We visited the aquarium on a rainy day and had to wait in line to get in — it’s a very small and rather old place, located right in the center of town. The visit takes no more than 20–30 minutes, and the exhibits are quite basic. If you’re passing by or looking for a short indoor activity, it can be a quick stop especially with kids. However, it’s probably not worth a special trip just for the aquarium.

Very nice atmosphere for dogs and their owners, very busy as well. You need to come early to get cabana as it is really popular. The views and the sea are stunning. The bar offers some snack and drinks, no real food, but they did bring some pizza on request.

Monty’s Dog Beach is an absolute gem! Whether you have a dog or not, this place is worth a visit just for the joy and energy it offers. The beach is spacious, very clean, and full of happy dogs enjoying the sun and sea — the atmosphere is truly heartwarming. You can rent two sunbeds and a parasol for around 20 euros, which is totally worth it if you plan to spend the day. There are cold drinks, snacks, and even ice cream — both for humans and dogs! The water is beautiful, the vibe is relaxed, and everything is super well-maintained. Even without a dog, I’d come back just to soak in the good vibes and be surrounded by these beautiful, happy animals. It’s a unique experience you won’t forget.

Unbelievable, every year there is another carefully selected exhibition. There are no queues , no entrance fees. And the possibility to be very close to some extraordinary paintings and sculptures .

While exploring Dobrinj you may stop here and check nice exhibition of paintings, violins and more. Great place for art and history enthusiast.

Unbelievable gallery, for me the hidden gem of Krk. This years' exhibition "Women" features art from Dali, Hundertwasser, Warhol, Chagall,etc. Free entrance and no crowds. Also a great local restaurant across the street, Konoba Zora, with yummy surlice. Our must visit every year.
