Love this place! I researched all the other thermal baths in the area, and we chose this one because it looked like the best overall option for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). We visited on a Monday from 1400-1630 (Fun + Relax) and a Thursday from 0900-1200 (Fun zone only). Monday afternoon wasn’t too crowded, and Thursday 0900-1000 was nicely empty, but then huge school groups came in and it was too crowded. We enjoyed the circular rivers and the outdoor pools, as well as the big slides and the attractions for little kids. We obviously enjoyed it enough to come back!

A Perfect Place – Thermal Baths This spot is perfect for couples, families with kids, and more. There are hot water pools, wave pools, and both small and big slides, including fast ones and even a tube slide you can ride solo or as a pair. There are also outdoor facilities, though I didn’t use them since it was cold, but they looked promising. The place is well-equipped with lockers, showers, changing rooms, and even hair dryers. Around the pools, you’ll find a restaurant and a bar located inside the outdoor pool. Payment is super convenient with a wristband you get upon entry—you just pay for everything at the end. One thing to note: on weekdays, the minimum ticket is for 3.5 hours, while on weekends it’s 2.5 hours. You can, of course, pay extra if you’d like to stay longer.

It is overcrowded on weekends, too many people, you can not get any sunbed to rest, they are all occupied with other people's towels. Really relaxing and clean thermal baths. Surprised how reasonably costed it was and happy to see plenty of pints being ordered before lunch! Really liked the 10 degree cold plunge pool and snow shower. Recommend visiting with friends, family or partner!

One of the best Thermal baths I've ever visited. I've been there twice, once with an Erasmus+ project, and once with my family. Both visits were wonderful. Everything is clean, and in perfect condition. The food is not that expensive, and also good. I totally recommend it for every age, from toddlers up to elderly people. Everyone can find a place there for themselves. If you want to rest, or you want to get some adrenaline while sliding, it's your place in this region.

Main pools totally rammed with people, not a single lounger free and every tiny space filled to capacity. We paid extra and went to over16's sauna area which was bit better but had a bunch of rules that nobody explained including being naked in all sauna/steam rooms. If your expecting natural thermal springs, or anything like the photos its not. Its Centre Parks with a gazillion people jammed inside. Zakopane nice town for a wander. Our guide was sweet and did his best.

This is a great place for kids. Our kids are 7 and 9 and they enjoyed slides a lot. Much more fun than in Chocholow for this age. Place was getting crowded before lunch time - the best time to leave. Place was clean, several stands offered food and beverages without too much waiting.

Quite nice sky resort, offers a lot of different-leveled routes. Some slopes may be in poor condition, but this pretty understandable due to enormous people flow in there. Ideal for beginners and for those who looking for nice skiing experience inside Poland

As I'm learning to ski my boys are masters and we all find something to ourselves. The queue isn't long and the staff are friendly especially when you're a beginner with ski skills . Most of them speak English which is useful. Free parking 🫨. Love this place.

The well-maintained trails, modern infrastructure, and efficient lifts ensure a comfortable and enjoyable skiing experience. FYI: full day skipass cost 170 pln, works from 9:00 to 18:00. 4 hours 155 pln. In case you arrive at 15:00, full day skipass would be available till 18:00, but 4 hours skipass would be available till 19:00. After 16, only night ride skipass is available. Night ride cost separate 150 PLN and active from 16-22. The last available entrance would be at 21:50. Quantity of people during night rides rather less than during noon. The atmosphere of the resort is truly magical – stunning mountain landscapes and cozy wooden chalets make it feel like a winter fairytale. After an active day on the slopes, you can savor traditional Polish cuisine in local restaurants or unwind in the nearby thermal baths, which add an extra touch of relaxation to your trip. Zakopane is a good destination for a family vacation or a trip with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Amazing place for beginners, my partner and I went for three days and it was very pleasant. Staff are warm and welcoming and you have access to instructors at the bottom of the mountain. There is multiple cheap stalls and food trucks available around the proximity which is very convenient, the food is relatively cheap. I would recommend this ski resort to anyone who wants a cheap and enjoyable ski experience. It beats any price comparison to other ski resorts and the there is plenty of cheap ski equipment rental stores scattered across the town. Will definitely love to go again.

Very good ski resort with variety of ski slopes in different level of complexity. You can spend there the whole day visiting all slopes, because infrastructure is convenient, it allows to start at one side and finish at another one. Ski bus is available with stops near different slopes, if you need to reach a particular place. Also there are many restaurants and cafes with local food and hot drinks. The cost for 1 day in high season is 160zl, 4hrs cost 140zl, deposit for ski pass card is 10zl. Also they have evening hrs after 16.00 which costs 130zl. There can be queues near lift at peak time during the day, so sometimes it's better to ski at the evening with less people.

Great ski resort only about one and a half hours south of Krakow. Keep in mind if you come here during high season, there are a lot of people. What I would recommend is do not park in the main parking lot. When coming from Kraków pass the main entrance and go about one more kilometer that make a right and park in the back. Much more parking, easily accessible, and you can also buy a lift tickets here.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The accommodation was great, the room was a good size for the 4 of us. The kids had 2 single beds and my husband and I had a nice queen size bed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are just perfect. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely at the end of a day of skiing. The ski lockers were great, nice to be able to leave everything packed safely and not have to bring it into the room. Breakfast was delicious and varied and a perfect start for the day. Location could not be better, so close to the ski slopes and close to restaurants. It really was a wonderful break for our family.

We also found it uncomfortable that swimsuits are optional in some of the hotel guest pool and sauna areas - this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking info, and it really should be, especially for families or international guests unfamiliar with this setup. Another unexpected downside was the dinner hours, which are from 2pm to 5pm. That’s quite early, and it would make much more sense to extend them to at least 6:30 or 7pm. Last year’s stay felt peaceful, well-organized, and worth the cost. This time, it felt like a completely different experience. For a hotel that promotes itself as a relaxing mountain retreat, the lack of communication and current conditions were disappointing. At the very least, pricing should reflect the reality of the stay.

The noise is constant throughout the day, making it nearly impossible to relax between pool sessions or enjoy any quiet moments in the room or on the balcony. Additionally, there were no special offers or discounts available at the spa during our stay - something we would expect at a hotel positioning itself as a luxury wellness destination, especially under current circumstances. Another important detail that was never mentioned prior to booking is that swimsuits are optional in certain hotel guest areas, including the pools and saunas. This could be uncomfortable or surprising for families or guests with different expectations. Dinner hours from 2pm to 5pm are far too early and inconvenient for most guests. Extending service until 6:30 or 7pm would make a big difference and price per person is ridiculously high. Given all of this, the disruption, the lack of transparency, and the reduced comfort, the pricing feels unjustified. We strongly believe guests should be informed ahead of time, and rates should reflect the current conditions. Disappointing overall for a place we fell in love last year.

We were very disappointed to arrive to a massive building site and demolished part of the hotel - hideous! They are down to only one evening restaurant contrary to their website when we were booking. One of the restaurants recommended to us had been demolished as part of a wing of the building. We would NEVER book a hotel at such a huge cost if we had been told what was going on - but we weren’t told and it was too late to find alternative accommodation for our group of eight! We’ve lodged an official complaint asking for compensation but that has fallen on deaf ears. This huge building work (they are apparently building a shopping centre (?) is going to take a very long time and people should be advised so that they are able to make an informed decision. Never again!

Location is pretty fine, it's close to grocery store (Biedronka). Negatives: - they served dinners very soon (from 2PM til 5PM). They told us it's not posible to serve it later as it's off season.

We just stayed for a week while skiing, and were very impressed. The rooms are large, and the hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. There's loads for kids to do, but make sure you book the bowling alley in advance as it's very popular. The food in the restaurant is very good (they often have live music too), and we particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast - great before a full day on the slopes!

My wife and I had our after wedding party (poprawiny) there in the new building behind the hotel. We could not have been any more happier with the food, management,staff and location. The views of the mountains and river are breathtaking. We had sixty guests fly in from the united states and about 120 local guests. Everyone was shocked upon arrival and I noticed them just pausing for a minute to take in the scenerys as soon as they walked in. They have worked with our budget and really took it to the next level. We Highly reccomend this place! We stayed in the hotel as well and the rooms are very classy and comfortable. We cannot be anymore happier and had some great memories.

Room - spacious, comfortable, clean - we stayed in a family room, two adults and two teens. Restaurant - We went with half board option, breakfast and early dinner, but on some nights we ordered from the menu or went out, which the hotel was very accommodating with. It was very tasty and well presented, if anything I would say the portions were too big, so maybe reduce it or introduce kids portions. Breakfast was buffet style with something for everyone. Facilities - Sauna and Jacuzzi were great after a day on the slops, especially for us as we were learning to snowboard so plenty falling down, which was soothed in the warm sauna and water. There were playrooms / game rooms for the kids with bowling, pool table etc, and the kids were roaming around playing hide and seek. They loved the hotel. A bar for socialising in the evenings with good selection of drinks. Staff - Very helpful and cheerful. From the moment I started interacting with Krzysztof to make the booking to our departure who was fantastic, helpful and kind. Natalia was also very nice and nothing was too much trouble, especially when it came to food for my fussy teen. Information - Very knowledgable about the local area, transport and things to do. Make sure you ask about suggestions and any discounts before booking any activities. I got 10% discount for visit to the thermal baths.
