We had the pleasure of enjoying an incredible Mother’s Day brunch at Tangle Creek, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless—the food, the staff, the atmosphere—it was all spectacular. There was such attention to detail, from the beautifully set tables to the delicious coffee and perfectly crafted mimosas. One of the standout moments was when the head chef personally came over to check on our table, which really showed their commitment to making the experience special. We never once felt rushed, and the entire morning had such a relaxed and welcoming vibe. My mom said it was the best brunch she’s ever had—and I wholeheartedly agree. Thank you for making this Mother’s Day unforgettable!

A huge thank-you to Christina, the incredible wedding & event coordinator, and her fantastic staff. Christina was a true professional—organized, attentive, an all round cool person. She made the whole day flow effortlessly, and her team was equally warm, helpful, always around when you needed someone. Working alongside vendors like them makes all the difference. She even stayed until the very end of the night to ensure everyone had all the help they needed. Tangle Creek offers a picturesque blend of elegance and nature. The beautiful décor paired with panoramic views of the golf course created a romantic, magazine-worthy atmosphere. Whether it was during the ceremony, the patio cocktails, or the golden-hour photos, the setting looked stunning from every angle. The reception space is thoughtfully designed, and acoustically sound (always a bonus for us DJs). We had an amazing time packing the dancefloor and keeping the celebration going all night long. If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, simple elegance, and an outstanding staff, Tangle Creek delivers. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Nicely maintained 18 course. Nicely maintained fairways and greens. It was very windy when we played. However, no issues enjoying the course. There are definitely few holes that will challenge your skills with upwards elevation. Marshall was very friendly and kept the groups apart in timely manner. Will be back in the future

Course was in great shape, great warm up range and putting greens. nice layout but round was painful at more than 5 hours. No marshall in site. Course is clearly a higher calibre but if I’m gonna spend more than 100 it’s not gonna be to stand around on every single shot.

Great all beef hot dogs. Otherwise pretty rushed on the course. The timers on each hole are really tight, people are always behind you, and delaying in front of you. Like like sardines in a can.. not enjoyable

Played this morning at 6:48am. We were the 3rd group out, should have been a quick round but took almost 5 hours. You would think it being Canada day, they would have a marshall out to ensure proper pace of play, but they didn't. Saw an on course staff member and advised of the slow play on hole 14 and he did nothing. On a positive note the course is in great shape and the green run fast and pure.

Marcy & Scott did a fabulous job for our wedding. They made sure all my requests were looked after and the food here is always excellent. Marcy has a lot of experience organizing weddings so I had no stress whatsoever about our reception! Beautiful place for a wedding,many scenic spots for pictures. Thanks again Wilds team for an amazing day !!

WOW…. We were very blessed to have been invited to Holly and Hayden’s beautiful and momentous wedding ceremony at The Wilds at Cedar Valley Golf Course. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we were blown away by the serene and beautiful setting. The 18-hole golf course provided a picturesque backdrop for their special day, and the cedar pavilion overlooking the signature golf course was simply breathtaking. The entire experience and exceptional service provided by the staff was phenomenal, they took care of every detail, transformed the venue into a magical space. The culinary team at The Wilds exceeded our expectations with their delectable dishes. The variety of options available and the quality of the food were outstanding. The venue itself was not only beautiful but also accessible for all the guests. The covered and uncovered outdoor settings offered a charming country, garden, rustic, and vintage ambiance. My husband and I are really happy we chose this venue for our wedding! From the first day we met with Marcy last winter to our wedding day, she helped us always and in a prompt manner to plan the perfect wedding. The venue is perfect for your fall/spring/summer wedding! With a picturesque backdrop of the beautiful golf course, wooden classy chairs for ceremony and reception and super friendly/caring staff. Our guests loved the food and they complimented all the appetizers, dinner menu of salmon and top sirloin steak. For our dessert option, we chose tiramisu which is our favourite desert and the portion was amazing! Our other vendors easily communicated with Marcy and the venue as well, for DIY brides this makes your wedding planning much easier. For the newly wed photoshoot, we were provided with complimentary golf carts for us and our photographers, which includes a staff member guiding us to photoshoot areas. All in all, we would recommend this venue for intimate or large weddings. Impeccable customer service, food options, and open bar is recommend!

I would first like to thank Marcy and her team at The Wilds, they were so wonderful to work with and always so pleasant. She was very responsive in replying to all my questions I had. The venue is a real hidden gem all my guests loved that it was so open and airy and the lights around the venue after dark give it a wonderful glow. The food was so wonderful and guests were talking about it for days. We had the chicken, steak, potatoes and pasta and all were amazing! I would highly recommend booking the venue.

We held our wedding here on June 4, 2022. We started our wedding planning process in Sep 2021, and even though we had less than a year to get everything in order, Marcy made it all a breeze. She was quick to answer any questions, guided us through all of our options and had many great suggestions! We received soooooo many compliments on the venue and the food, the staff were incredible and quick to answer any questions myself or our guests had. The location for photos is amazing, everything is so well kept and they even supplied us golf carts and a guide to show us some of the great areas for our wedding party photos ! Pictures do not do this place justice!!!!!

We had our wedding here june 25, 2022 and it was perfect. Marcy and Scott were amazing to work with, very involved and organized! food was amazing, the serving staff was friendly and the drinks were even better and the venue is STUNNING!!! The positioning of everything is perfect to keep you in the shade but allowing beautiful soft natural lighting. Perfect for intimate weddings for sure! We couldn't have asked for a better day💛

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at the Wilds. Marcy, Scott and the Wilds staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They made the event much less stressful than it otherwise would have been for us. The venue itself is beautiful and cozy. There are plenty of scenic places for pictures. We found the pricing to be reasonable as well. Everything the Wilds was responsible for was taken care of without any issues. The food was made from scratch and delicious. Nothing but complements from all who attended. Everyone was floored by the venue. One guest noted weddings don't even go that smoothly at much higher end establishments. Our DJ was very appreciative with how helpful the staff were. They made one guest's night when they remembered to cook his steak well done, even though we only mentioned it once months past (and he never told them either). The attention to detail was phenomenal. One important thing to note is that, during reception, there's something for everyone. We had lots of guests wanting to dance (plenty of space to do so), and then we had others who wanted to get away from the music and noise and just chat by the campfire. There's lots of shade where the ceremony was held, which is great during the summer. We couldn't ask for a better venue for the best night of our lives. Thank you to everyone at the Wilds!
