We arrived not knowing we needed to pay for tickets to enter the canyon. The attendant was very helpful and showed me how to book online. The canyon route is amazing with lots of wooden walkways and bridges. It's a reasonably flat walk and about 8km in total so not difficult. The walkways are narrow so it could be a bit chaotic in summer when there are lots of people.
(Translated by Google) Rather pleasant site in a gorge in which a stream with green and transparent water circulates Beautiful walk partly on wooden footbridges over the water Difficult crossing in case of crowds 2 flats A long access road where crossing is almost always impossible by car or with a camper van!!! Choose your return travel times carefully to minimize the risk of simply being stranded.... Some crossing areas should be able to be set up or green and red lights at each end alternating for example every half hour for convoy journeys avoiding bad encounters The high price of parking (in fact an entry price of 12 euros PER PERSON increased from 8 to 12 recently, i.e. 50% increase yes yes! while access. was free a few years ago should allow the city to make some investments Be careful booking on the internet Note an area for motorhomes at the entrance to the city free but basic and without service Conclusion: Can do better like many more welcoming Spanish cities Too bad!
(Translated by Google) A 10 for customer service on the Parrizal catwalks. We especially want to highlight Daniel, the receptionist who assisted us: friendly, attentive, patient and with an impeccable attitude from the first moment. He helped us with the purchase of tickets and took the time to explain the route, times, key points and even recommendations to fully enjoy the tour. He is one of those professionals who make a difference and who get the experience off to a good start even before you start walking. It's a pleasure to meet people like that: close, decisive and with a true vocation for customer service. Thanks, Daniel! ¡Gracias, Daniel! Así da gusto explorar lugares como este
(Translated by Google) It's an armed robbery! We were there in mid-July, and even though it was the worst time of year, due to the lack of water to see this place, it's a vile act to charge €24 for two people to access via an unmaintained public path, to see something that is tremendously overpriced. First and last time we're going, of course. They don't even maintain it (planks with protruding spikes) or anything. So, why do you charge anything? I wonder. I can understand that for parking, or as some kind of help to maintain something, they charge you, I don't know, €5? Like in many other places where if we're picky, they don't even charge that, because we already pay for it with our direct, indirect, and indefinite taxes, especially this place, which is probably funded by European funds... But 12 bucks!! My wife and I fell like flies. I repeat, it's not worth it; there are many better places in the area, and you can't pay.
(Translated by Google) The approach route is long and, as usual in the area, partly gravel. The man at reception was very nice and gave us a recommendation for a valley further along that was also very beautiful. Reason for this: You can't come in with a dog!

Reservoir
Nature & Parks
Reservoir constructed in 1962, surrounded by wooded habitat home to vultures & eagles.
Slide 1 of 8
Nice lake/ reservoir, one of our favourites . Set in natural park so no camping allowed. They where checking the other week A little tricky to park and get to the waters edge hence only 4 stars. Nice day out on the water to kayak or cycling around the lake. If your going in camper van and is A or B class I would recommend getting there early and use the cretas- valderobles entrance. The biciete road is possible ( mine is 9m tag axle) but bushes etc touch the sides and the side embankments touch the wheel in certain places. We stay in cretas as usually less crowded and leave at 0700 and eat breakfast around 0730 at the lake and spend the day. It is early but the best way to turn the camper around and find a decent place to park before the rest turn up as it is just a dirt track and park where you can on the side. Some dedicated off track parking areas but best leave them to cars or you will be blocked in
(Translated by Google) Reservoir to be able to bathe or rent skates or kayaks, there are two companies that are dedicated to this. There are tables to eat. Very beautiful natural environment. Nothing to see except the natural beauty of the surroundings which are lovely and totally unspoiled.
This village is surrounded by places to go bathing but this one is in the centre and perfect if you want a quick dip. It's small and next to a larger pebbled area which is flood plain in heavy rains. This area is used by some to park their cars so it's not quiet or intimate at peak times. Avoid it in August if you don't like crowds or try one of the other bathing zones which are much bigger.
Sorry not much to see.love the town.go towards the old bridge.some cascades.
Easy to find in town , some locals smoking cannabis spoiled it a little
Well worth visiting. Car parks are a little dodgey . But in all worth a swimming visit
Very nice place for a swim!
