Wonderful people that work there, very informative and helpful to know your way around not just Lismore, but the Northern Rivers.
Such lovely and kind staff! So helpful and very knowledgeable about the town. They just reopened after a year and are still the first stop you should make in Lismore.
Fun place for the kids to play in Heritage Park beside the Visitor Information Centre, fully fenced with quite a few bbq areas Only Bad point is No toilets close to play area . Only toilets in Visitor Information Center ONLY whilst centre is open, surely Council could provide children's toilets at the park to use during day light only...
Polite staff although I think more advice and guidance could have been offered. I got a few ideas but could have got the same information from the leaflet rack next to the desk.
Great place to visit. Very nice local products for sale.
Beautiful and inter active displays inside. Nice gift ideas
Amazing amount of local information and produce.
Nice place to visit, friendly staff

Great shopping area! You have manu supermarkets, kmart and other shops in one same area. Very convenient
Easy parking and access to the shopping precinct. Had coffee and a light breakfast at Cafe near the food court. Delicious and great service.
I mean it's a woolies.. not much to say.. bigger range then Goonellabah we only use when we have other reasons to be down in the square
Nice quick and convenient but the car park underneath is always filthy full of rubbish sadly
Well resourced Regional Shopping hub for Lismore in air conditioned comfort that has recovered very well since the horrific 2022 Floods that devastated the region.
Always a pleasure. The necessary shops in one place.
Iconic mall with underground parking. Shop at all the usual suspects plus specialty shops. A cool respite in summer for what is known locally as a 'squang' but please don't neglect the CBD. Flooded for the first time in the unprecedented 2022 flood and has been completely renovated internally.
Always a pleasure to visit here. With all the variety shops, and major stores available. Plenty of parking available and all wheelchair accessible.

Southern style chicken Buger was absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender andgoodsize, chips weredeliciousas well. Will definitely recommend this on the menu.
Friday night, still waiting for food at the cook to order. It’s been 56minutes since ordering. Kids are grumpy, very very slow should have gone somewhere else
The latest renovation is great. The club layout has a terrific atmosphere and a good sense of space. The club manages to feel warm and comfortable without being overcrowded. I met with friends from sydney, and they were very impressed. They loved the relaxed, comfortable vibe and good food. Well done 👏
Went for dinner the first time ever in Lismore. Meals were priced well and exactly as you should get from an establishment like this. A plain simple meal, without trying to make it something it's not. Our table had a parmi, schnitzel and burger. Food was fresh. Perhaps a bit too long of a wait, but I'm still giving 5 stars.
Went for lunch with friends as I have been told the pizzas were good. They ordered a pot of tea and were advised there were no teapots available and were given the tea in paper cups. I ordered a gourmet chicken and advocado pizza.. there was 5 pieces of chicken and the avocado was liquid from a squeeze bottle. The pizza was probably the worst one I have ever had. I ate one piece and left the rest. The staff were disinterested and no smiles at the bar. I ordered a bottle of water and it was given to me with no glass or straw. We were going to renew our memberships, as we haven't been here since the floods, but have now decided not to bother.
The gentleman on the door was fantastic! I was also very impressed with the venue, it was my first time in town so I just went to the closest pub and I was very pleasantly impressed. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
The workies have made great use of the smaller space since reopening, and the food has been great each time I've been. Busy Friday night for the raffles, but once they were finished a lot of people left. They had a brilliant young kid singing throughout dinner (Noah) - extremely talented! It was great listening to some entertainment while having dinner.
Not been here since it was renovated. Pleasantly surprised. Relaxed vibe though the lone musician playing Saturday afternoon was too loud - there was hardly anyone sitting nearby.

I loved visiting Lismore Regional Gallery over the weekend. The exhibitions featuring diverse local and international artists is a unique offering for a regional city. The restoration of the building makes it feel like a contemporary art gallery with so much potential. The layout is perfect for the presentation of art and exhibitions. Well worth the visit! Lismore town is awesome too - incredible recovery after the 2022 floods.
Lovely gallery - there were a couple exhibits on when we visited last week. Good idea to have a look online to see what is there, as one day we went midweek and they were swapping exhibits over so we missed out...but the website is very informative!
Awesome service, great coffee & yummy food. We had the date scone & apple polenta cake. Both we're delicious!
We had a fantastic day at the Lismore regional gallery. Spent hours walking the gallery and finding out about the artists. They had the Archibald portraits entries for last year which was incredible. Also had local children send in their portraits which was a great touch. Great space. Would certainly recommend
Wonderful use of community space, always has works or an exhibition that is innovative and exciting. Lots of galleries to explore for some timeout and mindful contemplation. Plenty of off street parking and disabled access. Well worth a visit, closed Monday and Tuesday, otherwise 10am - 4pm.
It is a nice small regional gallery. Formerly being school classrooms, there are 4 four upstairs galleries with an event centre, children's art workshop and cafe downstairs. Hannah's Cabinet is an outstanding piece of cabinetry of the classical taste, created by a local artisan.
We toured the Archibald Exhibition. Thoroughly enjoyable. The volunteer gave us an informative tour of the art work & the artists. Well done Lismore Regional Gallery 👏🏼👏🏼
A great array of world class and local exhibitions as well as community events, right in the centre of our town Lismore. Also home to the impressive Hannah Cabinet. As a city girl I really treasure this cultural hub and all it offers. Photos are of 'I weave what I have seen' Afghan war rugs.

Beautiful erea with atmosphere of peace and harmony. It is different world of calmness and rainforest rendezvous. Discovery rounds take you into the deepest rainforest where you can listen in solitut to the soothing sounds of rain and inspiring bird calls.Your spirit will soar with the birds up into the forest canopy where you will find joy and peace. This is wonderful world of wildness and mature sound. After long work you can go to the resting erae with a peaceful environment for your enjoyment.
Alerts. Entry road to parking lot is rough. If you walk the hoop pine trail in the morning as the first on it, there may be many spider webs across the trail. We had the whole trail to ourselves, and the spiders and their webs. You can use sticks to break up the webs. That said, the hoop pine trail was great. Thank you to the volunteers who run this. Once was very helpful in directing us what to do.
I would not call this a botanic gardens more a bush walk. Some of the path is wheelchair friendly but most are not. Being right next to a recycling centre and a water treatment plant breaks the ambiencev of the gardens.
Disappointing and underwhelming, the gardens require alot of maintenance, many of the pathways look worse for wear. The noise from the bottle recycling plant next door doesn't suit the ocation , there was also an unpleasant odour in the air, which I suspect was coming from the recycling plant.
This botanic garden is deserted … quite a shame because it could have been a little tranquil oasis. Unfortunately the neighbouring recycling plant kills any serenity that may once have been, all you can hear is crashing bottles and loud bangs. Better places to visit, not worth the drive
There has been some great effort put into this place although the down side was its beside a rubbish tip most of the way around we could hear bottles from recycle plant and bad smells from the rubbish not a good location at all
Beautiful, serene, hardly ever seen more than a handful of people here.
Lovingly tended environmental education site. Went on a Sunday and there were so many people out working on the gardens and super friendly and eager to help us find things. Definitely suggest doing the stroll up around the pine trees.

Awesome old theatre! Fight Club played tonight Good turn out
We watched the Dreams Fleetwood Mac show and we enjoyed the old school sit-down experience as opposed to seeing them at a pub. Drinks were ok prices, but needed more vodka ones. Clean facilities. 😄😄
Great old cinema, good to see places like this still showing quality films
named starcourt and not even one stranger things play?
Epic gig, delightful venue
Great atmosphere, cool decor, very pleasant to meet friends for a drink in the foyer before the show ( in winter the mulled wine was to die for), staff friendly and helpful and a great selection of movies outside the mainstream. The image quality however has sometimes been less than ideal, to say the least. Overall, a very positive experience.
Absolute nightmare for those with limited mobility. Disabled patron had to be physically carried up the steep access stairs for a live show. Then the male toilets are up a further steep flight of steps. The Star Court Theatre is a Lismore landmark. Quaint historic and showing her age.
Beautiful Art Deco Building with a fabulous Deco Foyer/Lounge suited to all sorts of occasions. The best part is the refined arty atmosphere and perfect service from vibrant friendly staff... or perhaps the carefully selected art-house movies and fabulous live performances. I can't recommend this venue enough, it's a jewel rarely matched in any city this size.

Great afternoon market in the heart of Lismore. Great lineup of producers, always good music, and delicious dinner options.
Bustling for country NSW. Pie cart is cheap and good. Range of fresh local produce is surprising (fruit, veg, meats, crafts, art). Dragonfly Cafe is convenient for spectacularly good cakes. Vaious options for coffee. Recommended on a sunny winter's Saturday for sure.
Lismore produce market is a genuine farmers market. You will only meet real farmers offering you there freshest and best produce possible. I highly recommend to visit this weekly event.
Friendly service and fresh produce straight from the farm
I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian offerings.
A great variety of local produce.
Excellent market! :-)

Prime facility with open, cheerful, friendly and professional staff who will go out of their way to be helpful. This is an excellent facility giving excellent services to the public. Thank you. And thanks for remembering my name...and did I forget to mention they are all smart and lovely?
Great library with the renovation, could use some PC updates such as re-allowing the download of apps, or bringing back things like Microsoft Paint 3D as it was removed during the re-open :( Has tons of parking and is a great regional library over all. Being open until 7 on Thursdays is great, would love to see weekdays open until 6 and hopefully saturdays until 5 sometime in the future.
Great library. They are continually buying new books and readily accept suggestions and requests to buy books. Subject to their approval I suppose. It's huge, 3 stories, they are a venue for author talks or community interest events. Hold regular and salient activities for young people. It's so popular that there's usually a queue of people waiting for it to open!
Very good! Library reopening and art gallery too, and now we are eagerly awaiting for the grand reopening of the Conservatorium!
Brilliant volunteer run initiative. Amazing mummas providing a great resource, combatting over-consumption by lending fantastic, quality clean toys. Great lesson for kids to enjoy something and then pass it on. Love it.
Staff professional efficient friendly as always
Wonderful staff, couldn't be more helpful or considerate.. fantastic selection of books.. there is always a selection of books to buy for 50 cents each to help support the library.. a hidden gem of the local community
Wonderful library and staff

Wow. Superb collection. Helpful and knowledgeable owner.
Wonderful collection of books, yes, but every time I’ve been in the owner has been quite blunt and rude. Not a very welcoming environment, and when I was asked to leave he stood over me and my boyfriend until I had collected my things to walk out the door. I love books and would have definitely bought some if the owner hadn’t been so disrespectful.
Not a good experience at all. But eBay did refund my money while the Lismore - books and stuff was sending me his somewhat snide email. Ah well. We all live and learn, don't we?
Nasty looking place but the man is nice and he does deals, hi 5!!!!!

The Lismore region has one of the highest population of koala's in NSW. Friend's of koala's centre an entirely voluntary organization. Koala Centre provide guided tours and souvenirs for visitor's. If you like plants, you can go to little nursery on territory of the centre. All erea surrounded by native trees and plants.
Staff here are very passionate and knowledgeable about the work they do. The community is very lucky to have such amazing people taking care of our Koala’s and releasing them back home. It would have been difficult and heartbreaking to navigate through the fires & the floods. Thank you for all the work you do! And for visitors - don’t forget to donate! They accept card 🥰
Thank you for looking after my family, they are good souls. May the Eucalyptus leaves be tasty.
A very caring atmosphere for both volunteers who work as carers, leaf collection, maintaining the centre and clinic. Everyone pitches in to do the best of their ability. It can be challenging learning curve for us as volunteers. However it's well worth the experience. Everyone from administration, the committee head and such. Appreciates what care we all offer to the local koalas in care.
The care and support I was given over bringing in a( first time mother and her pinky Joey from a deliberate hit and run in front of me, ) was overwhelming. The lady even reparked my suv for me I was deeply grateful for their time and support. And to meet the permanent resident koalas was comforting. Please support this charity and slow down in koala zones . Because this tragic event will never leave me.
Wonderful caring people doing an amazing job! Such a beautiful feeling about the koala sanctuary! And the most adorable residents! If you are thinking of volunteering or know someone who loves furry cuddles send them here for a great experience helping our beautiful native wildlife 🐭🐨
This was the highlight of my Lismore trip. I learned a lot about Koalas. The staff is friendly and dedicated to saving Koala. I would highly recommend the daily session at 2pm.
This is the best koala care facility all volunteers and lovely people do tours daily

What a fantastic miniature railway and park. The train is $4 per ride per person and takes roughly 5mins for 2 laps around the circuit. My son was very impressed with the mini level crossings and tunnel.

Visited for the Annual Tropical Fruits LGBTQI Pool Party on New Years Day - very recommended! Good facilities.
Want to swim or learn to swim... Perfect place for a few laps in the big pool and great kids / learn to swim smaller pool. Super hot showers. Clean. Recommended!
Overall the facilities are great, the staff are super friendly. Would be great if the council dropped the prices just a bit, and introduce day passes for those people like myself that access the pool several times during the day for work reasons and personal reasons. extending the season would definitely make sense, especially since we live in a hot temperate zone.
Love this place. The pools are always sparklingly clean and a lot of the time you can have the place to yourself for an hour or so. The entry price is high but that is running cost. More local peeps should use this place. Lovely.
Lively pool. But the old guy that followed us around and bullied us to death was the worst lifeguard with such a horrible manner that we decided we won't be back and have found other wonderful pool nearby.

Beautiful places of worship. Sunday sermons are live-streamed, from St Andrew’s, on Facebook. They give out food parcels to those in real need. They have many out-reach programs to care for members of the community. The people and priests love to share their love of Jesus, through words and actions, to all who will come.
Didn't like the dark skinned pastor. Something sinister about him. Talked very rude. Doesn't like to be interrupted. He liked to talk about giving up money. So that done me. There is alot of elderly people, which I thought was so nice. But won't be going back
I am new to the area and found St Andrew's to be a very friendly welcoming group of people. The service at 7.30am is a beautiful traditional service that teaches from the bible, Father, Son and holy spirit there is also plenty of activities to get involved in if you choose too, a lovely place to worship and be part of the community 🙏
Very good service and friendly. I nice get together after the service. Children have Sunday school.
Came here for the Tuesday night vigil, an enlightening experience. Glory to God and to the Lamb 🙏💖😁
It is a beautiful church. We had my mums funeral there. Wonderful caring reverend Stephen. 🌹

One of the newest and well maintained parks in Lismore. It has many options for kids to enjoy, slides, sewing, sea saw, hanging ropeway, exercise equipments and a track for biking and skating. There is BBQ facilities on site. The bike and skating tracks are superb. Much recommend with kids and family.
People say its well maintained. I have no idea what brain damage they have. The best swing got taken down. It look them a year to fix the disabled swing. And the waste bins have been lit on fire, theres rubbish and graffiti on the barbacue area, and much more. Its a good park though. Its just neglected :(
So many amenities here - covered picnic table area, playground which seems to be quite new, bball court, pump track, oval. Great to meet friends here. Beware of the spinning bucket thing in the playground, saw an adult get stuck in it while spinning and it was going so fast, couldn’t stop it on her own!
It's a good park for kids to play and a track to ride your BMX and for adults to exercise. The RC club is here as well.
Great for excersize & dog walks. Some useless irresponsible dog owners too that can't desex their dogs when should be! Don't deserve to have one .
Something for everyone. Toddlers to big kids. Covered seating. Toilets. Ample parking.
Great airy and peaceful for bbqs. Children safe when accompanied by responsible person. Left bbq plate didn't heat up however right bbq plate was working well enough toilet facilities available. Covered area's availble, a gem of a place.
There's a lovely walking track in with amenities, a playground, and adult strengthening equipment, a cycle track being constructed professionally, all next to the Wilson River, and south Lismore bowls club. There are playing fields too. It's dogs on leash with bags and bin provided.
