We stopped on our way to Lapland to explore the magnificent Hepoköngäs. This waterfall has been voted the most beautiful in Finland several times - and for good reason. Even in winter, you can feel the power and beauty of the frozen waterfall. The walking route from the parking lot to the bottom of the waterfall is about 800 m in each direction. There is a rest area with a toilet at the head of the waterfall.

One of the biggest and most beautiful waterfalls in Finland. Well worth the visit if u enjoy spending time in the nature. It's easily accessible whit it's walkways and a short walk from the parking lot. There is also a nice short hiking trail along the river.

Nice place, The waterfall is not far from the parking place. The parking area is enough for parking up to ten cars. There are also wc and a BBQ area.

One of Finland's tallest waterfalls. A short walk from the car park, and completely wheelchair accessible. A lean-to to sit, relax and grill food. Con: The toilet by the car park is filthy and will give you nightmares.

Finlands biggest waterfall. Well worth the trip. Has a nice place to put up the fire and barbeque some sausages. No need to bring wood but do remember to bring your sausages ;)
