First time at Echo, and it was lovely! We got to watch a HS graduation parade, and they were throwing candy & rubber duckies to the kids. The pizza was soo tasty (even leftover!) and the garlic bread was murder-worthy. But now I know where to get it, so I'll just go back. 😉
Echo Brewing had great wood fired pizza 🍕 and a spacious, dog-friendly patio and beer garden 🐕 You can order online which is really convenient. Lots of brews and cocktails available. We visited Saturday night and there was plenty of open seating. 🅿️ Nearby free parking. 🚻 Nice, clean restrooms.
Super friendly staff and prompt service too. All pizzas are individual but The wife and I think we could split one and been full. Their sauce is amazing and not really adcidity. Would definitely recommend this place!
Salad and pizza were tasty. Server was friendly, but he had too many tables to cover. Beer selection was good. One of us enjoyed our beer and the other not so much. Sports were on clear TVs, which is always appreciated. No frills experience: Plastic forks that made eating salad difficult and impossible for use on pizza; bathrooms were messy and hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a while. Quite loud inside, but outside is probably nice when warm.
2/10 overall experience. Our pizza came out before the app we ordered and was undercooked, cold and had a hair in it. When one of the servers brought out the pizza, we did not receive plates, cheese, etc. I had to proceed to ask 3 times for these things. My beer was flat and tasted off, and when I went to switch it the server said “oh, yeah that was the end of the keg that I poured”. We never got our app and were charged almost $50 for 2 (small) pizzas and one beer. I never leave reviews, but that was pretty awful.
Echo Brewing and Pizzeria is a hidden gem! The beer selection is impressive, and the wood-fired pizzas are to die for. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make it a perfect spot for a casual night out. Highly recommend trying their unique flavor combinations. A must-visit!
We. Ordered take out. We were told they were out of ingredients for the pizza I wanted so my husband ordered a tomato and basil It was burnt on the bottom. The basil had dried up into small flakes. There was a scant amount of sauce and what looked like three chunks of cheese the consistency of rubber. They refunded us our money but were quite cavalier about it. I was not given the manager and there was no apology. Worst, overpriced pizza I ever saw. I won't say ate because I took one bite and almost threw up.
Food isn’t great really greasy, and not to exaggerate but worst beer i’ve ever had. Servers are super nice and welcoming and cool you can bring your pups. But can’t express enough how bad the beer is.

Nick is the best. He put on some good music. There was some cool people as well. I played darts and pool.
The bar as a whole is a great spot and Nick is an amazing bartender who does truly care about his customers. However, ladies especially, be aware! This past Wednesday night I had an unfortunate incident happen and a man named Lee took advantage of me. DO NOT trust him and DO NOT let him take you home! 99% sure I was roofied and going to be sending in hair follicle samples to be tested.
Great classic bar, Nick and Leah are both awesome bartenders and there's always a friend to be made!
So stopped in after work. Long day. Leah was working I've only been here one other time and it was during the day. Overall, after a long day she was awesome and on point. The hospitality and service was great. I'm definitely going to be stopping in here more often. Highly suggested...........
Love Rock Solid, definitely a go-to for pool, great priced beer and touch tunes! Karaoke nights are fun too.
Everyone should make this place a stop, for the best pickle shots in Colorado…the atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking for the perfect bartenders (shout out to Leah & Nick ❤️). My favorite place to spend a late night for sure. :)
Good little dive bar lots of regulars and it definitely gives a big welcoming family kind of feel. They have the best pickle shots in all of Colorado! Awesome little spot
Phenomenal bartenders Leah and Nick are incredible at their job. Will continue to come back because of them. Place is a good place to get away
