Luxe villas & cottages on an upscale, 18-hole golf course resort offering pools, tennis & a spa.

A quiet, exclusive golf resort. Also available are tennis courts, gyms, swimming pools, football pitches, etc. Luxurious living.
Worst reception ever! Unreliable reception. Lyers. They promis a place for 3 nigths en being quick on the phone. After being there, they let you wait for 3 hours and give a placr for one night. In between they tell others to come back tomorow because, then there will be place enough... so never get there!
nice pool, nice stuff in the snackbars but almost everything is closed and it seems a little deserted... the playground is dangerous - Some things are broken and there're sharp wood pieces and splinters.
We came in the evening, the receptionist explained to us how to get to the place and he was wrong in his explanation. We searched our house for 45 minutes with children in the car. We returned to him and asked for a vehicle to take us to the place. Instead of accompanying the guests immediately, the place is huge in size and the grass and the space outside are beautiful. The beauty was left only inside the house old furniture, although we did not lack anything smell in the house was terrible of a house that was closed for a long time (took us two days to Everrero). We were promised wifi and there was no home, no pool, no golf. Our double bed and the children were on the face and the pillows were horrible. My whole neck was busy and lucky that instead of a spa I could help myself. We asked to change a bed, they did not come back to us with an answer they intended to replace when we left. The golf course, the hiking trails were impressive and challenging. She does not recommend getting there.
I tried to book a treatment in the spa. First the number of the spa wasn't reachable. When I called the resort I tried to book a treatment at the receptionist. "Now is not possible because the spa is closed" I was surprised by her tone of voice. She was rude, unfriendly and very short of answer. A little puzzled I tried to ask her when it would be possible, so I call back later to book a treatment. She told me of is not possible and no and goodbye. For a resort, which should have a quality standard, the way your employee treats prospective cliënts is embarrassing at least. The poc will keep us away and as regular travellers to this end of the Algarve, we dont even want to book a treatment anymore.. We will not recommend the place to any of our contacts. I highly suggest you hire a face for your company with social skills who is competent. Hopefully this complaint helpt you learn for the future.
The pool is excellent, especially early morning. The spa has superb views over the complex. All good.
Not everything was open due to covid and Amber quarantine. Pool was great with Spikes bar and the golf next door.
Awesome location and a private pool made it a dream holiday! The villa was spacious and comfortable.
