Everything needs to improve... from the place, staff and things they use for customer! Went there for manicure with hand scrub coz its fully booked in the place I wanted to do my nails. And I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt inspite of all the bad reviews I read I still went! Lesson learned. So yeah.. dont go here...

I'm surprised to see here photos of girls wearing uniform. Ours were wearing casual. There are three benches without any curtains. Music was too loud and subwoofer was too bad. Girls were chattering all the time, so were not concentrating on what are they doing and very often loose connection with the body. Absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant. Never come back. There are at least three more places with really good massage nearby.

Unfortunately I didn't like the massage at all (or the person who gave it). I asked before what the massage was like and if 60 min was full body and she said yes. Seemed 60 minutes was only the back and the massage was not nice at all, like she used the wrong pressure points. And total wasnt even 60 min.. I went to another massage salon after to have a massage for the rest of my body and that was so good!! (Close to this one, next tot banana homestay, forgot the name. Would definitely recommend that one!).

Unfortunately mainly bone massage instead of muscles.. Requesting a softer massage didn't help either. People are nice though. Free bottle of water too.

An absolutely magical place! ✨ We visited at the end of September and, even though we were not hotel guests, we purchased a day pass for the beach club and private beach. The entrance fee was IDR 230,000 per person, which included access to the facilities plus one lunch and one drink each. It was definitely worth it – the lunch was very good, but the real highlight was the near-privacy of the beach. We had comfortable sunbeds with a great beach cabana, and there was hardly anyone else around – it felt almost like a private beach. On top of that, we could also enjoy the hotel’s pool. We were there with our two small children, and the place was very children-friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for the family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The staff were kind and helpful, making our day feel extra special. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, exclusive, and family-friendly beach day! 🏝️

Spent 4 days and 3 nights here, and it was such a lovely stay! The staff were super nice and very helpful. I had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi and TV at first, but the team quickly fixed it! The food at their restaurant was great, the villa was calm and cozy, and the beach was amazing, you can literally walk straight to it from your door, anytime, 24/7! They even have a swing on the beach, which I absolutely loved! With all these benefits the view, the ambiance, and the price? it’s such a smart choice. The location isn’t far from the center either, just about 10–15 minutes to central Kuta by motorbike, and close to other great spots too. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and definitely a wise pick for your holiday getaway, perfect for me-time, family time, or any occasion. Plus, they even offer a free photo session before you check out! I loved everything about this place 🥰🥰

We spent 4 wonderful days in a beachfront pool villa. The location is stunning, the room is nice, the private pool amazing- we practically lived in it!- and the staff attentive and friendly. The food was reasonable- although limited options. The bar fantastic- happy hour very good value! The spa treatments are very good value as well and we had one each day, unheard of for us, Yana and Nani really looked after us! Mus the cleaner was friendly and did a great job. This is not 5 star but a fantastic unpretentious resort that I could not recommend more highly!

Amazing value for money hotel and villas. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The private pool is great. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. Great walking trails just to the left of the beach- walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful with great variety. The kids loved the kids club. It's small but they have lots going on. The staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging taxis. It's very close to the racetrack and racing starts at 8.30 am so you definitely hear them. There was loud music overnight but that was out of the hotels control.

All is good including friendly staff, clean room, clean private beach with nice view. I have great 3d2n stay here. And it is walking distance (few minutes) to Bukit Seger to enjoy sunset view. Hotel can help you to rent a bike and you are free to lepak around Kuta town and surrounding. Enjoy your ride 🤟🏻 Just the hotel location is not very strategy. You are able to grab a car from lombok airport to hotel. However, when returning to airport, the hotel staff claimed it is hard to get a car here and they offer 200k rupiah for me back to airport, so ready your cash.

Food was below average, breakfast buffet was disappointing. Rooms are so dated, not a 4 star hotel kinda room. Only good part was private access to beach. Staff are kind and polite. Overall not worth the money.

We stayed in one of the private villas with family and had an amazing time. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming (though honestly, that seems to be true of everyone in Lombok!). Overall, a perfect stay, already looking forward to coming back.

my partner and I initially booked for two nights but ended up extending a whole week. we absolutely loved our stay, the staff, and the view! the breakfast was amazing and beng beng (the property manager) is very helpful. the place is very nice, easily accessible by scooter through a local village and also accessible by car but i assume won’t be as easy. it’s fairly quiet and very clean. you have free access to drinking water, 3-in-1 mix, tea and nescafé all day which we found very thoughtful. also, shampoo and body wash in the bathroom which is always a plus for travelers :) the only thing i would have appreciated was for someone to offer cleaning the room, changing the bedsheets, and giving us fresh towels on the third day of our stay or something. will definitely be back when we come to lombok again 🌸

We had the best 2 weeks at Areguling Beach Bungalows!! Johnny, Amanda, & Beng Beng are the most hospitable people in Lombok and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! They all made my boyfriend and I feel right at home from the moment we walked on the property. The accommodation was everything we needed & more - clean rooms & bathrooms, breakfast included, amazing views of the beach from the property, scooter rental, and starlink (for us to do some work remotely). We will be spreading the word to everyone about this slice of heaven, and will be back! Thanks Johnny, Amanda, and Beng Beng for an unforgettable 2 weeks, we are forever grateful for everything!! We will miss you all & hope to see you again soon! PS. The smash burger is a must have!!

Rooms simple but everything you need! Hospitality was amazing, hosts were so kind and helpful. Location abit out of Kuta & would recommend being a confident driver on the scooter as accomodation is located at top of a steep driveway, but otherwise easy enough for host to arrange transport via car to get in to kuta. Views immaculate!

Related to the newly opened restaurant: Highly recommend! Five stars for the delicious burgers and fish tacos. Amanda and her partner recently opened this charming restaurant, now part of the beach bungalows. With their Hawaiian roots, they bring authentic, flavorful burgers that are a rare find in Areguling. The atmosphere is also wonderfully relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a great meal.

The places is wonderful, the staff, the views and room perfect. I’m just not giving this 5 stars because the WiFi in my room was poor and didn’t reach it most of the time and I couldn’t get phone reception either

BEAUTIFUL space for some rest and relaxation! Tony and his team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. Are Guling beach is a short ride/walk down the hill- the team can help you get a scooter if you like. Clean rooms, good surf, cool beach, epic view and food options on property and near by! Just 15 minutes outside of Kuta- close enough to town and a nice place to veg out. We will return!

We loved our stay here! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the atmosphere has been super friendly, warm & welcoming. Our room is clean & very comfortable too. Beng Beng, Amanda & Johnny have been awesome hosts. All of our meals have been delicious, fresh & tasty! Highly recommend the banana pancakes, avocado & feta on toast, the fish burrito & hamburger with homemade sauces - Yum! Ask Beng Beng to hook you up with a day trip to Pink Beach, it has wonderful snorkelling spots! Our driver Herman & the boat crew were absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
