Our stay at Regnum Banya thermal Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really made our experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and went above and beyond to help us when our luggage was lost. They kept us updated, made numerous calls on our behalf, and did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable throughout the situation. Their genuine care and hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Regnum Banya Hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay. Thank you so much and we will be back soon! Love from Ahmed and Hodan
Sure! Here’s a polished 5-star short review you could use for Hotel Regnum Thermal Banya: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "An amazing experience! The thermal pools were spotless and relaxing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Perfect place to unwind and recharge – we’ll definitely be back!
We stayed only for one night and everything was great! The personnel were very kind and welcoming and the room was very clean and pretty. We tried the mineral water pools, which were great as each one had a different temperature. The breakfast is a buffet and has a good variety of food and beverages. Overall the hotel was amazing and we will definitely go back again 😊
The hotel and its service is top notch, the food is really good, it’s open buffet, which usually means questionable quality, but this is 100% not the case here - the food is fresh, tasty and with a local regional twist, definitely recommend adding dinner to your stay. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, the pool is nice and you can also benefit from using the spa zone. My only concern is that the little creek behind the parking spots is quite dirty with a lot of garbage lying around on the little shoreline. It is not that the hotel is responsible for it, but having in mind that it is right across the street from their entrance they could have spent some time and effort to clean it up.
The pools are accessible for a low price to external visitors, which makes it extremely unpleasant for the hotel visitors (crowded pools; kids jumping in pools, playing ball, etc.). The owners need to decide whether they are going for a spa hotel or a public pool. Currently they are certainly going for a public pool. Rooms are nice and new, breakfast good as well. For dinner the options are very limited - the advertised Turkish/international cuisine is limited to pizzas and burgers. Paying for buffet dinner is 50 BGN per person which is way too expensive for the very limited food options offered. This leaves hotel guests no choice but to go search for places to eat outside, in the village (and there are certainly not many places for food there; the ones that exist are not of great quality). The hotel staff is polite and does its best but the overall experience is severely undermined because of the above-mentioned reasons.
Water in the pools is cold and full of chemicals. Large pool is freezing. Middle pool is barely warm. The only 'hot" pool is 1x1m always full of people. Saunas old and dirty. Before paying on the reception for SPA entrance, ask to go and check the water temperature and see for yourself ;(
Brand new luxury hotel, 3 mineral water.pools were very clean and not crowded. A lot of chairs and umbrellas were available. We had not tried their restaurant, as there are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity at more affordable prices.
Fantastic hotel. Located by the ancient baths. Rooms are comfortable and well planned. Staff is kind and friendly. Pools are clean. To quote the the Terminator “ I ‘ll be back” with pleasure. The hotel is of modest size making it all the more appealing.
