Outdoor Activities
Located in the scenic Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, RainForest Adventures Zoo is an all-indoor zoo near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. With over 400 live animals from 130 species, this zoo offers a mix of fun and education. Visitors can explore a variety of creatures from rainforests around the world, including reptiles, birds, and more. The zoo also provides educational activities and even allows visitors to interact with goats.
Went here with my family on vacation, the animals were amazing, i especially enjoyed the marmosets. Jungle Jim and the live animal show was so great. Mixing a few stunning magic tricks and current pop culture puns together made for an enjoyable experience for adults and kids alike. And the Burmese python Luna was fun to hold and take pictures with. Such a great destination for kids and adults...would highly recommend.

Took my 5 year old grandson to the Rainforest Adventure Zoo today and we had the best time! He loved the live animal show. It was so fun and educational. There is a wide variety of animals all well displayed and cared for. He loved feeding the goats and llamas. The staff was so very nice. The zoo is very reasonably priced. Great to do on a hot or rainy day if you need something indoors. My only wish is that some of exhibits (like smaller snakes and lizards) were not up so high for kids to see. Otherwise, a wonderful place !
Anjanette L — Google review
This was such a great little spot! We went to kill some time and ended up having a really nice visit. It took us about an hour to walk through, though it could’ve been longer if my three young ones weren’t so impatient. Still, they really enjoyed it, especially my son, who was obsessed with the tortoise and all the different types of monkeys! The zoo is stroller-friendly, which made it easy to navigate with the kids. It’s not a huge zoo, but it’s packed with a good variety of animals, and everything was well-kept and clean. One of the highlights was seeing the axolotls, none of us had ever seen one in person before, so that was a special treat. We did pay a little extra for the animal feed (for the goats and llamas), and I’d say it was absolutely worth it for the fun and interaction. The staff was friendly, and the whole place felt very kid-oriented, without being overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great stop for families, especially if you have young kids who love animals. We’re glad we found it!
Theresa N — Google review
This place is so interesting! They have animals you wouldn't necessarily see at a regular zoo. Make sure you stay for the live animal show. It's so fun and entertaining! I promise you will laugh and cringe. Also, if you want to participate in the sloth adventure, call ahead for times because there are limited spaces.
Christina M — Google review
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Love this place. Everyone is so sweet. They have an awesome variety of animals. Taylor was so sweet, he introduced us to penny, and let us hold her. The Jungle Jim show is an absolute hoot!! Loved his jokes and seeing and petting the animals. They have goats, llamas and emus too! And we loved their gift shop! Very reasonably priced and nice variety! I am very impressed. And can't wait to go back. We went back, and this time, brought a friend with us who loved this amazing hidden gem.
Kim W — Google review
Cool little Zoo it's all indoors so if it's raining out this is definitely a place to go to kill a couple hours. Also has a goat and llama feeding section outside for the kids to interact with the animals. And has quite a few exhibits in there may look small from the outside but actually has quite a few stuff to look at for the price I would say stop in there compared to other attractions it's a lot cheaper and kid friendly so give it a shot.
Shawn ( — Google review
This was such a fun experience for me and my kiddos on a rainy day! My 3yr old LOVED the lemurs and feeding the goats! The animals were pretty active and the workers really showed passion in their jobs!
Jessica F — Google review
Had an amazing time! Highly recommend if you’re into reptiles and other animals! They had some that I’ve never seen in person before! Jungle Jim and friends live animal show was awesome, for kids and adults! 10/10 recommend. The live animal show is no extra charge. Also, it was one of the most reasonably priced things we did our entire trip! Also I was extremely impressed with how well socialized the llamas are!!

The park is famous for its go-kart racing, but also features amusement rides, mini golf, a climbing wall, bumper cars, an arcade, and virtual reality gaming. Located conveniently on Sevierville's Parkway, the park offers one- and seven-day passes for unlimited fun.
Loads of fun. we had kids age range from 9-14 and they all had a great time. Only downside was a few of the rides were down and one ride in particular that my kids wanted to ride was out of service. All go carts were fun and we had very little wait time. We went late in the day to beat the heat and stayed til closing. Getting the souvenir cup is worth it because you get free refills.

We took our Church Youth group here on Saturday & had the best time!! We had 51 people ranging from a year old to 70 yrs olds and everyone had a blast. There were a few of our littles that didn’t reach height requirements but were accommodated to enjoy the games indoors. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The guys working the smaller rides were the best guys! Nathanael - the group coordinator went above and beyond for our group to make hosting such a large group as stress free as possible from emailing days before we arrived up until we finished our visit. Definitely a win with our group! Thank you NASCAR Speedpark!

My sons 12&8 And I had a terrific amazing time at this place. My sons are already mechanically inclined and love cars and this was right up their alley. Even the mini golf environment is amazing. It’s set up like a volcano with waterfalls and it’s so beautiful! The staff is also super friendly, but I had to make some special mentions for Emma, Cassie, and McKenzie. Those ladies went above and beyond to make sure that our time here was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot appreciate them more for it!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Sarah H — Google review
We decided to go check out the nascar speed park and it didn't disappoint. We got unlimited rides outside for the go karts and other rides that the kids wanted to go on. The gas go karts are fun, the only thing that costs extra was the 35mph track with higher hp go karts. These were fun and we got to ride on them, the person at the main desk selling tickets told us everything outside was unlimited but it wasn't so that upset us. I talked to Nathaniel and he resolved the issue, he gave us a free pass for the big speedway karts which i highly recommend. The experience was fun and this would be a place id enjoy working honestly.
WhiteBlurr S — Google review
What a find! This place is so worth the money and the time! We came here with our 10yr old son to ride go karts and we were pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do here. Multiple two person and single go kart tracks, along with carnival rides lite the scrambler and a mini roller coaster, bumper boats, mini golf and more... we paid a single price and were there for 5 hours! We could have stayed longer- we never made it to the minigolf before we got tired! Definitely great value, and get the refillable drink cup.. it's $10 to add to your ticket and every beverage there is $4 if you buy them separately! We went on a weekday and had no line and no wait for anything.

Delicious food! Fun for all ages inside & outside!! The kiddie rides were great for my grandson!! Staff was courteous & caring!
Missy N — Google review
We were on vacation from New jersey and my 9-1/2 year old twins I were bugging me early on in the trip. So I hid it from them till the last minute. And man did it not disappoint. They had a blast. That’s all they talked about for the two days after. There was a super nice woman named Nicole that was sooo helpful with everything from the second we walked in. Kind, courteous, friendly and willing to help in any way. With to kids that excited to get going , she patiently answered all my questions and got me pointed in the right direction. I’m a large man. 6’8”. 365lbs. She let me go see if I would fit in the cars before I paid my part of the park. Kids were already to go drive. It was a tight fit. But I drive dirt cars, so I knew it was gonna be a crap shoot if I was gonna fit or not. But I barely fit. Enough to have a great time with my twins on the tracks. They must have put 200 laps out there. I want to thank Nicole and all the staff there. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful the entire time. We even did a couple VR games. They were cool as well. Thanks again. Big Al Cheney. New Egypt New Jersey.
Allan C — Google review
We had alot of fun here. Here's the breakdown: Positives: 1. Lots of variety from Gokarts, kid rides, an arcade, and more there's no shortage of options. 2. The souvenir cup is actually a good deal with free refills. 3. Good selection of kids prizes at the ticket counter. Room for improvement: 1. While some staff we encountered were friendly the majority seemed annoyed to be there. I'm not a people person either so I get it but maybe learn to fake it a little better. 2. Bathroom could use some work on cleanliness. 3. It's quite expensive for what it is. Make sure you plan to spend about half a day or more here to make it even close to worth the money.

The Tennessee Museum of Aviation in Sevierville is a must-visit for aviation enthusiasts and curious visitors alike. The museum features a historic aircraft collection, live demonstrations, and aviation artifacts displayed in its hangar and gallery. Visitors can explore the storied history of air travel by viewing a wide variety of historic planes, including rare airworthy P-47 Thunderbolts from World War II.
One of the best aviation museums I’ve ever visited as a photographer, and some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met. Some very nice and rare aircraft on display, and also a very well priced gift shop. Well done to the people running it!
Jonah S — Google review
Such a cool little museum! It’s not too big but they have a ton of planes and artifacts! Price is affordable and it wasn’t crowded at all when we went! Not super kid friendly as they were bored but the adults enjoyed it! Staff was friendly and educated in the items/facts of the museum
Kate G — Google review
Such a great museum. They have a nice display area for artifacts and models, with lots of original items and some clearly labeled replicas. Great information, you can easily lose an hour in this part. But you're here for the hanger full of planes. They have a couple of replica WWI- and WWII-era planes. They have a couple of MIGs. They have some great historical planes. There are some jet engines, including a cut-apart engine so you can see the parts. They also, almost absurdly, have collectible cars. Military Jeeps, sure, but also some classic cars. Overall, a fun way to spend a morning.
Quinn J — Google review
Nice. Small museum, very informative and knowledgeable individuals. Only thing that I didn’t see since they mentioned WW2 a lot were “The Tuskegee Airmen”. I think they should include this since it was an important part of aviation history and US Military history
Will V — Google review
Incredible exhibits and aircraft on display! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the museum’s layout. If you’re a military aviation enthusiast, this is a must visit on your Pigeon Forge vacation!
Chase P — Google review
Amazing great place to find plenty types of aircraft and lots of info on their history. Friendly and informative staff. Plenty of parking outside.

This is a cool place to go to look at aircraft and different military items. We got a state resident and military discount. They have uniforms, historic pieces for different wars, and a few cars. You can take pictures of everything. They have a gift shop with stuff for everyone.

Ripley's Old MacDonald's Farm Mini Golf is a charming and family-friendly putting course located in the Smoky Mountains. With its nursery rhyme theme, animatronic barnyard characters, and farmyard soundtrack, this mini-golf experience offers 54 holes of whimsical fun for both day and night play. Situated near Tanger Outlets, this playful course features three different 18-hole courses with interactive elements, water features, and delightful surprises at every turn.
Such a fun mini golf course! Visited during the weekday in late afternoon; the weather was perfect and sunny, and there were only a couple holes where we had to wait for the group in front of us. I enjoyed the 3 different courses (a piggy, a chicken, and a cow themed); one course is completely handicapped and a second is half handicapped (you jump to the fully handicapped course to finish). The course is perfect for all ages and abilities; would highly recommend checking it out. Bonus if you buy all 3 courses at once, the ticket is good for one year to finish all three courses. So if you have time for one or two rounds, you have a year to return for the third. Such an incredible offer. And on the last hole, if you make it down the small ramp you win a bonus round as I did! Check it out! It's a blast!
Monica — Google review
This place was adorable great location just outside of the outlet mall. It was a little busy. The staff was very helpful. Our whole group ranging from nine years old to jut shy of fifty yrs old. All had a blast. It took us about thirty five ish minutes to do the full eighteen puutts. Our group had nine people.
Brandy A — Google review
We go here about every year. It's been updated and fun to play here. Getting combo tickets helps. A good amount of shade and a few misting fans helps when it's hot out.
Alan P — Google review
We played the chicken course out of 3 courses that they offer. Average course, nothing crazy, extreme, or difficult. Can tell that most of the expenses were put towards the aesthetics and props. Definitely great fun for little kids.
Vincent P — Google review
Best value for mini golf in the 3 city area! Three 18 hole themed courses for $18 for adults. You don't have to play all 3 at the same time or day. Just hold on to your tickets and there good up to 1 year. Great courses for kids and adults. The only complaint I would have is, the turf is a little old, and could be updated. Otherwise, a great family fun center.
J R — Google review
Way too fun. My sister and I went on a dare and had the most fun ever. We laughed and laughed. The surprises that happen at each time someone puts the golf ball in hole.
Barbara D — Google review
3 courses of different challenge levels 3 game deal was offered with up to 1 year to use them. Weekend was a lot busier than week day. Interactvive displays

Skyland Ranch is a thrilling adventure park in Sevierville, offering a unique blend of attractions for visitors of all ages. This 100-acre farm features a scenic chairlift, the renowned Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster, live entertainment, festivals, and activities like BB gun shooting and interacting with miniature animals. The venue also houses Williford Mercantile, a retail barn where visitors can shop for boutique items, western wear, Christmas decorations, toys and more.
Enjoyed this place! Not too busy. Wild Stallion is great...not too intense!! Apple nachos great! Loved all the animals and good live music. Cute photo ops. Cute fall decor and great views. Might get to go back as tickets are good for 3 days. Staff super friendly.
Marie L — Google review
We had fun looking at the animals, however it is not a petting zoo as it sounds on the website. Plan on spending money, a lot of money. We paid to go on the wagon ride and then had to purchase feed for the animals? For $15 a person it seems that should be included in the price. The entire ride is to feed the animals. The “birds nest” was my son’s favorite. The boards to walk across should have a weight limit posted on them. There is a sign up saying parents are spectators not participants. The food and merchandise are very expensive. We purchased a cowboy hat for our son, it should have been larger size but are stuck with it because he took the sticker off. The food is amazing and comes in a large quantity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be helpful and to make sure my son enjoyed himself. There playground has amazing shade and pavilions next to it for parents to stay out of the sun.

SkyLand Ranch: Where Smoky Mountain Views Meet Farm Fun! SkyLand Ranch is a must-visit in the Smokies, offering a unique blend of stunning natural beauty and family-friendly entertainment. The journey up on the scenic Horizon Skyride chairlift (or the safari truck!) is an experience in itself, setting the stage for the incredible 360-degree views you get at the top. The main draw is the fun, relaxed atmosphere. Kids absolutely adore the miniature animals—miniature cows, horses, and goats—that roam the ranch. For thrill-seekers, the Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster is a blast, boasting the title of the longest in the Southeast with an eight-minute ride! You can also enjoy live music, unique shops, and delicious food from the cafe and food trucks. It strikes a great balance: a breathtaking overlook like a mountain top attraction, but with the approachable charm of a Western-style ranch. It’s perfect for a 3-4 hour visit and offers re-entry, making it fantastic value for families. Highly recommended for memorable views and unique fun!
Dave D — Google review
A really nice afternoon. It is a bonus that the lift ticket is good for 3 days. The BBQ food is really good. The band was not bad. The swing ride is a fun and you can ride it twice with you ticket. Parking was free. The views from the top are really nice. The wagon ride is very cool, beautiful animals and you can purchase a food bucket to feed them. We didn't ride the coaster or do the horse back ride.
Donna D — Google review
Our experience way exceeded our expectations. Eric, our hayride and bus driver was a delightful person to speak with and we had a lovely conversation not only about the ranch but also general life conversations. Jay, Ben amd Billy at the coaster were so wonderful, thoughtful and accommodating. Due to a halted first ride (rider completely stopped on the track, was no fault of staff of the ranch), we were allowed to take a 2nd ride. Honestly I have never experienced the level of kindness and caring outside of Disney parks. I hope the owners or management take great care of their amazing staff. The coaster was so much fun. The chair lift has such amazing views. The hayride was so informative and fun. The ranch was very clean and attractive. The food was fantastic and very reasonable priced for a attraction.
Nikki @ — Google review
Had a great time with family! There was quite a few things to do for kids there! The mining gems and coaster are an additional cost. The petting zoo, climbing play tower and tower swing comes with admission. You can actually ride the tower swing twice while you’re there. We went from 12-4 and there were only a handful of other families. Which was very nice. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the staff. The only kind staff was the banjo player, barn attendant, tower swing attendant and a sweet lady in the restaurant. All other employees that we came across were not helpful when questions were asked and truly acted like they did not even want to be there. I did not realize your admission is good for 3 days. That is not advertised well and the ticket booth staff member did not tell me when purchasing. This was our last day in town so I feel like I wasted some money not knowing we could come back. Overall it’s a little pricey but would go again!
Karly A — Google review
Wonderful place. A lot of fun for the family at a reasonable price. Staff and performers were friendly and made you feel welcome. The mountain coaster was a blast and food was very good also. I would highly recommend Skyland Ranch for a visit.

Loved Boos and Moos!! We had a range of ages with children and they offered a little bit for everyone. The littles loved the animals and trick or treating. The older girls liked the Ghost Town show. The adults participated in all the games. Everyone had a great time.

Nestled in a 143-acre foothills farm, the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo offers an unforgettable experience with nature's graceful creatures. Visitors can walk among and hand-feed deer, as well as interact with a variety of animals including camels, kangaroos, zebras, goats, reindeer, Rocky Mountain Elk, emus, Fallow and Sika deer, miniature horses, Watusi cattle, Highland cattle, donkeys and more.
I took my 3 and 4 year old little dudes here for a special trip with Mommy and we cannot wait to go back! Being able to interact, up close and personal, with the animals was the sweetest treat for them. Actually, more like a dream come true! The animals were all well cared for and open to my tots gently loving on them. Each staff member was extremely pleasant, helpful, and kind throughout our time journeying through the Zoo as well. We are very thankful to have experienced and create such fun memories!

What a fun place! The owner and her team were outstanding, kind and filled with information. They really go above and beyond to help their animals have a great life and it shows. Very clean and well kept stalls. Although Larry (the camal) tried to bite me. He was awesome to see. Very cool place with an excellent staff! Highly recommended! Great for all ages.

Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and the animal experience is so much fun. They have an array of different species, some I never heard of . We met Zonky the half Zebra/Donkey. He was the sweetest. The deer was fun to feed and pet. The Goats were gentle and so sweet. All the animals were adorable and fun to hand feed. Highly recommend

This place was so much fun and easy to find. We went after lunch on a Monday, and there were only about five other families there. No lines. No crowds. All the animals were friendly and gentle with our 3 and 4 year olds. Animals seemed happy and well taken care of. Would definitely go back!

We had a great time! We enjoyed buying food and feeding the animals. The staff was friendly. They have a gift shop on site. Most of the animals were hungry. It is a great place to take the family.

This place has been a favorite stop every year on our Smoky Mountain vacations! The deer farm has a lot of different animals to see and feeding them is fun. Our favorite part is the horseback riding. The trails are nice, the staff are always friendly and the horses are always wonderful!

This will be my second time coming here, but this time bringing my family and kids! Everyone had a great time petting and feeding all the animals. The employees were all nice and informative. Definitely recommend! Fair prices! And I loved that there were more highland cows!

So much fun! We loved it. They had deer, highland cows, horses, zebra, elk, reindeer, camel, rabits, goats, and more. We enjoyed the animal selection here more than the other farm down the road.

Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park is an expansive amusement facility that offers a range of activities such as obstacle courses, trampolines, and climbing nets. It's a great destination for both kids and adults who enjoy bouncing around in a ninja warrior park setting. The park provides various attractions including dodgeball, high dive jumping station, interactive jumping games, and wipe-out station.
They were awesome! The young man at the front desk. The price was reasonable. The kids had an amazing time! I loved it and will go back!

Went here for my daughter's bday party and had a blast. Such a cool place! We were in party room 4 and it was clean and ready to go as soon as we got there. Her & her friends were able to jump from 12-1pm and the party was from 1-1:45. You can pay (20$ per person for 1hr of jump time) if you still want to play once the your reserved time is over and the party room is clean. Wish the other attractions had been open at the time we visited though. Both the laser tag and ninja warrior course were unfortunately closed.

I wouldn’t recommend this place or return. There really isn’t much to do, and if there were a 30-minute admission package, that would honestly be more than enough time here. During our visit, most of the staff were sitting around—some even on their phones—and didn’t seem engaged at all. What really stood out was the experience at the rock climbing area. My 10-year-old went over to climb, and the young man in charge didn’t even get up from his seat. He just lifted the harness for my child to figure it out on his own. That lack of supervision and support was disappointing and didn’t feel safe or professional. Overall, this place didn’t live up to expectations and doesn’t offer much in terms of activities, service, or value.

The coolest place to go spend an hour or so. We got invited to a birthday party there and our boys had a blast! Tons of space so it never felt overcrowded, and we went on a Saturday when they were BUSY. LOTS of different trampolines kept the kiddos engaged and never bored! Went downstairs to the party rooms and those were a perfect setup too. Will definitely have our boy’s birthdays there in the future as well

Kids really enjoyed it. Plenty of trampolines, wall climbing, and ninja course. The biggest complaint was a lack of tables and seating in the observatory

Great activity spot in Sevierville. Prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was clean and the gear/equipment appeared to be well maintained. Definitely recommend as a stop for wild kids. The adults can join the fun or sit back and watch from a massage chair, too

Relaxing atmosphere for adults after a long day of sight seeing! Nestle into a massage chair and let the littles play that energy out! The hurricane simulator is fun especially with kids that have an interest in storms. Overall, great, family and budget friendly stop!

The Dolly Parton Statue in downtown Sevierville, TN, is a striking tribute to the iconic country singer. Unveiled in 1987, this life-size bronze statue stands proudly at the courthouse square, depicting Parton with her guitar as a symbol of her musical contributions and philanthropic efforts. It has become a popular spot for visitors seeking to celebrate the legacy of this global icon and explore the town she calls home.
Atmosphere & Environment We visited this charming square early on a Saturday morning, and it was absolutely peaceful. The weather was perfect—mild and refreshing—which made for a relaxing and calm stroll. This area feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s a quiet little escape that lets you slow down and just enjoy the moment. The square is surrounded by quaint local shops and small restaurants, adding to the small-town charm. It’s a great place to wander, take in the scenery, and enjoy a slower pace. One of the highlights was seeing the Dolly Parton statue, which sits proudly in front of the courthouse—a must-see for any fan. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air, offering a moment of peace and connection in the heart of East Tennessee.

No tickets needed- I was worried about parking to see the Dolly Statue. When we got there, I sighed in relief that there were two spots right in front of the statue that were open! Then I looked around and there were open spots everywhere! We liked it so much, we took the rest of our party back to the statue a few days later. We walked the rest of the grounds and saw the other statues too. A great little trip with some history and memorials.

She's one of my idols! I like her songs, but what puts her into idol category for me is how she goes above and beyond for people in need, creating libraries and donating her own money to disaster, and showing her generous beautiful heart! Of course I had to see her statue when we went to Dollywood. IFY not in Dollywood, but downtown, old town, Sevierville in front of the Courthouse.

This place moved me as a life long Dolly fan, seeing her statue and eating an ice cream at the almost original Red's is something everyone should do while in the area! Great historical places in her hometown!

Beautiful place for Dolly Parton's statue by the Sevierville Courthouse. During some seasons & holiday's the decorations around are wonderful.

This statue is such a wonderful tribute to an icon who means so much to the area! It’s located right in front of the Sevier County Courthouse and makes for a perfect photo opportunity, you can really feel the love the town has for Dolly. The statue is beautifully done and a must-see if you’re in Sevierville. Whether you're a lifelong fan or just love good music and history, it's worth the stop!

Smoky Mountain Knife Works is not just a store, but an experience. It boasts the title of the world's largest knife showplace and offers an extensive collection of knives, including antique, hunting, camping, kitchen, and tactical varieties. The store also features swords, hatchets, axes, and museum-quality cutlery. Visitors can explore the Relic Room which houses a diverse range of historical artifacts such as dinosaur teeth, Civil War newspapers, Cold War Soviet medals, U.S.
Always a fun place to visit. I used to pass by thinking it was just a regular knife store, but it’s way more than that. They have everything from budget knives to high-end collectibles. The bottom floor is the real surprise, filled with historical pieces and rock collections. I definitely recommend checking it out and spending a couple of hours exploring.

Like a museum! 108,000 sq. Ft and 3 different levels. You can spend hours in this store with plenty of old and new history to look at. Great quality knives, guns, and kitchen supplies, and more for sale. Most importantly, great customer service.
Ruth S — Google review
While I only have pictures of fun props, this store had every kind of blade you can think of! They had knives for $1200 and knives for $10. There had to be thoousands of knives for sale in there. There was something for everyone! The top floor had a nice clothing section and the bottom floor had guns, toys (for kids not the guns 😅), and kitchenware! I will be coming back. I bought my son his first Swiss Army knife that was the exact style and brand that I had when I was his age. I love this store!
Christian H — Google review
Huge selection, almost too much! Everything from high end best quality knives to basic souvenir gifts with a variety of other thrift and gifts. I was pretty disappointed the gun selection. Seemed a bit understaffed with how busy it was on a Thursday afternoon July 3rd. I still ended up getting 3 basic knives.

Saw a post for this place in the area and decided to visit. This place is massive. Great selection of knives and weaponry. The basement also has a section dedicated to various historical relics and artifacts. Glad I found it and plan on returning when I am back in the area.

Great customer service from Dennis whose wife went to school with Dolly Parton. He had us laughing the whole time with his dry wit. We were there to buy Christmas gifts; 12 knives for our employees back in NJ. Every staff member was so helpful. The place is amazing! A little bit like a museum with many taxidermied animals all over. We spent over 2 hours wandering around over little bridges with waterfalls and display cases of many historic events. We missed visiting the relic area, but the animatronic dancing bears were a hoot!

Wahoo Ziplines in Sevierville offers an exhilarating experience for adventure seekers of all levels. With six lines ranging from 500 to 1,600 feet long, this attraction provides a thrilling yet slightly less intense option compared to other zipline courses in the Smoky Mountains. The picturesque mountain views and lush greenery add to the excitement as you fly through the trees, making it a perfect destination for families looking to create unforgettable memories.
We had the absolute BEST time with Wahoo Ziplines!! It was our first time zip lining (my husband, myself and our 11 year old son) Chase and Hunter were amazing guides! They were very entertaining and professional. It was easy to relax and enjoy the journey with their easy going personalities. My husband didn’t really want to do it but caved last minute and truly had a blast. He is afraid of heights but zip lined like a champ. Our 11 year old son said it was his favorite memory from our trip so we definitely plan to book every-time we visit the mountains! Thank you Wahoo for giving us amazing lasting memories that we will never forget!

Chase, Taylor and Jordan were all incredibly helpful. Chase and Taylor took us on the lines and Jordan made great recommendations for local fare. The tour was funny, friendly, exhilarating and most importantly competent. While we zip line routinely, this was our granddaughter's first time and this was by far one of the best we've encountered. Highly recommend.

This was a great time! Many different sections including tandem and racing. My friend and I had a blast. Our guides Matt and Avery were super nice! Would totally recommend! For sure will be back and try other tricks I wasn’t able to this time!

It was my boyfriend and I's first time ever ziplining and Willie and Chase made it an amazing experience for us as well as everyone in our group. Helped me put my fears to the side and have a great experience. The other tw0, our friends, have been there before and recommended it to us. I would recommend Wahoo Ziplines and our guides as well to anyone! Just a word of advice, make sure you have an updated media player like VLC if you purchase the videos on Scan Disks. I would say our pics we purchased were amazing quality as well as our videos! Great job Wahoo Ziplines! We will be back!

Avery & Austin (baby Jesus) absolutely make this a blast. I highly recommend you go when these guys are running the tour! We have been twice with Wahoo. My son went the last trip and went from tears on the first line to riding by himself on the third! Great experience for the whole family!

If you are looking for an excellent time zip lining Wahoo zip lines is definitely IT!!! We are visiting from Florida and had such a great experience! Thank you Jordan for accommodating us last minute for the tour! A special thanks to Hunter & Avery for leading the way making us feel confident and at home with your great sense of humor! Taylor is incredible with her photography skills! You guys are absolutely amazing! We will be back next time hopefully real soon 🙌🏼

This was my first experience ever zip lining. The guides were great, made me feel comfortable and also had us all laughing. I am a big girl and wasn't sure how this was going to work, but like I said, the guides didn't make me feel any different than anyone else and it made my experience even more enjoyable. Also, I was by myself in the group, so don't let either make you not want to experience it. I will definitely go zip lining again with Wahoo Zipline if I'm back in this area again!

Water park
Soaky Mountain Waterpark is a massive 50-acre outdoor waterpark that offers more than 19 attractions suitable for all ages. It features the unique Avalaunch water coaster, a wave pool with six-foot waves, thrilling waterslides, a winding wave river, an adventure pool with an obstacle course, and a tube tower. The park also has designated areas for kids such as The Hive and Boomers Bay.
We got access for free due to staying at The Wilderness Lodge across the street (which also has a water park) so we figured we give it a try. Great water park with lots of slides. Large younger kids area with many slides and activities, huge wave pool, a not so lazy river that sends a huge wave through every few minutes, and much more. You will not get bored because there is so much to do. Lots of different choices to eat, candy/ice cream/shakes, and adult beverages. We rented a cabana with a couch/end tables/coffee table, table/chairs to eat at, lounge chairs, and a rocking chair. The cabana also comes with your own personal waitress/hostess. Our hostess was named Erica and she was so nice and always had a smile. She didn't complain no matter how many times we called. Great worker. We will be coming back.

We had an incredible time at Soaky Mountain! The park is perfect for all ages — from exciting slides like Avalaunch and Whoop! to the splash zones and the wave pool. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. The kids had a blast, and there’s a great mix of thrill rides and areas to relax. Even with the crowds, lines moved fairly quickly, and there were shaded spots and seating. The food was so and so, not a big variety, and fair pricing for a waterpark. The downside was the lazy river — it was very crowded, and a lot of people (especially kids) were running, walking, or swinging through the water without tubes, which made it feel chaotic instead of relaxing. Still, that didn’t take away from the fun. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. Soaky Mountain is absolutely worth the visit!

We are locals and got season passes , 1 pass with tax was about 130 but paid for itself in 2 visits …. Sometimes we go after work for an hour until close but it’s always so much fun! The lifeguards there are some of the best I’ve seen and the variety of activities fits all ages … with the season pass you also receive 15% off of purchases . Love love this place!!!! It does get crowded but there’s always a place for everyone

We took a daycation with 6 of our kids!! We all had a great time!! Kids age 5 up to 15. The older kids mostly ran around as a group. But some rides we would split into 2 groups and go together as a family. There are rides for 1 person up to 5 or more people. We had an amazing time! You can get stamped and leave and come back (same day of course). So we left and had a picnic at our vehicles then went back in. They do have great food options but we have a rather sizeable family so it is easier and cheaper to picnic. They also have cabanas and such for rent for the day if you need to get out of the sun or maybe your little ones may need a nap. We all had a great time!!! Highly recommend!!!!!! Also they have life jackets to borrow for certain areas of the park and you can buy smaller life jackets if needed at the shop.

Soaky Mountain was amazing!! I'm not even sure if I have all the words to convey everything. I had two tickets from donating blood with Medic, so I took my 8 year old with me. We had the best time. The heated pool might have been my favorite!

Love the place. It has a great vibe and lots of cool rides. The not so lazy river is out of this world. We also like the wave pool, but I wish you could sit on a tube. Perhaps they can hand out some water saddles instead.

We drove two hours from Asheville, NC — and it was absolutely worth it! We had an amazing family day at Soaky Mountain Waterpark. We arrived around 9 AM, had breakfast, and were among the first to enter the park. Thanks to that, we got a great spot under a big umbrella — a huge plus later in the day when the park gets busy. The waterpark is clean, safe, and full of fun for all ages. Our kids loved the wave pool, slides, and splash zones. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was a nice surprise too — hot, fresh, and tasty! Fries, burgers, hot dogs, and chicken were all delicious. Even the picky eaters were happy 😊 Highly recommended for a summer family getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
Sergey P — Google review
My experience at Soaky Mountain started off fine, but it quickly took a negative turn due to an employee named Katang. While interacting with guests, she singled out my wife and asked, “What’s your weight?”—a question that was completely unnecessary, inappropriate, and unprofessional. What made the situation even worse was that no one else was asked this question, despite there being other plus-size women present. This remark left my wife feeling embarrassed, targeted, and uncomfortable. It completely shifted the tone of our visit from enjoyable to frustrating. Staff members should be trained to treat all guests with respect and dignity, and comments like this have no place in a customer service setting. Unfortunately, this incident overshadowed the rest of our experience and left us with a lasting negative impression of the establishment. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this type of behavior so no other guest has to go through a similar experience because this can also be seen as discrimination.

Scenic Helicopter Tours - Smoky Mountain offers breathtaking sightseeing flights over the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The experience is described as both picturesque and exhilarating, providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to soar above the mountains. Visitors have praised the knowledgeable and friendly staff, with pilots like Tyler and Cole receiving high praise for their professionalism.
This place is amazing and the staff is so friendly. My 12 year old son is scared of heights but they assured him he would be fine. They made sure he understood what would happen and he agreed to go. Our pilot had just become a Dad 11 days before and was super friendly. I would recommend a longer tour. We did the shortest one they had and it was over in the blink of an eye. Definitely worth the money to go for longer. The gift shop is great and we ended up getting some pictures.

Wonderful flight experience with Line Pilot Philipp! We did the Extended Lake View and it was absolutely beautiful! He made good conversation through our helicopter tour and had a fun personality that had us laughing too! Thanks for the good time in the sky! Highly recommend and would definitely do again next time we’re in Tennessee!

I’m usually terrified of heights and prone to motion sickness, so I was pretty nervous when my husband suggested a helicopter tour. But I decided to take one for the team—and I’m so glad I did! It turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences ever. Our pilot, Philip, was amazing—calm, friendly, and clearly experienced. The ride was incredibly smooth, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. I was shocked at how relaxed I felt the entire time. We did the extended lake tour, and I highly recommend it—it’s truly stunning from start to finish. If you’re in town, definitely book a tour! They have something for everyone and every budget. Even if you’re nervous like I was, trust me—you’ll be so glad you went!

Very friendly and professional staff! Everyone seemed to be happy to help and got everyone excited for the trip! We did the Scenic River Ride which was a quick 5 minute trip. Perfect for my first time! They really prioritize safety and helped us in and out of it. Our pilot Adam was very energetic and fun! Told us some facts and it was a super smooth ride! Thank you!! We will definitely be back and do some longer tours!! Worth the money!!!

You can get the 5 minute one for 20 bucks. I upgraded to the extended lake tour which is about 10-15 minutes. There is no traffic in the sky so if it takes 10 minutes to get to the lake, then it's 10 minutes lol. They take pictures of you outside of the helicopter before takeoff and you have the option to purchase after the tour. Our pilot, Nick, was great at giving a history of the lake as he flew us through. Be sure to get those coupon books that are offered at The Island or the hotel where you're staying, You can get 10% off the lake tours or any ride priced higher.

The staff here were professional and very courteous. The facility was clean and inviting. Pilot Adam took my family of 5 out on a 25 minute flight. We all had headphones and were able to communicate with each other as well as the pilot. Adam kept us informed of everything we were flying by but also allowed us to ask questions. We were able to take pictures and video during the flight . I highly recommend flying with Scenic Helicopter Tours. It's a bit pricey for any flights 15 minutes and longer but you'll definitely enjoy it.

We’ve been coming here for years, quite literally a family tradition to do the Wine Trail whenever we’re in town. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our family will be coming here and enjoying their wine for many more years to come!
Aria T — Google review
What would have once been a five star review from me is now a one star review. I’ve waited a little bit to write this so I wasn’t writing it out of a place of raw emotion. First thing’s first - I don’t consider myself a drinker. My husband and I purchased some wine from Hillside for our engagement trip and honeymoon to enjoy privately which was 8 years ago and have maybe purchased here once since then. It’s an extremely rare treat for us. We are local and were recently on a trip (our first overnight trip alone together since our honeymoon even if it was just down the road) and decided to stop by Hillside because it’s a tradition. This visit was a bit more busy than the previous ones but not terribly. I would say there were probably 3-5 people in front of us. Usually when we come we can walk right in without a wait. There was a small line so we decided to check out the merchandise and have a look around. After seeing the front room we tried to excuse ourselves around some folks waiting their turn for a tasting. As we were making our way around them, a woman at the tasting counter immediately scolded me for trying to cut the line. I explained that we were not trying to take anyone’s place in line and that we just wanted to have a look around until it was our turn to purchase what we came there for. I guess because it had been so long since I had been there I wanted to just check things out, see if there was anything new or different just for the fun of it. Taking a look around was never an issue on the previous visits and was encouraged so it didn’t occur to me that it would create an issue. She argued with me that we couldn’t get our own bottle of wine anyway and that it was better to wait our turn for a tasting. I told her we weren’t even interested in tasting anything because we already knew what we wanted but just wanted to look around while waiting our turn. She wasn’t happy. We looked around for a few minutes and during that time I expressed to my husband that I wanted to leave without making a purchase because it hurt my feelings. He insisted we get some because it’s a tradition and something rare and special. We got back into line. When it was our turn the same lady that scolded me scowled at us then pointed us into the direction of a young man with a much more positive and friendly disposition. He offered us tastings and we declined, asked for what we wanted and he went to get it. When he got back to the counter with our purchase he joked that “we were experts” and tried to soften the blow which I appreciated. Maybe the woman was having a bad day of her own. Maybe she was trying to practice crowd control…who knows? There couldn’t have been more than twenty people in there altogether. I’ve managed much worse crowds on jobs. I’m sure most people can relate to having certain experiences at places that stand out to you and become a core memory. I’ve had a few of those experiences here where something funny or endearing was said and it just stays with you. That’s what Hillside was to me. I had never had a bad experience before this trip so it was very shocking. I’m not the type to get embarrassed easily but it was humiliating I think because of how shocking it was. I know the woman doesn’t know me from Adam, but assuming I was trying to cut line (especially with all those eyes there to witness it) was hurtful. I’m the type of person that often feels guilt for holding up a checkout line with a buggy full of groceries. I’m sad because what was a special tradition has been tainted for me. Words stick to my mind like super glue. I don’t forget them. Even if something had to be said I think there was a much more professional way to go about it. Sad to say but my heart is “black and blue” after this encounter because Hillside was such a special place to us. I’m very disappointed, slightly angry and really just sad to have this sinking feeling inside when I think of this place as opposed to the once warm and fuzzy, butterfly, excited feeling it used to bring up in me.

This location was amazing! John our guide was knowledge and so friendly. He gave us great advice and we purchased a bottle on his recommendation! The GM Katelyn was also excellent! How do you get great service, products, and experience in one location?! I'll definitely return. John and Katelyn, thanks for helping make my birthday great camo style!

They promote being pet friendly, but God forbid your dog bark in the winery then they threaten to make you take your dog out on the patio. I will not return there, I will give my business to Mountain Valley Winery as they know how to treat people with their pets. I always gave my business to Hillside but no more after they were so rude to us and it was NOT justified our dog barked a little but not that bad. Don't promote being pet friendly if you are going to threaten people if their dog barks which is their instinct, you can keep your wine won't be back.

Sights & Landmarks
Nestled just east of Sevierville along Highway 441, the Harrisburg Covered Bridge is a captivating piece of history that transports visitors back to the mid-1800s. Constructed in 1875, this charming wooden bridge showcases a classic king post truss design and spans the tranquil waters of the East Fork of the Little Pigeon River.
This was a cool bridge to go see. This is the first bridge I have ever gotten to see with a top over it. This was a great bridge and easy to access to it. If you love to see things luck this then this is something that I would recommend that you go see if you are in the area. It doesn't take long to go see it over the main road.
Karen M — Google review
This is a beautiful bridge, but keep in mind that it's in a neighborhood and is surrounded by private properties. The pictures you see of the bridge from the side (which are gorgeous) are taken from the side that is marked "Private Property" and "No Trespassing". I guess its up to the visitor to decide if they want to walk into someone's yard for those photos...but there are signs posted everywhere. I dunno, it's Tennessee. I wouldn't recommend traipsing on someone else's property...
Adriana R — Google review
This is still a working bridge, and we had to drive over it to get to our next destination, which was surprising. Its age and seeming fragility only added to its charm. It's not a tourist destination. No parking lot, no souvenir stand, no hype. But the family enjoyed playing in and around it for a good half hour.
Valinda A — Google review
I've been to many old covered bridges, and I have to say that this was one of my favorites. It gives the feeling of going way back in time, and it is so cool you can drive through it.
Just J — Google review
There is always something very nostalgic and romantic about covered bridges. This historic bridge is well-maintained without losing its olld-time charm.
Gene B — Google review
Little piece of history preserved from modern development. The covered bridge is very photogenic and worth the drive.
JD — Google review
Nicely maintained bridge if covered bridges are your thing. You can drive across it. We did it on our way to the Bush’s museum driving from Pigeon Forge so we didn’t go out of our way at all.
James M — Google review
This is a neat bridge, first constructed in 1875 and restored in 1972. It’s still in use today, with many cars crossing the river on it. Be cautious when visiting, as there isn’t a safe walkway for pedestrians while vehicles pass through. Parking is limited, though that may not be an issue since the area is usually quiet. Overall, it’s a nice little stop if you’re nearby, but not necessarily a must-see when planning a trip to the Smoky Mountains.

Sevierville City Park is a family-friendly destination offering athletic fields, picnic areas, an aquatic center, and a themed playground. The park features the Sevierville City Park Trail, a scenic half-mile trail that passes through a forested area and across a covered bridge. Visitors can also explore the annual Arts in the Park event showcasing local artists and artisans amidst the natural beauty of the park. Additionally, it's recommended to visit before leaving Sevierville for an amazing experience.
I will review this park based on the fact that it is a very nice park, conveniently located and well maintained. However, it definitely caters more to children younger than 5yo in my opinion (not to include the couple pieces of workout equipment for older kids/adults). My children are 6-10yo and they were entertained mostly by helping children ages 3 and younger play, lol. Due to the time of year we visited, the water park wasn't open but it looks like a cool addition to the park area. It was easy to find parking and I do like how the playground area is entirely contained with fencing. There were picnic tables in a covered area as well.

Very cute park. We were visiting from out of town and found this park on Google. It was very inclusive. I love parks with gates, so that's a plus. We have my niece that's autistic & loves to wander, & the music area was a win for her. All in all, we loved this park. We went a few times throughout the week.

This park was amazing 👏 my kiddos LOVED it!! It was a clean park, plenty of stuff for Manu kids to play on, cool unique stuff for them as well! Not seen to many parks with stuff like this. This is probably 1 of our favorite parks now!! Definitely recommend checking it out!
Christy M — Google review
This is a great park. More amenities than I am used to seeing at parks and a well cared for park. The park had the following that we saw... Several tennis courts, several softball fields, several picnic areas, splash pad, water slides and pools, outdoor musical area, rope jungle gym, swings, outdoor workout bars, seesaws and dog parks. There were probably even more things available as well. The bathrooms were decent, but nothing extraordinary and were actually pretty far away from the main park.
Luke A — Google review
The park is ok, even after renovations it still lacks things for toddlers to do, not saying there aren't things, but you would expect more from a kids park. The equipment squeaks loudly, and the fake grassy grass is ripped in places. There is a musical section that was awesome although parts are missing from the drum area. All in all I do give the park a 3 star rating because my daughter did play and said she had fun! There was also ample seating with lots of shade for us parents 😁

Great experience for our family of 4! We started with horse back riding…. so fun! Jessica Russell was a great guide! Our 7 year-old daughter rode Flicka, our 13 year-old son rode Sawyer. I rode Tonka and my husband rode Maximus. Super fun and highly recommend! 🐎 Next we went zip lining and did all 6 lines. Wow- such a blast! Our two guides, Jay and Tony were amazing. They made the whole experience so fun while also keeping everyone safe. Great guys that know what they’re doing! 🤗👍🏻 After all the fun we enjoyed a great lunch (bbq quesadilla, bbq spud , bbq sandwich) that was delicious! 🍽️ Kids ran off after eating to enjoy the play area with a mini zip line, a large tunnel slide and an air trampoline. Then we petted a few bunny rabbits 🐇 and goats.🐐 Overall, highly recommend! We will make this part of our annual fall break tradition! Go enjoy and make memories! 📸 🩷💙

We had an incredible time zip lining at Jayell Ranch! This was our kids’ (9 + 11 years old) very first zip line experience and Jay and Tony made it unforgettable. They were patient, encouraging, and made everyone feel safe and confident from the moment we got started. The scenery is absolutely stunning with sweeping mountain views, fall colors, and the perfect mix of adventure and family fun. Our kids left smiling ear-to-ear and already asking when we can come back. Highly recommend this experience and huge shoutout to Jay and Tony for making it special. If you’re visiting the area, don’t miss this place memories we’ll hold onto for a long time!

Awesome experience here. The prices are good, there was not a long wait time, and there is a lot to do here. Zip lines, ATVs, tubing, exotic animals and more. I personally explored the exotic animal park and ATV rides. I had an absolute blast on my ride. James was a great guide. He was very informative, safe, and took us on a fun scenic ride. He was attentive to lesser experienced people, but still allowed for a fun ride for everyone. Definitely would recommend this as an activity when you come to the Gatlinburg area. And I for sure will be going back and asking for James as my guide.

Decided to visit here last minute. Everything was very smooth and accommodating. Fill out your waivers ahead of time. Jay and Preston were great on the ziplines. Taught us some tricks and made the whole experience fun, enjoyable and smooth. Jaylee and Kevin over with the horses were awesome. Kevin got us set up right and Jaylee toured us around the farm on horseback. We had a lot of fun and will be back soon!

Such a fun time riding horses with my husband. Staff was kind and had great instructions for first time riders. The scenery was gorgeous and the horses seem happy and well-cared for. The staff even knows all their favorite treats and personality quirks. Definitely would recommend and would absolutely return.

Only giving 1 star for the friendliness of staff and the wonderful Henrietta the draft cross I rode for the trail ride. This place is not little kid friendly. If you have toddlers or infants and have them in strollers don’t even bother. It’s all very uphill, and gravel. Very hard to move and push strollers. Also the pricing for the petting zoo, bird/exotic area is pricey. Other farms had petting zoos for free with price. Dude ranch is great and wish we would’ve went there again instead of here. Lastly a macaw in the bird area bit my infants toe and cut her pretty good. I am pissed and upset about that because staff said they were told we couldn’t cover her in a blanket or anything to protect her. Very very angry about this. They did help get supplies to give us to clean her cut but will not be back here you can bet on it. You live and learn.

Visited during 3 separate trips, loved each experiences and they're always adding more to the place. We did the horse back riding, the ATV and UTVs. The cute animals like goats running around are always fun. The kids also love the tube slides, the zipline, the bird sanctuary and the trampoline. The food was decent. Lots of photo opportunities and the guides are great.

Had a blast riding the ATVs with our family. No previous experience needed as they show you how to ride and take you on a great guided tour. Ask for Jeff he was so fantastic and made it an amazing family outing. Can't wait to come back and try the other stuff they offer.

This was such an AMAZING experience! If you go make sure your tour guides are Steven and Isaac! They were the absolute best tour guides anyone could ever ask for and not to mention super personable and hilarious! We had such a great time! If there was something that I could change it would only be the fact that there was no AC on the bus, that was a little rough on such a hot day but other than that it was the most breathtaking experience! I will most definitely be coming back!

September 2025 Activities we registered for: 7 Ziplines Had a great experience with all the ziplines. Our guides James and Joe were great and thorough professionals who made the experience really fun !! They helped ensure maximum safety for us and answered all our questions ! Views were breathtaking especially zipline #4 which had Kentucky on one side, North Carolina on the other side and the city of Gatlinburg down at the bottom of the hills. The place usually fills up quickly, so make sure you book your slots much in advance !

Jesse and Isaac made our first ziplining experience at Legacy Mountain Ziplines an unforgettable one. We were celebrating G-ma's 60th birthday. Both her and our 4-year-old son were made to feel special throughout. We enjoyed the comedy of the guides on the bus ride up the mountain. And the views while sailing across the spans from platform to platform were amazing! Our son also got to ride the first two lines by himself which really boosted his confidence. We will be back, and we'll be bringing more friends and family for the adventure!

My sister and nephew were able to do this. They said their guide was great. The entire course was fun, as she built up courage and comradury with their group after each station. Husband & I had an awesome time. Worth every penny! Great for couples, families, small or larger groups. Option to buy photos afterwards - great way to share the experience with others & have mementoes to keep ! Would TOTALLY do this again & again !!

I was terrified. My arms and legs kept shaking, but our guides Ian and Evan were wonderful. They made it fun, and more importantly, they made me feel safe. Great job, guys. It was my first time trying this, and you made it a memorable experience. Horseback riding was a different story. I was looking forward to this the most. I was given a horse that I didn't feel comfortable on. Needless to say, I didn't participate in horseback riding, but my kids did. I was happy with the horseback riding staff. I wish they had listened to me and offered to change my horse before my children went down the trail. Instead, it was offered after they were gone already. I paid a lot of money for all of us to enjoy a wonderful experience together and I didn't get to.

This was a dream come true! My wife and I took the 30 minute flight with Marc. We arrived early and Marc thought we were just a couple of spectators, but he was still willing to take time to talk with us and let us take pictures. We enjoyed talking with him. Due to a recent knee surgery, my wife was concerned about being able to get into the plane, but Marc carefully explained the process and helped us get settled in. The flight took us to about 1500 feet at 90 knots. What a great experience!

🌟 The Island in Pigeon Forge – A Beautiful, Must-Visit Spot Visiting The Island in Pigeon Forge is always a great experience. It’s clean, well-maintained, and feels a bit more upscale compared to the main strip. Whether you’re with family, friends, or just exploring solo, there’s something for everyone. At night, the whole place lights up beautifully—it’s honestly one of the prettiest spots in town. There are tons of shops to browse, fun activities to try, and plenty of food options to satisfy any craving. It’s a great mix of entertainment and relaxation, perfect for both adults and kids. One highlight is the SkyFly ride—super fun and definitely worth checking out. It’s immersive, exciting, and one of the best attractions on site. The whole area just has a more polished, classy vibe compared to the rest of the strip, and that makes it stand out. If you’re in Pigeon Forge, The Island is 100% worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Fun and diverse. It is a little crowded. However, there is so much to do. Free parking and a nice ambiance, dinosaurs included. Lot's of shopping to do from food, clothes and typical mountain stuff. The TITANIC Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge offers an immersive experience dedicated to the famous ship. Shaped like the Titanic itself, the museum features recovered artifacts and interactive exhibits that change annually, focusing on different aspects of the passengers and the ship. Visitors receive a ticket representing a real-life passenger at the start of their journey. Inside, there are replicas of staterooms and dining halls with stunning architectural details matching those of the original Titanic.
WORTH THE STOP. This museum has done an incredible job of remembering the 2,208 lives. The staff is dressed as staff of the ship. Every staff we talked to was incredibly friendly, especially Mark. He made me feel like I was actually walking into the grand staircase for the first time. It’s incredibly beautiful and takes your breath away when you see it. You are given a card of an actual passenger and you find out at the end if you were a survivor. They have over 300 artifacts. It’s just expensive as the other museums in the area, but it’s so worth it. The gift shop also has a large selection of items including the heart of the ocean. Would highly recommend.
Megan Y — Google review
It's a nice experience if you're into historian events or if you enjoyed the movie (as they have an entire section devoted to it). We missed a couple of things while on the tour, but it still didn't seem like it was that big. It took us about an hour to finish the tour. Overall, though, it's a nice museum and gives you a very detailed look at the events that occurred.
Russ M — Google review
My mother and I really wanted to come here for our family vacation and it was okay. Definitely didn't learn anything I didn't already know about the ship however there were a few interactive games you could participate in if you like to. When we order tickets, you had to select a time slot (which is thought maybe that would mean not many people), however we could barely move along the ship and had a awful time seeing everything we wanted to see. Beside thats no complaints
Savanna B — Google review
Such an amazing museum! This and another in TN, if I remember correctly, are privately owned. So informative with artifacts about the ship, it's crew, and the people. A great stop if you are wanting to do something in the area. Self guided or you can download an audio tour. The hosts know thier history and the many people that traveled on the ship. How long g can you keep your hand in 28 degree water? You can try it. The ice cream shop is wonderful.
Daniel — Google review
OMG!!! This was a great experience!!! Sooo informative. You even get to touch the 28° water to feel how cold it was. As you enter you get a "Boarding Pass" which contains info of one of the passengers. At the end of the tour you will see the names of the passengers etched on a blue wall and there you can see whether you survived or not.
Rosalind D — Google review
Awesome place to visit if you love the movie and are interested in artifacts and just everything about the Titanic in general. It was over an hour walk through.. very cool!! The outside of the building is amazing in itself and there's lots of things to take pictures of right in the area...
Country G — Google review
My husband and I were gifted tickets to the Titanic Museum. While we did know the facts shared. What was really amazing was the artifacts and attention to detail they put into the attraction. Especially the building of the Titanic. The diorama of the ships class sections were crazy detailed, even down to the mail in the slots. Our boarding passes were of 3rd and 1st class passengers who unfortunately perished in the sinking.

Parrot Mountain and Gardens is a serene sanctuary and parrot sanctuary that offers the opportunity to engage with exotic birds. Nestled in the Smokies, this unique nature preserve is home to a wide array of tropical birds. Visitors can enjoy conversing with chatty parrots, feeding lorikeets, and capturing moments with vibrant feathered companions. The site also boasts a nursery where guests can interact with adorable baby birds and consider adopting one as a pet.
Glad we decided to visit this hidden treasure. Well worth the money and exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, the grounds were beautiful, and the birds were spectacular. It was great being able to see so many different types of birds up close and personal. My favorite things were feeding nectar to the birds in the aviary and having them land on me (pay the extra $3!), and feeding the parrots in the Bird Garden. There’s something for everyone to enjoy here!

My favorite place to visit in Pigeon Forge! So many beautiful friendly birds to meet and you can handle many of them. As a parrot lover and owner, this gem is top of my list of places to visit in the area. Parking is a bit wonky on an incline so beware of that. Some of the birds bite, read the stickers on their perches! We saw lots of people not following rules and nearly losing a finger for it. Parrots can be unpredictable! Even Some of the friendly ones were not in the mood to be handled, but that's okay, we don't judge! Most of my parrots are quick to let me know they aren't in the mood for handling so I am used to it! Many of the parrots here are rescues from all kinds of situations so the fact Many of them are so tolerant of handling is amazing. There was a little green cheek conure that was obsessed with us and just wanted to snuggle, so sweet. We also tried the lorikeet feeding this time, that was pretty cool, though once they quickly eat the food youre provided they no longer care about you lol. The birds all seem pretty happy and healthy and the caged ones have very large enclosures. I do feel Many of them could be offered more toys, but I dont think they stay there all the time so that would make sense. The only thing I was sad about is I didnt see the little violet clear headed indian ringneck who was my favorite last time we visited! I hope he is still alive and well! He was a sass but soooo cute!!!

This was a great activity overall! There are so many exotic birds and many of them you can interact with! The feeding ticket is an extra $3 but it is worth it. You will enter a cage with birds that will fly over to you and land on your arms, shoulders, and head! Do not miss the baby birds for sale room. You do not have to buy, but you still get to hold and pet the little birds there. They have a restaurant onsite and this is where I will level my only criticisms. The food is pricey, but then our order was rung up with even higher charges. We asked about it and the cashier corrected one of the items, but it still was not correct. We just let it go at that point. It was also disappointing to come back for a drink refill after having paid so much to be told that refills cost an additional $1.00. So if you eat at the cafe, be sure to double check your bill before paying. That said I still highly recommend Parrot Mountain. The birds were very educational and fun to see, and the interactive exhibits were a wonderful experience. Very nice people own the park and it appears well taken care of. Last thing to mention: small children can do great here because they have birds that are smaller for them to play with.

So much better than expected. We all had such a wonderful day at Parrot Mountain! So much to see and experience. Be sure to ask for Terri, she was our tour guide. Terri drove us around on a cart and she was so sweet, funny and knowledgeable. Terri knew everything about all the parrots and made us all feel very special, like V.I.P's. Parrot Mountain is beyond beautiful and a must see for anyone visiting the area. Great for kids and adults. A+

Loved this place! We were looking for something quieter to do on a cloudy, rainy day, and this was wonderful. All kinds of parrots and different types of birds! Some of them speak too. There are three different places where you can feed the birds and hold them and get pictures! The gardens are beautiful! They also have a small lunch/snack bar and gift shop. Really enjoyed it and recommend this place!

Our family visited Parrot Mountain for the first time this past weekend. It was amazing! The birds were gorgeous and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the gardens, the scriptures posted throughout, and the experience we had when holding the birds and even talking to them! This will definitely be a place we visit again!

A beautiful setting - perfect for bird lovers! It may be difficult for some people to walk the steep paths but they are stroller/wheelchair friendly. They also offer golf carts for an additional fee.

I had a really fun time at parrot mountain, there were so many cool birds to see. The area is very pretty. It’s an interactive experience. You are able to feed birds and have them sit on your arm. The syrup loving birds were really fun.

Located in Pigeon Forge, the Hollywood Wax Museum is a must-visit attraction for movie enthusiasts. The museum showcases incredibly lifelike wax figures of iconic celebrities from classic film stars to today's A-listers. Visitors can walk the red carpet and pose with their favorite stars, creating memorable photo opportunities. The museum also features cool props to enhance the experience.
Super fun place kids had a blast taking pictures and so did I they have props for most models some will work with other models also. Follow the road in the walkway it will take you though the whole venue.
Vietlao — Google review
Very fun. We visited on a Friday evening. It was not all that busy and no wait to get in. They take your picture upon entering, with the purchase to buy. Some of the wax figures are so life-like and look just like the celebrity while others, not so much. I love that they have props and you can interact with the wax figures. Great price too! About $35 for a very entertaining experience.
Pamela B — Google review
The museum was a cool experience and we had fun taking pictures with the figures. However, we came with a 1.5 year old, so we didn’t buy the add-ons. That said, we paid $74 for two adults for just the wax museum alone. It’s only $5 each more to add on some other attractions, which might make it more worth it. It took us about 30 minutes to get through the museum, so it felt too expensive overall but we still had fun.
Taylor C — Google review
Very cool experience. Some of the wax figures were very lifelike, and others not so much. It was a nice surprise that you could walk up to the figures and they were not roped off - the props were a cool touch as well. We only got the single ticket, not the all access pass as we were not interested in the rest of the activities on the pass. I gave it 3 stars because it really is too expensive for what you get. Almost $80 for two people. Just not enough bang for the buck. If you're really watching your money you may want to sit this one out.
Julie D — Google review
We really enjoyed the exhibit was comfortable inside and the characters seemed almost life like for some, while others didn't quite look anatomically correct others seemed spot on. Well worth the price of admission to take the tour. Was crowded at points because it seemed everyone wanted pictures with certain statues but that's to be expected.
David A — Google review
While visiting Smoky Mountains National Park and staying in Pigeon Forge, we had a little time in our hands so we decided to do something very touristy. Of all the many attractions available we chose to go to the Hollywood Wax Museum. The wax replicates are mostly those of Hollywood stars that most people would be familiar with. Some elicited comments such as, “that looks just like him“ or “that looks just like her”. And in the resemblance was so uncanny you expected them to remove at any moment. I which would have caused my wife to wet her pants). In others they look very familiar, but not quite what you remember. I think in some cases the actor is shown at a different age than one with which you are familiar with. Experience was fun, but I’m not sure it was worth the over $80 for two people charged for admission.
Rick G — Google review
Purchased the All Access Pass which was not ALL access. Yes you get into the 4 attractions but you have to select one of two OPTIONS for the game you play. The word ALL contradicts OPTION so that is a let down. Also it’s a real kick in the gut to learn the tickets are cheaper when you buy them at the desk versus online, everywhere else it’s the opposite. The wax museum was pretty good, most of the people look very close to their wax impression. The other building with the other 3 attractions is poorly managed and where you learn all access isn’t that as you choose between which game you’d like. This is a money grab for your kids to ask you why you can’t play both and they you get to pay more money, it’s false advertising. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to allow us into both the mirror and haunted walkthrough despite hardly any customers the employees just stand there on their phones and stare at you. The mirror maze, game and haunted walkthrough are all good. Very kid friendly just was mad about false advertising and the cost being cheaper on site. Also there was nobody there during our visit on a Friday afternoon it wouldn’t have hurt anything to allow us to play the other game especially when I’m asking what about the all access pass we purchased.
James M — Google review
We chose to visit on a rainy day to make the most of our trip. It was $40/pp and we had 6 people so for the price (we did the bundle with mirror maze, zombie haunted house and 4d shooting game) it was ok, but we were done with everything in 2hrs or less but there's only so much you can do with the wax figures. Some were spot on, some looked way off. All in all it was a decent visit perfect for a rainy day.

It features five galleries that cover the history of American crime, crime scene investigation, the consequences of crime, crime fighting, and pop culture. The museum showcases over 100 interactive exhibits and artifacts related to notorious criminals such as Al Capone and John Dillinger.
Experience! The Alcatraz East Crime Museum was absolutely fascinating! The exhibits are well organized and full of interesting facts about American crime history, from famous cases to forensic science. There’s a great mix of interactive displays, real artifacts, and educational information that keeps you engaged the entire time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere made learning about history both fun and thought-provoking. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge — it’s a must-see attraction!

We visited on July 27, 2025. We had a wonderful time. There is not much for kids to do, so I would not plan to take kids. They will probably be bored. There also is not much room for strollers or for kids to run around and play. I would not pay extra for the audio tour. There wasn't really much to it. There are so many people and so much going on, remembering to play audio was another step to remember. There is a lot of reading. If you plan to read and take it all in, I would plan to be there all day. The staff wasn't friendly at all. We encounter one nice employee her name was Stephanie. Stephanie checked us out at the gift shop. You can take pictures as long as you do not use the flash on your camera. You can not record any video, though. Overall it was very interesting, we had a good time, the price for tickets wasn't bad at all, and the gift shop was affordable.

Enjoyed it a lot. Very interesting exhibits! A lot of really cool stuff. Price was good value for what was there. Loved how the place told the story of crime in America. Worth visiting.
David B — Google review
This was my first time to the crime museum after several visits to the area. I arrived at 6pm with a 9pm closing time. Though I only saw about half of all the information there is to offer, I enjoyed everything I saw. Around 815pm I heard a voice saying things along the lines of "You need to hurry up. We dont have all night." I just figured it was a visitor trying to hurry their group along. As I continued through the museum, I heard more comments such as, "The museum closes at 9. We need to move along." I still didn't know who was making the comments. I had seen an employee passing through the spaces after 8pm, but hadn't given any thought to it. At about 8:25 pm I saw the employee speak to another employee, in an obvious manner so we visitors could here, "If people want to stop and look at everything, they need to get here earlier. They need to stop letting people in this late. I want to go home." I wasn't aware how far along in the museum I was, so hurried along through the rest. At 8:30pm the announcement was made that the museum will be closing in 30 minutes, over the loud speaker. That was followed by that recently familiar voice saying, "So move it on." I was out of the museum at 8:40pm, so as it turns out, we were being rushed out with about 30 minutes from the exit anyhow. I really enjoyed the museum and I would visit again, just probably earlier in the day.

It was pretty cool here. You definitely learn a lot about everything that happened in the past. Went during the daytime in the week. You were shoulder to shoulder with people. And that wasn't too pleasant. So it made seeing some things and reading some of the captions a little harder.

This is my second time going! I love it!! They have added more stuff since the first time we went, so it’s pretty cool that they add stuff and it’s not always the same when you go! Both times I had specifically went for Theodore Bundys stuff! Staff there are so sweet and nice! I had asked the manager a question about the bug and his response was not what I wanted buuut he was very nice about!! Just wish it was a little cheaper! That’s the only complain! But overall would go again and again!

This is an incredible museum! I highly recommend this museum. This was my second time in 10 years and it was amazing to see the updated information on cases. They are very updated on current crimes/cases. If you are interested in crimes of the medieval days the whole way up to modern day I recommend this place 100%. They have multiple interactive exhibits as well! Keeps the fun going for everyone!

Nestled in the heart of Tennessee, Kyker Farms Corn Maze is a charming family-owned destination that transforms into a vibrant autumn wonderland each year. Kicking off its 2023 season on September 30, this working Century Farm invites visitors to explore five unique corn mazes, enjoy hay rides, and pick pumpkins from their delightful patch. The farm is perfect for families seeking wholesome fun with activities tailored for younger children, including slides and tricycles.
We've been coming to this patch for the last 4 years and will continue!! They are such a great little family own farm that put such an amazing effort into making this place so much fun year after year, and their pumpkin selection is always on point!!! Definitely a must for a family tradition!!

Kyker Farms is super cute! The staff is so sweet and Mr. Randy is awesome! The price though… Overly expensive. $22.50 per person for a short hayride and 1 pumpkin is way too much. We spent $75 for 3 adults and the farm is mainly kid stuff. The ambiance is lovely! Loved the down-home feeling at this farm, just wish there was more to do for adults/or that the hayride was longer. Great place for kids though! The animals were great! Those sheep are too cute! Loved the photo ops too! Would come again if the price goes down.

One of the most fun experiences I’ve had! Never been to a corn maze but always wanted to! We stayed in Pigeon Forge and were looking for a fun fall activity. Clean bathrooms and refreshments. Would definitely recommend!!

This was the perfect place for our kindergarten field trip. Pumpkin patches are often overwhelming with smaller children, but this was perfect. The activities were long enough to enjoy but short enough that students didn’t get restless and bored like they do in other places. Kyker Farms uses a schedule that allows school groups to enjoy a structured, fun field trip with plenty to do. Our teacher team loved rotating through the different areas and our kids loved the experience! The pumpkin patch itself was easily accessible and our students got some great pumpkins! They were very excited about our day at the farm! It was a great day, and we’d love to visit again next year!

Review for Robert A. Tino Gallery It was a bright, beautiful September day — sunlight drifting through the Smoky Mountains — when we wandered into Robert A. Tino’s gallery. We met the artist himself, warm and genuine, surrounded by paintings that felt like music made visible. We brought one home, and every time we see it, we’re taken back to that Sevierville golden afternoon.

First time on this coaster and we couldn’t really go full speed at first because the people in front of us - a mom with her kid - were going super slowly since she was a little nervous When we told the staff, they were so kind and let us ride again for free!!!! The second ride was absolutely amazing and way more fun, plus the views of the mountains were incredible! Such a thrilling experience - highly recommend to everyone!

This ride was awesome! It was our first time riding a mountain coaster and it did not disappoint. Our kids range from 18 to 7 and they all loved it. I recommend riding at night for the better experience but we rode during the day too and loved it just as much.

This was one of the best mountain coasters we've been on. It was the perfect amount of fun! I just wish the rides were cheaper so you could go again and again.
Brittany G — Google review
My twins (15) have ridden all the coasters in the area except for 2 in Gatlinburg. So, for them to get off this one and have praise is worth mentioning. They both were excited because they both said this one had the only real "drop" out of all of the ones they've ridden. It's not the fastest, but they were stoked for the drop and how smooth it was. The guy sending everyone off did a great job of spacing folks out too so there wasn't too many chances of a slowdown, but from what I witnessed from waiting, if a slowdown did occur, he was quick to offer a re-ride. That's great customer service.
Cat J — Google review
I am visiting from Florida and this was my first time experiencing a mountain coaster. This was honestly the best thing to do in Tennessee BY FAR. The ride is very smooth and easy to control. The cart you ride in has a “oomph” to it and can reach very fast speeds, but it’s not frightening or overwhelming either, making it perfect for any age. When you drive up to top speed, you’ll be zipping around the mountain and it’s a ton of fun! The employees there are very kind and fun, especially Jay. He was very friendly person and he hyped up the crowd, making the experience twice as enjoyable. I’m glad I was able to see him in action. Overall, this is an absolutely amazing experience for any tourist who loves a thrill!
Lexie M — Google review
Ride was cool. The people that were working it were not. I didn’t know I’m not allowed to yell on a roller roaster. I was not excessive, I was having fun, like any other normal person. This isn’t my first time riding on of these in Tennessee. At the end of the ride I was approached by a kid that told me “I told you when you were riding and you still did it anyway so regardless of what your plans are I’m going to have to ask you to leave”. My wife was also behind me, and she got attitude from the same kid. Good thing I only bought one ticket, I guess. Wont be coming back here, loads of other rides that are better than this one around here.

My 2 kids (ages 10 and 12) and I had a fabulous time! I was hoping that I could squeeze this activity in for our last day in the Smoky Mountains before we'd leave, but when I tried to make a reservation the night before there were no appointments available, so I called the next morning and they were able to get us in with the 5 pm tour. We were all blown away about how smart and well trained these horses were without any commands from anyone. Our guide, JP was great, and answered our million questions about the stable and their horses 😄 The trail was fun to ride, some steep up and down hills, some fun mud pits, beautiful scenery. 10/10 recommend this place and we hope to be back one day!

Good time. Nice staff. It was my family's first time on horses. I do wish there we could have galloped for one second or maybe a brief trot. And I with they could have let them go face to face, just to get to know the horse and feel it's size, look it in the eyes, maybe make a connection. Dig’n Zone Theme Park Review Dig’n Zone Theme Park was a standout experience — one of those rare places that actually lives up to the hype. I’d heard of parks like this before, but they were usually for adults only, or too far away to justify the trip. This one, however, was the real deal — well-organized, family-friendly, and packed with fun. The concept is brilliant: a fully functional construction-themed amusement park where both kids and adults can operate real machinery. From excavators to rollers, lawn mowers to tractors — it’s all here, and in great condition. The equipment is modern, clean, and safe. My youngest is 9 years old, and he was able to control everything independently, which speaks to how accessible and well-designed the park is. Each machine comes with a mini-challenge — whether it’s scooping balls with an excavator or maneuvering a small vehicle through an obstacle course. These tasks keep things engaging and give kids a true sense of accomplishment. It’s not just about pushing buttons; they’re genuinely learning how the machinery works. We arrived early and avoided the lines completely. I highly recommend doing the same if you want to make the most of your time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire park felt very safe and well-run. This was more than just a fun stop on our trip — it was a memorable experience that our whole family will talk about for a long time. Huge thanks to the Dig’n Zone team for creating something so unique and enjoyable.

We made a six hour trip just so my son could go for his 4th birthday, and it was completely worth it! We had bad weather and it was pouring rain, so some of the tracks were flooded, and one of the managers came up to us to apologize and let us know what was available - it was so kind and such great customer service! Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. As for the park itself, we all had a blast. There’s so many options and my son loved that he was able to maneuver the construction vehicles. It’s so creative in what they’re able to do. Highly recommend this place, we’ll be back!

Y’all…. Y’all!!!! Y’all…. Dig n’ Zone… y’all…!!!! This review is based on the following: family of 4- a two year old and a 6 month old. We had a BLAST!!!!!!! Oh my heavens!!! Let me break down this review to give you all the reason to come here: Atmosphere: 1) Park was incredibly clean! As a mom who does hand sanitizer after every ride, it blessed me to see that the park was very well kept! The bathrooms were spotless, the pavement was pristine, tables and Benches clean, and every “ride” looked brand new! They hold their cleanliness to a very high standard there and I’m here for it!! 2) music- the only music in the park was near the gift shop/ entrance. And you know what? I can’t tell you how much that blessed us. My husband turned to me part way through the day and was like, “I love how there isn’t music blasting all around us” and I realize, wow! It’s so nice! By not having music blaring at each “ride” while we were waiting gave us the chance to talk to other families in line, talk to the employees, and simply enjoy the mountains around us… cause.. we came to escape our busy schedule for the relaxation of the mountains… and by not having music overstimulating us and others in the park, we got to truly enjoy being outside!! 3) the employees- the sweetest group of men and women working each ride! Truly! Everyone looked like the genuinely liked to work there and act as bright light at each ride. From high fives to waves throughout the day, the employees made our time there even more enjoyable. Shout out to Mr. Stacey from the tractor choo-choo train ride!! He was the best! Rides: 1) eclectic mix of machinery- our son, who turned two a couple months ago, got to ride and operate (while on our laps and buckled in) farming tractors, diggers, mini loaders, zero-turn lawn mowers, road rollers, and little zippy go-kart style construction vehicles! I loved that we could enjoy it with him at this age! He would sit on one of our laps and the machines were at an appropriate speed that he felt confident to steer and direct!! 2) fun for all ages: we saw adults 65+ on the “rides” enjoying themselves alongside 2 year olds, 10 year olds, and even teenagers. Truly an experience for everyone 3) not a long wait- we didn’t have to wait very long at all to get to ride the “rides”. I did see some kids with the “fast pass” badge which cuts them to the front of the line. We were here on a Tuesday so I didn’t think it was necessary. Not sure how it is on a weekend, but if our 2 year old and 6 month old could hold their own at each line, you know it goes pretty fast! Each ride also had a wooden canopy to block out the sun making even nicer wait for all of us. Price: Yeah yeah yeah… first time looking at the price, we were like, “well, alrighty!” Y’all. So worth it. We got there at 10:45 AM and didn’t leave til 4 pm. Once you buy your ticket for the day, you can always come back into the park same day. For instance, we left to feed our littlest in the truck and grab a snack, so before we left, they just stamped our hands which gave us the chance to come back in . This is not a “once you done it, there’s no reason to do it again” kind of place. This would be something we would come back to again and again with our sons. We look forward to coming back here again soon!!!

My daughter’s dream was to operate the heavy machinery we pass often on our car rides. This place made all her dreams come true!!! Great friendly staff! Place was well maintained, clean and fun! Food was pretty basic, not the worse tho. Ethan made this experience extra special for us.

My family and I visited for my sons birthday over the Halloween weekend and overall had fun, we did have some issues in which I emailed the company and they were very responsive to make things right and acknowledged my concerns, due to this we will be back in the future and give them another shot. The only suggestion I have is my son is 4 years old and about 41 and a half inches tall and wasn’t quite tall enough to operate most of the rides by himself so he had to sit with us and we had to pay full regular admission price for him, so if you are wanting to take your kiddos I would wait until they are tall enough so they can have the full experience!

There’s a lot of stuff to do in Sevier County. If you have younger kids or they have a love for equipment like this. This will be the best place you could bring them period. Overall it’s a blast. There’s several attractions to do, and we feel like for the money here you pay, you get a good value overall considering the price it is to run heavy equipment like this.our favorite rides were the small electric rides, like the little dumb truck and tractor course and the Digging Zone with moving sand. It’s fun to be on the equipment, and learn how to operate. It’s a great experience for the kids! If you feel like mixing things up you can head indoors to lam arcade they have on-site as well. I will say YVMV here as their. Bonuses are not as good as some other places around there, and I feel game difficulties like on JP are turned up for faster/more damage for more money. That all being said as a great park, there are some stipulations there that make me a little uneasy here and I’ll explain. The $20 “crush a truck”. Absolutely unreasonable price to make your guests pay this price. This is one of those Sevier County parlor tricks that people do down here and it’s getting old, especially for a newer business in 2025. Don’t be a part of the problem. That service would triple if you brought the price down to an affordable service for all. The sheer fact that a family of four is dropping over and additional $40 to get four chineseium school busses and crush one of them each in a 10 second experience isn’t cool. (I would have personally given this a 5 star review if it wasn’t for this.) Food was OK in the park. About as good as you’d expect from any place that’s an arcade type of place or that does go-carts and has a kitchen. Fast frozen/cheaper items being sold, but really good. Things we’d love to see in the future. Small park area for littles/kids. More rides. The pedal tractors are neat but there’s or of space down there on that side of the park you could introduce something more captivating. We’d personally love to see a world where your big equipment gets demoed off or at least “started up” turned on to show the power of some of those bigger earth movers. Last but not least. Small kids/younger kids love horns. You disabled every single one of them on your rides. Either put them on the smaller rides like the power wheels tractors and electric spruces and tractors, or make them available on at least one ride somewhere either current or existing. I feel like that would makes some kids and adults day.

Located in Historic Downtown Sevierville, The Pines Downtown is a laid-back establishment with a rich history. It holds the distinction of being the first place where Dolly Parton performed at just 10 years old. Today, it offers a variety of entertainment options for visitors, including board games, soccer pool, arcade games, duckpin bowling, and tabletop games. The venue also boasts a nostalgic ambiance and serves hand-tossed pizza and pub-style food along with cold drinks.
Really fun place to hangout! The coolest thing about it, theres no entry fee! The host/server is also really nice and he brought as all water without us asking. All the games are free except bowling. Most people go for the bar I expect, but my group did not drink and we had a great time. My only complaint is when I got the cheese sticks, about half of them had no cheese (tho I didn't complain so that is probably my fault) However, my friend got the spinach and artichoke pizza and she said it was really good. Fun little place, highly recommend.

We had our rehearsal dinner at The Pines Downtown. From the very start, Christine was responsive and genuine. We went to visit The Pines, and Christine was kind enough to give us a tour and answer all of our questions. Ari and Eric were our fabulous servers. Ari even offered to take my plate and set it at the table for me while I got caught up talking with my guests. They both made sure I was doing good and always offered me a drink when my drink was empty. The food and drinks were delicious as well! Some of our guests even enjoyed some of the bowling and games available downstairs. I highly recommend for any event. We can't wait to go back!

We stopped in yesterday after checking into our hotel to grab some drinks, food and watch some college football. It was a great way to end my birthday celebration because this place was fantastic! We started with some drinks and then went with the spinach & artichoke pizza and the loaded tater tots. The pizza tastes better than it looks but the tater tots are PHENOMENAL. Now I do think they should have a plate underneath because the amount of grease that dripped onto the table was quite surprising. They were the best loaded tots we've had. The service was fantastic and everyone who came to check on us was spectacular. We are from Greenville South Carolina and we can say this would be extremely successful in our area. We played some Mario kart and the sliding wood disc game. Great idea and we wish you nothing but success! Not sure why this is listed as a hotel though.

Fantastic venue, wonderful and helpful staff. I even lost my earbud charging case and they found it and remembered me 2 days later and rescued my case to return to me. The honey Sriracha wings were stellar and we definitely got some to go! Thank you all so much for a fantastic time!

Attended a rehearsal dinner here. This is such a cool venue for events like that! The games are so sick. They have nintendo switches, old school video game machines, miniature bowling lanes, this big soccer game thing, darts, and likely more I didn’t see. The games were super helpful for keeping kids and guests entertained. The service was also good (from a guests perspective at least). I had a great time here!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Pines Downtown - the manager, Christine, helped me with the space, the menu, and the logistics. Everyone had a great time, the food was fabulous, and our server, Skye, was attentive and helpful throughout the night. I hope to visit again - and would recommend The Pines Downtown for events, or just for a nice evening out. Thank you for making our rehearsal dinner memorable and low stress!

Our group of 5 had a great experience at the Pines last night. The one gentleman was super attentive to us and all the staff were really friendly. Good Non Alcoholic options, plenty of beer choices, fun bowling and other games!

We had a phenomenal experience with our server earlier in the evening while sitting in one of the lounge areas, which makes it disappointing to have to write this review. After closing our tab, our group of eight moved to the dart area near the bar. My friend and I went to the bar to start a new tab. It was about an hour before closing, the bar wasn’t busy, and there were two bartenders working. After standing at the bar for about five to seven minutes without being greeted, the female bartender with short dark hair finally approached us. Unfortunately, she was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She asked—very abruptly—if I wanted to start a tab or close one. I responded, “I wanted to open a tab for all of us, but you’re giving me the vibe I shouldn’t,” because she truly made me feel like we were bothering her. She then slammed my card and ID down on the bar and said, “You all aren’t getting anything.” We immediately spoke with the manager about what happened, but she was also dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation, she was defensive and offered no accountability. Two guests sitting next to us at the bar even told us they were shocked by how rude and unprofessional the bartender had been—they witnessed the entire exchange and couldn’t believe how we were treated. It’s unfortunate to see that kind of behavior from both a bartender and a manager. We will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that others spend their hard-earned money at establishments that actually value their guests and promote a respectful, welcoming environment. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t be kind. Period.

Nestled in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park area, the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster is a must-visit attraction. This unique mile-long roller coaster offers an exhilarating experience as riders have control over their speed and braking. The coaster descends 363 feet over a mile, reaching speeds of up to 27 miles per hour. What sets it apart is that each car has its own brakes, allowing riders to customize their ride experience.
This alpine coaster delivers a genuinely fun and scenic experience. The ride begins with a slow, steady pull uphill that lasts a few minutes, giving you time to take in the mountain surroundings. Once you reach the top, you begin a downhill descent that lasts about three minutes, weaving through a series of sharp turns and curves. You control your own speed using manual brakes, though it’s worth noting that you can only slow down—you can’t go faster than the set pace. This makes it a great option for both thrill-seekers and more cautious riders, as you can adjust based on your comfort level. The track is smooth, well-maintained, and winds through wooded hills, adding to the excitement and immersion. One important tip: arrive right at opening time, around 10 AM. Crowds build quickly, and by mid-morning the wait can become quite long. Early arrival means not only shorter lines but also cooler temperatures before the sun gets too intense. Overall, it’s a well-run attraction with a great mix of adrenaline and control. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a unique mountain ride.

If you are visiting Pigeon Forge, you absolutely must make a stop at the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster. This was an awesome time and easily one of the highlights of our trip! Unlike traditional roller coasters, you control your own speed, which is a blast. You get to zip down the mountain through the trees, making the experience feel adventurous and unique. Even if you brake a little, the scenery is beautiful. The real test of a great family attraction is if the kids want to do it again—and mine were begging for more! They wanted to ride multiple times right away. It's safe, exhilarating, and provides such a rush that one trip is just not enough. The staff was friendly, the equipment felt secure, and the whole operation was very professional. Skip the lines at other places and head straight for this mountain adventure. We can't wait to go back!

Good ride! Circular section of track allows huge speed. Jamaican staff/crew were pleasant but I wondered why local workers were not staffing the ride. “No phones, loose clothing, or hats”rule seemed excessive as Lost Mine ride does not say this and their coaster ride is similar.

We were so nervous at first, but this turned out to be such a blast! While we knew the weight wasn’t an issue, we’re still considered “thick” and lord… at one point I was going so fast I thought for sure I was about to jump the tracks…lol. It was such a rush and so much fun that we went back again to experience the track at dusk — and it was even better! The staff was friendly, the ride was smooth, and being able to control your own speed made it perfect for both thrill seekers and those who just want to enjoy the views. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

We went early in the morning so there was no wait. It was fun and fast. It was a good long ride for your money. We bought a Groupon deal that helped with pricing. They do have a military discount at the register. You're not supposed to take pictures or a camera. As you may lose your phone. I had mine strapped around my neck. And got a nice memory of our ride the kids like to look back on.

A lot of fun in Pigeon Forge. Tickets are reasonably priced and the lines were okay. We only had to wait about 20 minutes. Very fun experience where you're in control of the speed of the coaster. Great views and well maintained.

My boyfriend and I have went to Pigeon Forge for our first vacation, we needed something to do on a Saturday night so I bought us tickets to the Country Tonite show. Unfortunately, it was the worst $100 that I've spent since we've been here. It was such a corny show, the singing and dancing wasn't that great at all. I understand it takes a lot to get in front of an audience every night, I'm not taking that away from them but we left at intermission because we were just so disappointed. If I could get a refund, I would because this was NOT what I was expecting especially for a country show. I gave one star only because again I know it's not an easy thing to do but I definitely do not recommend this show at ALL.

MagiQuest is a popular winter attraction in Pigeon Forge, featuring a massive medieval castle with four indoor activities. Visitors can embark on a fantasy role-playing adventure using virtual magic wands to solve puzzles and battle dragons. Additionally, they can explore the world's largest mirror maze, take on a Mission Impossible-style laser challenge, and enjoy blacklight mini golf. Kids can engage in live action role play (LARP-ing) to defend their fellowship against evil within the castle.
Truly the last place of its kind, captures a special kind of early 2000s nostalgia reminiscent of campy fantasy stories and VHS choose your own adventures. The core gameplay revolves around puzzles and treasure hunts but there are a few fun bosses. The technology is a little dated and so sometimes doesn't work as well as you would like, but since this is the last place you could even try to do something like this, I think it's well worth the visit if you're a nerd for fantasy.

It was a fun time. I had been in a similar place like this in the Dells where the rooms were more in theme and less like a room that was decorated. But the family had a good time. The mini good was great... except the 18th hole was a bit of a let down. All in all I would visit again.

We took a party of 10 people. Was less than 250 bucks. And we spent at least 3 hours or more doing the activities. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating. Very understanding. And even gave my sweet boy with down syndrome a free popcorn. Its fun for all ages. Kids ranged from 6 to 16 and they all had a blast.

This place is kinda cool until you do the wizard stuff. So they put you through a training and your like this is gonna be easy. NO ITS NOT. It makes no sense at all and there nothing much to it except taking a bunch of your money. The arcade is fun. The mini golf is fun. But I hate the wizard quest. Also that place gets crowded easily, even on a weekday.

My family stopped in here for a lovely afternoon of the arcade and indoor putt putt. The prices are affordable and the fun is worth the price! The indoor miniature ⛳ golf has black lights, is nice and cool, and pretty challenging holes. They also have a magic/wizard games which are so-so and a really fun arcade and prizes for kids and families to enjoy. They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking and 🚻 restrooms.

This. Is. GREAT!! An excellent family experience. We spent 5 hours and still wanted to do more! The MagicQuest is a well-planned eye-spy style interactive adventure that is rewarding in an hour, but intriguing for many more. The blacklight pirate golf is professionally designed and expertly lit. The arcade games are fun and CLEAN. And the MIRROR maze is surprisingly long, fun, and "trippy". Staff was friendly and smiling and engaged with us on several encounters. My children ages 3 to 17 loved it. Highly recommend for families.

The distillery combines old-fashioned methods with modern knowledge to create award-winning moonshine, whiskey, vodka, rum, gin and more.

Decent flavors. A lot were fairly sweet, but they were balanced well with the flavor profile. They don't have a set tasting or price, you just tip what you think is fair and they keep 'em coming. It was nice to be able to try all the ones we were interested in, and we took a few home to enjoy.

One of my favorite places to visit when I am in Pigeon Forge. Great people and great Moonshine. The Chocolate and Carmel Moonshines are the flavors that I buy the most, I use the Chocolate Moonshine when I make my Chocolate Chip Brownies and the Carmel Moonshine when I make my Salted Carmel Chocolate Chip Brownies. Both of them are very good if I say so myself. I brought a batch of brownies for the employees when my mom and I visited in August. Highly recommend Old Forge for your Moonshine.

Went in today with my Aunt and Nieces. (I'm local and brought them there) My niece had her license but didn't realize it was expired. Completely reasonable that they couldn't let her taste. BUT the lady said "It expired in July, why wouldn't you have renewed it?" I could not believe how rude she was. Plus, it's none of her buiness. A simple "I'm sorry, it's expired" would have sufficed. She acted Completely disgusted that she even had to speak to us. Seems like they would have someone with a little bit better customer service working with the public. We came there to buy stuff but left immediately. Embarrassing to have to apologize for a local business when I brought people there to shop. Do better.

I had a great experience with Brooklyn, she served me 3 moonshine cocktails that were absolutely phenomenal. Her service was warm and welcoming and her knowledge of the different types of moonshine was extensive. The moonshine here good and had me lit i can't wait to purchase a bottle to take home.

Went for the good reviews and also read the bad reviews to be prepared. Some of the bad reviews are due to the staff not being polite but that wasn't my experience. I was greated and treated well from everyone. I purchased a bottle and some gifts and the workers at the counter were nice. I also order an old fashion to taste the bourbon before ordering a bottle and it was very good. Almost everywhere I go I order one to compare and this one didn't disappoint.

The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel is a breathtaking 200-foot-tall Ferris wheel that stands as the highlight of The Island in Pigeon Forge. This remarkable attraction features all-glass gondolas, allowing visitors to enjoy unobstructed views of the stunning Smoky Mountains and picturesque waters below. Perfect for families and friends, each gondola accommodates up to eight guests, making it an ideal spot for creating unforgettable memories together.
The view from The Wheel was awesome, I experienced it at night with all the lights! Very comfortable ride even if you're a bit scared of heights. After fully loading everyone you get 3 full rounds and I believe the cost of The Wheel was $16.99 outside of the unlimited ride band for $40.00. We got to ride for 2 days with the same bands.

I thought I would be terrified but the glass enclosure makes this a most peaceful experience. i got great photos ans some video and even DARED to look down!!! This was fun and I would do it over and over again if I had time! #8robinsonsdtv #mariodeblakrobinson

This gigantic will let you see all of the island of pigeon forge area. It looks beautiful at night. Fairly inexpensive especially if you buy the 48-hour pass that is offered for the rides in the area.

Great place to get a hotel and walk down the street in Gatlinburg! Lots of shops, lots of things to go see! Of course the Great Smoky mountains are beautiful this time of year! Bring the family and enjoy!

The skywheel and the views are amazing, however before you get on they take pictures before you get on the ride. When you get off the ride you can view them then you have the choice to purchase them or not. I wanted to purchase them as my birthday is Monday 09/22. The lady proceeded to tell me ma'am we only accept cards 😡, I said well I don't have cards only cash! Everywhere else down here accepts cash and or card for there pics! Like WTH I doubt I go on it again or if I do I won't be stopping for pics!!

Fun atmosphere. Lots to do. The tram is not pet friendly. Beautiful view from the sky wheel.

Nice views, very comfort pods, clean, no odor, but unless you buy the bracelet its not worth it. We paid $40 for a single ride.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, Apple Barn Winery is a charming destination featuring apple and grape orchards, as well as an inviting apple wine tasting room and restaurant. The winery offers a unique twist on wine with its handcrafted selections made from the apples grown onsite. Visitors can participate in tastings to learn about the winemaking process or enjoy a laid-back meal paired with delightful beverages at one of the winery's restaurants.
They offer free tastings of a few of their wines, or you can purchase a package and taste a lot more, including the dessert wine shoppe and cider house. Well worth getting the package !

This little set up was absolutely beautiful. The creek and trees on the other side of the road, Offered shade while my daughter skipped stones. The apple barn smelled amazing both restaurants. However we did not eat at them, We came to visit the cider barn. And wine barn, We also made a quick stop into the christmas stor and the bakery. Everyone was very pleasant. We would highly recommend. We went on a saturday and it was not busy.

This was the 4th venue we hit up on our road trip today with Free Tastings, so we skipped Tasting the wine here. They do have a really cute gift shop with different souvenir offerings then we have seen everywhere else and we found some really great stuff to take back to our family.

We absolutely loved Applewood Winery! Thomas was absolutely amazing, he made my wine tasting the best experience. He was so friendly, funny and welcoming. The wine was perfect, but Thomas made our entire day.

Unfriendly and no customer service. Literally stood at the bar and employee looked at me, didn’t smile, and looked away. When I asked what my options were he said, none until you give me your id and laughed - but in a jerk way not I’m being cute way. I said fine, I’ll take the option to leave. Don’t bother at this tourist trap

This is part of the Ricky Top Wine Trail and we already stopped by their Mountain Valley Winery and had a great experience so we wanted to try them too. They give you a card to get stamped when you visit each of their 5 locations and you get a free wine glass when you get 3 stamps. We already got one and this property has this winery and also their Hard Cider House is connected. All 4 of the wines we samples were very good and definitely apple flavored. This is a beautiful property with lots to see and experience so this should definitely be a stop while you’re here!

While visiting we stopped here to do a little shopping. They had so many cute one of a kind things. They have different flavor apple wines. There was a tasting but there were too many people at the time. We'll definitely have to visit next time we come to Tennessee.

Outdoor Gravity Park in Pigeon Forge is an amusement park that offers a unique adventure known as zorbing. This one-of-a-kind attraction allows visitors to climb into a giant, transparent ball and roll down different hillside tracks, experiencing the exhilaration of zorbing. With various tracks to choose from, including zig-zag and downhill courses, Outdoor Gravity Park provides plenty of laughs and excitement for families.
Cool out door activity for fun for all ages. You go up the side of the mountain and get in a blown up rubber ball with some water inside it. They roll you down the mountain- side in a Gulley like trench. You reach speeds of 25 mph before you get to the bottom. The ball is made in new Zealand and cost around 14k per ball. The cost of the activity is around $30 per roll down the hill. The wife said it was a blast, and she felt like she was floating. It's supposed to be the only place in the USA that you can do this right now. The activity takes place rain or shine, and you have to sign a wavier to participate.
Michael B — Google review
Such a cool experience! Recommend buy more than one roll as there are 3 different lanes. My boys had a blast! It’s great even on a hot day since they use cold water and refill each roll! Definitely recommend.

The Outdoor Gravity Park was SO.MUCH.FUN! The staff were so friendly and really made my fiancé and I’s celebratory engagement trip one to remember! We did the red and orange course, and it was definitely one of those core memory moments. This place was already a 10/10, but the kind staff makes it even better! Can’t wait to come back again!
Jenna C — Google review
Incredibly fun activity to get family members wet and do something outside the norm. The staff was friendly and gave input, because you can either go down in a ball solo or with others. The red path was most popular in our family group, but those that took the orange path rated it the best! We got there early and ordered a head of time, so the lines were small, but the lines were large by the time we left. I recommend it for at least one visit.
Abe B — Google review
Absolutely a fun experience. We were laughing the entire time we were inside the zorb. The staff were friendly and attentive. The park was well kept. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Young P — Google review
This place is Amazing!!! They have truly made this experience so much fun!! Take ky advice do 3 rolls one on each of the tracks. You will laugh and laugh! Also its wayyyyyy more to ride with someone instead of yourself but on the orange track you have to for safety. But the purple and red tracks ride with someone you won't regret it.
Melissa N — Google review
Love this place!! Have been a couple times and it's always a blast! Being transported to the top of the hill, waiting your turn under the shade of a canopy structure and having good natured comradery with others as you dive into the "portal" opening which is always comical at any age, size or ability! The employees are great at assisting and assuring each guest that it will be fun and to relax! It's splashy inside and very slippery. I always get a video bc the ride goes so fast. It's a riot to play it back over and over, watching everyone's reaction! Next time, I'm wearing goggles so I can see the whole thing without wiping my eyes most of the time! It's very fun with other riders inside but you can ride solo too!
TM G — Google review
worth every penny. it was our first trip here with the family and it was a cozy ride down the side of the mountain. the water was warm, like they funnel it straight from a hottub or something. we paid for the video so we could explain to friends and just look at us laughing as we splashed down the mountain.

The Track in Pigeon Forge is a sprawling family fun center offering a variety of activities for all ages. Additionally, visitors can enjoy attractions such as Blaster Boats, Skyflyer, and the Surfin Safari miniature golf course.
My kids had been eyeing this place since we arrived and it didn’t disappoint! They had plenty of rides for kids of all ages. We were a little bummed the bumper boats weren’t open, but there was still plenty to do and we had a blast! There are plenty of places like this on the strip in PF, but this one was great. I highly recommend it, and the staff was great too. We went first thing in the morning and didn’t wait at all.

This is a fun place with quite a few things to do. We did the go karts and mini golf and had a blast doing it. The staff is kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend doing one of their packages because it ends up being cheaper than buying individual points. You have to buy points and that is how you get to do the activities. For 2 people we did the 60 point package and did a game of mini golf and one round of go karts on the old woody leaving some points on the card one of us did another round of go karts just so we didn't leave points on the card because we were leaving the next day and wouldn't have been back to use them up another day.
Rochelle H — Google review
We got the $55 pass and it was a great value for the costs. My child was able to enjoy the kiddie rides. We did two rounds of golf carts and still had ample tickets leftover for the arcade. There are: a few go kart tracks, bumper cars, kiddie rides, water cars things, put put, a few attractions that take you in the air, and the arcade.
V — Google review
This was our first time here. I would definitely be back. I traveled with my grandchild that has Austin. He enjoyed himself so much. A little hidden fact. Because I had to ride with him, they only charged me one time. I was very impressed. I found this information out by a mom who was there, who also had Autistic twin boys.

Love The Track. Been visiting it since I was a teenager in the 80s. Stopped by for a quick race today with my dad. Had a great time.

Our daughter and her cousins are pre-school aged and love amusement rides. We couldn’t decide if we should try Dollywood this year or save some money and wait till they’re older. I am SO glad we found The Track Kids Country and went there instead! If you have a child 5 and under, this section of “The Track” was absolutely perfect!! It is located within the park, but separate from the bigger rides and attractions, so it is much less crowded. There are roughly 7-10 rides in this area completely dedicated to little kids! Our group had a 2 year old, 3 year old, and 4 year old and they all had an absolute blast! There was no waiting in lines and they had attendants floating throughout the area that were quick to hop into place whenever a child wanted to go on a ride that no one was on. It even had its own mini-arcade where kids could still earn tickets for prizes to redeem at the main arcade. Each ride is 5 points and we purchased the 60 pt card for $55 and it was more than enough for our daughter to enjoy all the rides and arcade games she wanted. We try to stay away from the main strip of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as much as possible when we visit the smokies, but venture in once or twice while we’re there to do something touristy for the kids. We will definitely come here again next time we’re in town when we need an amusement park fix!

The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud is a unique dinner show that features a comedic musical revue alongside a delicious homestyle feast. The production, created by the same company behind the Comedy Barn, brings to life the legendary feud between the Hatfield and McCoy families through mountain-style competitions, song and dance numbers, feats of strength, stunts, comedy routines, and even platform diving.
Very impressed! I've been to the area and few times and decided to book this as our first dinner show.. it was great! The actors put on a great show 2 times per night, the food was soooo good and its all you can eat. You'll leave extremely full and entertained. The service was wonderful as well. Make sure to arrive early like they say as the food starts before the show.
Erika R — Google review
It was an enjoyable experience. If you are a group of 2, you'll be paired with another group of 2. Enjoyed the 2 individuals that ate with us! We seat on the Hatfield side and the server stated that we were seated with long lost cousins! We enjoyed the conversation with them! The food service was great and he made us laugh. The food was good. Better than I expected.
Bridget L — Google review
Funny, funny AND FUNNY… absolutely hilarious lol. First time seeing the show and reminded me of back home and my family roots. The cast was perfect and the service was great. I liked the idea of the show and how interactive the cast was with the crowd. The food was good and the fact that it was all you can eat made sure the kids had plenty to eat. The only issue we had was the how they had everyone line up outdoors and how late they were to allow everyone inside and seat everyone. Other than the planning of allowing customers in and seated everything else went well. When you’re in town I strongly suggest swinging through and catching a show or two, it was hilarious.

We had a great show on 8/7/25. We did purchase the VIP experience since it’s a once in our life show. With the VIP we sat as close as possible to the stage, you could touch it. The food was great our waiter Dan was great, he handled business on drink refills and food refills. The fried chicken and pulled BBQ pork was very good, the mashed potatoes were good, the soup was great, the corn on the cob was overcooked, coleslaw was good and the dessert was delicious. The show was great, awesome singing and theatrical performances. Up front in VIP you will get a little wet be prepared. We enjoyed everything about the show and meal. Easy to park and exit after the show on the Thursday evening 8pm show we went to.

Visiting the Great Smoky Mountains from Florida. We've been planning this trip since the beginning of June and came across The Hatfield & McCoy's dinner show. Thought it would be fun to see. Getting seated went smoothly. Service was PHENOMENAL! There's an abundance of food from soup, huge pieces of fried chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. The corn was overcooked, but recognize they are cooking for the masses. The oreo pudding was good and not icky sweet. The show was fun! We particularly appreciated their recognition of veterans, police, firefighters, and medical people. We had an unexpected funny moment when the sound effect for a gun shot was very delayed. They made light of it straight away, which added to the enjoyment of the show.
Starr L — Google review
The food was great. Service was great. The show itself seemed to have very poor audio, we didn't understand/hear half of what was being said, which made it very hard to follow the storyline. It was entertaining but we feel like we could have spent 166+ elsewhere.

Escape room center
The Escape Game Pigeon Forge offers an exciting and challenging experience for groups looking to test their teamwork skills. With five different themed rooms to choose from, participants can immerse themselves in various scenarios such as art theft, prison breaks, space rescues, and treasure hunts. Open until midnight, it's a great nighttime activity after other attractions have closed. Whether you see yourself as a master detective or an intrepid explorer, this high-stakes adventure will put your problem-solving abilities to the test.
This was our first time trying this escape room chain and it won’t be our last! We absolutely LOVED it. The rooms and customer service were TOP NOTCH and after we finished one room we ended up booking another and even returned the following day to do more! The prices are a little on the high side but the rooms and the experience are totally worth it (plus they offer 20% off an additional booking after you complete a room). All the employees and game masters were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly. We done many escape rooms and this place is definitely our new favorite location!

The most amazing staff in the area!! They are all super friendly and welcoming! This was our first escape room experience, and I have a feeling any other we attend from here forward will be a disappointment as The Escape Room Pigeon Forge is setting the bar quite high! We escaped The Heist, our first one, but didn't quite make it through Prison Break. We were thinking a little too outside the box and the guide had to reset us a few times in the process which ate up time. She handled it really well and said, "No one's ever tried that before! Ha ha!"

This is the best Escape Game Company. The energy and enthusiasm of there employees is off the charts. They care about their customers and enthusiasts like myself & my daughter. The care they take to see smiles and satisfied customers is phenomenal. Getting pins & shirts is awesome too. Chantel is amazing!!! Anna is so cool & generous. Milo is sweet. To top it off Taylor & Christian made our return visit epic & so memorable with their gifts 🎁. We have & continue to make memories with the staff each time we are able to stop by each of the locations. The best of the best!

We did Gold Rush and it was amazing. Anna was an awesome host and made our experience that much better. She insured we had a blast and when we needed help she didn’t just give us the answer she gave us a legit clue and still made us figure it out which was what we wanted. So to Anna thank you so much for making our first ever escape room an absolute memory! And to the rest of the staff y’all were awesome and polite. Thank y’all all so much for everything and making it a fun night. We can’t wait to come back and do another room!!!

I really enjoyed my time at this escape room! It was a lot of fun but definitely made us think — some of the puzzles were tricky, but that made it even better when we figured them out. The setup was creative and kept us on our toes the whole time. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d definitely go back and try another room!
Logan B — Google review
Our family loves escape rooms and we’ve been to several before. We checked around a bunch of places around Pigeon Forge and we ended up choosing The Escape Game in the Island. We loved their escape rooms so much that we ended up doing 3 of them over a couple days (They give you a discount on subsequent games if you book more within a day or two). Not only did this business look higher quality than the others we checked out, but at the price it was also cheaper per person somehow. The quality of the set design, integration of the screens and interconnectivity with the games (Cosmic Crisis and Timeliner especially). We were blown away by all of it enough to spend more money with them and come back three times. We also highly recommend their sister business Great Big Game Show in the same plaza. Such a super unique experience to be a part of your own family game show! Love these places and we will be back in coming years for sure to knock out the other rooms! Our reviews of the rooms in order of how much we loved them: Cosmic Crisis (The most fun we had and required the most team work in unison. Our 6 year old loved Hermes the computer AI that helped you during the game) Timeliner (A bit more difficult but had a super cool time travel theme that we loved and the sets are wild! Such a fun time!) Gold Rush (This one was fun as well, however it was the simplest by far and we solved it without any clues at all with an extra 20 mins to spare) It’s worth doing maybe if you’re a beginner? This company is super legit and the quality of everything is top notch, highly recommended!

Posting this review a little late but the experience was very impressionable and wonderful. We were not permitted at the time to take pictures or record (understandable as other people may steal content) but I got a nice photo of the outside and the lovely stage. All of the performers were extremely talented and kind. They really interacted with the audience, it was great! At the end we got to meet the main cast member and she was a lovely sweet lady. I will definitely visit again and see another show. I cannot remember the specific event I attended but it was great. Also they have a food area, the food area could definitely improve a bit. As for the atmosphere the entire building was elegant and clean, as well as spacious. :)

The Christmas show today for my birthday dec 21st was absolutely amazing...I would be speechless if I wasn’t leaving a detailed review. This was a 2 hour show and worth every penny! It was a combination of great singing, dancing, fog, laser effects, pyrotechnics, bright colors and incorporated a religious ending that touched my heart. I’ve never been to a broadway show and never been interested in going to one but after watching this show today, I absolutely have interest in going. If I had to guess, this would be the closest show to broadway that you could get anywhere close. We loved the CoMedy Barn show the night before and didn’t really expect anything to be much better but it totally was! My eight year old daughter was completely entertained the entire time. Every one of the entertainers did a great job and were very talented. The show was a fantastic combination of not just singing and dancing but also had some really good comedy parts as well. Pricing was $56.99 Adults and $26.99 for kids. They also honor Military discounts. During the intermission, they sell handheld candles that turn on/off in which they use part of the funds to donate to charity such as military personnel and families, children’s hospitals, gatlingburg wildlife relief efforts and some other donations in which overall donations exceeded a couple hundred thousand dollars. The candles were one for $10 or two for $15. This show is a must see even though we have never seen the show that wasn’t Christmas edition, therefor we plan to check it out again after the holidays. I wish I would have taken a lot more photos for you but didn’t think about it during the excitement.

This year during Jeep invasion they allowed jeeps in for the first time ever! The price was good, trail was fun. We really enjoyed it. The only issue we had was that The lady in the office was snappy with my husband telling him we were supposed to go to the address in the text, we were trying! Google was taking us to the office and service was spotty so that didn’t help. Careful when you click on the address, you aren’t going to their office, you are going 30 minutes away!

This ride is stock friendly but still a lot of fun that rewards you with a beautiful view from the top of the mountain. Great for beginners but still fun for Jeepers with more off road experience. Our guide Logan was awesome and the rest of the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

We did the Friday the weekend of Jeep Invasion 2025. They did Jeep tours. You go out with a guide on an ATV and 6 Jeeps max. I was a little nervous being the first time I ever did anything like that in my Jeep, but it was great!!!! The views were amazing. The guide was great. They called him the bosses boss. I forgot his name but he was a great guide and I will definitely do it again

We LOVED our time at Bluff Adventures! My husband and I surprised our son in law and grandson with the side by side experience! We sat in the back while my son in law and grandson navigated the trails up front. What a way to see the landscape at 2500 feet! I felt safe and well cared for by the guides! My only suggestion is for them to carry cold water or encourage people to bring their own. Thank you for the great memories!

What an amazing experience. An incredibly helpful staff. The trails, views, and equipment were top notch. The best part of our trip to Smokies. A guaranteed win win if you are looking for a fun adventure

Cody, was an awesome tour guide, and showed us beautiful scenery on our ATV tour. We did the hour and a half tour and it was worth every minute. The ATVs were in good shape and climbed well on the trails. If you’re in the area, this is definitely a place you wanna stop at. I highly recommend it.

I decided to try out the new fitness center, and my experience was mixed. The young lady at the front desk was super friendly, which was a great first impression! However, the staff in the fitness center itself didn’t acknowledge me. It wasn’t a big deal—they seemed young and were gathered around the desk—but it did stand out. The fitness center itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the gym equipment was the worst I’ve ever used. I’ve been to many gyms and tried various equipment brands, but everything here felt so uncomfortable, and it only seemed to get worse with each machine I tried. I really hate to complain, especially since they offer a great price point, but this was disappointing. On the bright side, the gym was very clean, which I appreciated. That said, I wish they had more wipe stations—I only noticed one, and as a result, it didn’t seem like many people were cleaning the equipment after use.

We had our wedding reception here on 9/3/22. The LeConte room had plenty of space. Mike was very helpful with setting up tables for us. Very nice space.. Our guests loved this location.

They just built a brand new gym. It's awesome. $13.50/month. Open 7 days a week.

You have to come see all the beautiful flowers at the Civic Center! Wow, absolutely gorgeous.

We had the most amazing time. We were invited to come from FL to this event "15th Gold Star Mother's Gala" Gr8 location with the TENNESSEE mountain behind it. Here I am now at the 18th Gala. A worthy event that honors Firefighters, Military, Rescue Responders, and Police.

It's pretty cheap at $6 for a day pass. Bowling is a separate from gym also reasonable . The workout room is decent and has some alright bumper plates . However, there is only one squat rack, one flat bench and no calf raise . But for $5 you can't beat it , that is as long as you can work into someone's set. The facility also has a nice gym for basketball games that is $60 hr. To rent out and also a very nice swimming pool.

I go to the pool, 5 days/week. The staff is always friendly, helpful & polite.

With its well-maintained facilities, this community pool offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Visitors have praised the friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience, whether it's swimming, fishing, or enjoying delicious food from the deli.
We visited this beautiful hidden gem. It was so clean and very nicely kept up. The deli had great food and very responsible pricing. The staff are amazing. I would give them a 10 out of 10. The view is beautiful..

Absolutely great community pool. Good food good atmosphere. Super clean and well-maintained pool. They only charge five dollars per person. And if you get there and it rains, you can come back the next day for free. They have a kitty pool for the little !!

We have been patrons here for day use and swimming many times in the past. We rented the pavilion for the first time for our grandson's birthday. It was an exceptional success. The owners and staff couldn't have been anymore helpful or courteous. It meant a great deal. A great value for day rental of the pavilion, swimming, and fishing all day! One of the all time best birthdays ever and enjoyed by both children and adults. The snack bar/grill was fantastic in helping fulfil orders of side dishes. Next we need to bring the camper over and stay!

A friend and I went for a day of sun, water and relaxation. The pool and facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly! The food in the deli is good and affordable. There are tables with umbrellas to sit at to enjoy your meal before going back to your lounge chair. The view is beautiful. I live in a surrounding county, and I hope to visit a few more times before the pool closes. Definitely a five star rating.

Great family friendly pool with ample seating and tables with umbrellas or in the shade. The chicken tenders are great and food prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking can get a little crowded.
Leslie K — Google review
Nice facility with good food. Pool water looked great the first day we arrived, yet the second day was a bit foggy. People were not encouraged to take a shower prior to entering the pool. There is a convenient outdoor shower and it's pretty busy.
David C — Google review
The pool is reasonably nice if not simple, but the food wasnt worth the price. There was weird stuff on the chicken tenders and it felt like nothing was seasoned. The best thing I had was the can of soda sadly, and it kinda ruined my time there
Josh — Google review
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience at your community pool. My family and I arrived with the expectation of enjoying a pleasant afternoon; however, our visit was severely disrupted. Upon arrival, we were informed of an incident involving a pool contamination, which necessitated a temporary closure. Adhering to the instructions provided, we returned to the facility approximately one hour later. Despite our return, the pool was closed prematurely, specifically four hours ahead of the posted closing time of 7:00 PM. This decision, made evident by the departure of the staff member who acknowledged our return, resulted in a complete loss of the anticipated recreational opportunity. Such actions reflect poorly on the facility's commitment to customer service and overall management. Consequently, due to the substandard service and lack of consideration demonstrated during this visit, I must express my strong reservations about returning to this pool in the future. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the experiences of other community members.
