My husband and I loved it here. 💗 We are grateful for the lady who gave us the tour. 💗 Made my heart so happy. 💗 Key points to consider: *10$ per person (cash only) *All alpacas here are friendly but only one alpaca wants to be petted *The lady who gave us a tour is knowledgeable and welcoming *An outhouse is available *Store products ranges from keychains, toys, cards, and winter accessories. (Cash or card)
We had an incredible time at Salem Alpacas! The owners were warm and inviting, with a lovely store and barn on beautiful grounds. They gave interesting information about the animals during the tour, and we were lucky enough have the alpacas come up close to us! Took some fabulous photos, and would highly recommend.
I had an amazing time at Salem Alpaca farm today. We got a private hour-long tour for only $5/ea, which was great due to current circumstances. The owner was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We got to meet Uniqua, a 6 yr old Alpaca who was very people friendly. We got to pet her and take tons of photos. We also brought a stuffed Alpaca toy and the animals were so curious about it! Too cute. Definitely need to visit again closer to April and May before their fur gets sheared, for a more fluffy look.
My mom and I had an incredible experience and we will definitely visit again. The owner is very knowledgeable in alpacas. I loved her farm and her gift shop!! Totally recommended!! We also loved the gift shop and bought 3 sweaters, 3 pairs of socks and 2 gloves.
We wanted something to so with our baby to get out of the house and give her a change of scenery! Tons of alpacas, baby goats and donkeys and since only one family is there at a time, we felt completely safe!
It’s a beautiful place to visit and I enjoyed seeing the alpacas up close. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a unique experience added to beautiful scenery. There’s a nice little gift shop as well.
Any Day is a Grrrr 8 Day at a Petting Farm & it was just what the Doctor order Grrr 8 place & The two Lady as Host one with the Alpacaz and in the Store the two Lady do it all feeding grooming cutting Alpaca tose and shaving in Spring than itz made into sweater, Glovez, Hat, Dudebay cover these lady are so careing and Great to talk to Grrr 8 Hour with them Wink Check them out for yourself
Very disappointed. Store is small and they don’t even heat it. Merchandise is overpriced. Came from far away. I had spent $80 at the store and asked if we could see the alpacas(was just myself and my mother- in law). There was nobody else in the store. The lady said NO, that tours are $20 and have to be booked ahead of time. Like the fact that I just spent $80 in your store doesn’t mean anything?? Will never set foot in this store again. Don’t wast your time or money going here. In reply to your response, no we did not go when your store was closed(nice cover up). We made an appointment as requested. It’s funny that I was there a few years ago and bought a hat. You yourself gave us the tour and said because we bought something, you would give us a tour. It’s just disappointing that we came from far and my mother in law was really looking forward to seeing the Alpacas. There was absolutely nobody there and it’s literally a hop skip and a jump from the parking lot to see them. It seemed like you just didn’t want to bother with us. Take our money and get out. Nice. Left us both feeling super disappointed.

This review is for the RC track, although the golf course looks good to and the clubhouse is great. Reasonable prices. I raced all last season here. Track design is good. They tuned the jumps through the season. Whoops are the most challenging. Could use more dust control on race days, but I know they ran out.
This is a great course for anyone who is learning to play golf. Very nice staff and a laid back environment. Good prices. Definitely kid friendly! Free golf for kids on Fridays in July and August. They include clubs for the the kids to use, at no cost. Course can be very wet in the spring and after a heavy rain.
We played there last week and it seem that we had the course to ourselves. Nobody in front or back of us, no waiting. We would play there again.
Had a tee time booked. When I got there they said they had a tournament on. When you call no one answered leave a message of day and time you would like and if they don't call you back your booked. Well that system dosen't work as I drove 65kms to play and find out you can't. ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND TAKE TEE TIMES.
Excellent course, great staff. Cheers
Loved the par 4 and par 5 s——challenging par 3 s. Beautiful course
Great staff very friendly. Golf course is good, greens are small and very hilly.
Has an awesome Rc track on site! CRESTWOOD RC Raceway
