What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! For $100, they take care of the canoe, the paddles and the life vests, as well as taking you up the river in a little bus and dropping you off, then you meander down the Red River for just under 12km, you can stop and a sandbar to have lunch, take a dip in the river, etc. The place is well organized, laidback, and the river is gorgeous.
very beginner friendly, no kayaking experience needed. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind if you're planning on booking: 0: if I were to redo this, I'd probably take a paddle board, and let myself drift in the current, kayaking isn't really necessary. 1: always reserve your spot beforehand on the phone. 2: This is the equivalent of kayaking down the "lazy river" ride at the water park, so there are absolutely no thrills, no tiny rapids, nothing just a very....very calm riverof varying depths. 3. If you don't watch where you're going, you'll run aground. No biggie, but don't expect you'll do the whole ride without having to step in water. 4. The major con I think is because this river runs down a major road, you always hear the cars and the trucks go by. If you're planning on feeling isolated and infused in nature, this is not it. 5: it's relaxing nonetheless
Amazing experience well worth the trip you get there you take a bus shuttle to the top and we took the 24klm options took us about 5h to come down stopped at a few of the many beaches on the way great way to spend the day with the family
Had an amazing experience. It rained kind of hard at the end of our route, but that's out of anyone's control. Great course for beginners!
Great way to spend a day, especially if the weather is good. The 12km trail took us 4 hours by kayak and canoe with little breaks here and there. Would be nice to pack a lunch and have a picnic by the side of the river
Great time with my boys, nieces and brother. Bring water and small snacks, many spots to stop as you go down for a quick relax moment. Good for dogs and younger kids!
Had a terrible experience with this place. My life vest was faulty and they didn’t seem to care even after exposing the problems. Not returning that’s for sure!
Beautiful float/paddle on the Rouge river. Water is shallow, clear and surprisingly warm.

Great walk. steep in places with ropes to help. Well signposted but Watch the junctions carefully lovely views and very exillerating. Multiple options for shorter easier walks.
Amazing place to camp and rock climb. Very affordable, beautiful scenery and lovely staff. One of those places I wish everyone knew about but also don't so I can keep it a secret.
Beautiful area. Technically hikes requiring ropes. Very well marked trails. Friendly staff
Amazing place beautiful allowed dogs and brought our cat in a bubble back pack
Very nice hike. Mostly difficult and technical requiring the use of ropes. Dog friendly trails, but make sure your dog is in shape and able to make very steep ascension on rocky surfaces. Exercise caution when hiking in rainy weather. Trails are very well marked and there are many view points. All in all excellent hike.
Awesome location for ice climbing. It's beautiful. The day I'd been there it was -34. We were there for the entire day. Please go prepared with lot of food as you won't find anything in near vicinity. Have fun!!
Ideal place for hiking (green, yellow, red trails available), camping, climbing, fishing, etc. Very friendly staff. Will go again 💯!
Very nice place. Very different to la SEPAQ places. I did the longer path (5 hours) the first time. You walk, you climb, you go down, you enjoy the view. Nice place. Don't forget to bring gloves for the ropes.

My wife and I had the duo massage with Josée and Sylvie. One word: "WOW". We left fully rejuvenated, the ladies worked hard , especially the areas we needed the most. They are truly artists with golden hands. Thank you very much.
Our experience at Uno spa started out as a bit of a disaster and ended up as an exceptional experience. We had put the spa in our GPS and it had taken us to a location far away from the actual spot, causing us to miss our scheduled appointments for massages and treatments. After calling Stephanie at the front desk, she was exceptionally accommodating and changed the time of our treatments to a time that we could make later in the day. Not only were the treatments, exceptional, and the staff friendly and helpful, but chef Mike in the bistro went out of his way to serve us food and drinks that were exceptional. Overall, the staff exceeded expectations in all ways. We would highly recommend this as a nice day spa experience and bistro experience with Chef Mike providing the “piece de resistance” in the bistro.
Beautiful spa with excellent staff and therapists. I had 2 treatments from therapist Lynn. She was amazing! Very intuned to my body’s needs. I can’t tell you how much better I felt afterwards. Thank you!
My visit was for a jade stone massage with Julie. I had the 90 minute and it was very nice and relaxing. Highly recommend.
AMAZING spa services! Here is the deal; it’s so hard to find a decent traditional spa in Quebec these days. Everyone wants to do the common Swedish bath experience which is lovely, but not for everyone. My friends and I wanted something more traditional for a spa day to underscore a wedding celebration. I searched for Spas in tremblant and took the chance to book at Ono as none of us have been before. It seemed more along the lines of what we wanted. Experience was 10/10! It feels like a boutique spa. Is it the whole 9 when it comes to a bells and whistles spa? Not exactly but if you’re looking for a tailored spa experience this is it! We each experienced the signature 90 minute Ono massage and had access to all of the amenities. We loved the dry sauna and had tea In the bistro, which in and of itself is also amazing. All of us expressed having had the BEST MASSAGE EVER at ono. We’ve each travelled a lot and are very familiar with spas and massages. The masseuses at Ono are in a league of their own. Would highly recommend! If you’re looking for bells and whistles this might not be your top ticket spa, but if you’re looking for a off the beaten path gem of a spa experience— book at Ono! This is the place!
My girlfriend & I had 2 great experiences at Ono Spa this week. The first was a 60min hot stone massage & the second, 60min therapeutic massage. The quality & professionalism of the massages were amongst the best I’ve ever experienced at spas & massage locations. Although we are renting a cottage at Bel Air Tremblant for 6 nights, it should be noted that anyone can come & experience this as well. Our massage therapists Cristina, Steven & Emelie did a great job at assessing our needs & adjusting the massage to them. Highly recommend for people looking for a great massage, in a relaxing setting.
My husband and I did a duo massage in Ono Spa's beautiful room! My massage by Émilie Houle was one of the best massages I have ever had! My husband loved Francine Bouchard's massage.
An amazing experience if you are looking for a therapeutic or relaxing massage. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and equipped. Julie has 5 stars hands!
