Relaxing place in spa village. A lot of types of steams and saunas. Refreshment place includes. Lockers for wallet, phones downstairs near spa.
kids under 3 are not allowed. It's not really clearly written at the entrance. If you plan and pay for a whole day with your family and the toddler sleeps in the car, be careful. Half of the family goes in, one parent waits at the car that kid wakes up. When he is awake, too bad, he cannot go in. So ruined day for the whole gang. Kids under 3 cannot go in. Otherwise nice place, strict rules. Be careful and check everything in advance if it is your first time.
This is a lovely thermal center with relaxing pools and a small restaurant on-site. There’s also a sauna center available for an extra cost. The atmosphere is calm, ideal for adults looking to unwind. However, there aren’t many activities or features for children, so it’s best suited for adults or couples seeking a peaceful day out.
Nice relaxing environment, good warm 34 degrees water in the outside pool when it's freezing outside!
Really enjoyed Kaiser Terme during our visit to Bavaria. Very clean and well designed pools and saunas. Staff and people were friendly and helpful. The outside pools had a beautiful view over the countryside to a nearby village with a beautiful church and a castle on top of the hill.
Wonderful thermal pools, very comfortable atmosphere, outdoor pool with a magnificient view of Bad Abbach, Baveria Germany.💜💜💜
It was a nice experience but not stellar. The place is clean and has a few different pools. Three of these have water massage jets every 1.5m or so along the walls. About every 2 min there is a sound and you are supposed to move to the next counterclockwise. This way you always have chance to experience every jet but it also feels a bit like being herded along. I'm undecided if being able to get all jets outweighs that feeling of being hurried along. (Also unsure if that was just a covid measure, but I do not think so) There is also swimming pool with 4 25m lanes. There is also a wild water track, but this wasn't very wild. You could easily swim against the current and it was very narrow. The visitors were mostly 50 or 60+ with a few younger people with kids and a few couples in there 30s thrown in. But hardly any aged 15 to 30. We did not use the sauna, salt grove or snack area so I cannot comment on it.
People can wave their private parts all over the locker room, but you're not able to text your family or friends, because the "phone police lady" will come and say you're disturbing other guests. It's not that luxurious place and, trust me, no one will try to take photos of other people. The clientele is not what you think it is.

Very nice and cute little town. Enjoyed the few hours we spent here. Probably would go crazy if I lived here though as there isn't much to do out here. So beautiful though!
Can't enter tower, which is a pity, the view from the top must be stunning. Nevertheless, a nice walk up, the little winding streets are pretty, and the view is also nice from the bench near the tower.
Great view from the above.
It's quite and clean
(Translated by Google) Very large and well-preserved tower. Unfortunately you can't go up because there's a gate blocking the stairs. Otherwise a great building, very old and well preserved. MFG Stephen (Original) Sehr großer und gut erhaltener Turm. Leider kann man nicht hochgehen, denn ein Gitter versperrt die Treppe. Sonst ein tollen Gebäude sehr alt und gut erhalten. MFG Stefan

Being from California, my 13 old son really wanted to swim at Tropical Islands (an indoor swim park) outside of Berlin but we were headed to Munich and because of the lack of time and the high cost of Tropical Islands we told him we would find another location to swim. Based on reviews and our direction we chose Inselbad Bad Abbach. This pool is not indoors but it was summer after all. The parking was easy and free and the price was very reasonable. It was not a giant water park but rather two pools which were more like very, very clean lakes. One pool offered large rocks to jump off of which my son thought was the very best. There was also a rope to swing into the water but it did not go our very far. The locker rooms were super clean and the surrounding landscape was beautiful. After swimming we enjoyed a tasty snack at the snack stand. Although this pool is simple without any bells or whistles it was one of the best swimming experiences and left my 13 year old very happy. I would highly recommend Inselbad Bad Abbach for an afternoon of swimming.
Pretty much a dirty man-made Lake. The water is green with algae and it's dangerously slippery. I seriously doubt that there's any water treatment done. No real shaded areas to escape the sun so bring beach umbrellas and your own drinks and food though you can still purchase food and drinks at decent prices. Other than that it's a good place for kids more than for adults to relax and enjoy the sun.
If the owner sees this review, "Please clean the pool". Other than that it's a well maintained place.
