A must visit cave! First time visit with my husband and we both absolutely loved it! Great guide, wonderful paths into 72 meter long and deep cave..loved everything! Tour is guided in Croatian and English language, free parking and toilets.
Best cave in the area. Nice guide. She was very informative and we learned quite a bit.
Great, steep stairs, it has the lowest point that is opened for turists in Croatian caves (75m in depth from surface)
Absolute beautiful experience. The guide was great, had a lot of bits of knowledge. The place is absolutely amazing. I recommend it to anyone who loves nature and speleology in general. It's an hour walk inside and it's cold. So long sleeves are a must.
We came here around 12.45, we could only pay cash which was not mentioned on the website!! I also had to go to the toilet, but there was none, after trying to find an atm and a toilet, they already left without us. The lady behind the desk was very grumpy and not helpful at all, it was clearly she doesn’t like her job
very underrated cave, you should definitely go there! it’s huge and the tour guide Erika was super friendly and could answer all our questions. great experience!
Great place, beautiful. Very hard climbing back. Great instructor, she was very informative.
Deepest cave in Croatia that is open to public, several levels open for visitors and some only for experts with appropriate equipment.

Forest Park Golubnjak is a fantastic spot for nature lovers. Surrounded by trees, hidden caves, and beautiful mountain views, it’s the ideal place for a day of hiking or a relaxed outdoor escape. The trails are well-maintained and offer a mix of easy and challenging routes, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re up for exploring or just want to hang out and take in the fresh air, Golubnjak is a place you won’t want to miss!
Nice, much cooler and fresher air temperatures during summer months then in the cities by the sea. Beautiful nature and amazing large cliffs.
Very good place located on an easy to access place. If you coming from Rijeka, it takes about 40 minutes, both on the paid and the free road. There is entrance fee of 4 Eur per adult. Next to the entrance you can find a small parking lot Inside the park there is a picnic area, a restaurant, a playground. The park is not huge, but you can enjoy the forest paths. The majority are relatively easy to walk with a child as well. There are two caves, very easy to access, that you can visit. In case you plan to visit the park in a rainy day, consider to come with appropriate shoes, because it might be slippery while exploring the forest paths
The park is closed at the moment, but nature is there... Explore the forrest, you'll love it.
I can say this is a nice place for a trip, the caves are fantastic. However, the trails are not at all easy and I don't consider them ideal for children. The restaurant within the park is friendly, offers low prices, large portions and tasty food.
Excellent walking park. Huge trees, rock outcrops and cool caves. Kids loved exploring the area. A guide map would help with planning your walk though. Recommended.
Stunning forest park with many paths but poorly marked. If you head to the Ice Cave, the path continues in a loop beyond this but do no take this path. Turn back and go the way you came. As of writing (31 July 23), the loop trail was overrun with wild berries that were almost as tall as our necks and difficult to get through. Our daughter was distraught having to push through weeds and berry bushes that were taller than she was to finally come out the other end after 15/20 minutes in this section. If you’re near to the grassed area, there of lots of short low paths to explore and return to.
A beautiful place with lots of space for your best kebab or whatever you like to grill. Fabulous green ambiance around is adding a great deal of relaxation and grounding.
