Really beautiful facility. Aperitif pleasantly surprised us! Focaccia, crackers, cheese, meat, drinks. Experience felt worth the money but maybe a little crowded by the outdoor pools.
The location and pools were great. Most pools had luke warm water with the exception of the pool at the top, which was hot. The dry sauna was hot and delightful. The inside water rooms were fun. My problem was with the staff. The young lady with brown hair and glasses who was in charge of seating for the aperitif on August 1 at 1900 was very rude. She came to our table and instead of making polite conversation with us, she told us story after story about how our home country was full of stupid people, we don't know geography, our food is bad, and we all go around waving guns. Although she has never been to our home country, she was sure to tell us everything wrong with it. It was uncomfortable and insulting.
Amazing experience! From the very beginning staff were nice and helpful, the service was great throughout. The location is absolutely perfect - you swim in the hot water underneath the snowy Mont Blanc. The views and scenery is gorgeous. The place’s facilities are great, the have plenty of hot baths (covered and outside) so it is never too crowded, and they have saunas, relaxing area, massages and lunch. The food at lunch was excellent as well. You receive everything you need - a towel, slippers and a robe, and even a change of robe if you have lunch. The shower area is very well equipped and well designed. Absolutely recommended!
Not the best experience at this spa, we went there at 6, and given a happy hour at 6:45. Which we completely missed because there is only a single clock hidden in one of the buildings. Also we where not told that there are no food options on the premises, so we went hungry for our time there. Many people brought their phones in to take pictures, videos and face time, this made us uncomfortable. I would not recommend people going to this spa for a relaxing time, the view is wonderful, but you don't need to be in this spa to see it. Also there where no employee's to speak to about issues.
The facilities are great. The Lady with classes working in the Bistro was very rude. We were not informed that the Bistro was only available up until a certain time. We missed the slot and were Rudely expelled
Absolutely stunning spa getaway in the mountains. Went here while on a rest day in Coumayeur hiking along the Tour du Mont Blanc, and it was the highlight of my rest. Felt refreshed to get back on the trail the next day.
The views are beautiful. However, Was extremely disappointed here. (Only used spa and had lunch and aperitif) Have been to various QC TERME and this has to be the worst for service. The hospitality staff were rude and I wont go back to this particular qc. That being said every other QC has everything.
The terme was nice and relaxing, but there were no signs to help people find their way, especially to the upstairs rooms. First-timers might miss the stairs. Better guidance is needed, and people with lone hair should be asked to tie their hair more properly.

Very beautiful place. The hike isn’t too hard. During summertime however, having water is a necessity. There’s also a zip line there, I’ve personally done it and it’s awesome.
Don't miss it. Amazing view to Monte Bianco. The balcony is wonderful. You can also "fly" across the orrido.
Not the greatest thing to do in the area but given that it is free and still very nice, it is worth swinging by it and enjoy the view!
Amazing views up the valley, there is also a flying fox across the gorge .
Worth the short drive up the steep road from Pre St Didier. About 5 minute walk from parking lot to the skyway over the ravine. It is free. The adventure Park is also here and has a cafe. Amazing views of Mt Blanc.
Fantastic view and nice 1km walk from the car park. Stunning, even on a dull day
It was a nice walk up and the view was beautiful.
skywalk over the spa town of Pre St. Didier. you can enjoy the view of the Mont Blanc on your left or cringe at the zipliners over the gorge to your right. Lovely spot for a walk, pay attention or you may miss the entrance, just before the tunnel going up towards La Thuile!

My journey through the Himalayas and down the waters of the Tamor River with Totem Adventure was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the expedition was a masterclass in precision, skill, and heartfelt connection with nature and friends. The guides at Totem Adventure - David, Marc, Ivan, Freddie and JC - are consummate professionals, their expertise apparent in every decision. Whether navigating the trails of the Himalayas or steering us through the Tamor’s rapids, their cohesive teamwork was amazing to witness. As a guide of over 17 years, I can say for sure that the team David has created is unique not only for its flawless precision and execution of dynamic expeditions, but also its display of generosity and loving-kindness. The camaraderie among the staff was infectious, creating an atmosphere where trust and collaboration were not just encouraged but essential. They led by example, demonstrating how shared purpose and mutual respect can turn a challenging journey into a life-affirming adventure. Beyond the physical feats, this expedition was a deeply transformative experience. To trek through the shadows of towering peaks, surrounded by the immense scale of the Himalayas, and to feel the pulse of one of the world’s greatest rivers was truly sublime. Perhaps the most lasting impression, however, was the bond forged among our team. These shared experiences—whether traversing steep trails, paddling the river, or even setting up camp every day—wove a tapestry of support and triumph. Such experiences remind us of the profound strength found in community and the joys inherent in the pursuit of a common goal. For those seeking not merely an adventure but an odyssey of self-discovery and connection, I cannot recommend Totem Adventure highly enough. They are more than guides—they are architects of transformation, stewards of the wild, and purveyors of unforgettable memories!
Incredible rafting guides. We started at a Class 4+ entrance to the river, lots of water for Summer 2025. Our oar broke after the second drop, and our guide, Mark from Spain, quickly hopped out of the boat and called us to safety. The other boats waited for us before resuming the tour and within five minutes, a staff member of Totem came running through the trees with a replacement oar! Very trustworthy guides. Beautiful white water. Guests definitely need to be fit to handle the constant squatting and paddling needed on these waters!
Totem Adventures delivered the best rafting experience I’ve ever had! The guides were professional while keeping the excitement high. Everything was well-organized from start to finish. Can’t recommend them enough – unforgettable adventure!
This was the first rafting experience for our family. This team of enthusiastic people make the whole experience fantastic. They give you a very good preparation before you actually hit the water. Ivan is fantastic and will reassure and guide those, who, like us had never experienced rafting before. I highly recommend the Totem team for their energy and enthusiasm. Thank you guys :-)
Loved the white water Totem rafting adventure - 2 teen boys 18 & 16 put up the front for the most adrenaline- & I was near our fabulous instructor Marc in the middle. Lots of fun & thrills with good safety instruction beforehand. Highly recommend
Totem Adventure really made a special rafting adventure for us and did all they could to make a very nice trip, eventhough we were with just 2 persons (me and my son). We decided to do the option "Must" and this was really cool. We went out for 5 hours with 2 rubber boats on a trailer and enjoyed 3 different tracks. Marc was our guide and David joined with a canoe, just in case. The last track was the most wild, while using the smaller boat. We really enjoyed the white water spots, those were pretty wild! Thanks again Marc and David for everything. We hope to come back! Peter and Gideon.
We had an amazing experience rafting on Dora Baltea and a more rapid stretch at Champex with Marco, Pablo, Ivan and Miguel - excellent guides - with expert admin support from Federica and team. Thanks for a memorable and adventurous day!
Well organised and stylish Raftbase, caretaking and highly professional Raftguides who take you on a world class adventure down the mighty River Dora Baltea with views up the Mont Blanc. 5 stars 🌟

Polite and well spoken English service. We had coffee and walks to the bridge overlooking the valley. The staff was helpful with showing us where to go… clean toilets and nice rustic sitting area.
We had a lot of fun, even though didn't have time to complete all the levels. It was also very affordable attraction IMO, and very fulfilling.
Zip line is fantastic. Courses are ok, enjoyed an afternoon here, would visit again if in the area.
Real fun for the whole family. We followed the standard route with five trails: blue, green, yellow, orange, and purple, just in time before the rain. A pleasant experience even for beginners. Parking was a challenge (since the place was full), but we managed. We recommend eating beforehand or bringing something to eat/snack, as the restaurant serves food during lunchtime; afterward, the only option is a simple toastie.
Waited 45 minutes for a guy to come help us on the zip line. Not service minded at all.
Good guidance from the staff and an extensive selection of obstacles. Nice cafe as well
It was great, the park is amazing and the crue was very helpful and kind
Don't miss the big Zipline, a true gem with insane views.
