Oh my the scenery was breathtaking. I dont how to describe, but the ocean looks so perfect. Those blue color. Oh im falling in love. One of hidden gems beach since you need to take a kampung route to arrive there. Gooo there and release your mind. You guys need that.
Beautiful Sandy and clean beach all for yourself.
It’s totally not well-maintained. Public toilet is totally useless. Some part of the bridge is almost covered by the bush. The beach is naturally stunning. If only they really invest for the amenities, this place would be a paradise place for having a superb vitamin sea experience
No.1 Beautiful beach in Terengganu
love here 💜💜. stunning view for photo shoot. clean beach and really nice spot family activities.
One of my favourite places in Malaysia, we always stop here for a an hour or so to enjoy the sea view.
Less crowded beach - photo before heavy rain & morning
Wonderful view.....Would be better if the local authority can improve the public facility.

I had so much fun and learning whilst taking my license with Viking scuba! Very fortunate to have abang Daniel as our instructor. Learned a lot from him and enjoyed applying them in the open water. Definitely recommend to get your license with Viking scuba if you’re looking for one!! Excited to explore the underwater world now!
Me and My Wife had a fun and wonderful experience during our dive courses with Viking Scuba (AOW for me and OW for my wife). The owner, Mat Ye was very helpful in ensure we were well assisted throughout the whole arrangement. The instructors, Din and Kamal were not only friendly, informative and experienced but also extremely accommodating in ensuring we had a fun time while taking the course. 100% would recommend Viking Scuba for taking any PADI licenses or Fun dives at Tenggol Island.
Highly recommended. The Dive Master Ayub and Dive Master Kamal ensured the safety of each diver during the trip. Briefings before diving at each dive sites were given. Ease of dive trip booking: Fast and efficient. Prompt reply and easy to get confirmation upon booking and payment. Location: Accessible by car. Ample parking space. Facilities: New building that housed the Dive Shop. Clean facilities. Distance to Jetty: Viking Scuba jetty is just opposite the Dive Shop. Reacheable within walking distance. Service: Excellent service, structured processes during pre-dive registration. The dive crew measured and assisted in preparing the dive gears before the trip. Excellent services onboard during the dive trip. Clean, tidy, and neat boat. Well maintained equipments. Delicious lunch meal. Helpful crew with excellent Terengganu Hospitality.
I had a pleasant experience with Viking Scuba! The dive guides are friendly and helpful. The service provided is amazing, your gear would be set up for you, and cleaned at the end of your trip for your collection as well. I used the rental gear, and they were in good condition. The boat we used is very spacious, clean, and well equipped with a toilet, a water dispenser, and a pantry with tea, coffee, and snacks. Towels also provided. Highly recommended!
I cannot recommend Viking Scuba highly enough! I did the Open Water Course and it was my first time diving so I was quite nervous, but Kamal was really patient and encouraging, and I felt incredibly safe whilst learning in the big blue sea. I absolutely loved the experience and will be coming back to do more fun dives very soon!
Brought the package on MIDE. Joined the day dive with Viking Scuba. My DM Aiman are friendly and helpful. Record videos underwater as per request. Overall service superb. Captain drive safe. Gear in good condition, set up our gear, tasty nasi minyak, keropok, snacks and drinks (cans, hot tea, etc) . First time in a spacious boat with a toilet for my scuba dive trips . Towels provided. Highly recommended to join Viking Scuba!
Highly recommend everyone to dive with Viking Scuba! We did 12 dives with them in October over 4 days and it was such a great experience. Kamal, Mat Yie, Aiman and the crew are very professional and we really enjoyed our time diving there. The dive sites are generally nice with great visibility, and Brolok especially was so amazing. Lunch was always great as well. The only regret was not seeing whale shark despite sightings by the other boat but that’s how it goes with diving sometimes. If you are looking for a reliable and professional dive center, you will not regret going with Viking Scuba!
During my recent visits to a dive center, I had a mixed experience that encompassed both positive and negative aspects. While the people, including the Divemaster and boatman, were friendly and competent, there were notable shortcomings in the food provided and the repetitive nature of the dive sites. Friendly Staff and Skilled Guides: One of the highlights of the dive center was the amiable and knowledgeable staff, particularly the Divemaster and boatman. Their expertise and professionalism added value to the diving experience, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to have such dedicated individuals guiding and supporting divers throughout their underwater adventures. Below-Average Food: Unfortunately, a major downside of the dive center was the quality of the food provided, especially considering the price paid. The food offerings were below average and failed to meet expectations. It is disappointing when the foods experience doesn't match the excitement and energy that diving activities bring. The dive center should consider improving the quality of their food to enhance the overall customer experience. Repetitive Dive Sites: Another aspect that detracted from the overall experience was the repetitive nature of the dive sites. Even on subsequent visits, the same spots were frequented, which resulted in a lack of novelty and excitement. Exploring new dive sites adds to the thrill and adventure of diving, and it would be beneficial for the dive center to introduce more variety to keep divers engaged and satisfied. Conclusion: While the dive center had its positive aspects, such as the friendly and skilled staff, there were notable drawbacks that affected the overall experience. The subpar quality of the food served was disappointing given the price paid, and the repetitive dive sites reduced the sense of exploration and discovery. To improve customer satisfaction, the dive center should focus on enhancing the culinary offerings and diversifying the available dive sites. By addressing these areas, they can elevate the overall experience and ensure that divers have a truly memorable and fulfilling time.

Good for anyone who wants to hike. At the top, this place has a very beautiful view and also have a campsite for the camping but i think if you want to camping or hiking at the top of Chemerong, Gunung Berembun, Langsir (CBL) you should apply a permit and guide to carry you go to the top of CBL. I cannot take many pictures at the top because I was busy running.Anyway i get my personal best time for tawan CBL 3:++hour💪🏻💪🏻
Went there today 6 January 2025 and found that it is closed to visitors till 28 February 2025 (end of the monsoon season). The people in charge should post this prominently on the website and at junction to Chemerong after the highway exit. We wasted almost 2 hours (return).
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Excellent Nature Retreat with Great Facilities Chemerong Waterfall is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Terengganu's rainforest. The location offers a well-maintained campsite that can comfortably accommodate over 150 people at a time, making it ideal for group outings, team-building camps, or family getaways. The facilities are impressive – plenty of parking space, clean toilets and surau, and a well-kept camping ground. Visitors have the option to enjoy a peaceful stay at the campsite or join guided hiking activities with dedicated and friendly staff. The pricing is very reasonable, covering access to all basic amenities and activities. Most importantly, the natural beauty of the waterfall is simply breathtaking – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A gentle reminder to all visitors: fishing or casting is not allowed here, as part of the effort to protect and preserve the native aquatic species in the area. Highly recommended for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
What a lovely waterfall from this view!!! So beautiful and gorgeous waterfall for those who love go through this nature forest. This part waterfall state in Chemerong in Pasir Raja. So refreshing and cold water. To come this place, all you need are mountain guider. Only need to hike for 40minutes. Beautiful view come from challenging track.
Visited one of unique chalet on the way to Chemerung Waterfalls.
Nowadays it still closed to public, visitors or tourists due to facility upgrading, and maintenance works. Chemerong Waterfall is one of the highest waterfall with long cascades in Malaysia and South East Asia. 🏞️ It's a main attraction beside Mount Berembun and Lasir Waterfall. The 'Chemerong, Berembun and Lasir' Trip (CBL) will pass this area... ⛰️ 🏞️ 🏊‍♂️ ⛱️ 🏕️ 🏪 👣 🤗
Opens up hike to Berembun Peak and Langsir Campsite/lesung waterfall. A two nights and three days hike would be best for those who wants a relaxed and phased hike. Start from Cemerong Forest Park , you can either hike to berembun peak and camp at Langsir , and proceed to Kem B for second day overnight and exit at same park (its a loop) or a reverse hike. Your guide will advice the route based on available space at campsite /number of hikers on trail. It's the best waterfalls and clear streams I have seen up to know in Malaysia.
Certain parts of trail is tough but helped by strong ropes laid by forestry people. Good view. Waterfall still big in spite of no rain in last few weeks.
