details on how to make a formal complaint, and showed no understanding or respect. We even called prior to turning up as we wanted something simple, in the sunshine, in my lunch break, prior to his party on the weekend. My son, his girlfriend, and his friend had only one drink each, and neither myself nor my mother are drinkers — we were a quiet, respectable group simply trying to celebrate a milestone. Today's experience was deeply disappointing. The treatment we received was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and upsetting. We won't be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting if they expect even basic respect and customer care. Would not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent customer service.

Breakfast at Wetherspoon it’s always good, can’t go wrong with that. It was super busy, even though it was morning, but found a table, and staff were very friendly. Always grateful when I find a Wetherspoon wherever I’m going, because I know that a good breakfast deal is covered! However very odd part about this one, is that they have cameras at the restrooms. Big NO NO! I’m aware it’s for safety etc, but have cameras outside, not inside, invading our privacy.

Today I enjoyed the large mixed grill with a pint for £17.65 which was delicious👍👌, Shame it’s being pulled from the menu. 🥲

Very good value pub in the heart of Romford. The roof garden is a lovely place to sit on a summer day..well worth a visit. On the roof garden for a drink today 27/6/25,beautiful sun and lovely atmosphere.

AVOID THE FOOD POISIONING: Came here yesterday as a gift to my mother. We ordered the fish and the lasagne and was disappointed. We've visited the pub before and eaten here, sad to say will not be return for the food. First of all for the fish which was for my mother and i tried after she stopped eating, the peas were completely cold, While the had a soft rubble like constancy. It appeared as tho the batter had been burned an in attempt to soften it the dish had been microwaved. I myself had the beef and rewine lasagne, which while looking appealing was not. The garlic bread like the peas was cold and tasted more of oil then bread. The pasta itself while having it's flavour was swimming in oil, and burnt on the edges, making it a struggle to even get down. Yet we tried because we had paid the money. As a frequent visitor who used to live just 5 minutes away and a fellow bar worker in london it's a shame to see when quality turns out like this. I've been bedridden all day throwing up since with what I can only assume is food poisoning from here as I hadn't eaten anything else thay day as I was looking forward to the meal. 2nd time going there, 1st with my eldest daughter, she had the gammon and I had fish and chips. Both superb. Went last night with my hubby, he had the fish, I had the rump steak, OMG, absolutely beautiful. Jane you cooked my steak to perfection, haven't had a steak cooked to my liking for a very long time. Thank you. On entering the pub, we were greeted by smiling and attentive bar staff.

I remember going in here a few years ago,it was a right dive.went there today 6,8,24 and was pleasantly impressed. Its had a good make over,the sausage and mash was very tasty and a nice pint of Stella.did have to wait about 30 minutes for the food but that was OK.

I came to the Tollgate today with family/friends after not eating in this pub before. We all had different meals and everyone really enjoyed their meals . The Staff and Manager are very welcoming and the Chef was kind enough to stay later so we did not miss out on desserts. Great experience we all said we will be coming back.

Absolutely love coming to The Tollgate — it’s got that perfect mix of a welcoming atmosphere, great drinks, and brilliant service. Mark (the manager) always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and the barmaid who works Saturdays is warm, attentive, and brings a really lovely energy to the place. Whether you’re popping in for a quiet pint or a weekend catch-up with friends, you’re guaranteed a great experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered my food sausage chips and eggs! I’ve told the waitress that I want eggs well done bc I’m pregnant and can’t have soft eggs….but it comes runny….then the chips were overcooked and has a taste really bad…seems like they didn’t change the oil in a while… very disappointing

I often go there. And I have never had any problems with ordering. When I came on a Friday evening (August 8th), I ordered food and drinks at a table. I got the food pretty quickly, but I didn't get my drink. I see that it is standing there, but no one seems to notice it and the employees are looking irresponsibly. After more than half an hour, I asked if I could get my drink, but I want a fresh one, not the one that has been standing on the bar for a good half an hour. The girl was very unpleasant, she showed her clearly dissatisfied face. I went downstairs to ask for a drink, but no one poured me a drink. None of the employees apologized for not bringing me a drink on time. There were several young girls who were bartenders. I don't know why people with such behavior are hired, because it is unacceptable behavior with customers. There is no culture in communication and it is clear that it is better for such people to work in an institution where you don't have to talk.

Good Wetherspoons overall. Has special offers too which is good. Nice upstairs and kept well very efficiently run. Only complaint the Disabled toilet is uncontrolled & as it's downstairs used by the drunks all the time.

This place never fails to be a good place to socialising, drinking, eating, having a good chat, even chilling out. Location is great. Its food is fantastic and drinks are amazingly priced as most spoons are anyway especially alcohol. Friday nights get really busy. I highly recommend this place to anyone for a bar or a sit in restaurant.

Nice local Wetherspoons just a short walk from the station and Chadwell Heath High Street, It's a cut above the usual spoons. The food, drinks and atmosphere are good. Not too busy most days. The manager and all staff go above and beyond and are nice and friendly

Again another WS pub . Old police station , great selection of beer and cider. Very poor visit this time staff ignorant and borderline rude. Food good as always but order incorrect and mt the additional item for the main did not turn up . I had to chase it up . Response was poor . Will followup with head office All cool .... Staff were spot on . Food to standard. They did a great job serving ten all at the same. Upped a star 🌟 Curries are quality here

Roomy big cafe on Romford high street. Looks like it's family run ? Extensive menu & sandwich 🥪 board to sort you out for a quick bite to eat or a more detailed brunch / lunch depending on how hungry you are ? Tables are clean & tidy. Quick & friendly service with a smile. Your bog standard cafe menu here & you won't go hungry either. I only opted for a quick cheese burger 🍔 & chips with a drink which came to £9.45p to eat in so wasn't too bad. Filled a hole in my belly and off I went to the dog track. Can't complain & a fairly solid 3* for this eaterie.

A very good lunch.My companion had the mozzarella and avocado salad. I went for the more traditional fry up but with poached eggs - if a place does a good poached egg everything else is generally good. These eggs were very good. Service was very good and it was a very pleasant experience.

We celebrated a 50th birthday at Cafe Bueno and can honestly say they went above and beyond so we felt compelled to give a review. The service was exceptional, constantly smiling and being personable, making sure we were all okay throughout the evening. Whatever we needed was given to us in rapid time, and by genuinely lovely people. Secondly, the food was some of the best in Romford- we ordered a delicious mixed grill and perfectly seasoned rice which every guest loved and would recommend it to anyone. The entire staff and owner were so amenable to any special requests given that it was a birthday party, and the cafe itself is perfectly spacious and clean, meaning every guest had an exceptional evening and we will definitely be coming back!!

I couldn't eat much of my food the fish fingers were hard although l did take some home as l didn't want to waste them. The chips tasted peppery no mentioned of this. The mushrooms l love were in tiny pieces which would been ok if they hadn't been covered in oil

Great cafe, staff were friendly attentive. Kids enjoyed their meal. Quite a large menu of seemingly random items from full English, typical cafe dishes to grilled kebabs and pastas. Clean and comfortable setting. Food was reasonably good for a cafe. Not exactly cheap nor expensive. Kids meals well priced and includes a drink.

I went for lunch today as I remember it being pleasant before however my experience was shocking today. Do not order the jacket potato. It looked lovely when I walked in as I saw two women eating it little Did I know it was rock solid? I honestly felt like I was eating mashed potato and tuna and the guy at the till had the cheek to offer me a few pounds discount. I walked away feeling sick and they did not care terrible customer service.

Often walk past and the place is usually quite packed. The atmosphere is great. Lady that served me was welcoming and very attentive without being over the top. If you're looking for a cheap breakfast then I suppose this is the place for you. You get what you pay for huh. I personally won't be eating here again. I had cooked breakfast. Sausage is deep fried and poor quality. Portion size is good but I couldn't finish. Bread is cheap and was barely toasted or buttered. Whilst I won't eat here again, I would go back for a coffee which was to my liking. Nice little place- up the quality of breakfast items, increase the price...is my opinion.

I really liked the food - good portion sizes too. I think it was a little on the pricey side (and there were some wraps advertised that were cheaper than the other options but they weren’t on the menu). No complaints otherwise!

One of the best coffees I’ve ever had at Café Fino! The barista, who I believe is also the manager, is very polite and provides great customer service. He also makes amazing lattes with beautiful latte art. Highly recommend!

One of the best Cafes around. Great service and the menu is so varied you can pick from so many great options. I have been coming here for years and it never fails to satisfy the need for a tasty bite to eat.

Had a Del-Boy special breakfast which included a mug of tea. The tea was rather small which was disappointing, and then the wait for food exceeded 20 minutes. It was an average quality fry-up but the portion was large. Staff were pleasant and there was a charm to this café. It is cheaper than other cafés, so it's not a bad option for a budget breakfast.

Hands down the best spot in Romford, tucked away on the far side of the market, this little gem is a generational family run cafe, I had a sausage egg and bacon sandwich taken away, it was foodgasmic the bacon was thick back bacon with a light smoke, the egg was runny the sausage was good quality and the crusty English bread was fresh and nourishing slavered in butter and brown sauce. I have been here a few times and think it’s great, and the tea is a good blend with a strong colour just the way I like it not milky and served in a proper cup not those fancy coffee dish’s. Keep up the good work guys.

We visited for the first time today as it always seems full every time we pass by in the car. But I’m sorry to say I now can’t understand why it’s so popular. I had what they called the Big Breakfast which was spread out over the plate to look big but a plate half the size would have sufficed. The food although hot lacked any flavour whatsoever and I really would like to know where they get their produce from as it doesn’t seem to be of a high standard. So yes this was our first and last visit.

Thanks for the over cooked chips and revolting chicken curry. Id be embarrassed to serve that curry to anyone. 90% oil 10% old dry chicken. Couldnt eat it. £12 for the worst curry experience.

Have read many of the reviews. People seem to like the food, but no one has remarked about the prices. Used to go here a lot years ago, when the prices were reasonable and good value, however no longer visit as for the price of a roast dinner for a couple of quid more you can get a far better quality roast in a restaurant or pub. However what really did it for me was the price of their cakes, £6:30 for a moderately sized slice of bog standard production cake is nothing short of daylight robbery. I now go to a nice little cafe nearby to me. The food is excellent and you can get a good size slice of home made victory sponge for £2:70. What a difference. Goodbye Cafe Royal!

Took my mother there for a birthday day breakfast. They were EXTREMELY accommodating to my mother's needs. Fresh fruit and pancakes on the side. I had to have the full English and tea. Good food and service with a smile.

We are regulars now to Cafe Royale, and we have introduced family members to the cafe too. We love there roast dinners. We had omelette on Sunday absolutely lovely. I would love to know what the dressing is on the salad, it's lovely, is it oil or balsamic vinegar or something else and what herbs do you put on it. I love this and want to try it on our salad at home too, to liven it up thank you to all the staff for being so kind and helpful. I used the washroom for the first time at the weekend lovely and clean You can park in a near by street. There are tables outside if you prefer to eat outside too.

Went for the first time, a busy cafe at good location. Can park in near by streets. Good sitting option outside. Their chicken is halal. We tried Spanish omelette and a sandwich and both were good. Will go back and try some of the items in the menu too.

Lovely cafe in Gidea Park, probably one of the best in the area. Food is always fresh and hot, portions are huge and prices are very reasonable and the staff always with a smile. Definitely recommend this place and sunday roast dinners is a must!

If you want to lose your entire tongue on a 100degree coffee, head here on a Saturday. The milk is consistent like molten lava and tastes like an ashtray from overheating.

Really helpful staff (man). There's a small step (2-3in) so my scooter couldn't access this store easily, I had to use walking stick support to enter but was given a lot of support by the man working there on 26/6/2024 at 11.40 am. The only problem was some coffee floating in the drink & the App calls this store Scoffs but there's nothing to tell you it's ever been known as that, all it says on the frontage is costa?

The bathroom is dirty, Sunday morning. There is no soap. I take a coffee and a triple chocolate muffin. The coffee was ok, but the muffin was dry, old and disgusting. Dirty place.

I came in here Saturday afternoon and overall, the experience was nice - good choice of drinks and a convenient location. What I didn't appreciate was the fact that a barista behind the counter was watching videos on her phone and even took a phone call (very loudly, may I add) whilst making a customers drinks and in front of seated customers that could clearly see her. All in all, she spent a majority of time either on her phone, out back in the stock room or out the front talking to people whilst another younger barista was left to serve customers, hoover and mop the entire store. Totally unprofessional.

It's a nice sized coffee shop with additional seating at the back. As its very close to the Rachael Park parkrun, if any runner shows their parkrun barcode, you will receive a discount. They also have kids toys available for visitors with young children.

Had eggs Benedict with avacado on a crunchy toasted bread with a flat white, certainly hit the spot n I was very satisfied with the quick healthy breakfast! I came here with my mum and the food was very good and well seasoned the lady at the counter is friendly and the juice was nice and fresh. I had the jacket potato with cheese and beans and the cheese was actually melted. Friendly staff, good food. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came here for breakfast today and as i cut into the sausage the inside was PINK. It put me off and made me feel sick. I’ve been here a few times, the customer service is absolutely terrible. We walked in there and it was very hard to even find a seat as all the tables were still dirty and had plates on from the people before. The only nice thing about this cafe is the toast and the mushrooms.

After my first terrible experience I thought I would go second time to see if it had got any better. We came for breakfast,around 10, found a seat quite easily clean table, however food took ages to come it was only beans on toast and half English breakfast, beans were cold toast was not toast it was bread. Had to rush home to use the loo and as previously mentioned I’m sure it was the sausage I had not sure I’ll ever go back maybe stick to McDonald’s? Waste of nearly £20 the only decent thing was the latte which was nice and hot.

We ordered 2 half grilled chicken with BBQ and garlico herbs with chips and salad, and I have to say this will be my go to place for a well marinated chicken! We both loved it and could happily order more!

If you've ever seen a movie with a scene in an 80's small town cafe, you'll know what to expect at Mel's Cafe. Walking in, you're hit with the feeling of a local "Mom & Pop" operation. The service had that personal touch you only seem to get from an owner/operated business. The food was great... simple, but tasty, well portioned and reasonably priced. I think this is my new regular cafe.

Lovey and friendly service! It was originally just me and my dog. I was going to come here to do some work, but my partner’s hospital appointment didn’t take as long as expected. She joined, had a lovely breakfast. This was the first time in 5 weeks since breaking her wrist someone had offered to cut her food up! Thank you

Had an omelette. Mostly standard cafe food here nothing special. You can get much nicer omelettes around Romford. This one wasn't of the fluffy and light variety. Plus side is that this was cheaper than a lot of ones in town and the portion size also a bit smaller which for me is a better balance. Would eat here again and try something else.

A great cafe just outside Romford town centre. A huge menu and a smashing all day breakfast. Food is very affordable and plentiful. It's not super glamorous but it's very welcoming. The staff are attentive and there is plenty of parking just over the road

Nice little Cafe to hang out while waiting on the bus or doing laundry or just to stop and get a good meal. The waitress was kind and not pushy at all. The kitchen staff were kind and quick to get your meal completed and served. I'll make the walk from the hotel to come back.

Popped in New Year's eve for breakfast. Fantastic service, great quality ingredients. The bacon and sausage were several levels up from the norm for a cafe breakfast. Lived in Romford all my life and only just found this Gem. Will definitely be back for breakfast and to try some other menu items

Somewhat ok, can never seem to get all of the order correct. I ask for extra onion and extra sauce in my big mac and I only gets a few bits of onion in the burger and next to no sauce. Why have the option of extra is they are too tight to give it !

Unbelievable order 9 nugget meal, bbq sauce with a Sprite and a smartie Mcflurry get asked to park around the front (Madness only ordered my grandson's food ). Only for them to get it wrong and when you tell them they are rude. Told my grandson not going back if they can't get one meal correct. Poor

I wish I could give you 0 stars. I have ordered a delivery today using McDonald's App. I have only received the drinks and ice-cream, no food at all. Obviously it is the driver's fault as he bought us an extra drink from someone else' s order. I called your branch and was told you can't do anything, even speaking to one of your managers named A. The number I was given for customer services was not working. Could not get much luck with both apps. Could not contact the driver as his number was not working. Well A. at McDonald's straight road, I hope this happens to you as well, let's see how you control your frustration and anger when you are told " we can't do anything" . I will spend my money somewhere else....

This restaurant is by far the worst for deliveries. They continuously leave/miss items out of the orders (I mean how hard can it be to look at an order and place each and every item ordered and paid for into the bag?) They are also absolutely clueless on packing/bagging up an order mainly concerning on how they pack the drinks in the bag (see my photos) they put bottled drinks in with the cup drinks which results in the cup drink being spilt inside the bag and subsequently the bag then ripping. No matter how many times I report/advise on this it is repeatedly ignored. All they have to do is to keep the bottles separate from the cup drinks!!! I have also received a complete incorrect order and someone else had received my order (which happened to be over double the other customers order)!! Whenever I try to resolve I am instantly dismissed by the manager/staff and told to contact Just-Eat! So as I said WORST DELIVERY RESTAURANT IN LONDON/ESSEX. The photos don't lie! You have been warned people!!

Ordered a grilled sweet chilli wrap meal, a hamburger with no pickle and a plain hamburger, both hamburgers came with just sauce and pickle, I didn't want lettuce or cucumber on the wrap but got it anyway the fries were undercooked cold and very salty

What a lovely place. From first booking our afternoon tea to arriving, Kelly was great. Our groups food intolerances were catered for extremely well & everyone enjoyed a delicious & plentiful afternoon tea. We had lovely fresh sandwiches, warm soft scones, not dry or crumbly & a large variety of delicious cakes all served in authentic crockery, a nice touch. Even our dog was welcomed just as much as we were. We had to take our leftovers home as we couldn't finish all of the delicious cakes, a welcomed treat later on. Thank you to Kelly & Eastbrookend tea rooms for a lovely afternoon tea. We'll be back & would recommend!

We booked very last minute for a party of 16 for my nans birthday and the lovely team couldn’t have been more accommodating. They really did go above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. The food was lovely, great service and the sun was shining! My nan had such a lovely time as did we all. Thank you so much ladies. We really can’t thank you enough. I think my little girl enjoyed her mini afternoon tea too!

Had a beautiful cream tea lunch at the Tea room today. Everything was so fresh and tasty. There was a lovely calm, chilled atmosphere. The staff were amazing. Jade was super friendly and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back!

Experienced a lovely family party at Eastbrookend with Afternoon Tea. It's was a lovely setting with a delicious carefully prepared Afternoon Tea. The service was second to none and the staff really took the time to make sure we were looked after and the coffee and tea was also plentiful. We took our little dog too who was welcomed. She enjoyed the walks around the lake there and there was a fabulous playground for the kids just outside. Parking was easy too. All in all a great afternoon out. Worth the visit from Wales for a lovely Dagenham welcome.

I was at Eastbrook End Cafe yesterday with Katcha + 16 of her friends and family for brunch, and a walk along the wooden carving route. Spending time at the barbecue area too. Everyone at the cafe are so friendly and helpful, I absolutely recommend this cafe and area to all.

Very robust and robotic staff, i order a chai latte the staff was least concerned about my order and she was in a rush to send me off the counter. I agree my order (Chai latte) was not more in money but i expect the staff to listen to me atleast. I requested for for spice she said she already add the spice so she can't add more spice and i requested for an empty cup and i can pay for it. She straight away denied me, then she said if ur dining in i can give you glass cup.

This is a message to whoever thought putting a digital code lock on the toilet was a smart idea. Far too many people get locked inside and are left struggling to push the door open - including elderly people and children - who result in banging on the door in the hopes that someone will hear and call a member of staff to help. One girl was left in tears. Not acceptable! Apart from this, there are very helpful and kind staff.

I spent over £20.00 and this coffee shop today 19 sept in Romford. Was a lovely day but as always the bag lady was there hogging up chairs with her news paper bags and on the other side there was a group of people over 65 clearly finished their coffees and now sitting there with tap water having a quiz !! I’m a carer and I managed to get one chair but I had to stand the whole time while you let people sit outside for hrs with tap water Will not visit your shop ever again

**Review:** I recently visited this establishment, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and understanding shown by the staff. As a pregnant woman, I urgently needed to use the restroom, and I politely explained my situation to the staff member. However, the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to let me use the facilities. Her rough and unkind attitude was not only shocking but also absolutely unacceptable. It's ridiculous to deny a basic need, especially to someone in a vulnerable condition like pregnancy. This experience left me feeling upset and frustrated. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and provides better training to their staff on how to handle such situations with care and compassion. Can’t remember name but it’s starts Flor….

We popped in for a quick coffee & croissant. Served quickly by polite staff. Music was soft and Christmasy. Only minus was my croissant was dry, had to throw half away. On the whole a nice visit.

I asked for a vanilla matcha and the person who took my order was very standoffish and the service was extremely slow. The person making the matcha was very slow, considering there were only about 3 people in the shop and the matcha had very little vanilla in it when i SPECIFICALLY asked for a vanilla matcha. The match was also very gritty and wasn't up to my standard unfortunately. It felt like a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend.

I like to find cosy coffee shops. Not that I expect stabucks to be cosy. But wish it was a little more comfortable for chilling and reading. Staff lovely. Especially lauren. Very welcoming and kind.

Venue has had a makeover, less intimate and going the American way which is more cold and less warming. Comfy chairs have gone to be replaced with dirty bench seats which just accumulate other peoples crumbs and left overfood. Less of a view now that Windows have been blocked off, so you get to see a depressing road instead. Staff are still there hence my star. Just not the same place to meet up as is less seating than before replaced with bar stools which nobody wants to sit at i noticed. The designer obviously doesn't get the demographic of Romford, old people and a lot of parents! Guess Starbucks really don't want people to sit comfortably in their stores and using pandemic as an excuse to move everything to cheap IKEA chairs. Guess we will stick to Costa going forward as that still allows groups to sit together in a comfortable setting or Poppins down the road, which both have cheaper coffee anyhow.

I have really mixed feeling about this place. When we arrived a staff member (looks like the owner) was sitting front of the coffee shop. When come in went straight in the kitchen without washing hand. The place is clean all tables, chairs, plates and cutlery but when we arrived at 9am on Sunday and they took our order they continued the cleaning.(walls, menus etc. Should be done before opening) they just finished the cleaning and they went in the kitchen to finish the food serving. During the food preparation they are not using gloves so they take the payment (cash only) and make your sandwich with dirty hand. They brought in some fresh egg and they put them temporarily on the counter where they are making the sandwiches. Cleanliness looks really good but food safety..... The waitress was nice with a moderate English. (Tip goes in a shared cup so tip based on that)During our breakfast no one did ask how is everything. Food is mixed quality some ingredients are good but some of them taste very poor but as much as possible looks fresh. Later definitely will give them another chance and eat here. Hopefully see some improvement.

Wow, I chose the 5 items for breakfast and asked for my bacon and egg to be well done.When the food arrived, it was hot, it looked good, and the egg and bacon were cooked as requested. For a cafe the food on the day visited was great, best food I've had in a cafe for breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxed with a television playing to keep you entertained. The service is prompt and the staff are polite. The menu offers a wide variety from cooked breakfasts to home cooked hot dinners. The pricing is average for this kind of place and food.

Discovered this cafe whilst waiting for my car to be serviced. Great cafe, found it clean, and well lit and a good offering on the meals, service was very good and food arrived as ordered and hot! Definitely worth another visit in the near future. Would recommend if you are looking for a bite.

I've had enough of this nonsense. Ordered a delivery yet we, had a missing item. Tried to get a refund but it was impossible. This has been recurring significant times. Sort it out. Food came squashed and cold. 8 quid down the drain. Ruined the whole meal and many more from previous orders. Infuriated. Fillet O Fish came with a only half a measly slice of cheese. Utterly disappointed.

Black girl on till, seen wandering about, ignored me twice, then was rude and huffy, then proceeded to cough 3 times on her hand before handing me a receipt. This is sadly exactly what i expected from an area so scarcely populated with English folks. We deserve more than this low 3rd world standard approach to customer service. Even at a McDonald's.

I made clear instructions before I order and still the chips came salty ( even if I mentioned no salt)and the whole food was cold had to reheat in microwave! Unacceptable!!! They never follow instructions!!!

We ordered a toffe latte but when we opened it there was no cream inside and when we came to tell the workers they said that the cream melted straight away,also they didn't want to even add the cream bc they said that the cream melted they were very rude and did not say sorry.If I could put 0 stars then I would.

Ordered through uber eats. We ordered 2 steakhouse stack burgers but when my partner bit into his it was chicken! We also were missing a burger and the fries were cold and stale and inedible. I don't expect mcdonalds to be the best meal I've ever had but how can you put chicken in whats meant to be a beef burger!!!

Used to use this place a lot for delivery. But then they stopped reading my requests for well done bacon/egg. So I stopped but carried on for the kids food. Gradually gone down hill I don’t know if it’s because it’s delivery they think they can get away with it and serve sub par rubbish or if it’s also the same when you eat inside. Today ordered the kids food and the delivery driver didn’t deliver it so now I have to battle with Just Eat to get my money back. I called the cafe to see if another way to deal with it, they just gave the usual nothing we can do and passed the blame response to me which I think is rubbish because they have my money but I don’t have what I paid for and I think they should take some responsibility for the platform they use to send food out to customers. The I don’t have enough staff to deliver attitude and lackadaisical way in which I was answered was disgusting. I’m done using Cafe 23, I do not recommend their stale bread, under cooked bacon and over cooked sausages every panini I’ve tried has gone straight through me. Being disabled and one child with an allergy is the only reason I bothered using them half as much as I did. Not anymore.

Very friendly staff, food was delivered in minutes after order was made. Halfpounder was huge with big portion of chips. I personally wouldn't put onions at the bottom as the bun became soggy but burger was still delicious. My daughter had ham and cheese panini. There were two freshly made pieces with salad. She loved it. Place is generally clean, I always pay attention to the glass and how clean it is. This one was very clean. Safe to drink from it. Prices were reasonable. Definitely will be coming back.

Very friendly cafe. Popular with locals elderly, young people and families. Kids meals. A lot of the local businesses order take out lunches from here, and the bus drivers stop in for coffee. Found by accident when my girls were babies, been regular visitors for over 10 years now.

French fries served instead of chips. Chicken kebab but there was no sauce. Sausage on the £9.80 full breakfast was cheaper quality than a Richmond. Overall poor quality and value for the prices charged. Staff were nice though and service was quick.

I had a home delivery. Cappuccino, chocolate fudge cake slice and bacon, sausage roll. Very tasty. Will order from here again.

Been going here years now and the food is amazing. Good quality items not cheap which is noticeable when you tuck in to it. Everything from breakfast to dinner, eat in or takeaway. Telephone orders possible so it is ready when you arrive to collect.

Here this morning for a breakfast. Was very good. Wasn’t too impressed with the sausage however. The service was excellent and all staff i interacted with were very nice.

I was met with a really warm welcome by the owner who took the time to understand what we were in the mood for and made sure the food was piping hot. The food really hit the spot, and I highly recommend the mocha. Excellent service, great food, and a really warm atmosphere.

We ordered 2 cheese & onion toasties & 2 black coffees 1 decaf 1 normal. The coffees where ok. The toasties on the other hand where soggy/sweaty the only way I could describe it. It had obviously been toasted but the toast had gone soggy & im sure the onions tasted fried my friend said they wasnt . Should of complained there & then but we was hungry & in a rush. When we paid the bill it was £16😳 I thought very overpriced for the food we received. The cafe looked newly refurbished the waitress seemed quick & efficient. Not sure I will be visiting again

This is a great size M&S with a good size foodhall. The staff are professional and helpful. They all look very smart in their uniform. The store offers a wide range of fashion for ladies, men and children which you will find reasonably priced.

Went for a bra fitting today and was helped by the lovely Natasha. She was so lovely, put me at ease and knew her stuff .she was really patient and ensured the measurements were accurate and advised me which bra fitted correctly. Really lovely lady and excellent service

A big shop with a variety of food, groceries and a whole section for clothes for men, women and children. Looks fancy with the dim lighting and luxurious design of shelves. The price are a bit more expensive than similar shops, though.

Great customer service in bra fitting department from Teresa. M & S bra fitting service always top regardless of the branch l use. One little note of disappointment; their minimiser bras are now all underwired. Ugh!!! Anyhow Teresa found me perfect alternatives in the range of bras on offer. Well done her! 😊

The food store continues to close earlier than the stated hours. The store should close st 18.00 but they are closing at 17.54, 17.55, only allow customers out the entrance on the high street but not in. This seems to occur frequently under the supervision of mainly a staff member named Ali in Romford. Previously complained to customer services and to one of the managers (i think the name was Dawn) that I was arriving before the closing time and the staff was not letting me in the foodhall. Despite the reassurance given by the manager, no improvement has been observed, the staff is still closing 5 or more minutes before the official closing time. Some of the staff are even rude raising their voice or some saying ' you should ask nicely to enter the shop' even though at that time I arrived at 17.55 which was 5 minutes before closing time. Today I arrived at 17.50 at the shop and it was still open, when I exited the shop I looked at the time and it was 17.54, the staff was unlocking the door to let customers out and was not letting customers in. This ongoing issue causes inconvenience and reflects poorly on customer service standards. I don't think most people go to the shop a few minutes early because they have nothing else to do, I normally finish work and arrive in that area at that time and I think most people have the same reason for doing last minute groceries. I love M&S food but the customer service is very poor and this damage its reputation. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

It's an old store but staff here are always helpful rally needs a re fit but the staff clearly do what they can with what they have

Amazing food, the English bird with the big lips is really funny and flirty, the things she did with my sausage before it ended up on my plate meant it tasted different to normal but still nice and juicy, top cafe, lovely staff especially ole trout pout.

Good old fashioned cafe, reasonably priced food and a large menu to choose from. We were there for a late breakfast and enjoyed it. Will certainly return when in the area.

Staff are very friendly and the service is quick. My coffee was always ready in no time! The interior and lighting create a cosy atmosphere. However, I did notice some small flies on a few occasions, which was a bit off-putting. I hope this can be improved, as everything else was lovely!

Had the sweetest experience at Black Sheep Coffee today! As a student, I went in to grab a coffee and was gifted a free cup by the kindest, most beautiful soul working there. Totally made my day! ☕💛 The coffee was amazing, the vibe was great, and that small act of kindness meant so much. Thank you for spreading good energy — I left with a warm heart and a big smile.

I enjoy using the app to order my drink in advance. I tried the iced passion fruit matcha lemonade. The staff at this location were friendly and prepared my drink quickly. This branch is conveniently located near the Canary Wharf underground station and offers free Wi-Fi, ample seating, and is dog-friendly.

I ordered the Lychee matcha lemonade with the gut blend shot and the build your own custom Açai bowl. I fount the flavours refreshing, the drink kind of tasted fruity in a good way and earthy. The açai bowl was tasty too and it really brought out the flavours of it well. It was also packaged with care. I reccomend the food here.

Absolutely amazing!! Beautiful decor inside, food was great, came on time and was hot. A variety of different foods, breakfast or lunch. There is also parking space free of charge. Definitely recommend the pancakes they were soft and fluffy. Bonus, there was also halal options available. Food was at a reasonable price, quite cheap. All of the workers were very sweet and friendly. Perfect for kids & they also provide lollipops, my child was very happy and not crying! Seating outside if you wish.

Went for brunch with friends, I’d been a couple of times before and knew the girls would hopefully like too. they loved it! Food delicious, service, perfect, could even park outside. What a great find and unbelievable value for money, we have all decided this is our go to brunch place.

Hands down best cafe around. I love their creativity with food choices and so much to offer! Lots of space too so no feeling of being overcrowded. Staff are lovely too. Picture in the review is the 'Posh & Spicy' with pancakes and I opted to swap for a veggie sausage. Was epic

Finally, a place like this in RM1 - totally recommend 100 per cent! Plenty of space, nice decor, comfortable seating, clean washrooms. Several parking spaces outside. Varied menu including separate sides and a vegan option, all beautifully presented. Great coffee in nice big cups and served hot! Coffee with oat milk the same. Water served in a glass not plastic. If anything, service could be a little more attentive with menus given when first being seated - but it was a Sunday morning breakfast so perhaps busier than usual. We will definitely make Mazing a regular venue to visit!

It’s has taken me a long time to find a good cafe in the area and this one by far is 5 stars. My family & I went for breakfast and it was beautiful. Presentation, quality and service were 5 stars. Highly recommend this cafe.

A hidden gem with nice decor, great food which is well presented and lovely staff on hand to see be with a smile too. Highly recommend to anyone for breakfast brunch or even dinner! No alcohol but that in some ways can be a bonus. Shout out in particular for Holly who always greets us with a smile and makes us feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble, she is a great asset to the bistro!!

Ordered a soya americano, which usually tastes fine. Today, it tastes like soapy dishwater. There is a particularly miserable-looking member of staff—he has been mentioned in other reviews and could use some improvement on his customer service skills. I have reduced the number of times I visit. I honestly don't foresee Costa being a viable establishment in the next few years.

Filthy place. Cups are never cleaned. See photos. Stay away from them. Lazy management is in spark contrast with other shops The whole place is a mess of uncleaness.

Terrible experience from the staff named Faisal. Extremely rude and arrogant. I ordered black coffee and tried to scan costa app. There was no beep then I tried again just to confirm. Then Faisal asked my why I did scan twice I explained to him nicely but then his attitude towards me was extremely rude. I am a regular customer here and from local. I was shocked to see this kind of behavious. I will never go back there!

I pop into this costa a lot and the service in the morning drive through is always 10/10. Deffo recommend if your driving past.

A small costa with a more limited counter size and therefore range than you would find in others. Full drinks range. Never that many staff as its small so an occasional wait but not too bad. They couldnt be bothered to stir the strawberry sauce into the lemonade today but other than that, a pleasant visit with a lovely picturesque view of Tesco.

Costa is in need of a revamp and a refresher in customer service. On my few last visits the whole experience is average, nothing special and the selection of sandwiches was very poor. Tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down, a bit concerning.

We visit Costa coffee regularly. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk too. They make us feel very welcome. The coffee are made to a very high standard. The place are always clean and tidy. We love ❤ going there and enjoy the coffee.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff decided not to serve 10 min before closing. Went to grab a take away coffee after 15 min drive just to hear “ it’s quiet so Im already cashing up”. What a service 🤢

I arrived and wasn't greeted or asked what I wanted to order I had to ask myself. Bad attitude from the young girl who served me, also got my order wrong, clearly wasn't listening to me. Wanted to drink in and was given cardboard cups instead of a glass (like every Costa since lockdown - thus making it bad on the environment as they won't recycle them) bad attitude from the lady who made our drinks! Tables never clear and clean, fed up with the bad service and over priced drinks at Costa!

Cosy coffee shop serving decent coffee at average prices. The food is industrially prepacked and subsequently heated on site (the food could be better). Costa is located on the first floor of Tesco at the end of the store (near the Wines, Beers and Spirits). Access is via an escalator or lift, making it accessible to people who may have a disability. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tables and chairs are clean and comfortable. Tip: Use a free Costa card to accumulate points and receive a free coffee occasionally.

The price is extortionate for what i ordered and the portion given. Branded as tesco cafe, you'd think it would be good value since the items can be easily sourced from the suppliers, maybe they use the brand but have to purchase the items at a small discount, i can imagine with price i paid that they've made double or triple the mark up of the stock, electric, gas etc... other than this which isn't limited to Tesco, the staff were pleasant, had a smile and a friendly demena, i wonder what the pensioners think, as i can see the prices eating into to what they have left, which is rather sad. This like any cafe or restaurant, its about the convenience i.e. no need to stock potatoes, have a tuna can left open in the fridge and unused cheese. Yes i ordered the cheese and beans jacket with additional tuna on the side and a tiny fried egg. Very tasty 😋 despite what i mentioned. I also had an iced latte. It ashame this cost of living crisis exists....

The cafe used to be good. It is now poor due to frequent early closing and / or most items on the menu not available, particularly if they involve cooking. I arrived at 1.35 for lunch. It is not surprising there are only 2 other customers here as "the kitchen is now closed - the cook's going home!" I ordered a coffee. It was good.

They had 1 poor girl doing the floor, till and no self service. Waited 20 minutes buy a scone and cappuccino. Scone was cold and stale. Lady serving was very nice... felt sorry for her.

Food is well presented. I had cod, chips and peas. Generous portions. However chips and peas were under cooked. I complained about this as I was only able to eat the fish. I was just told that they would tell the cook for next time. No money back or anything else offered. I don't think there will be a "next time" !

Loved my experience, whilst it was extremely busy I felt that service went incredibly quickly. There was only one girl on both the till and the coffee, her name was Amina (I made sure to ask as she was extremely welcoming and comforting to the point I had to ask her name), despite there presssures of so many customers, she had a dazzling smile on her face, her energy was just extremely placating and calming. Coffee is really good at the Cafe, prices are fairly reasonable, I ordered a medium cappucino which came to £2.45, one word- perfection, beautifully presented. I would come again to this Cafe if it was my local one, but it isn't unfortunately. Excellent customer service, best of all the Tesco Cafes I've been to...and that's saying something. RECOMMEND, 10/10. Superb, thank you for the delicious coffee and dazzling smile!

I can’t express how thankful I am to Renata for making sure that the life size Chinese box was brought to life. She exceeded expectations beyond what I could imagine.
