Beautiful manor with beautiful surroundings. Looks especially good in the evenings.
Beautiful mansion, but seems to be only for private use. We didn't find any sign of open hours. So we could only explore it from outside.
A beautiful baroque style manor not far from the city centre of Tallinn. Cosy and warm, great entrance!
Nothing to see, got chased away by unfriendly staff. Not worth driving all the way up here. Better spend your time at other manors.
Really nice and in very good condition. 👍
(Translated by Google) A well restored building, nice to see. “The manor was first mentioned in 1397 (in German: Maart). Tsar Peter the Great and his wife Catherine the First stayed at the manor. The baroque stone two-story main building (manor house) of the manor was erected in the 1660s, when the manor was owned by the governor of Riga, Fabian von Fersen." Maart).
(Translated by Google) I had the opportunity to attend events in this place twice. The first mention of this place appeared in 1397. Throughout the history of its existence, many famous historical figures have stayed there. Tsar Peter the Great with Empress Catherine, as well as representatives of other famous noble families. The interior is spacious enough to host entertainment events with a sufficiently large number of guests. The manor is surrounded by a large and well-kept park with ancient trees. Maardu Manor now belongs to the Bank of Estonia.
