What a surreal place to find a lake in the mist of a desert! This place is gorgeous and full of adventures. So much fun! It was exhilarating boarding down the sand dunes and blasting through the area hills in the atv. While in ATV, hand tight and buckle up because you will be bounced around!
I come here every year and I love it! They take you far into the dunes and the sand boarding is awesome. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Peru its is a MUST have on your list.
Amazing experience, will definitely go again!
Their number won’t work. They don’t reply to any of your emails. And won’t refund your money as well. Don’t even book this! Go with the other option which has more reviews.
(Translated by Google) Unique experience! The driver I had was very rude, I thought the tubular was going to turn over. They had warned us but I didn't think it was a big deal, it made me lose my necklace. Despite all that, it is an excursion that I would do again. Beautiful sunset and fun with soundboarding (Original) Experiencia única!

This was AMAZING. I scuba dive and skydive but the thrill and the rush of those rides are like no other. Love it.

Lovely vineyard and dune tour
The town is so random. It's in the middle of nowhere in the Peru desert, but Huacachina Hostels and Tours take advantage of that. They offer a great overnight tour that includes taking dune bugs and having an awesome time. They'll stop at a large dune and let you sand ski down it. You'll get caked in sand, but it's worth it. The guide then makes you a great Peruvian meal over a fire. It's a GREAT time!
I liked riding a dune buggy is perfect for adrenaline its like a roller -coaster experience i enjoyed and amazing sunset. i spent a awesome trip
(Translated by Google) Scam! I took a 2-hour tour (4-6 p.m.) for sunset buggy + sandboarding. No one came to pick me up at the meeting point. The tour took place from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. And obviously, no sunset... (Original) Arnaque!
(Translated by Google) It is a nice experience, because it is very different to see it in photos and videos and another thing to be there, we bought an All Included tourist package: They did not pick up from the bus station to Huacachina, we rode in tubular tubes, then we visited the Nazca lines and also the Ballestas Islands with the Paracas National Reserve. I highly recommend it, you're going to have fun!!

(Translated by Google) We booked 2 tours with them, a buggy tour to see the sunset and the next morning the Ica bodegas tour. Our tour was supposed to last 1 hour and we had to be able to see the sunset, in fact we had to wait 30 mins at the hotel, then our buggy tour lasted 30 mins: the driver just went to the furthest dune close to take us down on the board then came back... of course no sunset. We were with people who paid a quarter of the price we had paid: a shame! In addition, the buggy was transformed to accommodate more people: I hurt my tailbone because of the added belt and I'm not sure that safety standards were respected. The tour of the bodegas went better, but I just recommend visiting the Tacama bodega, it's more than enough.

When visiting Huacachina the buggy and sandboarding tour is a must. This company has wel maintained buggy's and we felt safe during our trip. Very unique experience. The owner is very serious about safety and therefore a responsible person.
Cheap indeed but: - The driver started driving without announcing (I haven’t even fastened my seatbelt yet. Dude it wasn’t safe) - It’s more bumpy than thrilling - The driver asked if we speak Spanish or English. Twice. And twice we said English and he ignored us. Look don’t bother asking it if you’re just gonna ignore us. - The driver was busy talking on his phone most of the time.
Our experience was awful, very unsafe and did not care about our safety at all what so whatever. Paid 4 times more than other companies. We were asked to paid additional fee to enter the dunes when we already had paid for it when booking the tour. Do not recommend to anyone.
The trip was wonderful, Thank you so much Cheap Tours, for the services provided in my visit to Peru the years 2017 and 2022. Excellente guide services. Greetings from London for all the team of the Cheap Tour.
Amazing tour, takes ypu all around the dunes and the city. Fantastic views, family friendly, and will take you sand boarding. Different packages and a must if ypu are in the area.
In had a great buggy and sandboarding tour! Guide was good, taking pictures and the dessert is crazy beautiful. Really worth the money!
Great affordable and safe tour for dune buggy ride and sandboarding in Huacachina!
I had the worst experience of my life at this travel agency. 😡😡I signed up for their paracas tour and promised to pick me up at the hostel from 6:30 to 7:30. Then I waited at the gate of the hostel until 8:30 and no one came. And the phone number on the receipt doesn't work, so I ended up searching cheap tour on google. As a travel agency of Cruz de sur, why is the phone number on the receipt invalid? Finally, after countless phone calls, they sent a driver to pick me up, and I was the only one in the car. Fortunately, the driver was kind. On the phone, they also said that the tour bus picked up people at different points so it was late, but they were irresponsible travel agencies that only know money. And they didn't apologize.🙂🙂

Awesome time! We had lots of fun in our group! Went over and down giant sand dunes in a dune buggy! Good for groups of up to 14 people! (That’s the biggest buggy I saw) also the dune boarding was suuuper fun. Our guy wouldn’t let us use it like a snowboard though so just FYI
The Ice Desert is amazing! What an adventure it is to hike to the top of these sand dunes.
When my friend and I signed up for a "dune buggy tour" we had pictured a surreal, breathtaking, and calm drive through the desert. Instead, we got an intensely exhilarting rollercoaster ride that totally left us in awe. I cannot underscore how much of an adrenaline rush this experience was. It was a truly unforgettable experience and probably the greatest thing I did while visiting Peru.
We knew before doing the buggy tour that it will be like roller coaster but it was more than that, meaning that the driver was in a rodeo with 2 wheels only sometimes. It was scary how close to have an accident we were. We stopped only 1 time to take pictures while other groups stopped more at several interesting points. Also, the tour starts at 4pm at the agency, then you have to walk to get a dunes entrance ticket, then walk again up the sandhill where there are the buggies. The tour lasts 1 hour starting from the office, so not really 1 hour. Not worth the money.
We had a great tour and expierence. Thé sunset was fenomenaal. The buggy and sandboard really gave some adrenaline. Sand boarding was trial and error
Booked this tour, communication on pickup times and payment was very unclear and unprofessional. We had arranged a reservation through email a week in advance. We asked about payment information in the emails and did not receive clear directions. We confirmed our reservation the day before over telephone and provided hotel information. The morning of the tour when they did not show up, we called and were told that they can't make a reservation without prepayment at a Peruvian bank. They would not pick us up regardless of being willing to pay cash upon pickup.
I agreed 120 US for a return trip from huacachina to do the nazca lines flight. Firstly after I arrived at nazca bus terminal I had to wait over 45mins to be picked up to go to nazca airport. I rang and text them numerous times and it took 30mins for them to even respond to tell me what I'm to do. When I eventually got to the airport the airport staff and the flight were amazing and I have zero complaints about them. Then on my return to huacachina I had to pay for my own bus to ica and taxi to huacachina after previous agreeing a return with them in the price stated above. I would stay well clear of this rip off company. Terrible communication, organisation and pricing!
Is not easy to organize a group of 16 people for a buggy ride. But these guys made everything worked out great for me and my friends. And what a trip we had :) Chuti, gracias, amigo, a la proxima!

Had so much fun sandboarding with Tony and his team (Iain and Ciara) the first day, that we booked the next day immediately after. Tony goes up with the groups and makes sure everyone knows what they’re doing. He’s patient and friendly. We went to dunes that other companies don’t go to, and they’re good sized dunes as well. Both days the tour was a slightly different experience but we loved both times. The dunes were the same but the group size was different, and the final sunset spot was different. We end the tour with a beer watching the sun go down with the group. Was full of good vibes. Would highly recommend. Tony and his team also film each person going down the dunes at least once to have a cool video for everyone in the group. I would bet money that Tony’s tour is the best in Huacachina. He truly cares about the experience for all of his customers.
Loved my tour body boarding on the sand dunes! They provide goggles and helmets. Free beer for sunset. Many photos and videos. The buggy picks you up at the bottom of each hill, no need to walk back up. Body boarding goes down different hills than skiing and boarding. Felt very safe.
I highly recommend going skiing on the sand with Tony! Big shout out to him and Bryan too for being fun and helpful instructors. They are also incredibly good and following you down the dunes and getting the best videos. The equipment they offer is of good quality. And it was all made better with an ice cold beer watching the sunset
I can't even descibe how amazing this was! Tony was fun and chill, we did 3 hours and 5 rounds! It also included a bagy ride that was awsome. We had the guides Ciara and Franco, we did the sand snowboarding and they were so good and explained everything every time we asked and it was a lot 😂 They took us also to see the sunset and gave us beers, really amazing. I totally recommend!
Tony and his crew are the absolute best! Very knowledgeable about skiing / snowboarding the dunes and the best energy! You HAVE TO go with Tony while you're in Huacachina! One of the best experiences of my life! 🤘🏼
The best afternoon with Tony & his crew. Had lots of time to try the boarding and the instructors were there to help us get the hang of it & take cool videos! Buggy ride was great fun & finished off with a beer watching sunset. Couldn’t recommend enough!
We got recommended Tony in our hostel and they really are the best for sandboarding and skiing. You take a Wilde ride with a buggy through the dunes so you can cross that of your list too. They go to the best dunes that the other tour operations don’t. The sunset ending is absolutely magical. Highly reccomended!
After booking a sand ski tour with another company and coming away disappointed, we decided to speak to Tony to see if he could accommodate a morning tour the next day before our bus. Tony was so friendly and accommodating and reassured us that we would get the experience we were hoping for! We set off at 7am on a private tour with Tony and had the dunes to ourselves. Tony is so professional and patient - he captured some amazing videos for us and made our stay in Huacachina extra special. Don’t make our mistake and pick the cheapest tour you find - you will have an unforgettable time with Tony!
