A brilliant experience!,
It was about a 1 hour tour. The ride down requires a steady driver, lots of narrow points and only enough room for one car sometimes. My brother is in a wheelchair, parts of the walk with his chair we’re ok for wheelchair accessibility, others were very challenging. First 30 minutes are lots of information, they ask you to stay quiet while you ride and stay in your seat. The 30 minute ride back is quiet with freedom to move around more. It’s scenic and nice, but tough drive down on the brakes and nothing to eat there either so make sure you come prepared with snacks. A vending machine is there for drinks. There is a small, grass beach there as well to dip your feet in a bit. You can reach them directly by phone or WhatsApp as well to confirm availability.
(Translated by Google) The boat ride is very nice, the explanations are good, it was too short for me. And at the end we asked them where to eat in the area and they recommended an excellent place with a good price, a success.
(Translated by Google) The boat visit is worth it, especially for the information they provide you during the trip.
(Translated by Google) A normal river beach. There's a highly recommended cruise on the Douro. They explain everything to you. (Original) Playa fluvial normal.
(Translated by Google) A place to indulge all your senses. Enjoy a boat trip through the heart of the Arribes.
(Translated by Google) It is quite worth taking the tour, the boat is very good, perhaps the plastic on the roof should be replaced, it is very old and you can't see anything, it has air conditioning but they put it in, it has big fans and the windows up and the truth is that it was good, we went in the middle of the heat wave, on July 14. The explanations are honorable, the guide said that on the way back she would not explain anything to leave us a moment of relaxation. Well, I prefer that I explain something more!!! Highly recommended. The first parking is for buses, then for caravans and then there are 3 more for cars, so don't park in the first one as you then have to go up the hills. The toilet very clean.
(Translated by Google) A highly advisable activity to do in a group. Boarding the boat at the Aldeadávila pier is highly advisable to better understand the exits of the Duero thanks to the guide's explanations. Las Arribes seen from the Duero River and if you combine them with hiking routes in the area, that is how they are really appreciated very well.

Amazing place, not great if you have vertigo. Approximately 2km walk to platform downhill but quite a struggle back up the hill.
Wow, stunning gorge and an amazing feat of engineering. The vultures flying overhead were magnificent. We walked here from the Cassitas campsite, but there was ample cap parking
Just amazing views, spectacular, worth a visit.
Amazing place. Amazing views. Steep walk to get there from carpark but so worth it
Fabulous views of gorge and dam from high above. Birds of prey circle below you
The Aldeadávila Dam in Spain is a prominent filming location for the 1965 movie Doctor Zhivago
Amazing really cool view. Its really a long way down.
I love the view, it's awesome. You can see the dam, is so huge.

Great spot to view dam and river. Nice walk.
Nearly died getting there, not because its far from car park but it was 40 degrees worth it.
Really nice view. Totally recommended.
(Translated by Google) It delights us with views of its beautiful dam. You're amazed as the river disappears into the hollow of the rocks in the distance, and at sunset, the sun reflects on its water. The animal we can see is the vulture, hiding in its roosts among the rocks, or letting you see how enormous and beautiful they are as they soar overhead. The Arribes del Duero area is BEAUTIFUL AND WORTH A VISIT. HIDDEN AND NOT-SO-HIDDEN PLACES SHOW THE BEAUTY AND WEALTH WE HAVE IN SALAMANCA (Original) Nos deleita con unas vistas hacia su presa super bonita.
(Translated by Google) This viewpoint is incredible! Beautiful views with vultures flying very close. You access it via a stony path between holm oaks to the first viewpoint behind a rocky outcrop. To reach the other two fenced and much more impressive viewpoints, you have to go around other rocks on the right side. The stairs branch off to reach both.
(Translated by Google) Spectacular views of the Duero Canyon and the Aldeadávila reservoir. Follow the directions on Google Maps and you'll reach a small parking lot next to the Llano de la Bodega recreational area. From there, a trail leads to the viewpoint in about 20 minutes. The last stretch is between granite rocks, with some steps requiring support. I don't recommend it for older people or those unfamiliar with hiking. In fact, I chose not to go all the way because I was carrying my daughter in my backpack. The effort is worth it.

A MUST SEE if you are in the area. More than two hours of route in a unique environment and with the best treatment. (Translated by Google) We did the route yesterday with Luís and we fell in love with the beautiful place, also having a good guide like Luís who knows how to explain everything to you, with personal details about his father and technical data about the dam. And he has good binoculars that almost make you think you are a few meters from the vultures. It is obvious that he likes what he does and knows how to convey it perfectly. We will recommend it without hesitation. Thanks Luis. (Translated by Google) We visited with Javi several viewpoints of the Arribes in the vicinity of Aldeadavila: El Fraile, El Silencio, El de Felipe el goatrero and Rupitín. Which of them is better? All very well explained by JAVI with its spontaneity full of anecdotes. It contrasted any curiosity or question. His dedication and care for nature, including “his” vultures which he feeds in a dunghill on purpose. A great ride along roads that only a 4x4 vehicle can access. An unforgettable day.
