The tour buses go from the left or western side of the terminal. Parking is on the eastern side and has a dead end for walking. The area itself is very nice and you get a view of the elevated church on the limestone going in.
Smooth, scenic, and efficient — the Gozo ferry is a hassle-free and family-friendly way to travel between Malta and Gozo. ⛴️
A speedy and cheap way to get between the main island of Malta and Gozo. Its worth a day trip out there as there's a lot to see and plenty to visit. Smooth and easily accessible for all, and if its a clear sunny day, its an incredibly welcoming trip across the water.
Very easy to Q our car. Extremely organised staff direct cars efficiently. So easy for us the ublic to drive on and off with their experienced guidance.
Great place to visit ;) Malta is actually small but many places to see and explore. Gozo island and surrounding islands are all must see and explore. Malta weather helps because it’s more beautiful in the sun than rain. The terminal is easy to get to and you have a fantastic view of the city of Gozo. You can’t argue with the beautiful views and the medieval look of the town. If you don’t go to blue lagoon it’s definitely a great place to explore and experience.
Absolutely unacceptable and aggressive behavior by the so-called head of security. When we showed the wristband from a ticket we had purchased in Malta to travel to Comino (via Gozo), due to bad wind conditions, he told us we had been scammed and that we couldn’t travel — without even mentioning any option to buy a valid ticket. He immediately responded with aggression and, when we tried to approach another staff member for help, he started yelling and pushed me twice. He refused to give me his name. It’s an absolute disgrace that such a person is in charge of “security.” As soon as I return to Malta, I will file a formal complaint. I sincerely hope that no one in the Gozo Channel team ever experiences this kind of treatment when they are tourists in another country. This person is truly a danger.
The trip on ferry was lovely but my wife which is disabled found it very long walk to ferry and getting of the ferry there was no offer assistance maybe this something can sort out by having some wheelchairs so get to ferry and off
Head of security yelled at and physically pushed my partner twice (~16:30 06/10/25) when asking to make formal complaint, other staff not helpful and could not provide a manager. He yelled, swore and insulted. Terrible service, not only not making more safe but making less safe. Not having someone who could address issue on site means that we have to go through more hoops to deal with. He is aggressive, and mean and should not be working at this facility.

Relaxed and friendly dive centre, very close to main dive sites. Instructors very friendly, not rushed and ensured I had a great week diving and added to the experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you Nev, Melody, Lukas and Fabian.
We had an epic week of diving here! A massive shoutout to Lucas for guiding us the whole week, he planned the dives perfectly taking us to all of the best spots and also got me through my deep and wreck diving course. The whole team were super enthusiastic, Lucas clearly loves his job and guiding people, he is very passionate and easy to learn from. Neville was also a great host making arranging the trip easy and ensuring everything was coordinated. A great team and setup all around!
Passed my PADI Open Water course at Paradise Diving and then had an extra fun dive. Nev and his team were welcoming, encouraging and incredibly helpful throughout. They create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that is instantly calming and their experience/knowledge is very evident. Melody was my instructor and I cannot thank her enough; she was truly amazing! I am naturally risk averse, over think, and was scared of some of the tasks. Melody's constant encouragement, considerable skills, clear explanations, and willingness to go at my pace, reassuring when needed was exactly what I needed. She is such a professional and exceptionally expert instructor and I felt very lucky to have her. I am so pleased to be PADI certified now. Chris accompanied us on the dives and was a constant support giving me helpful top tips throughout. And Lukasz who took me on my fun dive when I was qualified was a calm, experienced presence throughout, able to let me practice and always there if needed with help and advice. What an amazing team and great dive centre! Cannot recommend highly enough!
Thank you Mélodie, Neville, Fabien and the staff. I did 4 dives with Paridise diving during easter holidays. The staff is really kind and pro. They came to my hotel to pick me each times. I rent the material (really good quality and well maintain). If you are in Malta to dive, I advise you to go through them. Wonderfull experience thanks !
We had such a great experience diving with Paradise Diving Center for our wedding anniversary! I usually have trouble with my mask, but Aga took the time before the dive to help me find one that fit properly. She was also super patient. It made such a difference! And she’s fantastic! The dives were great, the fish were amazing, and I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. The whole team was friendly & professional. Highly recommend them if you want a fun, well-organized dive with people who really care.
Thank you Nev, Melody, Lukas and Fabian for incredible 10 dives in Malta. Highly recommend the dive Center, easy going and most importantly safe diving. 5 Mio stars ;)
Brilliant three days' diving with the team at Paradise. It had been almost a year since my previous open water dive so it took a minute to get comfortable, and the crystal clear water around Paradise Bay, Comino and Gozo was perfect. Fabien and Melody were great guides and Chris was an excellent buddy with whom I felt very safe. I was thrilled to achieve my first wreck swim-through as well as exploring lots of incredible cave / rock formations. Big thanks to Neville and everyone at Paradise - hoping to be back again in 2026.
The team including Lukasz and Melodie were excellent. Neville was a very considerate owner too as they were very accommodating with travel to the dive site and allowed one of our party to snorkel as weren't well enough to dive. The diving was very good with clear visibility and plenty of interesting fish including tuna and octopus. Would definitely recommend!
