Our family had THE BEST adventure at Highlands Aerial Park celebrating my 40th birthday!! Brad and Anna were our amazing guide team. They got the fun started from the moment we walked thru the door. They were fantastic communicators and helped us feel confident every step of the way. They coached our kiddos (12 & 9) thru their jitters. They were knowledgeable about the course, the history of the area, and the gorgeous nature surrounding us. The course was incredible. We signed up for the half-zip initially- but decided, as a family, to continue on for the full zip course. Lines 5 & 6 were stunning. So proud of my kids for digging deep and pushing themselves. Brad and Anna your encouragement was perfect. Thank you Highlands Aerial Park!! We will be back again!
We had an amazing time at Highlands Aerial Park! The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly love what they do. The views were amazing and our guides were fun, encouraging, and shared a lot of interesting facts about the course and the area. We also did the swing which was a lot of fun. The facilities are clean and well kept. We really appreciated was how everything was well-organized and relaxed at the same time. We appreciated attention to even small details like having a bag of hair ties for my daughter who didn’t have one. We’re looking forward to our next trip!
Me and my Wife had an amazing time here! We did the Zipline, Big Swing, and Waterfall trail on our last full day in the area. HAP was so accommodating after I realized I made a mistake and got our reservation date wrong. They got us in and taken care of. Will and Morgan were great guides with lots of fun knowledge. Highly recommend this place. Be sure to check out the great merchandise as well!! Fun for the whole family.
We went a couple of weeks ago and the experience couldn't be better. Our guide AJ was fantastic. Very knowable and you can tell by his enthusiasm he enjoys working there. Also super sweet and patient with us. If you have the time and the weather is cooperating, please stop by. You won't regret it.
Elise and Jeff were awesome!!! We had an incredible time and enjoyed every minute. We always felt safe and they were so knowledgeable. Do it and have fun!
We had an amazing time at the Highlands Aerial Park today! We originally signed up for the 1/2 zipline tour to ensure that our youngest son was up to the thrill of zip lining. Our guides, Edwin and Lainey, were encouraging, cheerful, and comedic which kept any anxiety he had at bay and made him whole heartedly want to continue with the full canopy tour. The zips were and views from them were amazing! We would definitely recommend doing the full 8 zips if going! The entire staff was very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment we got there to the moment that we left. We hope to be back again the next time we're up here! Thanks again to the entire staff and especially to our guides, Lainey and Edwin!
Our experience at Highlands Aerial Park was exceptional. Ben and Anna were outstanding guides who made the entire adventure both enjoyable and comfortable. Ben provided interesting information throughout the course, along with a few lighthearted jokes that kept the group at ease. Anna was incredibly reassuring, ensuring we felt prepared and confident before each line. At no point did we feel pressured to do anything we were uncomfortable with. We chose to complete the full course, and we are so glad we did — it was an unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend Highlands Aerial Park to anyone seeking a fun, safe, and memorable adventure.
Sam and Elise were amazing guides, so kind and patient with all our questions for zip lining! The grounds are great to walk to the beautiful waterfall, the path speckled with little gnome scenes. Really fun to explore

Christmas for our family in the mountains this year! First time, and also our first time snow tubing. We had a blast. This place was everything for us. The prices are decent. They have ice skating, snow tubing, and a snow pit for the children to have snow ball fights or make snow angels. Also a mountain coaster! Talk about a fun filled time with the family. There are big fire pits to warm up at, or chairs to just hang out around the fire. They have a little food stand, and the hot chocolate was very good. They have other items also. This is definitely on my to-do list for another year. Maybe when there's more snow out. And we went earlier in the day shortly after they opened and it wasn't too crowded. We went down the mountain multiple times. I know more than 15 trips. As the time went on I could tell way more people kept joining us. But the line stayed moving. And the staff is very friendly. The workers help you up out the tube if needed. Great place overall. . . .
We had an absolute blast! Myself, my husband and my 5 year old did the combo pass $55 for 4 hours unlimited tube sliding and Alpine coaster. We spent the whole 4 hours enjoying both. Our son would have stayed longer if we could. Friendly staff and beautiful grounds.
Had the BEST time here with our 5 and 6 year old girls. We showed up right at opening on Friday 9/19, and basically had the place to ourselves all morning. I couldn’t believe our luck! We did the unlimited passes which were well worth it as my girls wanted to ride the roller coaster over and over. Staff went above and beyond with their kindness. Highly recommend Highlands Outpost if you are in the area!
We visited during our fall break and had an absolute blast. The place was very well managed and clean. The coaster isn’t as long as I wished but it is fun! The best thing to do is do the combo deal for the tubing and coaster for 4 hours. The restaurant was really yummy! Great guacamole and the queso is the best! Definitely will be coming back!
So much fun for kids and adults, alike! Its great they show you videos and pics of yourself on the coaster! Great rates. A lot to do. Not crowded. Good Mexican food. Clean bathrooms and grounds. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
We booked online, check in was fast and then we went directly to snow tubing! This was our first time ever and had a blast! The staff was friendly and the process of getting your tubes and up the hill was easy. We spent the entire two hours tubing and it was worth it!! There was a little food truck seeking snacks and lots of space to sit next to campfire.
Did the mountain coaster and had a great time! Course felt really long and had a good time.
We had an amazing family outing at Highlands Outpost! The snow tubing and alpine coaster were both incredible experiences that exceeded our expectations. The snow tubing is unlimited, which was a big hit with our kids—and the adults had just as much fun! The alpine coaster is easily one of the best mountain coasters we’ve been on, offering breathtaking views and a thrilling ride that stands out above others we’ve tried. A pro tip: buy your tickets online. The queue for redeeming online tickets is much shorter, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highlands Outpost is a fantastic destination for family fun, and we can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend!
