Last night was my first experience at this venue. I saw KESHA!! We had a great time! This is a great place with lots of seating available including under the awning, on the balcony (also under the awning), grass seats, and more specialized seats with your own server! Though we didn't sit on the balcony, it looked to me like there were bathrooms and bars on every floor. But the best part was when you sat down, you had space to sit and weren't crammed in next to people (I'm thick and really appreciated this). I also dropped my ID and decided to leave a message with the admin office. They called me this morning and I had it back in my hands before we even left. Not only did they go above and beyond for me, but the venue was beautiful, spacious, and clean. I never once waited in a line longer than 5 people. And of course, the show, which was sold out, was absolutely fantastic!!! I can't wait to come to this venue again. Here are a few photos ❤️
Went to see Twenty One Pilots there with my son and hadn’t been there since the very first lollapalooza. It brought back a lot of memories. The venue staff was fantastic. Got us through the lines quickly and kept the place moving.
The amphitheatre is really nice! The sound system is good, and there's a nice breeze in the venue, which was great during a high-energy show like Twenty One Pilots. The staff is helpful and friendly. One of the parking lot attendants went the extra mile to help us find our parking lot. However, venue attendees aren't as considerate. The excessive drinking and eating by some of the people in our row made the experience less enjoyable, especially when there are pizza boxes and beer cans all over the ground and there's no room for your legs. During the concert, weed and cigarette smoke wafted into the stands. This wasn't fair or considerate of other concert-goers. While it's a nice venue, other attendees make it less enjoyable, especially those smoking around others. Is this even allowed?
One of my favorite venues! Great sound, easy parking, and friendly staff. They bring great bands every year, and it’s always fun! Security is great; they keep things organized and people under control. Beer and alcohol prices have gone up and are a bit overpriced. Expect to pay between 16-18 dollars for a beer and 20++ for other drinks. They keep bringing more food vendors so you have a few options for food. Overall, it’s a great place to have a good time and enjoy some great music!
Loved every minute of being here for Big Time Rush!! The staff was more than equipped to handle such a crowd. I was impressed with how efficiently equipped the staff was at parking, security, food lines and bathrooms. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient with their service! My party and I were more than happy with the free refills on our fountain drinks since it was such a hot summer day. I am looking forward to my next event here!! Music was awesome and the show was absolutely perfect!! Thanks guys for being so equipped with making this night so memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Such a great time!! We went for Jonas Brothers and had lawn seating. The staff their were very friendly. My only complaint would be the pricing.. if you plan on getting any kind of adult alcohol drinks plan on taking a loan out before hand 🤣 .. $25 for one drink was probably the most expensive hangover I'd ever paid for. 🤣
Giving them a 5, because I was treated with so much love from our Ticket concierge ladies! Was a FANTASTIC birthday for me and my bestie. They were able to get us upgraded seats from the lawn to Row Y, which was amazing and so much appreciated. However… the ticket concierge package, in my opinion, is not worth the price. You do get convenient parking, a “lounge” section which is just some patio furniture (which was wet) and some tables. We had free waters given to us & there were Private restroom trailers. You do have the choice to be escorted through the grounds, or to the front of any lines. Which was nice going to our seats with because we were able quickly by-pass the security/ticket checkers. However, the lines weren’t bad ❗️If there would have been any kind of view of the stage from the lounge, or even have screens up… it would be worth it. But there is NO VIEW of the stage and that was disappointing as it kinda defeats wanting to be in the lounge area. Now, that is just about the upgrade package, which is an add on to your ticket purchase. The venue itself, all staff was very friendly. Grounds seemed clean, everything felt safe, they had photo op boards in multiple places, lots of food, drinks and merchandise sales flowed quickly- Ps. Vicky in concierge was PHENOMENAL and the absolute sweetest! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Always Love the lawn seats for the price! Ive seen Alot of phenomenal bands there for less than $40. Leaving the parking lot is Hell at nights end And the liquor prices are high but on par with other large venues these days. Lawn seats, bring a blanket! Water bottles and snacks in a clear ziploc bag are great ideas for the little ones.

What a FUN place! Came here for a Jeep Dog Charity event. So many cool games, bumper cars, racing and fun! I was taken by surprise by the food. The fries are SO good! Hot dogs were good and the pizza puff. Also the nachos were really good. I had fun & liked the place. :)
Came for the go-karts—it was my first time, and the experience itself was great. But walking in, there’s zero direction. No greeting, no guidance, no signs about where to get tickets or wristbands. The booth isn’t even near the entrance—you have to wander to find it. At one point we walked straight to the inner tubing area, and the staff seemed ready to let us ride for free without bands. I passed on it though, since I wasn’t planning to get sprayed in the face (one of the features). We eventually made it all the way to the go-karts before realizing we even needed tickets. The place overall felt neglected. From the outside, the building looked faded and run down, and inside, several benches were the same. The lunchroom had multiple dirty tables with no staff in sight. Bathrooms were messy, wet floors, unclean toilets, just not well kept. Sure, there are plenty of games, prizes, and activities, and the go-karts themselves were amazing. But beyond that one highlight, everything else felt like poor upkeep and absent customer service. Most workers seemed distracted, glued to their phones, or just hanging out with friends instead of helping guests. I’m sorry for whoever actually built this place and put it together because it’s not being treated nicely.
Our visit to Odyssey Fun World Tinley Park on October 18, 2025, was absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable. I hadn’t been here in over 15 years and was excited to bring my kids — but that excitement turned into instant regret. Most of the arcade games were broken, and after spending nearly $200, the manager refused to offer any refund or even a small accommodation. My children were crushed. Then, in the ball pit, my 2-year-old threw a ball covered in mold, and when I looked closer, many of the balls were visibly moldy. It was disgusting and unsafe. We tried to salvage the night, but even the ticket system was inaccurate, and my kids earned far fewer tickets than what they actually played for. To make things worse, the candy they picked from the redemption counter was over six months expired. My youngest ate a pack before I noticed and later got diarrhea and a rash on his neck. This place is nothing like it used to be — unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. My kids left sad, confused, and disappointed. I would never recommend Odyssey Fun World to any family!
You get your moneys worth with the points for the arcade, but the arcade is not like it used to be, fewer options. Turning in tickets was OK but not enough options if you have a few hundred tickets. The 3-hour wrist bands were awesome, and the place was clean. Can't rate the outside because it rained. I will go back but I will eat some were else. We got supreme nachos, but they did not give us jalapenos after messing up our order but they were very friendly.
I paid $40 for majority of the games not to work, laser tag is closed and outside is closed because it’s cloudy, and the forecast says NO rain. It’s ridiculous that they charge you, answer your questions knowing the place is basically a ghost play place. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this place!
I took my nephews to Odyssey Fun World on Nov.15 2025 and was extremely disappointed. I had taken my children there many many times when they were young and they are now 30 & 31. The place is horrible!! It is dirty and broken, half the rides and games work. It has not had an upgrade or cleaning since the 2000s for sure. Broken games, moldy dirthy ball pits are not acceptable. With all the money they have charged over the years for Birthday parties and general participation there is no excuse for this. When we spend our money on our children, we expect a clean and fun experience. Get it together Odyssey Fun World!!
Absolutely the nastiest play facility ever! I cannot believe this place is allowed to be open! The ball pit is full of moldy, dirty balls and God knows what else. This place has tons of hazardous conditions. The health department needs to do an inspection immediately! When you stand in the ball pit and look up you can see mold and food all over the net.. I’ve never seen anything this bad!!!!!
This place is great! If you like standing around & doing nothing for two hours. I went here on a school field trip (I’m a student) & we received a ton of misinformation about what would be open & available to all of us. We were all told we were too tall to go in the adventure crawl space, only two of the bumper cars worked, we couldn’t get into laser tag despite paying for it, & nothing outside was open. I was told school staff asked weeks in advance if these things would be open, & they said they would. We were then lied too multiple times throughout the trip. When the go karts would be open, when the outside would be open, etc. We were also told that all the game cards we paid for would be unlimited for the entire time we were there. Some kids had more points than others & it was NOT unlimited. (I personally started out with 15 points & only got to play a few games before I ran out) The manager & staff then tried to play damage control, offering us “free” laser tag & go karts, despite the fact we’d already paid for it. In all, I would not recommend coming here for any occasion unless you plan on spending tons of money for little to nothing. (We paid $3000 for 45 kids + chaperones) Go to any other arcade I bet it’d be much better than what we paid for. (These are pictures of me & my classmates standing around, trying to play the games & being turned away from rides)

Alex was totally awesome! The beer selection was so diverse, I felt like I wanted to try them all! Every time I visit, Hailstorm will be on the itinerary.
Tasty beer. I recommend VZS Marshmallow. Vlad Vs Zombies Vs Sharks: a Russian Imperial Stout aged in Blanton’s bourbon barrels, clocking in at 18%. Very smooth though. Dominatrix, a triple IPA, also good.
Stopped in to check out the adult book fair. They have plenty of pinball games to play. Sometimes, the line to get drinks is rather long. It was busy that day, so there were not too many places to sit. The book fair was a little small, but they did keep restocking books, and they had some neat things. Parking was a bit of a hassle. It was an ok place, but it was really not our vibe.
This review is only related to the pub grub ordered during a brunch / lunch visit. The biscuits and gravy was excellent. Its an ample amount of food on the plate. The biscuits was buttery and flaky, holding up well to the sausage gravy. The gravy was flavorful, fatty and peppery. For lunch, had the beef on weck which was good but the roast beef was a bit too tough and could have been cut thinner. I liked the salt and caraway seeds on the bun which cut through the fatty roast beef and horseradish aoli, but it was a bit messy. Also, if you are not into the salt, it can be a bit overpowering. But it was still fulfilling. The atmosphere is inviting and all the staff was friendly and attentive. Will visit more of the food menu during future specific stout releases.
Good beer, really good atmosphere. The live music was way too loud
Great beers all around! We've been several times and attended the Oktoberfest last night. Beer was great, pretzel was great, and place was packed just like a real beer hall! Def make your way here!
Hailstorm Brewery Review Ambiance: Hailstorm Brewery boasts a beautiful layout and spacious interior, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy their craft beverages. Blueberry Cider: I had the opportunity to try their Blueberry Cider, a refreshing cider with a 6% ABV and coming in a 13oz serving. Overall: Based on the beautiful ambiance and the description of the Blueberry Cider, I would recommend Hailstorm Brewery to anyone looking for a welcoming place to enjoy a delicious cider. The 6% ABV suggests a cider with a good balance between sweetness and tartness, while the 13oz serving size is perfect for enjoying a flavorful cider without being overwhelmed.
Great place to go and enjoy a cold freshly brewed beer while listening to some live music on certain days. The beer selection is very good and very tasty. They also have a limited bar food menu and a few other snacks. The patio area is a nice addition to the taproom. The atmosphere here is kind of laid back. The one thing I didn't like is that there's no TV'S and no bar stools to seat at the bar. The parking lot seemed kind small for the size of the taproom.

Great place to buy a lot of chocolate. Never had a bad box. Staff is always friendly.
Store is half empty and normal prices for little they do have. Not an outlet. Better off going to worlds finest outlet
The rudest, most condescending staff work at this location. There’s nothing ever in stock, the employees are unhelpful and the shelves are half empty. Don’t get me started on the manager, Danielle. I’ve gone in this location several times and each time she’s rude to me and especially to her employees. I would rather drive the extra 25 minutes and go to any other fannie may than to this one, even if it means paying a bit more — at least the candy would be fresh and not served with an attitude.
The best prices for your favorite Fannie May candies is at this location. You will need to convert the Julian calendar to determine the expiration date.
Ordered Dixies which is Carmel with pecans both rolled into a ball .. idk what they've been doing to the recipe but they are def skimping on quality bc the caramel doesn't even stretch anymore the entire thing just crumbles if you squeeze it. It's like caramel paste or something weird .. got the nerve to raise prices but give out worse quality than ever before. I could see raising prices but keeping same quality.. raising them and being cheap on products is Nottt acceptable
Went here to buy marshmallow easter eggs said they were out of them bought other things tried using the $10.00 coupon they sent me but there’s a catch you can’t buy discounted items and still use the coupon the hook to catch the fish! Be careful!
Okay... I will be easy. This is an outlet store so, I say okay for the minor inventory. Still does not negate the fact that it really is minorrrrr inventory. It's like, what's the point? Fannie May could sale these same products at a local grocer and recoup cost by not having to lease this storefront. I'm okay with the pricing and the candy was exquisite as always for American chocolate. I gave them four stars for customer service. The young lady at the cash register was very warm and welcoming.
They have a huge variety of chocolates. I get more for my money here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and if you're lucky you might just receive a sample chocolate to eat. I plan on going back there soon. Fathers Day is coming!! Dad's love Fannie May too!!

The service was amazing. Our waiter, Nate (?), incredibly quick with the attending and our food was reasonably on time. I mention the reasonable time because recently, Friday’s has been lacking on their service but whenever I go to the one in Tinley, it feels like the good old times. The food NEVER disappoints! I got a hold of the new manager, Jose Flores, and he was so kind and the man knows how to run a franchise. He is not new at all to Friday’s as he has been working at other locations before. Jose explained to us what he plans on doing to the location at Tinley and by the looks of it, it is going to be awesome and do the restaurant justice after so long of bad service. The waiter is quick and sweet. The food is delicious and perfect. The manager is amazing and smart.
Disappointing Food at TGI Friday's in Tinley Park, IL I recently visited TGI Friday's in Tinley Park, IL, and unfortunately, the experience was not up to par. While the service was good and the staff were attentive, the food left much to be desired. The ribs were poor, the steak was overcooked, and the nachos were completely flavorless. The ambiance of the restaurant was just OK. It wasn't noisy, but it did feel somewhat run down. Despite the good service, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to the subpar food quality. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
It’s been awhile since I visited, but I did order my favorite the Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Alfredo but it was not good. Too much watery Sauce and no flavor. I was very disappointed as this use to be my favorite dish. I have left overs which i will add to the photo. Will eat as I don’t want it to go to waste 😞
The whiskey glaze never fails to disappoint but unfortunately this establishment did. This harrowing experience started with an online curbside order, or so I thought. After paying online and tipping for curbside service, I waited over 35 minutes after "checking in" online. I called the restaurant and was told curbside service was not available. There were no signs outside which stated curbside was not available nor any online notifications. After taking my infant out of the car and going in the restaurant to pick up my order, no one acknowledge me. I was finally able to stop someone and ask about my order and to speak with a manager, at that point the employee pointed out my order which was sitting on a table. I expressed my concerns to the manager whom offered me a free dessert that I declined. Upon getting home I discovered they forgot my lemonade and had to make a trip back to the restaurant and watch the employees stand around and try to figure out who was going to make my lemonade, on my way home from the 2nd trip I thought about the whiskey glaze that should have been on the side with my burgers. I did not make a third trip back. Needless to say I will not eat here again
*** update, this last time we went there things have changed quite a bit, the place seems darker and alot less friendly, alot of memorabilia no longer hanging on the walls. It's like the place grew up and became depressed. The food was OK. But the menu has changed and they got rid of my favorites. I used to love going here, but sadly won't be back. **** Seems like every time we go, we get the same waitress and she's great, super sweet, always checks to make sure we are doing good. The ribs are always delicious, the parmesan crusted chicken used to be my favorite, but they keep changing it and it gets worse every time. Won't be getting that again. Drinks are always made great, friendly staff. Waiting for a table can be a hit or miss. Some days you get right in other days, there are long waits. But all in all a great place to eat. Great to bring friends for a dinner out.
What can’t I say about this place. Since living in the south suburbs as a young teenager back in 2009-10 this was the go place with my friends. Now some 12 years later, I still enjoy this meal. Great service. Nice vibes. Not to mention, the people that work there are friendly.
Where do I start? 15 min waiting for the host in a nearly empty restaurant. Another 35 waiting on a to go order of wings. They were blasting some of the most ratchet music as if it were a strip club in Atlanta. The staff kept huddling in the kitchen just standing around. I was there 50 min and received cold overcooked chicken. There were supposed to be 3 flavors, but I couldn't tell the difference. The blue cheese dressing was pretty good.
Had a great time coming here for lunch...our neighborhood TGI Fridays...clean and quick ordering. The food was hot and good. Waitress was nice amd friendly.

This place has been our staple for 10 years. Not only are Patrick and Julie flexible and generous owners, but the staff is phenomenal. It’s home for us. Everyone knows us by name and knows what we are drinking. They know our styles. They are one of the few brewery/bottle shops in the area that are truly dog friendly. We bring our boy, my mom’s dogs, and they have adoption/fundraising events for dogs. Thank you for always being an amazing business that is welcoming of all 2-4 leg beings!
It deeply saddens me to see one of the most community and customer friendly small businesses in the area being slandered by hearsay. I’ve been a customer of the Open Bottle since the first opened, and there is no business I would support more. As far as these fake “allegations” go, they are completely erroneous. The owners and staff are some of the most kind, caring, and respectful people I know…ESPECIALLY when it comes to dogs and veterans. They have LITERALLY had events for veterans and dogs, among other various charitable fundraisers they have sponsored. If anyone writing a negative review about this place actually went there instead of just believing something they read on the internet, they would understand too. It’s sad that we live in a world where everyone believes everything they’re told without hearing two sides. On a personal note, I had a battle with cancer 4 years ago where I wasn’t allowed to drink..and when I finally beat it, the open bottle was the first place I went to celebrate. When the owners, Patrick, Julie, and the general manager Erin (3 of the sweetest people I knew) found out why it was my first time there in several months, I was greeted with a growler on the house as a gift. If that doesn’t speak to you about the character, class, and love that these people have for their customers, I don’t know what will. I beg anyone reading these nasty reviews to actually come in to the open bottle and see what a great business and community it is…or just keep reading stuff on Facebook and listening to lies. Your choice.
Great selection on tap. And KILLER selection to go. It's not a liquor store though- you can pay a small fee to drink your beers there. They offer Bingo, Yoga, a Running Club, tastings ALL the time. They just had a movie night. They offer more than I've even tried but I will keep coming back :-) Our area needed places like this. It's great to see that they are popping up and doing well.
Amazing place for those who like to try a variety of only the best beers/brewers around. They have a fairly straightforward website to browse and place orders for pickup. Better yet, they have a taproom so you can sit down and indulge in a cold beer when picking up your orders or browse and buy in person.
Happened across this place, and it is everything I look for in a beer store / bottle shop. Lots of local beer. Can buy individual cans or bottles. Super helpful staff. Clean environment. Very well organized and displayed. So far away from my apartment, but definitely want to return.
My husband introduced this gem to me. It gives me family vibes and you’re guaranteed to have a great time while having drinks. The staff is ALWAYS phenomenal and I highly recommend Open Bottle.
I love it here! Your dogs will to, I know ours does. They have an awesome variety of beers to take home or drink there. They also have really cool events happening all the time.
Good selection of some of the limited edition and hard to find craft beers. A little above average in pricing, especially for single bottles. Convenient location right off I80 & Harlem avenue to the north. Bonus.. 350 Brewing right across the street.😀🍻

I had zero experience and I was little afraid of horses. But it was definitely worth it. Starting from their receptionist to their instructors, everyone was very nice and helpful. I loved every second of it. Jake is a very good boy 🐎😊
I came here over the weekend for a family trail ride and rode a very lovely mare named Cheyenne who I absolutely loved! The horses are all super quiet, our trail guid was very kind and everybody had a wonderful time! Thank you Forest View Farm!
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience bothered me so much that I feel people need to know. We booked a ride for 3:00 PM, planning our whole afternoon around it. We arrived on time, excited and ready to go, but ended up just standing around until 3:40 with no clear explanation, no apology, and no effort from staff to make the wait any less frustrating. They promised us a full hour on the trail, but by 4:30 we were already back — not even close to what we paid for. The ride itself should have been the highlight, but instead it was uncomfortable and unsettling. The horses looked worn down and dehydrated, their steps unsteady, and at times they even stumbled. Watching them struggle broke my heart and made me question whether it was even safe to be riding them. What made things worse was the guide’s complete lack of engagement. They didn’t check in with the group, didn’t offer helpful tips, and seemed uninterested in the entire experience. There was no warmth, no professionalism, and no sense that they cared about either the customers or the animals. We booked a 3:00 PM ride and showed up early, ready for a relaxing afternoon. Unfortunately, we ended up standing in the 101°F heat until 3:40 with no explanation for the delay. By the time we finally started, I was hot, frustrated, and a little skeptical about how the rest of the day would go. Then I met my horse — a tall, gentle gelding who, I learned, used to be a cart racer. The moment I climbed into the saddle, his calm, steady stride completely changed my mood. Even in the heat, he carried himself with quiet confidence, like he still had a little racer spirit tucked away but was perfectly content to take things slow now. He was a joy to ride and the true highlight of the day. The rest of the ride, however, felt rushed. We were promised a full hour, but we were back by 4:30, and the guide gave little interaction or direction. It was disappointing, especially after waiting so long to start. That said, the owner personally spoke with us afterward, acknowledged the problems, and promised us a better opportunity next time. I genuinely appreciated that gesture — it showed they care about making things right. The horses themselves deserve five stars, but the scheduling and customer service still need improvement. I’m hopeful that with the owner’s commitment, our next visit will be much better
Overall it was very fun with clear instructions on a good path and it was definitely worth the money. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I noticed the horse I was on (King) went on 3 rides back to back and on my ride he was stumbling a few different times and wanted to stop to graze. He just seemed over it and kinda tired so I’m hoping that he was just having an off day and that he didn’t feel overworked.
While I do like some of the instructors are knowledgeable. I would say this place is unorganized and the instructor that my family was assigned to was rude to one of the kids in my party. She drop her shoe (she being the little girl in my party) and when she informed the instructor the instructor said I’m not picking your shoes up like this is a child what do you mean. This child never rode on a horse before like EVER. Also, I had to wait along time for my trail ride the instructor was running behind. The lady at the front office tried to compensate me and I will say she was extremely helpful but I was hot and irritated for waiting that long. I waited about an hour over the time for my turn. I probably wouldn’t go back to this establishment.
I was just there on Saturday and we were about 2-3 mins away from the end of the ride when Zoey, the horse I had out the blue tilted to the left hard, that made me feel like we both were about to tilt over that scared me. I immediately fell off the horse on my left side which scarred my left arm and pain to my left side and buttocks. The lead person immediately ran back to assist and I told her that I was okay when she asked because I was able to get back up to proceed on the horse. During that time, I end up being the last person as I enjoyed talking to Zoey and rubbing her from time to time. It was too late for me to had grabbed the middle hard piece before I fell as I tried. I swear that I was just holding the straps with my two hands as I was enjoying the ride looking ahead. Zoey startled for some reason as I have no idea to why. I was even trying to figure out if the horse may have saw something, but it was like someone in back had stuck the horse or something to cause the immediately reaction like that. The lead person asked me what happened as I told her that I had no idea what caused Zoey to tilt hard like that which could have made us both fall. The lead had this look on her face as she kept questioning me as if it was something I did wrong from how she left me feeling. I swear to you that I had the straps in my hands and up at the regular level as I was throughout the ride when I wasn't holding on the middle piece. Days later, I'm in more pain in certain areas and I came across more bruises even on my right leg, but thank God I'm okay. I just wished that the lead person could have at least at the end came back to check on me. She should have asked me again if I was okay as she continued on as if I never fell under her watch which I felt was not great customer service. Of course I wasn't expecting a call to see how I was doing afterwards. However, I do feel that when someone fall during a session, they should at least extend the courtesy to check on a person more than once. Overall, the trail ride was nice, but I don't think I'll be back for a while. The pain I'm still experiencig at 43 years of age is not joke. I've been riding horses since I was little and this is my first time experiencing this, but I've seen this happen to others over the years as I'm very well aware that things happen. Still in all, I had a good time and thanks for having me.
It's a really nice and friendly place! My daughter had her 14th birthday there with some friends. Everything went great, even though a couple of the girls had never been around horses before. We'll definitely go back.
This was a wonderful trail riding experience that I've been wanting to do with my family for many years and now I feel we will be back on a regular basis. The process was pleasant from start to finish, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided an unforgettable journey that we thoroughly enjoyed!

LEGO Brickfest was a great experience. However, the LEGO masters stars were not there. We would have really enjoyed that as we follow the show. No real complaints, so many cool exhibits. Loved the high rise section and the other build tables as well. My son was proud to display his fine creations. LEGOs are awesome and we had alot of fun! I even won the race 🏁
The Tinley Park convention center is great for small to medium size events. I have been here a few times and have never had any issues. It's spacious enough where you could get a pretty large group setting, but small enough that you don't have to walk for miles to get from one side to the other. The lighting is always good. The food and snacks are not great but adequate. There is plenty of parking for the size of the venue.
I'm traveling through the state as a brand new travel trailer owner Not booking a spot early in the year for Labor day weekend won't happen again. Every place is booked till the 5th. I'm learning. I am wasting time in their parking lot till my place is open
My daughter graduation was on the 29th. And it was held here. The place was clean and everything was well organized.
Attended here for an event, the venue was nice large and open. The food left a lot to be desired. the bathroom cleanliness was subpar. Not being too harsh though as generally events with tens of thousands of people, it’s hard for staff to keep up.
Thank you for hosting the 2025 U.S. Halal Expo & Summit!
A good better-than-barebones expo center. It's starting to show it's age though: lots of wear and tear out in the public areas and bathrooms, water fountains broken, etc. my real complaint though is the food on site. Not only is the quality terrible, but it's also priced absurdly high. I'll be bringing my own food next time I visit.
Lots of rooms from small to big to fit all your event purposes while you stay upstairs to ensure you make it to your event on time. Stores are pretty close by and a little snack shop in the lobby. Did two weddings here the same day(shows how popular it is).

Came here last night for the first time and had a 9pm reservation for the mansion murder game. They had the room all set up within five minutes. Employees were awesome (funny too), room was set up great, and it was challenging. We will definitely come back and try the other rooms and the Mokena location soon. It was a great time!
I went here last minute last night with a friend. There were mini puzzles in the waiting area for us to play to get the blood flowing. The room we chose was definitely fun but difficult for us. Our game master Brittany was completely supportive in explaining things to us. She also gave us more clues because we had multiple times where we were just stuck. Brittany even allowed us to work some bonus puzzles after our time ended. Because of her great service I plan on returning to try a different room.
I went to crack the code a couple of weeks ago with a big group. Laura was very accommodating with my group, and was able to book me with no issues. Would definitely come back again!
We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the experience! The puzzles were creative and the atmosphere was great. We just felt like we needed a little more time to explore everything — but overall, we absolutely loved it!
I can’t remember the game masters name but he was a younger guy with glasses, very nice and helpful. For the price and availability it was very fun!! First ever escape room experience and we did the Bottled up game and you can tell the gentleman was very passionate for the puzzles and seemed genuinely interested in us having a good time. Would/will come again when the puzzle itch comes back.
Came to this escape room in late September of 2021. We got the plant themed room to ourselves and were given an hour to complete the puzzle. It was an engaging and well thought out room with details that I enjoyed. I did like that the game attendant made very clear to us what was NOT part of the puzzle so that we didn’t waste out time looking in places we didn’t have to. I only had two gripes with my time there. One was the price. For roughly $25 a person it’s a very short experience at only an hour max. Secondly some of the small details that were meant to help us were not maintained. The flashlights in my case. We were instructed not to use our phones but one of the two flashlights we were provided in the room died as soon as we started our escape.
We had a family outing and here and we had a BLAST! This was fun for all ages. Crack the Code was very accommodating and helped set up the whole event. We got a group rate price which was generous. It was very simple to make dinner plans after because there are so many restaurants on oak park Ave and 171st. We will be back!
Had a great experience with my niece (age 11) and I in the Written in The Stars room! The staff were friendly and very helpful! We hope to go back again.

My wife and I have been here a few times on Wednesdays for their burger special. Burgers and fries are very good. Burgers are 50% off on Wednesdays, draft beers were 25% off and a good selection. We like the local bar atmosphere. Bar tendress-Jenna provides great service. We will try Monday night for their pizza specials next…
This bar has a very cozy and ambient atmosphere. The pizza is exceptional, with the sausage and beef being absolutely mouthwatering and blending with the cheeses well. There’s six slot machines here, so you have plenty of opportunities to be entertained and waste your money. You will not have to make a reservation on Mondays, which has half price pizza included in the specials. We got two pizzas and the bill was only 49 bucks. Bar can be busy. Staff is very accommodating and service was fair. Overall nice place.
I stopped by here because I was picking up my resume at A Better Resume Service which is in the same Tinley Park Professional Plaza. It was lunchtime and they were able to seat me and take my order right away. This place has a nostalgic diner type of feel. As I was by myself, I order Stromboli, although they do sell pizza by the slice. I saw they have a bar and a sign saying that they have live music at times. This place was perfect for a quick bite to eat for a guy on a busy schedule
I asked the bartender if she had cheap bomb shots and she literally dug through the cooler and found some random bottle. She wasn’t even sure if they were good and still to my surprise charged us $8.50 PER SHOT! in what universe does a neighborhood bar charge almost $9 for a shot that they aren’t even sure is expired or not. Ridiculous. Will never be back.
Great food, great service, and times so great you won’t remember! Best pizza on Oak Park Ave. 1/2 price pizza Monday is the best day to get it. Christy, Jolene, Amy, and Kylie are the best! Amy is the best best and she still works sometimes if you’re lucky! Sorry Amy!
Our waitress was amazing. Was there for live music, AM/FM is such a good band
Fun place for a bears game! Pizza special rocks and service is quick!
My sister & brother-in-law have been to Cuzin's Tavern many times but I haven't. I enjoyed the live music. The food was delicious. I had the Slam Burger & it was so good. The service was excellent. I highly recommend!!!

I want to preface this message by saying the be been a patron of Massage Envy for many years even before becoming a member. Yesterday was my first time getting a massage from Nina at the Tinley Park location and she was amazing. Hands down best massage I’ve ever received and I’m not even exaggerating. She was so attentive and sweet and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure the pressure and temperature were okay. I love to see hard working women love what they do and you can tell Nina loves what she does. I’ll definitely be back to see her so you guys better not book her up lol.
have been a paying/subscribing member and also buying their products for more then 8 years now. A dedicated member who always pays on time. These last four or so months have been bad for me medically and multiple deaths in the family. Now they wont reinstate my 20 plus credits and would have to start new. Maybe even pay the other moths I missed. This is a horrible location and horrible business to consider when you are hoping for a company that cares for its long term clients. Horrible. Oh and if it’s another location (oak park is my original location. I moved to Tinley. The ones individually owned and operated- you’re screwed. There is no customer service and the employees there can’t even ask for a manager to speak to you. This is insane. And a scam. Do not sign up for massage envy subscriptions. You can’t even change subscription locations without it being a problem. This place is fraudulent and taking your money because they can with all their “I socially owned business” but those places make all their own decisions on their process. It’s a freaking joke. I’d honestly use a worse word if I could.
Steven is amazing. He asked my concerns on specific areas of focus and followed through with great execution and also provided a great complete massage from start to finish. In the past at other locations, I could tell when the masseuse would get tired and not give as much energy towards the end or rush through. I did not have that experience at all with Steven. He was so great and on top of that such a kind person. He would definitely be my pick each time. He listens to what you need and provides excellent service. I feel fantastic and so relaxed. I would highly recommend him.
I have NEVER experienced someone being so rude to the extent she called me ignorant on the phone. I recently cancelled my membership at the Tinley Park location and needed to speak to them regarding hours on my account. Danielle answered the phone kept talking over me, cutting me off and being rude as I was talking. I know in customer service rolls we have to deal with all kinds of people, but NEVER have I seen behavior like I did today. I am waiting on a manager to call me so I can find some resolution to my original concern. I’m also going to call corporate. I informed Danielle that I had her on speaker at the Highland location and 3 people heard the entire conversation including her rude behavior and calling me ignorant.
Angela was great! She took the time before my massage to ask me questions. She went above and beyond doing what she felt would give me the most benefit for my 60-minute massage. I felt better the moment she started and left feeling refreshed and stress free. Thanks Angela!
I went here a week ago, this is my second time at this location (first time was great) but this time was awful. My masseuse was Deanna, the room was cold, the table was cold, and the oil used for my massage was cold. I Informed her several times of this and was only responded with “Im sorry”. She never once adjusted the temperature of the room, she said the table had went off during the massage, but during the duration of her cleaning, she turned it back on. It was still cold, and the oil was cold, and she just kept rubbing her hands together in an attempt to warm it up. I informed the manager. Was then greeted again with, and I'm sorry. I just think for the amount of money I paid And as a regular customer, something else should've been done more than saying I'm sorry. I won't be returning back to this location.
I have been going to Steven for over a year and a half now and I won’t go to anyone else! He makes my muscle tension disappear and leaves me feeling like jello afterwards. He pin points where the problem areas are and listens. Not only a great massage therapist, but a great person also.
I was late due to the nationwide Verizon outage and the employees were very rude and not understanding at all. I couldn’t get directions on my phone due to SOS mode and got lost. I was still charged full price for a service I never received. I will never return due to the poor customer service I received.

This a very nice waterpark for everyone! Went here on a weekend and the crowd isn't bad. Non Tinley park residents pay $20/person as compared to residents, $5-10/person. They have a lot of life guards and life jackets . Lockers are available. There are alot of areas to enjoy to, a lazy river, place for diving, sand play area. Food bought outside are not allowed inside the park. They have a Cafe with reasonable prices. There was a time where there was a lightning/thunder, we were asked to go to a safe area for 30 mins. It was good that they practice safety.
Visiting your pool yesterday on such a hot day was a great relief from the heat. Your pool is great and always clean never really any issues. Except the bathrooms. I feel an outhouse would've been cleaner. I am more comfortable taking myself and my children to the shower to pee and rinse when we're done then using a toilet. Someone really needs to be responsible for cleaning them throughout the day. So many people on a daily basis bring so many germs, bacteria, and just plain filth.
Registered the family for the pool pass & the front desk staff was very friendly & helpful.
A nice small community water park. Not to many people, and the kids had plenty of fun. Would definitely come again.
The waterpark is a great little waterpark if you live close by. The non resident pricing though is pretty high. There are some cons to the waterpark, such as you are unable to bring food that you order to your lounge chairs, you must sit at a wooden table right by where you order the food. Which is pretty difficult to do when there are dozens of bees, wasps, etc flying around landing on you and your food. It’s ridiculous you can’t just take the food with you to your chairs when they have plenty of trash cans throughout the park. Also, their “splash pad” area has concrete instead of a nice artificial turf or some sort of rubber ground. So that seems a bit dangerous in my opinion. The last thing is you have to have a tube to enter the lazy river, so there ends up being a long line of people just waiting for tubes. I believe they should have separate tubes for the water slide and separate tubes for the lazy river. Overall, it’s a decent little waterpark.
I like the lazy river. The water is cool and it flows nicely. The tube floats are clean. I wish they would update the splash pad for the little ones. The water fixtures are rusty and some don't even shoot water. The bathrooms need some upkeep as well.
Locker room changing area was filled with mud and mold, there was poop smeared on one of the changing room curtains. Amenities are compared to Naperville, but the atmosphere of the people would be compared to Cicero/West Garfield Park. Very crowded. Lifeguards were blowing their whistles every 5 minutes because the adults were fighting in the pool, freakin adults. Bags were searched on the way in. I get the bag thing but that means the people coming here are bad and misbehaved enough to where this policy is needed. Not recommended for someone with anxiety issues. Rice Pool in Wheaton doesn't have to do that, nor does it have mud, mold and poop in their locker rooms. Glad to have given this place a shot, but I'd rather drive an hour to a nicer area with a nicer pool
Terrible life guards, my child’s nose got clocked and had a bloody nose right in front of them and they did nothing (I was right there), they did not even acknowledge it let alone offer assistance to me or him, the smaller play area for younger kids that cannot enjoy the big slides is over taken by big kids that plow into younger kids, again life guards do absolutely nothing to remind the kids to WAIT until the bottom of the slides are clear. Very disappointing place to take a child under 7 unless in the slash pad.

Great local dive with good pub grub! My favorite French fries live here! I had a good burger here too. I haven’t had the french onion soup, but I saw a woman order it, and it looked amazing! We watch Cubs games here and have a few drinks.
Worst bartender I've ever had! Ive actually invited other friends and all agree worst bartender ever! Wish I remembered her name but older white lady. Seems to be the prime time tender! Watch out cause if u even wonder why it takes so long to get a drink... she will kick i out!
Heard a lot about this place. I hope to give it a better review once I try the food. Kitchen closes at 9:00 though. Staff was really sweet. Kinda seems like a place where you have to be a regular to fit in though.
Before I even walked in; sign said no public restrooms. Being at the shop next door, I had to use the restroom and assumed a nice friendly environment. If a restroom is a luxury I’d hate to see their prices
Anthony, who is the cook and owner makes fabuloustate and is a fabulous and friendly host that makes all of his customers feel like kings and queens.
The FRENCH ONION SOUP is AMAZING!! So gooey and delicious, and the broth is second to none! Come for the Soup, stay for Casey’s great service.
The Bartender on Saturday afternoon was very courteous and friendly. Nice inviting interior. There are plenty of TV's fir Sports enthusiasts. The drinks here are good but kind of pricey. They need to carry Mike's Hard Lemonade- Either Black Cherry, Mango or Strawberry flavors.
Great food nice place to visit I recommended definitely
