Walking upon the historic brick expanse of the Church Street Marketplace, you are immersed in a vibrant summer tapestry of live music and street performance. A convergence of youthful energy and timeless elegance. The air is filled with the harmonious sounds of the season. This environment is a testament to the dynamic and evolving nature of human culture. It represents a continuous synthesis of tradition and contemporary expression, a principle that echoes throughout all forms of life on Earth
We stopped in Burlington on our way home from a long driving trip to Canada. We stayed at a Hampton inn nearby and drove into town to look around and have dinner. Before dinner, we walked along Church Street, a pedestrian only street, looking at all the bars and restaurants. A really lively area full of happy people.
My wife and I visited Church Street Marketplace while we were in Burlington. Thought the concept was nice, and there were definitely plenty of shops and eateries. There was also live performances when we were there. It's a nice walk, and you can definitely spend a couple of hours there easily. Some of the surrounding area is not necessarily in the best shape, but I think that is true with most downtown areas.
I love church street! The vibe, people, and atmosphere are all welcoming, and friendly! I live in NY but have visited church street for shopping, tattoos, food, and this time a piercing at The Prik! Church Street is dog friendly! There are no vehicles, or parking right on church street... But their are multiple parking garages. If you are handicap, and show your tag, parking is free. We went on Labor Day this last visit, and parking was free for everyone in the parking garages for the holiday! A great place to spend the day!
Loved this during the day! Busy area with lots of shops and patios. At night it's beautiful with the string lights and the banners. Plenty of dog friendly areas and stores.
This is a pedestrian-only street for a few blocks that has a very nice selection of many different shops and restaurants.
Awesome visit here!! So many shops and eateries!! No problems with parking!! Had a great time here!!
This is the most touristy spot in Burlington. It’s a walkway pavement that spans over five to six blocks, with excellent options for dining and shopping. Alongside some of the popular restaurants, they also have iconic Vermont brand stores like Vermont Bear Factory, Vermont Flannel Shop and Ben & Jerry. We also visited a Patagonia store, a bookstore, Catamount store for apparel and gifts, and bunch of other stores. Prices are decent, some stores have sales and discounts. It appeared decently safe, though there were some homeless people around the marketplace. The street parkings need to be paid with ParkMobile app during the posted hours. There are several hotels only few minutes walk from this place. There’s also a parking lot nearby that offers 2 hours of free parking.

Simply unbelievable bike path that takes you from Burlington out across Lake Champlain! Amazing views, varied terrain, and breathtaking moments constantly! Can't wait to do this again. Wow! 🙂👍✌️❤️❤️
Overall this was a great path to go for a ride on. Was decently flat with some small hills but nothing serious. Some beautiful views of the lake and wildlife that we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. Parts of it are dirt/gravel that gets muddy, so I’d recommend wearing appropriate clothing and a hybrid/mountain bike. Most of the trail is on road though
Lots of great views among This well paved path
Such an amazing trail to either walk, run or bike! We rented bikes right on the path at Local Motions and spent about 3 hours biking north to the ferry. We knew the bike ferry to get you across was closed for season but wanted to see the amazing views either way.
Nice bike path with plenty of good views.
This is a great bike path along the waterfront of Lake Champlain. Would have rated it higher except there’s a very homeless encampment right along the path. This is very disappointing as the bike path is frequented by so many families with small children. This entire city is a shell of its former self. Crime, homelessness, drugs, and businesses closing up. What a shame the current city government has ruined this gem of a place.
Unbeatable bike path. Great views, a variety of landscapes, terrain, geology, and parks. A must do in Burlington!
Beautiful path to walk, run, or bike.

What an awesome waterfront! Very clean with lots of space to walk and hang out. There are a lot of benches and swings along the waterfront to enjoy the waterfront view. Definitely get some creemee to go along with the walk. Would love to love here for a summer. L had fun even though it was cold.
Kids and pet friendly. Wheelchair and strollers can use it. You can rent an electric bike to ride. You can have picnic on the grassbor seat in one of the benches or swings along the boardwalk.
First time visiting Vermont. Took a walk along the waterfront and got to see beautiful sunset!! We were able to sit on the dock and it was perfect!! The area has many things to do and great places to have a meal!! Just a quick walk to the Church Street Market!! Parking is easy to find. Dog friendly area!! Perfect for memorable photos!!
Nice walk all along the water. Good views even on a rainy day.
Beautiful lakeside park on gorgeous Lake Champlain. My favorite lakeside park for the best sunset views and photos. The sun as the sun dips below the Adirondacks in NY on the other side of the lake it can make some breathtaking views of pink skies with just enough clouds in the ski. Great park for walking picnicking old school style with lush grass to spread blankets or whatever works best for you. No picnic tables which honestly makes the park that much nicer with its well maintained beauty.
Pretty place to sit on a swing by Lake Champlain...people play volleyball in the grass, have picnics, buy yummy soft serve ice cream and just absorb the beautiful views. There is often live music at one of the restaurants in the evening on weekends.
I enjoy visiting this area when in Burlington. Lovely area for an enjoyable stroll and the scenery is beautiful.
A very clean and beautiful boardwalk. Great place to watch a sunset or take a walk.

Great place to take your toddler. You could spend hours here with all the interactive exhibits. The little Cafe and market setup is too cute. Also, i hadn't noticed before that the structure shading the cars in the lot behind the building was actually solar panels. Solar energy + shade for your cars? That was cool to see
I recently visited ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, and it was such a fun and enriching experience—especially if you have little ones. I went on a weekday and there was no wait at all, which made things so much smoother. The center is incredibly family-friendly, with three engaging floors of exhibits that are mostly interactive and hands-on. My toddler was completely absorbed in the engineering area on the first floor, which had enough space and materials for multiple kids to explore and build. The third floor was another highlight, with water play stations, science experiments, and even a cozy little library. Some sections were under renovation during our visit, but there was still plenty to see and do. We caught a live eel feeding demo—not the most thrilling part, but still interesting to watch. The mini café and market-style setup added a nice touch, giving it a warm, local feel. I also really appreciated the solar panel structure in the parking lot—it provides shade and promotes clean energy, which I found genuinely cool. Parking isn’t free ($3/hour via ParkMobile), but it’s manageable. The gift shop had some lovely books and toys as well. Overall, it’s a great place to spend a few hours learning, playing, and making memories. Highly recommended!
I thought this was a great museum. even the snacks were healthy and good here. my kids are 12, 9 and 5 and each found enough to do. 12 and 9 kept so busy in the STEM and Rube Goldberg lab they only did half the museum.
This is a nice center. It exhibits are interesting to all age groups. We learned a lot about the Lake. I enjoyed how most of the interactive exhibits were fun to play with for little ones but still had just enough complexity for adults to want to play also.
It’s a cool science and activity center for kids. They have 3 floors with lots of engineering and builder sections, lots of physics experiments and a small marketplace on the third floor. For additional price, they also sell tickets for 3D movies that are about 20 minutes long. The engineering arena in first floor is really huge and has lots of items for bunch of kids to play at the same time. The second floor is mostly empty, just an eel tank. On third of are all the experiments, a library and water play area. A lot of the parts were closed for renovation. We also saw a live eel feed demo, that was underwhelming. There were bunch of live activity also ran by the associates. Gift shop was nice. Parking is not free, need to pay with ParkMobile app/site, $3 an hour + fees. We spend about an hour 40 minutes in the center.
Overall, it was a nice experience for kiddos! - Smaller science museum, which focuses on local flora/fauna historical info - While better suited for younger kids, older ones had fun - Can see everything quickly, so price may be bit high; however, some discounted groups available (Vet/Active Duty included) - Some exhibits were down due to construction, feel it could definitely benefit from having more displays, specifically a larger tank showing various animals/fish interacting - "Fiona" in the library department went above & beyond in her detailed breakdown of the lake, disposition, animals, historical, etc. We asked a bunch of questions to which she had answers. She broke it down w/metrics, data, and a smile, so def an enjoyable discussion!
What a great experience today. It has been a few months since our last visit when renovations were going on. The new set up is great and our visit was quite entertaining and informative dealiwith one particular employee named Nicky. He was full of information and very friendly. Today, the fun fact we learned, is that air is also considered a fluid. My kids were very intrigued when they heard that. This young man was a wealth of knowledge as we sat there and colord our buttons (another great activity we look forward to). Thank you for the wonderful time and knowledge.
We brought our three kids (ages 6, 5, and 3) and they had such a great time we literally had to drag them out of the place. My daughter loved the play kitchen area, and my boys played on the boat for over an hour.

I waited YEARS to come visit this national monument. I spent my childs college funds on this trip and I don’t regret any of it. After taking 7 flights and 5 days of driving I have arrived at this masterpiece. I took my last turn, and then I saw it. Just standing there. And the best part? I got it all to myself. I don’t know why I was alone, who wouldn’t want to go see this work of art? 10/10 5 stars I WILL be visiting again.
Never knew it was there! Nothing much to say really except it is indeed the tallest filing cabinet. There is a business onsight so expect cars to be parked around and they will be in your view if you take pictures. Does the ruin the picture but nonetheless, cool landmark.
Ah yes, behold the majestic rusty Jenga tower of stickers. Nothing screams ‘tourist destination’ quite like a giant corroded metal obelisk slowly disintegrating into modern art. Honestly, I’m impressed it hasn’t toppled over yet. It must be held together by decades of duct tape, chewing gum, and misplaced pride. On the bright side, you can add your $3 sticker to the collection of 10,000 others no one will ever notice. A true cultural landmark.
Fun photo op, for your list of "Worlds biggest..." Lots of parking and quick, lots of local breweries and a farmers market not far up the road.
Interesting find!! Stickers from different areas all around the base.
Forget fall colors in Vermont, you ever craned your neck back to stare up at the tower of 11 filing cabinets that humans built to reach the God of organization? So amused by their feeble attempts to have order, Lord Organizmus bestowed the gift of cloud storage and yet cursed the human race with subscriber based storage limits. May humans forever have to pay for what they sought to steal from Oranizmus.
Been storing my taxes here for years. Great location, convenient, and free! Though it is a pain to climb up when I need to get a file. Worth it for that co-op supermarket roof views.
How could I not stop and view this magnificent work of art while traveling through Burlington? While it's nothing special, I had to stop.

Amazing brighter than the colours of our dreams. There can be nothing more pleasant to the senses than the sunrise. The sun set in the sky as fresh colours brushed upon an artist's canvas, as if those rays were destined to create a great work of art
What a beautiful beach. Must be amazing and busy during the summer. We wend 2 days ago and it was peace and quiet. Amazing view and we got lucky to get a super moon 🌝😍
Lake Champlain is a true gem! The expansive lake with its serene blue waters and scenic mountain backdrop is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and taking in the stunning views from the shoreline. Exploring the charming towns nearby added to the experience. A perfect blend of nature and culture!
Great place to watch the sunset! Love that place!
Lake Champlain is a super cool lake. Highly recommend going. If you are lucky enough to have access to a boat being out on the water is super fun and beautiful. All of the photos shown in this review were at sunset, which is beautiful no matter which time of year you go. If you come to Vermont in the spring, it is super beautiful to see all the leaves blooming and the lake water warming up. In the summer, it is super fun to get out on a boat and go swimming and super beautiful. in the fall, all the leaves changing is one of the most amazing things you will ever see. And in winter if you’re up here for a ski trip or something, you should pay a day visit down to Burlington or somewhere on the water to watch the sunset.
I have been sailing Lake Champlain for years. Kind of like sailing the Swiss Alps with the beautiful mountains in the distance. There are no tides or currents to worry about. Lake Champlain has a lot of history dating back to the Iroquois and Mohawks. Winds can be challenging as they swirl down from the mountains at times. The prevailing winds are south and waves may reach as high as 4 to 6 feet on days with 20+ knot winds. The lake is almost 150 miles long touching Canada on its north end and Whitehall NY on it's south end. Lake Champlain is 8 miles at its widest part.
We stayed in North Hero on Christmas and Lake Champlain just started freezing. It was amazing to witness, when we arrived, the water is still really flowing, and just completely froze overnight.
We went on the cruise around the lake and I loved it. Is so big and is so much to see on the lake. I will be there again.

Walking tour around University of Vermont. Fascinating architecture, great view, dementor looking statutes right in the university center. So kool. If you are in and around this area the University does deserve a closer look.
It's really nice around here instead of trash, there's leaves.
I have been impressed by the knowledge and general skills and caring of the people at UVMC. If you have to go to the hospital this is a great place to do it.
Overall the experience was good. My only complaint is that after arriving at 7:30pm, there was nothing open on site for food. We had to order via DoorDash which wasn't cheap. It would be so very good if they had one of their eateries open until until 9. The facilities were always clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The campus, although large, was easy to traverse and I felt safe.
Best Universities im gonna go there for sure
Amazing we went to another Vermont Green soccer game and it was such a great experience.
Had an alum give our family a tour. Jumped to number one on our daughter's list. Beautiful campus.
I am waiting to see my ophthalmologist, the underground garage is a nightmare to me. Had to descend multiple levels to find a spot at the end of the row, and it wasn't even a handicap spot. But I could get my ramp out and that was all that matters. Next visit I hope to find aboveground parking. Scary being underground.

Always a great time. Wear sunscreen. Bring the kids. Bring the dog. Try the samples. Get a cold drink on ice. The Burlington Farmers Market is always a great time. I feel so fortunate to have the privilege of living in such a thriving community with delicious cuisine, talented artists and a great variety of new things to try. This place is always a blast. My only tip is to bike or walk if you can or arrive a little early to ensure a parking spot.
I love the farmers and the way they represent their products and they are very friendly and welcoming
Love the Burlington Farmers Market! Its a fantastic place to get super fresh local produce, meat, crafts and yummy food to eat. It has a great community vibe and there is often live music. I love to bring out of town guests here on Saturdays to enjoy all it has to offer.
Amazing Farmers Market with the required fruits, veggies, dairy, animal products, baked goods. What makes it different from other markets is that there are loads of prepared foods like sandwiches, momos, dumplings, tamales, special drinks and artisan products like pottery, art prints, carved rolling pins. There are also tables to sit at. Absolutely worth the trip. Oh you can also use your SNAP/EBT balance to buy tokens to purchase fruits and veg!
Great venders and food options there. There’s not only food but there are also items to buy. Overall the farmers market is a great place to go.
Really good food and artisan crafts. It's cool to visit and observe. We bought lemonade, croissant, and a cutting board.
WOW. The selection, food, crafts, atmosphere, and more are incredible. I would drive many hours to come to this. There is every type of food and produce you could imagine, and then some. Maple everything. All types of cheeses and breads, and more. This is a must visit place if you are in Burlington on a Saturday. Allow the whole morning, and come hungry! You can easily find a delicious breakfast and lunch, not to mention the multitude of free samples!
Make sure you reach there by 9am if you don't want to miss any item, also it gets crowded later. Fresh veggies, maple syrups, and lots of other items. Varieties of food options available too.

Couldn’t write a better review if I tried. Staff were so friendly, welcoming, and amazing. If you are ever in Burlington, this is absolutely a must. Beer was delicious. And trust me, we tried a lot. The food was just as delicious. Josh was so kind to us and the one bartender (wish I remembered her name) was more than helpful and amazing.
Context: It's a wintery day, visiting from NY. The bartender was very nice, she offered suggestions and samples for my (limited) beer palate, and she hit a home run with the Switchback EZ (pictured). I ordered the Caesar Salad with chicken, and my dining companion ordered the Brisket Sandwich. Both had great taste and did not disappoint. The lettuce was very fresh (not wilty in the least), and had a light Caesar dressing (it wasn't sopping wet, which I like), and fresh grated parmesan cheese. The brisket was very tender and came in 2 large slices on a bun. A side salad was substituted in place of french fries. The space could have been a couple of degrees warmer, but I didn't *have to put my jacket on inside.
Decent experience here. Parking's a little wonky, so it makes sense there's extra sandwich signs outside directing you to the entrance. They have a fresh, clean brand-new bierhall and patio, too. The Wednesday special with the burger and beer is worth it, but expect an upcharge if you get any other beer than their Switchback Ale. The beers, burger, and fries are all tasty. Their tiny two-inch-tall beer can stickers were overpriced at $3.00 *each*. By the end, it felt like this place was more interested in nickel-and-diming their margins rather than making the best customer experience ever. And, is this review kind of petty and nickel-and-diming them back over something so insignificant as stickers? Yes.
We held our wedding welcome drinks at Switchback Event Space and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. From planning and coordinating to the guest experience & service, everything was incredible and seamless. Beyond incredible beers (Switchback Ale always hits), Switchback makes you feel like your are part of the family. Our guests had the best time and it was the perfect space to kick off our wedding weekend. Special shoutout to Abby, Georgie, and Nick for being the absolute best to work with!!
First off, we are not drinkers, but we love a good meal. When we arrived to Switchback Brewing Co, we located the door and entered a dining space with good music and good vibes. When you walk to the hostess stand, there is a sign that tells you to seat yourself and order at the bar. Some people would be put off by this, but not us. We found our table, and went to the bar to order. We ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich with fries, brisket sandwhich with Mac and cheese, and a BBQ pulled pork sandwhich with a dressed green salad. We play store order and waited about ten minutes for our food to come. The drinks we ordered were two maple, lemonades and a water. The maple lemonades were described as very interesting but loveable. The sourness of a lemonade really brought out the sweetness of the maple and was just a very interesting but really nice drink. When our food arrived, there was no more talking at our table just eating. The barbecued chicken sandwich was described as tres tres bien and the fries were just right amount of salty and cooked just right. The brisket sandwich was a different style of BBQ that he had ever had before but was amazing! The cucumber horseradish sauce just really brought it all together, and the Mac and cheese was a little drier than he liked but still good. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was breathtaking. The pork was moist and flavorful with the BBQ sauce being sweet and vinegary, along with that buttery bun, seriously, one of the best barbecue pulled pork sandwiches.I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The salad was so good. The dressing was Very spice filled but not overpowering. The three of us agreed. This is definitely added to our return eatery list. Even if you are not a drinker, the food and the maple lemonade are definitely reasons to come check out this brewery. We will be eating here again.
The maple hot chicken sandwich is the best sandwich I've ever had had to get one to go the beer is just as good atmosphere is amazing definitely coming back
First visit here, wonderful waitstaff, food and beer very good, but the otherwise clean and comfortable atmosphere inside was ruined by loud techno disco music that was the least conducive imaginable for relaxing and enjoying a meal. We will visit again, but will sit onside where volume not as loud, and at least can be tuned out.
Staff? Incredibly engaging and entertaining. Top tier playlist by the way!!! Beer? Equally incredible! Didn’t order food but would absolutely return for all the above!

Having recently moved from New York, I was eager to explore local spots and heard about North Beach Park from someone. I decided to visit and was absolutely delighted by what I found. The beach is awesome, with plenty of space and fewer crowds, ensuring a peaceful experience. The water is perfect for swimming, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Additionally, the playground for kids is fantastic, with plenty of equipment and activities to keep children entertained. There's ample parking, including spaces for those with disabilities, making it very accessible. The park is eco-friendly and remarkably quiet, adding to its appeal. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and highly recommend North Beach Park to anyone looking for a great place to unwind. You won't regret it!
Nice calm beach on Lake Champlain. Laid back atmosphere good got a bay or a hike along the sand. Good stand for drinks, snacks or ice cream.
Amazing beach and great setting for all sorts of activities. Highly recommend the stop. We spent several hours paddle boarding and swimming. Perfect afternoon with the family.
It’s a nice beach for what it is. Litter. Loud music. Screaming.
Been going here since I was a little kid. Not much has changed. The negative reviews are generally about Burlington. Ultimately it's camping, if you're looking for glamorous perfection it's not that. Showers used to cost a quarter they're now free, but not super hot. The homeless population in the area has definitely grown but I can't see how people are blaming the campground for that. Was quiet and no one bothered us while we were there. Cars come and go during the day but feel that's kind of to be expected. The beach was clean and the water was pristine. Really nice for little ones, as it was not weedy or slimy by the shore, the waves were small and almost non-existent, and the depth was very gradual. My 2 year old loved running around in the water where he could touch the ground. All in all will be back and looking back it's pretty much the same I remember it being 30 years ago.
Absolutely fabulous beach. There was even a beach bar with drinks to go. Picnic tables and bathroom facilities. Water is soo clean.
Great beach along lake Champlain, plenty of parking, restrooms, and snack bar during summer season
This place is perfect for spending a weekend or even a day with your family or friends. The beach and the water is very clean, as well as the restrooms. You can cook with provided fire pits, but you can also bring your own propane BBQ. If you forget your lunch, there is a good restaurant thats serves drinks, food and ice cream. Parking costs around 3$ per hour via Parkmobile app. You can also rent a covered area for parties/events.

Kite’s passion for history, combined with a warm and personable approach, created an unforgettable journey through the life and legacy of Ethan Allen. What made the experience especially unique was Kite’s captivating storytelling surrounding Frances “Fanny” Montresor Brush Buchanan Allen—Ethan Allen’s remarkable wife. With incredible depth and attention to detail, Kite brought Fanny’s story to life, highlighting her resilience, intellect, and the profound role she played in shaping the history of the homestead and early Vermont life. Her story is often overshadowed, but thanks to Kite, visitors gain a deeper, richer understanding of the Allen family and the complexities of the era. If you're planning a trip to the Ethan Allen Homestead, we highly recommend requesting Kite as your guide. Her ability to connect historical facts with humanity and heart makes for an experience that is both educational and deeply moving. This tour isn’t just a visit—it’s a step back into a beautifully told story.
Visited on a rainy day (they had loaner umbrellas to use) Watched a video in the visitor center and walked the grounds and saw the house with a volunteer tour guide. Was interesting to learn more about Ethan's life and how country living was done. Not an easy life!
The experience was great. Great history and the guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and I learned a lot about the history of Ethan Allen and his wife. Beautiful location and the homestead is stunning.
Really enjoyed learning all about the history of the area, which includes Ethan Allen and his friends and family! Wonderful tour - the guide was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Lots to see and learn at the Ethan Allen Homestead! The grounds have trails, gardens, several buildings to explore, etc. A fun and interesting stop for history buffs! There is a bathroom on sight, gift shop, and the museum itself is filled with interesting artifacts from the 1700s. We spent over an hour here and it was a rainy day so we could only see about half of the grounds and things to see... but it was still worth it!
Good old classic place in Vermont with history along the river. Lots of little trails for easy walking.
Did tons of Vermont attractions on our recent trip, and this is a gem. Whole philosophy of history coming alive for visitors meticulously carried out, even with history facts about toilets... in the bathrooms! Tour guides and visitor center staff are excellent, welcoming, conversational, helpful. Unlike other museums, they escorted guests through a series of activities from ticketing to movies to guided walk to guided house tour back to welcome center - it felt like they cared about every aspect of the visit and let you know where to go. They also presented Ethan Allen as a full human being, flaws and heroism alike. Leave at least 2 hours - the tour shouldn't be rushed - no food on site (that I saw) so pack snacks.
Very interesting films, tour and displays. Ethan Allen and his wife were fascinating, multifaceted people

We had a fantastic time at Foam Brewers. The food was delicious - the oysters, cheese and charcuterie platter, and of course, the beer, were all amazing. What surprised us was how family-friendly it was. Located in a beautiful old building near the Lake Champlain waterfront, it's a memorable spot for tourists.
Great spot right off the bike path and close to the bustle of Burlington. Stop in for a cool refreshing beer and hit the shops after. Or stop in from the bike path to cool off. The beer is great, and the vibes are better! I got the blonde which was crisp and tasty. Cheers 🍻
Good stuff at this Burlington brewery. Easy parking. Well-signed storefront. Outdoor patio, indoor tables, and barstool seating at their bar, which you'll know you're at because you can't miss the neon-colored lit-up spermazoic designs built into the bar top. They do some traditional beers (lagers, pilsners, etc.) but they also mess around with experimental sours like wild ales and such. Their Green Dot is not to be missed, if you like that style. Try it even if that's not your thing. Embrace the spirit of experimentation.
Foam Brewers is a fantastic spot with a creative and ever-changing lineup of craft beers. The location by the lake is hard to beat—relaxing, scenic, and a great place to unwind. The atmosphere is cool and artsy, with a mix of locals and visitors, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the brews. The beers themselves were bold and unique—definitely geared toward those who enjoy experimental and hazy styles. That said, seating can get a bit tight during peak hours, and the food options are limited, so it’s more of a beer-focused stop than a full meal experience. Still, the quality of the beer and the vibe make it very worth the visit. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Burlington.
Kind of your standard brewery type experience, but they also had some live music going on. They’re seating inside and outside and despite it being pretty busy, we found a spot to sit right away. Good beer and food. I think it’s worth a stop and there is a really nice view of the lake.
Great Brewery near the water in Burlington. Beer is made locally and tasted awesome. Very friendly staff members as well. This place’s vibe is very fun and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Past Church street and near the lake... Popular. If the weather is nice, it's really pleasant to sit outside or if you're in a group. Went on a Sunday , sat inside at the bar. Friendly staff. I enjoyed their session IPA.
I've visited plenty of breweries around Canada and the USA, and this place is in my top 3. The beer is good, but overall the atmosphere, the location, the small bands and the manager Landon make the experience amazing. I highly recommend stopping by if you have a chance!

Nice local theater with great seating and good shows. Great venue to watch a show at. Only negative is restrooms are small and crowded during intermission. It is city parking so I recommend scouting out parking before attending a show.
Beautiful space as always. Besides Burlington getting a little more questionable being out when the sun goes down. As long as you can park nearby, I still recommend going to the Flynn for a show. Dan Soder is hilarious and was able to see him a couple years back at Vermont Comedy club so it was cool seeing him at the Flynn. They have many different forms of entertainment that grace the stage and keep a packed schedule so there is certainly something for everyone. Adore this venue
Ended up seeing the Same Ships Different Boat performance in The Flynn space. Great venue great staff and it was a very intimate and touching show. My first time there and I can't wait to go back to see a show in the full theater
Such a great venue! Watched the Wizard of Oz on April 13th. Lyric theatre company did such a good job! It was definitely a great experience! All the usher’s were helpful as well. It’s also a good concert venue.
Saw a few concerts there. Great venue at a good location. Parking is available nearby for a fair price. Theater could use a bit of restauration though. But acoustic is nice and seating is comfortable.
I love the Flynn Theater and have attended concerts and performances there for years. The Burlington community is fortunate to have such a venue !!! With that being said , I have noticed the peeling of paint which surrounds the frame of the stage. It's getting worse with every show I attend. Come on guys, can't you afford a paint job????
Delightful theater experience in BTV! The premiere location to see quality shows in Central Vermont. I recently saw the iconic Violent Femmes, newcomer comedian Josh Johnson, and the UK King of super quick witted vituperation and lightening fast comebacks (beware!) Jimmy Carr! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and there isn’t a bad seat in this stunning theater and it has an amazing location in downtown BTV with awesome hotels just a small stroll away from a plethora of high quality restaurants and bars all in spitting distance. And the BTV airport is just minutes away. Truly a delightful location for a night out for family, friends, or college mates looking for a top night out. Ll on the town. Dispensary to one side, quaint bar to the other, and premier restaurants all around. Truly the best of all worlds on all sides! Top location, awesome theater, wonderful staff and an amazing experience and community. Fantastic experience all around! Highly recommended. Checkout the hottest little location for quality culture in VT! Thanks everyone for a great experience!
Saw a great comedy show here, that's pretty much the reason for 4 stars. Very nostalgic building and marquee for sure. Beverage line was huge, likely should consider an alternate location in addition to the current setup. My wife's arm rest kept falling off..and the stage is beautiful with beautiful artwork on the walls...then you look up a little to see water damage and distracting peeling paint or probably wallpaper. Venue needs some TLC and it would be perfect!

Beautiful artwork, variety of mediums. Great spot to pick up pieces from local artists for yourself or for gifts. Accessible price ranges.
Selection is decent and of a fair size without the space itself feeling too cramped. Many affordable prints in a variety of styles. Could very possibly get a nice gift or souvenir from here. Only real problem was the staff on the day I visited. Both store attendants barely looked up from their devices from the time I entered the store to the time I left. Only exceptions were to look me up and down for uncomfortably long periods in a way that felt deeply scrutinizing instead of attentive. Never offered to give me a closer look at wearable pieces held within display cases in addition to making me too afraid to inquire; it was as if my presence was a nuisance to them and they would rather I left as soon as possible. I've yet to have an equivalent experience at any other gallery in Burlington (or elsewhere for that matter).
This store is beautiful and filled with unique homemade crafts. I really enjoyed wandering around this store. Unfortunately, it was way out of my budget, though there are some cute cards and postcards for those of you on a budget. I would highly recommend walking through this store.
Downtown location in Church Street. High traffic area. Good assortment of crafts. Difficult to find any available parking even for staff as meters are 30 minutes max. Took me 45 minutes to find any parking which was on the 5th floor of the parking garage and only 1 spot was available. Parking garage view of d/t lovely but taking the stairs down, very isolated. If you're able to bus in, Uber or taxi, Church street is a mecca for shops, restaurants etc. Otherwise, stay home.
Beautiful handmade items, loved the pottery. I wish they had the jewelry visibly priced. There were a few pieces I would have liked to see but they were busy and I wasn't sticking around to find out
Best art gallery this side of the Mississippi!
A beautiful store art gallery ranging from glass art, prints, license plate sculpture, metalwork, jewelry...come see this place if you want to browse artwork and/or buy a gift.
This place is great. You will find some of the most authentic and inspiring art local to Vermont here. It is not cheap, but it is worth it to support the local artists who are extremely talented. The works you find here are unique to this part of New England; you will not find it elsewhere so if you like it get it. Hand blown glass is a popular item.

This is a summer tradition for our family. This historic ballpark is intimate and fun, and Champ is, hands down, the best mascot, so great with kids and fans. Our team doesn't always win, but we always have a great time!
Absolutely wonderful experience! We caught a ball game while on vacation: Christmas in July. This promotional night was great! We stayed for the kids to run the bases and we played catch in the outfield. Staff was fantastic. Food was priced fairly. Pizza looked great! We bought a few t-shirts and a hat as well. We’ll look forward to wearing our Lake Monster gear on Texas. Baseball was solid too. Players played hard. Fans were into the game. We’ll look forward to attending other games in the future!
Fun place to catch some baseball but parking is limited and you may have to park at the local campuses. Also the kids serving food are not helpful and not thrilled at all to be there. Prepare for waiting for food that may not come out all that good
We sat in Section B, row B, pretty much 2nd row back fromt the field. The seats are small, so anyone old or issues with sitting perfectly straight would recommend them to sit in the front to stretch legs out! Otherwise a pretty awesome experience!
Nice field, beautiful evening. The home team worked hard but came up short. The PR team did a good job getting the kids involved, letting them "paint the base", announce a few batters, play games, etc. The staff and the concessions kids were very friendly. Maybe a little more upbeat music to get the fans involved, although many who enjoy baseball carried their own. And the mascot? Well, Champ could give the Phanatic a run for their money. Lol
Great game. And of course the lake monsters are a great team. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean stadium. The prices were very reasonable. Overall a terrific experience. Great place for a family night out. Plenty to keep small children occupied and they really try to interest the children in the stadium with their activities. Will absolutely be returning!
Well worth the money and trip over. Great family fun. The staff including Tom Messner make it absolute fun for the kids. Looking forward to the next game
Really fun experience! You can get an up close and personal with the game while still enjoying delicious treats and local beer you might expect in a larger venue. Plus, the Lake Monsters absolutely dominated and that never hurts 😁

Great facility, and it's huge. Tons of indoor and outdoor patio seating. Large selection of good beers. Friendly staff. And a great food menu. Awesome vibe overall.
I ahd a delicious Belgian ale bottle. It's price is the same whether you drink in-house or take it to go. I definitely expected an up-charge for on prem consumption. Fries were delicious, steak and cheese was delicious and served on maybe the best roll I've ever had.
This is the first place we stopped at after a long drive from upstate NY. We were warmly greeted. (I was floored by how polite everyone was in Burlington was!) The menu had a lot of vegan items, but we went for a meaty option, the Cubano burger. We opted for greens, rather than fries. Since it was a brewery, we wanted to imbibe some of the offered beverages. I ordered the Hazy Conehead IPA and my friend got the London Calling. The burgers were delicious and the beers refreshing. Fun vibes, too!
I found Zero Gravity in a 'dog friendly' search. My dog was welcomed onto the palatial deck. Sunny spots and shaded areas. The food was extremely good. My sour beer was OK too.
It's a big brewery, considering Burlington's size, and coming on a weekend often means breweries' bar stool seating areas are full. That was the case here. No problem, because there is plenty of other seating available. Snatched a comfy chair, a hoppy pilsner, a hybrid lager, some fries and dip, and a book and melted through a few chapters of Vonnegut. Good overall experience.
The manager stopped what he was doing (on his own) to get my husband a new beer because his looked like it was from the bottom of the barrel. That was a very nice gesture! The atmosphere is nice and romantic. Pool table was fantastic!
This place is amazing. We found this gem while riding the Burlington greenway bike trail. The matcha, coffee, and waffles were such a treat. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Big time bonus for the vegan and non-alcoholic options on the menu. And it’s dog friendly. This place has it all.
Small, but incredibly delicious food menu. Excellent selection of craft beers. I'm more of a lager and pilsner drinker, and they had ample options available. Relaxing and inviting seating. Great place to just sit, sip a beer, wine, or mixed drink, and relax or meet up with friends. Parking could be considered a bit limited.
