Wow I knew I was in a small town but I was surprised by the dirt roads to get to this place. I like the music they play - it makes it more interesting and fun than hearing the engines all day. We got there first thing in the morning after they opened so having the track to myself was nice! Lots of fun - would definitely recommend.

I found the staff to be very nice. The karts are in good shape and can go 60ish km/h. Tracks offer fun curves and elevation changes which adds to the fun as opposed to flat tracks. Kids had a great time.

Nice track, go karts are usually all pretty fast (once in a while you get a slower one), always lots of fun with my teens, even their girlfriend. You feel pretty beat after the 30 minutes (3*10). I find the staff nice. Ferry access is convenient if from west end of Ottawa since it saves the downtown mess.

This 2 stars is based strictly on how fun driving the go kart was. However, 2 stars is generous considering the fact that the front desk person was pure rude and disrespectful towards me and my family. Kept trying to rush us into making a decision on the time we wanted to choose and kept making unnecessary comments. Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. Can’t make any complains about the other staff just that one lady.

Fun time on the track but the service made me feel like that episode from Seinfield, "No soup for you". I'm getting tired of being treated like businesses are doing me a favour when I'm actually the "customer". Politeness, patience and being made feel welcome should be part of the package.
