I visited this place with friends on a day off before a national holiday. We arrived right at opening time to avoid a long queue. On this day, the slides were closed in the morning, so I recommend checking in advance on their website which of the pools or areas may be closed on the days you plan to relax. I really liked the outdoor hot pools and the pool with hydromassage. The sauna area is also very good. We had a great rest and got a healing effect. I plan to visit this place again soon. Highly recommended!
Termy Bukovina, Zakopane Mineral Baths What an amazing place! We visited as a group of six and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The building itself is exceptional, with beautiful architecture that perfectly complements the stunning mountain surroundings. The restaurant offered great food and service, making each meal a pleasure. The spa, health centre, and hotel facilities all looked outstanding — you can tell they’ve been designed with both relaxation and wellbeing in mind. We can’t wait to return in winter to experience the magic of sitting in a thermal bath surrounded by snow and crisp mountain air. A truly memorable destination that we highly recommend.
We went here on August 15, a public holiday and very warm day. It was insanely overcrowded, but we drove two hours from Krakow and had already bought our tickets. There was a really long line from inside into the parking lot. When going inside to check if we had to be in that like as well, the person at the reception was rude and said it wasn’t possible that we had bought tickets online. When we showed her, she let us in anyway. All beds outside were “taken” (towels left on them to mark them as reserved, even though no one was using them). The term thermal baths should be taken very loosely, this is a water park more than anything. If you’re expecting a more spa/wellness experience, maybe try elsewhere. There wasn’t a single place that wasn’t full of people, just like the parking. It’s probably very different on different days, but our experience was not great. Loved our day out in the southern mountains of Poland though, and as it’s very close to the Slovakian border, we drove down there after.
Superb food and selection on breakfast and dinner. Thermal baths are also very nice with a lot to do. There is playground for kids and also play room inside. You can go for a beautiful walk around the hotel because it's surrounded with a forest.
Outstanding, hotel is amazing, food is amazing 5/5, facilities are incredible, the swimming pools (inside and outside) are lovely, hotel staff are very helpful spoken in English and Polish. There was a lovely lady at the active Bar that was always very friendly and polite. Cleaning ladies after leaving our room everyday made a sure that we didnt need anything else in the hotel room. View from the hotel room was extraordinary (on the 1 day it didn't rain). All In all definetely the best trip we've had ever!
Very nice hot water everywhere. Few people, you can buy tickets online or personaly, but the price is the same. Nice place to visit! Parking for free.
It’s a great complex with quite a few pools both inside and outside. The view outside is beautiful. The massage spots are occupied rather fast, so if you want to use the spots outside, it might take some time/effort. Please, note there is an inside pool on the 2nd floor as well (close to the cafe). There is no elevator for people with special needs. Also I’d say that there are not so many sun beds outside. We have visited several pool complexes in the area and I can say this one had the fewest people and it was even possible to swim around some! There was only one disadvantage that spoilt positive impressions- the cafe on the upper floor… All trays were dirty, you could see how they used one cloth to wipe them off and it left pieces of food and such on many trays. Quite unpleasant, so you wonder if the food was cooked the same way- in a dirty kitchen… So my suggestion is to eat elsewhere not there! All in all, if we forget cafe experience, the pool complex is really nice! For the lockers you need to put your watch to the computer screen, it’ll show the number, the lock takes several seconds to open, you need to push the door in to open it (it took some time to figure!) All in all, our visit was quite great!
The water is warm and clean, and there are many pools inside and outside. The view of the mountains is beautiful. The staff are friendly, and everything is well organized. It’s a perfect place to relax and have fun....

Great ski station to relief from Białka(Kotelnica) crowds. Nice prepared slopes, and small queues on ski lift
The road leading to the resort is so narrow that passing a car coming from the opposite direction is almost impossible without hitting the side of the road, getting your windscreen smashed by flying stones, or ending up with a few dents on your rental car—all potentially costing you 600 euros on your credit card. Additionally, the road is so steep (45 deg incline) that automatic cars struggle to climb. Since taking the skibus is not an option for us, I'd recommend widening the road by 2 meters. Otherwise, you won't see me there.
Good ski-station for beginners, but i don't recomend because there are a lot of people! (20 minutes of waiting in line), but maybe there are less people in the afternoon. The views on the station are beautiful.
Fun, budget priced skiing and snowboarding. The "baby" slope with magic carpet/travelator lift is a great place for beginners to cut their teeth without lift intimidation pressures and then when ready, they can progress to very forgiving button / drag lifts and then on to fairly easy and uncongested 4 & 6 seater chairlifts on decent length moderate blue slopes with playing field width which will keep beginner/intermediate skiers and boarders happy for a fair while. Also various bars and eateries at the resort including one bar half way down one of the bigger slopes where beers cost less that £2! Don't expect Val d’Isère, but if you are looking for somewhere to start out in winter sports and not cost the moon this isn't too bad a choice.
Great family place for beginners. Good lerners facilities.
Congratulation to Rusinski ski area ! This single can be used skislope at Tatry Superski region. In this hot weather, very difficult task make the good quality snow. Do you made succesfully ! You rescue my ski weekend ! Thank you !
Definitely not a good place for beginners!!! Awful bunny slope (half of it is too flat to slide at all ) and the slope with drag lift is one side angled which makes turns really difficult for inexperienced skiers. Nice views though.
Nice area, specially when sunny. The road access is very poor. No real otdoor place to eat. One restaurant with good choice but the outdoor tables are on the parking side :(

A long conversation with the guide allowed us to gain knowledge and information about this place. The year 1861 is impressive. We hope that this place will be expanded to include the buildings opposite. We highly recommend it. Greetings to the guide who has her heart on her sleeve for visitors! (Translated by Google) An interesting place worth visiting and learning the stories of people who once mixed their culture and traditions here. The guide is very nice and talks interestingly about this family and how people lived in the past. In this building you can see how people slept, what they wore, how they lived, what utensils they had for cooking and eating, what utensils and various types of utensils looked like in the past. These buildings are not high because these people were not too tall, so you have to be careful when entering the building 😉. In addition to the building where people slept, you can see where they kept animals and equipment for working in the field 😉👍 (Original) Ciekawe miejsce warto tutaj wstąpić i poznać historie ludzi którzy kiedyś tutaj mieszali ich kulturę, tradycję.
(Translated by Google) A small but very nice museum. I don't know if this is standard, but the lady selling tickets showed us around. She shared with us her knowledge about the exhibits and the history of the region in a very interesting way, even referring to stories from her childhood and the stories she heard then. Although there are a few similar open-air museums in Poland, this one is impressive. It perfectly shows the story and stimulates the imagination. On the other side of the street you can also visit the old fire station and the photo exhibition. In our opinion, this should be a must-see for those who visit the Tatra Mountains. Thank you for a nice time and we definitely recommend it.

It was an amazing experience - energetic performances, beautiful traditional costumes and authentic highlander music that kept everyone entertained. The atmosphere was fantastic and the culture of Podhale was presented at its best! Our whole family was delighted - both adults and children watched the performances and listened to highlander bands with great interest. This event shows how alive and beautiful the tradition of this region is. Białka Tatrzańska is a place you want to come back to - not only because of the great skiing conditions and thermal baths, but also because of the extraordinary culture and hospitality. If anyone has the opportunity to be here during the Highland Carnival, I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back to experience it again! Na pewno wrócimy, by przeżyć to jeszcze raz!

We had the opportunity to watch the Nativity Play performed by local artists - a beautiful event, you can see their commitment and the fact that the performances give them satisfaction. The presenter - Mr. Director - is also able to lead the gala in a very graphic, interesting and humorous way. In a word - a nice place, we hope that we will have the opportunity to visit here again.
