Floating in the heated outdoor pools, surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery, is pure bliss. Whether you seek the tranquility of the adults-only Saunarium or the excitement of the waterslides, the facilities are top-notch and beautifully maintained. It's a truly rejuvenating and highly recommended experience

We were family of five and we had amazing time together. Almost 7 hours of extreme, swimming, relaxing and joy! Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Very clean & well organized place! Strongly recommended! You can enjoy sauna & salt room for free!

A must visit if you are in the area, I don’t tend to go to spas but this was an unforgettable experience. Everything was so clean, well kept and organised, lockers easy to use, and also liked that you could pay with your wristband so could get drinks in the outdoor thermal baths!! So many different pools to choose from too. I felt like a brand new person after being in the baths and could’ve spend all day here easily!

Even though we went during a rain storm and in -1°C, the outdoor pools were fantastic. Also the indoor pools and jacuzzi were great. The slides are a must for kids and big kids like me! I'd also highly recommend the spa area.

This was one of our main reasons for visiting Zakopane and we were very glad we did. Lovely warm water and lots of different areas to explore. The signage could be a bit better for finding the pool as even Polish speakers were getting lost.

We spent two days there, and I think I would have stayed longer. I recommend getting the extra sauna package on weekends. We really enjoyed the group sauna service—it's like a show. There's a good selection of food—a home-style bistro or an à la carte restaurant.

We loved the Spa, it exceeded our expectations, the Saunas are great, the demonstrations were done with real enthusiasm. We spent the whole day and wish we could have stayed longer it was fantastic value for money.

It isn't worth visiting on foot from the thermal baths - you walk up a busy main road and must return to the thermal baths for easy transport back to Zakopane. The church was also locked shut on a Sunday afternoon. Obviously it is a lovely place, but ironically only worth visiting by car - the thing that ruins it for anyone on foot.
