Great nature reserve with big enclosures, and yet much wildlife to discover and observe from close up (with a bit of luck and good timing). Saw some bad reviews about "nothing to see" which I can wholeheartedly object with a bunch of pictures of all the amazing animals we have encountered. Might be a bit day/time dependent. We visited in the morning and noon hours on a rather cool summer day and had a blast 🤩
Almost not animals and those that are available to see are sleeping or hiding. Ticket is 25 PLN. Free parking.
The animals have plenty of space; the wolves hide best — we barely noticed them, as they were sweetly sleeping away from everyone among the trees. There is a playground. Two hours is more than enough for a leisurely walk. Large parking, there are ticket vending machines.
A very nice place to see local animals that live in the Białowieża Forest. We saw the bisons, elk, deer and wolves.
Must see place when in Białowieża region to see European Bison - "żubr" as seeing one in the wild during a forest walk is rare. There is a playground for children. Free Parking.
Definitely worth visiting. Ticket costs 25 zł and the whole park can be covered comfortably in an hour.
Small territory, ticket for adult costs 20 PLN. There are good parking and playground for kids. We saw deers, bisons, wild pigs, roe deers, lynx, wild cat and horses. Better to come in the morning, we was at 12 am, after hour it was too much people at weekend.
This is a must see place while visiting Poland. The park is well organized and offers senior discount. You would never be disappointed as you do see more animals than bisons. The trail next to it is very interesting. To and fro about little bit more than 2 hrs walk.

Beautiful and well preserved forest, definitly worth visiting with a guide to have all info about the trees and Flora around you. Better Luck to find animals outside of the strict protected area, in the forest, we spotted beautiful bisons and wolves !
Europe's last primeval forest hosts 800-year-old oaks with distinctive bark furrow patterns. Biologists confirm 12,000 insect species within a single square kilometer. The reintroduced European bison herd displays behavioral adaptations to tourist presence. Boardwalk trails minimize ecological disruption.
4/5, still looking for real bisons.

This place is just Magical. I can't wait to go back
I was lucky to see the primeval forest in white! It was a remarkable experience!
Dreams come true... Like never before this is amazing view guys must visit Belovezhskaya Pushcha was protected under Decision No. 657 of the Council of People's Commissars of the Soviet Union, 9 October 1944; Order No. 2252-P of the USSR Council of Ministers, 9 August 1957; and Decree No. 352 of the Byelorussian SSR Council of Ministers, 16 September 1991. In December 1991, the belaveza accord , the decision to dissolve the ussr, were signed at a meeting in the Belarusian part of the reserve by the leaders of Ukraine , Russia and Belarus Thankful
Absolutely stunning and most interesting place, one of my favourite places in the world, I hope to come.back here one day and hope that the government don't continue to unjustfully log this place

Protected area known for its primeval forest & big European bison population, with hiking & cycling.
Slide 1 of 8
I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at białowieża forest
Bialowieza National Park ( part under strick protection) . No man planted all the trees. Everything looks natural. If a tree falls, it stays there. There are European bisons here, bobcats, wolves and more. A lot of birds and wild flowers.
It was a forest like any other, so I would definitely not go out of my way again to experience it. The difference between the old and new forest is probably only visible for those who have a professional interest.
Marvellous primeval forest, we booked an English speaking tour guide in advance. Seen 600 year old oak still decaying and many more beautiful old trees and stories about the forest.
Incredible forest. Massive trees. Great air. Plenty of birds, insects and fungi. Bison was elusive, apparently better to visit in the autumn, as during summer they tend to stay in the forest. Let yourself loose on the kilometers upon kilometres of forest roads. Bring your bike with u!
If you understand about flora you will like it not much fauna to see. If you are not keen on trees , better don't go , you can get a bit bored. For a walk it's good , for a guide visit it can be a bit boring, not much to see .
The park is very beautiful, and being in nature is really nice. But this is not the visit we were promised. They clearly told us that we would not see any bison at the begining of the visit, and the guides arrived thirty minutes late. We woke up at 3 a.m. for a walk that we could have done at 10, and we did it with a guide who was not very good. In conclusion, a failure.
The park was very impressive. Our guided tour was excellent. The guide, Patryk, was incredibly knowledgeable on plant ecology and forest systems, and was easy to talk with. The mosquitos were very aggressive despite the liters of repellant we sprayed on us, that was also the only downside.

It is an achievement of a group of individuals devoted to preservation of local culture. Created literally with their own hands (and money). Definitely worth seeing.
This place is very poorly maintained and almost feels abandoned. I've been to many skansens in Poland and this is by far the worst. A real shame.
I was surprised about this so called "skansen", because there are in total only two windmills, two wooden houses and two workshops, a stall and an orthodox chapel. Not much to see and part of these buildings is used as dwellings by private persons. The buildings were build in XX century, so there is nothing special about them. Disappointing.
It was such a picturesque place where I could learn a real life of peasants back in the history
Nice open air museum. It is located a short 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bialowieza. Entrance is free.
I love places like this one it shows the real history, you can come inside, touch everything. Recommended
Very nice place. Allows a glimpse of how our (not so) distant ancestors lived.
Very interesting place to see how people lived before our modern days

Hiking area
Slide 1 of 8
Great, beautiful hike. Keep in mind, this is NOT a 2.4 kilometer walk. Maybe in straight line, but NOT if you are following the path. In reality it's around 5 km one way.Definitely not for kids , if you are going to go all the way. We packed for a 2 hr walk and ended up walking over 8 miles in all. There are a lot of people on the path and even more mosquitos, so make sure you use deet before you enter ( unfortunately it does not repel people)
A wonderful place to relax and recharge. Quiet and peaceful. The trail is not a loop: it's there and back. Two hours of easy walking round trip.
Light and pleasant walking. About 3 km in one way. Bicycles are prohibited. A lot of mosquitos.
Advertised as "educational passage", but you will not find a single info board throughout its length. Nevertheless, it makes sense to spend ca. 2x35 minutes to walk both ways, a nice and natural experience
This is a great walking path from free parking to Natural Bison Reserve. Half of the road is just forest path and other half is wooden path(it is slippery when wet so be careful). Parking is not big, so early arrival is recommended especially in the summer. Path is long about 2.7 km and can be completed on the wheelchair as no stairs in the way. Don't forget that you walk in National park so no open fire, no litter, don't pick mushrooms or flowers and don't walk of the path.
Lovely forest walk elevated boardwalk to keep you off the ground
Beautiful walk, 9km in total :)
It is a very pleasant walk around 3.15km one way, there is no payment needed and I would highly recommend using mosquito spray. In my opinion, going back and forth in the same path can get a bit boring, so i recommend going one way and visiting the Żubr reserve.

(Translated by Google) We were there during a general renovation of the church. It is worth knowing that it was started to be built almost 100 years ago (1927!), but the construction was never completed. Now, thanks to the great work of the Parish Priest, general works are underway to complete this construction. Despite these difficulties (the parish also had a fire in the rectory), during the week the room where Masses are held was full. Many thanks for your perseverance and patience. We wish the favor of parishioners, including those "from outside", so that solidarity and unity will overcome divisions and any hostility or reluctance.
(Translated by Google) A very neglected church Maybe because of the small number of Catholics. Interesting altar, individual carved stations, you could hear the power of the organ AFTER SINGLE sounds during the mass, but whoever was mixing there with cables... a smile on your face during mass may not be inappropriate, but if I had to be at a funeral ceremony it would be difficult. I hope that I came across a mass where someone was there instead and tried to take care of these organs.😉 (Original) Bardzo zaniedbany kościół Może z racji małej ilości katolików.

The porcelain iconostasis is the only monument of this type in Poland and one of only two in the world. It was amazing that we saw something like this for the first time in our lives.
