It's labor day weekend and the traffic is terrible. I feel sorry for these nice little shops because it takes forever to get anywhere or to find a specific shop and a parking spot. Apparently this is a great shopping center because it's so busy. If it is like this everyday then I would suggest a few red lights. There are several places to eat too that look great we just couldn't because there wasn't any parking available. I want to come back when it's not so busy so I can check out the shops and restaurants. The video is short because it's the only parking spot we could find.
Terrible parking when it’s busy. Great stores. I can spend a lot of money there!! Most of the stores had amazing sales, I could not pass up! Christmas decorations were up and were beautiful! Next time, I will return on a weekday so I can go into ToysRus!!!!
My favorite stores were lane bryant and .old navy but there are plenty more to chose from. Actually Lane Bryant have so much more than our store at home in NC and alit to chose from
Omg this outlet has the stores. If you can think of a place it's probably there. My wife and I visit and shop here a few times a year. Nike, Colombia, Tommy and Under Armour is our favs. Everyone needs to visit this outlet. Again theres something for everyone. 10 out of 5 🌟
Shopper’s paradise — with plenty nearby! Tangier Outlets really has just about every store you can think of. Whether you’re looking for clothes, shoes, or deals on big brands, this place has you covered. The parking lots can look packed, but they’re bigger than you’d expect — give it a minute and a good spot usually opens up. It’s also in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and other shopping areas, so you can easily make a whole afternoon of it. Great spot to let your wife (or anyone who loves to shop) explore while you grab a bite or tag along for the deals!
Parking and traffic are atrocious even during the slowest times of the year. It's best to park in one place and walk to wherever you're going. You're not going to be able to drive to the shops that you want to go; you won't be able to park. Wide selection of shops from various vendors. They really need to have additional parking in the area and easier access.
I wish I could give 0 stars. We live only an hour away and used to love coming here to shop. The tourists have made it impossible to navigate. We spent nearly 1.5 hrs just trying to park, but the entire place was gridlocked. We left without visiting a single store.
There are a variety of brands, and the sales are great. We stopped by a few stores and got some clothes at great deals.

Loads of fun. we had kids age range from 9-14 and they all had a great time. Only downside was a few of the rides were down and one ride in particular that my kids wanted to ride was out of service. All go carts were fun and we had very little wait time. We went late in the day to beat the heat and stayed til closing. Getting the souvenir cup is worth it because you get free refills.
We took our Church Youth group here on Saturday & had the best time!! We had 51 people ranging from a year old to 70 yrs olds and everyone had a blast. There were a few of our littles that didn’t reach height requirements but were accommodated to enjoy the games indoors. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The guys working the smaller rides were the best guys! Nathanael - the group coordinator went above and beyond for our group to make hosting such a large group as stress free as possible from emailing days before we arrived up until we finished our visit. Definitely a win with our group! Thank you NASCAR Speedpark!
My sons 12&8 And I had a terrific amazing time at this place. My sons are already mechanically inclined and love cars and this was right up their alley. Even the mini golf environment is amazing. It’s set up like a volcano with waterfalls and it’s so beautiful! The staff is also super friendly, but I had to make some special mentions for Emma, Cassie, and McKenzie. Those ladies went above and beyond to make sure that our time here was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot appreciate them more for it!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
We decided to go check out the nascar speed park and it didn't disappoint. We got unlimited rides outside for the go karts and other rides that the kids wanted to go on. The gas go karts are fun, the only thing that costs extra was the 35mph track with higher hp go karts. These were fun and we got to ride on them, the person at the main desk selling tickets told us everything outside was unlimited but it wasn't so that upset us. I talked to Nathaniel and he resolved the issue, he gave us a free pass for the big speedway karts which i highly recommend. The experience was fun and this would be a place id enjoy working honestly.
We had a wonderful time but I recommend getting there early as we got there 2hrs before closing and the food register shut down and had to b restarted so 1 of us waited to pay and only had time for 1 ride. The rest of us ran and rode a few but really costly for late arrivals. We will come early next time! We never got to checkout the indoor games as we had to leave at closing. We spend over $250 for 4 ppl.
What a find! This place is so worth the money and the time! We came here with our 10yr old son to ride go karts and we were pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do here. Multiple two person and single go kart tracks, along with carnival rides lite the scrambler and a mini roller coaster, bumper boats, mini golf and more... we paid a single price and were there for 5 hours! We could have stayed longer- we never made it to the minigolf before we got tired! Definitely great value, and get the refillable drink cup.. it's $10 to add to your ticket and every beverage there is $4 if you buy them separately! We went on a weekday and had no line and no wait for anything.
We were on vacation from New jersey and my 9-1/2 year old twins I were bugging me early on in the trip. So I hid it from them till the last minute. And man did it not disappoint. They had a blast. That’s all they talked about for the two days after. There was a super nice woman named Nicole that was sooo helpful with everything from the second we walked in. Kind, courteous, friendly and willing to help in any way. With to kids that excited to get going , she patiently answered all my questions and got me pointed in the right direction. I’m a large man. 6’8”. 365lbs. She let me go see if I would fit in the cars before I paid my part of the park. Kids were already to go drive. It was a tight fit. But I drive dirt cars, so I knew it was gonna be a crap shoot if I was gonna fit or not. But I barely fit. Enough to have a great time with my twins on the tracks. They must have put 200 laps out there. I want to thank Nicole and all the staff there. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful the entire time. We even did a couple VR games. They were cool as well. Thanks again. Big Al Cheney. New Egypt New Jersey.
Its our large family of 16 favorite gocart place. Decent arcade. The food is pretty decent for an arcade.

LOVED this cave! The tour is a little less than an hour long and there isn't anywhere too steep or hard to access so it's a great spot for toddlers or those who may struggle with steeper inclines. Everything was beautiful inside. It's well worth the money to see a your. Only at one point did they shut off the lights and I was surprised that none of the kids in our group got scared. Everywhere else was well lit with lights to showcase different special areas of the cave. This is a must see!
An absolutely amazing experience. We travel cross country pretty often and decided to stop here on our way home which was an excellent choice. The time that was taken was perfect. Not to long, not to short. The lightening is great so you can see everything around. Our tour guide Ace was knowledgeable and could answer any/all questions. He did a great job, and made the experience that much better. Bravo, to not just a great establishment but passionate workers that care and enjoy what they are doing.
Nice and cool in the cavern. Guide was informative and friendly. Lady at the front desk could smile a bit more but it was the end of the day and she made it clear everything would be closed when we returned from our tour. The entire staff had their personal belongings in hand at 450pm when the tour ended. It made us feel a little uneasy as if we were bothering them. Bathrooms across the street were also closed. I would suggest at least keeping them open until closing time at 5pm so people can use them after the 45 min tour. Just a suggestion.
A guide toured experience that lasted just over an hour I’d say. Our group had a chance of two all the way to 65 and it wasn’t that hard of a walk or anything. You take a lot of breaks when the guy is saying things about specific spots. You go 200 feet down into the cave and a couple people have to be brought back to the front because they couldn’t handle it. It was a really cool experience, probably the best out of our trip. Highly recommend.
Caverns was great to tour. Took about 1 hour. Guide CJ done a good job with our group. We arrived at 10am and had to wait 30 minutes before tour to bring. So bring some patience, we thought the number of people in the entire group was too large. Seemed over 40 people. Overall I would recommend.
This is a fun way to spend an hour and see some really cool geologic formations. The staff is very knowledgeable about the cave, it’s history and it’s geology. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend visiting.
If you have never explored a cave before, go here. It was fantastic, my family and I were a part of a larger group and we had a blast. The guide was great, very knowledgeable with a DJ voice that was fun to listen to. The cavern and its history was fun and entertaining. It is a short drive to get there but worth every mile. I highly recommend this as a place to visit with your family. The tour takes an about an hour and has a few steep grades but I was able to make it with a weak knee. Don’t miss this.
We absolutely loved our visit to Forbidden Caverns. One of our favorite parts of our trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our tour guide was great and the group size wasn’t too big. The tour through wasn’t as strenuous as the other caves we’ve visited in the past. The temperature was cool and comfortable, no need for a sweater unless you’re cold natured. I wore a long sleeve shirt and leggings which was perfect and I’m a Floridian. Make sure to wear athletic shoes as some parts are potentially slippery. We wished we had brought cash to tip our guide but will be sure to revisit next time. Thank you!

Went here with my family on vacation, the animals were amazing, i especially enjoyed the marmosets. Jungle Jim and the live animal show was so great. Mixing a few stunning magic tricks and current pop culture puns together made for an enjoyable experience for adults and kids alike. And the Burmese python Luna was fun to hold and take pictures with. Such a great destination for kids and adults...would highly recommend.
Took my 5 year old grandson to the Rainforest Adventure Zoo today and we had the best time! He loved the live animal show. It was so fun and educational. There is a wide variety of animals all well displayed and cared for. He loved feeding the goats and llamas. The staff was so very nice. The zoo is very reasonably priced. Great to do on a hot or rainy day if you need something indoors. My only wish is that some of exhibits (like smaller snakes and lizards) were not up so high for kids to see. Otherwise, a wonderful place !
What a fantastic hidden gem! I took my 4 yr old granddaughter and she absolutely loved it! She loved that she could peek into the enclosures at her height and really enjoyed the variety of animals. I loved how clean and well taken care of the facility and animals were. We will definitely be back!
This was such a great little spot! We went to kill some time and ended up having a really nice visit. It took us about an hour to walk through, though it could’ve been longer if my three young ones weren’t so impatient. Still, they really enjoyed it, especially my son, who was obsessed with the tortoise and all the different types of monkeys! The zoo is stroller-friendly, which made it easy to navigate with the kids. It’s not a huge zoo, but it’s packed with a good variety of animals, and everything was well-kept and clean. One of the highlights was seeing the axolotls, none of us had ever seen one in person before, so that was a special treat. We did pay a little extra for the animal feed (for the goats and llamas), and I’d say it was absolutely worth it for the fun and interaction. The staff was friendly, and the whole place felt very kid-oriented, without being overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great stop for families, especially if you have young kids who love animals. We’re glad we found it!
This place is so interesting! They have animals you wouldn't necessarily see at a regular zoo. Make sure you stay for the live animal show. It's so fun and entertaining! I promise you will laugh and cringe. Also, if you want to participate in the sloth adventure, call ahead for times because there are limited spaces.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Love this place. Everyone is so sweet. They have an awesome variety of animals. Taylor was so sweet, he introduced us to penny, and let us hold her. The Jungle Jim show is an absolute hoot!! Loved his jokes and seeing and petting the animals. They have goats, llamas and emus too! And we loved their gift shop! Very reasonably priced and nice variety! I am very impressed. And can't wait to go back. We went back, and this time, brought a friend with us who loved this amazing hidden gem.
Had an amazing time! Highly recommend if you’re into reptiles and other animals! They had some that I’ve never seen in person before! Jungle Jim and friends live animal show was awesome, for kids and adults! 10/10 recommend. The live animal show is no extra charge. Also, it was one of the most reasonably priced things we did our entire trip! Also I was extremely impressed with how well socialized the llamas are!!
We came in September, so we knew going into this that it wouldn't be too crowded which was nice. The place is well maintained, the staff seemed knowledgeable. It was so cool! I don't remember his name, but there was a guy showing some snakes and we even got to hold some. Honestly, this was fun for all ages. My little kids LOVED feeding the goats

What a fun place! The owner and her team were outstanding, kind and filled with information. They really go above and beyond to help their animals have a great life and it shows. Very clean and well kept stalls. Although Larry (the camal) tried to bite me. He was awesome to see. Very cool place with an excellent staff! Highly recommended! Great for all ages.
Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and the animal experience is so much fun. They have an array of different species, some I never heard of . We met Zonky the half Zebra/Donkey. He was the sweetest. The deer was fun to feed and pet. The Goats were gentle and so sweet. All the animals were adorable and fun to hand feed. Highly recommend
This place was so much fun and easy to find. We went after lunch on a Monday, and there were only about five other families there. No lines. No crowds. All the animals were friendly and gentle with our 3 and 4 year olds. Animals seemed happy and well taken care of. Would definitely go back!
We had a great time! We enjoyed buying food and feeding the animals. The staff was friendly. They have a gift shop on site. Most of the animals were hungry. It is a great place to take the family.
This place has been a favorite stop every year on our Smoky Mountain vacations! The deer farm has a lot of different animals to see and feeding them is fun. Our favorite part is the horseback riding. The trails are nice, the staff are always friendly and the horses are always wonderful!
This will be my second time coming here, but this time bringing my family and kids! Everyone had a great time petting and feeding all the animals. The employees were all nice and informative. Definitely recommend! Fair prices! And I loved that there were more highland cows!
I think I had more fun than the kids! We even went back and bought more apples at the front because feeding the deer was the best part. Such an amazing experience — we’ll definitely be back!
Great experience. We were there about an hour. You get to walk in and play with some of the animals and can feed them with food you purchase (apples and cups of grain). The elk was super nice and absolutely huge! We arrived at 4pm and there weren’t a lot of people there. We saved $1 per person with a coupon you can get from most tourist coupon books.

We’ve been coming here for years, quite literally a family tradition to do the Wine Trail whenever we’re in town. My youngest brother just turned 21 yesterday, and of course, we knew just how to spend his day! This stop is one our favorite and our usual first stop on the tour. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our family will be coming here and enjoying their wine for many more years to come!
What would have once been a five star review from me is now a one star review. I’ve waited a little bit to write this so I wasn’t writing it out of a place of raw emotion. First thing’s first - I don’t consider myself a drinker. My husband and I purchased some wine from Hillside for our engagement trip and honeymoon to enjoy privately which was 8 years ago and have maybe purchased here once since then. It’s an extremely rare treat for us. We are local and were recently on a trip (our first overnight trip alone together since our honeymoon even if it was just down the road) and decided to stop by Hillside because it’s a tradition. This visit was a bit more busy than the previous ones but not terribly. I would say there were probably 3-5 people in front of us. Usually when we come we can walk right in without a wait. There was a small line so we decided to check out the merchandise and have a look around. After seeing the front room we tried to excuse ourselves around some folks waiting their turn for a tasting. As we were making our way around them, a woman at the tasting counter immediately scolded me for trying to cut the line. I explained that we were not trying to take anyone’s place in line and that we just wanted to have a look around until it was our turn to purchase what we came there for. I guess because it had been so long since I had been there I wanted to just check things out, see if there was anything new or different just for the fun of it. Taking a look around was never an issue on the previous visits and was encouraged so it didn’t occur to me that it would create an issue. She argued with me that we couldn’t get our own bottle of wine anyway and that it was better to wait our turn for a tasting. I told her we weren’t even interested in tasting anything because we already knew what we wanted but just wanted to look around while waiting our turn. She wasn’t happy. We looked around for a few minutes and during that time I expressed to my husband that I wanted to leave without making a purchase because it hurt my feelings. He insisted we get some because it’s a tradition and something rare and special. We got back into line. When it was our turn the same lady that scolded me scowled at us then pointed us into the direction of a young man with a much more positive and friendly disposition. He offered us tastings and we declined, asked for what we wanted and he went to get it. When he got back to the counter with our purchase he joked that “we were experts” and tried to soften the blow which I appreciated. Maybe the woman was having a bad day of her own. Maybe she was trying to practice crowd control…who knows? There couldn’t have been more than twenty people in there altogether. I’ve managed much worse crowds on jobs. I’m sure most people can relate to having certain experiences at places that stand out to you and become a core memory. I’ve had a few of those experiences here where something funny or endearing was said and it just stays with you. That’s what Hillside was to me. I had never had a bad experience before this trip so it was very shocking. I’m not the type to get embarrassed easily but it was humiliating I think because of how shocking it was. I know the woman doesn’t know me from Adam, but assuming I was trying to cut line (especially with all those eyes there to witness it) was hurtful. I’m the type of person that often feels guilt for holding up a checkout line with a buggy full of groceries. I’m sad because what was a special tradition has been tainted for me. Words stick to my mind like super glue. I don’t forget them. Even if something had to be said I think there was a much more professional way to go about it. Sad to say but my heart is “black and blue” after this encounter because Hillside was such a special place to us. I’m very disappointed, slightly angry and really just sad to have this sinking feeling inside when I think of this place as opposed to the once warm and fuzzy, butterfly, excited feeling it used to bring up in me.
This location was amazing! John our guide was knowledge and so friendly. He gave us great advice and we purchased a bottle on his recommendation! The GM Katelyn was also excellent! How do you get great service, products, and experience in one location?! I'll definitely return. I inquired about crackers after the wine and cheese sample and Katelyn gave me complimentary packets for my birthday. We stumbled across this experience but I'm so glad we did! John and Katelyn, thanks for helping make my birthday great camo style!
Great staff, knowledgeable, wi ones made locally, part of a local wine co-op. All wines are solely available at specific shops. Very worth the wine club $10 fee. A must visit!
They promote being pet friendly, but God forbid your dog bark in the winery then they threaten to make you take your dog out on the patio. I will not return there, I will give my business to Mountain Valley Winery as they know how to treat people with their pets. I always gave my business to Hillside but no more after they were so rude to us and it was NOT justified our dog barked a little but not that bad. Don't promote being pet friendly if you are going to threaten people if their dog barks which is their instinct, you can keep your wine won't be back.
We drove an hour & 45 minutes to get here. It was 100% worth the trip!! Our bartender John, did a great job explaining everything & answering all of our questions! We can't wait for our next visit 😁
Nice patio, wonderful selection of wines, easy parking, our waitress/server Kaitlyn answer all my questions and knows that she is serving. Nice winery did I mentioned they have a beautiful patio.
This is another stop on the Rocky Top Winery Trail. We both loved the Cotton Candy and Carnival Candy wines and they really tasted like what they are named after. The staff is very friendly and helpful just like in their others locations! It’s great that they have a wide window to see the wine making equipment.

This little set up was absolutely beautiful. The creek and trees on the other side of the road, Offered shade while my daughter skipped stones. The apple barn smelled amazing both restaurants. However we did not eat at them, We came to visit the cider barn. And wine barn, We also made a quick stop into the christmas stor and the bakery. Everyone was very pleasant. We would highly recommend. We went on a saturday and it was not busy.
This was the 4th venue we hit up on our road trip today with Free Tastings, so we skipped Tasting the wine here. They do have a really cute gift shop with different souvenir offerings then we have seen everywhere else and we found some really great stuff to take back to our family.
We absolutely loved Applewood Winery! Thomas was absolutely amazing, he made my wine tasting the best experience. He was so friendly, funny and welcoming. The wine was perfect, but Thomas made our entire day.
Unfriendly and no customer service. Literally stood at the bar and employee looked at me, didn’t smile, and looked away. When I asked what my options were he said, none until you give me your id and laughed - but in a jerk way not I’m being cute way. I said fine, I’ll take the option to leave. Don’t bother at this tourist trap
Enjoyed our visit. So many items to see!
This is part of the Ricky Top Wine Trail and we already stopped by their Mountain Valley Winery and had a great experience so we wanted to try them too. They give you a card to get stamped when you visit each of their 5 locations and you get a free wine glass when you get 3 stamps. We already got one and this property has this winery and also their Hard Cider House is connected. All 4 of the wines we samples were very good and definitely apple flavored. This is a beautiful property with lots to see and experience so this should definitely be a stop while you’re here!
While visiting we stopped here to do a little shopping. They had so many cute one of a kind things. They have different flavor apple wines. There was a tasting but there were too many people at the time. We'll definitely have to visit next time we come to Tennessee.

My wife, our 9-year-old daughter, and I just returned from spending my 55th birthday at Wilderness at the Smokies, and overall it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and excited for our stay. We stayed in a suite close to the indoor waterpark, which made it easy for us to slip in and out without losing too much time. The resort’s layout is large and sprawling, so having close proximity helped—though be prepared for some walking or using the shuttle. The indoor waterpark, Wild WaterDome, was exceptional. It features many slides, a wave pool, interactive water play areas, and a see-through roof that lets in natural light (you almost feel like you’re swimming outdoors on a cloudy day). Our daughter loved the wave pool and splash zones, and we adults had fun on the larger slides. The newer additions—like the water coaster and kaleidoscope lazy river—added fresh excitement to the waterpark. Food options in and around the waterpark were convenient (you don’t always have to change and walk far for a bite), though prices were on the higher side (as expected at resort waterparks). The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made morning routines much easier. Crowds were noticeable, especially during peak times, so finding seating near the water areas could be a bit of a challenge. But the staff and lifeguards appeared attentive and professional. All things considered, celebrating my 55th at Wilderness was a memorable party—fun for my daughter, relaxing for my wife, and refreshing for me. If you’re looking for a family-friendly resort with an indoor waterpark and a lot to do under one roof, this is a top pick. Just plan ahead for walking and peak-time crowds.
I recommend reading before booking. I do not post reviews but my experience at this place has been dismal at best. The water park is a fun amenity however the hotel is neither kid-friendly or even adult-friendly. We were in town for a big football tournament, almost 400 teams. This was advertised as a family friendly place to stay however the front desk attendants will call security repeatedly for kids walking around. While I understand signing a “code of conduct” for protection of property, the general disdain we received from the staff was not needed nor professional for the perceived offenses that were not present. As adults, there is no common place for hanging out. The lobby has 4 chairs and a sofa but if you sit in the bar area at an unoccupied table outside of their barriers playing a card game, they will call security on you as well. Which seems to be initiated by the front desk. This is not a family-oriented nor family-friendly place to stay. I’m disappointed that the staff does not exhibit a hospitality you would expect from an establishment such as this and the lack of professional decorum or willingness to have a respectable conversation like an adult is frankly ridiculous. I’ve never experienced a front staff as dismissive as the one this place currently employs.
This is a fantastic place. I will tell you on our way out, they were taking everything out of a couple of rooms for deep cleaning- SO IMPRESSIVE! The housekeeper said the do several rooms every week so every room gets deep cleaned on a schedule! WHAT! That's amazing! I've never heard NOR SEEN that being done anywhere else. I will go back there just because I know how awesome their cleaning crew and policies are. On a different note, on Sunday everything in the hotel closes early, I mean everything- food court, waterpark, bar, ice skating, arcade. So without previous knowledge, we were kind of left with very limited, only deep fried food options after 8pm. That was the only down fall to our whole trip. This is a great place. We, as a family, loved our weekend trip here and can't wait to come back!!
Our family of 10 stayed in a premium 3 bedroom villa and it exceeded my expectation. We had so much fun relaxing together and the villa was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed besides possibly a non stick skillet. We were so happy with the space, beauty and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend!
I would have given the wilderness lodge a higher rating but our experience was less enjoyable because when we got there to pay for out room we were told that there was an extra fee for anybody over the amount of 2 people staying in a room. Our room slept 8 so I had 6 people with me. So I had to pay 350 more dollars for two nights because I had 6 people instead of 2. This made the room go from reasonable cost to an extra fee we did not know we had to pay. The rest of the cost for everything was reasonable. The service was awesome and the food was good.
We’ve stayed here multiple times and when we leave our sons are already asking when we’re coming back. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The rooms have always been clean and the beds comfortable. If your room isn’t close to the pools and slides then you’ll have quite a walk, but the hallways are indoors and there’s a shuttle that runs frequently. I like that the resort isn’t located in the middle of all the shops and activities.
Stayed with family from 11/7/25 to 11/9/25. Didn't enjoy my stay could not do any of the planned activities me and family had planned. Had to stay in room most of time due to my foot being bruised and swollen. First night there i was switching on the fire place and the heavy glass front fell of onto my foot it was terribly painfull. I told the manager up front she said she would send someone to fix the glass door and hope my foot feels better,we'll it Didn't feel better. No one showed up to fix it my entire stay. I talked to another manager at checkout she said she would have so.eone fix it and bought me and my wife lunch. I guess lunch was worth me waisting $700 on a trip I couldn't enjoy. This company is very unprofessional and evidently do not care about the safety or comfort of their guest.I was very disappointed in this company I was very excited to be able do do all these activities with my family on our first vacation in 4 years due to not being able ok afford it. I saved for almost a year to be able to do this for it all to be a waist of money. Im still hurting and foot is still swollen.
Read before booking!!!! Stone Hill Lodge Thursday evening- We checked in and the ladies at the front desk were very unfriendly. We were on the first floor in the very last room of the lodge. We had to walk half way through the lodge, go down 2 floors and walk to the very end of the lodge. There weren’t any other entrance so we had to walk what seemed like a mile to the front everytime. The rooms were decent. House keeping was great and attentive. Shuttling to the waterpark was a pain, I’m glad the weather was decent while we were there. My family along with our football teams families were there so they knew kids would be running around. Security would not let any child under 16 walk alone and there wasn’t anywhere for them to hang out. They have been looking forward to this trip for years and security followed them all weekend. I went to the front and asked for a supervisor, a lady pointed me in the direction of one. I asked the lady if she was a supervisor and she jokingly said, “sometimes.” When I started talking to her about my son being afraid to leave the room and asking her if we could maybe have the conference room to hang(there was a team in there the night before) she immediately said no. Mind you she looked at her computer the whole time I was talking to her. The bar/ restaurant only stayed open until 9 and you couldn’t even sit at the tables after it was closed. “Starbucks” was only open from 8am-11am. Some families got kicked out of the lobby while playing cards. Everyone I spoke to was very unhappy. An older couple I rode the elevator with asked for a handicap room(he was holding 2 canes) and they still gave him a room on the first floor half way down the lodge. They do not care about their paying customers. While packing up this morning I found a roach in the hall. I will NEVER return to this establishment!! Definitely not kid friendly!!

We have had nothing but the best experiences each time we’ve visited. Sales reps are knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. Patricia took care of us our last visit and she epitomizes what customer service is supposed to be. Love the seasonal flavors they had, the blueberries and cream just may be my favorite now. And they’ve added some whiskey flavor candles that last forever and so do the scents. Stop by if you are in the area looking for a great selection of whiskey, moonshine, and liqueurs, and absolutely the best customer service you’ll find!
Another wonderful experience with Free Tastings! You can have 8 for Free!! My favorites were the Salted Caramel and the Blueberry Cream. The Coffee was really good too. Then we saw a bottle behind the bar with The Crow logo on it!!! It turned out to be Coffee Vodka and we bought it without even trying it! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and we had a really good time learning about their product.
Fun little pit stop! 8 free tastings and we enjoyed all of our samplings!! So many to choose from! Salted caramel whiskey was a fave and all the cream liqueurs were very good! Cool shirts and some funny souvenirs as well! Scott was awesome!!
Stopped here on our way home, they advertised free samples. Me and my boyfriend sampled 8 different moonshines, rums, and sprits. Laura was behind the bar and gave us great recommendations, told us her favorites, and top sellers. She was friendly, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time chatting with her. We ended up purchasing the Peach flavored one. The crème moonshines are definitely worth a taste too! Thank you Tennessee Legend Distellery and Laura for the samples!
Love love Memaw and the amazing service. Amazing presentation and great product. After our husbands visited we had to come again. Our time was limited in Tennessee but Memaw made it all worth the while. We highly recommend this location! If you’re soft beware. Come with a light heart and a strong stomach.
Their selection was amazing and the staff super friendly! The lady who cashed us out and poured us alcohol for our tasting was so nice! Highly recommend stopping in for some good drinks!
Friendly staff, really helpful. Moonshine tasted good. Check out the coffee and peanut butter cup flavors. I was happy enough with their bourbon. Pricing was pretty good, checkout the coupon books outside for a coupon for free shot glasses with purchase. Can’t say more good about the staff! Also, because this isn’t Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg, don’t expect the tourist crowds, which was a definite plus!!! Have fun, drink shine, drive safe, life is good.
Crystal was an excellent sample gal, friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products..enjoyed my visit and will be coming back..Support local businesses.. Came back yesterday 4/8/2021, Laura was the sampler..very nice and pleasant visit, purchased several goodies 👍 Came there today January 30th, Patricia was soooooo great as a taster and fun to talk with..bought some great booze.Keep up the good work Patricia and all employees. Came there today 7/1/2022 Laura was there, cheer up gal, you work in a Distillery..the best around 🇺🇸 Today 5/25/24 did a tasting with some great tourists. Patricia ( Ma ) does a great job there..

Atmosphere & Environment We visited this charming square early on a Saturday morning, and it was absolutely peaceful. The weather was perfect—mild and refreshing—which made for a relaxing and calm stroll. This area feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s a quiet little escape that lets you slow down and just enjoy the moment. The square is surrounded by quaint local shops and small restaurants, adding to the small-town charm. It’s a great place to wander, take in the scenery, and enjoy a slower pace. One of the highlights was seeing the Dolly Parton statue, which sits proudly in front of the courthouse—a must-see for any fan. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air, offering a moment of peace and connection in the heart of East Tennessee.
No tickets needed- I was worried about parking to see the Dolly Statue. When we got there, I sighed in relief that there were two spots right in front of the statue that were open! Then I looked around and there were open spots everywhere! We liked it so much, we took the rest of our party back to the statue a few days later. We walked the rest of the grounds and saw the other statues too. A great little trip with some history and memorials.
She's one of my idols! I like her songs, but what puts her into idol category for me is how she goes above and beyond for people in need, creating libraries and donating her own money to disaster, and showing her generous beautiful heart! Of course I had to see her statue when we went to Dollywood. IFY not in Dollywood, but downtown, old town, Sevierville in front of the Courthouse.
This place moved me as a life long Dolly fan, seeing her statue and eating an ice cream at the almost original Red's is something everyone should do while in the area! Great historical places in her hometown!
Beautiful place for Dolly Parton's statue by the Sevierville Courthouse. During some seasons & holiday's the decorations around are wonderful.
Very unique n cool spot to take a cool pic n to have as a memory was on my way back to KY unfortunately from a family vacation in Pigeon Forge week before last n it's sum I got off of one of my bucket list to take pics of the famous country music singer n statue of Dolly Pardon a very good n cool experience 😉👍🏾👉🏾
Great depiction of Dolly! Love how the town was all ready for fall.
Not sure what you can say about a statue, but I think it's really neat that Dolly Parton was born and raised here in Sevierville, TN. We had a super difficult time finding a place to pull over and park to get up close to the statue for some photos. The statue itself is really cool.

This was a cool bridge to go see. This is the first bridge I have ever gotten to see with a top over it. This was a great bridge and easy to access to it. If you love to see things luck this then this is something that I would recommend that you go see if you are in the area. It doesn't take long to go see it over the main road.
This is a beautiful bridge, but keep in mind that it's in a neighborhood and is surrounded by private properties. The pictures you see of the bridge from the side (which are gorgeous) are taken from the side that is marked "Private Property" and "No Trespassing". I guess its up to the visitor to decide if they want to walk into someone's yard for those photos...but there are signs posted everywhere. I dunno, it's Tennessee. I wouldn't recommend traipsing on someone else's property...
This is still a working bridge, and we had to drive over it to get to our next destination, which was surprising. Its age and seeming fragility only added to its charm. It's not a tourist destination. No parking lot, no souvenir stand, no hype. But the family enjoyed playing in and around it for a good half hour.
I've been to many old covered bridges, and I have to say that this was one of my favorites. It gives the feeling of going way back in time, and it is so cool you can drive through it.
There is always something very nostalgic and romantic about covered bridges. This historic bridge is well-maintained without losing its olld-time charm.
Little piece of history preserved from modern development. The covered bridge is very photogenic and worth the drive.
Nicely maintained bridge if covered bridges are your thing. You can drive across it. We did it on our way to the Bush’s museum driving from Pigeon Forge so we didn’t go out of our way at all.
This is a neat bridge, first constructed in 1875 and restored in 1972. It’s still in use today, with many cars crossing the river on it. Be cautious when visiting, as there isn’t a safe walkway for pedestrians while vehicles pass through. Parking is limited, though that may not be an issue since the area is usually quiet. Overall, it’s a nice little stop if you’re nearby, but not necessarily a must-see when planning a trip to the Smoky Mountains.

We spent a morning at foxfire adventure park and had a great time! Our boys (13,11 and 6) all enjoyed the hike to the waterfall, the kids playground and the small kids zip line near the playground. We didn’t do the zip line coarse but watched other guests do it and it looked like a lot of fun! This was a great break for us from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very peaceful and nice place!!
Our family recently visited Foxfire Mountain and did the hiking trail to the waterfall. Overall, it was a fun experience. The trails were clearly marked, well maintained, and offered some great views. The highlight was definitely the Bridge to Prosperity, which is the longest swinging bridge in America. It stretches 335 feet across Foxfire Gorge and offers beautiful views of the forest below—very cool and definitely worth seeing once. However, our main disappointment was that none of the other activities, like the zip lines, were running that day. So essentially, we paid around $100 for our family of five just to hike and walk across the suspension bridge. While the setting is great and the bridge is unique, it felt a bit pricey considering there are plenty of other places to hike in the area for free. In our opinion, the hike could have been free and maybe they could charge a smaller fee—something like $10 per person—to cross the bridge. It’s definitely a one-time experience. Very cool, but not something we’d need to do again. Still, if you’ve never been, it’s worth checking out at least once. Just be aware of what’s open and what you’re paying for.
This is the perfect spot for kids to play. We have been here two times now and both times have been wonderful experiences. We came during spring break and the boys kept talking about it so we decided to come back for fall break. I have an eight year old, three year old, and two year old and all my boys had something to do. The playground is amazing. The hiking trail to the waterfall was easy enough for the boys to do without me having to carry anyone. There is even a small zip line for the boys to go on. The best part about the park is that you have access for a full week so we can go play on the playground everyday during our vacation. The bathrooms are clean and they even have a changing table which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone with little kids. My boys love Foxfire!
Super cool place to take your kids. Awesome hiking trails up to a little waterfall but the best part was the kids zip line next to the park and all of the equipment to play on. We sat out there for a good two hours and let our kids play after the hike. They sold bottles of wine and that was a cool addition. I would say this was slightly overpriced for what you get. If it was half as much I feel like we would go back but probably not because $70 was pretty steep for our family of five. They let you use your tickets up to seven days but we have other things planned. Still recommend, but it is slightly expensive.
What a beautiful peaceful place to being your family and or furry friend! We have a class C camper ans they have a separate lot big enough for oversized vehicles. The staff was super friendly and the property was so beautiful we loved the hiking trails. If you like hard cider this is your place. They have free tastings and reasonably priced bottles for purchase. I'm so glad we decided to spend a few hours here
Best place to Hike with Dogs near the Gatlinburg area. Delicious cider. Didn't do the zip line and other activities due to some recent neck issue. But will be back next time we come to the Smokies
Beautiful setting. Awesome hiking trails and playground. The trail to the waterfall is steep but worth it. The wishing bridge is cool. Loved the treetop canopy walk and the river walk trail. Great value for the basic ticket.
We're beginner hikers and the trails were a little challenging (only because we're out of shape lol) but they were well maintained. I advise bring plenty of water because there are no refill stations for water bottles. The food truck that is advertised was not opened the day that we went but we also had trail mix. Overall a great hike in the woods 😀

They were so nice. Their were lots of rapid, and they even had taca for water shoes in case you didnt bring yours. They were only 10 dollars which is pretty cheap. The tubes were very sturdy and didnt pop when you hit rocks. There were a few bugs so I reccomend putting on bug spray before going, and sunscreen. At the end they had Van's come and pick usup, and the drivers were very nice and sociable. They had a step stool for shorter people. It's great for anyone older than 4. I ended up bringing some rocks home for my lizards. Overall it was an amazing place to go for any occasion.
We had such a great time tubing with River Romp! They were very clear with the conditions, water level, how long we would be floating and how many times we had to walk/how far. They were so friendly and the float was perfect. Thanks River Romp!
This was a gorgeous place for tubing. The river was scenic, shaded overhead with large rock formations on the side. The water was cool and clear. The experience of purchasing and departing was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. They drive you back up river, after tubing, which is weird bc youre wet (where most places drive you up river first and you come down)- but by the time we got off the river we were tipsy and didn't mind. And yeah, they didn't seem to care much about drinking or monitor anyone's coolers for alcohol, although I'm sure technically it's illegal.
Had a great time, and everything was reasonably priced. Would recommend!
Very welcoming workers. They are open from the Friday before Memorial weekend to the Monday of labor day. So much fun!!
Fun for the whole family. Water was cold but you get use to it. Had a nice relaxing float with a few small rapids.
Group family vacation day just floating around in down the peaceful fresh clean mountain water was definitely a great choice for the whole family outing
We were told a 17 year old cant go tubing for his safety. Be sure to call before you go to this location. Didn't make much sense to us.

One of the best aviation museums I’ve ever visited as a photographer, and some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met. Some very nice and rare aircraft on display, and also a very well priced gift shop. Well done to the people running it!
Such a cool little museum! It’s not too big but they have a ton of planes and artifacts! Price is affordable and it wasn’t crowded at all when we went! Not super kid friendly as they were bored but the adults enjoyed it! Staff was friendly and educated in the items/facts of the museum
Such a great museum. They have a nice display area for artifacts and models, with lots of original items and some clearly labeled replicas. Great information, you can easily lose an hour in this part. But you're here for the hanger full of planes. They have a couple of replica WWI- and WWII-era planes. They have a couple of MIGs. They have some great historical planes. There are some jet engines, including a cut-apart engine so you can see the parts. They also, almost absurdly, have collectible cars. Military Jeeps, sure, but also some classic cars. Overall, a fun way to spend a morning.
Nice. Small museum, very informative and knowledgeable individuals. Only thing that I didn’t see since they mentioned WW2 a lot were “The Tuskegee Airmen”. I think they should include this since it was an important part of aviation history and US Military history
Incredible exhibits and aircraft on display! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the museum’s layout. If you’re a military aviation enthusiast, this is a must visit on your Pigeon Forge vacation!
Amazing great place to find plenty types of aircraft and lots of info on their history. Friendly and informative staff. Plenty of parking outside.
Great place to visit and see items from WW1 through today. Staff is wonderful and you can go at your own pace.
Absolutely amazing! It’s been here for 20+ years and looks immaculate and new. Tremendous amount of information and exhibits. Mr Hixson is an absolute gem. We even loved the gift shop. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

In all of our travels we’ve never had anything quite like this. We took home the YENOH spirits (honey spelled backwards) 82 proof 41% distilled from honey! Both Maggie and Chris were genuine, friendly people. Its a very pleasant environment and it was fun to all the great samples. Look forward to when they have distribution out in California!
Do not hesitate to experience this place amazing design in the building and they also offer free tastings as well as a free tour of their facility extremely transparent process I would give this place all the stars bought a bottle and got a t-shirt half price which was very stylish we also had a great time and would return in a heartbeat both gentleman there were courteous and pleasant and did not seem like most other places where they are angry you were there these guys will do well and be a top contender in no time as a drinker this was by far my best experience in Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge and Sevierville!!!
We have never been let down coming here. Great tastings, amazing staff. Especially Doug! When you want quality, and you can taste it, this is THE place. You are paying for top shelf spirits here. Not some sweetened backroom radiator fluid. I wish I lived closer!
A group of my friends came here while on our spring break trip and had SO much fun! Doug was amazing and genuinely interested in us and made us a priority! We learned so much and tried the best drinks! Will definitely make this a stop on our next trip!
We stopped here on a road trip and fell in love with it! Doug took us on the tour and gave us delicious samples all for free! Doug is amazing and the whole experience was a blast. We even brought our 12 year old twins who loved the tour. More fun and authentic then the big named distilleries. LOVED it!!
This is a best kept secret tucked back behind stores. We had such a great time tasting and drinking cocktails. Fun talking to the locals and James was an awesome bartender. Liquor was a little pricey but you do pay more for quality. My husband loved the tequila. Well worth a stop when in the area!
A great experience! Kaelyn was amazing and the tasting was awesome. Very unique and memorable.
Excellent spirits! Their Yenoh and Tennekeela are my favorites but the Vodka and Moonshine are great as well. A nice change given that nothing is sweet unless you try one of the mixed drinks. Loved the costumer service, Doug was a delight! Looking forward on trying their new products!
