One of the gorgeous waterfall I've been in Bali, not so many people even it was only us for almost half an hour 🤩 The track wasn't so hard and took only 15mins ✨
We were on a two day scooter trip and chose this waterfall as on of our stops - i’m so glad we did!! We arrived around 9:30 and had the place to ourselves. The waterfall is well sign posted, although there has been a slip, the track is well maintained and it’s an enjoyable walk. There is a fantastic vegan cafe (we are not we stopped at on the way back, which I highly recommend. It’s a really calm and beautiful place, we felt really grateful for getting to visit. Cannot recommend enough, the tickets and parking are very reasonable!
Worth the walk and the AU$3 to enter. The walk takes about 15 minutes on a slight incline and you can feel the temperature dropping slightly as you go. There is also a lot of wild bamboo and other interesting flora as you climb. The waterfall itself is rather stunning, getting up close the spray and outer moisture is very refreshing. You can even take a shower under the falls, and the locals say it is a fountain of youth and well-being.
The location is quite far up in the North but it’s worth it because the village itself is beautiful. The entrance fee is 30K IDR for foreigners and 10K IDR for locals. It takes about a 15 minute walk to reach the waterfall and you can expect it to be a bit crowded on weekends. I recommend bringing some cash as the nearby restaurants only accept cash payments. The area is known as a woman friendly village, really peaceful and serene. The waterfall itself is considered sacred, so please be mindful and respectful during your visit 🌞🙏
A nice walk to a beautiful waterfall, it is uphill so if you have any mobility issues like knee problems etc then it is recommended to bring a hiking poles or similar to make things easier. The waterfall is stunning and there were quite a number of people there in the middle of the day. I'm not sure why people need to film themselves screaming here? It's a quiet, pleasant, sacred place so be respectful. On the way is a vegan hangout warung. There seems to be development happening along the way so it will probably be overly touristic in no time so get in to the waterfall before it's ruined. On the way back down there were macaques which was really pleasant to see, adults and infants. They were pretty shy and not aggressive like you find in other areas, but if provoked or threatened then obviously they will be dangerous. It's a good walk/hike and worth visiting if you're in the area.
Beautiful waterfall with a little shrine and monkeys hanging around. A bit of a hike up, but not challenging. The stream no longer exists since the locals diverted the water into pipes and channels. There are warungs along the hike up and I think at least one homestay. Tourists can't take the scooters up to the warungs anymore, they make you stop and pay for parking and the entry fee. No cell reception up at the waterfall.
Very tall waterfall. Easy walk from the car parking - the parking attendant will try and sell you a local tour but it’s not necessary you can just buy a ticket and walk the 500m yourself. Pretty for photos but not very deep pools for swimming
Wonderfull place to visit and probably the most quiet one. Hardly a soul there, maybe we were lucky or due to location being far away on the east coast. Also in comparison with most Bali waterfalls, a relatively easy flat walk with a few steps and we had to cross a bit through the water ( wondering how this would be in the wet season). Worthwhile the trip and bring your bathers.

A beautiful example of traditional fine weaving . Stunning work . Reasonable prices . Very valuable and educational. Well worth the visit !
2 million rupees for a scarf, it’s nice but definitely tourist prices.
Very much worth visiting. They will show you how their 100% natural products are made and you can buy some. It is great that this traditional way of weaving doesn't get lost.
Small weaving mill & die factory/mill (hand weaving centre) where clothes (especially sarongs) are handcraftet/hand-made and dyed with natural colours in a long-term & protracted manufacturing process. These clothes/garments are quite expensive, but for that the traditional attire is very special, unique, handcraftet and really awesome & beautiful. It's a real nice keepsake/remembrance of your Bali holidays and you also support the local economy.
Good to see traditional methods still being used, have some beautiful items for sale, ladies were very welcoming and glad to show the materials and process
Nice place in the north of bali. Wonderful traditional weaving center specially in bebali. Recommended to visit this place!
Amazing natural dye, handwoven textile gallery and workshop.
(Translated by Google) Hand-dyed and hand-woven Fabrics, beautiful colors. A social project. Highly recommended! (Original) Handgefärbte und handgewebte Stoffe, wunderschöne Farben. Ein soziales Projekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

First time visiting this temple for the Tirta Yatra for my grandfather's ceremonial ceremony. Actually there are several routes that can be taken but I chose the Karangasem-Kubu route. Even though the distance is quite far, the road taken is quite smooth and safe. The temple is quite spacious with facilities that can be said to be complete. Ample parking, Wantilan which was still being renovated at that time, toilets are also available. Jaba Pura is very wide and if we go down to the beach area the view is very beautiful. There are shrines that we can find and we can also wound them at the existing springs. This temple can be one of your references if you want to do a Tirta Yatra in the North Bali area.
As with Pura Pulaki in Bali Barat, its normally a must stop to pray and give thanks for safe journeys on the road. Can buy canang and dupa at a nearby stall. To enter the temple grounds you need appropriate attire
Our driver suggested we stop. You have to be dressed by the locals for money of course. It's a large very interesting temple. They have a healing spring and a tree with a special bark which is interesting. The guide did a good job.
Beautiful temple in the north of Bali. It has some very fine limestone carvings in the central temple area. Legend says that it was built to provide some spiritual balance for Bali, with the other sea temple in the south. Upon entering you will be given a sarong and udeng (head band - for men) and a small blessing.
Incredible but so much tourists even out of season...
Wonderful Hindu temple and unique temple beach nearby, have a wide parking area with beach view😍🙏
Peaceful temple with beautiful black sand beach scenery. If you want to go inside, you have to use proper clothes.
Pit stop for most truck drivers and other travelers for safe passage. Also a place for melukat

Great time with a most wonderful artist. We made our own painting, with his help. The kids loved it, we spent about 2 hours there. We had a tour of the place. Call and book a time and date in advance.
Incredible place! Multiple floors to explore and lovely staff working there. Gorgeous collection of art and sculptures overlooking the ocean. You can roam around on your own and take your time or chat with the lovely guy that works there to learn more about the artist and his work. Bring cash donation of 50,000 INR ($4) per person which helps keep the place going.
Went there in the morning, and it was pretty quiet. The staff will great you and show you around while explaining the history of the place and Symon, which beside the paintings and the sculptures was really interesting in itself! No entrance fee. However, you should make a donation
An interesting place to visit on your way to or back from lunch. Lots of paintings and sculpture to see. The place has been pit in a way that involves the viewers to move around and experience all the art forms. Great refreshing view from the bridge and tower and Symon is a nice person in general. Unfortunately for us we got there on a national holiday but Symon was still pleased to show us around a bit, didn’t get to see everything but the little i saw was interesting enough.
Very interesting place to visit, you are likely to be greeted by one of the premise’s staff who will happily tell you more about Symon and his art. No entrance fee, it’s donation based.
Gorgeous art palace. If you like eclectic and lively visual art, do yourself a favour and come here. Artwork for sale, as well as more accessible prints and even a children’s colouring book! Friendly host.
... Go ahead. Climb the stairs. Open your heart, mind and senses. Do you dare step across the threshold of that oddly magical gate? Do it! Treat yourself to a random walk through this constantly evolving and uncompromingly personal studio-labyrinth-installation. If you are lucky, as I was today, you will encounter the greatest art piece of all — Symon — who at age 70 continues to master life’s most daunting task: Being 100% himself. Have kids? Please bring them here. Watch their eyes widen and their dormant dreams awaken. Buy them a Symon coloring book to anchor this visit in time. Then consider, as the years go by, how just one hour in this place may have forever changed your child‘s view of what’s possible for themselves and for our world. Yours too. Mine too. Thank you, Simon. 🙏🏻
What a special spot. I so enjoyed looking at all the art - and views of the ocean. If you are lucky you might meet the artist-

Great start up from a local who comes from a farmers family and has worked as a fisherman. He got supported and encouraged by his community to go and study and has found that business in 2015. Every product is hand made and produced locally. We will keep supporting this project and looking forward to see how it develops.
Very friendly staff. Showed us around on a day with no production. We bought some very good smelling soaps and oils
Neat experience to see how things are made. People were very friendly and excited to try the products.
They were not processing anything while I was here but they still gave a tour of the property and gave us turmeric tea and moringa tea to try which they make here
friendly and enthusiastic people! they don’t waste anything, because even the last of the waste products go to the animals
Very friendly people, good service and enthousiasting about the products.
This is a nice shop where you can buy herbal coconut oil. I recommended!
Amazing products, phenomenal quality, and the friendliest service you can get. Indulge yourself in visiting them.
