An absolutely stunning experience. Our pilot, Lucky, as great. He kept us safe and entertained. I cannot recommend this flight (and Lucky) more highly. Such a unique way to get to lunch at Peats Bite on the Hawkesbury River. Book this afternoon at your earliest possible convenience!

It's a slight pity that on the day when we were supposed to fly, that the winds were too strong. Was really looking forward to the plane ride, and the meal after at Berowra Waters Inn. Appreciate the very easily accessible team through their support channels. That said, the team was still especially kind to 1) call a couple of hours prior to flight time, 2) refund the amount paid back into the credit card, and 3) facilitate us enjoying ourselves at the restaurant the rest of the day. Rose Bay is especially gorgeous in the Summer. Will be back some day for the experience!

Terrific experience! We booked a seaplane to take us to Peats Bite (on the Hawkesbury River) for lunch. The dining experience was amazing but equally as good was our flight to the restaurant. We got Lucky (he was the pilot), and he was highly skilled, professional, and FUN.

Bought a voucher from them for 2 people, flights and Berowra Waters Inn package to gift someone for their milestone birthday. When the recipient called them to book, for her and her husband (who is very ill) they incorrectly took down the wrong phone number and the recipient could not be contacted. When the recipient called them to check what was happening, they said the voucher had already been redeemed and that they had been calling the phone number to no avail. The voucher was not redeemed. They could have contacted me on my phone number which was on the system as I was the purchaser but they just want any excuse not to redeem the voucher, take your money and leave you in the lurch. This milestone occasion has been spoiled by this company who have taken no responsibility for their mistake. A beautiful degustation meal at Berowra Waters Inn for two people with flights has not been enjoyed by anyone just because they did this!! There are many other companies to buy these vouchers from so please do your research and if you decide to us this company, do not give them your details verbally as they request it, make sure you send it to them in writing so they don't do what they did to us.

We hired a house at Berowra waters for my birthday and flying there and back with these guys was fantastic! Finished the trip with one last birthday lunch at the Empire Lounge - perfect all round - we’ll be back next year!

What an amazing experience! Definitely one of those "Bucket List" trips that is well worth the money. Staff was so welcoming and friendly and had a wealth of knowledge to share! We chose seaplane with lunch at Berowra waters inn restaurant. The restaurant was disappointing but I definitely recommend the seaplane experience.

We have never been in such a small plane before so it was a bit nerve-racking but we felt completely safe and Steve gave a little commentary along the way so we could identify the beaches and sites we flew over until we reached the iconic Harbour Bridge and Opera House! The only thing I was a bit uncomfortable with was the earmuff/headset (was a bit tight on my head!) however the overall experience was definitely worth trying out and will be a lovely memory to cherish with my hubby forever! Thanks to my Bestie Mosie for arranging this and all the awesome friends who contributed to our gift and the Delicious Degustation at Cottage Point Inn as well!! Great food and atmosphere!! My daughter and I had a wonderful time recently with Steve and Sydney By Seaplane. We initially met up with Richard at the jetty and as we were a bit early we headed off on the tender boat for a little tour of the bay and surrounding area which was a nice treat. Steve eventually swooped in and pulled up next to us. The plane was great, gotta love the old DHC-2 Beaver's with the radial engine. Nothing else sounds like them. My daughter actually had no idea what was planned so she was obviously very excited when the plane landed and came over to us. She got to sit up front with Steve which was an extra treat. Off we went and proceeded on a great tour up towards Mona Vale and back down the coast and then in for a lap of the harbour. Eventually it was time to go back and we came in for a great landing at Rose Bay. The weather was picking up so it was a bit rough on the water but Steve did a great job at the landing. Overall a great experience and my daughter had a smile on her face the whole time which was what l was after. Many thanks to Steve and Richard and Sydney By Seaplane.

What a wonderful experience starting off with an entertaining visit with Richard in our tender to the Canadian built Beaver that Steve owns and operates. Watching his landing and mooring gave us 100% confidence in his skill. Then a beautiful tour over manly highlighting beaches and golf courses along the way. The return trip included an extra figure 8 tour over the opera house and bridge of Sydney harbour. Well done!

An incredibly fun experience! What a fantastic way to experience Sydney Harbour. Dirk was friendly and professional, and the boats are fantastic. I'm definitely going to return for another tour and this will be my go to experience when international friends visit Sydney.

Completely amazing experience. It is definetely one of the best tours you can do in Sydney. No experience is required to drive your own boat and I felt safe at all times. Great to see the Sydney Harbour from the waterside and also to get a bit of adrenaline. It was super fan. Dirk was super friendly, easy to talk with and very informative. That was one of the best experiences I had in Sydney! It's two experiences combined to one. It is really fun to drive these speedboats and the views to the city are amazing from the water, especially when you are in a small boat and can go close to the shore and navigate through parked boats. I spent 3 fantastic hours and would recommend to anybody.

This was one of the most fun things we did on our Sydney vacation! Fransico was the absolute best guide you could ask for! He was great at explaining all of the boat rules and tour details and made us feel super confident in our boat ride! He was always checking on us to make sure we were doing good and also made some awesome stops along the way to capture great pictures of us! We would have stayed all day if we could have! 10/10 recommend if you are in town and looking for something exciting to do! Thanks so much guys you were amazing!

I booked this experience in order to surprise my boyfriend on our anniversary. I am so glad I did! At first I was worried he'd get seasick, as he usually does, but he had a total blast! This experience has everything; Cruising leisurely around, looking at those dream waterfront properties and marvelling the Sydney Harbour Bridge as we went underneath as well as feeling a bit of the adrenaline and seaspray when cutting through small waves. Our guide, Dirk, was very informative and ensured the whole ride was smooth and enjoyable. He also took photos for us and sent them to our email that same day. I couldn't recommend it more highly as a must do Sydney attraction, for residents and tourists alike.

Jen provided an outstanding Hermitage tour which included a combination of walking amongst the numerous beaches and coves and driving between more distant locations. What an amazing tour we had with Jenny this weekend. We learnt so much about the history of Australia as well as all about the flora and fauna indigenous to this country. Jenny took us on a beautiful tour of Sydney beaches. She was a great guide, very knowledgeable, and has an insider understanding of Sydney that made the tour really special. On top of that she was very professional. She was very considerate and accommodating, really responsive to our interests, and overall one of the best tour guides we’ve ever been with. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience and understand Sydney, and how its beaches have influenced its growth and character.

They cancelled our private lesson for 2 at the last minute with no explanation as to why - we were already on our way to the sailing club! On top of that, I was told that we could do a 12pm lesson instead. When initially booking however, I had asked for an afternoon lesson, and was told that nothing after 10am was available. We shuffled all of our existing plans in order to do the 10am lesson. The person who called me then asked if I could reshuffle my plans again so that we could do the 12pm lesson. Thankfully, was eventually refunded the cost of the private lessons.

Great place to learn how to paddle board. It's very relaxed and the teachers teach you by telling you to hop on and paddle as the best way to learn is to just go for it. You can rent the boards from 1 hour to a whole day. If you're game SUP all the way to Vaucluse beaches and have a picnic.

I Had SO much fun doing this!! The staff made my first time a total blast. Great sense of humor, they had us laughing the entire time.. we're super professional as well; i learned enough to convince me to try surfing so it was all around the best experience I could have hoped for- definitely check them out!!

Takes a while to respond to messages. Then cancelled the lesson at the last minute and didn't bother to respond to any texts or calls to reschedule. Went to another group and they charged $40 instead of $110 for same lesson for two without any of the hassle.

So close to the city, great guys, flexible - and have a variety of paddleboards & kayaks. It's great to have this facility so close to the city and perfect for people to pop in on an unexpectedly nice weather day- and be catered for immediately. I'm a big fan!

Been going here for years and have never had a bad massage. It’s not flashy but they really know what they’re doing. If you have a lot of tension in your shoulders and neck the traditional thai massage will really help but be prepared to be a bit uncomfortable! They also do a very good hot stone massage and the prices are very reasonable

The remedial massage was absolutely fantastic. I’m currently pregnant and was in desperate need of relaxation and lower back relief. I didn’t know what to expect and was put at ease when they had a pillow for me to lean in the room. The staff is very lovely and accommodating and made me feel like I was in good hands. I will definitely be coming back for more!

One of the best massages I've had in a long time! They don't have all of the luxuries of a spa here but you're also not paying the same amount. You can still expect a nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and an awesome massage. Will definitely be back here :)

Eventually we saw in the reservation book that there was a booking for two people at 5 pm under my name, but they refused to honour even that... Poor customer service.

Had a great half day tour with Sophie - the weather was perfect. Sophie helped us pick a day to make sure we got great weather and not too windy. There couldn't be a better spot to start from, paddle for 2 minutes and you get the most amazing view of the harbour, the bridge and opera house. Sophie has great knowledge about Sydney and the harbour and we got to visit one of those little secret beaches you always see but never know how to get to. Really glad we booked with Sophie and not one of those big tours with like 20 people on it, this felt really boutique and tailored to what we wanted (there was just the 4 of us on our tour!).

Incredible kayaking experience - highly recommended for anyone who wants to see Sydney from a different perspective! Sophie was very prompt and accommodating in managing such a big group, while also sharing the best way to kayak and enjoy the overall experience. Found that this was the only other Kayak company that’s able to bring us so up close to the Opera House and the Bridge, definitely worth it! Managed to also travel as a private group, which was splendid :)

I took the early morning tour with Sophie on a Saturday this September, and a sunrise is definitely what I saw! The stillness of the harbour at this time is magical, letting you paddle across to the Opera House whilst taking in all the views. Sophie has an obvious passion for what she does and makes is difficult not to be absorbed in the moment. Thanks for a wonderful paddle to start the day.

I booked with ozpaddle not knowing what to expect after my previous tour with a nearby provider canceled . I rang up Ozpaddle last minute and Sophie was kind enough to add me to her group of five. I honestly didn’t expect her to take me in but I’m so grateful she catered to my request. We started with a quick demo and she was a true professional, taking the time to show us the right technique. Since the group size was comparatively small, we got a more personalized experience and much better equipment (carbon fiber paddles). Witnessing the other kayak tours with 15+ people, I was glad paddling with a smaller crowd. The pace was slower, more personal and we had more time for pictures, while enjoying the breathtaking views without the rush. Sophie took her time to explain the route and the sights, always looking out for the safety of the group. We paddled along the most scenic route all the way to the Opera House and were even lucky enough to spot a Seal on the steps!!! (This was by far the best way to experience the best bits of Sydney) Thanks Sophie for taking the time to show us around, even on your busy schedule. Your passion for this truly made it special and I will remember this tour for a long time :)

We had the best time on the sunrise tour! Sophie couldn't have picked a better day for the tour, with calm wind, and quiet waters. The location from where we started to where Sophie brought us to around the opera house was also amazing. Sophie also taught us kayak lessons in the beginning + her kayaks and paddles were the best quality, making it super easy for us as beginners. She also took amazing photos for us while we enjoyed the view with our own eyes. Couldn't recommend a better kayak experience.

I had a very bad experience earlier. Im not happy with the whole service. The masseur that i had couldnt even give me the right pressure, didnt even finished the front leg massage because 60mins was over and didnt even do at least a bit of stretching after the service. I get a massage regularly and i would know if a masseur knows what he is doing, unfortunately, he did not. Disappointing!

Excellent massage service by professional staff. My only concern is that sometimes there aren't enough staff so I've had to wait (when having booked). But the service itself is very good. I find the prices reasonable for the quality of the massage.

I went on Wednesday for my first appointment (brow lamination and lash lift). The lady I had was so professional, warm and sweet during the whole appointment. I have had many many massages in my life in many countries and over many decades. Overall my experience at The Secret Retreat was mediocre. The ambiance of the Secret Retreat is not conducive to relaxation. You can hear the traffic from New South Head road and the massage cubicles are open at the top so I could hear the entire conversation between the person next to me getting a massage and their therapist. I was gifted a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I told the therapist that I wanted him to concentrate on my lower back. Instead the therapist spent most of the 90 minutes on my neck and shoulders. I often find with non native English massage therapists that they ask what you want but then seem not to understand or just ignore your answer. It was as if the therapist had his 90 minute routine and had no intention of doing anything different. The massage itself felt rushed. There was almost no interaction between the therapist and myself and instead of leaving relaxed I was simply exhausted. I did get a very strong deep tissue pressure but overall it was not a pleasant experience and I do not plan to return for a second go.

I've been going to The Secret Retreat for years now. I started going just for my eyebrow wax as I find it hard to find someone who does it well without compromising my sensitive skin. Now, I go for eyelash tint, eyelash lifts and facials (the signature facial with LED light & microdermabrasion is my favourite!) It is such a relaxing space and Lisa is the best! Highly recommend

Bought the Groupon couple's package for my girlfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience. My girlfriend had a masseuse who did not appear to give the best effort by only massaging half of her body. Also, we only received 60 mins when the package said it would be 70 mins.

1. We purchased 70-minutes two people package. The therapists(one male one female) finished when 60 minutes. 2. Inconsistent process: normally equal amount of attention is given to both areas of the body(i.e. if 3 min spent on the right arm, left arm will be 3 min too). But the female therapist just skipped my one arm during the sesh. 3. The female therapist doesn’t give any strength but just mere touches. When asked to put more strength, she put the hardest. This repeated twice then I couldn’t be bothered to ask a third time. There is just no strength in between I guess. 4. My partner got the signature Thai crack(the one that crack the back and shoulders) and I got none. All in all, this was a bad massage experience. Please think twice if you want to come here.

The massages are generally very good but the issue I have every time is the fact that they reuse their towels multiple times without washing. They fold them nicely so it gives the impression that they are fresh but be not fooled. I’ve started bringing my own towels but they use about four towels top and underneath so it can be challenging. I’d rather pay a few dollars extra but have clean towels. Hopefully there will be some action from this review. I am sure many people would not like to use towels that have been used on other people , if they knew.

Booked my mum in for a massage because the rating was high. She said the people working there were arguing about something, and they cut her massage short by 15 minutes. Hopefully it was just an off day for them. Wouldn't recommend.
